Going back to that which is you can be compared to a trip to the top of a mountain, where Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is like an aerial cableway helping you to get to the top. The aerial cableway, however, is not able to take you all the way, so at a certain point you must leave it behind and continue on your own.

The  final stretch to that which is one may seem cold and lonely. Any kind of luggage, whether it appears to be so-called spiritual, emotional or mental, must be left behind, so there is not something to support you, as that requires more than one.

What you do not leave by yourself will appear to be taken from you, until the ego, that in this context is the name for anything that seems separated, is crucified, so there does not appear to be something hiding there never was or will be nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

The way to leave everything behind is not to exclude specific thoughts and feelings but include them as they are. Exclusion of thoughts and feelings is the way to become something, whereas inclusion is to not become anything at all, because without anything excluded there is nothing to define you – and only as nothing can you bid welcome the formlessness of that which is you.

Besides, when everything is included you cannot feel alone. Neither do you need any help, as you have everything.

In other words, when Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have served their purpose, you leave them behind so you can continue on your own. To hold onto them or anything else is like trying to put the aerial cableway in your rucksack when you continue on your own.

In the reality of that which is one, it is not possible to fabricate anything, as that requires more than one. In other words, consistency is a fabrication.

In the above metaphor not all the qualities of an aerial cableway can literally be transferred to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. An aerial cableway needs to function in a consistent way and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings has no such need. There is no consistent way to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, as consistency is a fabrication based on excluding the formlessness of that which is one. Also, the whole way and the last stop of an aerial cableway is mapped out, but Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings has no specific way scheduled for you to follow. You just go the flow.

Whenever you seem to see more than one or see anything at all, you are hallucinating, because it takes more than one to see something and you are that which is one.

Alexius is not supposed to be followed. He is just a messenger, whose function is to render himself superfluous, so that you can go with the flow of the message until you see, it is your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, that hides the formless oneness of that which is you. Undoing this belief, you are on your own, as you always have been and always will be, because there is no more than that which is one.

If you after reading this hack and the previous hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss feel connected with the indifference of the empty breath and have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, you may have arrived at the last stop of Alexius´ aerial cableway. EPILOGUE:
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings
presents no facts or ideas that will add up to a higher meaning or purpose of your appearance as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither do they present any hope for such a person or the world to get better.

They point to that which is one – and as it takes more than one to hope for something, have a purpose, be meaningful or better, they are not about that, but undoing the belief in anything that requires more than one.

As it also takes more than one to point to something, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not to be considered the truth, but an illusion just like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you think this hack have made you wiser about what the enlightenment of that which is one is and how to get it, you have used the hack to enhance the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

Yet their use of this illusion is not to make you appear more special, but to undo the belief that you are someone at all so that there is no belief to hide that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and, as formlessness is endless, therefore everything.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it

You know this pic is not how the physically world really look. It is rather a fantasy, thar is only possible due to physical life, that it therefore is a symbol of. Likewise the physical world is a symbol of life even though the physical world has nothing to do with life.

We let ourselves be deceived by the outer senses into believing, that a world where everything seems to be separated by time and space is real, but when these senses are turned inwards there is no time and space, and therefore nothing to uphold the belief in separation, neither in the appearance of you as someone definitive.

Without the belief in separation, there is not something to hide, that the abstractness of the inner senses flows straight into an explosion coming out of a black hole or maybe into it. There is no way to know which way it is because this is the enlightenment of that which is one and it takes more than one to know anything. Also, explosion may not be the best word to use, because it is nothing but empty space that is carrying the nothingness of you into to the formlessness of that which is one. End of story or what?

The formlessness of that which is one is endless
This is not the end of the story, because what is formless is endless – not in the sense though that it last forever. It lasts no time but one perpetual present. This a never-ending story, however, cannot be written in a world defined by time and space, because there everything has an end. In terms of the end though returning to the formlessness of that which is one is the end of time and space – at least that is how it seems within the context of linear time.

Researches from University of California Santa Barbara have proved that human cells and neutron stars have something in common. Both are namely built of layers – looking like a parking garage with many floors that are connected via steps.

But as there is nothing else than one perpetual present, the only thing that ends is the imagination of a world defined by time and space. Yet reading this article you still believe in this imagination of a tangible world constructed of layer upon layer of thoughts, added in such a way that it seems there are different levels in this capsule of time and space. Within this context it also seems as if there are levels of turning the outer senses inwards, and that the more the inner senses take over the more you occur to have glimpses of enlightenment.

It is a relief, when glimpses of enlightenment slowly but surely undoes the belief in being someone definitive – but very unsettling if you want to hang onto this belief.

These glimpses, however, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, because there are no levels in that which is one. Nevertheless, they slowly but surely undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, whereas it is timeless – it takes no time to have this belief undone.

The timelessness of that which is one, however, cannot be brought into a world defined by time and space so you will not be able to know what it is if you experience to reappear in such a world after having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet you will have vague memories of it, and that is enough to constantly be reminded, there is no more than that which is one, and consequently all experiences – whether they seem to be so-called spiritual or mundane – are illusions, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one are experienced with the inner senses, while being aware of the world of the outer sense as well – although it seems quite distant.

But to bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome the outer senses must be completely closed. In other words, there are no awareness of the world of the outer senses and after entering the enlightenment of that which is one there is neither no awareness of the inner senses. Actually, there is no awareness at all, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

To sum it up: When partially turning off the outer senses, the inner senses is only partly triggered, so you just have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is an experience you have while still aware of appearing to be someone in the world of the outer senses.

These glimpses can be compared to watching a movie trailer and not the whole movie – but then again it is not really so, because both the trailer and the movie is something you experience, and the enlightenment of that which is one, that is bid welcome by completely turning off the inner senses, cannot be experienced.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a personal experience, but glimpses of it are
The technique for tasting the nectar of life (see the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) I like to do during the day – not so much for the taste of it, but for the sphere of indifference, that it just like the empty breath* induces.

Being indifferent I am not distracted from going with the flow of the ongoing glimpses of the enlightenment, whenever I am not dealing with something that craves much attention in the world of the outer senses – and if I am involved in something that demands much attention, the indifference towards it makes sure that the perception of it is founded on glimpses of the enlightenment. In other words, the world is experienced, but not as if I am there. It is more like sitting in a cinema and imagining to be in the world on the screen.

Depending on the strength of the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, it is like momentarily dying from the world of the outer senses, so if you appear to be occupied by something there, it can be very disturbing.

Glimpses of ethereal harmonies come and go as they please. In the case of Alexius he enjoys to wake up in the morning accompanied by the distant sound of ethereal harmonies, but when he at night closes his eyes to fall asleep, the ongoing spirals of light, which are brighter than the light from his lamps and keeps coming, distracts him from falling asleep. 

During the day there are also glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mostly in the form of short splashes of lucid light and hearing or feeling the vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

Besides there are vague memories of passing both the outer and inner senses into the enlightenment of that which is one, where all thoughts and feelings collected to justify the belief in a world defined by time and space is extracted, so that there is no belief to hide that which has no beginning or end and therefore is everything, namely the formlessness of oneness.

This image of the same mountain, as in the other images in this article, again shows that you can have many different glimpses to have of it and that they are all coloured by the one having the glimpses. The Enlightenment of that which is one is not coloured by the one having it, because there is not somebody having it. It is not possible to experience it, as that would require more than one. In other words, there is nothing personal about the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, describing it via vague memories it is like everything else, where more than one seems to be involved, coloured by the personality of the describer as well by the one interpreting the description. Trying to make something last only appears to be meaningful in a world, where everything has an end
Glimpses of enlightenment, which most confuses with the enlightenment of that which is one, may leave you with the impression, that it is possible to fuse heaven and earth by prolonging the glimpses via meditation or other kinds of techniques, that seems to make you able to transform energies in such a way that heaven and earth merge.

The idea of heaven and hell is an idea based on duality, which is founded on contrasts like that. And as you cannot have one without the other, you can never have only heaven in a world of duality. Neither in non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in heaven.

This idea of a better world is founded on the belief, that you are someone special, who is in control and able to create a world like you see fit. Though neither dictators, rich people, political or so-called spiritual minded persons have ever succeeded in creating a world. the way they think it should be, many assume it is something in themselves or others that need to be corrected for it to happen. But no matter how much you correct, all that you get are more frustrations, because there is nothing to correct but the belief that you are someone definitive.

Whether you experience, that you are free in the now, spiritual or whatnot, it is echoes of past conditioning, that you hold onto with the sole purpose of being someone special in a world defined by time and space.

Instead of having this belief undone most, who have had one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, start teaching how to make the world better – as if there is a world to make better. They put together a new philosophy based on their interpretation of one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, mixed up with speculative ideas about spirituality and maybe ancient traditions of meditation and whatnot. They may, for example, encourage not being conditioned, so that you can be free in the now. But the experience of that or anything else is based on the conditioned belief, that you are someone defined by time and space.

You freely choose to give Facebook all your info in exchange for being able to construct a personality in its virtual world, as if this construction constitutes a real person.

Time and space is not a fact, but a belief system, that you blindly follow. You choose to be conditioned by it, so that it seems to be a fact, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space instead of the formlessness of that which is one.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again it is not exactly like this, because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced at all since it takes more than one to experience something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. The moment those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One of the ways to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by the extremely bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more, because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
Most, however, work against the flow enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seem to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something that is similar to past experiences, so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone, because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are so that there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully transport through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

What you believe to be is therefore not enlightened, so if returning as someone definitive to a world where there seems to be more than one, you are just the same – except that vague memories of that which is one turn being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one into something you pretend to be, because you know there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing on seeing something recognisable, so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional – otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outer senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light, if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help yourself but to have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it after a while changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetically created disease will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body, if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, where you are the perceived master of it).

When, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inner senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inner senses, bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead so it can be rebooted and again produce these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time may be a few minutes, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in  a tangible world, so there is nothing to hide the formlessness of oneness and that it is no different from that which always has been and always will be you. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this, since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad ones to be excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness, but as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inner senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outer senses. In the below box there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is to not remember what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them. See also Love makes no difference at all.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific, and there is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one, that extracts all the info you have collected in order to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what appears to be a black hole, so that there is nothing falling through it and gracefully floating into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening, because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regards to the present moment in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is of course best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

Should you, however, become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses may be the approach for you, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is beneficial in regards to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outer senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inner senses, so that everything feels just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as a spiritual helper, but as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhances the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides, there is no paradise without hell, since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, which has been in fashion for the gurus since the 70s, use the vitalization you have gotten from them to not hide but expose the frustration the endless speculation that the belief in being someone definitive entails, so that the energy of chaos can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extremely high frequency, the restless speculations in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out, and so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment is a state of not-knowing
Having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is a perfect moment in the sense that nothing feels wrong. As there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the concept of now, which is just a split second in between the past and the future. In other words, the concept of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes that and everything else.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else while having glimpses of enlightenment. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of the world are not perceived to make a difference. Not so much because there is no judgment, but because there is nobody to judge anything since you are in a state of not-knowing.

That is why, it is not before this state is over, that you know when differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are not experienced to be separated, and so there is nobody to judge something as right or wrong.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from one state of not-knowing to another.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you momentarily do not believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing. This state of bliss**, however, I can be induced by anyone of the duality hacks, except for the enlightenment of that which is one, since that is not a state. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This state of not-knowing is not only induced by glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but by the application of any other duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state since it takes more than one to be in a state.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when not in a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

But as nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, nor does a state of not-knowing. Primarily because after 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, where the brain has not been kept active by judging differences to make a difference, it falls into a coma.***

So if you want to remain as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must leave the bliss of a perfect moment. But you must also leave it if you do not want to return as someone definitive but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because there is no room for bliss or anything else in that which is one.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you, regardless it is interpreted as spiritual, mundane or whatnot. Since the apparent differences in what is normally perceived to be a world outside of you is not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what normally is believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what seems to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy a dreamer is not in its dream although the dream is in the dreamer.****

This you cannot know before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.**

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. Actually, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you probably read in the previous part, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state, if you do not want to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together**** this is not a dilemma, because from this follows you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like a dreamer within the context of such a world you are in your own bed, which in this context is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

PART 1:
The outer senses is not a contrast to the inner senses in the way black is to white, for example. It is not that the outer senses are on the outside and the inner senses on the inside. Their names rather mean that the outer senses are geared to experience a world, that is perceived to be outside of you, whereas the inner senses help you to experience a world that does not seems to be separated from you.

The inner senses is used to see a world, that does not appear to be outside of you. But it does not mean it is inside of you. There is neither anything inside or outside, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

But scientifically speaking the world consists of empty space, so whatever tangible appearances you seem to experience is make-believe, regardless of where they appear to be. It is also make-believe, that there is someone who experience is experiencing this. See Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

To undo the belief in being someone in a tangible world, it may be beneficial to not only use the outer senses but also the inner ones, as what is experienced with them does not seem tangible so you may start questioning the existence of a tangible world and you like someone there.

