BM In the indifference of ´the empty breath,´ all conditionings fade away (DRAFT)

Everything fabricated – like for example this illustration of a yin-yang sign – is supposed to have a special appearance, so that the experience of it supplies the belief, that you are somebody. But this is not the purpose of the empty breath. On the contrary. Its purpose is to undo the belief, that you are someone at all, which it does by helping you to see, that the apparent differences in the world do not make a difference, so it does not matter whether anything appears perfect or not. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When people tell you to slow down and relax via mindfulness or whatnot, they sabotage the fastest way to take it easy, because that comes from not stopping the speed of thoughts and feelings so you lose the control of them and therefore no longer can prevent them from igniting a take-off to the empty breath (read more about that here), that synchronises the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so speedy thoughts and feelings are not felt to cause stress but tranquillity.

At times, however, you may feel so angry about somebody that you do not want this to happen because it will make you indifferent and thus without the anger needed to punish them. So you prevent the aggressive energy inside of you from igniting a take-off to the empty breath by projecting it on those judged to have caused it. But doing so, you first and foremost punish yourself, because we receive what we give (read more about that here).

This goes on until you do not project your feelings onto others but keep them in you so the unedited energy of them can ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The empty breath undoes your conditioned belief in being someone definitive because it sets in before there is a conscious recognition of being someone definitive. Read more about it here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The connectedness with the empty breath – either through surfing its waves, being in its transparent sound, the swing of it, or the sparkling force behind these rhythmic movements (read more about that here) – is not a feeling that can be fabricated like for example a romantic evening generated by candles, special clothes, music and red wine. On the contrary. It is felt, when instead of busy trying to produce a specific feeling, the frenetic energy is used as a take-off to the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment are counterproductive in regard to igniting a take-off to the empty breath, as it has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The swing of the inner breath may be experienced abruptly – like in this animation but probably a lot slower – in a s body with muscles problems from for example psoas or diafragma. There is no reason though trying to make it swing more smoothly by improving the condition of the body. The inner breath always adjust itself to the current condition of the body, so no matter how it moves it results in the same joy, providing you are not looking to be perfect.

In a sick body, the swing of the empty breath might be experienced to come in bursts – a bit like in this animation but probably slower. But no matter how restricted the swing of it is experienced, the connection with it will always entail indifference, so if you stick with that the way it is experienced makes no difference. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Not feeling the swing of the empty breath as described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? can be due to trying too hard, focussing on it, or assuming the experience of it will make you feel something extraordinary. In these cases, you try to fabricate a specific feeling yourself, but the feeling of the empty breath cannot be made up, nor is it something definitive.

The same applies if you erupt the natural flow by taking deep breaths, shortening, pushing or holding it back. This will make you appear to be the master of it and thus enhance the sense of being an autonomous creature with a will of its own instead of a medium for the empty breath.

Basically, however, there is only one reason for not feeling the empty breath, namely that you want to feel it, which is only possible when you believe to be something instead of nothing. In other words, to feel the empty breath, you must step aside.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about how the mix of a physical symptom and your worries about it develops a psychosomatic disorder, that only can be healed when dealing with the physical manifestation in a physical way and the psychological problem in a mental or emotional way.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Please do not take the comparison of the inner breath to an yin yang sign too literally. An yin yang sign is all too simplified to really illustrate the inner breath.Yet it might give you an idea about the inner breath, which can also be compared to a spiral like the galaxy in this image, that the stylish yin yang sign might a simplified version of.

The comparison of the empty breath with a yin-yang sign should not be taken too literal. A yin-yang sign is all too simplified to really illustrate the empty breath, which rather is to be compared to the galaxy in this image. Maybe the yin-yang sign originally was a simplified illustration of such a constellation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Since the empty breath has no personality, it has no expression of its own. So if its rhythmic flow is experienced to be weaker when you appear to be sick or about to die, it is because the rhythm of it always adjust to what and where you believe to be. Yet the operator of the empty breath (see the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?), which is the non-rhythmic energy behind the rhythm of the empty breath remains the same and is also experienced like that if it is that aspect of it you are in touch with.

In other words, if the transparent non-rhythmic energy of the empty breath is only partially experienced, when the body seems to be out-of-order, the problem is not the empty breath, but that you do not want to experience it fully, when there seem to be problems with the condition of the body, because that would render it unimportant and thus question your belief in being inside it.

This does not mean that you should not take care of the body and have it checked by a qualified health care professional. You also bring your car to a garage for a check-up, even though it is not you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the flow of the empty breath, you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So if not feeling the empty breath, multitasking may pave the way.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The less you believe to be substantial, the more you will feel the non-rhythmic transparent energy of the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There are several established ways of feeling somebody else when you believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. But there are no ways to feeling the empty breath than to momentarily stop believing you are someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not know anything, there is not somebody to be sad or happy – nor anything else. Thus there is nothing but emptiness, which is pure bliss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Not being aware of something, there is nothing to make perfect. Consequently, you are not benumbed in an experience of yourself as someone definitive but in the flow of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feeling the empty breath is like receiving a new gift every moment. There is no way, however, to know what the present will be before receiving it, neither do you need to know, because you are in a state of not-knowing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The energy at the root of the inner breath may be experienced a bit like this, but in less defined forms and colors.

The energy at the root of the empty breath can be experienced a bit like this, but in less defined forms and without any awareness of colours. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Even though the empty breath seems to produce a constant rhythm of expansion and contraction in the body, your experience of it may not be so. And you are right. It is not consistent. It has no such need. Only those who believe to be somebody definitive has a need to be consistent, and since the empty breath does not believe to be anything at all, it does not need to uphold a persistent image of itself.

The empty breath can be compared to the cats in the home of Alexius. They go around as it pleases them, but he can always count on them to greet him when he gives a call.

Likewise, he can always count on the empty breath. Even though it solely moves on its own accord, it is always to be felt in one way or the other. Maybe it is experienced to be going up and down, on a single wave in one of the circles in the empty breath, several times in a row, whereafter it is felt to be the swing of it inside of his head, and as if he is surfing both of the yin-yang looking waves in one of the other circles of the empty breath. In the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, you can read more about these experiences and composition of the empty breath in endless circles.

After igniting a take-off to the empty breath, he mostly lands in its speedy and chaotic energy at the root of it, which feels like freedom compared to the rigid world of the outer senses. Going to bed, it often is the transparency of its sound that comes to him. But first of all, he simply feels the indifference of the empty breath, and since that means the apparent differences in the world does not appear to make a difference, it is hardly a feeling.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not fence off the empty breath via a positive perception of yourself in which everything judged to be negative has been excluded, whatever you seem to feel will be interpreted by the indifference of the empty breath. Consequently feeling happy or sad makes no difference. Not in the sense that happiness and sadness feel the same, but in the sense that the apparent difference makes no difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The empty breath can be felt in many exciting ways. The most exciting one, though, is not a feeling, but indifference to the apparent differences experienced in a world defined by time and space and thus to perceiving it as real. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you are connected with a Fitbit watch, for example, it is not from the connection itself you get an exceptional feeling but from the data it gives you.

Likewise, you may not feel excited about the connection with the empty breath, as its radiance of indifference makes you indifferent to the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space. But as this makes the experience of it seems like nothing instead of something, you are in the bliss of emptiness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Doing Nordic Walking, or rather going with the flow of it, could be beneficial for you in regard to not be doing something. It may also help you to expose the defence mechanisms, that you have built up in the body against going with the flow of the empty breath.

This is not to say that all these defence mechanisms must come to an end to feel the empty breath. Having the willingness to not be somebody, but nobody is what makes you feel the empty breath. Neither is it important in which of the ways described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, that it is felt, or if it is felt in another way.

Read about willingness in Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one or the paragraph The only requirement is willingness in the article The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

Although these ways of feeling the empty breath definitely are fascinating, the most exciting way to feel it – or rather not feeling it – is simply to follow its consistent flow of indifference. Since that makes you indifferent to the experience of differences in the world where you appear to be, there does not seem to be anybody feeling anything but the bliss from being indifferent to the belief in being someone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The nature of the empty breath is not to provide happiness but indifference, and since that releases you from the boundaries of a world defined by time and space, it may feel as if you are in a merry-go-round world.

Feelings, however, never last, so if you hang onto this feeling instead of going with the flow of being indifferent to what you feel, your merry-go-round world will be replaced by its contrast, namely a world of sadness. This is only so because you mistook the empty breath for the giver of happiness instead of indifference, so if you stick with the latter, it makes no difference if you feel happy or sad, and that is very blissful.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The most exciting aspect of the empty breath is cannot be felt because it is indifference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the connectedness with the empty breath, you are indifferent to what and where you appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

At first, it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with enough air for breathing. But when you do not try to handle the flow of it*, which may or may not be adjusted to the physical breath, everything is fine as it is.

Perhaps it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it results in more pain than joy, especially if you in the past have avoided the awareness of unpleasant feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body. Read more about the suppression of feelings and the psychosomatic diseases it entails in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Thus fear, traumas and worries are stored in the body, often psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma. Since the latter, in terms of muscles, is the primary mover of the breath, it may have become too weak or stiff to freely move with the flow of the empty breath, which, therefore, seems to make you tense and not relaxed. That is if you are looking for a specific way of feeling the empty breath instead of going with its indifference because doing that, it does not matter whether the empty breath seems to result in a smooth expansion and contraction of the body or not.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

THIS IS ALSO PART OF To be a basic self is to be good enough!

Should the body seems to get better, when you feel connected with the empty breath,* it is not due to that – at least not directly – because it does not know of something that needs improvement. Indirectly though it is due to the empty breath.* In its presence, you are not in your default mode of doing something about something, so the body is not disturbed by the perception that you are the master of it.

That the condition of the body is linked to what you think, is like assuming there is a connection between you and the world in a movie you are watching. This connection is entirely imaginative. The world in the film is unaffected by the thoughts or feelings you appear to have about it, and it is self-deception when you imagine it has caused them. The movie does not have such powers.

In other words, if you perceive that pain or sickness in the body has been caused by the mind, the soul or something else not physical, it is an idea you project on the body. And this idea can only he corrected where it was conceived, namely in the mental sphere.

Trying to correct it in the body is frustrating because the problem is not there, although it probably is felt to be in the body and there may seem to to be symptoms of it there. Unfortunately, this is generally perceived as proof of a connection between the body and mind and/or soul instead of a warning against believing there is such connection.

Fortunately, the empty breath* is indifferent to whatever you seem to think or feel, and so are you when connected with it. This does not mean it fixes the body, but that it liberates it from the sick ideas you have forced upon it so that the biological system can take care of the body without your interference but maybe with a little help of qualified health care professional. Hence you can correct your ideas where you made them. If you are used to projecting them onto the body, you may, however, have a hard time figuring out what is what. No worries. Joining the empty breath* you see everything experienced as it does, namely as nothing.

NOTE: This article is partly a continuation of What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. They are both part of hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be experienced in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is always there.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways within its non-definable framework of a ball-like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body, nor inside or outside. This is not because everything is perceived to at one when connected with the empty breath, but that the experience of something is perceived to be nothing (read more about that here).

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from being connected with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone in a body. Read more about that here.

Hence the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are future-minded, the empty breath might be felt to come from somewhere in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it might be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you, it has no need to be acknowledged in a particular way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside the body, it carries out its one and only purpose, which is to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and it may differ from the those described in this article. No worries. Being connected with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive, but going with the flow. It is only when you want to make a difference, you must do ´the right thing´.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

This scientific illustration found on the internet has been manipulated by Alexius to give you an idea of the simultaneously circular movements inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside of it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside of it, and there are so many so close together that there is no space between them. In the emptiness of each circle, there is two yin-yang like waves. This you cannot see in the simplified illustration to the right, but there is a simulation of this in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size nor shape, is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped, for example.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the most significant part of the pear-shaped version of it might be in the top as well as in the bottom, or on the sides, or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there are many none fixed centres.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside of them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality in more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make it up. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this can be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

This could be like going in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if that seems to go the opposite way, by all means, go that way.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The width of the circle can also be expanded, so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you perceive the location of the empty breath to be, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived to be substantial (read more about that here). As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one of the ways to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to them and then a more detailed description to each of them.

Be aware though, feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the sheer bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the section The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article What is ´the empty breath´ about?) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss. In contrast, the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below section The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

That being said, these categories are not meant to limit you into experiencing the empty breath in specific ways but to inspire you to experience it in your way.

d76fd0833b28d1db146c08a2dd2057d91-2

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
In the above illustration to the right, you see a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in this image and all the others in this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave from the stomach and behind the body up in the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the abdomen or below it, while the breath is contracting the body. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body. See a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you most feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not needed to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, because that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to inflict it with ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There might be even more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is an imagination of his.

You may also surf the empty breath in the opposite direction. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so you would become less interested in returning to a conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is almost no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus the body is set free (read more about that here), so it can follow its biological system without you trying to unite the physical nature of the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend physical elements with the immaterial ones in a dream or vice versa. It does not work.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is fading out.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless of the physical condition
You will, as already noted, mainly feel the flow of the waves in one of the many circles inside the empty breath. This will probably be in a circle going from the back of the body to the front of it or the other way around. But from there you can also jump to the waves in another circle or feel them all simultaneously.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that this is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of this before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case, the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

It is, however, possible to be more choosy than Alexius is typically. Having worries about the past, or pain in the back, you can choose to be massaged by surfing both sides of the wave behind you and leaving out the one in front of you within a circle of the empty breath that goes from the back to the front of you. Should you want to be grounded, you can surf all the way around a single wave in a circle going from the back to the front of you where the waves are not located like in the above but in the top and bottom of the circle.

The wave you surf, in this case, is the bottom one passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way around, or the bottom wave in another circle going from the left to the right side of you, or both of the bottom waves in these circles, or the bottom wave in any one or more circles in between the two others. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something in specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you forget what you believe to be.

Supposing you want to enhance the intuitive or fact-minded side of you, you could do this by respectively surfing all the way around the wave to the right and the left in a circle going around the head sideways. In a circle that also goes sidewise but around the chest, you could surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. Surfing both waves but only on the outer side of them in a circle going sideways around the head or stomach, is excellent in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the two waves back and forth of you in a circle going from your feet to above the head.

In the case of tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you completely surf the wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a circle going sideways in that area, and so on. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not in behind and in front of you but on the sides. The size of the circle and thus the waves adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Is sadness released from there, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

It may instead call for surfing a combination of other waves, for example a wave in front of you in a circle going sideways at the abdomen and a wave in front of you in a circle that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or perhaps not just one of the waves in the circles but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and front of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regard to getting through the lockdown.

The empty breath is also beneficial when it comes to alleviating allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. It may not heal these or any other physical sickness, because the purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. This the empty breath does by making you indifferent to being someone. Read more about that here.

Regarding the empty breath and how its nothingness helps to reduce the symptoms of somethingness, Alexius speaks from personal experience, because his body is not in the best condition, as he has never been very good at being something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is not that good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get it over with to feel better, as the discomfort is not perceived to be something but nothing.

If you are not looking to get it right, nothing is wrong or missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment (hack #4.1 Every moment is the perfect moment). You have no need to get it right if you face your anger, because then it does not seem wrong and you do not have hide it by looking right.

See also when Alexius was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from. It is not just a rosy story, though, because the transition from perceiving desperation as something to nothing was very upsetting until he did not perceive hopelessness to be wrong but that which set him free. See also the hack No Hope = Oneness in Extra Duality Hacks.

There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but instead, be used by it, so going with the flow sets the body free to heal itself. This is why it is brilliant in the case of psychosomatic disorders. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article because an intellectual understanding of it will not help you to feel it connected with it.

In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about how the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, where you perceive yourself to be the master of the body, results psychosomatic disorders.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, nor that although the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it often is that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath, generally speaking, also apply to feel the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breathing. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt in the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

The shape of the circles with the swing of the empty breath is more like an egg. See the illustration. The experience of the curved line inside ´the egg´ may not seem logical. Breathing in, you may solely experience the swing of the empty breath in the bottom of ´the egg´ and breathing out, in the top of it – or the other way around, or only in the bottom or the top. You can also experience the whole curved line going back and forth, or up and down, at once.

To make long short, the empty breath behaves like a bird. If it has a pattern of flying that you cannot see. So do not try to shape it, nor to let it be. Both attitudes fend of the experience because they imply you are in charge. Instead, acknowledge you are not in control. Using the technique for the taste of life, you automatically lose control, because, whether you taste it or not, the technique itself is beneficial when it comes to defocusing. And without focus, you are not in control.

Read about the taste of life and focus versus defocus in Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all the eggshaped circles simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing two yin-yang like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not rhythmic but abstract. Yet it is the force behind the rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits where you are not limited to be someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of it … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed both inside and outside of the body. It often is more straightforward to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body as there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you probably are transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus to fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

Hearing/feeling the sound of the inner breath, you feel transparent, as if there is nothing to separate you from where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hearing or feeling the sound of the empty breath, you feel transparent as if there is not something separating you from other appearances in the world of the outer senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

The apparently definitive shape of you in a body is, therefore, exposed as make-believe.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ comes from the nose and at other times from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside or outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, them and me and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes evident that it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it is real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. Being someone definitive, there is all pretence – just like it is, within that reality, when one pretends to be in the world of a game. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath in the swing or transparent sound of it, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of it, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of it.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, merges into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

Read more about how to have glimpses of the different aspects in the enlightenment in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment. And read more about the enlightenment of that which is one in hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

The empty breath, however, is not something that can be brought about by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. It is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regard to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

It is not possible to illustrate the empty breath in its totality. But this yin-yang animation (please ignore from the holes, as there are no holes in the waves of the empty breath) may give you an idea about the simultaneous movement of the yin-yang like waves inside it.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like as it is a state of not-knowing. So to write about that, he had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone, and compile the vague memories of the empty breath popping up in his consciousness.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, what you remember of it afterwards is personal. Hence your memories may seem different than those of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus you would be better off keep on reading about it until you hardly can stay awake, then go to bed, forget what you read the empty breath feels like, close your eyes, and most likely it will be there in one way or the other. Indeed, they will rapidly change. That is if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, they will cease.

Your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed. You can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run and/or talk. But if you are new to the empty breath, it may seem easier to connect with it by partly cut out the world of the external senses yourself, instead of waiting for it to be toned down when the empty breath syncs it with the world of the inner senses. You should, however, never attempt to cut out the world of the external senses yourself in situations, that requires your full attention in that, like driving a car, for example.

NOTE ABOUT NOTHING VERSUS SOMETHING
In the below articles, you can read about overriding the natural flow of nothing, so you appear to be something and thus fence off the empty breath:

The look of these sound waves reminds me in some ways of how it feels to be connected with the inner breath.

The look of these sound waves reminds Alexius of how the connectedness with the empty breath often feels, and how feeling this makes him indifferent to the apparent differences of the world experienced to be outside of him.

NOTE ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATIONS
Alexius searched the web for animations and still photos to illustrate the different movements of the empty breath in the way he remembers them. He does not know if the illustrators had the empty breath in mind when they made these images – but probably not.

The animations – except the three last ones – are grabbed from Electromagnetic Plasma Energy Light.

NOTE ABOUT THIS ARTICLE
The above article that is part of hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing, is to be continued in the next one. What is ´the empty breath´ about?.

The speed of unedited thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothing (DRAFT)

That which is one can be compared to a movie running so fast that no frames can be seen and a world where there seems to be more than one to the same movie slowed down to the extent, that it seems to consists of many different frames. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1: UNEDITED SPEED BRINGS YOU INTO THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Oneness is contrary to the common belief, not the same as stillness but loudness. That is if the speed of it could be experienced. But that is not possible, because it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say, the reason oneness cannot be experienced is that it is a movie (an analogue), that is played so fast that the individual frames of it cannot be seen because. The speed merges them into one. Hence it is not quietness but speediness that is the bedrock of that which is one.

Read more about the fantasy of a slowed-down version of that which is one where there seems to be more than one can in A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion.

