Reality cannot be known because it is that which is one and it takes more than one to realise something

Since non-duality is that which is one and it takes more than one to experience something, it cannot be realised. So when you are not aware of anything, nothing seems to hide that which cannot be known. Mysterious experiences or writings like zen poems, have nothing to do with non-duality. It is not mystical, pure or anything else because it takes more than one be something and non-duality is that which is one. Hence  Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, like everything else that calls for more than one, is part of the illusion that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

But since Alexius´ Duality Hacks expose this illusion, you are also revealed as nothing when you apply them. Hence there does not seem to be something to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

No matter what and where you appear to be, it is like in a dream, you are not there. It is a fantasy. Nobody, however, is making it because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to do something.

This may seem to take some time. But that is part of the illusion. There is no time because reality, namely the formlessness of oneness, is one perpetual present. Read more about that here. That is why there is no hurry to undo the belief in being someone with a beginning and an end. Nor any reason not to enjoy that. The belief in being someone is bananas

The experiences you have in a dream is created by the brain, so it seems you are somewhere else than in your bed. The same applies to the experiences you have when you assume to be awake, except you are not in a bed somewhere but nowhere, as everything experienced is created by the brain from out of nothing to make it look like there is more than that which is one. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. So if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you trust the brain when it claims, your experience of this is assembled from frequencies picked up by the sensory system, although your experience solely is fabricated by the brain. No matter where you experience to be in a dream, it is an illusion created inside of you because you are in your bed. The same applies to where you experience in being when you believe to be awake. In this case, however, it is not a dream happening inside you while you sleep in a heavenly bed.

There is no heaven, nor somebody having a dream or anything else because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Alexius´ Duality Hacks, therefore, is as fake as anything else that calls for more than one. Nevertheless, when there appears to be someone who believes, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, Alexius´ Duality Hacks undo that belief.

Somebody cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but nobody can

When every experience is perceived as a symbol of that which is one, none of them has the power to fend off the enlightenment of that which is one, because symbols are powerless. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Fear and other emotions may seem to be a hindrance for the enlightenment of that which is one. It is not the emotions, though, that fend it off but that you believe they are yours. That which is you does not feel anything because it takes more than one to do so, and it is no different from that which is one. For the same reason, that which is you does not think, nor is it conscious of anything.

This does not mean, you should try to stop this. First of all, that which is you cannot stop anything as that calls for more than one. Secondly, while you appear to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible to stop being aware of feelings and thoughts since that is what makes you appear to be there.

It is, of course, possible to deny the awareness of thoughts and feelings by meditating, for example. But whether you establish yourself to be someone who has something or nothing, you are definable and thus in denial of that which is you, as oneness is formless.

Pretending to be someone, on the other hand, what you have is not yours because what you pretend to be you are not. Thus nobody is having thoughts and feelings or being conscious of anything. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. Consequently, nobody bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

This is not the only way to become a nobody. As everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, there is no fear without trust, so if you are so full of fear that there is nothing else, it cannot be defined by trust. Therefore, since you are full of nothing, you are not somebody but nobody. See hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

You could also stick to being the basic self by perceiving any kind of experience, whether it appears mundane or spiritual, as ´it is what it is.´ See hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy. Since that means emotions do not stick to you, they do not fend off the enlightenment of that which is one. Nor will they prevent you from having a marvellous time in a world where there seems to be more than one until the enlightenment of that which is one erases everything that requires more than one.

You do not need to refrain from sex or anything else to make these or any other duality hack work. If you are willing to have the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, Alexius´ Duality Hacks apply themselves, the more you read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

The willingness comes by itself when you admit, you are not willing to have this belief undone because the acknowledgement of that confirms what and where you appear to be is make-believe.

APPENDIX:
Since the application of the above duality hacks requires more than one, they are as illusionary as anything else in a world in a world of duality, including the writer and reader of this. The purpose of them, however, is not to make us seem like we are somebody but that we, just like anything else that calls for more than one, are nothing because non-duality is formless and therefore endless so there is no more than that which is one.

The bliss of emptiness is only one second away

What you believe in experiencing right now happened one second ago because it has taken the brain a second to produce your present experience. And then again, it did not happen because the brain created it from nothing, and not from info received from your sensory system. The latter the brain presents as a fact and you believe it because otherwise you are exposed as nothing. Read more about that in Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

The bliss of emptiness is, therefore, only one second away. Going back a second requires nothing but to perceive your present experience as dunno what it is (read more about this in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy). Doing that, the undefined moment ignites a take-off into the empty breath (see hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing), that reveals the nothingness from where the brain produces the experiences where you appear to be somebody in a world of something.

It is not a revelation where emptiness is exposed. But where something is exposed as nothing. Not in the sense that you stop seeing something but that you perceive it as nothing. In the absence of something, you do not appear to be somebody, but nobody walking on blissful clouds of frictionless love. The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it

You know this pic is not how the physically world really look. It is rather a fantasy, thar is only possible due to physical life, that it therefore is a symbol of. Likewise the physical world is a symbol of life even though the physical world has nothing to do with life.

We let ourselves be deceived by the outward-facing senses into believing that a world in which everything seems to be separated by time and space is real. Still, when these senses are turned inwards, there is no time and space, and therefore nothing to uphold the belief in separation, neither in the appearance of you as someone definitive.

Without the belief in separation, there is not something to hide, that the abstractness of the inward-facing senses flows straight into an explosion coming out of a black hole or maybe into it. There is no way to know which way it is because this is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it takes more than one to know anything. Also, an explosion may not be the best word to use because it is nothing but empty space carrying the nothingness of you into the formlessness of that which is one. End of story or what?

The formlessness of that which is one is endless
This is not the end of the story because what is formless is endless – not in the sense that it lasts forever. On the contrary, it lasts no time but one perpetual present. However, this never-ending story cannot be written in a world defined by time and space because everything has an end in such a world. In terms of the ending, though, returning to the formlessness of that which is one is the termination of time and space – at least that is how it seems within the context of linear time.

Researches from University of California Santa Barbara have proved that human cells and neutron stars have something in common. Both are namely built of layers – looking like a parking garage with many floors that are connected via steps.

But as there is nothing else than one perpetual present, the only thing that ends is the imagination of a world defined by time and space. Yet reading this article, you still believe in this imagination of a tangible world constructed of layer upon layer of thoughts, added in such a way that it seems there are different levels in this capsule of time and space. Within this context, it also appears as if there are levels of turning the outward-facing senses inwards and that the more the inward-facing senses take over, the more you occur to have glimpses of enlightenment.

It is a relief, when glimpses of enlightenment slowly but surely undoes the belief in being someone definitive – but very unsettling if you want to hang onto this belief.

These glimpses, however, are not the enlightenment of that which is one because there are no levels in that which is one. Nevertheless, they slowly but surely undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, whereas it is timeless – it takes no time to have this belief undone.

However, the timelessness of that which is one cannot be brought into a world defined by time and space, so you will not be able to know what it is if you experience reappear in such a world after having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet you will have vague memories of it, and that is enough to constantly be reminded, there is no more than that which is one, and consequently all experiences – whether they seem to be so-called spiritual or mundane – are illusions, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one are experienced with the inward-facing senses, while being aware of the world of the outer sense as well – although it seems quite distant.

But to bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome the outward-facing senses must be completely closed. In other words, there are no awareness of the world of the outward-facing senses and after entering the enlightenment of that which is one there is neither no awareness of the inward-facing senses. Actually, there is no awareness at all, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

To sum it up: When partially turning off the outward-facing senses, the inward-facing senses is only partly triggered, so you just have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is an experience you have while still aware of appearing to be someone in the world of the outward-facing senses.

These glimpses can be compared to watching a movie trailer and not the whole movie – but then again, it is not really so, because both the trailer and the film is something you experience, and the enlightenment of that which is one, that is bid welcome by completely turning off the inward-facing senses, cannot be experienced.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a personal experience, but glimpses of it are
The technique for tasting the nectar of life (see the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) I like to do during the day – not so much for the taste of it, but for the sphere of indifference, that it just like the empty breath* induces.

Being indifferent, I am not distracted from going with the flow of the ongoing glimpses of the enlightenment, whenever I am not dealing with something that craves much attention in the world of the outward-facing senses – and if I am involved in something that demands much attention, the indifference towards it makes sure that the perception of it is founded on glimpses of the enlightenment. In other words, the world is experienced, but not as if I am there. It is more like sitting in a cinema and imagining being in the world on the screen.