Often those having visions via the inner senses conclude, that the world experienced with the outer ones is an illusion, and they are right – but they are not right when they go on concluding the world experienced with the inner senses is real.

It requires more than one to experience something, and as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless, no experience is real. Nevertheless turning down the volume of the outer senses, that in the context of the physical world operate below the eyebrows, and turning up the volume of on the inner ones, which means to partially shift awareness to above the outer senses, makes it easier to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

There is nothing real to find in the world of the outer senses – neither in the world of the inner ones, but there it may be easier to uncover the illusion of the senses, so that there is nothing to hide that which cannot be sensed, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

The more you do not try to define anything, which is easier in the world of the inner senses, as there are not so many established concepts about what it is, the less there is someone definitive experiencing anything. And when there is no belief in being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

For some, it seems easier having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone in the abstract world of the inner senses. But the belief in separation can also be undone while experiencing the world of the outer senses,

PART 2:
Just like the outer senses can be used with the sole purpose of entertaining yourself and impressing others with how much you appear to be and have, the inner ones can be used for the same purpose. Actually, that is the most common purpose for those who like to label themselves as spiritual. They believe that having visions of an inner world makes them more spiritual and therefore different from others.

But as long as the apparent differences in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is perceived to make a difference, you are part of the very same belief in separation as those whom you think you differ from. That is, however, quickly solved in the world of the outer senses, because as we all share the same belief system of separation, we all in are the same boat. In other words, the apparent difference between us makes no difference, and so there is no foundation for the belief in separation.

As you can see, you do not need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to practically see that to believe in separation makes no sense. But without having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, it is may be difficult to take it to the next step, which is that without separation there is no foundation for the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, as such a world is a matter of belief – quantum physics states it only appears to be there when observed –you may as well believe someone, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, telling you that it is a hallucination – especially as this includes your appearance as someone definitive, because that means all problems are solved, as all your problems arise from the belief that you are someone at all.

If you as someone definitive is an auditory minded person, the entrance to that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness, is eternal harmonies. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
Let us imagine, that though you have never heard anything else than compressed music like for example MP3, you feel that something is missing. Yet you cannot know what it is, because you have never heard uncompressed music as it sounds on vinyl.

But also on vinyl, there seems to be something missing in comparison with live music – and that is nothing compared to the ethereal music you can hear in the world of the inner senses when the outer ones are partly turned off. The inner senses, however, you do not know, if you have always depended on the outer ones.

To depend only on the outer senses can be compared to playing a game like Monopoly but without the cards, so you do not know where to go. Neither do you know where to go in the world, when the inner senses are not used. Without them you cannot hear where you are – or rather, without them you cannot hear that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Even though Alexius is to be compared to one who is enlightened by that which is one, he has not experienced this enlightenment. It is not possible to experience that which is one because to experience something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to have vague memories of it as if Alexius is full of light.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything seems divided in at least two, for example, Alexius and the enlightenment of that which is one. In the reality of oneness though there is no difference because there is no more than that which is one.

The way Alexius is experiencing the world is an illusion, he is fabricating on the spot based on the idea, that it is possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, no illusion is imaginable without that which is real, so the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is a positive confirmation of that which is one.

This is not to imply Alexius is part of that which is one – there are no parts – but that there is no more than that which is one. So whatever appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet it is only possible to experience something, that is not real, because of that which is. In other words, though neither the experienced or the experiencer is real, that which makes it possible to believe so is.

You can say the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed when all the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle is put together in a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces symbolizes all thoughts and feelings you have excluded in order to fabricate a personality, which will dissolve when put together with its contrast. This comparison is not completely on the spot though, because actually you do not need to include all the missing pieces. All what is needed is that inclusion and not exclusion is your intention. What is needed to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to putting together a jigsaw puzzle. When some of the pieces fit together there are glimpses it, and when all pieces fit together the enlightenment of that which is bid welcome.

Both the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it requires that your intention is to not be exclusive but inclusive. Actually, it is not the jigsaw puzzle that needs to be complete for the enlightenment of that which is one to be revealed, but your intention to be inclusive.

If you want to hear the birds singing outside your window and you cannot hear them because of the music you are playing, it is not the birds you need to do something about but what is blocking out their songs, namely your own choice of listening to music. Likewise you do not need to do anything for the enlightenment of that which is one to occur, but to see that you block it out by believing to be someone definitive and as this belief is upheld by being exclusive, all you need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to being inclusive.

As exclusion is the very nature of the special self trying to get rid of it and become more authentic by excluding something enhances the special self. Nothing but inclusion can correct the mistake of perceiving oneself to be special. Without exclusion, the special self cannot survive, and without it, there is nothing special to hide how happy you are being basic and thus so close being nothing that the enlightenment of that which is one can be bid welcome. It takes a lot of effort to be exclusive, whereas to be inclusive requires no effort but not to make an effort to be exclusive. In other words, it is very easy to be inclusive. That is if you do not insist on being someone definitive, because if you do, you must constantly make sure to exclude something in order to appear as someone specific.

Being inclusive and not exclusive there is no more love or hate – or any other contrast, so there is nothing to fear or forgive.

It is only those excluding specific appearances from their experience of the world, who feels there is something to realise. If the intention is to include all appearances, there is nobody to realise anything, since you are defined by what you exclude.

Hence emptiness is all there is, and so every moment has new glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one until you forget to perceive the glimpses yo differ from each other and there is only one light, namely they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one.

What you appear to think and feel may seem to be caused by something outside of you, but that is a connection you are fabricating inside of you, so if you keep it there, the experience of an outside will dissolve. In other words, when everything is included there is nothing outside and as there is no inside without an outside there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

To appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one you are bound to have a personality.

No worries. The personality is not a hindrance for the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not see it. But if you believe, that it is you, it will prevent you from bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Only those, who are afraid of the emptiness that seems to arise without believing to be the personality, try to improve it via yoga and whatnot. However, all that you accomplish by changing and improving the personality is the enhancement of the belief that you are someone definitive because if you did not believe this, you would have no reason to make it better.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a run-up to the inner senses, where the extreme speediness does not seem terrifying, as it is nothing compared to that which is you. It is so fast that it is not possible to leave it. In other words, you are not returning to that which is you. You are rather leaving the belief that the dullness of the world experienced with the outer senses can hide the formlessness of that which is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is, if you use the speed as a take-off to the empty breath*, that will connect you with the high frequency of the inner senses, where the extreme speed seems like nothing, as the inner senses feels closer to the incredible speed of which is you, which is so fast that it is not possible to conceive. In other words, it is formless and therefore cannot be left, unless you imagine it to slow down so that there is something to be conceived as if it has a form amongst other forms in a world where there seems to be more than one. Even though this is just a fantasy, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, the belief that it is possible seems to hide the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one cannot reveal itself, if you want it to be an experience that change or expand your consciousness, as it takes more than one to be aware of anything. Yet glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced, because no glimpse is complete and neither is an experience.

But if enlightenment is what you think you need to become better or higher, you will assume glimpses of it can be used for something specific and so they will seem to disappear until you realise, that you do not need more than what you already have, namely the life of that which is one.

There is nothing you can do in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to come back to that which is one because you never left it. But you can do something to undo the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This belief is undone the moment you do not need to believe you have something in a world where there seems to be more than one, as without this belief there is nothing to prove you are someone there, and not being anybody there, you do not need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

To physically jump from one place to another you need to speed up. Likewise, you need to speed up thoughts – or rather you just do not try to slow them down – so that they move at a speed where it is hard to understand them. Consequently, there is no understanding to keep you from taking off to the empty breath.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of having fast-moving thoughts in the world of the outer senses is not comfortable for the body, but if the speed of thoughts is used as take-off to the empty breath*, it will synchronise the speed of the thoughts with the fast frequencies of the inner senses, which is the end of feeling restless and the start of feeling indifferent. That is if you do not fight the ways of the empty breath* or try to correct or transform your experience of being someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. In others words, to jump from the world of the outer senses to the empty breath*, which connects you with the inner senses, you do what you always need to do when jumping from one place to another, namely, speed up.

What is said in the above about speedy thoughts also applies to for example ongoing misery. When there is plenty of it, it can be used as a take-off to the empty breath*, provided you do not try to escape what you feel but are nothing but that. Plenty of happiness or any other feeling can be used in the same way.

Connecting with the empty breath is not like breaking on through to the other side, but like going in a driverless car on a highway to the formlessness of that which is one.

What is formless has no sides and therefore no end. Consequently, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to see more than one, you have chosen to be deceived by the senses.

The info or the thought construction of somebody tangible is stored at the edge of black hole. In reality it has never left is, because there is no black hole. There is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The info or the thought construction needed to make someone appear to be tangible in a world defined by time and space is picked up from the edge of a black hole. In reality, though it has never been applied. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one. Yet, if you if experience yourself to be someone definitive in a world supposedly created from a big bang coming out of a black hole, you imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. No worries, this mistake is easily undone, if you do not share this experience with somebody appearing to be outside or inside of you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the change from outer to inner senses is complete, the dullness of the world sensed by the outer senses is no more experienced. Consequently the slowness, that seems to make a world outside of you appear to be tangible, cannot hide there is nothing outside of you, neither inside. The thoughts that made up this illusion is rapidly taken away by the inner senses so that there is not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Such a complete change is not gradual but very abrupt, and as it is associated with death most avoid the enlightenment of that which is one.

Believing the world – including astral planes and whatnot – to be real can be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world that appears to be on the screen so that the reactions to your projections seems to come from the world instead of you. Hence it appears as if you experience a world outside of you.

Enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to a sudden crack in the roll of the film with the movie you are projecting yourself onto, so the world that you project yourself upon is replaced by a bright white light, where there is not something to project yourself upon.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings offers no hope, because hope operates in time, and time is an illusion.

In the context of this metaphor, what is real is not the bright white light, but the source that is projecting it, namely the movie projector, which is neither in the world of the screen or the bright white light, although it is the power making it possible for this to appear on the screen.

Because this metaphor is part of the movie called The World it is as unreal as everything else in the movie. And as there is nothing unreal, there is no movie and consequently nobody watching it. The movie metaphor is just a way to explain, what cannot be explained. If it could, the movie called The World world to be real, and there would be somebody watching it.

As life is that which is one, there is no life where there is more than one, so you are bound to feel that it is meaningless, when you try to fit into a world where there seems to be more than one – just like within the context of such a world it is meaningless trying to fit into the world of a game like Monopoly. It is not possible to be there, except in your imagination.

This the reason so many want to know how the world was created and the reason they are there because if this can be explained they can rest assured, they are someone definitive in a real world. In reality, though there is nothing to explain, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to explain anything.

Everything definable has an end, so if you believe to be someone definitive you are gonna end, but if that belief is undone, so that there is not something to hide the undeniable, namely the formlessness of that which is you, there is no end, because what is formless is sizeless and therefore endless. You cannot become anything else than that which you already is, as that is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is you.

Yet it is possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one and where everything is defined by time and space so that it appears as if there is more to become and have than the formlessness of that which is one. In this a construction of thoughts, however, it is not possible to fabricate an experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, because it is formless and only what appears to be dimensional can be used in a construction of thoughts.

The enlightenment of that which is one resets all construction of thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone making them – so that thoughts do not appear to have the power to hide, there is no more than that which is one. But this you do not even experience, because just like that the whole world including angels, astral planes and you as someone definitive is edited out. Hence there is nobody to experience anything – and that is why someone definitive cannot know what the enlightenment of that which is one is.

Awareness hides the formlessness of oneness.

In other words, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one excludes the enlightenment of that which is one, which on the other hand does not exclude anything, as it takes more than one to do so. For the same reason, a world where there seems to be more than one is not to be seen in the enlightenment of that which is one, neither is anything else.

Even though the enlightenment of that which is one undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, it is still possible to return to a world fabricated by such a belief – just like, in the context of such a world, you return to it after having had a nap. This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to falling asleep. It may ´happen´ in a deep sleep, as Buddha supposedly has said. For Alexius, however, the visual aspect of it occurred after a long night of intensive taxi driving, when he was very young.

Most likely he was too tired to remember what and where he was, so there was nobody to fight the destruction of the world and the appearance of him as someone definitive there, neither nobody to follow the flow into that which is one. See the article I am the destroyer of worlds.

To forget what and where you are is not about stopping thoughts, as that will enhance the belief in being someone definitive. It is rather about not believing thoughts to be yours because when there is nothing to define you as someone definitive there is nobody to follow the flow into the formlessness of that which is one.

This is how it got to be because you have never been someone definitive. That which is you is the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is nothing else.