In the context of this metaphor, a world where there seems to be more than one is a movie of oneness slowed down so much, that it seems to consists of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want to take it slow, because that gives them time to feel they are in control.

It is, therefore, not calmness but speediness, that is needed to accelerate the slowed-down movie of oneness into its natural speed, which is so fast that nothing can be seen. Hence hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not about slowing down thoughts or stopping them but not holding them back so the speediness of them ignite a take-off to the empty breath. It syncs the speedy thoughts in the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so they can be further accelerated without you going insane in the world of the outer senses.

Inevitable thoughts move so fast that there is no time to hold onto any of them to make you come out as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. Thus that world is perceived from the world of the inner senses, where you are not someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

If you remain in that state for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the speed of the thoughts become so fast that they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, from where there is nothing to gently fall into the formlessness of oneness. See hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one. Most, however, never enter a state of not-knowing and if they do they leave it after a few seconds or minutes. So we return to the subject of this hack, which is not that which is one but how to enjoy the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one while slowly but surely having it undone.

Since there is no more than that which is one, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is absurd. That includes Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Yet the application of them undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

For a take-off to the empty breath to work, you do not have to sit in special postures or do something extraordinary. There is one thing, though, you must do to make it work. You got to acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings as they are experienced without analysing or trying to understand them, nor to shape them by a philosophical or religious system, because if editing, the speed of chaos is replaced by the numbness of order.

To not suppress the chaos through mental or meditative activity, but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing than to totally be it.* This is not only the take-off to the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it. And as that does not leave behind anything to define you, you are in a state of not-knowing. Read more about that here.

In a state of not-knowing, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others. Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with anybody – nor to experience the bliss that this entails.

But you do not know the bliss of that before you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive and memories of it start popping up. You know, however, you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. Consequently, they also lose their apparent power to define you as someone definitive.

Please be aware, that the above explanation of that which is one versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation of this or anything else, because it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

And as it also takes more than one to find something, there is neither truth, love, oneness or anything else to be found anywhere. Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not reveal oneness, nor do they point to it, since that requires more than one. But they point to the belief that it is possible to be and have more that which is one as that is what seems to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless.

If you do not like to feel you are an outsider, it is not solved by blaming others, but by only feeling that. As that means there is nothing to contrast what you feel, it cannot be defined. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2: COMPLETELY BEING SOMETHING UNVEILS THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Feeling wrong seems to go away when you complain about somebody because that makes them appear to be wrong and you to be right. But complaining about others to escape unwanted feelings in yourself is like covering them under the lid in a cooking pot. Sooner or later, the pressure of the suppressed emotions blows off the lid and steam of grievances shoot out.

Since the cooking pot in this metaphor is your body, the above is to say, that although complaining about somebody at first seems to make you feel better, the problem is not solved. It has just been buried inside your body from where it will come out in the open when the body expels the suppressed problem through physical disease. Whatever that is, you most likely blame it for having caused you to suffer, so you still can deny having an emotional problem.

You do not get rid of an emotional problem by suppressing but feeling it. This is not done by telling friends or a psychiatrist what you think that your problem is. Focusing on the cause displaces the feeling, and so does talking about it because that disassociate you from feeling it.

Totally being a feeling is as easy as being completely devoted to sex, for example. It does not mean, by the way, that you go deep down in the feeling. It is like going deep into a well. No reason to do that. It is the same water on the surface. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

So instead of sharing what you think you feel with somebody, feel it all by yourself until you are nothing but that, wherefore there is no feeling to contrast it and, therefore, not something to define you as having a problem or anything else. Consequently, you are in a state of not-knowing.

Read more about the cancellation of contrasts and thus of you as someone definitive in Without contrasts, there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide there is no more than non-duality. See hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough about hiding feelings in the body and the psychosomatic disorders it entails.

And check out The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´ about completely being a specific feeling, so what you are being becomes indefinable and thus brings you into a state of not-knowing.

Contrasts are slowly but surely cancelled out in the indifference of the empty breath, including the contrast between life and death. When all contrast is cancelled out, there does not appear to be somebody in a world of something to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This does not necessarily mean that the bodily symptom of the suppressed feeling magically vanishes. The body may still hurt. But since there is nobody to perceive this as something, it is, just like in a dream, nothing, which applies to everything else, so there is not something to be bothered by. Nor is there anybody to know the bliss that this entails before returning to the belief in being someone and blissful memories of not believing that start to surface.

Since these memories slowly by surely rubs off on your perception of what and where you appear to be as someone definitive, you do not need to avoid or hold onto any feeling to establish yourself as special. Consequently, the body is not used as a garbage bin for unwanted feelings, so it is not disturbed by immaterial matters and can take care of physical issues just like it was made to do. However, when it comes to viruses transferred from wild animals, for example HIV, Mers and COVID 19, and other sicknesses generated by the way of modern living, the body generally needs help from healthcare professionals.

To sum it up, acknowledging a feeling as something specific that you experience as someone definitive makes it possible to completely be what you feel. Being that and nothing else there is not something to contrast it, and therefore nothing to define what you are. Thus you enter a state of not-knowing. However, it is not before you leave it and return the belief in being someone definitive, that you remember, the bliss that comes from being indifferent to that.

You must leave a state of not-knowing after 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma if there is not a continuous dialogue – internal or external – about something that seems to confirm you are someone definitive. Read more about this in the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ or check the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

If the brain is not kept active by you continuously perceiving something as separate, it cannot uphold the consciousness of you as someone definitive, wherefore you are in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So if you do not want the brain to fall into a coma, and you to disappear in the nothingness from where the experiences of what you believe to be is fabricated by the brain, you must return to the consciousness of being someone in a world of something by resuming your grievances about the world experienced to be outside of you, so you again are established to be separated from what you experience and thus to be someone definitive. Read here how complaints seem to make you appear to be real.

Instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can totally forget about something, so there is nothing to be absorbed by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is no consciousness, states of bliss or anything else that requires more than one.

Hence there is not something which seems to hide, there never was or will be nothing but that which is one. Read about the enlightenment of that which is one in HACK #5-7, Inner senses, enlightenment, and glimpses of it. This does not only mean that the appearance of you as someone definitive is terminated, but that you have never existed, neither in a material or spiritual way, because it takes more than one to exist.

No reason to worry about accidentally and abruptly being terminated as someone in the enlightenment of that which is one, because in most cases the fear of it (read more about that here) or the urge to separate will set in before that, so you automatically fend off that which is one to appear as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Obviously, nor Alexius or anybody else has passed the point of no return in the enlightenment of that which is one because a world where there seems to be more than one is still experienced, and it only takes one to undo what is not one because there is no more than that which is one.

PART 3: THE RETURN FROM THE BLISS OF NOTHING TO THE HAPPINESS OF SOMETHING
When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone, just like a criminal, you do not think in the categories of right or wrong. Unlike a criminal, however, you do not replace these categories with a calculation of what you can get away with it. You are aware that you do not choose what you do – only how you perceive it.

You do not get stressed from always having to avoid what you judge as negative, being angry for example, when perceiving everything as it is what it is. Read more about this perception in hack #4.2 Being a self or no-self)..

And since your perception always is that it is what it is, negative thoughts are just as welcome as positive ones. So is the empty breath. Most of this hack, however, presumes you do not perceive everything as it is what it is, but I know what it is. And as you have to exclude everything unknow from your awareness to uphold this perception, you are full of hidden thoughts and feelings which suppressed energy can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

If you have read HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end, you have probably grasped that you, in the terms of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, are the basic self when perceiving everything as ´it is what it is´ and the special self when perceiving it as ´I know what it is,´ which is to state you know better than the brain and have established yourself as more unique than the basic self – or in the process of accomplishing it.

Being in sync with the brain, there is nothing to disturb you from falling into a state of not-knowing.

Since the basic self is in sync with the brain, it feels the happiness of something contrary to the special self which is out of sync and thus gets the sadness of something. They are equally illusionary, though, but it does not seem so dangerous to have that exposed when being a basic and not a special self.

*) If you already have organised the chaos of thoughts into a specific belief system, there is no need to going back to chaos to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. You just acknowledge the suppression of it by being nothing but that. Read more about that here.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

Happiness comes from not interfering with thoughts and emotions, whereas sadness comes from trying to do that [draft]

If you do not perceive feelings in a way that wholly or partly suppresses them, you feel good no matter how you interpret them. In other words, seeing something as unfavourable feels just as good as to perceiving it to be favourable. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1: TO BE HAPPY OR NOT
The brain repeatedly rewards the basic self for being in sync with its script by injecting it with shots of happiness. This it cannot do for the special self because it makes a  perception where everything it judges to be wrong in the script is excluded from its awareness and hidden in the body where the suppressed negativity generates strained areas. As the natural flow between the brain and the body, therefore, is interrupted, the brain cannot inject it with happiness, nor can it be of help when the body is sick.

The special self uses meditation, Tai Chi or something else where it seems to be in control to disassociate itself from the brain and make it appear to be the cenre of the world.

You return from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive (read more about that here) with a body has been set free from suppressed feelings. As it feels like starting from zero, you hesitantly begin moving the body very slowly. And as the special self is used to mimic what it wants to achieve, it thinks it will magically enter a state of not-knowing by imitating these slow motions in a focused mode like Tai Chi, for example. A state of not-knowing, however, does not arise from focusing but defocusing. See the hack No Focus = No World Defined By Time And Space, which you can find in Extra Duality Hacks

The result is a body inflicted by the unfortunate idea of of a body-mind connection with you as the perceived master directing it to be more spiritual through yoga, meditation, special diet or other ways to manipulate it into something you believe to be better. Though the body obeys as it is made to do, it fights your mental attack on its physicality by creating physical symptoms of pain or allergic reactions, for example, in the hope that the intensity of this will make you realise it is best not to interfere with the body.

The brain is happy when you do not block the information going to or from it – and so is the body, because then the biological system works in its favour. And since what you believe to be is a construction of the brain, you are also happy when not blocking the information going to or from the brain by using the body as a means to become something special.

Should this makes you see that you are a slave of your story about being the master of your life and that you do not know what is in your best interest, the self-destructive perception of yourself and the body as something you understand is broken. Hence the body is set free from your imprisonment, and the biological system can again communicate with the brain so it can heal the damages you brought upon the body by blocking of the natural flow of the biological system with mental ideas of wellness.

When you feel entertained, your perception is in sync with the script of the brain. But if you blame the world for what you feel, you distance yourself from your experience and thus the one making it, namely the brain. As you, therefore, are out of sync with the script of the brain, you do not feel entertained but bored by it.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2: THE SCRIPT IS FIXED, BUT YOUR PERCEPTION OF IT IS NOT
The changes in the script of the brain that you believe have been made by you, or higher forces only happened in the way you perceived it. And it only seems to disguise that the original script is unchanged because you hide it by painting your special perception on top of it. But just like a layer of lipstick do not alter what is beneath it, nor do your special perception.

You may, however, think that you can change something. And you are right. Yo have lots of choices. But no matter if you choose to go right or left, for example, what happens from there is already written into the manuscript – just like regardless what you decide to do in a video game, the subsequent events are predetermined. And also like in a video game, it is not essential to escape death because you are not there. Yet to feel entertained by the plot, you relate to it as if you are, which your perception of this experience seems to confirm.

Metaphorically speaking the brain has made a pool of thoughts that you are free to use as you choose for how to perception its script. If not trying to make a special perception, one that is in sync with the script of the brain is composed by itself. If you decide to make a perception that does not relate to the script of the brain but one of the many theoretical ways of making it better, for example socialism, capitalism or humanism, this does not come effortlessly.

In other words, it takes much effort to compose a perception out of sync with the brain, and since the pool of thoughts, from where to make it, does not have enough thoughts for that, you have to cause them to multiply, so there is enough to make up your special perception. Later you must meditate or something else that seems to imply you are in control of the thoughts and therefore can stop those that have been generated but does not fit into the perception you want to create.

But it does not work like that. You need the negative thoughts you want to get rid of to define you as positive, so instead of terminating them, you project them onto others. To make long short, surpassing the perception automatically created by the brain, and instead make a one in which you appear to be right and others wrong is hard work. And it does not result in feeling good but very confused because it collides with the script of the brain where nothing is wrong or missing. See hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

In other words, you do not know what is in your own best interest when you make perceptions out of sync with the script of the brain. Actually, this is the same if your perception is in sync with the brain. But in this case, it does not matter because the brain knows what is in your best interest and as the perception is in sync with the script of the brain, this is what you get. Thus you feel entertained whether something appears to be negative or positive. See also Every moment is the perfect moment – even for dying in the rainforest.

You do not have to like the script of the brain, but if you want to be entertained by it, you have to relate to it without trying to change it. Just like you do not have to like everything in a plot of a movie but have to connect with it if you want to feel the thrill of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Always feeling entertained, you are not looking for something special to make you feel good, nor do you need to hang onto something, in particular, to feel happy. Consequently, feelings do not get sticky.

This does not require that your perception is in alignment with the present version of the script made by the brain. First of all, what you believe to happen right now happened in the past because it takes one second for the brain to process the inputs it claims to get from your sensory system into an experience you seem to have now. So what you believe to read now, you read one second ago (read more about that here). Secondly, the experience of any point in linear time is made by the brain from empty space because what it claims to receive from your sensory system is actually nothing that it renders into something, so you seem to be someone living in a capsule of time and space.

Consequently, it makes no difference to the brain what point in the timeline of its script that your perception matches. So if you are walking down the street and hardly notice it because you think of a specific moment from the past, you are in sync with the script of the brain if your perception corresponds to that past moment of the script. Just like you are in sync with a movie when you relate to its plot, regardless it is an event of the past or the future.

Nor does it make a difference to the brain, if you like its script or not. It is not going to change it and it does not want you to change your thoughts and feelings about it. Politically incorrect emotions, like sexual lust, power strivings, selfishness, greed, envy, anger, rage, are not a problem for the brain because everything is scripted in pairs. Hence your relation to the script must be light as well as heavy. Actually, it will not make you feel anything but numbness if you try to avoid what you judge as negative. That is why those chanting, or in other ways fencing off negative vibrations, do not feel entertained by the fantasy of being someone.

If you wonder whether your perception of the script is in sync or not, you do not feel entertained by it and thus out of sync. Not doing anything about it, you are not in charge, which immediately corrects the perception. But since the reason for being out of sync is that you believe to be in charge, not doing anything is not an option. Fortunately, deciding it is as what is makes your perception in sync with the script.

Sticking to this decision, you will not feel the need to decide anything yourself. The brain has made you, so it knows what is in your best interest. It also knows how to perceive it, so you feel happy. As you, therefore, just like when you are watching a movie, feel entertained whether something seems to be a success or a fiasco, you have no unpleasant feelings to hide in the body, so it is not going to suffer from psychosomatic disorders.

If your perception of the natural flow of thoughts is synchronised with it or not makes no difference in regard to what you experience but how you feel about it. If in sync, any experience makes you happy, whereas you feel troubled if your perception is out of sync because it never feels good not being connected. The perception is out of sync with the script of the brain, when it does not relate to it as it is but to a version based on spiritualism, capitalism, socialism or any other ism of the world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3: EVERYTHING IS PREPARED FOR YOU
Being in sync with the natural flow of thoughts as it comes from the brain can be compared to being in sync with the plot of a movie. It is straightforward because the film is full of hints, that let you know how to perceive what is going on.

The director of the movie has, for example, added emotional music leading up to exiting scenes in which the bad guys drive in black cars. And since black – at least in the Western world – is associated with evil, you, based on your cultural conditioning, instinctively know how you should perceive it to be in sync with the hints made by the director, and thus feeling entertained by the plot.

There might be times when the plot seems so scaring or depressing that the movie does not appear to be entertaining. That is until things brighten up, which you cannot see unless you had been in the dark, wherefore darkness becomes as entertaining as lightness.

But if you think you know better than the director and imagine how the movie could be if you edit the storyline or change the characters so that everything fits into the concepts of spiritualism, capitalism or some other ism you believe is gonna make you and/or the world better.

When you do not get the plot of a movie it feels boring. Hence you look forward for it to become better and feel stuck in the film as it is. Likewise, in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Since the plot is based on the belief that there is more than that which is one, you do not try to be at one, for example, but have fun pretending to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Going with the flow of that, you have a laugh and thus affirm your indifference to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

So when you do not question the director or doubt the storyline of the movie, but jump into the adventure as it is, the experience of being engaged in a world where you are not is entertaining.

On a practical level, in the world where we appear to be, this means that you speak the language of the country where you are living and politically vote as the majority or in opposition to it, so you are established as somebody in a specific group wherein you are defined by those you oppose.

It is not about being right. The script is neither logic, rational, or consistent and least of all fair, but if your perception is in sync with it, you feel good no matter how you seem to be treated.

None of the characters in the world of a movie are in the cimema where you experience them. They are not on the screen either. If it is a digital one, there is nothing but zeros and ones added together in such a way, that the brain can combine them into an experience of a world in 3D. If it is an analogue movie, it is nothing but reflections of light, that the brain interprets to a world defined by time and space.

Everybody makes up their own version of a movie, and they believe everybody else has seen it the same way. Likewise, the special self always twists the script of the brain into a story where it is on top of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4: TO BE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF IT
The reason that it is in your best interest to coordinate your perception of the world with the stream of thoughts coming from the brain is that it is this stream that makes up your experience of the world and you being someone there. And it is not fun having these experiences if not in alignment with the maker of them. Just like it is not fun but lots of trouble or boredom to participate in roleplay if not in alignment with the gamemaster.

If your perception of a movie is in sync with the flow of thoughts that the brain automatically produces in response to it, you feel entertained. If one of these responses produced by the brain is a feeling of lust and you suppress it by perceiving the object of your desire to be too young, old or something else judged as wrong, you are out of sync with the flow of thoughts that the brain produces in response to the movie. Hence you do not feel entertained but frustrated by its plot.

The same applies when you watch a movie. It is meant to invoke familiar emotions so that you feel involved in its plot. The brain searches your memory bank for something that can support it. And if you do not start doubting the subsequent interpretation of the characters and try to make a better one but follow it to the letter, you feel entertained by the movie (read more about that here), whereas it seems to bore you if you break up its story by judging the characters by concepts unrelated to the film. See also To be in sync with the natural flow of thoughts.

The above is meant to illustrate that if there is no attempt to alter the stream of thoughts coming from the brain by making a perception of them that implies they are spiritual, for example, the subsequent physical experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one brings about happiness because that is what the thoughts produce if not overridden by a perception that does not relate to them as they are.

EPILOGUE:
In a world where there seems to be more than one, you appear to be able to get rid off feelings by hiding them in the body and get them out of their imprisonment by expressing them or heal the problem of suppressed emotions in the body by bringing them back in the mental sphere, as described in this and the previous articles.

But since there is no more than that which is one and since it takes more than one to exist, you are non-existing and so is the world where you experience to be. So ultimately speaking, there is nothing to heal than the belief, that you exist (read more about that here). Fortunately, this is what the duality hacks do when you keep on reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

NOTES:

The purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the belief that there is someone in it [draft]

Hoping to escape the world of duality reinforces the belief in duality because it takes more than one to wish for something as well as to escape it. Fortunately, you are not in such world, nor anywhere else, because only in duality can you appear to be somewhere, and there is no duality since non-duality is formless and therefore endless. In other words, there is nothing to escape than the belief that you are somewhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When you drive a car, you do not try to change how its engine works or looks. You use the wheel, gear, gas and brake pedal, and trust the engine to do what it is supposed to.

You may not feel and see the body as it is, but instead, a vision of what it will feel and look like in the future when you have succeeded in imposing the unfortunate belief of a body-mind connection on it.

But moving around in a body, you try to bypass its biological system so you can pump up the appearance of the body by forcing it lifting a lot, consuming a special diet, sitting in weird positions yo attain peace, and other things that restrict it and make it impossible for its biological system to connect with the brain, which, therefore, cannot take care of it.

The purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body. In most cases, it is perfectly able of doing that itself, when not being dominatied by your ideas of mindfullness and wellnes.

