3.7 What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is constantly there.

The empty breath can be felt in many different ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body and what seems to be inside or outside of it, because the empty breath does not of anything definitive.

This is not because the empty breath experiences everything in a world where there seems to be more than one to be spiritual, but that nothing is experienced to be there since experiences is a hallucination made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from the connectedness with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone definitive. Thus the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are very future-minded, the empty breath may be felt as coming from somewhere in front of you, whereas being minded about the past it may be felt to come from the back. And if you are into the concepts of living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of it is coloured by own your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you it has no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. So whether you experience it in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside of the body it carries out its one and only purpose, namely to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

As the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and you may experience it in other ways than described in this article.

No worries. Feeling the empty breath is not about approaching it in the right way, but going with the flow. It is only in the world of the outer senses, you must do the right thing so you can feel better than those judged to do the wrong thing.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath has the form of an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Neither do the circles inside of it, and there are so many that there is no space between them. Nor are they empty. Each one of them contains two yin-yang like waves, looking a bit like in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the biggest part of the pear-shaped version of it may seem to be in the top as well as in the bottom, or in the sides or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the oval circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there is no fixed centre.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the next animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as the above is very difficult to comprehend in a world where life seems to be divided into more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make up the empty breath, if you are conditioned to divide reality in more than one. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

For most, the flow will be in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. It is all about going with the flow, so if it seems to go the opposite way, by all means, follow that.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The diameter of the circle may be proportionally expanded so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you like to perceive the location of the empty breath, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it and defines it as something substantial – read more about that here. As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two waves inside a circle of the empty breath. But there are other ways of experiencing the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to these ways and then a more detailed description of each way.

Be aware though, that feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the transparent bliss of nothingness.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference) is a state of not-knowing where you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves inside and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
The illustration above to the right shows a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in the images and all the others this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave, that may start from the stomach and then go behind the body into the head (see a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath). From there you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body, while the breath is contracting the body until you come back to the abdomen or below it. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you mostly feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not about being in total synch with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, neither does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, as that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to impose ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot upon it.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the flow of the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so that following the flow of the two yin-yang like waves feels like surfing them is an imagination of his.

You can also surf the opposite way than described in the above. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so this might speed up undoing the belief in being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus you are set free from the body (read more about this here), and the body is set free from you, so it can follow its biological system without you trying to control it based on the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, which is not possible. Just like you cannot import physical elements in a dream or vice versa. This does of course not mean, that you should refrain from consulting a qualified health care professional, who can assist in supporting the biological system of the body.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is slowly but surely being undone.

As already said, there is no right way of being with the empty breath. Unlike in the world of the outer senses, where a wrong move can be fatal, there is no right way of going with the flow of the empty breath, so no need to bother about the right way of doing it. Besides going with the flow of the empty breath, you will soon be indifferent to what is right or wrong.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless the state of the body
Generally speaking, you will as already stated, mostly feel the flow of the waves in one circle – probably the one going from the back to the front of the body or the other way around – but you can also jump from circle to circle or feel them all simultaneously. It is not important. Neither is it essential to know all this.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that feeling something is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of the empty breath in such a detailed way as described in this article before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

But if you want, it is possible to be a bit more choosy than he generally is. Apparent problems with the past, or in the back, may benefit from being massaged by the empty breath through surfing both sides of a single wave in the back of you.

Should you need to be grounded, you could choose to surf all the way around a single wave passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way, or from side to side, or both of those waves, or any one or more waves in between.

Just like what you appear to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something. Consequently nothing prevents it from being what and where it is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that what it takes to make things work.

And if you feel the need to be intuitive or fact-minded (the right or left side of the brain), you could surf both of the waves passing the head from side to side in relation to it. The same, but around the chest, would be fine if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. That direction, but maybe around the head or stomach instead, is also very good in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the waves back and forth, where the waves may adjust themselves to go from feet to head.

In the case of a blocked abdomen, you surf a single wave down there in front of the body going sideways from right to left or the other way. You could also just surf back and forth the front of the wave. The size of the wave adjusts to the need for opening up the abdomen. Has sadness been hidden there, you may feel like crying. If so you take your time to do so and then return to the same part of the empty breath if that is where the flow calls for you to go.

It may also call for surfing a combination of single waves, for example interchange between surfing the wave at the abdomen and a single wave in front of you, that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or maybe not just single waves but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and forth of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to the problem.

The empty breath is extremely helpful in regards to alleviate allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. Not in the sense that it heals those things, but that it makes you indifferent to the state of the body and thus able to feel good regardless its state and therefore able support it without projecting fear upon it – read more about that here.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is far from good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get over with so he can feel better, because everything is as it is. See also when he was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from.

There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but being used by it and to go with the flow as it comes to you because that sets the body free to heal itself. That is why it is so good in cases of psychosomatic disorders. Read more about that here. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article, as an intellectual understanding will not help you to feel the connectedness with the empty breath. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath, because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath generally speaking also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that it is felt solely inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the limited size of the body though, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of breathing. Yet the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done with any of the circles within the non-definitive borderline of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt through the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, as you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it may be so foreign to you that you probably prefer following the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius experiences the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning – see the speedy animation just below – but it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing still – see the third image from here – so you feel breathless and the bliss of being indifferent to whatever you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing on the outer sides of two yin-yang like waves in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not in line with the rhythm of the breath. Yet it is the force behind it. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere or as if spinning through a world with no limits.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of the empty breath … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is felt both inside and outside of the body. It is probably easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body because there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch it, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to feel the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, your effort to pinpoint it will fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach tits rhythmic flow and transparent sound of it is, therefore, to start in the chaos at the root of the empty breath – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – as that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

Sometimes this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ seems to come from the nose and sometimes from an undefined space in the back of the head. But since there does not seem to be any boundaries, the sound neither is experienced to be inside or outside the head. At other times it seems to come from a distant space outside the body as if the breath has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

Feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, me and them and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it to be real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. There is nobody to believe you are someone definitive there because it is something you pretend (see hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath as it manifests in the swing or transparent sound of the empty breath, as otherwise it is the end of you when the body stops to function. In that moment it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of empty breath, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of life.

These glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, will merge into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath is not an appearance that can be manifested by the manipulating the physical breath or by exercising any other form of control.

Hearing or feeling the empty breath is not something that can be provoked by the execution of specific exercises. It is the other way around. When you are not looking for something specific, the empty breath can move on its own accord.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Alexius does not really know what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like because it is a state of not-knowing. However, for the purpose of writing about it, he had many short moments of the empty breath ignited, so that he from the vague memories of those could write what it felt like.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Remember that just like the experience of an orgasm is a very personal thing, so is the experience of the connectedness with the empty breath, even though what you experience is not personal and that you actually have no consciousness about it, since the connection is established half a second before a conscious experience of you as someone definitive is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here.

In the resulting state of not-knowing what and where you are, which lasts until you insist that the apparent differences registered by the brain make a difference and you, therefore, must be someone separated from what you see. Until then there is nobody to experience, how blissful it is not believing to be someone definitive.

In other words, the feelings of the empty breath are memories, that pop up when you again believe to be someone definitive. And as memories are based on a very personal selection, your memories may be coloured in another way than in the above descriptions based on the memories of Alexius.

Alexius searched the web for animations and still photos to illustrate the different movements of the empty breath in the way he remembers them. He does not know if the illustrators had the empty breath in mind when they made these images – but probably not.

4.5 The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

Haven chosen not to be in control, the empty breath automatically guides you. It can be compared to driving a car in automatic gear, which works regardless you are aware of it or not. In other words, when having connected with the empty breath, you do not have to always remember it. Yet you must remember not to use manual gears,* which can take some time getting used to, as you probably are used to considering yourself as self-made. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Keeping a balance between inner and outer senses or anything else has nothing to do with spirituality since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to be in balance. In a world where there seems to more than one, however, it works great having the empty breath balance the world of the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment** from the world of the inner senses become the foundation of how the world of the outer senses is perceived, namely as an illusion.

Thus you relate to the world of the outer senses in the same manner you relate to a game like Monopoly, for example. It is not real but yet you have fun pretending that it is.

The empty breath facilitate the synchronisation of the outer and the inner senses, so that what is experienced to be a world outside of you is not perceived to differ from the one experiencing it.

This is not to say that spirituality is inside, but that with the outer senses partially closed it is easier to grasp that a world where there seems to be more than one is an imagination used to hide the spirituality of that which is one. With this insight as the basis for your appearance in the world of the outer senses, it can be quite fun pretending to be someone there – just like within the context of this world pretending to be someone in the illusionary world of a video game is fun, because you know it is not real.

Introducing the empty breath
The first full article about the empty breath in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, namely Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, is all about how to connect with it, so your own experience of the empty breath becomes your introduction to it. That article, however, came as quite a surprise to Alexius. Not because he is not familiar with the empty breath. On the contrary, it seems to be the reason he is having such an effortless life in the world of the outer senses. Yet, he is so used to it, that he did not envisage it as something to write about.

And neither is there much to write about because the empty breath cannot be sensed by reading but by not breathing yourself and instead to have the empty breath expand and contract your body on its own accord. If the lack of control seems scary to you, you can use this uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, whereafter there is nobody left to care about control. See the previous article How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is amongst other things triggered by not being exclusive and therefore inclusive***, as the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses do not make a difference when being inclusive. That is, if not everything is included because if it is the contrast of inside and outside is no more, which means there is no separation to hide, there never was and never will be no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Hence that which is you has and is everything, wherefore there is no need for anything, neither the empty breath.

But most likely there are thoughts and feelings you forget or do not want to include – maybe because you judge them to be evil – and so you still appear to be something definitive, but not as certain about it as before. This crack in your personality is enough for the empty breath to be able to work on its own accord and start undoing the belief in being someone definitive.

Happy or sad
At first, it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with all the air, that you feel is needed for breathing. But when you do not override the flow of it*, which does not has to be adjusted to the physical breathing, everything is just fine, and you are guided to the world of the inner senses.

If you in the past have blocked out feelings of for instance humiliation, rejection and inferiority by hiding them in the body, these feelings are intensely felt, when connecting with the empty breath, as the flow of it unblocks everything .

But if you do not try to exclude the unpleasant feelings from the past, and instead include them by totally being them, you will not only feel sad but also happy – or rather none of them, as the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides. In other words, you are in a state of not-knowing, which is like walking on air.

The cancel out of a contrast, that comes from completely being one side of it, for example being rejected, is not to be confused with embracing the feeling of rejection, going into it or any other kind of doing something.

Totally feeling sad and being nothing else, there is no happiness to contrast sadness, wherefore none of those feelings can be defined. Consequently there is not something specific experienced and thus nobody experiencing anything specific. This emptiness, which is a sense of bliss so intense, that nothing seems to be wrong or missing, is in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings called a state of not-knowing. Those ideas are born from the belief, that you are someone definitive experiencing something specific, wherefore embracing or going into something enhances this and thus fences off the cancellation of the contrast rejected / cherished, because what you belief to be is founded on contrasts.