The concept of sharing is very important for those believing to be someone definitive, as it requires more than one to share something and therefore confirms the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
The special self (read more about that here) is very pleased, that to send love and healing is so popular, because it thrives on separation, and by sending something to somebody else you enhance the belief, that you are a separated being in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, by using your energy to share something with somebody perceived to be different from you, you are enhancing the belief in separation.

Those sending love and whatnot, because they think they have something that somebody else do not have, consider themselves to be full of compassion. But all what they are full of is fear, and what they give is suffering, because they enhance separation, which is the cause of it.

But if you use the same energy as a means to take-off to the empty breath**, the need for sharing fades out, because the empty breath slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation. The more it is undone, the less you perceive the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one to make a difference. Until there does not appear to be a single difference to hide there is no more than the formlessness oneness

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.


What you appear to be is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, from where you believed it was possible to escape that which is one. To make it appear as you are right in believing, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you separate everything you imagine to see outside the black hole into degrees of good and bad so that it feels like you are in a world where there is more than one.

When feelings, that are judged to be bad, are excluded by projecting them onto others or obscure parts of your body, so that you appear to be a good person only, you have fabricated a world divided into opposites of good and bad, right and wrong and me and them. Consequently, there is always something, you need to fix in order not to feel bad, wrong or outside.

When everything is included there is no differences and consequently nothing to improve. Nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

But if you do not try to avoid the ups and downs of the world by excluding what makes you feel down but instead include down as well as up, then their contrast is cancelled out, and so the apparent difference between down and up makes no difference. In other words, nothing is wrong or missing. The moment is perfect – also if there still appears to be thoughts and feelings because they are experienced through the echo of that which is one, which is indifferent to the experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

The humming from the edge of the universe
Depending on your preference in the world the echo of that which is one is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time though, as they are aspects of that which is one. This article, however, is mainly about hearing or feeling it, which is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang.

As what is formless is endless, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, so to be conscious or anything else that requires more than one is an illusion.

When the outer senses are partially closed, the inner ones, that are not limited by time and space, can tune into this vibration from the edge of the universe symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang, so that you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel though is not that which is one but a glimpse of it because that which is one cannot be experienced.

That which is one is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one. In other words, they are make-belive because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

If the outer senses are completely closed, there is no world to experience, and so there is nothing to prevent the flow of the inner senses from erasing all thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone thinking them – so there is not something that appears to hide that which is one. This is, however, not the subject of this article, which is written within the apparent realm of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. There is nothing to separate good and bad or anything else, so everything – though apparent different – have the same value. Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing.

There is no way to escape the formlessness of that which is one because formlessness is endless. Consequently this image of a black hole, that may look like an embryo or a horse head, is not real.

In the beginning, every moment was the perfect
A perfect moment can be compared to the first moment of a world where there seems to be more than one. You have just escaped the formlessness of that which is one through a black hole, that you imagined seeing at what you judged to be the edge of oneness. Fragments of oneness – or rather selected memories – that you brought through the black hole, are chaotically floating around until you start organising them into a perfect pattern.

But there is not enough fragments – or memories – to make the pattern perfect. You freak out, and the anger makes the fragments explode into a big bang, that expands into the universe in which you spend all your time looking for the missing pieces. Truth is that which is one. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

If you are a factual minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts but that a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness has no end. In other words, that which is one is everything and therefore no outside or inside.

Consequently whatever is experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – also so-called facts, spirituality, the above mentioned perfect moment an explanation of the beginning of the world.

The perfect moment is a fairytale pointing to that which is one
That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible to pretend to be there. Just like – in the context of such a world – it is possible to pretend to be someone in a virtual world of a game.

As most have forgotten, that a world where there seems to be more than one is virtual, they believe that what they appear to be is real – and as they believe it all started with a big bang, the above explanation about the beginning of the world and a perfect moment is meant to be a fairytale, that hints to what hides that which is one, so you may be inspired to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone.

A perfect moment can be used as a way to survive the stress of a world where there seems to be more than one, and/or as a way to have the belief in such a world undone, so there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

So if this fairytale of a perfect moment seems helpful to you, follow it and go back to the very first moment of the world, where your partially opened inner senses will fill you with glimpses of enlightenment – or if completely opened leave your identity at the edge of a black hole, so that nobody gracefully floats through a black hole into that which is one.

But if this fairytale is not your cup of tea, by all means, go for another – for example, hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation – or go for something entirely different.

It is best though, while appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, to follow somebody else´s voice*, as what you consider to be your own is based on the sum of your memories, which means it is the ego talking from the past in an attempt to maintain the status quo by for example saying you should things in your own pace.

No way, however, is more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may seem as if there is a way that serves you better than another in regards to undoing the belief in being someone definitive. If Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings appear to be such a way, use them to set yourself free, but please do use them to prove that you are on the right way and others are on a wrong.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people in search of meaning.

Also, do not try to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not a new philosophy or religion. where you can find the meaning of life. On the contrary. They undo the belief, that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. What you believe to do not exist, because it takes more than one to believe something or to exist as someone – and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.


*) It is of course only in a world, where there seems to be more than one, that you can appear to follow somebody else’s voice. Ultimately speaking there is nothing but the oneness of that which is you.

The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

Enlightenment can be experienced in glimpses with the inner senses in form of light, a feeling or a taste and a sound. This is in my non teaching called mini enlightenment. It has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one though, as it takes more than one to experience something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced via the inner senses in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. These experiences can be compared to a movie trailer, which of course not is the movie. In other words, as it takes more than one to experience something, they have nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the requirement for bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to be nobody, there is not somebody to experience it.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
To be someone definitive is an experience, and as it takes more than one to experience something, it is not possible to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, while believing to be someone definitive.

But if you momentarily forget what and where you are, the enlightenment of that which is one does not appear to be hidden by someone specific. Hence a light brighter than anything else can extract all thoughts that have been stored to make you look as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole, so that no are memories of a world where there seems to be more than one to block the nothingness of you to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

During this free fall, there is still a connection to the construction of thoughts stored at the edge of the black. This construction, however, cannot be kept together for long without being witnessed by what seems to be a different construction. Therefore, if you want to reappear as someone definitive, it must be picked up again within a few minutes – measured in linear time – to be witnessed by somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This was the way my body looked eight years ago. The way it looks has changed. The glasses are also different, but the content is always the same. It is life and only life, that makes the body seems to appear, no matter what glasses it is wearing or how old, it seems to be.

To pick up the construction of thoughts, that constitutes your identity as someone definitive, you just need to focus on something, because doing so, there appears to be more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. There the construction of thoughts, that you believe defines you as someone tangible, is witnessed by similar but different looking appearances, so that it feels as if you autonomously beings in a real world.

However, returning to a world where there seems to be more than one, nobody can attest to you as someone enlightened of that which is one, because that requires more than one. For the same reason, you only have vague memories of leaving your personality behind and as nothing being sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, you as a person have not been enlightened. That is not possible. Yet, as a person, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a state, because being in a state requires more than one. A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is a state, and therefore not lasting, as everything definable has an end.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is an experience
When enlightenment is experienced, it is not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. This is to be compared to watching a movie trailer, which is just glimpses of the whole movie and in no way comparable to it.

Unfortunately it is very common to confuse glimpses of enlightenment for the enlightenment of that which is one, as the experience of the glimpses so easily can be used to hide what is judged as darkness in yourself, so you appear to be someone, who is full of light, even though that is not possible, as it takes more than one to be full of light and there is no more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of enlightenment do not erase thoughts. Yet you tend to ignore them, as you have no need to use them for fabricating an image of you as someone remarkable while having those glimpses. But afterwards, you may start thinking, that sharing your memories of them will make you appear to a new redeemer – especially if it seems as if you are helping others. Yet doing so, you will not see more glimpses of enlightenment until it makes no difference to you what you appear to be, and you, therefore, can be used by the glimpses, instead of you using them.

When the outer senses are partly deactivated, glimpses of enlightenment are experienced through the inner senses as visions of light, ethereal harmonies, a shivering feeling of total emptiness or a taste of sweetness. To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, the outer senses must be completely deactivated.

There is no face to be detached from or stop to desire in this image grabbed from the web, as there is no face in it, unless you have conditioned yourself to fabricate such an illusion.

Believing to be someone definitive or not
In the world of the inner senses the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it is available for you whether you know a lot about it or nothing at all – also regardless the state of your body or how and where it is positioned. It is merely a matter of focusing on being someone definitive or not. When there is no or little focus on appearing to be someone at all, there are no boundaries to block out the world of the inner senses.

So if you want to appear as someone significant – regardless if it is your pet, children, spouse, god and whatnot you try to impress with your appearance and whether that is to be someone comforting, loving, loyal, beautiful, healthy, rich, wise or spiritually transformed – Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not for you.

They are pointing towards that which is formless, but as there is nothing formless in a world defined by time and space, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings cannot be used to prove you are someone specific. On the contrary, the message of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is, you are not different from others, because every appearance is equally illusionary.

Going back to that which is one cannot be done, as it takes more than one to do something and there is no more than the formless of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. Yet it is possible to belief, that there is more than that which is one, and reading this you believe so. Therefore going back is all about the undoing of that belief.

Pointers must be left, if you want to get to the point
A traffic sign pointing towards for example Berlin Airport has nothing to do with Berlin or the airport, even though there may be an illustration of an aeroplane on the sign. Also, the sign cannot take you to Berlin Airport. All it can do is to show the way.

Likewise, the formlessness of oneness cannot be found in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, neither can they take you there. They just point towards it. To get there, you must leave them behind, to follow the way.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings points to the formlessness of oneness by illustrating, it is the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which hides there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one.

When you want something in a world defined by time and space, there are certain steps to follow. But there are no steps to follow in order to undo the belief in such a world. Believing there is, enhances the belief that such a world is real, and so it will continue to hide what is real, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Yet there is no specific sequence you must follow to undo this belief and bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. If there was, that would be the foundation for replacing an old belief with a new one. I did not know anything about the enlightenment of that which is one when I bid it welcome. I did not even know, that I was bidding it welcome.

The empty breath is your best friend. This may not always be your experience, though, because it is of no help in regards to what and where you appear to be. Yet it helps you to see everything through its eyes of indifference, so you feel good no matter what and where you seem to be. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath is a life jacket you got from that which is one when you left it to be and have more than that. This, of course, is a metaphor because you cannot leave oneness. There is nothing else than that since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible, imagining to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket, the empty breath, loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by what and where you believe to be. Actually, it does not even see that. It is a fantasy that only can be seen by those believing to be somebody definitive. And it has no way of believing something because it is nothing. Consequently, this is what it sees.

To see nothing is to love everything and thus feel loved by nothing. That is why the empty breath does not crave love from anybody. You, however, need to love it if you want to feel, you are unconditionally loved as someone definitive.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery, for example. And when you do, you smile regardless you won or not, because in the flow of the empty breath, you arw indifferent to to becoming and getting more.

When you are connected with the inner breath, you probably forget to check, if you did win a prize in lottery, and when you remember to check it, you smile whether you did win or not, because being connected with the inner breath, you always feel like a winner. But overriding* its guidance, you mostly feel like a loser. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath does not know how to heal hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to heal this belief. And since you get more relaxed in the process of having it healed, you may see new ways of healing of your hay fever. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to get better health, more money, success, love or anything else, but seeing that what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Thus being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived as nothing. This does not mean that you do not do anything about a broken leg, for example. But since the leg is perceived to be nothing, and the same goes for what you do about it, you have nothing to worry about.

To be loved is a need that comes from the perception that diffrences make a diffrence. But since the empty breath is indiffrent to diffrences, being loved or not does not make a difference when connected with it.

Nor does it mean that you do not experience positive to be different from negative, for example, but that the experienced difference does not make a difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, make the world better or not, live in the now or whatnot.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breathNot by being indifferent to separation, though, but by enhancing it through the exclusion of the past and the future.

This detachment, however, which is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve the apparent condition of what and where you appear to be. That would just be a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so you do not believe that experience of more than one is real.

To transform or in any other way change what what you appear to makes no difference because all appearances are nothing but a construction of thoughts. Therefore my non teachings are not concerned about what you think or how much you think, but that you belief that you are thinking. When that belief is undone, thoughts do not seem to have any power anymore.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not concerned with what you appear to think or how much you seem to think, but that you believe to be thinking. When that belief is undone, thoughts do not seem to have the power to manifest you as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is also indifferent to becoming or getting something. That is why connecting with the empty breath or applying any other duality hack does not make you more special. Changing or transforming somebody or something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just to replace one illusion with another. Just like no matter how something is changed on a computer screen, everything is the same, because there is nothing on the screen.

What you see on the screen is on a hard disk where there is nothing but zeros and ones. It is not before they are processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen, that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world in which changes can be made.