The application of one or more of the duality hacks reestablishes this connection. Not by healing the body, though, but the foolish belief that it is part of you. Hence it becomes like a coat you are wearing or a car you are driving. And just like a car works fine as long as it is connected with the engine and you supply it with water and gasoline, the body works as it should when combined with the brain through the biological system, and you provide it with water and food, brush its teeth, wash it and sometimes take it for a ride.

There may, of course, be cases where particular parts of the body ask for special treatment. Perhaps they need to be massaged, or there is an inner organ that requires special care by professional healthcare services. If such help is required, the body will ask for it.

Projecting unpleasant feelings on the body and expecting the problems they cause there to go away when the body is improved is like projecting feelings onto your smartphone and expecting them to go away when the phone is repaired. Just like feelings cannot be mixed with the mechanical parts of a smartphone, they do not mix with the physical nature of the body.

But most often the body just wants to say, that it has no way of dealing with the feelings you hide from your awareness by dumping them in obscure parts of it. The body is a physical thing and made to deal with physicality only, so unless you bring the unwanted feelings back into your emotional awareness and deal with them there, they will mess up the body.

There is no extraordinary purpose for appearing to be or have a self, just like there is no purpose of pretending to be someone in a video game except for having fun pretending to be what you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

INTERLUDE:
The special self uses much energy to suppress the thoughts and feelings judged as negative or politically incorrect. This it deems necessary for preserving what it believes to be or will become when it lives in the now, come from the heart or whatnot. The basic self, on the other hand, has no need to appear in a special way and therefore no need to suppress something judged as wrong.

Besides, it knows negativity is just as crucial as positivity. It is the combination of the negative and positive pole in an electric wire that makes energy. Read more about that here.

Fortunately, the duality hacks percive everything as they perceive themselves and since they are nothing so are your problems. That is why problems do not hold back the duality hacks from undoing the belief that you are someone definitive. Actually they apply themselves when continually reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

PART 2:
The special self dissociates itself from unpleasant experiences by justifying them with the world so it can perceive itself to be free from evil and that it is something which needs be battled in the world. Although this makes the tensions disappear from how it perceives itself, they remain hidden in obscure parts of its body. Read more about that here.

The tensions might have been hidden there for years, but sooner or later their suppressed energy causes parts of the body to be dysfunctional. Traditional medicine, nutritional supplements or massage, for example, often seem to be able to relieve you from the pain in one part of the body. But nothing has been healed. The pain has just been moved to another part of the body – often from the loin to the shoulders and vice versa.

Besides, the cause of the problem is not in the body but in your perception of yourself from where you have dumped unpleasant feelings into the body, so they are hidden them from your awareness. To heal the problems that this has caused, you must bring back the suppressed feelings where they were deemed to be unwanted, namely in your perception of yourself, so you can make a perception of yourself as you are.

This is not to say, that traditional medicine, nutritional supplements or massage should be avoided. They can be a great way to relieve the pain in the body, so you do not feel weighed down by it but have the energy to face your problem where it is made.

Actually, there is nothing that needs to be avoided. Not even restrictions. Although they do not bring relief but frustration, the latter, if unedited, can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath in which there is nobody to perceiving anything as a problem. See hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

Since many dumps feelings of silliness, for example caused by continually dropping something or going the wrong way, in the stomach, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is often a psychosomatic illness. This is probably the reason, it is not a sickness the doctors diagnose based on blood analysis, but instead by eliminating other measurable disorders

You cannot avoid events that seem to make you sad, but you can refrain from interpreting them, so they make you sad. This naturally occurs for the basic self, which has no need for special events to make it happy, as happiness is the essence of all experiences not interpreted with the purpose of making it stand out as special. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Feelings of silliness, perhaps caused by judging oneself to be amiss when continually dropping something or going the wrong way, are often dumped in the stomach. This may result in a sickness called IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). It is not measurable, so it cannot be diagnosed based on blood or another kind of physical analysis but by eliminating other measurable disorders, which often indicates it is a psychosomatic disorder.

That is probably why the problem is not solved through physically solutions like excluding onions and whatnot. The problem needs to be addressed where it is made, namely in the perception of yourself as not good enough.

This is not to say that in the case of IBS, you should not follow a diet like FODMAP, for example. It might be an excellent way to relieve stomach pain, so you have the strength to face your low self-esteem. In other words, it is not solved by getting more friends or likes on Facebook but by facing the problem where it is, namely in the perception of yourself. It has been edited to reflect what you wish to be and not what you are. In the language of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the perception is out of sync with the script of the brain because you have excluded something from it. Read more about the script of the brain here.

If not trying to justify, understand or in any way define those feelings that once in a while escape from the darkness in the body where they have been hidden, their restless energy automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. And since it is undisguised nothingness, it sees through the suppressed feelings or anything else that you perceive to be something including yourself. Thus there is no anxiety of something but the bliss of nothing in its connectedness.

An excellent shortcut for correcting the perception is to use the frustration that a psychosomatic disorder entails as a take-off to the empty breath (see hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). It does not perceive the apparent difference between being loved or rejected to make a difference, so the cause of the psychosomatic disorder is cancelled out.

If your phone is out-of-order and it seems to make you upset, having the phone fixed may appear to address the anger as well. But the phone has neither the power to make you angry or heal you. So even though the anger has disappeared from your awareness, it will return when something else triggers it, unless you deal with the phone and your fury separately, so both of the problems can be corrected on their own terms. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4:
If physical symptoms of illness trigger memories of endangerment and those two elements are combined so that the physical symptoms are perceived to cause a threat, a fusion of physical and psychological reality seems to have been established. The resulting psychosomatic disorder cannot be healed by the biological system of the body because it is made to deal with physicality only. And like oil and water and does not mix, nor do psychological and physical elements, so the use of mental powers does not heal the body but mess it up even more.

The paradox in trying to heal a psychosomatic disorder is that it reinforces the fear of the physical symptoms and thus the psychosomatic disorder.

If the experience of the physical symptom, on the other hand, is not combined with the memories of endangerment that are triggered by it, the symptom remains physical and the memories psychological. The biological system, therefore, is free to deal with the physical symptom and leave the memories of danger to be dealt with psychologically.

When the condition of the body is not perceived to have been caused by emotional or mental problems, they do not seem to attest to the existence of the body and vice versa. Just like the world in a movie is not experienced as real and you not to partake in it, if the emotions it seems to provoke are not perceived to have been caused by it.

Just like a strawn is built to deal with fluid and not solid things, the body is made to deal with physicality and not emotions or mental stuff. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To sum it up: When you appear to be sick, and your concern about the physical symptom triggers a past sense of danger, that you interpret as caused by the present physical symptom, you develop a psychosomatic disorder. But since body and mind cannot be fused, no cure will work before the immaterial feeling is disentangled from the material symptom so each of the problems can be dealt with on their own term.

In a situation where you perceive yourself to be on top of it and know what to do, try for a moment to perceive you do not know what comes next. Then feel which perceptions makes you feel free.

This differentiation occurs by itself when you are the basic self because it relates to the stream of thoughts coming from the brain as is and not as it should be according to concepts of socialism, capitalism or any other ism that claims to be an infallible science, which is a mental attempt to find a special meaning where there is none. There is nothing to learn from the stream of thoughts coming from the brain, nor when it produces dreams or spiritual experiences. None of it means anything. It is all made out of nothing with just one purpose, namely to make it look as if it is something so one can have fun being entertained by nothing. Read more about that here.

Since you come back from a state of not-knowing with the slate wiped clean and therefore as the basic self (read more about that here) and since all the duality hacks bring about that state,* all you need to disentangle the material and immaterial problems is to go on reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings because doing so the duality hacks apply themselves.

In hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone, you can read how the empty breath immediately takes you to a state of not-knowing. If you want to go tread about it but to go jump to hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

And if you want to know what happens if you do not leave a state of not-knowing but remain there for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, go to hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one and hack #6-7.3 The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

The two last hacks are about the enlightenment of that which is one, which does not lead to anything. Actually, it takes away everything, so there does not appear to be something to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

When the experience of something, regardless it seems to be spiritual, material or immaterial, is not perceived to be real, the brains rendering of you as someone in the world of the experienced is bypassed and the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

Alexius uses no techniques for being connected with the empty breath or having glimpses of enlightenment. It happens by itself. He does not know why, but when it is possible for him, he is convinced it is for you too. And that the duality hacks will take away what you do not need for that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The above is not meant to imply, there are certain phases you need to go through to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Alexius went straight to the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet he bounced back to the experience of being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one before he reached the point of no return. See The ins and outs of a black hole or Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the experience of being someone in a tangible world, he changes between being the basic self, the special self and in a state of not-knowing. In the latter, he has glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which you can read about in hack #6-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can.

Alexius uses no techniques for this. Yet he presents some techniques that can facilitate it. See the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

Being someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he knows there is no more that which is one. So he is not longing to ´return to´ the formlessness of oneness but enjoys pretending to be what and where he is not – just like within the context of where he pretends to be, he sometimes has fun pretending to be somebody in the virtual world of a game. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there are no experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one. Nor are there any memories of them because to remember something requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one. For the same reason, there is no experiences at all.

When he has had his fun doing that, he intends to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one with no intention of returning to the consciousness of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

*) This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one as it takes more than one to be in a state and it straight away erases anything that requires more than one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, which is still in the process of being written.

Up and down is equally enjoyable for the basic self [draft]

What you believe to be are not in control of a dream you seem to be having, nor are you in it. You are in your bed. Likewise, you are not in a world where there seems to be more than one because that which is one is formless and therefore endless. Thus appearing to be in such a world is like experiencing to be in the world of a dream. It is beyond your to control, so trying to manage your appearance feels frustrating, whereas going with the flow makes you feel good. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The special self attempts to take over the control of the body by eliminating its self-sustaining system inflicting with ideas of a mental and not physical nature. And since the biological system only knows how to deal with physicality, it cannot heal the psychosomatic disorders this attack causes on the body.

When you have attacked somebody, you unconsciously wait for their retaliation to prove it had an effect and that you, therefore, exist. So even though the body cannot fight back, when the special self forces it to live beyond its expiry date, hold back ejaculation and whatnot, the special self always perceives the resulting psychosomatic disorders as revenge.

The immune system gets so confused from the mental ideas of how to be centred and in balance, for example, that is inflicted upon the body, so it starts to attack it, which makes the special self conclude that its problems come from the body and not the way it deals with it. Thus it fills the body with all kind of medicaments prescribed by a doctor to resolve the problem. But since the course of the problem is in the way the special self perceives the body and not in the body, the source of the problem is not healed, so the symptoms remain no matter if they are treated by traditional or alternative health professionals.

To make long short, the problem must be resolved where it is, namely in the perception that the special self has of itself as a unique being, who is in control of its own life. This is as foolish as to believe you are in control of what and where you appear to be a dream you experience to have. The only thing you are in control of is how to interpret it.

In a video game, for example, what and where you appear to be is designed by the creator of the game. So the only choice you have is to perceive it, so you have fun playing it as it is or being frustrated trying to change it. The same applies to the tangible world where you appear to be someone substantial. What and where you seem to be is a fiction made by the brain, and it cannot be changed – only your interpretation of it.

The special self finds it especially exciting to be high up, whereas the basic self does not consider up to be better than down, but two equally exciting ways of experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If this is in sync with how the brain has scripted the fiction, you feel entertained by the idea of being someone substantial in a tangible world. It is a bit like going up and down in a rollercoaster. You scream of fear when going down and shout of joy when going up. But it is equally entertaining. Hence there is no need to judge part of the entertainment as wrong. Fortunately, because in the script of the brain, everything comes in pairs so you cannot have one without the other.

When the special self says it needs time to process something, it means that it needs time to make a perception of it based on the past, so nothing seems to have changed.

That it is up you to choose a perception which makes you happy is not evident for the special self. It has made the image of itself by excluding all the fragments of its basic self judged as wrong.* Thus its fundamental instinct is to perceive everything divided into right and wrong and exclude from its awareness what is judges to be wrong. And as going down is judged to be bad, it is definitely not entertaining for the special self.

Consequently, it tries to always be in control of events, but since appearance is what matters the most controlling its body is essential. And though it never works out as planned, it insists that doing things in its own way and pace, everything will eventually get better. The basic self, on the other hand, has nothing to make better as it is happily being managed by the brain.

PART 2:
When the consciousness of the basic self goes rogue,* it starts to respond like a spell checker. It automatically corrects every thought received from the brain into something that it judges to be better, so the self which initially was administered by the brain is perceived to be self-made and thus independent of the brain.

That is of course if the basic self accepts this correction of the thoughts coming from the brain which does not only produce a perception that is out of sync with them but also seems to multiply them into endless possibilities of what the special can become and have.

As this looks very exciting, the basic self, in most cases, gladly accepts the corrections made by its rogue consciousness,* although the price is a constant flow of hectic and chaotic thoughts, that no longer are geared towards what is in the best interest of everybody but only how it can become and have more on the expense of others.

When the brain wants you to run, it uses the biological system to signal this to the body, which starts running regardless it is believed to belong to a basic or special self. The basic self, as always, feels entertained by following the commands of the brain. The special self, on the other hand, loathes the brain and its simple ideas of entertainment, so running does not make it smile but angry about the silly world of the brain, which it believes could be much better. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, when the basic self accepts the spell checking performed by the rogue consciousness,* it seems to have been transformed into a special self, which is in charge of itself and thus able to do things independently of the brain, contrary to the basic self which is not in control, nor able to do anything on its own, but just like a zombie follows the commands of the brain.*

Yet being a follower is uncomplicated and relaxing, whereas believing to be independent is complicated and requires much effort to establish. Exhaustion arises from the latter and vitality from the former. So if you want to have an easy time while appearing to be someone substantial in a tangible world, use one or more of the duality hacks to enter a state of not-knowing. It restores the basic self by wiping out every perception that is out of sync with the brain.

The essential sorrow, that we all feel when believing to be what we are not, and the wish to avoid feeling sad, often leads to the fabrication of the special self.

But the sorrow can also be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath in which it is not sorrow you sense but compassion with everybody that just like you seem to be what they are not. Hence you stop perceiving them to be separated from you.

This, however, may at first seem disappointing because the basic self is coupled with the essential sorrow that comes from the belief in being a limited being and not of the formlessness of oneness. The easy solution to the consuming sense of hopelessness that this entails may, therefore, be to go with the hectic and restless stream of thoughts making up the special self because it seems to imply there is something to hope for.

Both the basic and the special self is a construction of thoughts. But whereas the basic self is a simple construction made for entertaining, the special self is a very speculative construction made to sow discord by insisting on socialism, nationalism or another ism to be the best and those adhering to it as better than others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is until you do not try to get rid of feeling hopeless because then the unedited energy of it ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of not-knowing. Most duality hacks will take you there, for example hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss or hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). The first one because you include your sorrow and the second one because its inherent energy is used to ignite a take to the empty breath.

When you, this time, return from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you probably are more willing to do that as the basic self. But you probably go back and forth between the basic and special self many times before you settle with the fact, that as long as you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is in your own best interest to be in sync with the stream of thoughts that the brain produces to entertain the self it has made.

If you are confused about what you are, you are well on the way to not knowing it, which is the invitation, the enlightenment of that which is one patiently has been has been waiting for.

If you do not want to be in such a world and want to have the belief that you are there undone, it is not necessary to be the basic self. But it is much easier because not being special, you sooner or later forget to remember what and where you are, which is what the enlightenment of that which is one patiently is waiting for. Read more about that here.

INTERLUDE:
If you perceive the brains basic rendering of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one to be a bit boring, the special self sets in by offering you more exotic ways of perceiving it, for example by coming from the heart (read more about that here), living in the now or having direct experiences.

But since all experiences – no matter where you believe they come from or how they seem to be experienced – are a construction of thoughts (read more about that here) fabricated by the brain, the perception of having your own special experiences is nothing but a reconstruction of the thoughts made by the brain.

As the basic and special self is equally illusionary, the differentiation between them in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is only meant to point out, that as the basic self you, just like in a self-driving car, can sit back and enjoy the ride and step out when you like. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
To be living in the now is a concept used by the special self to make itself appear more genuine than others. But since all experiences are processed by the brain and it always needs one second to produce an experience, what you believe to be conscious of now took place in the past. Read more about that here. In other words, living in the now is not genuine but fake.

Should you be sick and tired from trying to make this or other concepts of the special self appear to work, and just want to enjoy the belief in being someone, you can apply hack #3.1#4.2 and #4.3 (this hack) that are about how to be entertained by this belief, namely by supporting the brain that in return supports you with shots of happiness.

They will sooner or later guide you to those duality hacks that bring you into a state of not-knowing from where you can bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or return to the consciousness with the slate wiped clean, so you continue as the basic self until you are glad that there is no more to ask for and thus not something that seems to hide there is more than that which is one.

INTERLUDE:
Whether you believe to be a basic or special self, the future is the same. You cannot change that. Just like you cannot change anything in a movie you are watching, except your perception of it.

But if you make an interpretation of a movie you are watching based on selected parts of it, so it seems to be similar to another one, you cannot enjoy the rest of it as intended by the director, because you will overlook the parts that are not in alignment with your interpretation.

This is the reason, the special self, which is made from the perception of selected elements of the basic self, needs to continually modify something to feel unique, whereas the basic self enjoys everything as it is.

The belief in a body-mind connection with you as the master of the body is the destroyer of wellness [draft]

The multiplication of thoughts needed to construct an image of you as an independent being results in stress and thus a tired body tired. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When you do not suppress feelings by holding back the breath or try to alter it with yoga exercises or something else that stops the natural rhythm of it, you are effortlessly in sync with the flow of thoughts as they come from the brain. And since not too many thoughts are needed to uphold the construction of you as a basic self, the flow of thoughts does not seem to be disturbing but entertaining.

That is until the consciousness, the brain has installed in the basic self that it made, thinks it knows better than its maker and plots against it to become independent so it can be in charge of its appearance. This, however, requires a more complicated construction of thoughts than the simple one accumulated by the brain to fabricate the basic self in which the consciousness resides.

The rogue consciousness,** therefore, perceives the basic self in such a way that fear holds back the breath long enough for the thoughts flowing along with it to be imprisoned and thus force their way out of this locked-in moment by multiplying themselves.

In reality, nothing is missing because reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be be missed.

But when they are out, they continue their frantic movement inside the special self, which, therefore, feel completely different from the basic self and the laid-back stream of thoughts, the brain produces to support it. But the rogue consciousness** does not want the restless stream of thoughts to slow down and find the rest that comes from being in sync with the basic self, because they stop to multiply, and there will not be enough thoughts to make up a plausible story of why it is more exciting to be a special than a basic self, even though the basic one is so happy.

You cannot make the world better, but you can make your perception of it better, so it is in sync with the experience that the brain renders of it to make you feel entertained. This is automatically done by the brain when there is no interference from you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thus it organises the thoughts into pairs, not of love though but interdependency, as they each need the other to confirm its apparent existence. The first pair, which is in charge of all the other pairs consists of a judge, who determines what thoughts are good and bad, and an executioner, who excludes the thoughts its partner has sentenced to be bad so that the rest, namely those thoughts judged as good, can be compiled into a construction that makes up a special self that is perceived to be better than the basic one made by the brain.

Read more about this twosome in the paragraph The world is a construction of fragmented thoughts in Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

This image of a self that is better than others and independent of the brain, the rogue consciousness** keeps together by hiding the excluded thoughts in obscure parts of the body, where the suppressed energy of them mess up the natural flow of the breath and thus the stream of thoughts used to keep the body healthy. The special self, therefore, concludes it is better if it takes it care of the body itself.

As you can see, to be special and independent requires much work, and since it is not rewarded with a sound body but one with psychosomatic disorders, the special self feels quite confused, contrary to the basic one who happily makes the brain take care of it.

This does not necessarily mean, however, that the basic self has a sound body, but that if it gets sick, it is caused by a physical disorder and not a psychological one. It may also be that the script for the body have been stitch together in such a way that parts of it do not function so well.