Depending on the strength of the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, it is like momentarily dying from the world of the outward-facing senses, so if you appear to be occupied by something there, it can be very disturbing.

Glimpses of ethereal harmonies come and go as they please. In the case of Alexius, he enjoys waking up in the morning accompanied by the distant sound of ethereal harmonies, but when he at night closes his eyes to fall asleep, the ongoing spirals of light, which are brighter than the light from his lamps and keeps coming, distracts him from falling asleep. 

During the day, there are also glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mainly in the form of short splashes of lucid light and hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

Besides, there are vague memories of passing both the outer and inward-facing senses into the enlightenment of that which is one, where all thoughts and feelings collected to justify the belief in a world defined by time and space is extracted so that there is no belief to hide that which has no beginning or end and therefore is everything, namely the formlessness of oneness.

This image of the same mountain, as in the other pictures in this article, again shows that you can have many different glimpses of it and that they are all coloured by the one having the glimpses. The Enlightenment of that which is one is not coloured by the one experiencing it is impossible to do that since it would require more than one. In other words, there is nothing personal about the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, describing it via vague memories, it is like everything else, where more than one seems to be involved, coloured by the personality of the describer as well by the one interpreting the description. Trying to make something last only appears to be meaningful in a world where everything has an end
Glimpses of enlightenment, which most confuses with the enlightenment of that which is one, may leave you with the impression that it is possible to fuse heaven and earth by prolonging the glimpses via meditation or other kinds of techniques that seem to make you able to transform energies in such a way that heaven and earth merge.

The idea of heaven and hell is an idea based on duality, which is founded on contrasts like that. And as you cannot have one without the other, you can never have only heaven in a world of duality. Neither in non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in heaven.

This idea of a better world is founded on the belief that you are in control and, therefore, can create a world as you see fit. Neither dictators, rich people, political or so-called spiritual-minded persons have ever succeeded in creating a world in the way they think it should be. But they assume it is something in themselves or others that need to be adjusted for it to happen. But no matter how much you correct, all you get are more frustrations because there is nothing to correct but the belief that you are definitive.

Whether you experience, that you are free in the now, spiritual or whatnot, it is echoes of past conditioning, that you hold onto with the sole purpose of being someone special in a world defined by time and space.

Instead of having this belief undone, most, who have had one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, start teaching how to make the world better – as if there is a world to make better. They put together a new philosophy based on their interpretation of one or more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mixed up with speculative ideas about spirituality and maybe ancient traditions of meditation and whatnot. They may, for example, encourage not being conditioned so that you can be free in the now. But the experience of that or anything else is based on the conditioned belief that you are someone defined by time and space.

You freely choose to give Facebook all your info in exchange for being able to construct a personality in its virtual world, as if this construction constitutes a real person.

Time and space is not a fact, but a belief system, that you blindly follow. You choose to be conditioned by it so that it seems to be a fact, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space instead of the formlessness of that which is one.

Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not feasible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in a dream.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy that makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to listen to the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

Since none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment are not of the world experienced by the outward-facing senses but by the inward-facing senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they can undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. In the world of the outward-facing senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outward-facing senses that perceive a world defined by time and space is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inward-facing senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration that Aum, Sohang, or The Word of God symbolises is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be genuine until you hear or feel this echo.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outward-facing senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. It is as close to you as anything else experienced in the world of the outward-facing senses, as the world of the inward-facing senses is not ruled by time and space. Thus you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outward-facing senses inwards to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outward-facing senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment, you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inward-facing senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, you feel relieved.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without spending years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life, you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outward-facing senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outward-facing senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outward-facing senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inward-facing senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inward-facing senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outward-facing senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

One way to to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to use an eye massager with infrared heat fusion technology, such as Breo iSee4 Eye Massager. Besides from turning off the outer sense of seeing, the heat soften the eyes. And when they are relaxed, they do not focus. Hence they automatatically turn inwards and upwards and merge with the third eye. This massager also does wonders for the body.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When your eyes are so soft that they do not focus or you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nothing to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy but as a means to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outward-facing senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones, though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise-cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in, it is best not to go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts of your own. That is something the special self wants you to believe so that although they are solely made by the brain, you believe you have created them. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you, although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the special self lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them all as they are, there is nothing to make the self special. Therefore, it is in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts produced by the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inward-facing senses, experiencing it as light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it, you must want to listen to it.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you not focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world you experience. The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures, you should not expect it to make you younger or inject you with more energy in the world of the outward-facing senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that there is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus because without it, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry, or mint, so none of the descriptions of it is definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outward-facing senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outward-facing senses.

But no technique in the world of the outward-facing senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outward-facing senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inward-facing senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense that the world of the outward-facing senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

However, the technique for tasting the sweetness of life can be carried out while being active in the world of the outward-facing senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all, and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that because it was all make-believe, and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outward-facing senses that you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry but in focus so that the experience becomes definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inward-facing senses. Hence mixing the two worlds do not work out.

Focus versus defocus
The world of the outward-facing senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inward-facing senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inward-facing senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outward-facing senses and space out in the world of the inner ones when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner and outer sense Alexius does not know because, through his connection with the empty breath, which functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outward-facing senses, it is automatically taking care of. The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of combining the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits regarding defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one will make the outward-facing senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp that there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one only be undone via the inward-facing senses? No, it can also be undone via the world of the outer ones as described in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive, hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality and hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

There might be other hacks other than Alexius´ Duality Hacks that undo this belief. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inward-facing senses. Still, it makes them synchronised, which among other things, means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses will not seem stressful when synched with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

Connecting with the empty breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is one
The empty breath
´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inward-facing senses so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outward-facing senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car that is programmed to take you to your favourite aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions. Neither new age philosophy, as they generally appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad to become what is deemed to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques, for example, are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking, this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again, it is not exactly like this because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. When those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
Most people, however, work against the flow of enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something similar to past experiences so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are, so there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

Since what you believe to be, therefore, has not been enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is one, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ‘E’ here, you are focusing on seeing something recognisable so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. Partial devotion to the inward-facing senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outward-facing senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional. Otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.

The purpose of the inward-facing senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent that you cannot help yourself but have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inward-facing senses and the body
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inward-facing senses calms the body, a genetically created condition will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

When, however, the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all, because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead, so it can be rebooted and again make these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time happens in is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge as good are chosen to be included, and those regarded as badare excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ‘ways’ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inward-facing senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is not remembering what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific. There is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one that extracts all the info you have collected to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what seems to be a black hole so that nothing is falling through it and gracefully float into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outward-facing senses
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses may space you out regarding the present moment in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

However, should you become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outward-facing senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outward-facing senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial in regard to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outward-facing senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inward-facing senses so that everything feels just okay. Nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inward-facing senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as spiritual helpers. Still, as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhance the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides, there is no paradise without hell since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inward-facing senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inward-facing senses. As the latter operate at an extremely high frequency, the wild speculations in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation. So the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outward-facing senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. And so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Since there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the idea of now, which is a concept of something in between the past and the future. In other words, the idea of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes everything. Read more about that in hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of thoughts are not perceived to make a difference. That is why it does not matter if you judge something.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a perfect moment, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from a state of not-knowing.

A perfect moment is brought about by any duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state of mind since it takes more than one to be in a state. It is also the after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when having left a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together
Since the apparent differences in what is usually perceived to be a world outside of you are not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what is typically believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together, having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what appears to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy, a dreamer is not in its dream, although the dream is in the dreamer.

You cannot know this before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. Actually, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you may already have read, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state if you do not wish to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together, this is not a dilemma, because from this follows, you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, like a dreamer, within the context of such a world, you are in your own bed, which, in this context, is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it..

When senses are not used to experience something, enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome

There are no degrees of the enlightenment of that which is one. It is not smaller or bigger than anything else because there is no more than that which is one. In other words, to talk about levels of enlightenment is an illusion in regard to the enlightenment of that which is one.

You cannot become enlightened, but you can undo the belief in being someone specific, so there is not someone definable hiding that which is you is no different from that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something.