The empty breath, which in this context is unprocessed zeros and ones, does not know, that you assign special meaning to the nothingness on the screen, which in this context is the world, so you appear to be someone experiencing something instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game because you know they are make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be and see, so that there does not seem to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If something seems to trouble you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so that whatever you think or feel does not appear to make a difference. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

The inner breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or if walk or sit. Neither has it anything to do with meditation but to being a medium of it. In other words, it is given to you when you are not be someone specific but nobody.

APPENDIX ABOUT THE ESCAPE FROM YOUR IMAGINED CAGE
Taking deep breaths or in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial in regards to connecting with the empty breath, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to be centred, balanced, focused or something else. It is the willingness to not be anything at all, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into special yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow of energy to ignite a take-off to the empty breath regardless, you walk, sit, talk or whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

Actually, speedy thoughts and feelings shoot off again and again, and several at a time, to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, but you stop them from becoming boundless by defining them, so you can remain in the illusion of being someone definitive.

The more you limit yourself to be something specific, the more it feels like you are about to collapse. To prevent that, you go on specifying yourself until you feel so constrained that you burst of anger or stop giving a shit about holding yourself together, so the uncontrolled energy of the suppressed thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the empty breath. It does not, however, help you to escape your cage but the belief that you are in it.

Being indifferent does not mean that there are no feelings. There may appear to be a lot. Yet the apparent difference between them, for example happiness and sadness, is not perceived to make a difference when one or more of the duality hacks are applied. The animation is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX ABOUT INDIFFERENCE:
Being indifferent does not mean, that you do not feel the apparent difference between, for example, love and hate, but because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them to be better than the other. In other words, it makes no difference to you which feeling you explore.

The same applies when pretending to be someone definitive because what you pretend to be you are not so it does not matter if you appear to be lived or hated. This also applies when perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences of the world makes no difference.

APPENDIX ABOUT REAL AND UNREAL:
As it requires more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, every experience is unreal. Read more about this in the articles All experiences are equally unreal and Nothing that can be seen exist.

Consequently, the experience of the empty breath, though it may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, is as unreal as any other experience.

Yet this experience, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Furthermore, it makes it seems unproblematic having this belief. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result of the empty breath, is also the outcome of the other duality hacks . If it always is the same state of not-knowing cannot be known, because nobody is conscious about it.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it (read more about that in the hack No understanding = Enlightenment in Extra Duality Hacks). Instead go with the flow of chaos, until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Since what you believe to be is the sum of your most defining memories and they are stored in the brain, the empty breath does this by wiping out every bit of memory. Since it is a process over time you can enjoy the memories while they slowly but surely disappear, so that there is nothing to confirm the brains construction of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space to be real, and thus not something that appears to hide, there never was or will be more than the formlessness of that which is one. This is a typical quote from the web posted by so-called spiritual people, who, though they consider themselves to be more authentic than others, need to be and have something bigger.

Most so-called spiritual teachings promoted on the internet seem to be about growth and transformation from which you are supposed to get more love, more peace, more stillness or whatever you expect will turn you into someone, which is more spiritual than others and, therefore, makes you a part of something bigger.

You are also promised more energy and power from for example living in the now, which you are guaranteed to be in the future after mastering specific ways of self-control, that will make your body more strong and able to perform more in your life that will be prolonged.

Since the reality of that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and formlessness is endless, it is not possible to be someone definitive. So if you believe to be someone at all, you are dreaming. Thus any solution in a dream is just a replacement of one illusion with another, so the only solution is to undo believe that you are there.

But whether you try to become more pure via eating more vegan or thinking more positive thoughts by exercising more self-control, you will not feel more fulfilled, because what you get is nothing but empty space in a new disguise. Thus the only thing that gets bigger is the hunger for more.

According to body psychology a person with the corners of its mouth turned downwards tends to perceive its expertiences as depressing. If that is so, it is obvious, Amma has a craving for happiness and needs to be loved by many people to feel delighted. When connected with ´the empty breath´ however, it does not matter if you feel depressed or happy, because it undoes the belief in being someone definitive, so that there is nobody to be happy or sad or anything else, so there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness. This quote from Amma clearly shows, that most so-called spiritual people have the same wish as everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely to become more happy. Yet that is not something you can become in such a world, nor somewhere else, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to be happy or anything at all.

Spiritual growth is an idea created by the special self,* who always strives to become and have something better because that seems to confirm the belief it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more to be than that which is one.

If you do not feel validated as someone special unless there seems to be some kind of drama around you, you are not looking for peace but shit, as you feed from those you judge to be problematic.

Thus a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy that only can be experienced as reality, when everything is imagined to be divided into opposing parts that define each other as something, for example light and darkness. What you believe in being, therefore, needs to be contrasted by something. Read more about that here. So if you perceive yourself to be spiritual and good, you must imagine somebody else to be carnal and evil.

The special self* needs to believe, there is something bad outside itself – television, society, the president or whatever – so it can blame that for its negative feelings and thus appear to be without them, which it imagines will make it feel better.

But that is not the way it goes. When something is excluded from yourself by blaming others for it, feelings of loss and gulit set in. Hence you do not feel good but bad. That is unless you do not try to solve your frustration, because the unedited energy of it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, and in its company the apparent difference between good and bad, negative and positive makes no difference.

Anything can be used to meet this purpose. The thoughts and feelings you choose to hang onto regarding a specific person, seem to prove you are different that person and thus someone definitive. By imagining that these thoughts and feelings are caused by that person, you also seem to verify that there is more than one. That is unless you go with the indifference of the empty breath because then the apparent difference between inside and outside makes no difference.

Since only shapes can be changed, nothing can be changed, because oneness is formless and therefore endless. In other words, if you think you can change or be transformed, you have forgotten, that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness.

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you are not advised to exert self-control to achieve something better. Change is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to complete something.

The special self* seems to be quite successful in convincing itself that being and having more will make it more happy. But since more, therefore, never is enough, the special self* is never happy.

This, however, does not stop it from persuing more. On the contrary. It concludes that even more is needed. That is why it avoids the connectedness with the empty breath where the bliss of nothing is more than enough.

Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are solely about undoing the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than which is one. This, however, cannot be done by avoiding to be and have more, nor by stopping thoughts, surrender to something higher or letting go of this and that because it takes more than one to do something. Thus it enhances the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than which is one.

A pencil cannot undo what it has written, but an eraser can. Likewise you cannot undo what you appear to be, but the empty breath can.

The empty breath, however, slowly but surely changes your perception of the experiences fabricated by the brain, so they do not seem to be something but nothing, wherefore there is not something to define you as someone and thus nobody to believe, it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness.

APPENDIX:
In case you want to prolong your physical life, or have sensational feelings of being alive, more fit or transformed into something higher, the empty breath is not for you, because it is not offering anything but the bliss of nothing (read more about that here).

It is not possible to profit of reality. It is that which is one and it takes more than one to profit of something. Consequently, it is only possible to profit of something unreal. Hence that is what those requiring money for their so-called spiritual teachings are doing.

This is not to say, that it is bad to profit of something, but that doing so is a product of the belief, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence the more you profit of something, the more this belief is enhanced and, therefore, the suffering it entails.

Being in the bliss of nothing, there is not something to inflate your image, before you disconnect yourself from the empty breath, so its flow of indifference does not prevent you from showing off as more free, real, unique, genuine, authentic and/or compelling than others.

Maybe Deepak Chopra – like so many other performers – is enchanted by the attention from the listeners, and therefore feels as if he is part of something bigger. PREFACE:
Since the bliss of nothing that sets in when connected with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain, based on signals it claims to receive from our sensory system, delivers a convincing experience in which we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Appearing to be someone definitive is, therefore, make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established by going back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ). In those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

This has nothing to do with getting closer to your pure essence. You have no soul. You are nothing. Being with the empty breath this becomes inevitably so obvious, that there is not something to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from the frequencies it imagines to receive from empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have just a second to connect with it instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time, though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be in the bliss of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath sees no separation, so it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You, on the other hand, need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone who is separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath by going back one the second from your present experience to the nothingness that is unprocessed by the brain and then not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the unprocessed moment is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to a conscious experience of being someone definitive, because if the brain is not continuously occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

Consequently, being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being something. The signals the brain used to perceive to come from empty space can no longer be registered by it and processed into a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus there is not something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is it the undoing of this belief that connects you with the bliss of the empty breath? Since this question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has invented this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. Not that many, however, go into a state of not-knowing. If they do, they do not remain there more than a few seconds or minutes before returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive, in which they forget a state of not-knowing until blissful memories of it emerge.

How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of the experiences where you appear to be someone definitive in a world of something and instead drift in the bliss of nothing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of nothing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or being indifferent to the belief in being someone that comes first in regards to be in the sheer bliss of nothing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regards to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and want to remain as that rather than being nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1: IN THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it has imagined that it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so it can deceive you into believing they are the basis for what you experience to see now.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of nothing that it has taken one second ago to process, what you believe to read now you read in the past – or more to the point, you never read because one second ago there did not appear to be something to cover up nothing.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data that your experience of this image is based on, the brain claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. As this means you are never in the present but the past, and as it is nothing and that is where the empty breath resides, the way to connect with it is to go back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and thus not have a conscious experience of being someone in the world processed by the brain.

Since there is nobody in this state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to perceive, the signals the brain claims to receive from the sensory system and processes into different experiences of substantial elements, making up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference. Thus they are exposed to be a fantasy, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there are no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals it thinks the two eyes ireceives into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over the brain as if it is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is just five per cent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space, though, is needed to establish this experience as real. Hence a big part of the brain is continuously occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, we are somebody definitive in it. If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into a coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, that we believe in making ourselves about our relationship with the world (see No talking is needed to come back to that which is one and The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart. And since all the memories we have selected to back up what we believe to be are stored in the brain, this belief falls apart.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Connecting with it, therefore, is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough of that.

Consequently, a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone. This is not a problem though, because most leave it as soon as the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions has ignited it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more want more, so you will never be or have enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences. Hence you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That is because the urge to be someone definitive is so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain to break through the bliss of nothing with its version of you as someone who has special relationships with something or somebody.

Since nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love. Thus having a need for something special, feels like being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but feel that and nothing else, there is nothing to define it as something, so you are back in the bliss of nothing.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special who can choose what to be and have, the transparent bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love and empathy are like other feelings created by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you go with the flow, for example to have sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine to make you happy.

Like everything else, the excitement of sex does not last and, therefore, neither the shots of happiness. But if sex is replaced with empathy for your partner, the brain injects you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that makes you so happy that you wish to be a family with a baby to cuddle.

A state of not-knowing is, therefore, left by imagining you are special, and in charge of your life, so you can choose a spouse who acknowledges you as unique. It is hard work, however, to live up to the expectations of being special, and it seldom results in the excitement you imagined. So one day, you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and instead float in the bliss of nothing, that arises from the indifference to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, that is all-inclusive

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to the consciosness of being special, as that is based on excluding that is judged to be ordinary. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still in the bliss of nothing.

In this case you applied hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But, as all the duality hacks are interchangeable, you could have applied a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to it (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´).

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non-definable frame of a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So when not insisting that your spouse, for example, has to recognise you as special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make difference, wherefore you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you to deal with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath, though, what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). If it is there, the empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of tranquillity in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of turbulence in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something. The empty breath, however, knows that what you believe in being and having is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it is easy seeing, it makes no difference what you appear to be and have, because that which is you is not a limited creature in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption that you know what and where you are, that clouds the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As described above, inclusiveness results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.3 Inclusiveness is pure bliss). But pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) also does that. And so does having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you have alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

All the duality hacks (inclusive More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as there are only vague memories of not believing to be someone.

It takes time for the brain to imagine it receives something from our eyes that it can process into a coherent experience of you beeing a substantial being that sees elements of matter outside of yourself.

The brain of a baby does not know how to do this. But in order to incorporate the baby´s experiences into the collective agreed way of seeing the world, the brain quickly learns how to produce a coherent right-side-up image of the world, so it seems the baby shares its experience of the world with everybody else.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present that others have. The discrepancy, therefore, makes you feel that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2: IN THE WORLD OF SOMETHING
You are probably not aware that every now and then throughout the day, you are literally blind. The brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. The reason you do not notice that you are blind two hours a day is that the brain hides this by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it imagines to be there.

In the first episodes of a new TV show, there are normally hints pointing to the forthcoming episodes, and since the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is captured into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But if the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints when inventing the next episodes, the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

The predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness are basically a remix of memories that have been adjusted every time recalled to boost the story of you as someone in a tangible world, so it may not match how others see the same events.

Hence you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of the others, and you start trying to correct what is judged to be incorrect.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

You do not read this article, but what your brain predicts that you want to read. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you appear to be successful in this, the more it seems that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how the story is corrected, it remains a fantasy, and so does the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything substantial in it, neither the dreamer. And it is it not in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

Fortunately, the brain is not capable of making the empty breath look like something, so when we are in its bliss of nothing, we are not deceived by the experiences produced by the brain to perceive them as something.