But as the happiness of the basic self does not depend on appearance, this makes no difference. It may even be helpful. The bad functioning body of Alexius, for example, makes it easy for him to slow down physically and in an effortlessly way, use all his energy to write Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

No need to change yourself into something special. You are good enough as you are. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Please be aware, it is not possible to change the basic self into a special one. But it is possible to change the perception of the basic self so that it seems to become a special self. Since this is self-deception, the perception of change is out of sync with the script of the brain. This is why so much confusion arises from this perception.

Fortunately, confusion, if not edited, ignites a take-off to the empty breath,* that makes you indifferent to the exciting experiences which seem to come from perceiving oneself to be special.

INTERLUDE:
The biological system of the body is used by the brain to uphold it, so if the body bothers you it is in most cases best to let nature take its course because if you try to solve the problem in the body with mental ideas of balance, for example, you fuck up the ability of the body to take care of itself. The basic self would never do this. But the special self always thinks it knows better, so it forces the body to do extreme yoga exercises, heavy weight lifting, restricting diets, tantra sex, or other mental concepts of wellness that makes the body appear to be its instrument. The price is a body that suffers, but since the primary concern of the special self is its appearance, it gladly pays the price.

As you and your ideas of healing mess up the natural flow between the body and the brain, the latter cannot heal the damage you inflict on the body – especially since the body is made to deal with physical problems and not mental ones. Hence you need to set the body free from your domain so the flow between the body and the brain can be reestablished.

This does not mean that you become redundant. Maybe you need to call a professional physician. The body will let you know.

It is relaxing, as well as energising, not to control your appearance but go with the flow like it comes from the brain – as you go with the flow of the waves when swimming. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
What is projected onto others seems to have been excluded from what you believe to be and, instead, established as what you believe others to be. But since this is solely based on your judgment, the transference is purely mental.

In other words, nothing has been excluded from you except the awareness of it, which most likely has been accomplished by hiding the excluded in your body. This suppression, however, of thoughts and feelings in obscure parts of the body creates blockages that prevent the biological system from communicating with the brain. That makes way for you, undisturbed by the biological system, to impose mental ideas of wellness upon it, for example by forcing the body to sit in rigid meditation positions, which makes the body numb.

But you are not meant to make a perception of the thoughts coming from the brain, so they seem to be in alignment with mental concepts of spiritualism, capitalism or any other ism. You are meant to perceive them as they are, which you do when you feel entertained because that is the purpose of them.

No matter how hard you try to make the concept of a body-mind connection work, the result is a messed up body and mind.

Although it feels comforting to be in sync with the stream of thoughts coming from the brain, it is not needed for having the belief in being someone definitive undone. All that is required for that is to not pay attention to your perception of the thoughts coming from the brain – just like the events in a game or a dream are exposed as make-believe when your interpretation of them is not taken seriously.

In other words, to have the belief in being someone undone, there is no need to change anything but the choice to believe that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, which it automatically is when you do not interpret your experience of it as real but symbols of that which is real. See hack #2.1 To see symbols of life in the world.

As this, in most cases, is a process over time, you may as well enjoy the belief in being someone while having it undone, which is what you do when in sync with the thoughts of the brain.

The special self keeps coming back to Facebook or a similar media, where messages and likes seem to confirm its specialness. If not continually established as unique, it starts doubting itself and thus loses its sense in being the one in charge of itself, which it fears more than anything else. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
What you believe to be is a construction of thoughts compiled by the brain in such a way, that it feels like there is a self having a conscious experience of being someone definitive inside a substantial body in a tangible world. This also applies to whatever is believed to experience this self. Also, if this self is experienced to be spiritual or someone in a dream.

In that thought construction, everything has a contrast so it can be defined by that and experienced as something specific by someone definitive. As every experience, therefore, comes in pairs, you cannot have one without the other. You must, for example, know what is bad to experience what is good and vice versa.

When in sync with this thought construction of the brain, separation is not seen as a means to make you better than others, but to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus hate and negativity, for example, are not considered to be avoided, but something just as needed as love and positivity.

But if not in sync with this thought construction negative thoughts are seen as something that should be excluded from one´s perception of itself, so one appears to be only positive, which is accomplished by projecting every unpleasant thought onto others. But it is like trying to turn on a TV without the negative pole of the electrical wire. It does not work.

The special self is never in sync with the moment as it is. There is always a story going on in the background, based on long-time forgotten events perceived to have made it suffer, that prevents it from being entertained by the present moment.

Being out of sync with the thought construction of the brain occurs when the consciousness that the brain has installed in the self goes rogue** and make a special perception of the present moment based on frustrations of the past, so there seems to be something wrong or missing in the present.

Though the disharmony of the perception and the actual events of the present is due to the hateful perception of the special self, it condemns the brain for the discrepancy, and praise itself for going new ways to make things better. But what the special self blames the brain for is its own inadequacy. And since it actually is a product of the brain (read more about that here), this is the damnation of itself.

No matter what you believe to be, you are mistaken, because it takes more than one to believe something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is why perceiving to be special entails feelings of depression and stress instead of the happiness and relaxation that comes from not creating a special perception of the experiences the brain produces. Hardly anybody, however, knows how it feels to perceive the experiences as they are.

Should they accidentally, through mindfulness or something similar believed to bring them back to basic, discard the perception making up the special image of themselves, and stand bare as the basic self, they feel humiliated and reduced to being secondary. Were they not so eager to make a difference, they would instead discover the satisfaction of being a servant of the brain.

Believing to be a substantial creature in a world where there seems to be more than one, because it appears to have an effect on you is as foolish as to assume you are someone in a video game, because it seems to make you feel something. But since what you believe to feel is caused by the feelings you project on it, there is nothing outside of you to confirm your existance as someone substantial. It is pure fiction.

And there is not even something, a consciousness or whatnot, making up this fiction, nor being aware of it, because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to make up or be aware of something.

That being said, as it takes more than one to be a basic as well as a special or any other kind of self and as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, there is no self at all. So if there is an experience of reading this, there is a need to believe so, because it seems to confirm you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one and that it, therefore, is possible to be and have more than that which is one, although it is formless and therefore endless.

PART 4:
It is not something personal when the special self blames everybody for being wrong. They are just a means to get rid of whatever the special self perceives as unacceptable in itself so that it can feel good by making them bad.

If the special self accuses someone of being a dictator, for example, and proves it by saying that because of this you are evil, it does not necessarily mean that the special self wants to hide a secret wish in itself to dominate. It is more likely that it wants to hide what perceiving someone to be a dictator makes it feel. It could be anger or desperation. Or maybe stubbornness that the special self needs to deny in itself so it can maintain the belief in being an open person. It could also be hatred or a basic feeling of not being good enough, which it wants to hide by blaming a perceived dictator for having caused by being unjust.

But whatever feeling the special self excludes from its consciousness of who it is by blaming somebody else for having caused it, the feeling will return to its awareness as a feeling caused by itself when there is nobody to blame for it. To avoid that, the special self is always on the lookout for a scapegoat. If the spouse that it divorced was its primary scapegoat, it probably continues an inner conversation with the spouse, until a replacement is found.

This is not to say that one should stop blaming others because if you do that you miss a perfect opportunity to see what it is that you hide in yourself by blaming them. Having exposed it, you can deal with it where it is made, namely in yourself. Having done that, you do not need to hide and thus not to spent time on finding scapegoats to feel fine.

There is probably no faster way to expose a problem of yours than to blame others for having caused it. There probably is no quicker way to resolve the exposed issue than to use its unpleasant energy for a take-off to the empty breath, as it only takes it one second to wipe the slate clean (read more about that here), so you are restored as the basic self and feels as renewed. You do not even have to understand the exposed problem or know what it is to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. All you need is to feel it entirely.

See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ for how to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. And see The YOU finger and the three ME fingers for how thankful you should be for those you have blamed for your problems because they have helped you to expose them so they can be used them to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

And continue reading hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough to learn more about having the slate wiped clean, so you start afresh as the basic self that repeatedly is injected with shots of happiness by the brain.

Control is the fear of not being good enough [draft]

As all experiences are make-believe, the brain uses the same organ to process them all, regardless you perceive them to be real or imaginary, spiritual or physical, yours or others. So if you do not push away the fantasies judged as incorrect but live them out in your head, you have fun doing that and so has the brain, so it does not need to ´really´ make it happen. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Even though the brain deceives you by making experiences that seem to attest to you being someone substantial in a tangible world, it is not your enemy. On the contrary, the brain just wants to make you happy. If you do not feel that, you have most likely disassociated yourself from its fabrication as it is by creating a perception of how it should be according to a specific religion or philosophy.

But as everything in this perception revolves around you being independent of the brain and in charge of yourself, which is constant hard work, you feel very stressed.   Though you claim to be in charge, you blame the brain for this, and meditate or force your body into strange positions to shut off the brain, assuming this will make you feel free from its perceived tyranny and replace frustration by fulfilment.

Metaphorically speaking you should eat all thoughts with much pleasure, because they are just as sweet as you are.

The rejection of some or all thoughts, however, as if they are the root of evil, does not result in completion but loss. Should you, on the other hand, perceive all thoughts as presents from the brain, they will not seem to cause loss, nor abundance, but the quiet happiness that comes from being blessed. The thoughts coming from the brain does not only constitute what you appear to be but also what you seem to experience, because what and where you experience to be is nothing but a construction of thoughts manufactured by the brain.

All the experiences that you believe to have and those you belive others to have are made by your brain. It stores the memories of them that you belive to constitute what you and others are. The appearance of you and others as substantial beings in a tangible world is, therefore, the brain and vice versa. This applies also to experiences of being spiritual.

To sum it up, the brain renders a self in which it installs a consciousness so the self can perceive itself to be a substantial being by having conscious experiences of the tangible world that the brain fabricates as if it is outside of the self. Thus the brain is not only the same as what you experience to be but also the world experienced to be outside of you.

You try to restrict the only friend you have, namely the brain, by dividing the thoughts it produces into good and evil and then exclude those you judge as wrong by projecting them onto others. Thus you no longer perceive yourself to be the good and bad self that the brain has made, but a better one that is only good and made by you only. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Ultimately speaking, of course, you are not the brain or anything else because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to be anything. Consequently, this article, just like what you appear to be, is nothing disguised as something.

Trying to change something, therefore, is like changing the colour of your hair. Though the new tone makes you look different, nothing has changed. The original colour remains the same. Nevertheless, more or less everybody believes that painting their self with a new colour will make it able to provide them with more money, power, love, peace, silence or whatever they think is going to make them more special and, therefore, more appreciated.

Control is the fear of not being good enough to be affirmed as someone in the world of something.

This wish to change ourselves often starts in our early childhood, where we learned that when we changed our appearance into something our parents considered to be more lovable, we would get more attention and hence a feeling of being more loved. Consequently, most have concluded, that by controlling themselves, they can manipulate others into liking them and thus control them as well.

Several events can have led to this conclusion. Maybe your parents tried to make you go to the toilet before you were ready. In an attempt to please them and appear to be the child they want, you decided to control your urination by tightening the muscles in the loin. But the price of getting their ´love´ was that the premature constriction of the muscles blocked the natural flow of the biological system in your body, so the communication between it and the brain was disrupted.

As the brain since then has been cut off from the biological system, it has not been able to support the body. Thus it tries itself to fix its problems. The blockage in the loin, for example, it attempts to solve by balancing it with another tension in the shoulder, neck or jaw. Especially the latter because that makes it possible to keep a specific expression in place as if you are happy with those around you.

The life of a self has been planned by the brain, and it cannot be altered. But the perception of it can be changed, so it seems to be in charge of itself. That is done by making up stories that in retrospect seems to establish everything is going according to the plan of the self. And if not, the brain is blamed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But this further disrupts the communication between the brain and the body, and though you may get relief in the upper body from injections, massage and whatnot, the relaxation will not last long because the hardened loin will tighten the upper body again in an attempt to balance out the stiffness in the lower body.

Hence you will never feel the automatic healing that comes from the natural flow of a biological system adequately hooked up with the brain. Instead, you get to feel the destruction that a body disconnected from the brain entails – especially when trying to fix this where the pain is experienced to come from in the body rather than where it actually originates, namely in the perception of yourself as not good enough.

In other words, when the body is not used as a means to hide your inferiority, it will not be damaged from your attempt to control life and, therefore, not obstruct the natural flow of the biological system. Consequently, it can be used by the brain to heal the body whenever it has a physical problem.

But if the body has been used as a means to hide your feelings of rejection, it is often helpful to relieve the pain that this has caused in the body with massage or pills, for example, so it does not distract you from correcting the misperception that has caused it. Having done that, you feel good enough as you are so you do not perceive parts of your personality to be something bad that you must hide.

A straightforward way to correct your perception is to perceive any experience as ´it is what it is.´ This perception reveals that everything is good enough as it is. Since the darkest experience, therefore, feels just as entertaining as the lightest one, you are set free and so are those you judged to inflict it upon you. This feels like forever having your favourite food, or the best sex, for example.

It is probably even easier to not correct the misperception and just add another perception on top of it that says it is what is because that takes the sting out of it.

Ultimately, of course, the solution is to undo the belief in being somebody, as that means there is nobody to misinterpret anything. However, hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough is mainly about having a good time while you have that belief undone, so we return to the script of the brain.

There is nothing to be found in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is why reading them will hack the belief in being someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As the script is fixed, the exact same tensions in the loin would have occurred, whether or not you in your childhood perceived that you had to adjust yourself to the likings of your parents to get their love. But had you perceived yourself to be good enough as you were, your perception would have been in sync with the script of the brain and the tension in the loin, not a psychosomatic but a physical problem. And the latter is much easier to deal with.

The above explanation of cause and effect is, therefore, not entirely correct. Also, the script allows you to choose if you go right or left, for example. However, just like in a videogame, the subsequent events are fixed.

This is not meant to be an explanation that makes ends meet. Nothing adds up in a world where there seems to be more than one, because it is an illusion. There is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. That is what the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are meant to illustrate. That is why they only are beneficial if used to expose that every experience is a fantasy made by the brain to make you feel entertained by perceive them to be tangible and thus you to be substantial.

This explanation is, of course, also a fantasy, and so is the idea that somebody is making or having it. Just like nobody, in particular, is causing or having a dream, and there is nothing in it.

Hence Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is not a new philosophy with the answers to the problems of the world or why and how we appear to be there as if we are separated from each other. There is no answer to that or anything else than every answer is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to answer a question.

Ultimately speaking, therefore, it does not matter if you are in sync with the script of the brain and thus a happy and basic self as scripted to be, or perceive the script in a such a way that that you appear to be more exceptional than scripted and thus a special self who independently of the script looks for its own happiness. But as happiness comes from being in sync with the script, the special self never finds it. Read more about this in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

The brain has installed an awareness in the self it has created, so it can have conscious experiences of being someone. The consciousness, however, does not accept to be a product of the brain, so it makes a perception of itself in which it is independent of the brain and part of something better and bigger.* But as this perception is created with the thoughts produced the brain, it is self-deception. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is why, in the context of the world where we appear to be, everything appears to be much easier when the perception is in sync with the script of the brain. Hardly any thoughts are needed for that, and as they compile themselves from the pool of thoughts, the brain has made for this (read more about that here), there are no stray thoughts to disturb you. But to make a perception where you appear to be more special than the basic self, which the brain has created requires much effort.

You must seek out special thoughts to make this happen and doing so they start to scamper around and fight each other, which feels stressing – especially as it affects how you see the world. The special self, therefore, concludes it is best to get rid of some or all of the thoughts or at least slow them down via meditation or something else, that supports the perception the special self is in control.

This, however, enhances the problem, which is that the special self perceives itself to be the master and the brain its servant. But it is the other way around. So if it honours the brain for producing the experiences it has of being someone by perceiving them as they are and not as it wants them to be, happiness comes all by itself. Actually so much, that the few thoughts required for having a perception in sync with the brain are unnoticed. See also Without the noise of thoughts.

In short, if we do not try to edit the perception the brain automatically generates of ourselves as a servant of the brain, we are in sync with it and thus receive so many shots of happiness that we feel loved and love everybody as ourselves (read more about that here).

As that means you do not spend time looking for happiness, you can read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings without looking for something in them to make you happy. Hence the duality hacks reveal the nothingness of what you believe to be will be while and/or after reading about them.

Many try to solve the feeling of not being good enough by finding somebody who will admire them because they mistake that for being loved. Others may clean the house, go shopping, eat, smoke, have sex, or whatever makes them forget what they feel. And some may try to resolve feeling inferior by making others wrong.

But none of this works, because the feeling of failing arises from the way you perceive the world should respond to you and not on how it actually does it. Hence not feeling good enough is a matter of perception.

This mispercection can be found by walking down memory lane. But it probably takes a long time and you may miss it. Fortunately, you can correct the misperception right now by perceiving it as it is what it is. It takes the sting out of it so whatever appeared to make wrong does not affect you and you the next time you by reflex make a perception that implies you are not good enough can laugh because it is what it is.

Most often, the tensions in the body are caused by your attempt to control it through mental concepts of how to be. The body fights back in different ways, maybe with a blockage in the forehead that it extends it to the rest of the body so it seems to become an armour that can resist your attack on it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The body does not want to be used as a means to manifest your mental ideas of being balanced, centred and connected with higher consciousness, so it fights your domination by tightening up itself.

The symptoms of that, experienced to be here and there in the body, can, therefore, only be healed when you withdraw your mental dominance of the body. This is done by perceiving your misguidance of the body as it is what it is. That takes the power out of it so you cannot help but laugh. You may also cry. But that is how it should be. Everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, and they are equally entertaining when both parts are perceived as it is what it is.

This makes you feel complete but maybe also drained because you are not pushing the body to the extremes anymore to feel young and more special. But then again, since everything comes in pairs, you do not only feel exhausted but also refreshed. At first, though, you may feel more exhausted than refreshed. But perceiving it as it is what it is, one morning you wake up as if you are in a new body.

The psychological and physical sphere does not mix [draft]

The body functions the best without mental concepts of balance, love, spirituality and whatnot inflicted upon it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The basic self knows there is no need to unite anything in the world because all of its experiences are produced in the brain, so they are already together – just like everything are together on your hard disk or in the cloud even though they seem to be separated on your screen. The special self,* on the other hand, believes all experiences are created by itself from here and there and thus not together. Hence it tries to control them in order to unite them or create some kind of consistency or synchronicity. But since every experience is made and regulated by the brain and not you, this is not possible.

But it is possible to make a perception of the experiences created by the brain so that everything that does not attest to you being independent is excluded from it. Since the experience of the excluded is dump the experience of vulnerable parts of the body, the special self ends up having psychosomatic problems.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If the body is intolerant to a specific food, it is not mental ideas of mindfulness that it needs for its wellness, but that this specific food is avoided.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feelings that are perceived to be painful or politically incorrect are often projected onto obscure parts of the body, so they seem to be out-of-the-way. But later, sometimes years, the suppressed energy of these feelings may cause the stomach to bloat, for example. No matter what the doctors do to heal it, however, the cause remains unhealed until it is dealt with where it was made, namely in the psychological sphere.

This does not come from understanding the cause or pattern of it, but the willingness to psychologically be the problem because then there is no need to exclude it from the awareness by hiding it in the darkness of the body.*

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

While appearing to be in a body, enjoy the physical sensations from food and sex, for example, but do not count on those bodily experiences for your emotional wellbeing. That the body cannot provide that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To uphold the image of itself as a positive person, the special self* avoids all feelings perceived as unfavourable, for example, sexual lust, power strivings, selfishness, greed, envy, anger and rage, by hiding them in the body. And to make sure that nobody discovers that it still contains these feelings, it projects them onto the others.

But since everything in the script of the brain* comes in pairs, it is not possible to experience positivity without negativity, and vice versa. Thus the suppression of negative emotions does not make the special self* positive but someone living in denial and, therefore, out of sync with the script of the brain.*

Had the feelings perceived as negative not been excluded they would automatically have been included.* And since they, therefore, meet their opposing feeling of positivity, they are whole, which feels good. So does feeling happy/sad, that is the combo arising from losing the interest in the former relations based on exclusion.*

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That negativity is terrible, and not part of your personality is another story of yours which is rooted in the wish to be better than others. Yet most of your daily activities, among others reading this, requires negativity because, without the negative pole in an electrical wire, there would be no energy to replicate this article on the screen.

