It is nothing but robots trying to fool you into believing you are not a robot

On the internet, nobody knows if you are a dog or even exists. The graphic is a Peter Steiner’s cartoon, which originally was published in The New Yorker.

You can compare a world where there seems to be more than one to an online world with nothing but robots. It might sound potentially interesting to communicate with them. Unfortunately, the robots try to persuade you into believing their world is real and they are alive. However, there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, so if you believe the robots, you want to be and have more than that which is one.

The moment you do not want that, there is no need to believe the apparent differences in the robots world make a difference. Thus they cannot define you as someone, wherefore there is nobody to hide there is no more than that which is one.

This is not to suggest, you should stop the desire for more. That would imply it is possible to be and have more than that which is not one. But if you do not try to do something, in particular, you neither avoid nor go for more. This is what Alexius´ Duality Hacks bring about.

There is nothing wrong in the world because it is not there

Each metaphor in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings adds to others in one direction or another exposing all ways as fake because it takes more than one to go somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Therefore, since it takes more than one to point to something, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not point to that which is one but the belief that seems to hide it, namely that an explosion called the Big Bang created something from nothing. This is as fictitious as Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Many people have inner visions or experiences from where they conclude there is something wrong with the way we live in the world. We should live in peace, in the now, and from the heart. But the problem is not the way we live in the world. The problem is that we believe in being there.

According to science, there was nothing before the world. Then nothing blew up and turned into something. But believing that nothing can explode and come out of a black hole as something is like believing in Santa Claus.

This belief Alexius´ Duality Hacks undo while you enjoy the crazy idea that nothing disguised as something can hide there never was or will be anything but that which is one because it takes more than one to have a shape, so oneness is formless and therefore endless.

You can never lose something other than the belief that it is real

Whatever you believe in being and having is a mirage because it takes more than one to be and have something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. This is why you can never lose anything other than the belief it was real. That said, within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, you act as if it is real – just like playing a game only is fun if you play along with its world and accept what you are and have there is nothing disguised as something. Duality Hack #1.3, 2.1 and 4.4 helps you to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one in the world without being of it. You can find these hacks in Alexius´ Duality Hacks. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything seems to be divided into levels. Nevertheless, there are no levels to pass on the way to oneness because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

However, the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is built on levels because that appears to establish more than that which is one. So although there are no levels to pass on the way to oneness, all degrees of your belief in more than one must be exposed to see what and where you experience being is make-believe. Hence it is best not to hide or transform feelings but stand by them unedited, including sexual lust, power strivings, greed, envy or other emotions judged as egoistic.*

Suppose revealing the levels of your belief seems too complicated. In that case, there is a shortcut, namely to admit you do not know what and where you are. Hereupon no belief appears to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is one.

There is no way to that which is one because there is nothing but oneness since it is formless and therefore endless. Hence the way is to accept a world where there seems to be more than one is nothing

In other words, to see that being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is nothing, it helps to expose the levels of believing that it is something. Yet, this belief is undone right away if you acknowledge, you do not know what and where you are.

*) This does not necessarily mean that others must know your feelings, but that you do not hide them from yourself.

Since it takes more than one to experience something, seeing is a hallucination

Smashing your computer will not destroy Facebook because it is not there. Likewise, since you are not in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to change it. Actually, it is much better to enjoy it as it is. By doing that, you acknowledge you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Consequently, this belief can be undone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore endless. Consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is a hallucination.

Most of those having this hallucination does not like to read this. They take their experience of such a world very serious because without it there is nothing to confirm they are real. That is why they do everything to enhance the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, for example by sharing and sending love.

It takes no time for the enlightenment of that which is one to undo this foolishness. However, there is nobody who realises it because it requires more than one to be somebody, so what you believe to be is also undone. See hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one.

In other words, in no time, there is no awareness to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is one. Therefore, if there is a wish to be conscious of a world where there seems to be more than one for a longer time, it is better to use one of the other Duality Hacks. They undo this illusion over some time, while it seems fun to experience it.

The absolute truth is the absolute nonsense

There is no absolute truth in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. There is no truth at all. Each explanation is fake because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to explain or realise something. Since this also applies to pointing to something, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not point to that which is one but the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. When that belief is undone, there does not appear to be something to hide the formlessness of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is common among persons interested in new age-related philosophies to assume there is a relative and absolute truth. There is two kinds of ego, the good one and the bad one. And there is love and pure love. Also, the self can be transformed into a higher one.

However, those ideas are nothing but a continuation of the original assumption, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, although oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Consequently, believing there is more than oneness, you must always imagine something is divided to uphold the belief that there is more than one.

Gurus and do-gooders offer to help with this. They promise more truth, less ego and purer love. And they provide you with ways to experience there is more than meet the eye. Hence they seem to establish, you can become and have more – especially if you buy their books.

Absolutely speaking, COVID 19 is fake. And so is a world where there seems to be more than one. But since you depend on being there, you are better off not to deny pieces of its apparent reality but to accept them.* Doing that, you honour you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus you can have this belief undone.