However, in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there appear to be degrees and levels of everything, so in such a world you can experience glimpses of enlightenment on many levels depending on how much the outward-facing senses are turned off.

But no matter how high the level, no glimpse come close to the enlightenment of that which is one, because there are no levels in that which is one. Yet for each glimpse, you become less definable until there is not something to hide the formlessness that is one.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not know what it is, because it requires more than one to know something. Only in a world where there seems to be more than one is there something to be known, namely that such a world does not exist, as there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As it takes more than one to bid welcome the enlightened of that which is one, a person in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be enlightened. Yet a person may momentarily forget what and where it is, so there is not somebody to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Alexius is such a person and therefore to be compared to that which is the enlightenment of one.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is happy to know nothing, as that means there is no ´I´ taking part in the silliness of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Those considering themselves to be somebody always wants to become more, but the enlightenment of the that which is one neither makes you more or less. It merely erases all memories of being someone at all, as there is no room for anybody – neither somebody appearing to be spiritual – in the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, the enlightenment of the that which is one is not for you, if you want to be someone definitive.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be seen, so as long as you look for something, it appears to be hidden.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Only someone who has bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome knows that a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a hallucination. Everybody, who believe they live in such a world, has the choice of continuing to believe so or believe the message of the enlightened, which is that there is no more than that which is one and that consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. Yet very few choose to believe the message of someone who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

In a world where there seems to be more than one it is a basic instinct to separate oneself from reality by fabricating a make-believe world –a child, for example, rather believes that Christmas presents are coming from Santa Claus than from its parents, although it does not seem very realistic.

The choice can be compared to a child deciding whether to believe if Santa Claus is real or not. Most want the excitement that comes from believing the merry-go-round story of Santa so they will discard the fact, that the friction coming from the speed needed to bring out presents to all the good children in one night, would kill him the very same moment he sets off.

It is a downer for children to have Santa exposed as an illusion – just like it is a downer for most persons to hear that a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not real.

Alexius has no answer to the question, who am I. An answer would be just as illusionary as the question, that implies there is more than that which is one although oneness is formless and therefore endless,.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not ask to be believed, but that you stop believing, a world where there seems to be more than one is real, because without hanging onto this belief there is not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

Gallery_Inner-Senses_1024x1024The only reason you demand being relaxed, free, excited and whatnot are that you believe to be someone special in the world of the outward-facing senses. But if you do not give the outward-facing senses your full attention, the inward-facing senses will supply you with a perfect moment, where nothing feels wrong or missing.

The way to not give the outward-facing senses your full attention is to not believe, the experiences they deliver are real. This is done by not giving a shit about upholding the image of you as someone significant in a world, where there seems to be more than one. The more you do not give a shit, the more the inward-facing senses take over.

If somebody seems to cheat you, reject you or do something else that you judge to be unfair, you choose not to believe this to be real, and so you set yourself and others free from the world of the outward-facing senses. It is in your own best interest to set everybody free, even though you may think that not everybody deserves to this. But setting them free, the world of the outward-facing senses fades out, so that you can connect with the empty breath, that opens the door to the world of the inward-facing senses, where the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for you to bid it welcome.

A way to undo the belief in the world of the outward-facing senses is to perceive everything there as not real but symbols of that which is – just like you, for example, perceive the written word milk not as real but a symbol of that which is.

When perceiving the whole world of the outward-facing senses as symbols, none of its apparent differences makes a difference, because they are all symbols of the same – and so there is no foundation for separation. This perception opens the inward-facing senses from where you can experience glimpses of enlightenment or bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

But as someone in the world of the outward-facing senses you cannot perceive everything there as symbols, because in order to appear as someone significant there, you have excluded the parts of it, that does not fit into your chosen image of yourself. That is unless you include this separation or accept the guidance of the empty breath, which you do by not accepting the apparent reality in the world of the outward-facing senses.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not something you find like you find other things in the world. Enlightenment is rather that you do not try to find anything so that there is not something to hide, you are not someone definable but one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, no need not look for enlightenment, but for that which you are using to hide it. You could also just accept the guidance of the empty breath.

If from reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you get the impression, that the inward-facing senses are less deceptive than the outer ones, you have chosen to be deceived into believing that you can become someone better, higher or wiser via the inward-facing senses. And if that is your purpose, they will cause you as much suffering as the outer ones.

But if your purpose is to not become anything at all, so that there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is you, the inward-facing senses will speed up the undoing of the belief in being someone at all.

Constantly trying to be somebody stresses you, because that turns you into a creature frozen into definable and dense appearances and that which is you is not definable, but extremely fast, formless and free flowing. The inner sense is constantly urging you to go with this flow of nothingness instead of believing it is possible to be somebody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world, where there seems to be more than one, you always need to be and have more so you can show off as someone more important than others.

If you want to be more famous than others you need lots of fans in order to prove your popularity. If you need to feel enlightened, you want others to express how wise you are, so that you can use their praise to deny your darker sides and show off as someone light and spiritual.

But you can never bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one if it is something you need because needing it implies you are without it – and how can you be without it when that which is you are no different from that which is one. Least of all can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, if you want to use it to make you appear as someone important because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

You will have no more than one glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one if you use your interpretation of this glimpse to promote yourself as someone with a vision for a better future full of love or whatever you imagine will turn you into the new messiah, which has been the case with most gurus impacting the public in the last century.

When there is no need to use glimpses of enlightenment to save the world but rather to undo the belief in it, you are set free to be used by the glimpses, that will keep coming until you cannot tell them apart so that there is not something definable to experience and therefore not someone definitive to hide the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

Those who want to always be blissful in a merry-go-round world, may at first like to read about the bliss of a state of not-knowing (see the previous article The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses). But when they realise, that bliss comes from not believing to be someone definitive, they avoid a state of not knowing by making sure to perform as if they are somebody definitive – for example by saying »I need time to open up.«

But only those who want to uphold the belief in being someone definitive needs time for something specific. Actually, they need to spend all their time with thoughts about something specific. If they do not keep the brain busy processing such thoughts for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls into a coma. In other words, unless you leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, what you believed to be is forever gone, and so is bliss. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding there never was and never will be anything but the formlessness of that which is one.

As this is the termination of what and where you believe to be, you only say you want it to enhance the image of being special. Hence you make sure that the groups you meet with about oneness, non-duality and enlightenment are based on established rules coming from long-time dead persons, that you can learn to use in a way that makes you appear to be right and therefore to be special.

Anyhow it does not make sense to meet in groups and talk about oneness as if that is something you want, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. So wanting it is just as stupid as wanting your body in the world where you believe to be. You already have it.

What makes sense, though, while appearing to be someone in a specific body, is to want not to be that. And since you are not someone definitive, it is just the belief that this is what you are, which needs to be undone.

Any of Alexius´ Duality Hacks, except the enlightenment of that which is one, will do that if this is your purpose of using them.

It is easy to write Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings because they write themselves. Alexius just have to hit the right keys. Before doing that, however, he may have had a hard time coming to the point of, for example, being able to write about dying from the world as described in the below box:

If you perceive everything, that can be experienced, as symbols of that which is life, to focus on something becomes a symbol of life. Consequently to focus on what is not real in order to make it appear as if it is, leads to defocusing, because when everything is perceived as a symbol of the same, their apparent differences do not make a difference.

Without focus the world cannot be experienced, neither you as a person in it, and so there is nothing to see. No forms appears to hide the formlessness of that which is life.

The above box summarises a very long night a long time ago, where Alexius was on the edge of dying, and where for several days after the feeling of the body was replaced by an electrified humming often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. To make long short, as someone definable, you must always be willing to die, so that there is not something definable appearing to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

This is not meant to be understood as the body must be terminated, because that would imply it is real. It is the belief that you are someone definable, that must be undone.

Only someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one can write Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Not because such a person knows what to write but what not to write, so no personality interferes with the non-teachings being written by themselves.

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of empty space according to science. In other words, you must be dreaming, if you perceive yourself to be tangible. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not illuminate anything. It is so bright that there is nothing to see. Besides it requires more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. In other words, if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one you do not exist, and you know it is so. Why else has everybody throughout history asked the same question: Who am I?

Through ideas of love and friendship you create the illusion, that you are someone definitive, who is part of a world with someone else especially for you.