How many triangles are there in this image?
The brain automatically fills in the missing pieces in this image to make you see two triangles. Thus you probably do not agree that the grey triangle is an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke is disconnected. But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one appears fragmented.

Since it is the brain not only decides what we see but also what we hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by the brain into believing, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Consequently, there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath that takes us back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered your present experience of something.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one because it takes more than one to be something, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing, it is not possible for the brain to establish the normal consciousness of you as someone definitive. This does not mean, though, that the awareness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better, higher or purer but by no consciousness. Thus there is nobody to be aware of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like walking in the air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3: WHEN APPARENTLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES ARE NOT PERCEIVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In a state of not-knowing, you are blind in a sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain. It continues to process what it claims to receive from senses as if it is something and not nothing, but since the empty breath is indifferent to the apparently different experiences of something, there is no awareness in the connectedness with the empty breath of how the brain categorises them in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be judged to make a difference. Thus there is nothing special to love or hate and, therefore, nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined as clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you might want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. You secretly accept this, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, because that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just the bliss of nothing.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the terminus, but a way to see that there is no end and that everything which appears to have it is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one. The latter is not possible, because it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparently different experiences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief, that you are someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. Actually, an orgasm can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than that.

Despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, therefore, eventually undoes the belief in separation, it also enhances it, because it requires more than one to be connected with something.

The problems, you perceive to have, do not come from the world where you appear to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all the problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or something else, so not to enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or anything else. Hence you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

When Alexius many years ago was hired to teach graphic design in an advertising school in Denmark, he had a problem. Even though he had been designing magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small, he did not know how to do it. Everything he had designed, he did as a medium for the projects so the form of them would highlight their content.

To provide the students with guidelines of how to design, he, therefore, had to deduct from his intuitive way of designing. He wrote, by the way, two books with basic rules of how to do it, and a book on colour theory.

If not in the bliss of not believing to be someone, you are speculative

The empty breath cannot help us in regards to knowing how come we appear to be substantial beings separated from each other by time and space, because this is not possible since oneness is formless and therefore endless. How to explain the empty breath?
In regards to passing on guidelines of how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of emptiness and thus indifference to the belief in being someone definitive, he is in the same situation as when he started teaching design. He had no professional training to refer to. Likewise, he has no second-hand knowledge, he can use as a reference to explaining how to connect with the empty breath.

Neither does he know how to explain, that what and where we experience to be is an artificial construct, designed by the brain to control and manipulate us into believing, that this experience is real and not fabricated by the brain from out of nothing.

But since he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not believe to in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor does he believe to be someone in that which is one. On the contrary, he is nothing because it takes more than one to be someone, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, what and where we appear to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing, and experienced by nothing.

In this fantasy, however, he knows how to step away from it and be in the state of not-knowing* that the empty breath, like the other duality hacks, entails. Once, in that state, he watched a movie (You Disappear), which quoted the latest scientific explorations about the brain, that may be helpful in realising everything appearing to be something is nothing.

Consciousness is a construction of thoughts comparable to the ones and zeros in a stream of binary code.

The fabrication of something from out of nothing
The short version of these discoveries is that the brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct an image of a self, that is aware of being someone definitive through the experiences, another small part of the brain continuously fabricate of a tangible world as if it is outside of the self and as if it is the self that experiences this, and, therefore, believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Especially because this world seems to cause its thoughts and feelings.

These experiences of an external world the brain claim to process from the frequencies it receives via the sensory system, but this explanation, just like the experiences it fabricates, is a smokescreen to cover up, that it is all made up from nothing. A flower, therefore, is just as unreal as a plastic simulation of it.

Being in the bliss of not believing to be someone is to be empty

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The experiences interpreted as the most meaningful ones, namely those that seem to define you the most, are stored in the rest of the brain, and as the sum of these memories constitute what you believe to be, you are not just a fabrication of the brain, you and the brain are the same. Every bit of it – not only ten per cent – works to make it appear as if you are someone in a world of something and not just a fantasy made from out of nothing.

Whether an experience seems to be direct or coming from the heart, being physical or spiritual, it has taken the brain a second to generate it. Hence what you believe to be experiencing now happened one second ago. And then again, it never happened, because one second ago there was nothing, and it only seems as if you experience something now because you need to believe this to feel you exist.

The rest of the article is not based on the scientific discoveries revealed in the movie (You Disappear), nor on anything else formulated somewhere else, as to the knowledge of Alexius, nobody has published anything about the empty breath. In the connectedness with the empty breath, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of the contrasts making up the experience of duality is cancelled out. Not in the sense that you do not register them anymore, but that you do not perceive them to make a difference. Thus there are no diversity to attest to you being someone in a world of duality. Consequently, you are in the bliss of nothing.*

The bliss of nothing
Though science seems to know that the experience of something is made from nothing and therefore is make-believe, they go on exploring something as it is real. Here, however, we explore how to see that there is not something at all and therefore not someone seeing it.

The experiences the brain fabricates of a tangible world only seems real if the self that the brain also has created perceives them as something. If not, they are exposed as nothing, and so is the self. To perceive the present experience as nothing, you go back in the empty void from where the brain has twisted it into your current experience of something.

Since that is where the empty breath resides, and it took the brain one second to fabricate your current experience of something, it only takes one second to connect with the empty breath and be in a state of not-knowing and thus the bliss of nothing.* Doing that does not require you to meditate or something else in particular. All that is needed is the willingness to forget what and where you appear to be. Read more about that in the below paragraph The only requirement is a willingness.

If the brain is not kept active in a feedback loop, with thoughts that seems to confirm there is more than involved, for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, it falls into a coma. Thus you cannot be in the bliss of nothing* very long at a time, if you want to be able to return to a world of something as if you are someone ther.  See also the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

Not knowing what and where you are is the bliss of not believing to be someone

Since you cannot appear to be somewhere, nor in a state of not-knowing,* without the experience of being someone, there is still someone to experience the world of something made up by the brain when in a state of not-knowing*. But the experience of you as someone is so vague that there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparently different experiences of something to make a difference. Consequently, there is no perception of separation to hide, that although the fantasy of something is a colourful experience, it is pale in comparison with the bliss of nothing.*

Although you probably forget the empty breath, it remains connected with you, because it does not know, that you believe to be someone who is separated from everything in the low-frequency world experienced by the outer senses.

Yet it senses the stress coming from this belief, so it synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, which is indifferent to the restlessness that speedy thoughts and feelings seem to produce in the world of the outer senses.

The inner and outer senses
When we are not connected with the empty breath, and therefore not in the blissful state of not-knowing* but in the happiness of the basic self or the nervousness of the special self, the empty breath is still with us, provided we, just once, have connected with it, because it does not know of separation. Read about the basic and special self in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Thus the empty breath always functions as an automatic gear change between the outer and inner senses to make the abstractness in the world of the inner senses the base from where the world of the outer senses is perceived, so it does not appear to consist of something but nothing when in a state of not-knowing and not in that state the experiences of something are perceived as it is what it is. Consequently, none of the experiences is something special, including you as someone, so you are not happy or sad but happy-sad.

As any experience is an illusion, it includes the experience of the empty breath. But as this illusion unveils the bliss of nothing,* which, contrary to the experince of something, is not experinced to end, you eventually stop asking for more. Hence the belief, that it is possible to be an have more than that which is one is undone.

These experiences, of course, only makes sense as long as you believe you are someone definitive in the world of the outer senses, but believing, regardless it seems to result in mundane or spiritual experiences, is like believing in Santa Claus.

Fortunately, the connectedness with the empty breath exposes this, so the bliss of not believing to be anything is the last thing, you experience before the belief in being someone is undone and therefore does not seem to cover, there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In the flow of not believing to be someone

Going with the flow of the empty breath you become indifferent to what you get, so if you want something specific, you must disconnect from it and accept the stress, that comes from not being in the flow of nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The synchronisation of the inner and outer senses
To take the edge out of the stress we feel in the world of the outer senses, the empty breath synchs it with the world of the inner ones. Not because this world is more peaceful, but because it is a high-frequency world. Thus the speedy and restless energy that appears to cause stress in the low-frequency world of the outer senses does not seem stressful.

It is not thoughts as such, that prevents us from going with the flow of nothing, but the desire to use them to accomplishing something specific.

That being said, you might not want his synchronisation, because although it results in indifference to stress, it may not help you to get what you stressed to achieve. This is why most want to avoid the flow of the empty breath and endure the hassle that it is to obtain what they desire.

Like a pencil cannot make its scribblings go away but an eraser can, you cannot make your scribblings as someone definitive go away but the empty breath can.

However, if they get it, they do not feel satisfied but disappointed because the need for more is still there. This, they try to tone down through meditation, yoga or other techniques that seem to hide that all they care about is to become and have more at the expense of anybody (see No manifestation is real).

The more the connectedness with the empty breath cancels out the contrasts of duality – for example happiness and sadness – the more you are indifferent to what and where you appear to be in a world of duality.

Time is nothing in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Without the basic contrast of expansion and contraction, there is no experience of life. Yet what we experience as life is actually death, because life is formless and thus without a beginning and end, so anything that does not last is lifeless. It is, however, life that makes it possible to have fantasies about being a limited being in a lifeless world – just like within the context of such a world, it is only due to that, you can to imagine being someone you are not in the virtual world of a video game. You do not connect with the empty breath in your own pace
While Alexius was writing about the empty breath, he deducted ways of how to ignite it from his intuitive way of doing it. For example, by using the unedited energy of the stress arising from the belief in being someone definitive to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Read more about that in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

There is nothing to know, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. So although there seem to be lots to know, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is only one thing to know in regards to the formlessness of oneness, namely that there is nothing to know.**

That is why Alexius´ Enlightened NonTeachings is not about learning something new but to unlearn everything**. This you can do by reading all of them – or flip through them – until they automatically apply one or more of the duality hacks and brings you in a state of not-knowing, in which there is nobody to perceive the person fabricated by the brain as real. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of being indifferent to any kind of belief.

If this is what you want, it is not important whether you read hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing from beginning to end or just browse it. What is essential is to not focus on anything in particular, nor to spend time on processing or integrating it,*** as that enhances the belief in being someone. Instead, unlearn everything, so you contain nothing and as an empty vessel can serve the empty breath.

Only those believing to be special have the need to do things in their own pace.

The bliss of not believing to be someone does not come from something but nothing

Looking for something you can relate to as your true self in the teachings of a guru, for example, you do not look for that which is real, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to look for something. If you do not, however, relate to something but nothing, there is no relation and therefore no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So do not read about the empty breath with the expectation of finding something to make you or the world better, but to become indifferent to what and where you appear to be. In other words, the less you seem to know something,** the less something appears to hide, what you believe to be is nothing. Hence there is not something to separate you from the empty breath.

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone definitive to connect with the empty breath, but it is essential to be willing to have it undone.

The only requirement is a willingness to not be someone definitive
Leaving your comfort zone of knowing what and where you are** is not done by fighting or transforming your learned behaviour, but by being willing to undo the belief, that makes it possible to appear as if you are conditioned by something, namely the belief in being someone definitive.

About willingness see also Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This willingness most often comes from admitting, that the appearance of you as someone definitive is not a matter of fact but make-believe. That you accept when you acknowledge, you are not willing to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because the acknowledgement confirms what you appear to be is make-believe.

Since nothing matters when connected with the empty breath, you are free to have fun.

Having the belief in being someone definitive undone, does not mean that that the appearance of you as someone seems to be gone, reborn or awaken. Just like within the context of this belief, the appearance of Santa Claus does not stop when you grow up. It is the belief that he is real that stops. There is one difference, though, between the undoing of the belief in Santa Claus and you being someone definitive. When the belief in the latter is undone, or in the process of being it, you are not disappointed because now you are free to enjoy being someone definitive in a fantasy about Santa Claus, having a family and whatnot.

Connecting with the empty breath is not about being deeper, purer or balanced, for example, because being anything is part of the experience in being someone and the empty breath is not part of that but the nothingness that this experience is fabricated from.

The swing of an yin yang sign comes from the bliss of not believing to be someone

The empty breath can be felt like a swing of nothingness supplying the body with oxygen through expanding and contracting it. See the paragraph The swing of the empty breath in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?

Just like everything else sensed, it is invisible and colourless until the brain ascribe it with a specific shape and colour. But as the brain cannot conceive nothingness without falling into coma, the empty breath remains invisible and colourless.

How does it feel
The connection with the empty breath may be experienced as described by Alexius in the articles What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?, and To be nobody and yet somebody. But do not count on it. His experience of it is not static. And even if it were, you and Alexius may experience it in each your own way – just like when drinking the same cup of tea, for example. Besides the main attribute of the empty breath is indifference, which is hardly an experience.