And Amethyst, for example, emits negative ions to produce biochemical reactions that create positive vibes and thus relieves stress. Likewise bringing back home your negativity from where you hid it in the body into your awareness will do wonders there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self* believes everything would be much better if others would listen to it and follow its lead. Yet it seldom has a solution to the things it points out as wrong – at least not one that can be implemented. Its primary focus is to find faults in others so they can be blamed for having caused its negative feelings, and they, therefore, are disassociated from the special self, which thus appears to be positive.

Since blaming others for its own negativity makes the special feel guilty, it feels relieved when somebody else is convicted for a crime. This makes it feel that the guilty one has been found and it, therefore, does not need to fear being punished for making others wrong in order to make itself look right.

Being the basic self* and thus perceiving every moment as the perfect moment (read more about that here) does not necessarily mean the body is perfect. But since the basic self perceives its condition as it is what it is,** you feel good regardless of it. Alexius body, for example, has chronic inflammation in the lungs and he has had several operations in the heart, although he never has been smoking and always been eating healthy and exercising. One leg is shorter than the other, and one of his eyes hardly works. He has rhinitis and whatnot. The list goes on.

Most of the time, he does not try to change what cannot be altered. Sometimes, though, he turns into the special self* in an attempt to make things better. But since this attempt is based on not feeling good enough and therefore enhances that feeling, frustration builds up until he returns to the perception of the basic self,* namely it is what it is,** and thus feels good enough as he is.

This is not to say, that you do not take care of the body when you are grounded in the basic self* because regardless of being that or the special self*, you are bound to follow the instructions of the brain, which includes taking care of the body by brushing its teeth, for example. The special self,* however, does not like to follow orders, so although it does what it is assigned to do, it covers up its obedience by a perception in which it appears to be in charge or going with the flow.

As this perception is out of sync with the script of the brain, the special self* does not feel happy but rejected which it projects on the body, that does not know how to deal with this feeling since it is made to deal with physicality only. Thus the problem turns int a psychosomatic disorder, that cannot be healed until the sick idea of mixing body and emotions is dropped, so the body is free to heal itself*, and the emotional problems can be dealt with in the non-physical sphere where they were conceived.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self* does not want to see itself for better and worse, so it excludes everything from its awareness of itself that does not ratify its high-minded image of what it is or will be in the future when it is transformed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is crucial for the special self not to feel any emotion as it is so that the image it has made of itself does not crack. Hence it suppresses all feelings and become so numb that it cannot feel anything but the fear of them surfacing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Should you have conditioned yourself to feel relaxed when you hear a specific kind of music, you find yourself as a part of a play, where you imagine what you should feel, every time you hear this music. In other words, you do not feel what you feel but what you imagine you should feel in this situation. And as most of what you believe in feeling rests on your conditioning, you are hardly ever in touch with your emotions but what you have been conditioned to feel. This suits the special self very well. It does not want to feel its feelings as they are, but how it imagines them to be according to the story, it has made up of who it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Stubbornly insisting on being in the right is going to stiffen the shoulders and/or neck and thus create an emotional blockage that prevents the feelings arising out of the body from being processed by the brain as they are. Hence you can take over to process them into what you imagine you should feel according to collectively agreed on concepts that justify what you imagine to feel, for example disrespected.

If that is what you, in your culture, should feel if someone is more than 15 minutes late for a meeting, you can in a rational way present others with collectively agreed reasons for being hurt and thus to be in the right, while at the same time escaping what waiting for someone in vain actually made you feel, because justifying a feeling suppresses it and so does rationally explaining it. Thus the only thing you feel is the satisfaction of being in the right.

But since that only last as long as someone is willing to listen to the story of your made-up feeling, the satisfaction fades out when they have had enough. No worries. If you perceive the story as it as it is what it is,** nothing in it that adds up to something specific, so it cannot be used to justify being unfairly treated and therefore not suppress what you actually feel. Being in touch with that makes you feel so fulfilled that you do not need the satisfaction of being in the right.

The feeling you in this way have gotten in touch with will not trouble you as if not pinned on a story you or others have made up the feeling has nothing to cling onto. Consequently, it quickly makes a place for another feeling. Should that seem to be an unpleasant one, sadness for example, there is no need to avoid it because, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. So if not suppressed, its roommate, happiness, is also there, so you feel happy/sad.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feelings only seem to be conflicting, if specific ones are judged to be wrong. When any kind of feeling is perceived as it is what it is, there are no conflicts. Thus feeling angry is not at odds with feeling peaceful but two sides of the same coin.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the past, the special self set up a story of hate and revenge to use as the foundation for how to perceive the present, so that it seems to justify its hatred and to confirm its past the judgment of others as evil. And since the past, therefore, appears to repeat itself, the special self can rest assured in its perception of itself as good and others as bad.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Willingness to feel the emotions that seem to scare us reveals that they are not something but nothing. Just like the sounds, you hear walking on an empty street do not scare you when you turn around and see they come from the wind playing with the leaves. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When something that makes you feel sad is perceived as it is what it is** sadness is also experienced as gladness. First of all, because everything comes in pairs but also because if something has not made you happy at some point, it cannot make you sad. When your cat dies, for example, your sadness is related to the many years of gladness you had had when it was alive.

If you feel sad and it does not make you glad, you have altered the automatically made perception of it is what it is to I know what it is.**

Should you, however, make a perception that states I know what it is,** you will not feel glad as well as sad because the sadness becomes sticky by the story you make to justify that I know what it is.** Not so much because of the story but because spent much time trying to make others believe it, so it can be established, you have been the unjustly treated, and that is the reason you feel sad.

Since IBS is a sickness that cannot be measured physically, it is most likely caused by psychologically problems you excluded from the awareness as something of yours by hiding them in the stomach.

In other words, the feeling has been replaced by a rational expression about it that you can use to suppress the real feeling from your awareness and hide it in the darkness of the body, often in the stomach, where the repressed feeling, in an attempt to escape its imprisonment, causes a psychosomatic disorder like IBS.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If somebody triggers an old feeling of rejection in the special self, it first interprets this as an attack on its entity, next it justifies feeling rejected with the attacker. Since the focus, therefore, seems to be on the attacker, the feeling appears to be there as well and thus to have left the special self. Should the attacker expose this projection, the special self points out something from the past that makes the attacker feel guilty. In this way, the special self succeeds in feeling good by making somebody else look bad.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you justify a feeling with something you judge to be wrong, you disguise the feeling behind a mental story of being treated wrong and thus feel huffy, for example. But you only pretend to feel this because it fits in your story which disguises from yourself and others what you actually feel, which is fear.

You are afraid of everybody because again and again, you have avoided the awarenesses of what you judge to be feelings of darkness IN yourself by projecting them on others. Hence you feel guilty and constantly go in fear for their retaliation. This would be too shameful to tell when you feel attacked, so you invent a story which justifies that you to feel something else caused by somebody. Hence they appear to be treating you bad and you to be innocent and good, so you can conclude there are no feelings of darkness in yourself.

This set up makes you feel stressed, which you, of course, blame somebody else for by making up a story that disguises you are stressed, so you can perceive others to be disturbed and you as relaxed, while you stresses on, and, therefore, maintain the tensions in the body and its attitude of attack/defence. Read more about that here. Everybody else knows you always look for something to attack, but they do not say anything because they do the same. That is why they recognise it in you.

To hide that you hate the whole world, you meet in special groups where everybody treats each other in accordance with a collectively agreed way of being united, for example by hugging and sharing. It is not love, though, but a wish to hide hatred that unites the group. This nobody wants to acknowledge, least of all they want to speak about in the group because anybody who does not have the self-control to censor themselves to only speak and act within the language of love established by the group, or its guru, is expelled from. And then there is nowhere to go where you can find relief from your despair.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Marriage is a social convention that produces numbing sameness, prioritising concepts of love over being in love.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self does not know any of its feelings. Emotions are something it talks about but never feels. To prevent itself and others from knowing what it feels, it hides its emotions from its awareness by projecting them onto the body.

Feelings come in pairs, hate and love for example. To know when you are in love, you must have felt hatred and vice versa. But since the special self* always excludes the unpleasant part of a pair from its awareness, it never knows what it feels and thus what it wants, so everything nothing seems to be good enough. This, of course, is corrected the moment you stop excluding feelings perceived to negative. Since including them, however, would destroy the carefully created image of being perfect, the special self* keeps on excluding the feelings that ruin its image of perfectness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since feelings are shaped by the way we perceive something, what we feel is our own responsibility. Any kind of feeling, however, will entertain us when it is perceived as it is what it is.** In regard to feeling amused it does not matter, therefore, what you have decided to feel when it is perceived as it is what it is.**

The stories that you make in which you appear to know how everything fit together, sooner or later clash with the actual experiences of the world where you appear to be.

If you do not perceive what you feel as it is what it is,** but as I know what it is,** you become numb because a feeling can only be perceived to be known when explained, and the explanation suppresses it. Thus you do not feel entertained but bored. To make up for that, you enhance the perception I know what it is** with stories that seem to confirm this and thus to make you feel good about how important you seem to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no truth to extract from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are a part of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, so such a world is non-existing. The differentiation of a basic and special self, therefore, is nonsense.

Any experience they seem to have is an illusion and that there are of three different ways of perceiving that is just as illusionary. But if it is beneficial in regards to exposing that, the purpose of the absurdity is fulfilled, and you do not have to read more.

NOTES:

Perceiving everything as ´it is what it is,´ any experience feels good [DRAFT]

A circle and a square cannot be mixed, nor can the psychological and physical domain of a human. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thanks for passing by. This article is in its very first stages of being written. Alexius is in the process of exploring what to say and how to to do it. You may, therefore, be better off reading another article. But you are also welcome to take your chances.

The article is, like the others in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, about the disturbances the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, with you as the perceived master of it, seems to cause in the body. When you stop inflicting the body with mental ideas of how it becomes more balanced, spiritual, or what you imagine will make it you more perfect, the biological system is set free to healed the body.

In hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one there is a basic introduction to the basic and special self, the script of the brain and how to perceive it, so you automatically are injected with shots of happiness by the brain. It is advisable to read that hack before this one.

PART 1
To distract yourself from experiencing anger as an emotion that comes from yourself, you exclude it from your awareness by dumping it in the darkness of the body – at least that is how a psychologist. But immaterial issues cannot be hidden in something material. What really happens when you according to a psychologist have dumped the psychological pain in the body is that you combine this feeling with the way you feel a particularly painful part of your body, for example a vulnerable part in the back.

When you once have concluded that your anxiety is caused by physical pain or have caused it, you by reflex look for the same connection every time you are worried about something. Thus you automatically search the body for a flaw in which some kind of pain can be detected, when you feel irritated. That is until you perceive everything as it is what it is* because then there is nothing, in particular, to worry about.

Since the irritation coming from the psychological problem, therefore, is experienced to be the same as the discomfort coming from the physical issue, the psychological problem seems to have disappeared. Hence you, in the future, automatically combine an immaterial problem with a material one to make it go away.

This fusion, though, is an illusion because an immaterial feeling cannot be combined with a material one. Thus its apparent result, namely a psychosomatic disorder, cannot be healed before it is divided into a psychological and physical problem which, therefore, can be dealt with on each their own term. You do this by being aware of the two different ways they are felt. When there is a sense of anxiety for something weird and diffused, you are in touch with the psychological part of the combo. In contrast, the physical problem is experienced to be more straightforward and matter-of-fact, a bit boring, actually.

Do not try to analyse or understand those feelings. Instead, experience them completely unedited and then perceive each of them as it is what it is.* This takes the edge of the psychological problem, so there is nothing unpleasant to hide by combining it with the way a physical problem is experienced.

If you want to be free from worries and troubles, the belief that you are someone in a body must be undone. The obsession with it – the look and performance you expect from it – causes much trouble. And the few moments of pleasure is hard work.

Since the body, therefore, does not feel attacked by your emotions, it does not desperately defend itself by attacking this and that. Instead, it uses its energy on healing physical problems. It should be added, that the function of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. You may, therefore, need professional assistance to solve the material part of a physical/psychological combo.

Being in your natural state of happiness is not perfect in the sense that apparently, negative things do not happen to you. You might get wet by the rain, for example, but since you perceive this experience as it is what it is,* it is as entertaining as any other experience. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

No worries. First of all, the physical part is often the smallest part of the combo. And even though the duality hacks ´only´ heal the belief that you are someone in a body, having that belief undone, ever so slightly, set you free to deal with physical problems on its own terms. Just like you support a self-driving car with electricity and once in a while send it to the garage for a checkup.

In the case of Alexius, he uses Nootropics supplements to assist the brain and far-infrared heating pads from UTK to support the physical healing of his body. This is not to say, you should do the same. Bodies are different, so your body may ask for something else. If in doubt, consult a health care professional. Read more about Alexius´ approach to his body here.

In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, we talk about the awkward sense of something unfamiliar that comes when psychological and physical feelings are combined into a psychosomatic disorder. If not trying to change the awkwardness into something more pleasant, the unedited energy of it ignites a take-off to the empty breath** that replaces the pain with the painless feeling of emptiness

This may at first be experienced as more disturbing than a psychosomatic disorder because it sets aside the sense of being someone. If that, however, is not avoided you are walking on clouds of bliss.

Alexius and his cat, Guinevere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2
In the early childhood of Alexius, his father enjoyed playing games with him. But soon his father lost interest in doing something together, so Alexius was left on his own. This, he assumed was because he was not lovable. Thus his love for his father turned into hatred. To justify this change, he looked for something in his father, he could judge as evil. Since this, psychological speaking, was an attack on his father, Alexius expected him to retaliate. Hence he looked for something that seemed to confirm this, which was easy because his father every now and then burst out in rage and hit him across the dinner table.

Since Alexius was a kid and thus not able to physically defend himself and his father often got angry because of something he had said, Alexius started using silence as a defence from being attacked. The silence was loaded with aggressivity, but Alexius hid it from his awareness as an emotion coming from himself by projecting it onto his father. In that sense, they were the same. They both used each other as a scapegoat for their own aggressivity. But whereas Alexius´ father attacked him physically, Alexius attacked his father psychologically.

On top of that, Alexius tried to look like a victim, by acting sad and getting sick, to make his father feel guilty for the way he treated him (read more about making others feel guilty here). He did not succeed in that but in hiding his wish for revenge from his consciousness by dumping it in the darkness of the stomach. And then he unconsciously tightened the shoulders to hinder the breath in fully extracting and contracting the body and thus stopping the free flow of physical info from the body to the brain, which he, therefore, could replace with mental ideas of his choice.

Let us return to nowadays to see what happens when you project something on the body. When Alexius´ cat, Guinevere, lies in his lap, he projects a good feeling on this part of his body because he loves Guinevere. Thus it is like the pressure of her body makes his body relax. But if a rat, for example, that he hates, lies in the same place on his lap, the pressure of it would not relax his body. On the contrary.

However, neither the good or the bad feeling is in the body. It is in the mental sphere where it is conceived due to what we have conditioned ourselves to perceive as pleasing and horrible. So if you want to remove the disgusting feeling you have projected on the body treating it with something, regardless you perceive it to be mundane or spiritual, does not help because the problem is not there but in the combo of immaterial and material feelings, that needs to be untangled so they can be dealt with on each their own term.

INTERLUDE
For many years it was not obvious that Alexius was afraid of the world he seemed to be born into. He had a very aggressive father who hit him a lot. Often out of the blue across the dinner table, for example.

Thus he blamed his father for his fear of becoming more controlled and less spontaneous. But that might have been a blessing because basically, he was so naive that everybody could con him.

PART 3:
To fend off the feelings from the body from being transferred to the brain, so you can avoid feeling the body as a physical thing, but a manifestation of light or something else perceived to be spiritual, part of it is desensitised by blending the sense of it with mental ideas or psychological feelings. This is most successfully done in the upper part of the neck because that makes sure the signals from the body do not reach the brain and therefore do not prevent you from processing them in your own way.

Since this, however, most often is a mental way, it does not work on the body. On the contrary, the body is material and sees the immaterial ideas imposed upon it as an attack on its being. Thus it fights it by continually keeping the shoulders in a backward or forward position, so the body respectively is held in a mode of attack or defence. On top of that, the hips and/or the loin might be locked or very tense because the body tries to balance out the issues in the top of the body with others in the lower part.

It could also be that the body´s attack on your mental and so-called spiritual ideas started in the lower body and thereafter are counterbalanced in the upper part of it. And it could also be that the issues in the upper or lower part of the body were initiated by yourself to interrupt the flow of the biological system, so it cannot communicate with the brain, and you can take over the control of the body and impose it with your mental ideas of wellness.

This is, of course, just one of the many ways, the body is used as a means to establish your perception of being an independent being who is in charge of itself. The body suffers from this, and so do you, because you are meant to perceive yourself as a servant of the brain. Not doing that, you are out of sync with the experiences produced by it because in all of them you serve the brain – just like a self-driving car serves The Cloud, that tells it when and where to go. Likewise, you are nothing without the brain except in your own perception of being someone living its life in its own way and pace. This perception, however, does not change anything but that you are not able to receive the happiness the brain makes for every one of its beings.

It may at first seem dangerous not having the body in a position of defence or attack. But since the basic self perceives everything as it is what it is,* it is in sync with the script of the brain and thus continiously being injected with shots of happiness by the brain. Thus any kind of feeling, so-called positive or negative, is amusing.

In regard to the duality hacks, it does not really matter in what way the body is mistreated to uphold a perception of yourself as the master of it. They bring you in a state of not-knowing in which the slate is wiped clean, so when you return to the consciousness of being someone, it is as the basic self.

And since it perceives everything as it is what it is,* it is in sync with the script of the brain, and, therefore, in the happiness that this entails.

At least, until there is something that seems so special that it forgets to perceive it as it is what it is.* But if it does not know why and its perception, therefore, is dunno what it is,* it is in a state of not-knowing from where it again returns as a basic and happy self.

If it seems complicated to find out what is what, you just apply one or more of the duality hacks to tell you that. Do not expect an answer, though, because in their eyes there is nothing to solve than seeing that and thus be in the bliss of nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4
Alexius certainly agree that it can be a challenge to divide a psychosomatic disorder into a material and immaterial problem. And that, it, therefore, seems impossible to deal with them on each their own term. In this case, his best advice is to forget all about what is what and simply perceive the combo as dunno what it is.* That paves the way for the empty breath.**

Since it is indifferent to differences, it does not see something entangled and thus not something to resolve. Your body, therefore, is no longer in a state of defence/attack against something unknown. Instead, it is at peace. As your psychological problems, therefore, do not affect how you feel the body. And as there is no cause without an effect, they vanish. So does the fear of them, of course. Read more about cause and effect here. Thus you are in the bliss of emptiness.

That being said, this may at first be felt like nothing has been accomplished. And you are right, but that is why it is so blissful. When there is not something, there is nothing to cause problems. Hence there is nothing but bliss.

If connecting with the empty breath** seems too abstract, any other duality hack, except the enlightenment of that which is one, will do. You can, for example, use hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, which makes everything you do unimportant in the sense that the one doing it is not real since being someone is a pretence. Thus it makes no difference if you mess up something, which is such a relief because then it does not matter if you are good or bad.

Applying hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life brings about the same because when everything is a symbol of life, then whatever you appear to be or do is a symbol of that. Thus it is not crucial if you are angry or peaceful. The same happens when you perceive everything as it is what it is.* See hack #4.2 Being a self or no-self.

When you apply hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss, you feel complete no matter what you appear to be and have, as nothing is excluded, so nothing is missing.