You make yourself appear to be real by for example searching for who you are, as this implies you are someone definitive, or by working for the survival of you, or simply by doing whatever is necessary to feel part of something, so there appears to be a tangible world around you, that seems to acknowledge the existence of you as someone definitive.

It is the tension, that comes from always doing something to be acknowledged as someone tangible, which seems to hold the body together as a unit defined by time and space. But the more the body is held together the more the enlightenment of that which is one is fenced out.

The defences of the body break down when being in love and/or being loved, so even though love is just as virtual as the body, it is very helpful in order to break down the defences against the enlightenment of that which is one. It does not matter what is loved, so you can go devote yourself to sunshine, wine, a pet, a person, a god and whatnot. As long as you stick to the love, whether it seems to be returned or not, it will make the body feel good – and feel good its defences are down, so it does not fight being pushed aside in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not full of love
The above should not be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one is full of love. Using love to break down the barriers to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to using a drilling machine to make in a hole in a wall. When the hole is done it is empty. The drilling machine is not there. Likewise, love is not in the enlightenment of that which is one. It is empty.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Only the body can be experienced, but what can be is experienced is not one and what is not one is not real.

Neither should it be understood, as you must break down all the defences of the body. It needs them to defend itself against various kinds of sickness. In terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, a healthy body is good. Not in the sense though that the body needs to be healthy for the enlightenment of that which is one to be received, as a body cannot receive it. A body has to go, and if it seems healthy, you are not occupied by saving it and therefore free to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one without any concern for the body.

Please be aware that the explanations in this article are done within the context of the world. There is, of course, no way a body can stop the enlightenment of that which is one. The body is an illusion, and illusions have no power to stop anything. The only problem is that you believe this illusion is real. It is your belief, that blocks out the enlightenment of that which is one – and only in the context of this belief does it make sense, as in the above to talk about the body and love as a solution for breaking down its defences.

There is no end to that which is you, as it is not different from oneness, which is formless and, therefore, endless

Everything definable has an end, so if you believe to be someone definitive you are gonna end, but if that belief is undone, so that there is not something to hide the undeniable, namely the formlessness of that which is you, there is no end, because what is formless is sizeless and therefore endless. If this belief, on the other hand, is undone, there is nothing to hide the undefinable, namely the formlessness of that which is you, and so there is no end, as what is formless is endless. You cannot become anything else than that which you already is, as that is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is you.

Yet it is possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one and where everything is defined by time and space so that it appears as if there is more to become and have than the formlessness of that which is one. In this a construction of thoughts, however, it is not possible to fabricate an experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, because it is formless and only what appears to be dimensional can be used in a construction of thoughts.

The enlightenment of that which is one resets all construction of thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone making them – so that thoughts do not appear to have the power to hide, there is no more than that which is one. But this you do not even experience, because just like that the whole world including angels, astral planes and you as someone definitive is edited out. Hence there is nobody to experience anything – and that is why someone definitive cannot know what the enlightenment of that which is one is.

Awareness hides the formlessness of oneness.

In other words, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one excludes the enlightenment of that which is one, which on the other hand does not exclude anything, as it takes more than one to do so. For the same reason, a world where there seems to be more than one is not to be seen in the enlightenment of that which is one, neither is anything else.

Even though the enlightenment of that which is one undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, it is still possible to return to a world fabricated by such a belief – just like, in the context of such a world, you return to it after having had a nap. This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to falling asleep. It may ´happen´ in a deep sleep, as Buddha supposedly has said. For Alexius, however, the visual aspect of it occurred after a long night of intensive taxi driving, when he was very young.

Most likely he was too tired to remember what and where he was, so there was nobody to fight the destruction of the world and the appearance of him as someone definitive there, neither nobody to follow the flow into that which is one. See the article I am the destroyer of worlds.

To forget what and where you are is not about stopping thoughts, as that will enhance the belief in being someone definitive. It is rather about not believing thoughts to be yours because when there is nothing to define you as someone definitive there is nobody to follow the flow into the formlessness of that which is one.

This is how it got to be because you have never been someone definitive. That which is you is the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is nothing else.

The concept of sharing is very important for those believing to be someone definitive, as it requires more than one to share something and therefore confirms the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
The special self (read more about that here) is very pleased, that to send love and healing is so popular, because it thrives on separation, and by sending something to somebody else you enhance the belief, that you are a separated being in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, by using your energy to share something with somebody perceived to be different from you, you are enhancing the belief in separation.

Those sending love and whatnot, because they think they have something that somebody else do not have, consider themselves to be full of compassion. But all what they are full of is fear, and what they give is suffering, because they enhance separation, which is the cause of it.

But if you use the same energy as a means to take-off into the empty breath**, the need for sharing fades out, because the empty breath slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation. The more it is undone, the less you perceive the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one to make a difference. Until there does not appear to be a single difference to hide there is no more than the formlessness oneness

Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes move as if they are having a nightmare – at least that is what he concludes. The oneness of life may draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from those imagining to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can life see, the imaginations of those who believe that life can be divided into more than one.

Even if life could sense this fantasy in which you are someone who needs to take something from someone else to survive, it would not stop imagination, as it may be too scary to suddenly see that that what and where you believe in being is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one. Thus life tries to comfort you in your dream world while it sweetly whispers: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but one light much more potent than anything in the dream. The light and force of an atomic bomb is nothing compared to this light, which does not illuminate something and is neither opaque nor transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts stored in the brain, making up the experience of you as someone definitive. They are left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will, of course, seem very frightening for someone believed to have a consciousness. No worries, if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, all that is needed is to pick up the thought construction left at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey into the black hole to something. In this way, the journey becomes definable, and as that is only possible in a definable world, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. This, however, has to be when the enlightenment of that which is one still seems to be going on in linear time because after a minute or so, it turns into one perpetual present. Then it is too late to return to the experiences of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice, this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature that makes up your identity in the dream of a world where life seems to be divided into more than one. If you do not believe this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free-fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But suppose you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In that case, you fear to become formless and to prevent that, you objectify the fear by justifying it as caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way, the formlessness of oneness is escaped so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where their life seems to be divided into more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is very egoistic. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually, there is nothing to fear in that which is one because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive, you must permanently exclude what is judged not to be you. As that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness andthe enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and requires more than one to choose to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. Nor is you reading this article or Alexius writing it. That which we are is not in the dream called the world. One could say we are dreaming about it. This, however, is not a factual explanation but a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, in reality, there is no dream – just one perpetual present.

The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One
When your ear is close enough to a computer, you hear and/or feel a distant sound coming from its engine. To be that close to the computer, though, you have to stop focusing on the world empowered on its screen.

The same applies to hear or feeling the distant sound from the edge of the universe, which is often, although it cannot be spoken, symbolised by the words Aum or Sohang. In other words, you must stop focusing on the appearances in the world of duality to hear the humming from the edge of the universe, which can be compared to hearing the essence of the sound coming from a computer engine or rather the fan of it.

You can also compare the humming to transparently hearing the purring of a cat, or sensing your body vibrating like that, or like trembling of fear but without the fear of something, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In other words, it is not really in the body that you feel it but rather like when like, for example, when the anaesthesia a dentist has made in the mouth stops working. You feel something, but it is not as if it is the body you used to know.

This vibration is used to fabricate and uphold a world of duality – not in the sense that it has created it. The wave is an echo of that which has no beginning or end, so it cannot create anything with an ending. Yet the energy of it is used to keep together the imagination of a world of duality – just like it is the energy of a dreamer that makes it possible to have a dream. But it is not possible to manifest the dreamer in the dream, and likewise, it is impossible to display non-duality in a world of duality.

The vibration that ´Aum´ and ´Sohang´ symbolises is your launching pad to non-duality.

The launching pad to one perpetual present
Sometimes, while having a dream, you sense that it is too weird to be real. Likewise, when hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, a world of duality stops making sense. The apparent differences do not make a difference, so the concept of duality slowly fades out – also the fear born out of the belief in being someone definitive. Consequently, the world no longer seems to have a grip on you, and so you are free to use the humming from the edge of the universe as a launching pad to the formlessness of non-duality.

Alexius is never sad and nobody is ever mad at him. He knows these feelings, and when they pass by he include them – and what is not excluded does not define him.

You cannot know or understand the formlessness of non-duality because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to know or understand something. For the same reason, you cannot experience fear, sadness or anger, neither love, happiness or compassion in that which is one.