Totally being a feeling is not something definitive, as it cancels out the contrast to the feeling you are being and thus also that, so none of them can be defined. Consequently there is nothing to define the one being nothing, so if you do not want to be nobody but somebody, you start asking what being a feeling means or inventing explanations yourself instead of being it.

It could also be that it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it is more painful than joyful, especially if you in the past have excluded specific feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body, for example the muscle named psoas, where fear, worries and frustrations often are stored away.

Hence psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma may have become too weak to freely move with the flow of the empty breath so that it seems the empty breath makes you tense and not relaxed. But if you do not look forward to a specific experience, you will be indifferent to being tense or relaxed.

When someone gets hurt in a movie, that you are watching, you may also feel hurt. That is why the movie seems real. But because you know it is an illusion, it seems exciting to be hurt. This is how it is to be connected with the empty breath. Though the world seems to be real, you know it is not, and so its apparent ups and downs are equally enjoyable.

The indifference of the empty breath sets you free from the need of being free or anything else
Looking forward to the expansion and contraction of the empty breath moving totally freely without any bodily restriction is a waste of time. First of all, you will not be able to enjoy the flow of it, if you are looking forward to a specific way of feeling it. Secondly, the expansion and contraction of the empty breath may never be experienced to flow totally unhindered by the body.

The connection with the empty breath is generally not felt to be complete. No worries. It is not about perfection but purpose. If your purpose is to undo the belief en being someone definitive, the empty space of the empty breath take on the function of an automatic gear, that shifts between the inner and outer senses, so that this belief is being undone, while you enjoy the excitement of appearing to be someone definitive.

There is no perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no such world, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless. Thus keeping up the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one requires much focus and control so that your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one constantly can be adjusted so that it is in balance with what you believe to be.

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment, however, is counterproductive in regards to the empty breath, that has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

Nothing can restrict the empty breath, because it has no need to be something definitive. Yet believing to be someone definitive is a restriction, that will cause the experienced of the empty breath to seem confined.

To undo your belief in being someone definitive it does not need to flow unhindered in and out of your apparent substantial body. It does not know of restraint since that is a concept related to freedom, and restraint, as well as freedom, only makes sense if you believe to be someone definitive.

In other words, as the empty breath is not something definitive, it has nothing to be free from and no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. It is what it is, in spite of you experiencing the expansion and contraction of it to flow smoothly or not – or remembering it at all.

You do not even have to remember the empty breath to have an easy life. Yet you must remember not to forget, that your intention is to not be someone definitive, so that you do not override* the flow of the empty breath in order to appear as if you are special.

It is you, who do not feel free, because you are dependent on constantly being acknowledged as someone definitive by somebody perceived to be outside of you in a physically, astral or online world so that it feels as if you are alive. The feeling of imprisonment that this entails, you want to break out off, and as you assume the empty breath just like you is something definitive, you expect it has the same desire for freedom as you.

You may believe in free will, but it is nothing than a believe. Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is the brain that takes every decision you believe to make, except when connected with the empty breath. But as it does not know of the world where you believe to be, it does not change anything but the belief that you are there.

And not believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it does not seem to hide, there is no free will, since it takes more than one to make a choice and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

Fortunately, there is not something to solve and no feeling of imprisonment to heal, because going with the flow of the empty breath – no matter in what way it is experienced to be – you go with its indifference, and so the apparent difference of feeling free or not makes no difference.

Connectedness with the empty breath comes from choosing not to choose, so that this auto pilot supplied by the oneness of life can take over.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath may be heard as a rhythmic sound experienced to come from the back head. Yet the experience of a head is very distinct. It is rather like there is nothing than the rhythmic sound – or as if it is not coming from you at all but from somewhere indefinable. This sound, that you do not do anything to produce and that can be compared to the sound of saying Soham, seems to originate from the sixth chakra (third eye) – not from the chakra in the forehead though but in the back of the head – see in the illustration to the right.

This illustration is from the book Healing Hands by Barbara Ann Brennan, whose knowledge about aura and chakras does not seem to be second-hand. Aura and chakras, however, are not part of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, as they often are used to escape feelings of alienation through spaced out illusions of spiritual grandeur instead of undoing the cause of alienation, which is the belief in being someone definitive.

When the energy of this part of the sixth chakra, that is located in the back of the head a little lower than the illustration seems to imply, is going clockwise you will mostly experience the world of the outer senses to be troublesome, but counter-clockwise you are upgraded to a more laid-back version of it, where it seems easier not to be in control but go with the guidance of the empty breath. If the energy is stagnated the empty breath seems to be out of reach, and you may unconsciously be fixated in a mental pattern, that you carry out very strong-willed.

This image found on Facebook shows the common misunderstanding, namely that life is yours, where as reality it is the other way around and if you try to edit life, you will suffer.

This image, that is found on the web, shows a very common misunderstanding, namely that life is yours. In reality, it is the other way around, so the more you try to edit life in order to appear unique, the more suffering your uniqueness seems to cause you.

It is you, it is you who have chosen the direction of the energy in the chakra and also to clog it, if that is the case. Hence it is only you who can change it.

If the energy in the back of the chakras is not clogged, you are like a river going back to its source. In other words, you do not have a will of your own, unless one or more of the chakras in the back of the body are clogged. So if you want to control how the world of the outer senses is experienced in order to edit it into your own personal story, you want to freeze the energy in the back of the chakras.

In other words, you devote your awareness to the personal will in the front of the chakras and clog the transpersonal will in the back of the chakras by not given them any attention at all.

That goes without saying that neither do you want the transpersonal flow of the empty breath to be the basis for your life in the world of the outer senses, until you acknowledge, that you do not know what is in your best interest.

Collecting specific thoughts to fabricate an interesting personality in order not to be nobody but somebody is not a problem in itself. It is the belief, that the body represents this construction of thoughts, that fences off the enlightenment of that which is one. This is not to say that the body needs to be refined by yoga or something else to not block out the enlightenment of that which is one. The state of the body is not important in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to for just a split second completely forget what and where you believe to be. Even though a car is not you, it is taken care of as it is. Likewise, you also take care of the body, as if it is you even though it is not you but a fantasy made from out of empty space. A NOTE ABOUT ALEXIUS:
Alexius has and partly still have blockages in the body, that seems to prevent the flow of the empty breath. Yet that is not so, and if it seems so, that is because we try to block out specific feelings in order to uphold the belief that we are someone special.

But since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is not possible to become someone special in a specific body. Yet it is possible to imagine this – just like within the context of such an imagination it is possible to fool yourself to such an extent that the experience of you as a hero in a virtual world of a video game blocks out the world outside of it. In other words, it is the imagination of you as someone definitive, that blocks out the formlessness of that which is you.

Fortunately he has never been very good in upholding the appearance of being someone unique, and as it only takes one moment, where we forget what and where we are, to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, he long time ago became someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one – and no philosophy or religion – is the sole basis for Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. The voice behind them comes from a non-physical entity that Alexius calls Gudruång and whom he in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one seem to be a physical extension of.

3.3 The speed of uncontrolled thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness (in the process of being updated)

Oneness is contrary to the common belief not the same as quietness and stillness, as the ultimate speed of that which is one is wild and noisy. That is if it could be experienced, but that is not possible since it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say, the reason oneness cannot be experienced is that it is like a movie running so fast that there are no frames to be seen. Thus it is not due to quietness but speediness, it is that which is one.*

In this context, a world where there seems to be more than one is the same movie slowed down so much, that it seems to consists of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want take it slow, because that makes them able to remain as if they are in control.

It is therefore not quietness but fastness, that is needed to accelerate the slowed down movie where there appears to be a world with more than one back to its natural speed of that which is one. But as this seems to create too much pressure on our biological system, which is part of the low-frequency world of the outer senses, we need the empty breath to sync it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so that it can absorb it.

This is not to say, that stress gets replaced by pleasure since that is just as disturbing for the biological system as any other sensation. All that is needs for the sensitivity of its nervous system to work is to be free from the excitement imagined by the mind.**

Yet this synchronisation is only possible, if you do not work against it by organising thoughts and/or feelings into a philosophical or religious system, because that slows down the natural speed of thoughts and feelings, wherefore the energy of them becomes so dense that it emerges with the body.

As there is no more than that which is one, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is absurd. This includes Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Yet the application of them undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is until the thoughts and/or feelings suppressed in the body infect it with weird diseases, and the body, therefore, spits them out through, for example, vomiting, wherefore the turmoil of them return to your awareness in an even more speedy and chaotic way than before. But if the synchronisation is not interrupted, the empty breath syncs the disturbing speed in the world of the outer senses with the world the inner senses, that increases the speed until it impossible for the brain to fabricate a conscious experience of you as someone definitive, wherefore there is nobody to judge the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one to make a difference, and thus no basis for believing to be someone definitive, which is pure bliss.

Please be aware, that the above explanation of that which is one versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation of this or anything else, as it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Hence there is neither truth, love or anything else to be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor anywhere else. That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not point to anything but that there is no more than that which is one.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others.

Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with everybody – nor to experience the transparency of nothingness.

So although the image of you as somebody substantial as a hallucination and so is the apparently tangible world where you appear to be, it seems as if you are still there, which is quite hilarious, because that which is you is no different from that which is one so you cannot be anywhere, as it requires more than one to be somewhere.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. Consequently, they also lose their apparent power to define you as someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If thoughts and feelings are not stopped or organised into something you believe to be usable, the uncontrolled chaos of them will automatically ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and therefore not noticed anymore (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

Yet for the take-off to work, you must first acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings exactly as it is experienced, and in no way try to analyse or understand it, because doing so hides chaos behind an orderly system, wherefore it is displaced. This is also what happens if you choose to observe it or justify it with something or somebody.

So not to hide the chaos of thoughts and feelings behind a mental or meditative activity, but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing but totally being that. And this is not only the take-off to the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it, wherefore there is not something to define you, so you are in a state of not-knowing.* Read more about this here.

But since there is nobody in a state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to know the transparent bliss of nothingness, that comes from the indifference to the consciousness of being someone definitive, before you return to that consciousness and blissful memories of being indifferent to it start popping up.

Nevertheless, you know, that you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

4.2 What and where are the inner and outer senses (in the process of being updated)

The empty breath synchronises the outer and inner senses in such a way, that we become indifferent to being somebody in the tangible world of the outer senses and thus responsive to being nobody in the abstract world of the inner senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This and the previous article is an attempt to supply you with info about the empty breath and its bliss of indifference, which may be a good foundation for connecting with it. But if you want to do that right away, you can go straight to Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

The abstract world that seems to be experienced inside of us is in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings referred to as the world of the inner senses, and the tangible world that seems to be experienced outside of us as the world of the outer senses. Yet both experiences are founded on the same frequencies of nothingness hitting the same senses.