But, as already said, the formlessness of oneness is endless, so if you believe in being and having more than that which is one, you are nothing. No worries, applying Alexius´ Duality Hacks, this belief is undone while you have fun enjoying that you appear to be and have more than one.

*) In the case of COVID 19, this means you follow the official recommendations. So if they call for a mask, you wear that. It can, of course, be an ecological one without plastic. This one, for example.

If you believe that you experience non-duality, you uphold the belief it is possible to be and have more than that which is one

Often the excitement of daily life in a world of duality does not seem to be enough. Hence it is enhanced with memorable holidays or remarkable peak experiences at courses and seminars – or perhaps totally replaced by video games or virtual reality glasses. This replicates the making of duality: the everlasting peace of non-duality was judged as bland and replaced by a fantasy of excitement in a world of duality. See hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you are used to the taste of Thai sauces reinforced with a flavour enhancer like MSG (see Wikipedia about MSG), the natural ones may seem tasteless. For example, a reviewer of a Thai sauce without a flavour enhancer complained that it did not taste like the real thing.

In reality, it is the other way around. The sauce with a flavour enhancement is fake, and the sauce without it is authentic. Likewise, the everlasting peace of non-duality is true. And the exciting experiences of duality are bogus because they never last.

But if you believe to be someone in a world of duality – and you do because otherwise, you would not be able to read this – you are more fascinated by the fleeting flavour of adventures than the constant taste of peace.

You live in a fantasy world if you believe to experience non-duality because it takes more than one to be aware of something and non-duality is that which is one.

No worries. It is not a problem that you fancy the flavour enhancer that seems to multiply oneness into a world where there seems to be more than one. See From non-duality to duality and back. Unlike food, which you, in the context of such a world, can jazz up with flavour enhancers, you cannot alter oneness because it requires more than one to make a change. Consequently, oneness can only be modified in a fantasy where there seems to be more than one.

Since there there is no more than that which is one, it only takes one to undo the fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, no matter the number of appearances in such an imagination, in reality, there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. That is why there is nothing to realise in a world where there seems to be more than one other than it is make-believe. This is uncovered all by itself because everything imagined has an end. If you cannot wait for the fantasy to finish, apply one or more of Alexius´ Duality Hacks. They undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, while you have fun appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This is not to say, Alexius´ Duality Hacks are more genuine than anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one. They are just as fake as everything else that calls for more than one. But since they do not claim to make a difference, they do not enhance the belief in separation. Thus, eventually, there does not appear to be more than that which is one.

Since it takes more than one to exist, and there is nothing but oneness, existence is unreal

Talking about the egoic mind and transforming the ego is just another sophisticated way of establishing the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one and thus fence off the formlessness of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A common way to prove you exist is to pinch the arm and conclude you are alive because it hurts. However, this experience of physical pain is constructed by the brain, and if you are unreal, so is the brain. Consequently, the experience proves nothing but that you want to believe you are real. However, reality is not something that can be acknowledged. It is that which is one, and since it takes more than one to have a shape, it is formless and therefore endless. Hence there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Fortunately, Alexius´ Duality Hacks undo the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Reality cannot be known because it is that which is one and it takes more than one to realise something

Since non-duality is that which is one and it takes more than one to experience something, it cannot be realised. So when you are not aware of anything, nothing seems to hide that which cannot be known. The purpose of Alexius´ Duality Hacks is therefore not to realise non-duality but that being aware of something is an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Mysterious experiences or writings like zen poems, have nothing to do with non-duality. It is not mystical, pure or anything else because it takes more than one be something and non-duality is that which is one. Hence  Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, like everything else that calls for more than one, is part of the illusion that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

But since Alexius´ Duality Hacks expose this illusion, you are also revealed as nothing when you apply them. Hence there does not seem to be something to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

No matter what and where you appear to be, it is like in a dream, you are not there. It is a fantasy. Nobody, however, is making it because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to do something.

This may seem to take some time. But that is part of the illusion. There is no time because reality, namely the formlessness of oneness, is one perpetual present. Read more about that here. That is why there is no hurry to undo the belief in being someone with a beginning and an end. Nor any reason not to enjoy that. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

The belief in being someone is bananas

The experiences you have in a dream is created by the brain, so it seems you are somewhere else than in your bed. The same applies to the experiences you have when you assume to be awake, except you are not in a bed somewhere but nowhere, as everything experienced is created by the brain from out of nothing to make it look like there is more than that which is one. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. So if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you trust the brain when it claims, your experience of this is assembled from frequencies picked up by the sensory system, although your experience solely is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

No matter where you experience to be in a dream, it is an illusion created inside of you because you are in your bed. The same applies to where you experience in being when you believe to be awake. In this case, however, it is not a dream happening inside you while you sleep in a heavenly bed.