Any of the above hacks and the others in Duality Hacks, Extra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks can be applied whenever you feel like. Actually, the hack that is most beneficial in a particular situation pops up and apply itself when continuously reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings

NOTES:

The duality hacks are not meant to be integrated with the body, nor to transform it, but to leave it in peace [DRAFT]

Psychologically concepts of how to attain physical wellness do not work, because immateriality is unable to experience form. Just like a bikini that follows the movements of a body has no way of experiencing it. Although the bikini and the body seem to be closely related, they function on each their own term. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

For years there has been an unhealthy idea about uniting body, mind and soul with you as the master of the combination. This approach has done much harm to the body. First of all, you are not the master of any appearance, whether material, immaterial or spiritual – only the perception of it. Secondly, the body is a physical unit built to deal with physical matters and not mental, emotional or metaphysical ones. Just like the digital media where you are reading this is made to deal with the digital world and not the physical one.

In other words, you cannot combine anything immaterial with the body. You can, however, combine an immaterial feeling with a material one and perceive the combination to be physical. This is, actually, how you exclude what you do not like about yourself from your awareness so you can appear to be more important. Your psychological problem is combined with how you feel a vulnerable part of the body, so it seems to be hidden in the darkness of it.

The vulnerable part of the body feels unfordable with this combo because it does not understand the psychological part of it. Actually, it considers it to be an intruder, so it starts to fight it. But since it does not know where it is, it shoots off here and there. Thus you end up with psychosomatic disorders that cannot be healed before the psychological issues are removed from the physical ones, and they can be dealt with on each their own term.

This removal of the psychological part of the pain experienced to come from the vulnerable part of the body occurs naturally when you are willing to feel the psychological problem where it was made, namely in the immaterial sphere, without analysing or editing it. Practically speaking, it is done by feeling the pain where it seems to come from in the body, but not perceiving it to be physical but that it is what it is.*

This may seem at first as if you are going insane or being tortured. No worries, as long as you feel it as it is and do not prevent yourself from crying or screaming, for example, by hiding it in the body again, no feeling will remain for long because, unless they are perceived to be in the body, their nature is to pass on.

The body that has been set free from the apparent attack of immaterial issues starts to breathe freely and thus to heal its physical problem just like it was made to do. Should it need assistance from a health care professional, it will let you know.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no confusion to get rid of if realising that like everybody else you are just as bad as good, and as sad as glad. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The body, like everything else experienced, is a construction of thoughts. Nevertheless, it has been made to interact with structures that, just like itself, appear to be material. That is why it interprets attempts to integrate it with non-physical feelings and ideas of spirituality as an attack, it has to defend itself against.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What we perceive to be the weaknesses of our personality is projected onto the way we feel apparently vulnerable parts of the body, for example the stomach. As our perceived flaws, therefore, are excluded from the consciousness of what we are, we seem to have improved ourselves.

Later, when there is a problem in the stomach caused by a physical irregularity, you associate how you feel it with the old sense of something wrong in your personality that you once disassociated yourself from by projecting it there. Since this combination seems to establish something immaterial has caused a material problem, you conclude the psychological and physical domain is connected.

But there is no connection. The problem in the stomach is physical, and the perceived obstacle in the personality is psychological. They do not blend except in fantasy. In other words, just like the physical gifts you thought you got from Santa Claus when you were a child did not come from him, nothing in a body is caused by emotional or psychological states.

To believe that is as crazy as to believe it is not possible for an old man to fly in the sky on a sleigh driven by reindeers and crawl down the chimney with presents to all the good children in the world. The sledge is too heavy to ever set off. Even if it did, the old man is too fat to crawl down the chimneys, and he would never be able to crawl down them all in one night.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You will never find anything physical in the digital world. It is solely digital. Likewise, you will never find something physical in the psychological sphere or vice versa. That is why the concept of a body-mind connection is a scam.

When the digital world is combined with the physical one, the fusion generally is experienced as if it is physical when you have a virtual reality headset mounted on the head. But this experience, like any other, is an illusion.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The belief in a body-mind connection is a confusion of levels – just like the bodily connection you feel when you communicate with on the internet is an illusion There is no physical contact. The connection is purely mental. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The excitement of a movie may seem to be felt in the body. But your body does not see the film, which has no power to do anything to the body. The reason it seems to react is that what you feel is judged to be so intense that if you go with it, you lose control. Thus you try to hide the psychological excitement in a physical feeling. That is why the body is experienced to react. It does not respond to the movie though but to your attempt of mixing it with something non-physical, which it sees as an attack on its integrity. Thus it defends itself by tightening the body, for example, until you stop using it as a means to get rid of something undesirable.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Imagining that the body is a product of how you perceive the world or of something spiritual is like thinking, there is a connection between the body and the clothes that follow it where it goes. The clothes have no love or anything else to give the body and vice versa. The clothes and the body are not communicating with each other at all.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To think that you can hide unpleasant feelings in the body is like thinking, you can hide them in a wall. Emotions are immaterial, so it is not possible to bury them in something that is material. It is, however, possible to believe this can be done. And if you do that, you will look at the body or wall as if there are hidden problems in it, even though they consist of nothing but material elements and the hidden issues are in your perception of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self is built on combining the psychological feelings that it judges to be negative with physical ones so that this combo hides them from its awareness and it, therefore, appears to be a positive person. To prevent concealed feelings from surfacing and thus destroying this image, it never allows itself to relax unless in a structured way. The basic self, on the other hand, has nothing to uphold and hence no need to keep specific psychological feelings at a distance by hiding them in physical ones. Consequently, relaxing happens naturally.

This does not mean that the basic self never explodes of anger, but, contrary to the special self, it does not attempt to hide this feeling amongst physical ones, nor does its rage trigger suppressed anger from the past. There is nothing to trigger because everything is perceived as it is what it is.* For the same reason, the present anger is another fleeting emotion that seems as entertaining as any other feeling produced by the brain.

That being said, the basic self is not perfect so there may have been something, it has forgotten to perceive as it is what it is* and instead perceived in a specific way it felt a need to hide. No problem. It is never too late in perceiving something as it is what it is,* so when the hidden feeling shows its face, this is how it is perceived.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If emotions buried in the stomach are about to surface, it may seem to be so scary that we prevent them from coming up by throwing up disgusting stuff from the stomach instead, or simply disguise them in a feeling of nauseousness. We may even choose to die rather than feeling the suppressed, although that is not what we fear anymore. What frightens us is the fear itself.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius is not spiritual because it takes more than one to be something and spirituality is that which is one. For the same reason, he is not at one with anything. But since he does not perceive the apparent difference between him and others to make a difference, appearing to be one or two is not essential. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There are physical and psychological feelings plus a feeling of emptiness, which is pure bliss (see hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone. But there are no spiritual feelings because spirituality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to feel something. Since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there are no feelings at all, unless you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are written within the context of that belief in which hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough takes a closer look at the combination of physical and psychological feelings. That combo brings about a psychosomatic disorder, which feels as if being in a cage made of grievances, fear and anxiety as long as it is kept together. But when broken, physical and psychological feelings in each their own way results in joy.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Although you feel rejected by somebody, there is no reason the body should not feel good. Nor is there any reason you should not feel good if the body suffers from a broken leg, for example. That is if you do not mix a psychological problem with a physical one. Doing so is a level of confusion, that you can correct by acknowledging the nature of the psychological and physical problems is different and that they, therefore, must be dealt with on each their own term.

Should it seems too complicated to untangle a combo you have made of psychological and physical issues, you simply perceive it as it what it is. Since the elements of the combo, therefore, has no specific effect on you and since there is no cause without an effect, the combo is empty.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You want to believe that you can see what somebody thinks or feels in its facial expression. The body, however, is solely material and so is what it reflects. Thus seeing immaterial thoughts and feelings in the face is make-believe.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you pinch yourself in the arm, for example, you feel something physical. Concluding this means you are alive, you combine the physical sensation with a mental statement to make it tangible and thus as proof of your existence. But that which is real needs not to be validated. Actually, its existence cannot be proved because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to authenticate anything. In other words, when something can be verified, it is not real. That is why there is a need to prove it is real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It does not rain because you feel sad, nor does the rain has the power to make you feel bad. That is unless you choose to perceive such a course and effect. Likewise, the body does not have the ability to make you feel sad, nor does feeling sad makes the body bad, unless you imagine such a connection. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you see a scary movie, it is experienced to be real because it is like the fear manifests in the body. The film, however, does not have the ability to scare you and what you feel in the body is purely physical. It is not caused by the frightening events in the movie but your perception of them. You only seem to be scared because that is what you are conditioned to feel when seeing certain things. And to make it real that you feel afraid, you project the idea on a body part, that already is tense and seems to get tenser when you give it your attention. Thus it feels as if the movie makes you scared.

Sometimes, it goes the other way around. You have a stomach ache, but it does not make you special to have that. So you imagine, it is caused by something psychological. Unfortunately, this combination results in a psychosomatic disorder that is incurable, especially because the psychological part of it most likely is made up, so in regard to that there is nothing to heal but the belief that there is someone who can be conditioned to feel this.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A psychological feeling, good or bad, is established to have a physical effect by finding a part of the body where a physical sensation is experienced as similar and thus as if it is connected with the psychological feeling. Thus a specific physical feeling in the chest, for example, establishes a particular psychological feeling, maybe heartache, as physical.

This combo, however, that is built on a fantasy about being an individual who is a whole being, will sooner or later become displeasing because the psychological sphere and the physical domain is not compatible. Thus it sooner or later makes you feel incomplete, which you block from your awareness as a feeling of yours by projecting it on somebody else.

The combo, however, remains in the darkness of the awareness as a diffuse sense of something strange which every now and then bring about a feeling of heartache that triggers a sensation in the chest in which there seem to be a feeling of being incomplete as well. Consulting a doctor for the pain in the breast does not help because physically speaking there is nothing wrong.

Since the distress is purely psychological, it must be withdrawn from the chest and returned to the psychological sphere. This does not mean, that there you must deal with your heartache. Nothing needs to be done than to perceive the unedited experience of it as it is what it is. When not perceived as something specific, crying is just as beautiful to experience as anything else.

PS: You should, of course, consult a healthcare professional in case of physical pain.

NOTES:

When not perceiving to be doing something on your own, the belief in being someone gets undone [DRAFT]

There is no real self to return to because any kind of self is an illusion constructed from out of nothing. No matter what you appear to be, it only seems to be something, because thoughts, like a binary code of nothing, are put together in such a way that they seem to attest to someone substantial is having an experience of being in a tangible world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thanks for passing by. Alexius is still in the process of exploring to express the matter of this article, so perhaps you are better off reading another article. But you are, of course, welcome to take your chances.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Maybe you feel a specific kind of sadness when you have hay fever and conclude your sorrow is caused by the unpleasantness of hay fever. The sadness, however, only seems to caused by that because you in the past combined the psychological feeling with the physical feeling of hay fever. Perhaps you wanted to hide the sadness from your consciousness, or perhaps you combined the psychological feeling with a physical one so you in the future could be reminded of it and therefore not forget something perceived to be unjust.

But sicknesses of the body are solely physical. They are not the result of something psychological, nor do they cause something like that. So if feelings seem to be stuck in the body, the fusion of immateriality and materiality only exist on the mental level where you have shaped it, and not in the body you project it on. In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection with you as the master of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The nature of non-physical feelings is fleeting, so if you want to make them last, you must combine them with something more lasting, physical feelings, for example. Immateriality and materiality, however, do not mix, so the combination of them is purely speculative. This, by the way, is convenient in regard to making a non-physical feeling like love go on because speculations seem to be never-ending.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Like in science, there is no absolute truth in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Each metaphor is just adding to others in one direction or another with the purpose of exposing that all directions are fake because it takes more than one to be on a path, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. For the same reason, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, contrary to science, do not claim to gather facts that can establish there is no more than that which is one. Nor do they point to oneness. Instead, they point to the belief that seems to hide it, namely that an explosion called the big bang made something out of nothing. To think that something which does not exist can explode and make something that exists is as crazy as believing an old man with a white beard has created the world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The nature of non-physical feelings are fleeting, so if you experience a specific one to be sticky, it is not the work of theirs but of yours. It is you who does not want them to pass. You need to make them last. It goes for love as well as hate or any other feeling that seem to return again and again. The nature of a feeling is to pass on. It cannot last, so if it seems to go on, it is something you make up. You do it by combining the feeling you want to continue with a part of the body.

If it is a specific love, you want to last you combine with a pleasant physical feeling of the heart, for example. And if it is a feeling of hate, you connect with pain in the chest. This is not possible because feelings are abstract and the body is concrete. But it is possible to make such union mentally so that every time you feel a specific kind of love you think you feel something in the heart. And every time you feel hate, you prolong it by feeling something weird in the chest, that you mentally have established as connected.

The unfortunate result of this is that you have a problem in the chest that is diagnosed as a psychosomatic disorder. But there is nothing immaterial in the chest to solve, only something material, so your foolish idea of a body-mind connection has created a problem that cannot be addressed before you split the issue in a material and immaterial one, and deal with each one on their own terms. In this case, why do you have a need to prolong a specific feeling of love and is there something wrong in the heart physically speaking.

Most do not want to do this. They want to keep their imagined union of something immaterial and material alive because then they can talk as they have a feeling they do not have. Should it be questioned that they have it, they can refer to the bodily symptoms, which can be explained by the emotions.

Hardly anyone wants to escape this hell where neither the material or immaterial sphere works well. On the contrary, they love talking about body-mind connection because that makes it look like they are in charge. But you are neither in charge of the body or the mind. Just like the wind moves on its own accord, so do they. And just like it is exciting to watch the wind when you are inside, it is entertaining to watch the body and the mind, when you stay out of their way.

Should you want to undo the imagined combination of immateriality and materiality, a willingness to not remember what and where you are* is all that is required to be nobody and thus have no need for lasting feelings that can define you as someone definitive. Thus you can enjoy their fleeting nature and the way the biological system of the body deas with its physical problems.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are not connected with the body any more than you are connected with a coat that is used to protect the body. You are connected with the brain, which is connected with the body and how it should wear a coat, for example.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

those who think their body should be transformed and become more spiritual needs to be more physical. The body is solely material so it cannot be mixed with something immaterial. Believing you can do that is like believing

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When your basic perception of what you experience is I know what it is, you are busy trying out different combination of thoughts that seem to prove you are right. Meditation is not going to stop this hectic and unpleasant movement of thoughts. But if any experience is perceived as it is what it is, there is nothing to prove and thus no need to hunt for thoughts that seem to confirm you you are right. Thus you are at peace.

You do not care about being right because this perception brings about peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Going with the flow probably sets you free from how you have conditioned yourself to be someone definitive, so you can be what the moment calls for. But as going with the flow or being something requires more than one, it will not bring you back to that which is one. Nothing will do that but the undoing of the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self is always under enormous pressure because it fights being run by the brain by collecting thoughts of how it wants to perceive everything it experiences.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you are not looking for something better, bigger or higher, you are happy being it is what it is, which is the nature of the basic self. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The fastest way to repair your psychosomatic problems is to change the perception from I know what it is to it is what it is because then you dismiss the special self and reestablish the basic self. Since it perceives everything as it is what it is, there are no psychological and physical feelings to combine and thus no psychosomatic disorders. Even if it forgets to perceive something as it is what it is, the result is perceived as it is what it is, so it does not consist of something specific.

If this sudden change of perception seems to be too much of a challenge, you can solve your psychosomatic problems more gradually by splitting up the one that pressures you the most, so it can be dealt with as respectively a psychological and physical issue. Be warned though, that since so many psychological problems have been dropped in the physical domain, every time a psychosomatic disorder has been dealt with by splitting it up, an old and forgotten one pops up.

Hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, however, assumes that this is how you will approach your psychosomatic disorders. At least until you are fed up with the miseries that come from perceiving yourself to be special and instead want to return to the happiness of being basic and you, therefore, are motivated to perceive any psychosomatic disorder as it is what it is. In this case, you can, of course, use any of the other duality hacks to accomplish that. You can, actually, try them one after each other, to see which one suits this the best for you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It might seem very difficult to perceive the pain and frustration of a psychosomatic disorder as it is what it is. Spitting it up in a psychological and physical issue, however, it seems easier to perceive each of them as it is what it is. But then again splitting it up may seem difficult because you have distanced yourself so much from the psychological issue that it seems impossible to find it in the psychosomatic disorder. No problem, all of this confusion, you just perceive as it is what it is.

In other words, you can go on as usual. There is nothing you need to change but your perception of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Pushing something disguises it is nothing, but so does avoid that. It is not what you do that matters but how you perceive it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Whatever is perceived in the psyche to have an effect on the body or what is perceived in the body to affect the psyche, this link is undone the moment you perceive the effect as it is what it is. And since your problem mostly originates from the assumption that immateriality and materiality are connected, you feel relieved in the psyche and thus have no need to inflict the body with it. Thus the body is free to deal with physicality, just like it was made to do itself. Should it need help from healthcare professionals, it will let you know.

Since you have been identified with this image, made of yourself as someone with the psychological sphere and physical domain united, you may feel empty when this image goes down the drain. No worries. Soon you realise how laid-back life is in the absence of this fake unity.

When a feeling, maybe vague, from the psychological sphere, pops up from the past is perceived as it is what it is, it is not something definable and thus not something that can be linked to a physical feeling to make it last. Hence it is just a fleeting moment of nothing although disguised as something not perceived to be that.

The same applies, regarding a present feeling of something physical. When perceived as it is what it is, the feeling is not defined by you, and a potential link to a psychological feeling is broken, so the body can deal with it in its own way.

However, it can be too late for the body or a healthcare professional to heal the problem. Having a chronic inflammation, for example, is, therefore, something, you perceive as it is what it is. Hence the irritation that may seem to arise from this is not linked to the physical feeling of the inflammation, and the body can help you live with it as it is.

When perceiving a problem as it is what it is, you step back from the idea of being in charge and thus of solving it. Both the psyche and the body can, therefore, deal with it without your interference. the breath xxxxxx

This does not mean that you do not assist the body by keeping it warm, supplying it with a place to sleep and if needed, supplement it with vitamin and minerals. Maybe via consulting healthcare professional. In the case of Alexius, he supports the body with far infrared pads from xxxx and a selection of nootropics.

But it means that you do not do pump up the body through fitness or try to change the rhythm of the breath, for example. Believing you can be in charge of yourself is really stupid. Just going down the stairs is such a complicated process that it would take you at least a day if you had to control it. And you would die in less than a minute if you had to remember to breathe yourself.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Should I have more or less? In most cases, you want more love but there are also cases where you want less love. If you already have a spouse and want more of what you have, it is disturbing to fall in love with another, so this love you want less off.

The purpose though is the same, namely to turn your feeling into a form so that the world of forms appears as if it is real. If you just want love, neither more or less, your wish for love will not take a specific form. Your experience of love will be like the experience of a cloud. It is there, but then again it is not really there. The form changes depending on the wind and if you get close enough, you will see that the cloud does not have a physical substance  You can walk through it and probably also see through it.
In other words, if you are not looking for more or less, the love you experience will seem transparent. Well, any experience will do that if you do not look for something specific. This does not mean that persons, houses and other firms appear to be transparent to you, but that you perceive them as nothing. Consequently, your feelings do not turn into something you must own or disown. In other words, since there is nothing to choose, that which cannot be chosen, namely the formlessness of oneness, eventually does not appear to be hidden by choices anymore.
This note turned out very differently from what Alexius had imagined, but since he does not want to own it, he has no need of changing it, so that it appears to have a specific form, that is consistent with the form of an overall idea about spirituality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be a hipster or in some other way to be something different from the established society is just another way of being together. Punks, hippies, hipsters, so-called spiritual people or other groups different from the established society all dress up and have opinions, that are specific for their special group. In other words, those ´contra´ groups have the same purpose like society, namely to be together.

If you want the sense of being together, you must conform to the ideas of a specific group, so if you say something that is not accepted as the right to look at the world in the group, you will sound like somebody from Neptune and the group will exclude you.

To accept yourself for what you are, you must stop trying to be approved by a group and instead accept exclusion from all groups. There is only one life – not the life of the world which always end – and there is no togetherness there. That being said, togetherness is also that which resonates with oneness, if you perceive that as being the purpose of being together – and if so that is what you will get.