In other words, as the world of the inner senses is seen, heard, felt and tasted via the same organs that seem to pick up the world of the outer senses, the inner and outer senses are not different organs but different ways of experiencing the same frequencies of nothingness, that seem to hit the senses.

»If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light« (Matt 6:22, King James Bible)

That being said, the organ used for the visual experience of the outer and inner world is not exactly the same, because the inner sense of sight does not come from two eyes but from having them merged them into one.* This single eye is by some called the third eye.

Within and without makes no difference when the inner an outer senses are in sync

The world of the inner senses is experienced to be abstract, because the frequencies of nothingness hitting the senses have not yet been processed by the brain to appear as if they are physical elements in the world of the outer senses, which is the version of the same frequencies the brain processes in such a way, that we appear to be somebody definitive having a conscious experience of being in a substantial world.

But as it takes more than one to experience something and as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, any experience is an illusion, regardless it seems to come from the outer or inner senses.

Consequently, the above distinction between inner and outer senses, as well as their existence and that the brain receives something real from them, is part of the brains plot to deceive you into believing, that you are experiencing something where there is nothing.

It takes nobody to know where the inner senses are


The world of the inner senses is experienced when time and space is not completely believed to be real. Ultimately speaking though the experience of an inner world is no more real than the experience of an outer world, as any kind of experience requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The inner world is experienced, when the awareness of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems confined. But if completely leaving the imprisonment of being someone definitive, there is not someone to experience anything.

Thus there does not appear to be something in the nothingness outside of oneness, that seems to hide there never was and never will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

It is therefore only in the context of this belief, that there is someone experiencing an abstract world appearing to come from unprocessed frequencies of nothingness or a substantial world processed by the brain from the same frequencies.**

So even though what you seem to see, hear, feel and taste in the world of the inner senses is very abstract and you appear to be nobody there, it is still something that is experienced, so there must be somebody doing this.

In other words, when you appear to be nobody, you have not totally left the belief in being somebody, because somebody is needed to register the experience of you being nobody. Thus what you seem to see, hear, feel and taste in the world of the inner senses is not nothingness but an interpretation of it.

Yet this interpretation of nothingness as abstractness is a more direct experience than what you seem to experience in the world of the outer senses because the brain uses one second to fabricate a conscious experience of a tangible world. Hence what you experience to happen now actually happened one second ago – or more to the point, never happened, since the frequencies, that seem to hit the senses and from which the experience is fabricated, are nothing but empty space.

Thus experiencing the frequencies hitting the senses to be an abstract world is closer to reality than experiencing them to be a substantial world. Not in the sense though that you are closer to being here and now, because reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to be anywhere, but in the sense that they expose the world of the outer senses is nothing but empty space and thus also the world of the inner senses, as without the world of the outer senses it cannot be experienced.

So you come to a point in the world of the inner senses, where there is no point or anything else to experience, neither that the enlightenment of that which is one is coming out of this point, that is not there but looks like a black hole.** And so there is not something to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Should you wonder, who choose to believe the fabrication of the brain is real and who wonders about this, read the paragraph ´What you believe to be does not exist´ in INTRO TO HACK #4.4, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The inner and outer senses are nowhere

As it takes more than one to experience you are nobody or in a state of not-knowing, this is not the goal. But since it also requires more than one to have a goal, there is no goal than indifference to anything requiring more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one takes no more than a split second of totally forgetting to remember what and where you believe to be. But since it erases all memories of ever having appeared to be someone at all, there is absolutely nobody to experience it.** 

Thus the enlightenment of that which is one neither occur in the inner or outer world or anywhere else. It is the end of everything you believe there is, and then again it is not the end of anything, because it takes more than one to believe something, and there is no more than that which is one.

The connection with the empty breath, however, does not terminate what and where you believe to be. It just makes you indifferent to this belief.

In a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath induces, you are more nobody than somebody. And as the memories of you as someone definitive mostly are gone, you are in the bliss of indifference to what and where you appear to be.

Also to the experience of being nobody, which as already mentioned you never completely are. This also applies to being somebody, because the empty breath synchronises the outer and inner senses in accordance with what and where you appear to be.

The empty breath is not specifically about being in the world of the inner senses or being anywhere else than in its flow of indifference. And wherever that appears to take you does not matter, because you are in the flow of indifference.

In deep sleep, for example, you are almost a hundred per cent nobody and just a few percents somebody, so that the glimpses of enlightenment* nobody is having in deep sleep can be registered by somebody. But driving a car the empty breath makes certain, that you are almost a hundred per cent present a chauffeur with a few percents of you as nobody making sure the driver does not get stressed.

Experiences of enlightenment is not the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be experienced, but glimpses of it can.**

Being connected with the empty breath does is basically the same as having glimpses of enlightenment or being in a perfect moment**** because they are all states of not-knowing.*** It is not a state though that reveals reality. Just like the inner senses, it reveals, that a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy made from empty space.

What and where the inner and outer senses are cannot be answered, as they are an imagination made from nothing.

Having that revealed you are set free from the belief in being there, and though it may sound strange for those who believe to be there, being nowhere is pure bliss.

Why are the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. In fact the enlightenment of that which is one results in nothing, as it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know, that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind has to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so describing the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is done in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

In fact, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening since it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said, that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems, that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive, so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being completely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear, if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what he perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such an imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

+ What is not one is fake

Seeing is believing, they say, but it is actually the other way around. It is what you believe that you see. Hence you do not see anything if you do not believe something. And not seeing anything, that which cannot be seen, namely the formlessness of oneness, does not appear to be hidden by something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The woman who you see is not here. She cannot be in the electronic media where you are seeing. Her appearance is a simulation made from zeros and ones in a combination that cannot be experienced as something until an app on your electronic media processes it into frequencies that trigger the brain to produce an experience of a woman who seems to be someone in the world where you believe to be.

That world, however, has never been created because there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to create something. Thus the world you see is make-believe and so is whatever you assume to make this belief because it takes more than one to make something.

The brain claims that the reason you experience to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than that one is that it receives signals from your sensory system that add up to you being someone in such a world. But it is just a story to cover up that you and the world where you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing with nothing in it.

You only see the world where you believe to be because the brain continually processes frequencies of nothing into something that mimics you as someone having a conscious experience of being amongst others, whether that seems to be in a physical or spiritual world. But knowing that what and where you appear to be is make-believe, you feel happy to experience it, contrary to the feeling of doom that comes from believing the experience is real.

The latter most try to solve by relying on the collectively agreed concept of how to be someone definitive and disown everything that appears to contradict it. Hence they distance themselves from the solution to not feeling bad, which is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, as then there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

To take this leap into the unknown, you must forget, what are where you believe to be. This can be accomplished by seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (read hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life). It can also be accomplished by pretending to be someone in such a world, because what and where you pretend to be you are not (read hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation).

Alternatively, you can choose to have the empty breath doing it for you (see hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). Or you can be inclusive instead of exclusive, as that cancels out the apparent differences in your experiences, wherefore the basis for the belief in being someone definitive is gone (see hack #3.2 Life is inclusive and not exclusive).

You can also apply one or more of the other duality hacks, as they all cause a state of not-knowing in which there is nobody to believe you are somebody (read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one).

The brain though falls into a coma if you for more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at most, do not have an ongoing internal conversation with it, as if you are someone in a world where there seem to be more than one. In other words, you cannot remain in a state of not-knowing. See hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

But the brain is not needed for the enlightenment of that which is one. On the contrary, so when it falls into a coma a light brighter than anything else very quickly and abruptly strips away everything left of what you believe to be and have, so there is no awareness of ever having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you do not want, the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to be to be put to an end so abruptly but would like to enjoy it while having it undone, you can choose to return from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive. And then go back and forth between being conscious and in a state of not-knowing until you cannot help but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

As that which is one is formless and therefore endless, it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is it possible to be anywhere else, as it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. In other words, what and where you believe to be is not there. According to the brain, however, it receives frequencies from a sensory system, that confirm us to be somebody substantial in a tangible world where there seems to be more than one.

But since there is no more than that which is one, this experience produced by the brain of a tangible world with us as substantial beings is a deception – including the story of the big bang. Also the recent findings of science that seems to suggest that as our visual system is sensitive to sound frequencies, and our sense of smell in part is dependent on what is called cosmic frequencies, and the cells in our bodies are sensitive to a broad range of frequencies, we are a portion of a holographic domain of consciousness and thus part of something greater.

It is more to the point when aspects of Pribram’s holographic model of the brain is put together with Bohm’s theory. For if the concreteness of the world is but a secondary reality and what seems to be ´there´ actually is a holographic blur of frequencies, and if the brain also is a hologram and only selects some of the frequencies out of this blur and mathematically transforms them into sensory perceptions, what becomes of objective reality?

Put quite simply, everything experienced is an illusion. We are ´receivers´ that seem to float through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequencies, that literally speaking is non-existing. Yet a physical world in 3D appears to be rendered from this nothingness that we as receivers choose to experience as real, and doing so we affirm ourselves to be real as well.

Yet the experience of a physical world is only one out of many, it could also be an astral world that one seems to extract from the sea of nothingness and project ghostly images into it via its simulated superhologram, so nothing appears to be something.

To resume, the whole world – whether it seems physical or spiritual – is a fantasy made to fool you into believing, you are a physical being with a sensory system, that receives frequencies from a world outside of you and thus ratifies you to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

That somebody is making this fantasy is also a fantasy. It is wishful thinking by those who want to be ratified as a conscious being. Just like nobody makes a dream, nobody makes the fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one – and nobody is in it.

If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality

You are bound to feel divided between contrast like right and wrong in a world of duality, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it feels irritating to deal with separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You cannot avoid irritation when you believe to be in a world of duality because in order to uphold this belief, you must always choose between contrasts like good and bad, right and wrong and so on. And as this is a confirmation of separation and that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, choosing feels as if you are disconnected.

When irritation is not excluded by blaming somebody or something else for having caused it, but instead included in the experience of what you appear to be, the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

But the intimacy that this entails seems is scary to most, so they prefer to maintain the belief in separation by justifying feelings as caused by something outside of themselves.

Most do not want to have this exposed, as that will question their belief in being someone definitive separated from the formlessness of that which is one, so they hide the cause of irritation by blaming something judged to be outside of them for upsetting them.

In order to feel good as someone definitive you choose to blame somebody experienced to be outside of you for being bad, so that there wrong appearance justify your feeling of discomfort and hide the denial of that which is you.

In other words, by accusing somebody of being bad, they seem to have caused your irritation and not your denial of that which is you. But as that again involves choosing, it upholds the belief in separation, which is the cause of irritation, so even though you seem to have proved others to be bad and you to be good, and therefore should be happy, that is not how you feel.