There is no heaven, nor somebody having a dream or anything else because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Alexius´ Duality Hacks, therefore, is as fake as anything else that calls for more than one. Nevertheless, when there appears to be someone who believes, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, Alexius´ Duality Hacks undo that belief.

In a world of duality, there is no compassion without brutality

Somebody cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but nobody can

When every experience is perceived as a symbol of that which is one, none of them has the power to fend off the enlightenment of that which is one, because symbols are powerless. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Fear and other emotions may seem to be a hindrance for the enlightenment of that which is one. It is not the emotions, though, that fend it off but that you believe they are yours. That which is you does not feel anything because it takes more than one to do so, and it is no different from that which is one. For the same reason, that which is you does not think, nor is it conscious of anything.

This does not mean, you should try to stop this. First of all, that which is you cannot stop anything as that calls for more than one. Secondly, while you appear to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible to stop being aware of feelings and thoughts since that is what makes you appear to be there.

It is, of course, possible to deny the awareness of thoughts and feelings by meditating, for example. But whether you establish yourself to be someone who has something or nothing, you are definable and thus in denial of that which is you, as oneness is formless.

Pretending to be someone, on the other hand, what you have is not yours because what you pretend to be you are not. Thus nobody is having thoughts and feelings or being conscious of anything. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. Consequently, nobody bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

This is not the only way to become a nobody. As everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, there is no fear without trust, so if you are so full of fear that there is nothing else, it cannot be defined by trust. Therefore, since you are full of nothing, you are not somebody but nobody. See hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

You could also stick to being the basic self by perceiving any kind of experience, whether it appears mundane or spiritual, as ´it is what it is.´ See hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy. Since that means emotions do not stick to you, they do not fend off the enlightenment of that which is one. Nor will they prevent you from having a marvellous time in a world where there seems to be more than one until the enlightenment of that which is one erases everything that requires more than one.

You do not need to refrain from sex or anything else to make these or any other duality hack work. If you are willing to have the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, Alexius´ Duality Hacks apply themselves, the more you read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

The willingness comes by itself when you admit, you are not willing to have this belief undone because the acknowledgement of that confirms what and where you appear to be is make-believe.

APPENDIX:
Since the application of the above duality hacks requires more than one, they are as illusionary as anything else in a world in a world of duality, including the writer and reader of this. The purpose of them, however, is not to make us seem like we are somebody but that we, just like anything else that calls for more than one, are nothing because non-duality is formless and therefore endless so there is no more than that which is one.

Read about the enlightenment of that which is one in HACK #6, The inward-facing senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it.

Fake news

Everything considered to be a fact is made up by the brain. It is, for example, not a fact that you are reading this. It is something the brain tells you. But it does not share your perceived difference between real or imaginary, physicality or spirituality and what is perceived to be the experiences of you or others, a dream or a movie. The brain knows that any experience is an illusion because it is a construction of thoughts made out of nothing – including the experience of a brain. And as the only purpose of this is to entertain, all kinds of experiences are fabricated by the brain in one higgledy-piggledy by the very same organ. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

All news is fake because it takes more than one to make them, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If you conclude that this must include Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you are right. But being right, you are also fake because it takes more than one to be anything.

No worries. The purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to undo the belief that someone is having a conscious experience of reading them so there is no awareness to hide that which cannot be realised, namely that which is one, as it takes more than one to be conscious of it.

Continuously reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings without trying to learn something, Alexius´ Duality Hacks apply themselves.

All you need to do is to keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings until you do not know what and where you are. As this is so blissful, that there is no more to ask for, believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is wiped out.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, consistency is a fabrication

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The photo is grabbed from the web.

Going back to that which is you can be compared to a trip to the top of a mountain, where Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is like an aerial cableway helping you to get to the top. The aerial cableway, however, is not able to take you all the way, so at a certain point, you must leave it behind and continue on your own.

When high and low, past and future, giving and receiving, within and without is the same the ego is crucified. Read the coming theme The crucifixion of the ego

When high and low, past and future, giving and receiving or within and without is the same the concept of separation is undone. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The  final stretch to that which is one may seem cold and lonely. Any kind of luggage, whether it appears to be so-called spiritual, emotional or mental, must be left behind, so there is not something to support you, as that requires more than one.

What you do not leave by yourself will appear to be taken from you, until the ego, that in this context is the name for anything that seems separated, is crucified, so there does not appear to be something hiding there never was or will be nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

The way to leave everything behind is not to exclude specific thoughts and feelings but include them as they are. Exclusion of thoughts and feelings is the way to become something, whereas inclusion is to not become anything at all, because without anything excluded there is nothing to define you – and only as nothing can you bid welcome the formlessness of that which is you.

Besides, when everything is included you cannot feel alone. Neither do you need any help, as you have everything.

In other words, when Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have served their purpose, you leave them behind so you can continue on your own. To hold onto them or anything else is like trying to put the aerial cableway in your rucksack when you continue on your own.

In the reality of that which is one, it is not possible to fabricate anything, as that requires more than one. In other words, consistency is a fabrication.