This does not mean that there is no love in that which is one. On the contrary, it is everywhere, but as non-duality is formless, there is no separation, so it cannot be experienced. Neither is there someone specific to know it is one perpetual present.


NOTES:

  • Hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, which is to hear or feel the echo of that which is one, is not a miracle cure, as everything in a world of linear time appears to take time – including having the belief in being someone definitive and that the fear it entails is an illusion.
  • Following the heart has nothing to do with following the echo of that which is one. This vibration erases the belief in a world defined by time and space. The heart, however, needs definitions to continuously be excited about something definitive. Consequently, it will fight the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang so that you remain in a world defined by time and space.

The inward-facing senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

Enlightenment can be experienced in glimpses with the inner senses in form of light, a feeling or a taste and a sound. This is in my non teaching called mini enlightenment. It has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one though, as it takes more than one to experience something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced via the inward-facing senses in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. These experiences can be compared to a movie trailer, which of course not is the movie. In other words, as it takes more than one to experience something, they have nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the requirement for bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to be nobody, there is not somebody to experience it.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
To be someone definitive is an experience, and as it takes more than one to experience something, it is not possible to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, while believing to be someone definitive.

But if you momentarily forget what and where you are, the enlightenment of that which is one does not appear to be hidden by someone specific. Hence a light brighter than anything else can extract all thoughts that have been stored to make you look as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that no are memories of a world where there seems to be more than one to block the nothingness of you to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

During this free fall, there is still a connection to the construction of thoughts stored at the edge of the black. This construction, however, cannot be kept together for long without being witnessed by what seems to be a different construction. Therefore, if you want to reappear as someone definitive, it must be picked up again within a few minutes – measured in linear time – to be witnessed by somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This was the way my body looked eight years ago. The way it looks has changed. The glasses are also different, but the content is always the same. It is life and only life, that makes the body seems to appear, no matter what glasses it is wearing or how old, it seems to be.

To pick up the construction of thoughts, that constitutes your identity as someone definitive, you just need to focus on something, because doing so, there appears to be more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. There the construction of thoughts, that you believe defines you as someone tangible, is witnessed by similar but different looking appearances, so that it feels as if you autonomously beings in a real world.

However, returning to a world where there seems to be more than one, nobody can attest to you as someone enlightened of that which is one, because that requires more than one. For the same reason, you only have vague memories of leaving your personality behind and as nothing being sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, you as a person have not been enlightened. That is not possible. Yet, as a person, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a state, because being in a state requires more than one. A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is a state, and therefore not lasting, as everything definable has an end.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is an experience
When enlightenment is experienced, it is not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. This is to be compared to watching a movie trailer, which is just glimpses of the whole movie and in no way comparable to it.

Unfortunately it is very common to confuse glimpses of enlightenment for the enlightenment of that which is one, as the experience of the glimpses so easily can be used to hide what is judged as darkness in yourself, so you appear to be someone, who is full of light, even though that is not possible, as it takes more than one to be full of light and there is no more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of enlightenment do not erase thoughts. Yet you tend to ignore them, as you have no need to use them for fabricating an image of you as someone remarkable while having those glimpses. But afterwards, you may start thinking, that sharing your memories of them will make you appear to be a new redeemer – especially if it seems as if you are helping others. Yet doing so, you will not see more glimpses of enlightenment until it makes no difference to you what you appear to be, and you, therefore, can be used by the glimpses, instead of you using them.

When the outer senses are partly deactivated, glimpses of enlightenment are experienced through the inward-facing senses as visions of light, ethereal harmonies, a shivering feeling of total emptiness or a taste of sweetness. To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, the outer senses must be completely deactivated.

There is no face to be detached from or stop to desire in this image grabbed from the web, as there is no face in it, unless you have conditioned yourself to fabricate such an illusion.

Believing to be someone definitive or not
In the world of the inward-facing senses the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it is available for you whether you know a lot about it or nothing at all – also regardless of the state of your body or how and where it is positioned. It is merely a matter of focusing on being someone definitive or not. When there is no or little focus on appearing to be someone at all, there are no boundaries to block out the world of the inward-facing senses.

So if you want to appear as someone significant – regardless if it is your pet, children, spouse, god and whatnot you try to impress with your appearance and whether that is to be someone comforting, loving, loyal, beautiful, healthy, rich, wise or spiritually transformed – Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not for you.

They are pointing towards that which is formless, but as there is nothing formless in a world defined by time and space, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings cannot be used to prove you are someone specific. On the contrary, the message of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is, you are not different from others, because every appearance is equally illusionary.

Going back to that which is one cannot be done, as it takes more than one to do something and there is no more than the formless of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. Yet it is possible to belief, that there is more than that which is one, and reading this you believe so. Therefore going back is all about the undoing of that belief.

Pointers must be left, if you want to get to the point
A traffic sign pointing towards for example Berlin Airport has nothing to do with Berlin or the airport, even though there maybe is an illustration of an aeroplane on the sign. Also, the sign cannot take you to Berlin Airport. All it can do is to show the way.

Likewise, the formlessness of oneness cannot be found in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, neither can they take you there. They just point towards it. To get there, you must leave them behind, to follow the way.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings points to the formlessness of oneness by illustrating, it is the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which hides there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one.

When you want something in a world defined by time and space, there are certain steps to follow. But there are no steps to follow in order to undo the belief in such a world. Believing there is, enhances the belief that such a world is real, and so it will continue to hide what is real, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Yet there is no specific sequence you must follow to undo this belief and bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. If there was, that would be the foundation for replacing an old belief with a new one. Alexius did not know anything about the enlightenment of that which is one when he bid it welcome. He did not even know, he bid it welcome.

The nature of ´the empty breath´ [draft]

It may not always be your experience that the empty breath is your best friend because it is of no help regarding what and where you like to be. Instead, it helps you to see everything through its eyes of indifference, so you feel good no matter what and where you experience to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Entering the empty breath, you do not feel you go higher, but fall into the bliss of nothing.

PART 1:
The empty breath
is a life jacket you got from that which is one when you left it to be and have more than that. This, of course, is a metaphor because you cannot leave oneness since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet, it seems possible to imagine being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket, the empty breath, loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by what and where you believe to be. Actually, it does not even see that. It is a fantasy that only can be seen by those believing to be somebody definitive. And it has no way of believing something because it is nothing. So, consequently, this is what it sees.

To see nothing is to love everything and thus feel loved by nothing. That is why the empty breath does not crave love from anybody. You, however, need to love it if you want to feel, you are unconditionally loved as someone definitive.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery, for example. And when you do, you smile regardless you won or not, because in the flow of the empty breath, you arw indifferent to to becoming and getting more.

The empty breath does not know how to heal hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to undo this belief. And since you get more laid-back in the process of that, new ways of healing your hay fever may pop up. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to get better health, more money, success, love or anything else, but seeing that what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Thus being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived as nothing. Of course, this does not mean that you do not do anything about a broken leg, for example. But since it is seen as nothing, and so is what you do about it, you have nothing to worry about.

To be loved is a need that comes from the perception that diffrences make a diffrence. But since the empty breath is indiffrent to diffrences, being loved or not does not make a difference when connected with it.

Nor does it mean that you do not experience positive to be different from negative, for example, but that the experienced difference does not make a difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, make the world better or not, live in the now or whatnot.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breathNot by being indifferent to separation, though, but by enhancing it through the exclusion of the past and the future.

This detachment, however, which is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve the apparent condition of what and where you appear to be. That would just be a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so you do not believe that experience of more than one is real.

It is also indifferent to becoming or getting something. That is why connecting with the empty breath or applying any other duality hack does not make you more unique. Changing or transforming somebody or something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just to replace one illusion with another. Like how something is changed on a computer screen, everything is the same because there is nothing on it.

What you see on the screen is on a hard disk where there is nothing but zeros and ones. Yet, it is not before they are processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world in which changes can be made.

The empty breath, which in this context is unprocessed zeros and ones, does not know that you assign special meaning to the nothingness on the screen, which, in this context, is the world, so you appear to be someone experiencing something instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game because you know they are make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be and see, so that there does not seem to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If something seems to bother you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, so what you judged as something bad is seen as nothing. See Take-offs into ´the empty breath´.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat or think. Nor has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium for nothing, which you are when there is a willingness to not look for something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Taking deep breaths or, in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial when connecting with the empty breath because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to be centred, balanced, focused or something else. It is the willingness to not be anything that ignites a take-off into the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into unique yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow of energy to ignite a take-off into the empty breath regardless, you walk, sit, talk or whatnot. See Take-offs into ´the empty breath´.