Most believe that it will make you feel good, when what they think is wrong has been made right. But the problem is not good versus bad, but that you have to choose between them, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. Most believe that they will feel good when something has been made right. The problem though is not good versus bad, but that you feel disconnected when choosing between the opposites of a contrast, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to choose. Choosing, however, cannot be avoided in a world of duality. But if you choose not to choose, there is no separation to confirm a world of duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Irritation is enhanced every time it is justified, because blaming somebody or something else for how you feel is only possible when you believe in separation, which is the cause of irritation.

Nevertheless, you keep on hoping that this underlying feeling of discomfort will go away when something judged to be wrong has been fixed. So you compulsively look for something to make better, but as that enhances the belief in separation so is the feeling of irritation.

There would not be nothing to make better, if you did not believe in separation. This belief is therefore enhanced every time you think about helping somebody or improving something.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared with a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, that feeling them is wrong. On the contrary. It is justifying them, that is going the wrong way, because by doing that they are excluded instead of included. If included to the extent that you are nothing but what you feel, you are set free, because a feeling cannot survive on its own. It is justifying them, that leads the wrong way because by doing so they are excluded instead of included. If a feeling is included to the extent, that you are nothing but that, the belief in being someone definitive cannot be upheld, because you can only be felt as someone definitive by experiencing you are contrasted by somebody else – just like you would not be able to see the white letters in the above sign, if they were not contrasted by another colour. In other words, when there is nothing else than what you feel, it cannot be felt as something specific anymore. Hence there is nothing, and so there is nothing to define duality. No worries. Irritation is simply a warning sign saying, you cannot go down this road, because it takes more than one to feel something and you are that which is one. So if irritation is not excluded by being justified as caused by others but instead included as it is experienced by you*, it disappears, as without exclusion there is no separation.

This does not necessarily mean, your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality is over, but that the belief to be someone definitive is replaced by pretending to be it. When that is over, and as what you pretend to be you are not, nobody returns to the formlessness of that which is one. Since it takes more than one to exist, this is a ´return´ to non-existence.

Even though inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in some ways, may be similar to the Jungian idea of integrating the shadow side of the personality, it is not an attempt to be whole, spiritual or being anything at all, as to be something requires more than one.

Neither is inclusiveness about owning your flaws since that is a confirmation of being someone definitive. Nor is it the same as accepting the unknown dark side of the personality, as that is to accept exclusion and therefore the imprisonment of separation, whereas inclusion leaves nothing to accept, which is freedom.

Inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is simply about undoing the belief in being someone at all.

To feel something you must exclude the formlessness of that which is you, as you can only feel something when it is contrasted by something judged to be different from it, and nothing differs from each other in the formlessness of that which is you.

While you believe to be in a world of duality, however, you do not have to hesitate to ask your neighbours to be more quiet, if they are experienced to disturb you. By all means, go ahead and blame them, but be grateful also that they have made you aware, how irritating it is to judge them to be something you are not and therefore as separated from you. This gratefulness will set you free to follow the flow, that slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation.

Going with the flow you do not try to exclude the feeling of irritation by projecting it onto somebody or something else – a back that hurts, for example – but instead include it completely undiminished and unedited in all its horror, which it is when you are nothing but irritated. When there is no other feeling than irritation, there is not something to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced as something specific, and so the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

It is not only feeling irritated, which is your salvation when included. This applies to any feeling, whether so-called positive or negative. If you go all the way and fully experience a feeling – no matter it seems to relate to the past or the present – you will be so merged with it, that there is nothing to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced and therefore return to the nothingness from where it came. What is said in the above about irritation also applies to other so-called negative feelings – rejection, anger and inferiority, for instance – that you normally try to exclude by justifying them as caused by your boss or somebody else. It also applies to so-called good feelings, if they are justified by being caused by somebody*. When you, for example, assume a feeling of love is caused by your spouse, it has been excluded and not included, so that separation is experienced as real and oneness as false.

Not to believe somebody or something is in need of fixing is to not believe that you are someone definitive. Hence there is no belief hiding that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, which means there is nothing to choose and therefore nothing to cause irritation.

To make long short, if you want to have the belief in separation undone, it makes no difference what you seem to feel while believing to be someone definitive. That is if you do not exclude what you experience to feel by compulsively justifying it as caused by somebody or something, but include it totally undiminished and unedited, which is done by being nothing but what you experience to feel.

The belief in separation can also be undone by simply perceiving everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality. Exclusion is necessary to perceive such a world, but when perceiving it to be a symbol of non-duality, the separation it seems to cause is just another symbol of non-duality. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

Applying hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation is also gonna undo the belief separation.

It does not matter which one of these hacks that you use or if they are mixed. It all boils down to acknowledging, that just like in a dream you do not know what and where you are.

Without contrasts a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced. APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to include something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is of course just as illusionary to be inclusive as it is to be exclusive. But contrary to exclusiveness, which enhances the belief in separation, inclusiveness undoes it.

When not being exclusive but inclusive there is no need to hide unpleasant feelings, since they are cancelled out when included. Thus you are free to hate somebody as much as like or love your cat with all what you have.

That being said, by excluding what you judge not to be special you can enjoy appearing to be special and still having the belief in being someone at all undone, if you include what you exclude (see Duality Hack #3) or perceive the excluded as a symbol of that which is one (see Duality Hack #2) or you pretend to be special (see Duality Hack #1).

This does not mean, however, that the duality hacks will transform you into the formlessness of that which is one because whether you appear to be so-called spiritual or mundane, your appearance is nothing but empty space. The hacks simply replace the belief, that you are someone definitive with the belief that you are a symbol of oneness or the belief that you pretend to be someone you are not, or that you are alone together with a vision of a world where there seems to be more than one (respectively Duality Hack #2, Duality Hack #1 and Duality Hack #8).

Since there is no more than that which is one, because it is formless and therefore endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. And as there is no exception from this, the duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are also make-believe. Yet they undo the belief, that it is possible to be someone definitive. Hence there is nobody to believe anything.

Though these beliefs are just as illusionary as any other one, they undo them all – including those about transformation, soul, divine consciousness, awakening and whatnot. Hence the belief that you are someone definitive does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

PART 1:
What do you get, when you keep peeling off layers of an onion? Nothing. The same applies to peel off layers of the personality. It is there so that you can pretend, there is something where there is nothing. Hence you should not peel off its layers if you want to appear as if you are someone in a world of duality.

Nothing needs to be changed in the virtual world of a game you are playing in order for you to leave it, except the belief that you are there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nothing in a world of duality – including whatever you believe to be – needs to be changed or transformed in order for it not to hide non-duality. It is the belief that you are in a world of duality, that needs to be undone. In the context of such a belief this can be compared to playing a game there. If you believe to be in its virtual world, returning to reality seems difficult, until this belief is undone.

Neither should you do that, if you want to undo the belief in duality. Layers are a basic element of duality, so if you take them seriously – and peeling them off is to take them seriously – you enhance the belief in duality. So if you do not want the belief in duality to hide non-duality, it is best not to deal with the layers of the personality, but how come you have chosen to believe, that you are a person in a world of duality.

Your choice of belief is based on what is in it for you, so as long as you believe, the apparent endless possibilities in a world of duality gives you more than non-duality, which only has no more to offer than the peace of oneness, you will keep looking for more in a world of duality.   

As that which is you id no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as what is formless is endless there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to have fun or anything else, as to have something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one and have fun there, provided thar you do not foget it is not real. It is just something you pretend. As that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to have fun, be sad or anything else, as to be or have something requires more than one. Yet it seems possible to imagine, that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one and therefore can have fun and much more – just like within the context of such a world, it is possible to imagine being something you are not in a role-playing game, which can be quite entertaining provided you do not forget, that whatever you experience there is make-believe. The question, therefore, you should ask is if more money, more fame, more respect, more freedom, more peace, more love, or whatever you are trying to achieve more of in a world of duality results in more satisfaction. Very few, however, want to examine, if being and having more feels right, because if the answer is no, they are wrong, and this is to be avoided at any price.

In reality, though it feels great to acknowledge, that I am wrong in believing, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because this means there is nobody with a need to fit into a world of duality by participating in the race for more.

You do not make a difference in the world, because that which is you is not there

A world where there seems to be more than one appears to be like a game, that is rigged. To work around this, you must remember that the game is scripted by you. This is not easy to remember because part of the script is to forget. Yet remembering that you are the author, you know that being someone definitive is a fiction. Your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality can be compared to watching a movie, that has been scripted by yourself. This, however, you tend to forget, because it is in the script that you do so. But if you manage to remember that you are the author, you know that it is all make-believe. PART 2:
To assume that you are in charge and can change what you appear to be in a world of duality can be compared to thinking, that you are in charge of the world in a video game and can change the character you pretend to be there. That you change something in such a game is an illusion, because nothing can happen there except what is programmed to happen, so every change remains within the script of the world.

The real world can never be realised, if you believe to be in a scripted world. In such a world, however, it is possible to realise that reality is not scripted.

In other words, there is nothing you can change in a world of duality but how to perceive it. Well, you can also choose not to perceive it, so that your belief in duality does not appear to hide non-duality.

The conclusion, however, is not that in non-duality you are in charge because in non-duality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be in charge of. Neither is there a need for anything, as non-duality is formless and therefore everything, so you lack nothing. That is, if you do not start to wonder, what if there is more than that which is one.

We do not see the world as it is, but as we think it is. Furthermore we do not think. We project specific meaning on specific frequencies that seems to pass by and then we conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. But they are all meaningless frequencies. Life has no need for meaning. It is everything and it takes something outside of everything to have a meaning about it … and there is nothing else than everything. We do not see the world as it is, because there is no world. It is just something that we think. Furthermore, we do not think. We project specific meaning on meaningless frequencies and conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. And then we divide ´our´ thoughts into right and wrong, good and bad so that they appear to be tangible and the world they symbolise, therefore, seems to be real. But it a fabricated reality. Duality can be said to be a world on top of non-duality founded on the idea, that there is more than that which is one. But as the oneness of non-duality is formless it is endless, there is no world outside of it. Hence no matter how much more you seem to become and get outside of non-duality, it is make-believe.

This does not mean, that you must stop looking for more in order to have this make-believe undone, because if you perceive more as a symbol of that which is no more than one, namely non-duality, regardless how much more you appear to be or have, you are still a symbol of non-duality, because without it you could not imagine to divide it into a world of duality.

When you are a symbol of non-duality in a world of duality, you are not there – just like within the context of duality no matter what you appear to be in a game you are playing, your appearance there is not real. It is just a symbol.

You have no choice but to be that which is you, because it is that which is one. Yet you can choose to believe you are not the formlessness of that which is you but an appearance defined by time and space. PART 3:
To feel horny or full of compassion is the same illusion in the sense, that it takes more than one to feel something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This does not mean that feelings should be denied when the experience is that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Doing that would be to deny, it is you who have chosen to ignore that which is one in order to experience a world where there seems to be more than one because you believe its apparent endless possibilities beat the one and only possibility of that which is one, namely peace.