There is only one, and that is what you are if you do not try to cover it up by a fantasy of being together.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are reminded about your made-up feelings and ideas each time something feels unique in the part of the body where you imagine to have placed them. If there is no bodily sensation to establish your idea of having a special purpose, for example, you go down memory lane until you find the rare feeling in the body that you originally combined with your theory of having a special purpose. Both ways seem to confirm you are someone definitive because you have a special purpose.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

a willingness to not remember what and where you are because then there is nobody with a need to have lasting feelings that define you as someone definitive.

BM The fake link between immateriality and materiality [DRAFT]

When the sense of the physical domain is not mixed with feelings from the psychological sphere, the body seems lighter, and so does feeling angry or whatnot. Furthermore, emotions are fleeting. It is like watching a movie in which the frightening scenes are just as entertaining as the merry ones. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thanks for passing by. Alexius is still in the process of exploring to express the matter of this article. Hence, you might be better off reading another one. But you are, of course, welcome to take your chances.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In most cases, you do not have to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in a particular order. But in the case of hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, it is advisable to first have read hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one. It spells out the basic and the special self, the script of the brain, and how to perceive it so you feel happy.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The perceived link between a problem in the psyche and the body, or vice versa, is imaginary because immateriality and materiality do not blend. Thus there is no psychosomatic disorder to heal but a psychological and physical problem that respectively is dealt with in an immaterial and material way.

This is a process over time. But it can also be solved right away by perceiving the psychosomatic disorder as it is what it is.* In the below bits and pieces both approaches are explored. As always, in the case of a world where there seems to be more than one, they could have been covered more thoroughly.

The purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, is not to present a complete explanation of how and why you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because you are not there or anywhere else as it takes more than one to be somewhere and there is no more than that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be is non-existing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Within the context of appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you do not have a definitive self but one that is relative to the fleeting experiences produced by the brain. And since the brain makes sure that any experience is perceived as it is what it is,* all of them makes you happy.

That is if you do not override this basic perception and make a special one in which you seem to be someone definitive in charge of your life. In that case, you get sad and confused, because this perception is out of sync with the script of the brain. Although it allows you to choose to go right or left, for example, the subsequent experience of this decision is generated by the brain. Just like in a computer game, where every outcome of your choice is prefixed.

But unlike such a game, there is not something better to achieve because the brain makes sure that what and where you appear to be is perceived as it is what it is.*

that cannot be changed

because although it allows you to choose to go right or left, for example, the subsequent experience of any decision is generated by the brain.

Although you can choose to go right or left, for example, the subsequent experiences of the decision are generated by the brain. Just like in a computer game, where every outcome of your choice is prefixed. But unlike such a game, there is not something better to achieve because the brain makes sure that what and where you appear to be is perceived as it is what it is.*

someone who is defined by the present experience produced by the brain. In other words, the brain has not created you as someone definitive who has the fate of life in its own hands, but as someone relative to the fleeting experiences it generates. Fortunately, perceiving yourself to be in charge of your destiny is a mistake which is easily corrected. You just perceive it as it is what it is.*

Although this results in constant happiness, you may again choose the excitement of being or having something special. So you replace the perception with I know what it is,* which is the fundamental claim of the special self. But since this is not so, you are reminded that it does not result in happiness but confusion. Thus you probably correct the mistake by perceiving it as it is what it is.*

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you perceive every experience that it is what it is,* you never enter the stress of being someone definitive. You remain without a centre and focus on being anything specific. Thus you automatically play the role set up by the brain for the present experience. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Most play a special role for their children, another one for their pets, and a new one for their boss, for example. Their problem, though, is that they try to find something definitive in these different roles to consider their real self. But there is no other self than the basic one the brain has created. It is without a centre and is ever-changing with the fleeting experiences it receives from the brain. So if you try to find a definitive self that is centred and focussed in all your roles, you are on an endless quest.

The basic self cannot be altered. Only the perception of it can be changed. In order to do that, so you seem to be someone definitive, you must exclude everything from your perception that does not fit into the special self you want to become. A common way to exclude a psychological feeling from the awareness is to disguise it in a physical feeling. But since immaterial and material issues are incompatible, you deceive yourself when you believe in having gotten rid of a psychological problem by hiding it in a bodily feeling.

It is a bit like when have visualised to win the lottery and concludes it has happened, wherefore you start living like you are free from economic restraints. The problems that this entails needs to be solved at the root, namely that you believe to be someone definitive who is in charge of your life. Thus the resolution is not mindfulness or something else that seems to ease the stress coming from your suppressed problem. You need to be freed from the perception of being someone definitive, so you can be a floating self with no centre and ever-changing with the fleeting experiences produced by the brain.

Being in this flexibility of attitude relativism, you feel entertained by any experience generated by the brain, regardless it seems to bring you down or up. Consequently, there is no specific feeling you need to avoid or enhance to feel happy and, therefore, no psychological feeling decrease or increase by combining it with a physical feeling.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody is perfect, so even though you generally speaking are the basic self, you may at times feel attracted to be more unique. The special self appears to have so many exciting feelings, that makes you feel exceptional. Emotions, however, come in pairs, so you cannot feel that without also feeling unexceptional.

This would not be a problem if sticking to the perception of the basic self. It perceives everything as it is what it is.* Hence the apparently different ways of feeling yourself make no difference. But as the special self perceives everything as I know what it is,* it is imperative to hide feelings of weakness and thus appearing to know it is perfect.

What a relief not trying to achieve a mood, relation or whatnot that never will be perfect enough to escape the feeling of hell.

Psychological feelings have often been hidden in the way a wounded part of the body is experienced. Alexius, for example, has a basic design fault in the spine and writing this hack, he realised lots of psychological stuff had been unloaded there. Ideally speaking, he should have separated the psychological feelings from the physical ones, but he was not able to to that. It felt like he would end in hell.

Fortunately, he was able to include the feeling of hell by perceiving it as it is what it is.* Not just like that, though, but after days of trying to avoid it by looking for a setup that fitted into his conditioned image of perfection. What a relief when you do not need to hide your feeling of imperfection.

This does not mean, hell has gone, but that you are not afraid of going there anymore because it is what it is.* Thus going down feels as entertaining as going up. In other words, one of the most frightening contrasts of duality, namely that of the darkness and light, has been cancelled out. Read more about the cancellation of contrasts here.

As already said, nobody is perfect, so you may go back and forth from the perception of the basic self to one of the special self several times a day. No problem. It is what it is.*

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you often feel irritated or confused, you are not in sync with the script of the brain because all of its feelings are fleeting and the lightness of them entails happiness. In other words, if you are irritated, you have chosen to be independent of the brain, and perceiving to be on your own does not feel good.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You make a special version of the basic self by excluding everything from your perception of it, which is judged to be embarrassing. The excluded feelings, for example hate and anger, are hidden from your awareness by combining them with the physical feeling of weak or deformed parts of the body, so the psychological feelings seem to be physical and thus wholly removed. When a suppressed psychological feeling is triggered, you are, therefore, not aware of it but instead of a feeling of pain in the stomach, for example, which is perceived to be physical.

No matter what medicine you take or food you stop to eat for this, an abstract feeling of pain remains, namely the psychological issue that has been hidden in the physical feeling of the stomach. But the pain goes away when facing the darkness in the psyche on its own term, which is on an abstract level – or even better when you confront how come you want to be special and not the basic self the brain has created to be entertained by the experiences it produces, regardless they seem dark or light.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Having faced darkness or not believing to be in charge of your life and thus not perceiving that I know what it is,* but it is what it is,* you are free from the abstract pain you believe are in the body, and as it free from you inflicting this pain upon it, it can do what it is made to do, namely to heal the problems that are physical.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Sometimes the psychological and physical feeling, combined in a combo that seems to decrease or increase one of them, may reveal themselves individually. Alexius, for example, realised, that he as a child had combined sorrow and rage with the physical feeling arising from a continuous infection in his throat. Hence he could deal with the psychological and physical problem respectively in an immaterial and material way when he pain in the throat did not make him feel angry, and anger was not perceived to be a feeling of something physical in the throat.

If you are not aware of which psychological feeling you have buried in a physical one, you simply perceive what is felt to be a physical problem as it is what it is.* This perception renders the problem non-definable. Thus whatever the combo consists of is undone wherefore there is nothing to be upset about. This does not mean that you should never consult a healthcare professional. When it comes to viruses transferred from wild animals, for example HIV, Mers and COVID 19, and other sicknesses generated by the way of modern living, it is needed.

Many times, though, it may seem impossible to break up a combo to deal with its parts in each their own way. No worries. A psychological feeling that you in your childhood suppressed from your awareness by hiding it in a physical feeling most often does not seem dangerous as a grownup. So what you need to face is not the past, but the fear of it. Facing that, there is nothing left but a physical problem which does not make you cry or scream.

NOTES:

(WIS) Happiness cannot be found. It comes effortlessly all by itself [draft]

Everything is always going your way. If it does not seem so, you are not going your way. Not in the sense that you are going the wrong way. That is not possible. But in the sense that you perceive it in a way that is not beneficial, namely as if the world revolves around you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Although it is easy and straightforward to be in sync with the stream of thoughts that constitute the script of the brain – especially as it happens effortlessly if you do not interfere and the result is constant shots of happiness – most do not want to be in sync with the brain. They want to an independent being who can do things in their own way and pace. That is why they choose to perceive the script of the brain in such a way, so they seem to be the master of it.

As the script of the brain is made for entertaining the basic self and those perceiving themselves to be more special think it is stupid, they spent much time and energy on creating a perception that excludes those elements of the script that does not fit into the image they want to produce of themselves as special. But their apparent independence of the script does not result in getting better, nor happy but one who does not feel good enough.

It is not just ultimately speaking that the concept of being independent is an illusion. Also in the context of where it is made, because nobody can create a thought themselves. They are all received from the brain – just like a self-driving car does not make the instructions, that it uses for driving, but gets them from the cloud (read more about that here).

The thoughts the brain uses to construct the script of your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one are beyond the control of any other than the brain. It has, however, made a pool of thoughts from where the consciousness it has installed in the self freely can pick the thoughts it wants to use for its own perception of the script. Both the creator and the created, namely the brain and the self, need this to be done because it is the perception of the script that seems to establish, that its story of a tangible world where you are someone substantial is a real.

The special self, however, does not want to perceive the script as it is but how it ought to be according to the concepts of nationalism, capitalism, spiritualism or another ism that makes the special self appear to be in charge of its own life as well as part of something better and bigger. But as this perception is formed from thoughts that are created by the brain, it is self-deception to insist you are an independent being.

Regardless your perception is in sync with the script of the brain or not, you cannot plan for something to happen if the script has not scheduled it to do so. If your perception, however, is in sync with the script, you feel happy and have no need to plan for anything. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
No matter if your perception is in sync with the script of the brain or not, you will follow it by the letter. See also Part 2 in Happiness comes from not interfering with thoughts and emotions, whereas trying to control them brings sadness. But you are not bound to like it. You can perceive it in any way you fancy as long as your perception relates to the script as it is and not as you reckon it should be according to religious or socialistic concepts, for example.

To make a perception of the script that does not seem to alter it is easy because the brain has, metaphorically speaking, made a pool of thoughts from where you can pick the thoughts that fit how you perceive the script. You can also let the brain do it, which it automatically does if you do nothing because it wants the script to be confirmed as real by having it perceived as something so that it is not exposed as nothing.

Regardless of who appears to make the perception, it is all a show to establish you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one as if you and that world are not made up by the brain. To further establish this as real, the brain injects you with very concrete feelings of happiness, wherefore the experience of being somebody substantial in a tangible world is enhanced.

This you also feel if you have made a perception that is out of sync with the script of the brain and instead with specific religious or socialistic concepts, for example. But in this case, it is not happiness but the absence of it that enhances the experience of being somebody substantial in a tangible world as your perception is based on the belief that you know better than the brain, you reject the happiness it offers you.

But as it is rejected by tightening the areas of the body until it is too numb to feel anything, all the rejected happiness is in your problematic areas of the body. So if you are willing to go down the dark road of pain as well as the bright one of happiness, you can choose between them.

Unfortunately, most try to fend off the pain, and since everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, this also wards off happiness. Hence they try to become happy in their own way and pace. That is never going to happen, though, because what and where we believe to be is the brain. Thus, just like in a dream, everything comes from there. And as already said, it comes in pairs, so you cannot have happiness without sadness and vice versa. Hence happiness is always there.

In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about using the body as a means to hide feelings and how that results in psychosomatic disorders.

Experiencing to be someone who is doing something in a world defined by time and space, you are in the domain of the brain because that is where the experience of that is fabricated. So the more your perception is in sync with the thoughts that the brain uses to render this experience, the more you enjoy appearing to be in its world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
It does not matter how you perceive the experiences created by the brain. As long as your perception relates to them, there seems to be ongoing communication between two separate objects. The experience the brain creates of a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, appears to be real and thus the one believing to be experiencing it.

Having confirmed the experiences the brain makes from nothing to be something, you appear to be someone substantial in a tangible world, which is how the brain intends it to look like. Thus it rewards you with shots of happiness. But not confirming it to be real, you have to look for happiness yourself. Not because the brain withhold it from you but because you reject it. You want to do everything in your own way and pace, which is hard work. And so is not endorsing the script, because making a perception that does not relate to it is complicated.

If you, for example, strictly follow a specific diet instead of the signals coming from the body, the natural sense of being hungry might be judged as unnatural, so instead of going with the perception automatically generated in relation to your appetite for food, you twist the perception into something founded on your specific diet. Hence the perception represses the craving as it is and therefore fends off the happiness it was supposed to entail.

The same happens if you watch a movie and expect it to fit into special ideas how to be spiritual, for example, and therefore avoid to have a natural and effortless perception of the film but uses much effort to twist it into something that seems to confirm your ideas of spirituality or expose how evil non-spiritual people are. But as you thereby have repressed the script of the movie, you will not enjoy it as the director has intended you to do.

So why do most not want to perceive the script of the brain as it is? Because they believe, they know what is best and that everything, therefore, will be better if they, and not the brain, are in charge. The script of the brain, however, cannot be changed. Only the perception of it, so regardless of the perception, the brain is still in charge.

The only thing you, therefore, obtain by revolting against the brain is to be out of sync with the moment as it is and thus not able to feel that every moment is the perfect moment. See hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

This changes when you do not interfere with the automatic formulation of your perception. You may, however, be so accustomed to interfere that it is difficult not to do anything. If so you make a perception yourself that is bound to be in sync with the script by stating that it is what it is.* Getting used to doing so, it is only a matter of time before you do not have to do anything but a perception in sync with the script of the brain generates itself and you, therefore, feel entertained by it.

There is nothing spontaneous about the basic self –  just like a violinist is in sync with the notes of the classical composition it is playing, the basic self is in sync with the script of the brain. Nor the violinist or the self has no room for improvisation, nor for any regret, because everything is already set.

Should you wonder, if you are in sync with the script of the brain, you are out of sync, because if in sync you have no doubts.

PART 4:
Being in sync with the script of the brain does not make you better, nor does it ensure that you do the right thing. It is only the special self who feels so wrong that it is concerned about being and doing right. But it never happens because the special self is neither in charge of itself or anything else. Yet it believes that it is because, in its memories of the past, everything revolves around itself.

It is not necessary to do the right thing when in sync with the script, because being wrong is just as entertaining as being right. Nor is there something to make better. The script is the only option you have if you want the experience of being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, regardless that appears to a physical, spiritual or immaterial dream world.

Should you not want that, all you need is to not be in sync with the script. Not like the special self, however, who revolts against it by making a perception of the script in which it does not seem to depend on it, although it most certainly depends on what it fights.

To not be in sync with the script you just ignore it, which is done by not having a perception like the special self who says I know what it is,* nor like the basic self who says it is what it is* but simply to say dunno what it is.* Doing that, the perception does not ratify the experiences the brain produces of you as someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing from where you can bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or return to the consciousness of being someone definitive.

In the case of the enlightenment, you are not someone anymore and never was since that requires more than one and oneness is formless, so there is no more than that which is one. If you are not ready to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you return to the consciousness of being someone definitive with the slate wiped clean, so you happily can go on as the basic self until you are glad that you cannot ask for more, and the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, therefore, is undone.

No matter what way you go and why you reckon to do it, you are doing that way because the brain has told you to do so. Having a perception that is in sync with this plan, obstacles on the way adds to the entertainment of the trip. Just like they are supposed to do. But having made up a perception where you are in charge, the same obstacles will add to the stress you have from continually having to figure out the way.

APPENDIX:
Since it is the sum of your memories that constitute what and where you believe to be, and that is stored in the brain, what and where you experience to be, regardless it seems to be material or spiritual, is in the brain. And since that has an end, so does what and where you believe to be. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, everything that is limited by time and space does not exist.

Nevertheless, it can be quite fun to play a game in which it seems possible to be someone with a beginning and an end. That is if your perception of it is in sync with the way it is set up by the creator of this illusion, namely the brain.

PMT Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss

img_0270

Feeling relaxed as well as irritated is to forget to appear as someone definitive in a world of duality because the inclusion of both feelings cancels them out. In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, this is called a perfect moment. It does not mean though, that everything is perfect, but that it makes no difference to you what it appears to be. Selfie © Alexius Jorgensen.

Once upon a time, Alexius was into excluding irritation, assuming it would be replaced by relaxation if he could justify the feeling of irritation with somebody or something in the world outside of him.

It is actually Alexius who in third person writes this article. Both he and I are grateful that you read it, because even though we appear to be different from you, the difference is not perceived to make a difference. Neither is the apparent difference between us and Gudruång, who is considered to be the astral voice behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (more about that in the note about Alexius at the end of the article).

Even though this electronic painting done by Alexius on his iPhone is abstract, you may imagine there is something definable there. But that is only because you believe to be someone definitive. If not you would not see something at all. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This is not to say, that we are one in the spirit. There is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space, as spirituality is formless and therefore endless, so we and everything else definable – included astral worlds and whatnot – are an illusion.

But as we are equally illusionary (see the article We are in it together), we are in that sense at one. And as there is no illusion without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense, that no matter what we appear to be, we are all symbols of spirituality.*

Consequently the apparent difference between the non-teacher and non student makes no difference.

But it was quite stressing always to be on the lookout for something, that he could blame for his irritation so that it seemed to come from somebody or something else instead. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this when he was rescued by a helicopter after being stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

If you do not keep the opposite sides of a contrast – for example winner and looser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else, there is no space to separate them, and so nobody can be defined as winner or looser.

Fortunately, he recognised that it is much more comforting to include irritation by feeling it to such an extent that there is nothing else because then there is not something to define him as irritated. This does not have to be carried out when irritation arises, but whenever there is an awareness. It is never too late, including the past in the present and thus cancels it both the past and the present since the latter builds on the former.

When you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast it. Hence the included cannot be categorised and consequently not experienced as something in existence, neither can its contrast that otherwise would be labelled relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements of a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must take a journey to the past in order to find hidden feelings. They are the foundation for the present, so all that is needed to be fully inclusive is willingness to include the moment as it is.****  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that the purpose of the inclusion is to be in a state of mind, where you are nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but intention. And should your intention be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you include the lukewarm intention.

This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness, as inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your apparent thoughts and feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And even if you are not a hundred per cent sincere about that, willingness to be so is good enough.**** See also the article No wrongdoings are possible by using the hacks of Alexius and It is NOT about making a difference.

The colours we believe to see in a world defined by time and space are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red green and blue (RGB). The addition of the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black and so does the addition of the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK), while the addition of the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. A computer, by the way, uses the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning you will either use the RYB or RGB model for perceiving the complementary colour to for example red, which is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model, as you can see in the illustration. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens, when we for example experience the colour red to be in a world outside of us and the brain in the same moment generates its complementary colour cyan inside of us in order to cancel out the opposing colours and replace them by a neutral grey. So while we still experience the bold colour of red in a world outside of us, inside of us, it is a neutral grey, as that is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours.