In the above metaphor not all the qualities of an aerial cableway can literally be transferred to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. An aerial cableway needs to function in a consistent way and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings has no such need. There is no consistent way to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, as consistency is a fabrication based on excluding the formlessness of that which is one. Also, the whole way and the last stop of an aerial cableway is mapped out, but Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings has no specific way scheduled for you to follow. You just go the flow.

Whenever you seem to see more than one or see anything at all, you are hallucinating, because it takes more than one to see something and you are that which is one.

Whenever you seem to experience more than one, you are hallucinating, as it takes more than one to see something and that which is you is not different from that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Alexius is not supposed to be followed. He is just a messenger, whose function is to render himself superfluous, so that you can go with the flow of the message until you see, it is your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, that hides the formless oneness of that which is you. Undoing this belief, you are on your own, as you always have been and always will be, because there is no more than that which is one.

If you after reading this hack and the previous hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss feel connected with the indifference of the empty breath and have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, you may have arrived at the last stop of Alexius´ aerial cableway. Hence this could be your last article of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

But if it feels as you still have some way to go in his aerial cableway of undoing the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are most welcome to go on reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

EPILOGUE:
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings
presents no facts or ideas that will add up to a higher meaning or purpose of your appearance as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither do they present any hope for such a person or the world to get better.

They point to that which is one – and as it takes more than one to hope for something, have a purpose, be meaningful or better, they are not about that, but undoing the belief in anything that requires more than one.

But since it also takes more than one to point to something, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not to be considered the truth, but as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you think this hack have made you wiser about what the enlightenment of that which is one is and how to get it, you have used the hack to enhance the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

Their use of this illusion, however, is not to make you appear more special, but to undo the belief that you are someone at all, so there is no belief to hide that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and, as formlessness is endless, therefore everything.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #6.3 The inward-facing senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses

84c027e7-78f2-48fd-a6fe-7861dbbac405

There is no structure in the empty breath like there is in the world of the outward-facing senses, where everything is organised into contrast, so it seems that the world is divided in right and wrong. As it requires much effort to continuously uphold the judgments of good and evil, it is much more fun to let the empty breath take over and guide you back and forth in the worlds of the outer and inward-facing senses so that the relaxation you get from not being able to divide the abstract world of the inward-facing senses into contrasts of good and bad becomes the foundation for perceiving the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference. The animation is grabbed from the web.

It may seem frightening to not give your full attention to the structured world of the outward-facing senses and instead go with the unstructured flow of the empty breath. But this fear is unfounded because, without the constant control that is needed to keep the world of the outward-facing senses organised in the way you expect it should be, you have a laid-back life there when guided by the empty breath.

To keep up the appearance of being someone specific you must always be vigilant towards what others think. Yet you do not know, what they think. It is something you think, they think. In other words, it is nobody else than yourself, that you are up against.

It will guide you back and forth between the outward and inward-facing senses so that the relaxation you get from the world of the inward-facing senses, which contrary to the outward-facing senses is not based on control, will be the basis of how the world of the outer senses is experienced.

The empty breath can be felt within the non-definitive borders of a ball like a thing with the lower part passing through the abdomen or the stomach and the upper part of the head or above it. The swing of the empty breath, which perhaps is the most common aspect of it, is shaped like a curved yin yang line – but less curved and not with a definitive form – within this borderless ball. It is felt inside the body swinging from the back to the front of it or up and down, but it can also be felt swinging from side to side and everywhere in between these directions.

Sensing all directions simultaneously is like feeling no swing at all – as if the world stands still. It is mainly the swing from the back to the front of the body that is felt, maybe combined with the up/downswing. The swing can be felt in the abdomen, stomach or chest or all those places at once.

Gabby

The empty breath can be felt in many ways, among others, like id you are riding on two big yin-yangs like waves but without the holes in alignment with the rhythm of the breath. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the empty breath is powered by high-speed and chaotic energy that is sensed both inside and outside the body within the non-definitive borders of the ball that make up the empty breath, as if it is going here, there and everywhere without going anywhere. It feels like you are a transparent fountain of joy. And going around the non-definitive border of the ball feels like surfing two waves formed like the two parts of a yin-yang sign (with no dots in it). In general, you just feel one of the aspects of the empty breath at a time. But you may also feel aspects not described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

This article, however, is not especially about the empty breath, so if you want a more detailed explanation of how it feels read the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like or read Take-offs into the empty breath for connecting with it or The nature of ´the empty breath´ to learn about its purpose. But now, onto the subject of this article, namely the inward-facing senses.

Fearing the empty breath is not unfounded, if you want to remain as someone special in a world defined by time and space, because the empty breath guides you into the world of the inward-facing senses, where you are nobody.

So if you fear the empty breath, you know it is because you believe to be someone definitive, and as this belief is undone by the empty breath, there is nothing to fear if you connect with it.