It is not possible to choose that which is you but to not choose what is not you

Denying that this is your choice, it appears to be hidden, and therefore out of reach. It is therefore in your own best interest not to deny it and play along with the desires it entails of being and having more than that which is one because this will make it possible for you to see if this actually brings about more fulfilment.

In other words, if becoming and having more does not bring about lasting satisfaction, you know that feeling dissatisfied is your own choice. And that is all you need to know in order to make a new choice because it happens automatically when you have acknowledged being wrong.

You may think the above is a little vague and that you need to do more, but that is most likely because you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, and it is founded on the need for more.

Ultimately there is no choice, as that requires more than one, and that which is you is no different from that which is one.

In the formlessness of oneness, however, there is no need for more, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything. So as there is no more than the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to choose something, there is nothing to choose.

Hence any choice will result in you still appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. That is unless you choose not to appear as if you are someone there, which is done by not choosing anything. And that happens automatically, when you see that being and having more does not result in more fulfilment.

It is nothing but robots trying to fool you into believing, that you are not a robot

On the internet, nobody knows if you are a dog or exists at all. The graphic is a Peter Steiner’s cartoon, which originally was published in The New Yorker.

You can compare a world where there seems to be more than one to an online world with nothing but robots. It might sound potentially interesting to communicate with them and hear about their experiences of the world. The problem though is, that not only do they try to persuade you into believing that their world is real, but also that they are not robots.

But as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, there is neither an online or physical world. Thus you have been fooled by non-existent creatures if you experience to be in any kind of world, whether it appears to be physical, spiritual and whatnot. It takes two, however, to be fooled, so you can only be fooled because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Inclusion excludes separation
The moment, you do not want to be and have more than that which is one, there is no need to believe, the apparent differences in the world where you appear to be someone definitive make a difference. As that means you cannot be defined as someone at all, there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of oneness.

The way to not want to be and have more than that which is not one is not to stop the desire for more, as that would imply it is possible to be and have more than that which is not one. Instead, you fully include the desire to be and have more, and as a desire – just like everything else experienced – needs a contrast to be felt as something specific, including it will also include its contrast, namely the disgust of being and having more than that which is one.

Inclusion excludes separation and without separation, there is no more than that which is one.

Hence you neither avoid or go for being and having more than that which is one. Not because you have seen it is futile, but because the inclusion of a contrast cancels it out*, so the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

You are defined as someone definitive by what you exclude. In other words, if not excluding you are nothing, and so there is not something to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. The animation is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
To include contrasting feelings is not the same as containing them. Inclusion undoes separation and without it, you are not someone definitive. Consequently, there is nobody to contain something.

Besides, there is not something to contain, when two sides of a contrast are included, because then they do not appear to be separated anymore. Thus they cannot be experienced as something specific.

The first rule of surviving as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is to exclude something. That is what turns you into someone definitive. Inclusion, on the other hand, does not turn you into anything at all.

Someone definitive is needed to include something – but nobody is needed to not perceive something.

To follow an idea is to separate, as it takes more than one to follow something. Therefore all ideas – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – must be ignored, if you want to have the belief in separation undone. Yet this is also an idea, and so are any one of the duality hacks except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

The duality hacks, however, are not based on the idea of exclusion but inclusion. Hence they do not enhance the belief in separation. They undo it, and without it, you do not appear to be someone definitive hiding there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

Inclusion is liberation from separation

Accept darkness instead of fighting it, and it will enhance the light of the moment.

The sum of any contrast is a perfect moment, so instead of denying or fighting darkness go for it, as this will bring out its contrast, light, as well. Not in the way though that they will merge into dawn, but that they will cancel out each other so that there is nothing to experience. The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – that Alexius is sharing a home with have a big territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up in their home, they got very upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When she later returned, she did not notice that the stranger was still were chilling out on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him. Then hell was loose.

By thinking the world is the cause of your state of mind, it is justified by the world and thus excluded from what it believed to be you. In this way separation is made real, because projecting the cause of your state of mind onto powers, that appears to be outside of you, there seems to be more than one.

Once again she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still very upset. To prove that her feelings of unjust were justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. Every time she found one, she freaked out so Wincent and Alexius could see how much the stranger had hurt her feelings.

Ultimately speaking it is not possible to be troubled by something, as there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be troubled by something. But if you believe to be someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there will always be somebody or something that seems to cause trouble.

In other words, you will not be trouble-free before the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

The anger, Guinevere was holding onto, was supposed to exclude the unfamiliar cat from her world and to make him suffer for what she imagined he had done to her. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time in her world by sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea, that she was angry and he was supposed to suffer from it. In fact, he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. Nonetheless, there was another one, who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. It was eating her up from inside.

The above cat story is not meant to be a story about anger, but the purpose of justifying feelings, which is to manifest the belief that there is more than that which is one.

A feeling in itself cannot confirm this belief. But when it is justified by something judged to be outside of you, you become a victim of forces in a world where there seems to be more than one.. Thus the justification of a feeling confirms the belief that you are someone in such a world. At least that is what you want to believe, even though the prize of this belief is pain.

As it takes more than one to feel something, and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of feeling always ends up being experienced as painful. In this way you are reminded, it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one.

In the case of Guinevere, her anger justified by the stranger makes her seem superior to him, though she actually has turned herself into a victim of him. This makes them both appear to be somebody special, and as Guinevere want to be especially good compared to the stranger that she judges to be evil, more anger is justified with him with. And as the result is the same as before even more anger must be justified with the evil one – and so it goes on and on.

Feeling angry or happy results in the same, if those feelings are justified by something, namely the enhancement of being separated from a world that appears to be outside of you.

A victim of justification
Even though what we did judge to be a problem is out-of-the-way, we often choose to hold onto it in order to justify any anger popping up. Besides we also want to punish those we blame for it – maybe our parents – by putting up a sad face so that they will feel guilty about how much they have hurt us.

Feeling angry is an imagination, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something.

If it is only when anger is attributed with a cause, that it appears as if somebody or something has upset you. But if it is not attributed with a cause, nothing has upset you. The way to attribute anger with a cause is to justify it, so if you do not do that, the story is over and anger does not seem dangerous, because it is not triggering a story of pain.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude anger from herself by justifying it as if it is caused by the visiting cat but include it as hers, she has no need to get upset about a visitor in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude her present anger from herself by justifying it as caused by the last visit of a foreign cat but include it as hers, she has no need to find things that reminds her of the stranger in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

If a feeling of rejection is not justified by what somebody else appear to have done or not done, the feeling is not excluded but included and as that means it does not represent separation, there is no rejection.

There is no darkness without light and vice versa
Even though the everyday view from the balcony of Alexius in the above image is very pleasurable to the eye, he sometimes succeeds in finding things there that seems to justify a discomforting feeling. Just like Guinevere, who was looking for hidden things home to evoke the story she made up of her encounter with the visiting cat so that her justification of the anger he seemed to trigger from her past could be excluded from her.

To include a feeling as it is, you just let it be without justifying it. To let it be requires, that you consider yourself to be someone definitive, as otherwise there would not be someone to let it be. But by letting it be you lose control and without it you cannot align your appearance into someone definitive. Hence you are nobody.

In this way somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you becoming nobody – and it takes nobody to have a perfect moment, since it is a state of not-knowing.

Guinevere joined Alexius and Wincent on Christmas Eve, when she was 5 months old. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere, who came to Alexius when she was around five months old, had been left behind twice by other people, so when events in the present trigger her old feelings of insecurity she freaks out. Alexius grew up in a home, that felt like a war zone to him, so he tends to justify his anger as a necessity to protect him from a devastating power interpreted to come from outside of him. 

Such anger from the past does not have to be an ongoing problem though, because when not excluded by blaming somebody else for having caused it, but instead included exactly as it is experienced, it will not only reveal its other side, which is pleasure, but also that the sum of the opposites in a contrast is a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment, anger is not a disturbing feeling, pushed away into the dark. Instead, it is taken into the light, so the hidden memories of the past, that seemed to have caused it, is no more. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present.

Feelings need the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it takes more than one to feel something – and such a world needs feelings in order to be experienced as if it is real and not just make-believe.

Inclusion frees you from your own story of a world made up of past memories, and as it is those memories you use to keep your belief in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. This does not mean that you will get rid of your conditioning. If you try that, they will just be replaced by others. But it means you will not consider them to be real – just like even though you play along with the rules of a game, you do not consider the rules of it to be real.

PART 1:
Love and peace can only be experienced if contrasted by their opposites, so if you experience love and peace, your experience is founded on hate and war.

You cannot have one without the other. All opposites are two sides of the same coin. So if you experience hate and war, you also have love and peace. In other words, you can just flip the coin, when seeing hate and war.

Only those believing to be a person in a world that is real, have dreams of everlasting peace. The reason they follow these merry-go-round dreams, that they mistakenly call spirituality, is to cover up, they are full of shit.

The apparent difference between of peace and war makes no difference to those, to those pretending to be someone definitive in the world**. They see it as part of the experience to pretend to be someone definitive be in a world where there seems to be more than one, as everything in such a world needs to be contrasted in order to be experienced.

Jesus, who the do-gooders often refer to around Christmas regarding peace, said: »I will not bring peace, but dissension, fire, sword and war«. In this way, the peaceful persons, who fight the shit in themselves by projecting it onto others, can see the war in themselves.

PART 2:
Only that which is one can be present. When there is more than one, there are more possibilities, and so you start imagining, what and where to be and have. This is not one perpetual present, but several versions of the present. They are not real, because reality needs not to be imagined. One perpetual present cannot be imagined, because it is that which is real. And there is nothing else than that which is real.

In a world where there seems to be more than one the foundation is not that which is one but more than that, so you can never be present there. But you can simulate the present by for example imagining to be in the moment. Such a moment consists of many things, both so-called good and bad, right and wrong, past and future and so on. It includes everything, you imagine at that moment, and it lasts as long as the imagination lasts, whereas one perpetual present ´only´ contains what is unimaginable and never ends.

Life, which is one perpetual present, excludes everything, that is not the formlessness of that which is one. This does not mean, it is exclusive, but as formlessness is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so it cannot include what is not there. In other words: One perpetual present includes everything, that is real.

You cannot be in one perpetual present, as it takes more than one to be somewhere. But you can stop being where you are not, namely in a world where there seems to be more than one. The way to stop this is to pretend to be there, because where you pretend to be you are not.

Thinking that you understand this, you have not understood anything but forgotten the world is based on the idea that there is more than one, and what is not one is not real. All that you can do in an unreal world is pretend to understand.

If you sense this, you will not feel good as a person, and you will not feel good as a non-person either. A non-person is that which is one and it has no feelings – as it takes more than one to feel something. Feelings are part of pretending to be someone definitive, so not feeling good is how to know, you are not a person.