This image is a graphic illustration of how the complementary colours of the primary ones in the RGB colour model turn into neutral grey when they are equally combined. The same applies to any tone of colour mixed by the primary ones. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this happens so fast and most are not aware of what is going on inside of them, you may not notice the complementary colour. But if you stare at red for a sustained period of time – roughly thirty seconds to a minute – and then look at a white surface, you will see an afterimage of the complementary colour, which is cyan or green depending on what colour model you are conditioned to follow. See the explanation of those in the first caption of the colour models. And see the article Without contrasts there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide non-duality for more comparisons with science relating findings.

The info about colours are based on the research Alexius did in this regard, when he was writing a book about colour theory for a Danish marketing school many years ago.

Returning to our story of not excluding but including irritation, the apparent difference between the opposing sides in the contrast of irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference, when the inclusion of irritation has cancelled out itself as well as its contrast relaxation, or vice versa. And as this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they also become neutral and so there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

´Sentinela´ is the eighth track on this Brazilian album named the same. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Listening to ´Sentinela´ by Milton Nascimento, Alexius is reminded about the first moment, when he appeared to be outside the formlessness of that which is one, and the glorious time he perceived to be ahead as someone separated from oneness. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing else, so the experience of being outside of it and having a future there is make-believe.

Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is no different from the first moment of the world – see the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality – where there are glimpses of that which is one in the form of ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste.** In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, this is also called a perfect moment.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. And until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there. See also the article The formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive do not pass by anymore, so that there is nobody to attribute any thought with a specific meaning, which means there is nothing to hope for, and that is pure bliss.

Nobody knows this, however, before the state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone definitive.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you via vague memories of it become aware, it is also a state of bliss. This is not the same as the enlightenment of that which is one though because that is not a state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you from the vague memories of it remember the pure bliss that arose from not believing to be someone definitive or maybe from the otherworldly visions you may have had. Be aware though that the visions you had have had are glimpses of that which is one and not that which is one since that can neither be seen, heard, felt or smelt, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Check the article The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it, if you want to read more about this – or go through hack #6-7.3 The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to carry you into a perfect moment. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something, you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling and out of habit try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

Being distracted by a world defined by time and space is of course not a problem, when you are willing to include the distraction. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a perfect moment nothing there are no disturbances, because even though the outer senses still perceive a world full of opposing contrasts, the inner ones do not interpret their apparent difference to make a difference.*** According to them everything is neutral. That is until something is judged to be so wrong or unjust, that it triggers hidden feelings – for example sorrow, anger or anxiety – and you do not include but exclude them by blaming the world for having caused them – or simply doping yourself with food, shopping, music, meditation or pills.

This does mean that you cannot dope yourself with something to become more relaxed. Sometimes the use of traditional or alternative medicine or treatment may bring you in a better position to not exclude but include the horror of feelings.

In the case of Alexius, he finds lots of the suggestions from Dave Asprey, Bulletproof useful in regard to charge the body and its brain. He has no affiliation with Bulletproof though. Nor does he share its goal, which seems to be the usual one of enhancing the personality instead of phasing it out – not knowing that it is the belief in being someone definitive which is the source of all suffering.

You can read about what Alexius himself does in regard to the body in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, Intro and there is more about enhancing the personality versus phasing it out in hack #3.3 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive.

If you, however, choose to include the disturbing feeling, for example hate, a perfect moment returns. To include hate is similar to the inclusion of irritation. In other words, the inclusion of something, whether judged to be from the past or the present, is to be nothing but that, so that there is not something to contrast the included and consequently nothing to define it as a specific experience. Hence its contrast – in this case, love – cannot be defined as a specific experience either. Thus there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including that you feel like nothing, the contrast of it, namely that you are everything, is also fully included – and so there is nothing to define and therefore to limit you as someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

It is so easy appearing to be someone definitive, when you do not believe to be that, because then you are never alone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include a main contrast – for example right and wrong – via being nothing but one side of that contrast.*****

Since lots of contrasts are a variation of this one – for example good and bad***** – the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts will be cancelled out as well. Thus the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, so there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. That is a perfect moment.

If the boxes like this one, that pop up here, there and everywhere in this article, seem disturbing in regard to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

Multitasking or defocussing facilitates a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding those feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regard to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. You can read more about multitasking and defocussing in the hack No Monotasking But Multitasking. See Extra Duality Hacks.

The nectar of life also facilitates defocussing and therefore a perfect moment, which you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You should, of course not attempt to drive a car or something else that requires worldly attention in a state of not-knowing. But sitting in a bus, for example, is great for that.

The most basic contrast to include is that of the empty breath, which syncs the inner and outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

An even more basic contrast to include is breathing in and out. The story of that contrast, however, is not part of this article, but it is part of hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, that syncs the inner and outer senses so that peace from the inner ones makes you indifferent to the world of the outer ones, jump straight to the article Take-offs to ´the empty breath´,.

There is no more connection between the body and the mind than for example between the body and the clothes its wearing.

The empty breath also undoes the belief in a body-mind connection. The mind is mental, so it has no understanding of the body, which it looked at as a place to get rid of mental problems by dumping them in the stomach, the back and the neck, for example.

A state of not-knowing is not an out-of-body experience, neither an experience of uniting higher powers with the body, but a state of empty space. See the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

The body is therefore much better off without the interference of the mind – especially as the body is perfectly equipped to heal itself. You can read more about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, that has caused so many psychosomatic disorders, in the next article The absence of noise and silence is a perfect moment and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Not being exclusive but inclusive is comparable to a person having Alzheimer. Although there appear to be someone there, it is not someone definitive. But contrary to having Alzheimer not believing to be someone definitive is a state of bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you had not excluded something from your personality by blaming others for it, so you can be defined by what they are and you are not, you would not be upset every time they remind you of what you excluded. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

In case you prefer going straight to a perfect moment without having to deal with contrasts or inner and outer senses, you include what you experience to be in this very moment completely unedited. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now, as that is an edited version of a moment, where specific thoughts and feelings are excluded, for example those of the past and the future.

Any moment is a construction of thoughts founded on the past – also living in the now, as there would be no such concept without the past. But when thoughts are included, they become non definable, and so there is neither past, future or now, but a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You can read more about a perfect moment versus the concept of living in the now in the article To see nothing is to not hide that which is you.

In the article What is freedom!? you can read about the illusion of linear time, and that everything happens simultaneously.

The way to a perfect moment is simply to include all thoughts and feelings, whether they appear to be positive or negative, are associated with the past or whatnot.

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.****

Anyway, all thoughts and feelings are related to the past in the sense that your experience of the present is based on your past interpretations of them. Simply put, your present state of mind is the sum of the past, or rather one side of it, so by completely including that, there is not something to contrast it, and consequently nothing to define you. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment.

A perfect moment is not perfect in the sense that there is no heavy wind, for example, but that nobody is bothered by it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A perfect moment is a disappointment in the sense, that it is not an experience of perfection in the world of the outer senses but the usual affair of imperfection. In the world of the inner senses though it is perfect, because in spite of still appearing to be someone definitive experiencing the world of the outer senses, the inner senses do not identify with this experience, so nothing is perceived to be wrong or missing.

This does not mean that you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about the appearance of it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered to be tools for manifesting you as someone special but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Pain, for example, is used to stop the body from walking on a broken leg and fear from walking out in front of a car.

You are not turned into a strong and powerful being by a perfect moment. More likely you are gonna be like the grass, that everybody steps on. But unlike a proud and powerful tree that breaks when faced with a heavy storm, you bend and rise again when the storm has gone.

Yet pain does not cause someone to suffer, neither does fear cause anyone to be frightening when there is no identification with what you appear to be. For the same reason, thoughts are not experienced to result in anything specific.

Since the experience of you as someone substantial in a tangible world defined by time and space is a construction of specific thoughts, it falls apart when inclusion undoes the apparent separation between thoughts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they appear to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded but included, as that render them non-definable. This is why, the thought construction you believed to be has fallen apart, and a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing.

Although a perfect moment does not seem to last, every moment is a perfect moment – just like the sun keeps also shines, when it is covered by clouds.

As a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it must end if you want to experience the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space. Yet it also ends if there is no longing for something definable because formlessness is that which is one and it takes more than one to be in any kind of state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This state of not-knowing, will not last very long though if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the emptiness of not-knowing. If so you probably twist it into an experience of something definable, for example joy or love, so that you again are someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space. Should this be your choice, stand by it, because by doing so, you are able to undo it.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a perfect moment before you either pick up the experience of time and space again or completely leave it behind, you complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a perfect moment last if you are not attracted to the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space, because if the experience of it is not picked up relatively quickly******, there is not something to cover that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, a perfect moment is over.

The world that you experience is devised by you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since life is that which is one and it requires more than one to be seen, life is not visible. So the more you are not seen, the more you are alive. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are not seen, when you do not perceive the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, a perfect moment is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, that all there is and ever was is the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness has no beginning or end. But just a split second of a perfect moment makes the time off from it much lighter.

Nothing needs to be avoided or made better in order to enter a perfect moment. Actually, it is the inclusion of hatred and other feelings, that are avoided by hiding it in your body or projecting it onto others, that makes a moment perfect. In other words, love or a special understanding is not a requirement, but willingness to include the moment as it is more than enough.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is diagnosed with IBS, so in order not to upset the body, specific foods must be excluded from his diet. Nothing though needs to be excluded from his body or the mind in order to enter a perfect moment, so whether the body is upset or the mind is pure makes no difference, as long as what he appears to be is completely included.

Should he try to edit this appearance in favour of a better one, a perfect moment is not fenced off, if he is willing to also include the attempt to control his image.****

Since there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, a world defined by time and space is an illusion – inclusive the article you just have read. If, however, it has facilitated you seeing that you are in a perfect moment which is no different from the first moment of believing to be outside of that which is one.

If you remain there, this moment will also be your last as someone appearing to be outside of that which is one, because the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone by a perfect moment.

APPENDIX ABOUT ALEXIUS :
As you probably have read in the above article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to come from an astral source Alexius calls Gudruång.******* They are received as unspeakable frequencies, so in order to pick the appropriate words for translating them into the language of a world defined by time and space, he must have had experiences in such a world, that relates to the messages of them. See also Metaphysical Intro of the Enlightened Non-Teacher.

This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that cannot be experienced. His writings about that is rather based on vague memories of when he has stepped aside, so all thoughts making up what he appears to be in a world defined by time and space is extracted by a light so bright that there is not something left to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. You can read more about that in hack #4.

According to science the world consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up what we believe to be and see. In other words, the experience of a material world and us as tangible beings in it is make-believe.

In a world defined by time and space, we all are conditioned to confirm its appearances to be substantial and not just empty space. Hence he constantly has to bypass this conditioning, when writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in the same way as he has to bypass the spell checker in a Spanish text editor if he wants to write something in English to prevent the spellchecker from converting English words into Spanish ones, which may have very little to do with what he is trying to express in English.

In each our own way we hope it is possible to live in a world of like-minded people with whom we can share everything. And though it never works out like that, we are conditioned to keep hoping. Nobody is allowed to truth, namely that loving each other in a merry-go-round world is an illusion. There is nobody to love, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The reason this and other articles have been upgraded – or are in the process of it – could be that in the beginning of translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Enlightened Non-Teachings, Alexius sometimes used words in such a way, that they rather confirmed the belief in a world defined by time and space than facilitated the undoing of it.

Part of this could be that he unconsciously tried to incorporate some of his own ideas from the past. Yet it was probably mostly because often he could not find the appropriate words for translating the frequencies. He had no idea of the scope of them, least of all that they would evolve into actually hacks to undo the belief in duality. See Duality Hacks and the others in Extra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks.

He just had the vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one to count on, and as that is totally wordless, there was no words to be found there. It was also not before in the process of writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings that he realised, he had to clearly distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

To make long short, though he did not have enough words to choose from, when he started translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the words revealed themselves in the process of translating the frequencies.

The above article was originally a note in the previous one If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality, but when Alexius revised that article the note just grew longer and longer and ended up as a long article. Congratulations if you have made it this far.

The inclusion of a feeling does not mean, that you will never experience this vibration again. Yet you will never experience it as a specific feeling, that has the ability to upset you.

To make long short, the revision of this article took a long time. Several side notes turned into new articles, and in order to write about the inclusion of feelings, Alexius had to spend quite some time going through the horror of recognising forgotten ones in himself.

So you can rest assured that if heavy memories are triggered in your process of inclusiveness, he has been there too. This, of course, also applies, if you enter a perfect moment. Actually, in the process of writing this article, he was constantly going in and out of perfect moments in order to find words for being in a state of not-knowing and leaving it in favour for the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space or the peace from the formlessness of that which is one.

****) The article How to not be fearful but blissful by not being exclusive but inclusive and Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is about how willingness to be inclusive is enough to undo the belief in a world defined by time and space. And the article You can never lose life is about how being exclusive can be perceived as a confirmation of life, since there would be nothing to exclude if not for that so the very thing that is meant to define you as someone definitive can be used to undo that belief.

*****) Other main contrasts to include if you want to speed up the process of undoing the belief in being someone definitive are within and without, past and future, giving and receiving plus high and low. The latter is very much in the family of good and bad, and for some, this may apply to the first one as well (more about good and bad in the coming article In a perfect moment everything is alright as it is). The most basic contrast, however, is expansion and contraction. If you connect with the empty breath (see the article Take-offs to ´the empty breath´) this rhythmic contrast will slowly but surely undo itself and thereby the whole experience of a physical or astral world, as it is based on the belief that it is possible to expand and contract something (see the article ´Alone together´ you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one).

******) Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, this cannot be precisely stated.

In a perfect moment, nothing appears to be wrong or missing, because nobody is using labels of time and space to separate us. But as you still appear to be in a world of separation, you will after a while either return to being conscious about it by separating everything into contrasts, or completely forget to be conscious, so there is nothing to hide, there is and never was more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTES:

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

Positive thinking is bullshit

Negativity is just as needed as positivity. A computer, for example, only functions, when connected to both the negative and positive pole in an electrical wire. Polarity is the name of the game, which you must adhere if want to be in a world of duality. Also if you wish to leave this game because you cannot do that if you are not playing it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1
If you edit the reaction to something that fits the image you have created of yourself, negative as well as positive thoughts and feelings tend to get sticky. The negative ones, after some time, bring about a constant notion of rejection and the positive ones of approval. Hence you avoid negative feelings and seek positive ones. But just like an electrical wire needs the positive pole as much as the negative one to operate, you need negative thoughts and feelings as much as positive ones.

You can read more about sticky feelings in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Fortunately, you get them both when not editing the perception of your experiences. And as you, therefore, do not need them to confirm you are unique, they only remain long enough for you to feel entertained by the interplay of negativity and positivity.

Being in sync with your reaction to something as it is and not as you think it should be is like taking a ride in a rollercoaster. You get the polarity of going up and down, but it happens so fast that the fear of going down and the thrill of going up is forgotten right away. What is left is the same feeling you have after binge-watching a TV show, namely that you are blown out. Hence you, eventually, forget to ask for more, wherefore the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone.

In cyberspace you cannot get your hands on something physical. That is why nothing from the internet can be combined with the reality of physicality, except at a theoretically level. The same applies to spirituality. It cannot be found in a physical world. Actually, spirituality and physicality, just like night and day, exclude each other.

So, in the context of the rollercoaster metaphor, the belief in a world of duality does not get undone by being detached from the ride, but stepping it up and take the full tour with eyes wide open and not holding back. Doing that, you may seem to boil over of hate when it goes down. But when the trip goes up again, you meet the buddy of hate, namely love. And as you do not hold back hatred when you go down, you get so much love going up, that sooner or later there is no need for more. Hence there does appear to be more that hides non-duality.

Solving psychosomatic disorders, like described in hack #4.3 To be an essential self is to be good enough, what you do not like, is not hidden from your awareness by projecting it onto the body. Thus it becomes likeable. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2
Those who assume they suffer from a psychosomatic disorder have projected undesirable feelings like sexual lust, power strivings, greed, envy and anger, onto vulnerable parts of the body, in the same way, some project offensive feelings onto the world.

But emotions are abstract, so they cannot be hidden in something substantial. The projection of feelings on something tangible, therefore, only conceals them from your awareness. Most, however, believe their problems are gone when they are out of sight. Just like an ostrich, according to myth, believes danger disappears when it buries its head in the sand.

This myth, though, is not valid. If an ostrich buries its heads in the sand, it dies from lack of air. And you die from the lack of collaboration between positivity and negativity if you hide the latter from yourself with a head-in-the-sand approach because, in a world of duality, everything operates in pairs. Like in a wire, it is the combination of the positive and negative pole that results in electricity.

Since the basis of duality is polarity, it is obstructed when you reject negativity. And since the belief in duality cannot be undone if it is altered, you must bring back negativity in yourself, so it can define negativity and the two of them, therefore, can interact. See You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it. Bringing back your negativity, as described in The YOU finger and the three ME fingers, you feel released years before touching that state of mind through meditation.

Those believing in avoiding negativity often like to use crystal stones for healing. They do not know that most, Amethyst for example, does this by emitting negative ions which produce biochemical reactions that create positive vibes/mood and relieve stress.

prime mover of a world where there seems to be more than one and thus of suffering because there is no more than that which is one.

Self-realisation or transformation is a wish for being more in the future. It is the same wish that started

Self-realisation or transformation is a rosy dream of being more in the future, which is a repetition of the wish that is the foundation for the belief that there is more than that which is one

becoming more instead of accepting the present experience of yourself as good enough.

it is it is what it is. and thus be happy

If you want positivity, you must also welcome negativity, as, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. In non-duality, you can neither have negative or positive vibes because it requires more than one to have something. Since that also applies to have a shape, non-duality is formless and therefore endless. Consequently, a world of duality is an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3
Although there are lots of books and courses about how to realise or transform the self, there is no evidence of anybody actually having done that. The reason is simple. The self is not a fact but a belief. The change of the self, therefore, is nothing but a shift of conviction.

Sometimes this change is called awakening. But since it has a beginning, it also has an end. And when it ends, the excitement you felt at the beginning cannot suppress the suffering that always comes from the assumption that you are someone. Hence you try to get more awakened or whatever you believe will make you feel good again. But as every belief is accompanied by doubt, you never get there.

You cannot experience something as positive without having judged something else to be negative. Thus the negative thoughts is a confirmation of the positive ones and vice versa.

When you try to exclude negativity, darkness, anger or whatever do-gooders have told you are obstacles to feel good you destroy the foundation of duality because it is made by dividing everything into pairs like positive and negative, light and dark, anger and delight, and so on. But since it takes more than one to destroy something, you also enhance the belief in duality.

This ambivalence you can either solve by playing the game of duality or undo it. You play the game of duality by perceiving your reaction to negativity as ´it is what it is.´ This perception expands your single-minded reaction to negativity into a dualistic one. So that if you see negativity as evil, for example, it is revealed to be paired with good luck. It is not good luck as such that makes you satisfied but the interaction of that and evil. Especially, because it sets off the interaction of many other pairs of duality.

You undo the game of duality by entirely including what you judge as negative. Then it cannot define positivity, which, therefore, cannot explain negativity. Read more about that in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive. In other words, not being exclusive but inclusive, the foundation for duality disappears and so does what you believe in being, as, in non-duality, there is nothing definable since that requires more than one.

Playing the game of duality, eventually, also leads to the undoing of it, as everything with a beginning is bound to end. But that seems to take some time. Read more about that in hack #4.2 Being a self or no-self.

PART 4
You do not have to do something to be spiritual. On the contrary, spirituality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to do something. Besides, oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing but spirituality. In other words, if you seem to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are hallucinating.

The peace you look for via mindfulness, quiet music and whatnot does not have the energy to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Actually, it has so little energy that you probably fall asleep and mistake heaven for being in dreams.

Being angry is a terrific way to see a world where there seems to be more than one is a mirage. That is if you do not try to control the anger because when it is unbounded it ignites a take-off to the empty breath (read more about that in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). In its emptiness, the experiences of something is perceived as nothing.

This does not mean you do not experience separation anymore. But that you do not perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference (read more about that in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive). Since the belief in being divided, therefore, is undone, there is nothing to uphold the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one as real.