The empty breath is not a step to something better because it is a state of not knowing, and so is the other duality hack in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. For this reason, there is no way to know if they differ from each other or in any way overlap each other. And so what. There is nobody to care about that in a state of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the inward-facing senses
In the case of Alexius, the main period for mostly experiencing the world of the inward-facing senses and having glimpses of enlightenment is just before going to sleep, at which time he gives the world of the outward-facing senses minimum attention so he can travel in the world of the inner ones.

This often starts as a perfect moment induced by his inclusiveness. from there he is taken into a state of not-knowing where he has glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. He does not know if a perfect moment and a state of not-knowing differ from each other or if they are intertwined. And neither does he know how long time they lasts.

Yet he knows it comes and goes and that a state of not-knowing probably lasts less than 20 minutes since a brain will fall into a coma if it is not kept active with thoughts about how to develop what you appear to be so you seem to become and have more (see the article Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one).

If a state of not-knowing differs from being induced by a take-off into the empty breath, glimpses of enlightenment, inclusiveness, pretending to be someone definitive, seeing symbols of life in the world or being alone together, which are the main duality hacks (see the table of contents) is not to say, since it is a state of not-knowing.

When he wakes up in the morning, he also knows that the cure for believing to be someone definitive is to be in a state of not-knowing. Whether it is triggered by the empty breath or another duality hack does not matter. What matters is that the pure bliss of a state of not-knowing is achieved totally effortlessly without the help of thoughts and feelings, so when the state is over, and he again seems to have thoughts and feelings, he knows he does not need them.

The wording in this image seems to suggest what new age people like to believe, namely that even though almost all thoughts are illusionary, at least some of them are real, so if you look hard enough, you will find the truth. But as there is nobody to look for anything other than the ´self´, any kind of searching or self-restraint seems to prove you are a self, and thus an illusion since there is no self. In other words, all thoughts are illusionary, and the way to expose them is to not participate in the race for more – regardless it appears to be so-called spiritual or materialistic – because believing to be a ´self´ is all about being and having more than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But when he forgets that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, thoughts and feelings seem important because if interpreted to be caused by a world where there seems to be more than one, they can prove he is someone in it.* However, in the below description of a blissful night, where most of his awareness is on the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, he is reminded there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

When it is the empty breath that takes care of the switch between the inner and outward-facing senses, you do not where the border between them is – or if there is one.

A night with blissful on and off moments of not-knowing
Laying in the bed with a sleeping mask** on and earphones with triple flange sleeves* plugged into his ears, the transparent sound of the empty breath*** seems to transport him into worlds of light, where lucid flowers or whole universes unfold at an extreme speed or in slow-mo until thoughts or feelings are trying to surface and sleep sets in. Going into a deep sleep, the visions of light continue, and when he wakes up early in the morning, they turn into ethereal harmonies.

It does not seem exciting to me anymore to travel in worlds of light. I am rather naturally attracted to leaving everything behind and as nothing sucked though a black hole into that which is one. It seems though, that I am to return in order to complete my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems like ages ago when Alexius enjoyed travelling in worlds of lucid light. Nowadays, he prefers to not see anything and as nothing float through a black hole**** into the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Actually, this is a typical description from many years ago, where the glimpses of enlightenment were exciting journeys in the enchanted worlds of light. Nowadays, he does not care much for such visions, which mostly are exciting because they to some extent are recognisable. Instead, he is drawn to visions of abstract nothingness. That is until they swirl together around a so-called black hole****, which is neither exciting nor relaxing. It just is.

The vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises,***** is another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that can be experienced through the inward-facing senses. In the case of Alexius, it pops up every now and then during the day as a natural extension of the empty. The taste of the enlightenment of that which is one also pops up – for example when he is writing about it.

Enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, but the vague memories of it is filtered by the personality, and as it is not able to embrace one perpetual present, it is described as a personal experience in time and space. Glimpses of enlightenment is solely a personal experience.

Eyes cannot see – they translate, or it is rather the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info it receives through the eyes according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its image of the world, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is in the world. If you acknowledge this you do not need to read my non teachings, because this acknowledgement bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If it receives information that does not fit into its conditioning, it twists it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is happening in the world. Acknowledging this is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. You do not know what is written in this article because what you think you read is coloured by your interpretation
Be aware that the above is how Alexius experiences the world of the inward-facing senses when the world of the outward-facing senses gets less attention or absolutely none. But just like you and he probably experience things in the world of the outward-facing senses differently, the same may apply to the glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inward-facing senses – and regarding the enlightenment of that which is one the vague memories of not being someone at all are most likely selective.

In other words, the descriptions you get in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are not meant to be absolute. Besides, you have actually not read the descriptions, but your interpretations of them.*****

The night can be full of restless dreams, that seem very real, until you quietly wake up to the sound of ethereal music, that cancels out the confusion of the night, so that you full of clarity get out bed.

Neither is his experience the same every night. Some nights thoughts or emotions seem to take over and take him into the world of the outward-facing senses. No worries, if that happens to you too. It is a great way to see that thoughts and emotions have no power and that power is not necessary when there is no need to be someone at all.