Actually, speedy thoughts and feelings shoot off again and again, and several at a time, to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. But you stop them from becoming boundless by defining them, so you can remain in the illusion of being someone definitive.

The more you limit yourself to be something specific, the more it feels like you are about to collapse. To prevent that, you go on specifying yourself until you feel so constrained that you burst of anger or stop giving a shit about holding yourself together, so the uncontrolled energy of the suppressed thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off into the empty breath. However, it does not help you escape your cage but the belief that you are in it.

INTERLUDE:
Being indifferent does not mean that you do not feel the apparent difference between, for example, love and hate. But because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them better than the other. In other words, it makes no difference to you which feeling you explore.

The same applies when pretending to be someone definitive because what you pretend to be, you are not, so it does not matter if you appear to be lived or hated. This also applies when perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences of the world makes no difference.

As it takes more than one to be connected with something, it is only as long as you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that connectedness with the empty breath seems relevant. PART 3::
It requires more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Thus every experience is fictional. Read more about this in the articles. All experiences are equally unreal, and Nothing that can be seen exists.

Consequently, the experience of the empty breath, though it may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, is as unreal as any other experience.

Yet this experience, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Furthermore, it makes it seems unproblematic to have this belief. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result of the empty breath, is also the outcome of the other duality hacks . If it always is the same state of not-knowing cannot be known, because nobody is conscious about it.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it (read more about that in the hack No understanding = Enlightenment in Extra Duality Hacks). Instead, go with the flow of chaos until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Since it results in a state of not-knowing, you are not bound up with the belief that you are someone definitive until you leave this state and return to the consciousness of being someone.

Since that which is one cannot be experienced, it is ignored by those who believe that something unexplainable is unreal. At best, it is imagined to be a state of consciousness in which the self is transcended into a higher one. Oneness, however, has nothing to do with being in a state, nor about being conscious of something, because that requires more than one. So does being someone. APPENDIX:
If the present stream of thoughts or feelings is not manipulated or suppressed, its untamed energy ignites a take-off into the empty breath. In its presence, you can make up stories of love, for example, without feeling deceitful for manipulating thoughts and feelings to make them because the empty breath sees the world where you believe to be as a blank computer screen. So although the stories you fabricate seems to disclose something on it, the screen remains empty.

In other words, when you are with the empty breath, it does not matter how you perceive the experiences produced by the brain as if you are someone definitive in a world of something. You do not need the happiness that comes from being in sync with them. You are in the bliss of nothing.

But as noted elsewhere, the belief in being someone definitive falls apart if it is not constantly confirmed by the experiences that the brain produces of a world that appears to be outside of you. And since what you believe to be is the sum of your memories, and they are stored in the brain, you are the brain. Thus it falls into a coma if you stay with the empty breath for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time. In other words, the brain falls apart if there is not a constant interchange between the self it has created and the experiences it produces as if there is something outside of it.

No worries, having been with the empty breath for just a split second, the slate is wiped clean. Thus you return to interacting with a world that appears to be outside of you with the perception, ´it is what it is.´ and thus feeling happy regardless of how you experience being treated by the world outside of you.

That is until you wonder why everybody seems to know so much more than you, and you start to play their game of being special by changing your perception from it is what it is to I know what it is. Read more about those perceptions in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy. This, however, upsets you a lot because hardly anything goes your way. Fortunately, if not handling the frustration of being wrong, the untamed energy of it ignites a take-off into the empty breath.

In this way, you can go back and forth between the happiness of something (read more about that here) and the bliss of nothing (read more about that here) until you forget to disconnect from the empty breath, and there is neither bliss nor anything else that can be experienced, as the enlightenment of that which is one erases everything that requires more than one. Every thought and feeling is a reminder, that the appearance of something cannot cause suffering if the thoughts and feelings about it is not shared or justified with the world*, but used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, because in its indifference, thoughts and feelings are not specific, so they cannot define you as someone definitive, wherefore there is nobody to suffer.

As this is a state of not-knowing, it is not before you leave it and return to the consciousness of being someone definitive, that you sense there is no suffering when being indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive.

This is not to say, one should not take care of the body where one appears to reside. Even though the empty breath reveals, that it is a deception, it is through the illusion of being there, that you connect with the empty breath.

The connection cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you again want to experience yourself as someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma, if not being in a feedback loop with you as if you are separated from each other.

But if you do not want to appear as if you are a separated being, you do not mind the brain falling apart, so it no longer can map out empty space, as if you are someone in a world there. Hence there is not something to hide there is nothing but that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

To make long short, regardless you want to remain as someone definitive or not, the state of not-knowing induced by the empty breath is bound to end so that the consciousness of being someone definitive can be resumed or totally erased.

No need to worry about having your consciousness totally erased by accidentally staying too long in a state of not-knowing. First of all, hardly anybody comes to the point where the brain starts falling apart, and should you reach that point but long to be someone, fear of survival will set in. That is enough to reboot the brain and bring you back to the experience of being someone definitive.

Even within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, an illusion that your experience of it is based on the info the brain claims to receives from the sensory system. This is just something it makes up to hide that the whole story of such a world is a fabrication done by itself.

The brain does not need your eyes to be open to producing vivid images of the world for you to ´see´. Nor does it require you to be awake or sexually stimulated by something in the world outside of you to produce an orgasm. It can make it happen in your dreams.

The brain only claims that your experiences are processed from the info coming through your sensory organs so that it can be true to its own story of you being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. This also applies to the experiences you perceive as spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

Since this makes it looks like the person it has generated from out of nothing has conscious experiences, based on info coming from the person´s sensory system, in which it appears to be a substantial being in a tangible world, it believes to be real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The justification of a feeling* makes it seems to not come from you but from somebody else. But it is still in you, just not in your awareness but in the darkness of the body. To set it free, so the suppressed energy of it can ignite a take-off into the empty breath, you do not need to know what it is you have concealed or why.

You just have to acknowledge the state of numbness it entails by totally being that and nothing else, as this does not leave something to define it, wherefore a take-off into the empty breath spontaneously is ignited and the suppressed feeling revealed as nothing twisted into something special, so that you, although you also are nothing, can appear as if you are something important.

No worries, if you acknowledge the disappointment as yours instead of projecting it onto the world, it can be used to ignite another take-off into the empty breath. It wipes the slate clean, so there are no past memories to disturb you from perceiving everything as ´it is what it is.´ And though that does not entail the bliss of nothing, it brings about the happiness of something because ´it is what it is´ (read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy).

Totally feeling sad and being nothing but that, there is no happiness to contrast it. Thus you can neither be defined as sad or happy. You are nobody experiencing nothing specific. This emptiness, which is a sense of bliss so intense, that nothing seems to be wrong or missing, is in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings called a state of not-knowing. If you in the past have blocked out feelings of humiliation, rejection and inferiority, for example, by hiding them in the body, these feelings are intensely felt, when connecting with the empty breath, because the flow of it reveals everything hidden. But if you do not try to exclude the sadness from the past, and instead include it by totally being it, there is nothing left to define you as sad. And, therefore, no sadness to define happiness. In other words, the complete inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides of the contrast. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is like walking on air of bliss.

The full inclusion of a feeling is not to be confused with embracing it, going into it, for example. Those ideas come from the belief that you are someone definitive who experiences something specific, which can change or transform you into something better. Hence the belief in being someone definitive is enhanced and so are the contrasts making up duality.

Totally being a feeling is not something definitive because it cancels out the contrast to the feeling you are being, wherefore you cannot be defined as someone definitive, so if you do not want to be nobody but somebody, you start asking what being a feeling means or inventing explanations yourself instead of being it.

Being it, by the way, does not mean you go deep into the feeling – just like you do not need to go deep into a well to get water. What you do on the surface is the same. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

Not trying to experience anything specific but including everything exactly as it is, bring about a state of not-knowing because without excluding something, there is nothing to define you as someone.

Thus you are in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are. This is also where you are when connecting with the empty breath, having glimpses of enlightenment, or applying any other duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

If these states of bliss are identical is not to know, because they are all states of not-knowing, which is a mix of empty space and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, the brain has fabricated from that.