On top of that, it may not even be the empty breath, that is revealed through the willingness to not uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Maybe it is the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it (see the article A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it), or the freedom that comes from pretending to be what you are not (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Everything is new in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Even though some plants are edible, not all of them are. Often the most beautiful of them often that should not be eaten if you want to remain as someone living in a capsule of time and space. And if you do not want to end, when your appearance there is over, you better avoid beautiful ideas like living in the nowcoming from the heart and being transformed, because they are based on the belief in being someone definitive, and everything definitive, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, has an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you believe in being does not exist
Should you wonder, who chooses to believe, that the image fabricated by the brain of someone definitive is you, or who has programmed the brain to produce this image, or who is connecting with the empty breath, or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because the experience of being somebody, whether in a so-called spiritual or physical sense, is, within this experience, comparable to being in a dream. There is nobody in it.

Thus the empty breath and the other duality hacks are just as dreamlike as anything else in the experience of being someone definitive, no matter what and where that seems to be. See also Whatever that you are aware of is an illusion because it requires more than one to be conscious of something.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

There are lots of ways to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but there is no way to leave it because you are not in it. Just like within the context of such a world, a dreamer is not its a dream, and therefore not returning to its bed when the dream is over. Likewise, you do not return to the formlessness of oneness, when your apparent life in a world of something is finished, because you never left it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But contrary to the illusions of the many belief systems in the world, the duality hacks do not attempt to transform or make the world better but to expose that everything experienced is made from out of nothing.

Connecting with the empty breath, for example, you become indifferent to the differences in the experiences produced by the brain. Hence you do not believe you that you are someone definitive separated from others but that it is something you pretend to be.****

And as what you pretend to be, you are not, that which is you does not end, when the brain is not able to produce the experience of you as someone anymore. Until then it is much fun pretending to be what and where you are not.****

APPENDIX:
As Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he perceives every experience to be composed of nothing. Thus the distinction he makes between a state of not knowing and the experience of being someone definitive can be shaped by that. In other words, there might be a slight mix up in description of the bliss of nothing* and its after-effect, which comes from having had the slate wiped clean, so you return from a state of not-knowing in the default mode of the basic self, and, therefore, automatically is synced with the brain and thus in the  happiness of something.

Most of the explanations, however, of how to connect with the empty breath are not geared towards the basic but the special self, as that is the most common way of being in the world of the outer senses. Fortunately, the stress that comes from keeping together the image of being special can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, provided you do not try to deal with the stress yourself.

The basic self, on the other hand, does not need the unedited energy of stress to connect with the empty breath. It easily becomes so laid-back, that it does not perceive feeling fulfilled as better than depressed, neither being right to be better than wrong. These or any other feelings are not perceived as something specific. Hence there is nothing to hide the bliss of emptiness.

This does not mean that feelings of anger or love, for example, does not pop up but that no feeling is perceived to make a difference. Thus they all reveal the bliss of nothing* when the basic self is so laid-back that its basic perception is ´dunno.´

If you are a long-time reader of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you may skip the first part of this article and start with the paragraph. It is easy to connect with the empty breath when not looking for something.

It is the brain that and nobody else that tells you to experience someone as stupid or bright, for example. It will also suggest how you should deal with that. Whether you consider or reject the suggestions, you are well entangled in the game of the brain, which is to make you believe that you are separated from what you experience so you appear to be someone separated from a world that seems to be outside of you.

This is not to say, that there are ways to escape that game, except, of course, to die. You must play the game of the brain if you want to go on as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. If you do the brain rewards you with shots of happiness.

Like in other games, the end is built into the game of the brain, so you do not have to feel you are stuck in it. When your time is up, you forget everything about a world where there seems to be more than one and thus about you being someone, so nobody appears to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

Until then, you have much fun appearing to be in the game if you perceive the experiences the brain fabricates of it as they are, and not as they ought to be according to a special belief system like socialism, capitalism, Buddhism or any other ism.

In the case, your perception relates to the experiences as they are, regardless it is in a negative or positive way, you are not someone definitive but someone relative to the brain (read more about that here), that supports you with shots of happiness. If your perception does not relate to the experiences as they are but to a belief system of yours, this system seems to establish you as someone special in charge of its own life. But since it never turns out as it ought to be, you do not feel happy but frustrated. Read more about that here.

If you connect with the empty breath you are not relative to the brain anymore, nor independent of it because you are nobody and thus not somebody in the experiences created by the brain, although you appear to be there. In other words, you are in the world of the brain but not of it.

This, however, is only possible for 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one (see the end of this article). Fortunately, it is possible to get around this by quickly shifting between the conscious experience of being someone and having no consciousness of what and where you appear to be. This is what we explore in the below:

It is easy to connect with the empty breath when not looking for something
If not constructing a perception your experiences that leave out what does not make sense according to a particular belief system like socialism or capitalism, for example, the unedited energy of them will ignite a take-off to the empty breath, if you go with the flow of it.

Connecting with it may at first feel as if you have two kinds of breaths. One that is well known and that you probably, out of habit, force through the body until you are willing to not do anything so the empty breath can take over at its own pace. The breath may seem slower than you are used to and with a more extended break in between them. It is very gentle and in not heavy way like a deep breath.

Physically speaking the empty breath is best felt when the air is coming in and out through the nose and not the mouth. But not as if it is you doing the breathing, but a ´generator´ in the abdomen from where it, very gently, first expands the abdomen, secondly the belly and lastly the chest before it after a short break goes the other way to contract the body. And then on and on. It feels like there is hardly any air coming in and out of the nose but that it remains as a stream within the body.

Please be aware, that this is not a factual description of how breathing is carried out when the empty breath is in the driving seat, but a description of what it may feel like. It could also be that you feel it as if the generator is in the chest. Sometimes this is how it feels for Alexius. Hence you should not try to replicate the way described here but inspire you to do nothing, so the empty breath can fill you with the bliss of nothing.

That being said, the above is not something you need to remember and strictly follow. The empty breath does not know what you believe in doing. The only thing required for the connection to work is a willingness to go with the flow.

Although the empty breath has nothing to give but emptiness, it feels like you get more energy. Maybe because the lack of something dissolves the tensions in the body that restricts a full breath. As emptiness is powerless, the empty breath cannot do this without your permission. If you are not ready to give that, it may take some time before you feel more energetic. No worries. Time is an illusion. However, let us get practical and talk about how to get there:

When the breath expands the body from the abdomen to the chest, you follow a flow from the abdomen to the top of the head while you stick to the thoughts and/or feelings popping up without making a perception of them that excludes what you judge to be politically incorrect. At the top of the head, the gentle explosion of the unedited energy of thoughts and feelings erases the perception of your experience as something, so you are in the bliss of nothing and thus indifferent to being someone definitive.

This state of not-knowing remains while following the flow of breath down to the abdomen, and repeatedly going up and down, provided you do not perceive an appearance, your spouse for example, to make a difference.

This should not be understood as a state of not-knowing is in the flow of the physical breath – just like the music you turn on by hitting a button is not in that action. A state of not-knowing is nowhere in particular and therefore obscured by the experiences of time and space, that seems to confirm you as someone definitive in a tangible world.

Following the rhythm of the breath as described above or in the other articles in the below links hypnotises the brain, so it forgets to continually produce a conscious experience of you as someone separated from others by time and space. Since this is the primary purpose of following the breath, it is not essential to do it in the exact same the way you interpret it should be done according to the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

If you think you will find something better around the next corner, you will probably not notice the empty breath, because it is not behind anything but before everything. The empty breath is nothing so looking for something you miss it
Although being in the bliss of nothing is simple and straightforward, it may seem complicated if you are conditioned with the ideas of controlling and/or stopping thoughts because controlling or preventing something is not possible in the nothingness of bliss.

Neither is it beneficial for getting there. On the contrary. It is when you do not try to stop thoughts or in any other way focus on them, that they are free to speed up until the explosion of their unedited energy ignites a take-off to the empty breath, and thus to the blissful state of not-knowing. In short, it is not focussing but defocusing that will get you to a state of not-knowing in which there is nobody to be conscious of thoughts and feelings.

The apparent difference between a boy or a girl, for example, must be upheld as real to sustain the belief, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. This difference remains precisely the same when connected with the empty breath, but due to its indifference, your it is not judged to make a difference. Thus the belief in being someone definitive fades out.

The flow of the empty breath is flexible
Being defocused, you may forget the above description of going up and down in alignment with the rhythm of the breath and instead go the other way around. Or the distance of going up and down may be diminished or enlarged, so when going up you pass the top of the head and going down, you go below the abdomen. No worries. There is nobody to notice the apparent difference. Thus it makes no difference.

The brain will try to process a state of not-knowing into an experience of something instead of nothing by babling about awakening, coming from pure essence, heart (read more about that here) or whatnot, so the image it has fabricated of you as someone definitive is confirmed as real and thus obscure, it is made from out of nothing. So just connect with the empty breath and go with the flow as it comes to you. Having done that a few times, you automatically return to the empty breath, whenever you prefer to perceive problems as nothing instead of something.

The flow of going up and down
Instead of remaining in a state of not-knowing after going down to the abdomen when the breath contracts the body, you can return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, when you leave the abdomen and with the expansion of the body goes up to the head again. Leaving a state of not-knowing, you do by perceiving yourself to make a difference.

From the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can again return to a state of not-knowing, which is done by not perceiving the thoughts and feelings constituting the experience of being someone to be something specific. Thus you leave the head with no specific thoughts and feelings when the body contracts and go with the flow of the breath down to the abdomen where you go up with the flow to the head and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive – and so on.

Having been in this flow for a while, it becomes automatic. Thus you appear to be someone who is conscious of itself but does not know what it means. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

When not connected with the empty breath, grudges and so-called negative thoughts keep popping up as before. But as the after-effect of the connection is happiness you do not bother.

You cannot know when you are connected with the empty breath because being that, you are in a state of not-knowing. Nor can you know who it is that is following the breath up and down because this contrast, in a short time, cancels out itself (read more about that here), so there is not someone going anywhere.

As time is an illusion, the contrast making up the flow has already been cancelled out or more to the point, this or any other contrast has never existed because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But while you believe there is more than one, enjoy the flow of going up and down.

No more than that which is one
Should you forget to follow the flow and thus forget about the empty breath, there is no reason to condemn yourself for that, because there is no self. It takes more than one to be or have a self, and as there is no more than that which is one, any kind of self is make-believe. For the same reason remembering the empty breath is also make-believe. Nevertheless, remembering the empty breath makes it easier to not believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. And not believing it, you do not experience a world where there seems to be more than one as something but nothing. Hence you enter the bliss of emptiness.

If you stay in this state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time the brain falls into a coma and, therefore, is unable to make the experiences that seem to manifest you as someone definitive. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding there never was and or will be more than that which is one. Hardly anybody, however, stays that long at a time in a state of not-knowing. But maybe long enough to sense that this is so.

APPENDIX:
Collecting specific thoughts to fabricate an attractive personality in order not to be nobody, but somebody is not a problem in itself. It is the belief that the body represents this construction of thoughts, which fences off the enlightenment of that which is one. This is not to say that the body needs to be refined by yoga or something else to not block out the enlightenment of that which is one. The state of the body is not essential in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is for just a moment to completely forget what and where you believe to be.

Everything fabricated – like for example this illustration of a yin-yang sign – is supposed to have a special appearance, so that the experience of it supplies the belief, that you are somebody. Its purpose is to undo the belief, that you are someone at all, which it does by helping you to see, that the apparent differences in the world do not make a difference, so it does not matter whether anything appears perfect or not. When people tell you to slow down and relax via mindfulness or whatnot, they sabotage the fastest way to take it easy, because that comes from not stopping the speed of thoughts and feelings so you lose the control of them and therefore no longer can prevent them from igniting a take-off to the empty breath (read more about that here), that synchronises the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so speedy thoughts and feelings are not felt to cause stress but tranquillity.

At times, however, you may feel so angry about somebody that you do not want this to happen because it will make you indifferent and thus without the anger needed to punish them. So you prevent the aggressive energy inside of you from igniting a take-off to the empty breath by projecting it on those judged to have caused it. But doing so, you first and foremost punish yourself, because we receive what we give (read more about that here).

This goes on until you do not project your feelings onto others but keep them in you so the unedited energy of them can ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The empty breath undoes your conditioned belief in being someone definitive because it sets in before there is a conscious recognition of being someone definitive. Read more about it here.

The connectedness with the empty breath – either through surfing its waves, being in its transparent sound, the swing of it, or the sparkling force behind these rhythmic movements (read more about that here) – is not a feeling that can be fabricated like for example a romantic evening generated by candles, special clothes, music and red wine. On the contrary. It is felt, when instead of busy trying to produce a specific feeling, the frenetic energy is used as a take-off to the empty breath.