The key to opening up to the world of the inward-facing senses is purpose, namely the purpose of not using the outward-facing senses to experience a tangible world outside of you.

If the the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the ligt from the world of the outer senses, you will be in the light of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the light from the world of the outward-facing senses, there will be lucid light coming from the world of the inward-facing senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Anything perceived as definable blocks out the full tour of the inward-facing senses
You cannot do something to be in the world of the inward-facing senses, because the intention of doing something to be or have something only works in the world of the outward-facing senses, as that is experienced to be tangible. But for the very same reason, you can do something to not experience the world of the outward-facing senses – for example, putting on a sleeping mask.

Best to forget all the descriptions from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about the glimpses of enlightenment, as you may interpret them to be something specific, and that cannot be replicated in the world of the inward-facing senses.

Suppose you remember the last time you travelled in incredible worlds of lucid light, and you want more excitement like that. In that case, you will not get it, as defining glimpses of enlightenment in this way turn them into an experience of the outward-facing senses because only there does it seem possible to experience something specifically more than once. In other words, if trying to interpret the glimpses of the enlightenment in the way you do in the world of the outward-facing senses, there are no more glimpses to experience.

When you completely turn off the outward-facing senses – or rather are willing to do so – you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. No image can be shown of that because it cannot be experienced since the experience of something requires more than one. Glimpses of enlightenment, however, can be experienced. One of the last glimpses you may have before there is no more consciousness, as it requires more than one to be conscious of something, could be something like this image looking like a horse head, which is what a so-called black hole**** sometimes look like just before there is nothing but light. There is not someone to know if the light is exploding out of the hole or into it. Neither does anybody know that there is nothing else than light with no colour or substance until there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To turn off the outward-facing senses partially or fully
The easiest way to switch between the outward and inward-facing senses is, of course, to let the empty breath take care of it – see The nature of ´the empty breath´ – but until you are willing to choose not to choose yourself but to be guided by the empty breath the below suggestion can be of help.

You turn off the outward-facing senses by not selecting specific thoughts and feelings to be excluded, but instead include them so that there are no contrasts left – for example, good and bad – and consequently, nothing to define you as someone definitive. If the inclusion is not complete but partial, you have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, and if it is completed, there is not someone to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Do not pay too much attention to the world of the outward-facing senses, when in the world of the inward-facing senses, but let it be there somewhere in the background. When moving in the world of the outward-facing senses, it is often best hardly to pay attention to the inner world except as a blissful memory, that helps you to focus on what you seem to be doing in the world of the outward-facing senses without being deceived by it.

There are no rules though, so there can be times where the two worlds seem to mix in a beneficial way, but why not fully enjoy the taste of wine on the premises of the world of the outward-facing senses, and totally space out when you fly through amazing worlds of abstract light in the world of the inward-facing senses.

In other words, when you are solely in the world of the inward-facing senses, the belief in being someone in a specific body defined by time and space is undone by the enlightenment of that which is one. And so, you do not appear to be in a world defined by time and space anymore. Neither do you seem to be somewhere else because the belief in being someone is undone. Thus it is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no consciousness of a body or that you ever seemed to be or have one because it takes more than one to be conscious about something. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

*) There is no need for thoughts and feelings when there is no need to be established as someone definitive. See the article Nobody can leave a world where there seems to be more than one.

**) If the Silk Eye Mask For Sleeping and Shure SE215 Earphone with Triple Flange Sleeves that Alexius uses when going to sleep are the best ones for turning off the outward-facing senses and go into the world of the inner ones, he does not know, but they seem to work for him. The earphone, by the way, is probably one of the best in its price range for listening to music from the world of the outward-facing senses. Concerning turning off the hearing sense of the outer world, though, it does not matter what earphones you use, as long as they are used with Triple Flange Sleeves, because they are what so effectively cancels out the sound from what is judged to be outside of you.

All Alexius´ Duality Hacks lead to the inward-facing senses. Here you can read especially about that

What sort of external music resembles the internal one

R-699747-1323974749.jpeg

If you are used to the ethereal music, the inward-facing senses reveal when the outer ones are partly turned off, memories of these harmonies can be triggered when listening to external music from artists like Charalambides. This image that is grabbed from the web is a cover from their album ´A Vintage Burden´.

Mozart might have gotten the inspiration for his compositions from hearing ethereal music inside of him. This is not to say that his music sounds exactly like that. Instead, it is to say that the flow of his music resembles the effortless elegance and beauty of ethereal harmonies originating from the inside when the outward-facing senses are more or less locked down. That is except when Mozart wants does not want to impress the audience by adding more action to the compositions than the natural flow of it calls for because ethereal harmonies never built up to a peak.

Church bells and similar sounds that do not add up to something specific, resemble inner ethereal music. Not the monotonic pattern of repetition though like in for example church bells because ethereal music is the music of chaotic harmonies.