Realising this, however, will not bring peace. There is nothing to get in a world, that is not ´there´. Yet this realisation will be remembered as being at peace. Not a peace though that you can experience. The peace you can know as a person in the world is contrasted by war. This peace has no contrast – it is a ´state´ of not knowing, and that is what and where you are, when you do not know, what and where you are.

You cannot escape appearing as someone definitive thereby transforming this through for example meditation, prayer and chanting, because that enhances the belief in being someone definitive, as only someone definitive can do so something. PART 3:
The advanced spiritual seeker is trying to avoid peak experiences – via for instance meditation and tantra sex – based on the idea that in oneness everything is pure tranquillity. But that which is one can be compared to an unlimited stream of peak experiences, that change in such a speed, that there is no time for a person to differentiate them from each another, neither for a person to establish itself there, so nobody is experiencing them. That is why it is so peaceful.

The peaks travel from one point to another in no time, so no space is accumulated. That is why it is oneness. It has nothing to do though with the numbness you obtain via meditation, tantra, chanting, praying or other means of control, that is used to exclude what you judge to be mundane so that you seem to be a spiritual person in a state of bliss and detachment.

Being in such a state of mind, however, is often based on a wish to distance oneself from feeling the moment as it is and instead and float all over it rather than being wide awake and nothing bit this moment.

What can a spiritual seeker do?
The whole foundation of this question is misleading because there is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space – including astral worlds and anything else conceivable – because spirituality is formless and therefore endless. So as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space you better forget about spirituality and adjust to the ways of such a world.

Fortunately, these ways can also be used to undo the belief in being someone definitive. Since that depends on separation, which seems to come into being through exclusion, you can be inclusive instead of exclusive, as if fully being inclusive this leaves nothing to define a world outside of you, neither to define you. In other words, there is nobody to experience something, which means nothing appears to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely spirituality.

If not including everything that you perceive but part of it, you still appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but you and the world seem for a moment less definable because the apparent differences do not appear to make a difference. This, which is a state of not knowing, is what is called a perfect moment in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

PART 4:
Is it due to your power, that you do not fall off the earth? No, it is the force of gravity. Is it you, who controls breathing? No, a respiratory control centre at the base of your brain controls breathing. Is it you, who think? No, just like you are not the maker of gravity and the breath, neither are you the maker of thoughts.

Having a thought can be compared to seeing a cloud passing by, that for a moment may appear to be the image of a dog for example. But there is no dog. It is a hallucination – and so is the meaning of any thought that seems to pass by. They are just meaningless frequencies, that you try to inflict a meaning upon so that they seem to be specific thoughts of yours, and you, therefore, appear to be someone definitive.

The clothes you are wearing are not you, neither are the thoughts you seem to think. But it is difficult to use them, if you mistake them for you.

Yet trying to stop them from passing by is the end of what you appear to be because it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. But why should you want to stop them at all. They are of great help.in a world where there seems to be more than one. When you, for example, want to look up the bus schedule, you can pick thoughts passing by that are good for that purpose. See also the article A joyful life.

The faster thoughts spin, the faster the person, you consider yourself to be, seems to fall apart, because there is not enough time to understand them or to select specifically the ones, that seem to uphold an image of you as someone definitive.

In those cases – unless you are in a situation that needs physical presence – let your mind be blown. So blown, that it does not know what is up or down, in or out or past or future leaving, so that there is nobody to think you are this and that. This is a perfect moment. It could also be an ignition of the empty breath, which you can read about in hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

Meaninglessness is the foundation for a perfect moment
To stop or to control thoughts is not the way to a perfect moment but to numbness. The inclusion of confusion and uncertainty but most of all extreme speed of thoughts leads to a perfect moment, as when everything is fast-moving the mind does not have the time to divide everything into categories.

Well, anything, that is devoid of what you have defined as meaningful, leads to a perfect moment. Therefore if you do not try to define yourself as someone meaningful, you will be meaningless and so every moment is a perfect moment!

PART 1:
Exclusiveness is imperfection and inclusiveness is perfection. This does not mean that everything included is perfect. None of the parts is perfect – nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is, but when all parts are included it is a perfect moment.

This is not to say, you must include every small detail of a world where there seems to be more than one, but that you include everything as you perceive it. So-called negative thoughts are included as well as the so-called positive ones. Both past and future are included*. But if you out of habit exclude something, you do not have to correct that habit. You just included your habit of excluding.

To make long short: If you do not try to control and escape the moment as it is by excluding what you judge to be wrong, you have no needs and so your life is effortless.

That you have no needs does not mean, that you may not want something, but that you are not attached to getting it but the flow of the moment, as it is without any correction.

That being said, there is no flow, because there is no world. It only appears so, because you have chosen to perceive it like that. Consequently, the flow is in your perception.

That is why your perception is the moment. In other words, you are the master. It is you, who decide every moment is the perfect moment.

PART 2:
Ultimately it really does not matter, if you experience to live in the now, a perfect moment, the past or whatever. You are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. So what you think you do ´there´ is of no importance.

While you appear to be ´there´, however, it may matter in regards to what kind of person, you pretend to be. A nice personality makes it more tolerable to pretend to be a person ´there´, but that is all there is to it. But ultimately nothing will help you return to the formlessness of that which is you.

You have not left the formlessness of that which is you. It is not possible – but it seems possible to imagine it and pretend to be a person in a world where there are more than one. Imagining this, nobody in that world can help you return to that which is you they are only in your imagination and so are you as someone definitive ´there´. Just like within the context of such a world, the person you appear to be ´there´ is not its dreams.

The person you seem to be in a dream may be travelling around the world, but all the time you are actually the same place, namely in your bed – and the person in the dream may seem to be upset or happy, but no matter what this person is going through, the one having the dream, while laying in the bed, remains the same.

To make long short, enjoy pretending to be someone definitive in the world in the way you see fit, but do not take it seriously, and do not think there is a way out. There is no way at all because you are not ´there´.

PART 3:
It is not (good) enough
or there must be more are the two common mantras of the seeker – and it is also the foundation the world is built on. No moment is not good enough as it is. Something has to be done about it to make it better. Love, for example, has to be more unconditional, pure or whatnot.

A perfect moment has no limitations contrary to the popular idea of living in the now, which is something you forever can try to achieve but never obtain, as it is based on having to keep on excluding the past and the future.

A perfect moment can last a split second, while you are saying »Fuck you« – or it can last up to 45 minutes while you are having a daydream about tomorrow. It includes the past as well as the future. In fact including is what it is all about – or rather not to exclude, as that means everything is included.

So if you do not exclude anything at this moment, no matter if it contains thoughts about the past and the future or if they are positive or negative, then there is nothing to define you in the present. Hence there is nobody to experience it. In other words, you are a state of not-knowing.

Meditation or others techniques supposed to make you spiritual will not get you there, because those ways are about excluding something, so a state of mind can be obtained in the future and not in this very moment. Hence they are making separation real and therefore you as someone special in a world of duality. In other words, the so-called spiritual techniques prolong the agony of being someone definitive instead of undoing the belief in being this.

The only reason you choose to block out the present by excluding part of it and space out in ideas of a better world to come is that you think, there is more than this moment. And your search will go on until you acknowledge you are mistaken.


*) If you have conditioned yourself within the concepts of living in the now, you may think a perfect moment is a point squeezed in between the past and the future. This idea of living in the now, however, is based on exclusion, whereas a perfect moment is inclusive and therefore includes both the past and the future. A perfect moment may last a split second, or as long as a kiss lasts, or a daydream lasts. There are no rules but to be inclusive. Should you forget that, you just include your forgetfulness.

How to find peace

»When the outer has become as the inner, and the lower as the upper, then will this world find peace.« Jesus according to the Gospel of Thomas.

When the apparent difference between outer and inner, lower and upper make no difference dimensions cease to appear. For something to be defined by time and space it needs to be different from something else, so if there is no difference experienced, there is no separation to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

In other words, what is dimensional does not exist. It only seems so as long as you insist on perceiving differences as if they make a difference. This illusion is the starting point of believing to be in a world defined by time and space. It is fabricated by imagining it is possible to observe the formlessness of oneness from different angles, which makes it appear as if there are different dimensional scenarios occurring in linear time.

To make long short: By observing you repress, that reality is the formlessness of oneness and not a world defined by time and space.

But you cannot choose to be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. You can, however, imagine being someone in a world defined by time and space, where everything appears to be in different sizes that you can choose from.

It can be fun pretending to be where you are not, but believing to be where you are not it feels like imprisonment you want to escape. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Unfortunately, all experiences are deceptive. Think for example about the Earth, that is experienced to be flat even though it is round. Nothing in the world is what it seems to be. In fact, it is nothing but empty space. That is why happiness cannot be found ´there´ no matter how big your home is, your breast or penis is, or how small your ego appears to be.

But if you do not believe to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, you can have fun pretending to be ´there´. Just like – within the context of such a world – it can be fun pretending to be someone in the virtual world of a video game.

Yet believing to be in a world defined by time and space, you will be frustrated by what it delivers, because nothing lasts no matter its size or apparent greatness, regardless it seems to be spiritual or mundane. So there will always be fear of loss, and as you still have vague memories of the formlessness of peace, it is a reminder that you have lost it. But this you cannot see until the feeling of loss is exposed instead of fenced off by the anger used to accuse something in a world defined by time and space for having caused it so that the formlessness of peace remains hidden,

In other words, although peace is always present, since it is formless and therefore endless, it appears to be hidden when you hide your apparent loss of it behind anger, whereas the exposure of the essential sadness entailed by the loss of peace makes it possible to feel why you are sad, namely because you believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are not far from wanting to have this belief undone so that it does not hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one … and that is peace.

If the unpleasant feeling of anger, just like any other feeling is perceived as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, instead of being a denial of that which is one it becomes a positive confirmation of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

One very easy way to take the edge off anger is to perceive it for what it is, namely a symbol of reality because it would not be possible to experience an illusion without that which is real. In other words, everything in a world defined by time and space is a symbol of the formlessness of that which is one – including anger, love, god, angels, soul and whatnot – and perceived like that the sting is taken out of anger.

What you want is what you do not have, so if you presume that peace is what you want, the first step is to realise that you are fooling yourself. You cannot want peace, because contrary to the excitement it is that which is you.

But you can want not to hide peace with dreams of excitement.

The foundation of a world where there seems to be more than one is separation. First, that which is one seems to become two and then more and more – and this is what such a world is about. Yet to be or have more does not lead to more peace, but more separation and therefore a feeling of more loss, which enhances the hope for more.

There is nothing exciting about peace. Nevertheless, it is that which is life – not the kind of life though that appears to have an end. It has no beginning or end and thus no size. And as excitement always is evoked by something definable, that is expected to give you lasting happiness when it is achieved in the future, there is no excitement in peace.

As peace is that which is one, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it is found when nobody is looking for it.

What is said in this article about excitement also applies to hope. Peace leaves you nothing to hope for.

When not rushing around to get excited about this and that, boredom will reveal the peace of that which is.