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment are counterproductive in regards to igniting a take-off to the empty breath, as it has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The swing of the inner breath may be experienced abruptly – like in this animation but probably a lot slower – in a s body with muscles problems from for example psoas or diafragma. There is no reason though trying to make it swing more smoothly by improving the condition of the body. The inner breath always adjust itself to the current condition of the body, so no matter how it moves it results in the same joy, providing you are not looking to be perfect.

In a sick body, the swing of the empty breath may be experienced to come in bursts – a bit like in this animation but probably slower. But no matter how restricted the swing of it is experienced, the connection with it will always entail indifference, so if you stick with that the way it is experienced makes no difference. Not feeling the swing of the empty breath as described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? may be due to trying too hard, focussing on it, or assuming the experience of it will make you feel something special. In these cases, you try to fabricate a specific feeling yourself, but the feeling of the empty breath cannot be made up, nor is it something definitive.

The same applies if you erupt the natural flow by taking deep breaths, shortening, pushing or holding it back. This will make you appear to be the master of it and thus enhance the sense of being an autonomous creature with a will of its own instead of a medium for the empty breath.

Basically, however, there is only one reason for not feeling the empty breath, namely that you want to feel it, which is only possible when you believe to be something instead of nothing. In other words, to feel the empty breath, you must step aside.

Since the empty breath has no personality, it has no expression of its own. So if its rhythmic flow is experienced to be weaker when you appear to be sick or about to die, it is because the rhythm of it always adjust to what and where you believe to be. Yet the operator of the empty breath (see the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?), which is the non-rhythmic energy behind the rhythm of the empty breath remains the same and is also experienced like that if it is that aspect of it you are in touch with.

In other words, if the transparent non-rhythmic energy of the empty breath is only partially experienced, when the body seems to be out-of-order, the problem is not the empty breath, but that you do not want to experience it fully, when there seem to be problems with the condition of the body, because that would render it unimportant and thus question your belief in being inside it.

This does not mean that you should not take care of the body and have it checked by a qualified health care professional. You also bring your car to a garage for a check-up, even though it is not you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the flow of the empty breath, you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So if not feeling the empty breath, multitasking may pave the way.

The less you believe to be substantial, the more you will feel the non-rhythmic transparent energy of the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There are several established ways of feeling somebody else when you believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. But there are no ways to feeling the empty breath than to momentarily stop believing you are someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not know anything, there is not somebody to be sad or happy – nor anything else. Thus there is nothing but emptiness, which is pure bliss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Not being aware of something, there is nothing to make perfect. Consequently, you are not benumbed in an experience of yourself as someone definitive but in the flow of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feeling the empty breath is like receiving a new gift every moment. There is no way, however, to know what the present will be before receiving it, neither do you need to know, because you are in a state of not-knowing.

Even though the empty breath seems to produce a constant rhythm of expansion and contraction in the body, your experience of it may not be so. And you are right. It is not consistent. It has no such need. Only those who believe to be somebody definitive has a need to be consistent, and since the empty breath does not believe to be anything at all, it does not need to uphold a persistent image of itself.

The empty breath can be compared to the cats in the home of Alexius. They go around as it pleases them, but he can always count on them to greet him when he gives a call.

Likewise, he can always count on the empty breath. Even though it solely moves on its own accord, it is always to be felt in one way or the other. Maybe it is experienced to be going up and down, on a single wave in one of the circles in the empty breath, several times in a row, whereafter it is felt to be the swing of it inside of his head, and as if he is surfing both of the yin-yang looking waves in one of the other circles of the empty breath. In the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, you can read more about these experiences and composition of the empty breath in endless circles.

After igniting a take-off to the empty breath, he mostly lands in its speedy and chaotic energy at the root of it, which feels like freedom compared to the rigid world of the outer senses. Going to bed, it may be the transparency of its sound that comes to him. But first of all, he simply feels the indifference of the empty breath, and since that means the apparent differences in the world does not appear to make a difference, it is hardly a feeling.

If you do not fence off the empty breath via a positive perception of yourself in which everything judged to be negative has been excluded, whatever you seem to feel will be interpreted by the indifference of the empty breath. Consequently feeling happy or sad makes no difference. Not in the sense that happiness and sadness feel the same, but in the sense that the apparent difference makes no difference.

The empty breath can be felt in many exciting ways. The most exciting one, though, is not a feeling, but indifference to the apparent differences experienced in a world defined by time and space and thus to perceiving it as real. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you are connected with a Fitbit watch, for example, it is not from the connection itself you get an exceptional feeling but from the data it gives you.

Likewise, you may not feel excited about the connection with the empty breath, as its radiance of indifference makes you indifferent to the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space. But as this makes the experience of it seems like nothing instead of something, you are in the bliss of emptiness.

Doing Nordic Walking, or rather going with the flow of it, could be beneficial for you in regards to not be doing something. It may also help you to expose the defence mechanisms, that you have built up in the body against going with the flow of the empty breath.

This is not to say that all these defence mechanisms must come to an end to feel the empty breath. Having the willingness to not be somebody, but nobody is what makes you feel the empty breath. Neither is it important in which of the ways described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, that it is felt, or if it is felt in another way.

Although these ways of feeling the empty breath definitely are fascinating, the most exciting way to feel it – or rather not feeling it – is simply to follow its consistent flow of indifference. Since that makes you indifferent to the experience of differences in the world where you appear to be, there does not seem to be anybody feeling anything but the bliss from being indifferent to the belief in being someone.

The nature of the empty breath is not to provide happiness but indifference, and since that releases you from the boundaries of a world defined by time and space, it may feel as if you are in a merry-go-round world.

Feelings, however, never last, so if you hang onto this feeling instead of going with the flow of being indifferent to what you feel, your merry-go-round world will be replaced by its contrast, namely a world of sadness. This is only so because you mistook the empty breath for the giver of happiness instead of indifference, so if you stick with the latter, it makes no difference if you feel happy or sad, and that is very blissful.

The most exciting aspect of the empty breath is cannot be felt because it is indifference.

At first, it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with enough air for breathing. But when you do not try to handle the flow of it*, which may or may not be adjusted to the physical breath, everything is fine as it is.

Perhaps it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it results in more pain than joy, especially if you in the past have avoided the awareness of unpleasant feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body. Thus fear, traumas and worries are stored in the body, often psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma. Since the latter, in terms of muscles, is the primary mover of the breath, it may have become too weak or stiff to freely move with the flow of the empty breath, which, therefore, seems to make you tense and not relaxed. That is if you are looking for a specific way of feeling the empty breath instead of going with its indifference because doing that, it does not matter whether the empty breath seems to result in a smooth expansion and contraction of the body or not.

What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is always there.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thing, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body, nor inside or outside. This is not because everything is perceived to at one when connected with the empty breath, but that the experience of something is perceived to be nothing (read more about that here).

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from being connected with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone in a body. Read more about that here.

Hence the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are future-minded, the empty breath may be felt to come from somewhere in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you, it has no need to be acknowledged in a special way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside the body, it carries out its one and only purpose, which is to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and it may differ from the experiences described in this article. No worries. Being connected with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive, but going with the flow. It is only when you want to make a difference, you must do ´the right thing´.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside of it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside of it, and there are so many so close together that there is no space between them. In the emptiness of each circle, there is two yin-yang like waves. This you cannot see in the simplified illustration to the right, but there is a simulation of this in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped, for example.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the most significant part of the pear-shaped version of it may be in the top as well as in the bottom, or on the sides, or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there are many none fixed centres.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside of them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality in more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make it up. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

This could be like going in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if that seems to go the opposite way, by all means, go that way.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The width of the circle can also be expanded, so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you perceive the location of the empty breath to be, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived to be substantial (read more about that here). As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one of the ways to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to them and then a more detailed description to each of them.

Be aware though, feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the sheer bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article What is ´the empty breath´ about?) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

That being said, these categories are not meant to limit you into experiencing the empty breath in specific ways but to inspire you to experience it in your way.

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
In the above illustration to the right, you see a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in this image and all the others in this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave from the stomach and behind the body up in the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the abdomen or below it, while the breath is contracting the body. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body. See a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you most feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not needed to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, because that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to inflict it with ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be even more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is an imagination of his.

You may also surf the empty breath in the opposite direction. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so you would become less interested in returning to a conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is almost no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus the body is set free (read more about that here), so it can follow its biological system without you trying to unite the physical nature of the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend physical elements with the immaterial ones in a dream or vice versa. It does not work.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is fading out.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless of the physical condition
You will, as already noted, mainly feel the flow of the waves in one of the many circles inside the empty breath. This will probably be in a circle going from the back of the body to the front of it or the other way around. But from there you can also jump to the waves in another circle or feel them all simultaneously.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that this is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of this before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case, the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

It is, however, possible to be more choosy than Alexius normally is. Having worries about the past, or pain in the back, you can choose to be massaged by surfing both sides of the wave behind you and leaving out the one in front of you within a circle of the empty breath that goes from the back to the front of you. Should you want to be grounded, you can surf all the way around a single wave in a circle going from the back to the front of you where the waves are not located like in the above but in the top and bottom of the circle.

The wave you surf, in this case, is the bottom one passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way around, or the bottom wave in another circle going from the left to the right side side of you, or both of the bottom waves in these circles, or the bottom wave in any one or more circles in between the two others. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something in specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you forget what you believe to be.

Supposing you want to enhance the intuitive or fact-minded side of you, you could do this by respectively surfing all the way around the wave to the right and the left in a circle going around the head sideways. In a circle that also goes sidewise but around the chest, you could surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. Surfing both waves but only on the outer side of them in a circle going sideways around the head or stomach, is excellent in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the two waves back and forth of you in a circle going from your feet to above the head.

In the case of tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you completely surf the wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a circle going sideways in that area, and so on. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not in behind and in front of you but on the sides. The size of the circle and thus the waves adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Is sadness released from there, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

It may instead call for surfing a combination of other waves, for example a wave in front of you in a circle going sideways at the abdomen and a wave in front of you in a circle that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or perhaps not just one of the waves in the circles but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and front of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to getting through the lockdown.

The empty breath is also beneficial in regards to alleviate allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. It may not heal these or any other physical sickness, because the purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. This the empty breath does by making you indifferent to being someone. Read more about that here.

Regarding the empty breath and how its nothingness helps to reduce the symptoms of somethingness, Alexius speaks from personal experience, because his body is not in the best condition, as he has never been very good at being something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is not that good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get it over with to feel better, as the discomfort is not perceived to be something but nothing.

If you are not looking to get it right, nothing is wrong or missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment (hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment). You have no need to get it right if you face your anger, because then it does not seem wrong and you do not have hide it by looking right.

See also when Alexius was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from. It is not just a rosy story, though, because the transition from perceiving desperation as something to nothing was very upsetting until he did not perceive hopelessness to be wrong but that which set him free. There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but being used by it go with the flow as it comes to you as that sets the body free to heal itself. This is why it is so good in the cases of psychosomatic disorders. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article because an intellectual understanding of it will not help you to feel the connectedness with it. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath, generally speaking, also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breathing. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt in the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius senses the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when, for rxample, listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing two yin-yang like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not rhythmic but abstract. Yet it is the force behind the rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits where you are not limited to be someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of it … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed both inside and outside of the body. It may be easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body as there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus to fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

The apparently definitive shape of you in a body is, therefore, exposed as make-believe.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ comes from the nose and at other times from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside or outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, them and me and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious that it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it is real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. Being someone definitive, there is all pretence – just like it is, within that reality, when one pretends to be in the world of a game. Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath in the swing or transparent sound of it, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of it, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of it.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, merges into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath, however, is not something that can be brought about by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. It is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like as it is a state of not-knowing. So to write about that, he had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone, and compile the vague memories of the empty breath popping up in his consciousness.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, what you remember of it afterwards is personal, so your memories may be coloured in another way than those of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus you would be better off keep on reading about it until you hardly can stay awake, then go to bed, forget what you read the empty breath feels like, close your eyes, and most likely it will be there in one way or the other. Surely, they will rapidly change. That is if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, they will cease.

Your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed. You can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run and/or talk. But if you are new to the empty breath, it may seem easier to connect with it by partly cut out the world of the external senses yourself, instead of waiting for it to be toned down when the empty breath syncs it with the world of the inner senses. You should, however, never attempt to cut out the world of the external senses yourself in situations, that requires your full attention in that, like driving a car, for example.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception in being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off to the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, because the empty breath is not healing the body – only the belief that there is someone there.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing which extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It may be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off to the empty breath. In regards to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up by that, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years. Often though it is quickly overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, provided you are willing to not fix your frustration yourself by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

Imagine that while sitting in a bathtub, you get glimpses of something that looks like a world in the steam coming up from it. Or imagine you look at a drawing or painting of some persons and start to sense their emotions. What you experience to see and feel is make-believe because there is actually nobody in a painting, nor in the world, you grasp in the steam coming from the bathtub. Yet imagination can make it appear as if something is going on in a lifeless painting or a stream of heat.