Contemporary electronic music that consists of glitches and other sonic artefacts spaced out or slowed played steel guitar, analogue or synth sounds mixed with for example piano loops, chimes and bells into ambient textures in very long tracks, that seem to be without beginning or end, have much resemblance to the ethereal music revealed by the inward-facing senses in the organic way it appears to move on without going nowhere. Electronic music though has a lot harder edge to it and a less transparent sound than inner music, which has a crystal clear but distant sound to it with no sonic artefacts needed to produce the ethereal harmonies.

The kind of new-age music, that are dreamy symphonies of otherworldly states – Karunesh and Marsen Jules, for example – does not resemble ethereal music, but the new-age fantasy of us all wakening up in a merry-go-round world, where everything is always good. That, of course, is an illusion because for something to be good it must be contrasted with something bad. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

Ethereal music is not a dream about something better, neither is it symphonic or anything that suggests else a sequence of something happening in time, whether that is to wake up or whatnot. And it is definitely not otherworldly, as it is echoes of that which is one and there is no other world than that since it is formless and therefore endless.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, however, the random sounds making up ethereal music most likely is remembered as if they fit together like in a symphony because there is a sense of bliss or stillness from these random harmonies united in one perpetual present.

Appearing in the world with eyes and ears wide open, it is evident that all experiences are deceptions, so Alexius see no sense in meditating or do anything else to experience higher states of mind. If he wants to relax from appearing in the world of the outward-facing senses, he shuts them down by not following the urge to get excited from specific experiences. In other words, when not trying to escape boredom by finding something to get excited about, the world of the inward-facing senses opens up.

When Alexius appears to be in the world of the outward-facing senses, he deals with it by letting the outer senses do the navigation, because the inner ones are hopeless in regard to that. But they are great when it comes to how to perceive it. He sees no sense in listening to external music resembling internal music when he can get the real thing. Actually, while dealing with the world of the outer senses, he prefers listening to music produced for that, for example Editors and Philip Glass. And he loves boleros from the 50s, especially Lucho Gatica.

A list of articles mentioning the inner ethereal music:
This article is a continuation previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment in regards to ethereal music, which also is mentioned in the next article The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses plus in the below ones:

A list of modern music that resembles the inner ethereal music:
Below is a list of electronic artists producing soundscapes, that in each their own way resemble the inner music. There are probably many other artists, but these are the ones popping up while Alexius writes this article. Please be aware that although the inner music is impersonal, trying to point out specific music that has a similar vibe is personal. If you click on the below links, you can hear some of Alexius´ suggestions on Boomkat.

On Boomkat, you can also listen to two of Alexius favourite musicians, namely Lubomyr Melnyk and James Blackshaw, who are influenced by minimalist composers and European classical music, incorporating overtones, drones and repeating patterns. Drones, although, only in the case of James Blackshaw.

The album they have made together, The Watchers, almost brings you in a state of not-knowing. Not completely, however, as you are dependent on the atmosphere that the music creates and in a state of not-knowing, you are not dependent on anything. Click here to enjoy the last track from the album.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it

You know this pic is not how the physically world really look. It is rather a fantasy, thar is only possible due to physical life, that it therefore is a symbol of. Likewise the physical world is a symbol of life even though the physical world has nothing to do with life.

No matter how many beautiful glimpses you get of this mountain, it has nothing to do with its reality. You will have to go there to see what it really looks like. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

We let ourselves be deceived by the outward-facing senses into believing that a world in which everything seems to be separated by time and space is real. Still, when these senses are turned inwards, there is no time and space, and therefore nothing to uphold the belief in separation, neither in the appearance of you as someone definitive.

Without the belief in separation, there is not something to hide, that the abstractness of the inward-facing senses flows straight into an explosion coming out of a black hole or maybe into it. There is no way to know which way it is because this is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it takes more than one to know anything. Also, an explosion may not be the best word to use because it is nothing but empty space carrying the nothingness of you into the formlessness of that which is one. End of story or what?

The formlessness of that which is one is endless
This is not the end of the story because what is formless is endless – not in the sense that it lasts forever. On the contrary, it lasts no time but one perpetual present. However, this never-ending story cannot be written in a world defined by time and space because everything has an end in such a world. In terms of the ending, though, returning to the formlessness of that which is one is the termination of time and space – at least that is how it seems within the context of linear time.

Researches from University of California Santa Barbara have proved that human cells and neutron stars have something in common. Both are namely built of layers – looking like a parking garage with many floors that are connected via steps.

But as there is nothing else than one perpetual present, the only thing that ends is the imagination of a world defined by time and space. Yet reading this article, you still believe in this imagination of a tangible world constructed of layer upon layer of thoughts, added in such a way that it seems there are different levels in this capsule of time and space. Within this context, it also appears as if there are levels of turning the outward-facing senses inwards and that the more the inward-facing senses take over, the more you occur to have glimpses of enlightenment.