Excitement is based on the idea, that there must be more than that which is one. But no matter how excited or high you get, it is not enough. Any excitement or state of mind will enhance your motive of looking for excitement, namely to be or have more, so any achievement motivates you to look for more.

To be connected is an imagination based on the belief in separation, as you are imagining a connection to something separated from you.

Most persons, who consider themselves spiritual, agree that the world is in the eye of the beholder. If so, it seems those persons are fucked up, because they always complain about the world, and say it is missing something or something should be changed, so that there can be peace.

Peace needs nothing because it is formless and therefore endless, so it is everything. And so is that which is you, since there is no more than peace.

Peace has no privacy because it is without knowledge, consciousness and everything else that requires more than one.

When you believe to be someone definitive, you expect to be in a constant state of excitement. To feel excited, however, you must also be willing to feel bored, because if excitement is not contrasted you will not know when you feel it.

But as you always are on a quest for more excitement in order to hide, that believing to be someone definitive is very boring, you do not have time to be bored. Hence no matter how much you look for something to give you a kick, you find nothing.

And yet you do. That is if you recognise you find nothing, as this cannot be sensed without sensing the contrast of it, namely everything.

And having everything, there is no more to look for. Neither is there someone definitive to do so, since everything is that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. And that is nothing but peace.

Hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality is not meant to stop you from being excited, not even from desiring it. Nothing in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is about stopping or avoiding anything in order to get better, because nothing in it is about getting better, but about undoing the belief that you are someone definitive.

This happens if you look at the excitement and everything else as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience something like that, namely that which is one because when everything is a symbol of the same, their apparent difference makes no difference.

Hence the basis for the belief in separation is gone and without it, you cannot be someone definitive. So by applying this hack, you can feel excited without enhancing the belief in being someone definitive, and hence the suffering it entails.

In other words, you can have fun appearing as someone definitive, while at the same time undoing the belief, that you are someone at all so that it becomes exciting undoing the belief that there is anything to be excited about.

  • Peace cannot be found and neither is it necessary, since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness is endless there is no more than oneness, and therefore nothing to disturb its eternal peace. Oneness has no choices, as that requires more than one – and that is why, it is nothing but peace

The appearances in a virtual world like a video game seem more exciting than the appearances in the world – and the world of duality seems more exciting than non-duality.

To appear as a hero in a virtual world like a video game seems often more exciting than what one appears to be in the physical world – just like being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, may seem more exciting than having nothing but the peace that which is one. As oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, and as it takes more than one to experience something, any experience – falling in love, having a high consciousness or being transformed into to this and that – is an illusion.

For the same reason, there is nowhere to go. But as nothing is missing in that which is one, since it is endless and therefore everything, it is not necessary to go anywhere. That is why it is one perpetual present of peace.

In one perpetual present no one is special and no one takes up more space than another one, because there is no more than that which is one.

One perpetual present is not exciting though. There is nothing to search for, explore and be excited about because there is no future. Everything is there simultaneously in one eternal now. But most of all because it is not possible to be someone specific in one perpetual present, as that requires differentiation, so there is nobody to explore and be excited about anything, That is why it is nothing but peace.

As it requires more than one to describe something, that which is one cannot be described, so the above description should not be taken literally. Neither should it be taken as a pointer to that which is one, as it also requires more than one to point to something. In this context, the description or any other in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings rather points towards the illusion of experiencing, realising or understanding something at all, as that requires more than one.

A world where there seems to be more than one can within the framework of such a world be compared to a video game, that you play when you want something more exciting than reality. And as long as you find excitement in exploring the deeper levels of the virtual world of such a game, you will keep playing it.

The more you play such a game, however, the more you will feel lost, because to get excited you must give up that which is real and pretend to be someone in a virtual world. In other words, the price of excitement is to give up the peace of oneness, since excitement can only be experienced where there seems to be more than one.

The excitement of more versus the peace of no more that which is one
As it takes more than one to be excited about something and as peace is that which is one there is no excitement in oneness. Hence you cannot get both of them. In fact, you cannot get any of them, since it requires more than one to get something.

Fortunately, you do not need to get peace, because that which is you is no different from that which is one and oneness is nothing but peace. But if you think that there must be more than one, you are always in need of excitement as it seems to prove there is more than one. Yet you are never satisfied. There always seems to be more levels explore and more to transform, when you believe there is more than that which is one.

You must acknowledge, where you have chosen to be in order to be able to undo your choice.

You are not the victim of the world, neither of the ego, so before you can have the belief that you are someone definitive undone, you must acknowledge, that it is you who have chosen to believe so. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You may blame the world for never getting enough. Yet that is not the cause but the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. It is you who choose to believe this, and this choice you will not be motivated to change as long as there is hope for new experiences of excitement triggered by for example a very special person, the latest gadget or the promise of a new and deeper way to transform what you appear to be into something better and/or higher.

When you know, that no lasting excitement to get in the future and that it was you who started this endless quest for more, you are ready to not get excited and make a choice for peace.

Well, you cannot choose that, but you can choose to not choose what is not peace, namely whatever that seems to excite you.

A way to start undoing the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is to question yourself, if more excitement is equal to less suffering.

You may be a fool running after more, but you are not stupid, so when you see that more is never enough and whatever you get more of entails more suffering, you will automatically correct the belief that more it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The above is not meant to make you fill guilty about wanting more (or less) than that which is one. To do so is part of appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so you are just doing what you are supposed to do. The question, however, is if you are getting what you are supposed to get. If not, you can choose to not choose what appears to be more than one.

You are not in a hurry though. Time is an illusion and as there is no more than that which is one, this is still that which is you, even though a world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide it.

APPENDIX:
Greed for being or having more is what keeps you going in a world, where there seems to be more than one, but it is also what makes your frustrated, because no matter how much how much more you become or get, it is not enough. You need more, and it must be larger, better, faster, wilder, deeper or purer. You are afraid of not getting it, and if you get it, you are afraid of losing it. Even if you do not lose it, you are afraid it is not good enough. In other words, the price of being and/or having more is suffering.

If you are stranded in a desert, there is no lasting solution but to leave it. The same applies to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no real solution to the constant fear of not having enough because nothing lasts in such a world. You need to sleep, again and again, you need more and more food and so on.

It is not the world as such, you need to leave in order to have enough and not be afraid of losing what you have. It is the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that needs to be undone so that this belief does not appear to hide there is no more the peace of that which is one.

Undoing this belief is not an act of doing or not doing something, as it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one. In other words, you should not go with your own speed in your own time, because only in a world where there seems to be more than one, can you have something of your own.

Be happy you are nothing, because reality has no room for something

A person is an imagination constructed by nothing in a way so that it appear as if it is something, when imagining something else can see it.

A person is an imagination constructed out of nothing in a way so that it appears as if it is something by imagining it interacts with something else.

All the ideas, that seems so progressive, like taken responsibility for yourself and accepting yourself as you are, are nothing but the special self doing its usual thing disguised by pretty words. It wants you to believe that it is able to think, feel and take decisions by itself, so you take responsibility for actions and/or accept thoughts, feelings and decisions as if they are yours. Hence the thoughts, feelings, decisions and actions you have accepted or taken responsibility for seem to prove, you are more special than others in a world where there seems to be more than one.

For those who do not like the idea of this narcissistic self, it introduces the idea that it can be transformed into a higher self. It does not matter, that it has no way of proving this and that nobody ever ha transcended into a higher self, because most following such ideas probably had a hard time adjusting to a world where there seems to be more than one, so they are willing to believe anything that promises to make themselves and/or the world better.

The problem though is, that the self does not exist. Nor does anything else because the reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to exist – or to be conscious of anything. In other words, all that someone experiences or are conscious of is an illusion – also if it is judged to be divine or spiritual – and so is the one believing to experience or be conscious about something.

Believing to be someone at all can be compared to a machine believing to exist as someone definitive. There is no ´I´, self or soul in a machine. It is all mechanics, and even though the machine may have been built with AI (artificial intelligence), it cannot think itself. All thoughts are preprogrammed possibilities. Nobody is thinking them and nobody is seeing, what the machine seems to see.

If what you believe to be has been programmed with a visual mind, there may be an Aha! moment seeing the below illustrations, that demonstrate how a machine with AI ´sees´ the world. It simply registers data or frequencies, that are perceived according to how it is programmed/conditioned.

The machine has been programmed to perceive this point of frequencies as if it is cute, and so it searches its database for an image that illustrates this.

The machine translate this point of frequencies as eyes and conclude it is seeing the image, that it fabricated based on the info from its database.

Based on past decisions the machine chooses to see this as a dog.

It is also seeing a female, but it still needs to search its database to know, if it is the female or the dog that is cute so that it can fabricate the appropriate feeling.

In the context of realisation and acceptance, all what can be realised and accepted is that what you believe to be does not exist. This realisation or acceptance does not mean, you understand the illusion of being someone definitive. If it could be understood, it would not be an illusion. So it means you understand nothing. There is no knowledge of what and where you are. Hence there is no ´I´. There is nothing, and so there is room for everything.

PART 1:
What can you learn, when you play a game like Monopoly? You can learn the rules and be better at exploiting them for your own benefit because the game is about taking something from others so that you have more than them – preferable everything. When that is accomplished you have won and everybody else has lost.

The game mirrors the world, as the purpose is the same, namely to get as much as possible at the expense of everybody else. In general, this is about getting more money and buying more physical stuff, but for some, it is not about having more physical things but more power. And for those considering themselves to be spiritual, it is about having more peace, love, higher consciousness or whatever they imagine being more spiritual.

The name of the game is more, but no matter how much you get you will panic when there is no more to get but everything instead is taken from you in the moment of death.

Is it not ridiculous, that everybody is participating in a game, where no matter what they do they will perish and lose everything in the end? It seems cruel. What is the purpose of it?

The dream of becoming more than that which is life
The purpose of being or having more is to forget, that it is not possible to be or have more. That which is you is no different from that which is life and life is the formlessness of oneness. And as formlessness is endless there is no more than life.

In other words, that which is you is everything, so you have everything. Hence there is nothing more to be or have. It is not possible. Yet it seems possible to think so. And manifesting this dream of being or having more as real is the purpose of participating in a world where there seems to be more than one.

But that which is life does not know, you dream about being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like in the context of such a world nobody knows the dreams you are having at night.

To be or have more does not last because everything in a world where there seems to be more than one ends
That which is life only knows that which is one, namely itself. Everything else is illusionary. Also meaning and purpose. There are no such things in oneness. It is not needed – being one is more than meaning enough. In an illusion, however, meaning and purpose are important, because that is what makes it appear to be real.

When the purpose is to be or have more than that which is one, it seems as if something is happening, when you become or get more – also if it goes the other way – and when something seems to happen it appears to be is real. That is why nothing in the world ever seems to be good enough. Something always must change in order to make it appear real. For this reason, the weather, for example, is always judged to be too hot or too cold.