There is nobody in the bliss of not believing to be someone

In a state of not-knowing, there is not enough consciousness to be aware of yourself as someone definitive separated from what you experience to a world outside of you. But there is not enough consciousness in this mix to perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference, so you do not perceive yourself, nor the world, to be something. Thus you are in the bliss of nothing.

This lasts as long as you do not try to regain full consciousness (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´), but not more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to the experience of someone living in a capsule of time and space.

The enlightenment of that which is one, though, is not a state of not-knowing, because it totally erases the memory of ever having appeared to be someone definitive (see hack #6.2 The inward-facing senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it).

But we are so conditioned to believe, we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space, that the fear of annihilation takes over and we compulsively imagine seeing something definable in the light so that we again appear to be somebody in a world defined by time and space.

Since there is no more than that which is one, it only takes one to undo the belief it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, and since there still appear to be more than one, Buddha, Jesus or anybody else who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one followed a conditioned reflex to see more than one light, so a world where there seems to be more than one appeared to continue.

»Edit your life frequently and ruthlessly. It is your masterpiece, after all.« This quote seen on the web shows a widespread misunderstanding, namely that life is yours. In reality, it is the other way around, so the more you try to edit life in order to appear unique, the more suffering your uniqueness seems to cause you.

When something is over, it is only the story about it that stops. Life has no beginning and end because it is formless. So if you mourn the end of someone, it is not life but your story about it that makes you cry. This is how your story is made real and life unreal. That is if you forget, it is life, which makes it possible to make the story. Not forgetting that you love any story and its end.

The love of life, by the way, is not warm, or cold, or something else. Nor is it nothing, because it takes more than one to be anything and it is that which is one. That is why it lasts.

You may believe in free will, but it is nothing other than a belief. Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is the brain that takes every decision you believe in making yourself, except when connected with the empty breath. But as it does not know of the world where you believe to be, it does not change anything but the belief that you are there.

And not believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it does not seem to hide, there is no free will since it takes more than one to make a choice and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

Nothing can restrict the empty breath, because it has no need to be something definitive. Yet believing to be someone definitive is a restriction, that will cause the experienced of it to be confined. In other words, the empty breath is not something definitive, so it has nothing to be free from. It is what it is, in spite of you experiencing the expansion and contraction in the body to flow smoothly or not – or remembering the empty breath at all.

It is you, who do not feel free, because you are dependent on continually being acknowledged as someone definitive by somebody perceived to be outside of you in a physically, astral or online world. The feeling of imprisonment that this entails, you want to break out off, and as you assume the empty breath just like you is something definitive, you expect it has the same desire for freedom as you.

Fortunately, there is not something to solve and no feeling of imprisonment to heal, because going with the flow of the empty breath – no matter in what way it is experienced to be – you go with its indifference, and so the apparent difference of feeling free or imprisoned is not perceived to make a difference.

PREFACE:
Since the bliss of nothing that sets in when connected with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain, based on signals it claims to receive from our sensory system, delivers a convincing experience in which we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Appearing to be someone definitive is, therefore, make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established by going back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs into ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´ ). In those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

This has nothing to do with getting closer to your pure essence. You have no soul. You are nothing. Being with the empty breath, this becomes inevitably so obvious that there is not something to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world that the brain spends a second to fabricate from the frequencies it imagines to receive from empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have just a second to connect with it instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time, though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be in the bliss of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath sees no separation, so it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. On the other hand, you need to connect with it if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone who is separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath by going back one the second from your present experience to the nothingness that is unprocessed by the brain and then not picking up on the brain´s deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the unprocessed moment is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state, though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to a conscious experience of being someone definitive, because if the brain is not continuously occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

Consequently, being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being something. This is because the signals the brain used to perceive to come from empty space can no longer be registered by it and processed into a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus there is not something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is it the undoing of this belief that connects you with the bliss of the empty breath? Since this question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has invented this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. Actually, there is no answer to anything. All questions are constructed from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not that many, however, go into a state of not-knowing. If they do, they do not remain there more than a few seconds or minutes before returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive, in which they forget a state of not-knowing until blissful memories of it emerge.

How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of the experiences where you appear to be someone definitive in a world of something and instead drift in the bliss of nothing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of nothing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known if it is the empty breath or being indifferent to the belief in being someone that comes first concerning the sheer bliss of nothing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regard to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know and want to remain as that rather than being nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss of nothing that the empty breath entails is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading at this very moment because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals it claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1: IN THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it has imagined that it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so it can deceive you into believing they are the basis for what you experience to see now.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of nothing that it has taken one second ago to process, what you believe to read now you read in the past – or more to the point, you never read because one second ago there did not appear to be something to cover up nothing.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data that your experience of this image is based on, the brain claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain to fool you into believing that you are someone definitive having your own life. As this means you are never in the present but the past, and as it is nothing and that is where the empty breath resides, the way to connect with it is to go back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs into ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´ ), and thus not have a conscious experience of being someone in the world processed by the brain.

Since there is nobody in this state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to perceive the signals the brain claims to receive from the sensory system and processes into different experiences of substantial elements, making up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference. Thus they are exposed to be a fantasy that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there are no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals it thinks the two eyes ireceives into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through singled out memories, feelings and imaginations, makes up an exciting story about itself, stored all over the brain as if it is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Just five per cent of the brain is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space, though, is needed to establish this experience as real. Hence a big part of the brain is continuously occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, we are somebody definitive in it. See also ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into a coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, that we believe in making ourselves about our relationship with the world (see The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart. And since all the memories we have selected to back up what we believe to be are stored in the brain, this belief falls apart.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Connecting with it, therefore, is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough of that.

Consequently, a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone. This is not a problem, though, because most leave it as soon as the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions has ignited it (see Take-offs into ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more want more, so you will never be or have enough. That is not a problem, though, when connected with the empty breath, as it is indifferent to differences. Hence you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That is because the urge to be someone definitive is so deep-rooted that it paves the way for the brain to break through the bliss of nothing with its version of you as someone who has special relationships with something or somebody.

Since nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love. Thus having a need for something special, feels like being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but feel that and nothing else, there is nothing to define it as something, so you are back in the bliss of nothing.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special who can choose what to be and have, the transparent bliss of nothingness seems boring because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something unique.

Love and empathy are like other feelings created by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you go with the flow, for example to have sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine to make you happy.

Like everything else, the excitement of sex does not last and, therefore, neither the shots of happiness. But if sex is replaced with empathy for your partner, the brain injects you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that makes you so happy that you wish to be a family with a baby to cuddle.

Therefore, a state of not-knowing is left by imagining you are special and in charge of your life, so you can choose a spouse who acknowledges you as unique. However, it is hard work to live up to the expectations of being special, and it seldom results in the excitement you imagined. So one day, you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off into the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs into ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´ ), and instead float in the bliss of nothing, that arises from the indifference to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath, though, what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). If it is there, the empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses, so the sense of tranquillity in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of turbulence in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outward-facing senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe in being and having is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outward-facing senses, but that it becomes apparent it makes no difference what you appear to be and have. That which is you is not a limited creature stuck in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary, it is the assumption that you know what and where you are that clouds the bliss of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As described above, inclusiveness eventually results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness). But pretending to be someone instead of believing that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) also does that. And so does having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #6.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you have alone together (see hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one).

All Alexius´ Duality Hacks except the enlightenment of that which is one, eventually, result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other, is not to say, as there are only vague memories of not believing to be someone.

It takes time for the brain to imagine it receives something from our eyes that it can process into a coherent experience of you beeing a substantial being that sees elements of matter outside of yourself.

The brain of a baby does not know how to do this. But in order to incorporate the baby´s experiences into the collective agreed way of seeing the world, the brain quickly learns how to produce a coherent right-side-up image of the world, so it seems the baby shares its experience of the world with everybody else.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present that others have. The discrepancy, therefore, makes you feel that something is wrong with you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2: IN THE WORLD OF SOMETHING
You are probably not aware that every now and then throughout the day, you are literally blind. This is because the brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. You do not notice that you are blind two hours a day because the brain hides this by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it imagines to be there.