It is a relief, when glimpses of enlightenment slowly but surely undoes the belief in being someone definitive – but very unsettling if you want to hang onto this belief.

These glimpses, however, are not the enlightenment of that which is one because there are no levels in that which is one. Nevertheless, they slowly but surely undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, whereas it is timeless – it takes no time to have this belief undone.

Here is another glimpse of the mountain from the first photo. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

However, the timelessness of that which is one cannot be brought into a world defined by time and space, so you will not be able to know what it is if you experience reappear in such a world after having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet you will have vague memories of it, and that is enough to constantly be reminded, there is no more than that which is one, and consequently all experiences – whether they seem to be so-called spiritual or mundane – are illusions, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one are experienced with the inward-facing senses, while being aware of the world of the outer sense as well – although it seems quite distant.

But to bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome the outward-facing senses must be completely closed. In other words, there are no awareness of the world of the outward-facing senses and after entering the enlightenment of that which is one there is neither no awareness of the inward-facing senses. Actually, there is no awareness at all, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

To sum it up: When partially turning off the outward-facing senses, the inward-facing senses is only partly triggered, so you just have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is an experience you have while still aware of appearing to be someone in the world of the outward-facing senses.

These glimpses can be compared to watching a movie trailer and not the whole movie – but then again, it is not really so, because both the trailer and the film is something you experience, and the enlightenment of that which is one, that is bid welcome by completely turning off the inward-facing senses, cannot be experienced.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a personal experience, but glimpses of it are
The technique for tasting the nectar of life (see the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) I like to do during the day – not so much for the taste of it, but for the sphere of indifference, that it just like the empty breath* induces.

This is the look of the mountain in the two first photos when you are almost on top of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Being indifferent, I am not distracted from going with the flow of the ongoing glimpses of the enlightenment, whenever I am not dealing with something that craves much attention in the world of the outward-facing senses – and if I am involved in something that demands much attention, the indifference towards it makes sure that the perception of it is founded on glimpses of the enlightenment. In other words, the world is experienced, but not as if I am there. It is more like sitting in a cinema and imagining being in the world on the screen.

Depending on the strength of the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, it is like momentarily dying from the world of the outward-facing senses, so if you appear to be occupied by something there, it can be very disturbing.

Glimpses of ethereal harmonies come and go as they please. In the case of Alexius, he enjoys waking up in the morning accompanied by the distant sound of ethereal harmonies, but when he at night closes his eyes to fall asleep, the ongoing spirals of light, which are brighter than the light from his lamps and keeps coming, distracts him from falling asleep.

During the day, there are also glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mainly in the form of short splashes of lucid light and hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

Besides, there are vague memories of passing both the outer and inward-facing senses into the enlightenment of that which is one, where all thoughts and feelings collected to justify the belief in a world defined by time and space is extracted so that there is no belief to hide that which has no beginning or end and therefore is everything, namely the formlessness of oneness.

This image of the same mountain, as in the other pictures in this article, again shows that you can have many different glimpses of it and that they are all coloured by the one having the glimpses. The Enlightenment of that which is one is not coloured by the one experiencing it is impossible to do that since it would require more than one. In other words, there is nothing personal about the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, describing it via vague memories, it is like everything else, where more than one seems to be involved, coloured by the personality of the describer as well by the one interpreting the description. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Trying to make something last only appears to be meaningful in a world where everything has an end
Glimpses of enlightenment, which most confuses with the enlightenment of that which is one, may leave you with the impression that it is possible to fuse heaven and earth by prolonging the glimpses via meditation or other kinds of techniques that seem to make you able to transform energies in such a way that heaven and earth merge.

The idea of heaven and hell is an idea based on duality, which is founded on contrasts like that. And as you cannot have one without the other, you can never have only heaven in a world of duality. Neither in non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in heaven.

This idea of a better world is founded on the belief that you are in control and, therefore, can create a world as you see fit. Neither dictators, rich people, political or so-called spiritual-minded persons have ever succeeded in creating a world in the way they think it should be. But they assume it is something in themselves or others that need to be adjusted for it to happen. But no matter how much you correct, all you get are more frustrations because there is nothing to correct but the belief that you are definitive.

Whether you experience, that you are free in the now, spiritual or whatnot, it is echoes of past conditioning, that you hold onto with the sole purpose of being someone special in a world defined by time and space.

Instead of having this belief undone, most, who have had one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, start teaching how to make the world better – as if there is a world to make better. They put together a new philosophy based on their interpretation of one or more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mixed up with speculative ideas about spirituality and maybe ancient traditions of meditation and whatnot. They may, for example, encourage not being conditioned so that you can be free in the now. But the experience of that or anything else is based on the conditioned belief that you are someone defined by time and space.

You freely choose to give Facebook all your info in exchange for being able to construct a personality in its virtual world, as if this construction constitutes a real person.

Time and space is not a fact, but a belief system, that you blindly follow. You choose to be conditioned by it so that it seems to be a fact, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space instead of the formlessness of that which is one.