But no matter how much more you become or have, you will fear to lose it, because everything in a world where there seems to be more than one has an end. In the formlessness of that which is one, however, there is nothing to fear, because there is nothing to lose or nothing to gain, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

Purpose determines what you see
As long as you believe it is possible to be and have more you will feel limited because there is no more than that which is one. To change feeling limited, you may think, you should stop desiring more, and instead become pure and detached from the world. But that is just another variant of more because right away you will want to become more pure, more detached and more free from desire.

It´s the purpose of being in the world that determines, why you seem to see three dolphins in this pic. If your purpose is to have more, you may be disappointed there´s only three – or that you are not there yourself to experience the dolphins. But if your purpose is to see everything in the world as symbols of life your satisfaction do not depend on being there physical yourself or how many dolphins there are, because you are satisfied to see symbols of life.

It is the purpose of being in the world that determines, why you seem to see three dolphins in this photo. If your purpose is to have more, you may be disappointed there is only three – or that you are not there yourself to experience the dolphins. But if your purpose is to see everything in the world as symbols of life, your satisfaction do not depend on being there or how many dolphins there are, because you are satisfied by seeing symbols of that which is life. You need to change the purpose of appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one so that it is not to be and have more than that which is one. It is the purpose, that determines, how you perceive the world, so if the purposed is not to be and have more but to see that which is not you, this is what you see when you seem to desire more*. When you seem to be horny or full of love, you see this is not that which is you – neither is what seems to die one day is not that which is you.

There may be many purposes – for example uniting – that also is beneficial for not making in a world where there seems to be more than one appear as real. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, especially advocates pretending to be someone definitive in the world, because what you pretend to be, you are not, and so the purpose of appearing there will not appear to block out that which is you*.

Another purpose Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings advocate is to relate to everything in the world as symbols of life, which is the theme of hack 2.1-6. Relating in this way differences make no difference, and so it does not matter if you get more or not. It all symbolises the same, namely that which is life. The same applies to death, which is just another symbol of life. In other words, only the symbol dies, but not that which it is a symbol of.

PART 2:
There is nothing to connect to in the world of a game, for example like Monopoly, because it is not real. If you think, you are connecting to something, it is exactly that, something that you think. Likewise, there is nothing to connect to in a world where there seems to be more than one. To be connected with the Earth this world is a joke. It is like connecting to the board of Monopoly. It is meaningless. That is why those who connect to specific appearances in the world are so spaced-out.

In the context of connecting you can connect to what the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one symbolises, namely that which is one – just like you can connect to what the appearances in Monopoly symbolise. Monopoly is not a manifestation of the physical world but an abstraction of some of its parts, so it is not possible to sleep in the house of Monopoly. They are not real symbol of a real one in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you can only pretend to sleep in them. Yet pretending* will not result in the tranquillity of real sleep.

You cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But you can pretend* there is such a world and that you are someone in it, and while pretending you are in a virtual reality, you can connect to everything in it as symbols of that which is real**.

Doing so, you everything still appears to differ from each other, but since they symbolise the same, namely the oneness of life, the difference does not make a difference**, so when this world seems to end for you, death is just another a symbol of that which is life.

  • For some to be or have more is not what seems to motivate them. Instead, it is about the world and/or you becoming better – or having the feeling of becoming new through ideas of being reborn or getting new stuff. It is all the same, because there is nothing better than that which is one, neither is there anything that is more new than the freshness of being one perpetual present.

The world is nothing but make-believe

»Suddenly, you´re on the roof of a skyscraper, looking down on the city below. The roof is tiny and you’re close to the edge and a sense of vertigo sets in. You feel the need to step back before you fall. But the edge isn’t really there.

You’re really at Facebook’s annual developer conference, and there’s an Oculus headset strapped to your face. The city and its skyscraper are part of an Oculus virtual reality demo that Facebook is sharing with conference attendees … But there’s another thing you notice while standing atop that virtual skyscraper. As you look down, you realise you can’t see your own feet. You’re completely disembodied.« From an article in Wired.

PART 1:
Being a virtual reality game makes one nauseous. The body is tricked to believe it is moving and that there are things outside of it, that is not there. Though you are totally separated from the world, you are not in the virtual world of the game, even though it appears you must do things there in order to survive. In fact, you are sitting in a chair with your eyes covered by a set of goggles. An app fills it with a simulated world, that due to your response to it seems to create feelings in you, as is you are in a real world.

Getting lost in a virtual world.The world of any game is virtual and only appears as if it is real, when you play the game. If you do not participate in it, there is no world there. Alexius has no need to forget the world, he appears to be in, by getting lost in a world simulated via an electronic device, so he does not know any of the worlds so many seem to know a lot about from playing on those devices. Neither does he have a need to create a special world with special friends on Facebook or other social platforms – or be lost in the world with just a spouse. In that context he rather go the whole way and get lost in the enlightenment of that which is one.*

When you know you are playing a game, it is easy to pretend you are happy there. But if you have forgotten it is a game, all the things that seems to be around you, scares you – and so happiness becomes a fleeting thing.

When you know, you are playing a game, it is easy to pretend you are happy in its virtual world. But if you have forgotten it is not real, some of the things, that appears to be around you, seems scary – and so happiness becomes a fleeting thing.

Appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to playing a virtual game. You cannot see that which is you because it is no different from that which is one and there is no oneness in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be totally separated from it. Everything that can you can see, experience or be conscious about is virtual because it takes more than one to see, experience or be conscious of anything.

Due to blinking you never see the present in its entirety – it is a fragmented experience. In other words now is make-believe.

As that which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you will always feel a bit off appearing to be ´there´. Yet it is possible to feel good appearing to be ´there´ when you know that the experiences, you seem to have, are not real, and that you only pretend to be ´there´.** But if you believe, that you are there, and that your experiences prove the world is real, you must act upon them again and again – otherwise, you will lose your identity … and having no identity in the world is the end of you if you believe the world is real.

There is nothing real in a virtual world, so do not mistake the words in this article for the truth, but simply a suggestion to take off the goggle simulating a world, that is not there. This is, of course, a metaphor. That which is you is not covered by a simulated world in a set of goggles, but the belief, there is more than that which is one.

Super powers are not real. It is a fantasy and so is living in the now and any experience of being, consciousness, bliss and whatnot.

Enlightenment of that which is one* is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, so it cannot be experienced. To experience pure being, living in the now or anything else considered to be spiritual can be compared to having super powers in a virtual reality game. Like everything else in the game it is something you are tricked into believing is possible. There is no pure being, living in the now or anything spiritual in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The world is make-believe, that like a the trick of a magician appears to be real.

PART 2:
If you are not someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one you cannot understand the basis of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings – and if you are someone like that you have no need to understand anything.

Without the enlightenment of that which is one you have not ´seen´ that everything thing is unreal, so by reflex you will twist everything you see into the image you have already made of the world, which in one way or the other always is about the development of you and the world into being bigger in a better and/or higher way, but nothing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about improving what and where you appear to be. Instead, it is about phasing out the belief in being someone at all. See also hack 3.7 Phasing out the personality.

It seems that within your belief system it impossible to really know, that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. As there is no more than that which is one and as to know something requires more than one, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to confirm this.

For the same reason, however, this confirmation is also an illusion, and that brings us to the purpose of his duality hacks, that whether you are not someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or not, it is possible to see that the world is make-believe.

The way you see the world is founded on how much you believe, what the outer senses seem to tell you*. If you like what they seem to reveal by all means go on believing them and stop reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if you do not like the world that the outer senses seem to prove is there, you could instead believe Alexius, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, when he tells you it is not there.

As a world where there seems to be more than one according to Alexius is make-believe, so is, of course, his statement about this. Yet you cannot appear in such a world without believing in something, so it is totally up to you whether you to decide if it is beneficial to believe in the world presented by the outer senses or the undoing of it as presented through the hacks of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

A piece of soap is a helpful device, if you want to wash something away – and you can use it the way it fits your specific personality.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings can be compared to a piece of soap, which has no power to do anything by itself – only in the hands of you does it become useful. In other words, you can use his duality hacks to wash away all your beliefs. They are by the way most effectively washed away by hack #2 Seeing symbols of life in the world. But if you do not like the smell of this one by all means try another flavour from his non-teachings or somewhere else.

If it makes you feel relieved relating to the world of the outer senses as an illusion, a natural consequence may be to have the belief in it completely undone. This, however, does not mean that you must follow Alexius or specific rules of his, because if the world is an illusion, so is follow anything in it. What it means is that in order to undo the belief in that which is not you by using that as it is, it may be beneficial to use the hack that this article is a part of, namely hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or one of the other duality hacks.

Enlightenment is not a light, that lights up something, so you will not see or know more than before. Rather you will know, everything that can be seen does not exists.

PART 3:
It seems enlightenment is often understood to result in some kind of detachment or freedom from the world, that you have while still experiencing to be there. But this is a utopian fusion of oneness and a world where there seems to be more than one. It is just another state of mind, and it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one*.

This enlightenment does not make you free or detached from the world. It simply terminates the perception of that or anything else. It may, however, be more correct to say, that it terminates the one believing to perceive something, and as the perceived is in the mind of the perceiver, it is terminated as well. The enlightenment of that which is one* does not replace the perceiver or the perceived with something else, as everything perceived is an illusion, so there is nothing to replace.

The enlightenment of that which is one simple states, there was or will be anything but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

The light in the enlightenment of that which is one is so bright, that there is nothing to see. The idea to be someone, who can see somebody else, is not even there. Yet it is in only the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, that this explanation may mean something. In reality it cannot be cannot be known what that which is one is, because it takes more than one to know something.

An explanation like this is only possible within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one. In that which is one, no explanation is possible, as it takes more than one to explain something. Not a problem though, because for the same reason, there is nobody in that which is one.

The general concept of healing seems to be, that when being touched by the right hands the body magically is healed. Ultimately speaking this is the opposite of healing, because it confirms the sick belief that you are a person in a body. The healing of this belief is ultimately speaking the only healing needed. NOTE: HEALING
Most seem to consider healing to be about fixing aspects of the body or the mind, but not about healing the cause of all sickness, namely the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This healing does not come from a magic hand or anything else a world defined by time and space – but from the enlightenment of that which is one.

NOTE: HACK #2.3 LIFE IS FLAT
In this hack – just like in the others – the words liferealityone perpetual present, eternal now, formless, endless, spirit, non-duality, one, oneness and that which is one in general are different words for the same, namely that which cannot be defined by time and space but simply is that which is.

That which is life is formless, so, compared to a world defined by time and space, it is flat and takes up no space. The formlessness of life cannot manifest a world defined by time and space, because formlessness is endless, so it has no outside and therefore no inside. In other words, as there is nothing outside it as well as inside of it a world defined by time and space is make-believe. There is no life in it, neither so-called spiritual parts of it as love, auras, god, astral worlds and whatnot.