In the first episodes of a new TV show, there are normally hints pointing to the forthcoming episodes, and since the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is captured into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But if the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints when inventing the next episodes, the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

The predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness are basically a remix of memories that have been adjusted every time recalled to boost the story of you as someone in a tangible world, so it may not match how others see the same events.

Hence, you conclude that something is wrong in your story or in that of others, and you start trying to correct what is judged to be incorrect.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

You do not read this article, but what your brain predicts that you want to read. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you appear to be successful in this, the more it seems that the story can be shaped so that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet, no matter how the story is corrected, it remains a fantasy, and so does the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything substantial in it, neither the dreamer. And it is not in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

Fortunately, the brain cannot make the empty breath look like something, so when we are in its bliss of nothing, we are not deceived by the experiences produced by the brain to perceive them as something.

How many triangles are there in this image?
The brain automatically fills in the missing pieces in this image to make you see two triangles. Thus you probably do not agree that the grey triangle is an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke is disconnected. But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one appears fragmented.

Since it is the brain not only decides what we see but also what we hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by the brain into believing, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Consequently, there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath that takes us back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered your present experience of something.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one because it takes more than one to be something, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing, the brain cannot establish the everyday consciousness of you as someone definitive. This does not mean, though, that the awareness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better, higher or purer but by no consciousness. Thus there is nobody to be aware of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like walking in the air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3: WHEN APPARENTLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES ARE NOT PERCEIVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In a state of not-knowing, you are blind in a sense that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain. It continues to process what it claims to receive from senses as if it is something and not nothing. Still, since the empty breath is indifferent to the apparently different experiences of something, there is no awareness in the connectedness with the empty breath of how the brain categorises them in contrasts of, for example, good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be judged to make a difference. Thus there is nothing special to love or hate and, therefore, nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined as clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you might want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. You secretly accept this, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, because that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just the bliss of nothing.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the terminus but a way to see that there is no end and that everything which appears to have it is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one. The latter is not possible because it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparently different experiences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief, that you are someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. Actually, an orgasm can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than that.

Despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, eventually undoes the belief in separation, it also enhances it because it requires more than one to be connected with something.

The problems, you perceive to have, do not come from the world where you appear to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all the problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or something else. Therefore, to not enhance but have the belief in separation undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or anything else. Hence you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

This and the previous article attempt to supply you with info about the empty breath. It can be beneficial for connecting with it, but it is not essential. So if you want, you can skip this article and go straight to Take-offs into ´the empty breath´.

What and where are the inward-facing and outward-facing senses

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the abstract world we can experience inside us is referred to as the world of the inward-facing senses, and the tangible world that we experience outside of us as the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, both experiences are founded on the same frequencies of nothingness supposedly hitting the same senses.

In other words, as the world of the inward-facing senses is seen, heard, felt and tasted via the same organs that seem to pick up the world of the outward-facing senses, the inner and outward-facing senses are not different organs but different ways of experiencing the same frequencies of nothingness, that seem to hit the senses.

»If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light« (Matt 6:22, King James Bible)

That being said, the organ used for the visual experience of the outer and inner world is not exactly the same because the inner sense of sight does not come from two eyes but from having them merged into one* on top of the two eyes. This single eye is by some called the third eye.

Within and without makes no difference when the inner an outer senses are in sync

The world of the inward-facing senses is experienced to be abstract because the frequencies of nothingness hitting the senses have not yet been processed by the brain to appear as if they are physical elements in the world of the outward-facing senses, that is the version of the same frequencies the brain processes in such a way, that we appear to be somebody definitive who have a conscious experience of being in a substantial world.

But as it takes more than one to experience something and as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, any experience is an illusion, regardless it seems to come from the outer or inward-facing senses.

Consequently, the above distinction between inward and outward-facing senses and their existence and a brain receiving something real from senses is part of the non-existing brains plot to deceive you into believing you are experiencing something where there is nothing.

It takes nobody to know where the inner senses are


The abstract world of the inward-facing senses is experienced when time and space are not entirely believed to be real. Ultimately speaking, though, the experience of an inner world is no more real than the experience of an outer world because any kind of experience requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. It is, therefore, only in the context of the belief that there is someone to believe this, that there seems to be an experience an abstract world, which is only lightly processed by the brain from the frequencies of nothingness and a substantial world that is heavily processed by the brain from the same frequencies.**

The abstract experience of an inner world opens up when you do not entirely believe to be someone definitive. Hence there is little left of this belief when you are in the inner world, otherwise, there would be nobody to experience the abstractness of the inner world. In other words, when you appear to be nobody in the world of the inward-facing senses, you have not totally left the belief in being somebody because somebody is needed to register the experiences of nobody. Thus the abstractness of nothing you experience in the world of the inward-facing senses is slightly something.

As these intangible experiences that the brain uses a split second to produce are an incomplete version of the outer world, the brain uses one more second to fabricate the experience of an inner world closer to nothing than the experience of an external world. Actually, what you experience right now in the world of the outward-facing senses happened one second ago – or more to the point, it never happened because the frequencies that seem to hit the senses and from which the experience is a fabrication of something from nothing.

Thus experiencing the frequencies hitting the senses to be an abstract world is closer to reality than experiencing them to be a substantial world. Not in the sense, though, that you are closer to being here and now because the truth is that which is one and it takes more than one to be anywhere, but in the sense that the inner world exposes the world of the outward-facing senses to be nothing but empty space and thus the world of the inward senses as well because without the world of the outward-facing senses it cannot be experienced.

Hence you come to a point in the world of the inward-facing senses, where there is no point or anything else to experience, nor that the enlightenment of that which is one comes out of this point, that for a moment looks like a black hole.** And so there is not something to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Should you wonder, who choose to believe the fabrication of the brain is real and who wonders about this, read the paragraph ´What you believe to be does not exist´ in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The inner and outer senses are nowhere

Since it takes more than one to experience you are nobody or be in a state of not-knowing, this is not the goal. But since it also requires more than one to have a purpose, there is no goal but being indifferent to anything that requires more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Consequently, the enlightenment of that which is one neither occurs in the inner or outer world or somewhere else. It is the end of every experience, and then again, it is not the end of anything because it takes more than one to believe something, and there is no more than that which is one. In other words, every experience of something, whether it is spiritual or mundane, is nothing.

In a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath induces, you are more nobody than somebody. And as the memories of you as someone definitive mostly are gone, you are in the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, the connection with the empty breath does not terminate your appearance as someone definitive. Within the context of this appearance, it syncs the inner and outer world, so being nobody is balanced with being somebody per what and where you appear to be.

The inner and outer senses are a fantasy

The empty breath is not specifically about being in the world of the inward-facing senses or anywhere else than in its flow of indifference. And wherever that appears to take you does not matter, because you are in its flow of indifference.

In a deep sleep, for example, you are almost a hundred per cent nobody and just a few percents somebody, so that the glimpses of enlightenment* nobody is having in a deep sleep can be registered by somebody. But driving a car, the empty breath makes sure you are almost a hundred per cent present as the chauffeur and just enough per cent of nobody to not get stressed.

Experiences of enlightenment is not the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be experienced, but glimpses of it can.**

Being connected with the empty breath, you may have glimpses of enlightenment, but you do not know before afterwards because, having them, you are in a state of not-knowing.*** However, this is not a state that reveals reality, but that anything experienced is a fantasy made from empty space.

What and where the inner and outward-facing senses are cannot be answered, as they are an imagination made from nothing.

Having that revealed, you are set free from the belief in being someone somewhere, and though it may sound strange for those who believe to be somewhere, being nowhere is pure bliss.

APPENDIX:
Keeping a balance between the inner and outward-facing senses or anything else has nothing to do with spirituality since it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in balance. However, in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is beneficial to have the empty breath balance the world of the inner and outward-facing senses, so glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inward-facing senses become the foundation of how to perceive the world of the outward-facing senses, namely as an illusion.

By doing that, you relate to the world of the outward-facing senses like you do to a video game. It is not real. Yet you have fun pretending that it is. This is not to say that spirituality is inside, but that with the outer senses partially closed, it is easier to grasp that a world where there seems to be more than one is an imagination used to hide that spirituality is that which is one, and since it takes more than one to be somewhere, it is nowhere.

When this insight is the foundation of being somewhere, it can be pretty fun pretending to in the world of the outward-facing senses – just like within the context of that world, pretending to be someone in the virtual world of a video game is quite entertaining, because you know it is not real.