Though projections are not real, they appear to be if you hide their apparent effect is self-made.

Depending on the thoughts project onto the persons in a painting, they could be experienced to feel good or bad, and experience this to come back to you from them and not yourself. Hence it feels like the persons in the painting are alive.

By adding more thoughts to your love story – for example, that the persons are coming from the heart – more good vibes seem to come from outside of you, and so you seem to have a loving connection with someone that is not you. But it is a fantasy. There is nobody but you. And that is also a fantasy because, without anybody to define you, there is nothing.

This is to illustrate, that what and where you experience to be is made from fragments of things you imagine to be outside of oneness. It does not explain everything, though. Who is it, that see something, and is it possible to see anything when there is no more than that which is one?

No, it is not possible, and for the same reason, it is not possible to be someone. In other words, nobody is having the experience of a world outside of themselves, neither of something inside of themselves. Yet that which is not possible in reality may be possible in a fairy tale. However, it is not possible to logically explain how something is possible in the world of a fairy tale because there is no logical way to describe something that is not real. If there were, it would be genuine. That is why so many like to ask, Who am I?

To exist is an illusion because it requires more than one to exist, to be or to have a consciousness and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Even though nobody has ever found an answer to that, they reckon the question implies, that there is one and that it will prove they exist.

It is just as crazy as to ask, who is the writer of this article and then start looking for the writer in the article. The re is nobody in it, neither in the world where you appear to be. Nor can that which is real be explained, as it takes more than one to do so.

So there we are – or at least we appear to be in a fairy tale of a world where there seems to be more than one. What to do about it? Doing nothing is the way out because doing something is what makes you appear to be there.

This does not mean that you should not deal with the problems that seem to arise from appearing to be there but that since the brain is the writer of it, you accept the brain as your director. Doing that the body is free to take care of itself as it is made to do. But you help it, of course, when the brain instructs you to brush its teeth, for example.

You do not, however, try to set the body in balance. The biological system automatically keeps the body in balance when you do not interfere. Nor do you try to connect the body with spiritual powers. The body only wants to be connected with the thing that makes you experience it to be physical, namely the brain. Everything else confuses it. Also your attempts to make it more perfect or pure through fitness and yoga.

The attempts to project your ideas of perfection onto the body come from your misperception of the experiences produced by the brain that otherwise would have helped you to keep the body healthy.

These misperceptions may cause you to think you must get rid of orange peel, obtain six-packs and other things that go against the natural order of the body. You can, therefore, make it easier for the body – and thus you as you believe in residing there – by not projecting thoughts onto the body but keep them in the mental sphere where they belong. Doing that you keep the physical and psychological reality separated so they each can function on their own terms. As the biological system, therefore, is free from your tyranny, it can do what it is made to, namely to take care of bodily and not mental stuff.

This acknowledgement of the physical and mental reality as separate systems is also very helpful in regards to departing the tale of being someone substantial in a tangible world since that is the end of anything tangible. In other words, by keeping the physical and mental reality separated, your time in the tale of a tangible world feels better, and you can leave it without clinging onto the body.

In a world defined by time and space, everything travels in time. It takes, for example, eight minutes for the light of the sun to reach the Earth. Likewise, when the body has been set free, it takes time to register it.

Nothing seems like a lot, when there is no need to be and have anything, as before there appeared to be something, there was nothing.

Thus the reflex to stop the natural flow so you can be in control may still prevail. But if you acknowledge you are mistaken doing that, you set the biological system free to decide for you, and it always chooses what is best for everybody, because that is what you are since the experience of others is a fiction made in your brain.

If pain in the mind is not denied the words that seems to cause the pain cannot hurt, but words projected onto the body – your own or somebody else´s – seems to be able to hurt and confirm the believe, that you are a person to be defined by time and space.

PART 2:
It is in the mental and/or emotional sphere that you perceive yourself to be someone definitive in a body defined by time and space. But as that which is you is formless, and therefore without beginning and end, it is painful to be reduced to someone with a beginning and an end in a world by time and space.

Yet it is the pain, that makes you appear to be someone in a material world. When you pinch yourself to discover whether you are dreaming or not, it is the experience of pain that makes you feel alive as someone definitive in a world by time and space.

Since feeling alive, therefore, is bracket together with being in pain, you need to suffer. And since your sole existence as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is based on the denial of the formlessness of oneness, denial is also what you resort to in making the pain bearable. You simply turn down the worst part of it, namely the psychological pain, by hiding it in the body, which as a side effect appears to be more real when the suppressed pain sooner or later causes physical discomfort.

Having established yourself and like-minded as good and others as bad, you live in constant fear of attack from those you judged to be evil. Hence you turn the body into a weapon of defence or attack by either keeping your shoulders deadlocked in a backwards or forward position (respectively the attack and the defence attitude). Since the muscles, therefore, become inflexible and eventually start to ache, you have actually used the body to attack yourself.

A way to to keep unwanted feelings hidden inside the body is to hold the mouth closed, so no evil feelings slip out. But you cannot selectively exclude one kind of feeling. The exclusion of one feeling rubs off on the others, so the more a feeling is denied from your awareness by hiding it in the body, the number it becomes and the less alive you feel. At that point, you have forgotten that the pain in the body has been caused by yourself, and you blame something in the world for your discomfort. Your body, therefore, becomes a weapon of defence or attack against the world. To effectuate this, you keep the shoulders pushed forward into a position of defence or pushed back into a place of constant readiness to attack.

The tightened body makes you feel safer and thus to be in control. Especially if you also push one or both shoulders upwards to further tighten the area and thus prevent the feelings of the body from passing the blockage, so the brain, cannot process them but you mentally can explain and thus escape the feeling of them.

This rational explanation of your feelings seems less frightening than to actually feel them. Most either suppress the incoming flow of feelings to the brain or the outcoming flow of the processed feelings from the brain. In general, woman does not prevent the incoming flow of feelings from being processed by the brain, but instead they prevent the processed feeling from being expressed by making up a mental story where they have the power to choose to what, when and how much they want to express, and thereby being able to manipulate somebody into serving them.

Men, generally, do the same as a woman and for the same purpose, but in the case of men, it is instead the incoming flow of feelings they prevent from being processed by the brain. But whether it is the incoming or outcoming flow of feelings that are held back, the resulting blockage in the shoulders or neck shortens and/or extends the muscles, so the natural balance in the body is destroyed.

There are many ideas of how to restore the balance of the body, but as the cause of the imbalance is not there but in the mental sphere, all they accomplish is that the symptoms in the body are moved or momentarily relieved. To solve the problem, it must be faced where it is made, namely in the mental and/or emotional sphere where there is a sense of not being good enough as you are.

Not feeling loved as you are is a misunderstanding based on the perception that you are something else than the brain has created you to be.

The only thing that will heal the pain in the mental sphere is the undoing of the sick belief that you are someone definitive. This healing, however, most want to avoid, as it results in being nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

And as there also is a nagging feeling of being nothing, you wonder how you can ever be loved? Because you are nothing. Only that which is not real can be loved because it takes more than one to love or be loved, and reality is that which is one. So just like you love to hear music coming out of the speakers, although it is not real, the brain loves you as if you are something, although it has made from out of nothing. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Perceiving to be rejected or misunderstood is often a way to justify being depressed or angry and thus to suppress that it is your choice to be so. This is not to say that you should stop that or anything else but that if everything is perceived as it is what it is*, you have nothing to be depressed or angry about.

You will not feel loved, though, if you keep on filtering the feelings you receive and/or release to make it look like you get what you expect, for example disappointment for being let you down. If not filtering what you get and/or give and perceiving that as it is what it is*, to be abandoned feels just as entertaining as to be supported. Since no feeling, therefore, needs to be escaped, you do not feel stressed but relaxed, regardless of what you get and/or give.

This does not mean that common sense should be set apart. You may find its best not to express your deepest feelings to your boss. But just like you keep wearing a big sweater in the wintertime even though you feel like wearing something lighter, there is no need to suppress the light feeling.

Nor should common sense be set aside in regards to the damage that has been caused in the body by the suppressed feelings. Apart from feeling them, you most likely need to stretch the shortened muscles in the body, energising them by doing Nordic Walking, or softening with far-infrared heating pads, for example from UTK. The latter also makes it easier to be with feelings as they are. To make sure there are no serious problems with internal organs, you may have to consult a qualified physician. It is not likely that the physical symptoms caused by suppressed thoughts and feelings will ever be entirely fixed, but since these thoughts and feelings can be brought to light, their leftover physical effect is perceived like the basic self would do, namely that it is what it is.*

Should you, by the way, have distanced yourself so much from the thoughts and feelings you cut off from the awareness in the past and, therefore, cannot bring them back to the mental and/or emotional sphere where they are made, you can, instead, bring them back in one trunk by feeling the discomfort of the strained parts in the body that the suppression of them have caused.

Doing that without justifying the displeasure in the mental and/or emotional sphere with something, nor yourself, it will eventually be replaced by pleasure. Until then, however, you will probably feel that this is the end of you. No worries. The only thing that ends is the special image of yourself that you have worked so hard to keep together.

Facing the sum of mental and/or emotional discomfort in the above way is, of course, much quicker than facing one thought or feeling after the other. Even faster, though, is the enlightenment of that which is one because it erases all experiences, also that of being someone. The other duality hacks do the same but over time. Thus you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while slowly but surely having it undone. Hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing gives you a taste of how it is to be indifferent to this belief by bringing you into a state of not-knowing and shortly afterwards return you to the consciousness of being someone definitive but with the memory of that being nothing, so you experience to be in the world but not of it.

This is until that memory takes over completely, so you no more seem to be somebody who can hide there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. See hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

Everything takes more than one, when you believe there is more than one

It takes two to define a person in the world.

PART 1:
It takes two to become enlightened. »When your eyes become single your whole body shall be full of light«, Jesus said. And it takes two to appear as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

It takes two to make a difference. Both the positive pole and the negative one is needed to produce electricity.

It takes two to see, that differences do not make a difference.

Everything in a world, where there seems to be more than one. requires the involvement of at least two appearances. You cannot appear to be someone without being defined by someone appearing to be different, and there cannot be a world without someone to define it.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one, but as the world where you appear to be is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to come back to reality you have to start off as if you are more than one.

The person you appear to be in the world cannot be in the virtual world of a game like Super Mario, so to participate in it you pretend to be there. That, however, does not make the virtual world – or your appearance there – real. On the contrary, what and where you pretend to be you are not.

In the same manner, nothing can make the oneness of that which is you real in a world where there seems to be more than one. That which is you is not ´there´. It is something you pretend and no matter how good you are at it and whatever you pretend to be it is not real – this includes pretending to be spiritual, Buddha and whatnot.

No words like higher, realised and spiritual, that seem to value you as someone more evolved and better than others, will make you into anything else than what you already is in the world where there seems to be more than one, namely an illusion.

If you pretend to be a black car in the world of Monopoly, what you pretend to be is an illusion regardless you go to prison, own many houses or not. There may be many changes in a game, but it does not change, that you are not there. You only appear to be there. Neither does anything change if you pretend to be the white car instead.

Reality is the formlessness of oneness, so enlightenment of that which is one not of a world where there seems to be more than one
To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must overlook the differences of its appearances. Not by perceiving them as one. On the contrary. Separation – and not oneness – is the nature of the world.

So if you see them one by one without focusing on anyone, in particular, their apparent differences make no difference, and as they become the same so do your two eyes and as one eye they fill your whole body with light.

This is a poetic description of the enlightenment of that which is one. Practically speaking it may be more correct to say, that when differences make no difference you do not need the function of two eyes, which is to make the world dimensional. One eye – often referred to as the third eye and energetically speaking located on top of the eyebrows in between the two eyes – is enough for the enlightenment of that which is one, because oneness has no dimensions.

In other words, the enlightenment of that which is one is not possible with two eyes. They must be closed so that the dimensional world experienced with the external senses is not seen. Well, it is not so much the eyes that must be closed, but your attention towards the world they seem to see.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is literally nothing to see. If there is, you have not been blinded the brightness of the enlightenment of that which is one, but fenced it off so all what you get is glimpses of it, which often is confused with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Many so-called spiritual teachers claim, that there is a real you to be revealed, when you get rid of the ego. But as it requires more than one to get rid of something, and as there is no more than that which is one, getting rid of anything is an illusion.

Most of those, who talk about enlightenment do not know what it is. This includes those considered to be saints, gurus and spiritual teachers, who are just as eager as everybody else in the world of the outer senses to be acknowledged as someone definitive, so even though the only cause of suffering is the belief in being someone definitive, their teachings are not about undoing this belief, but getting rid of the ego, the past, the future and whatnot.

The world of the outer senses consist of one percent energy and 99 per cent empty space. In other words, there is nobody there.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight in the world, that is just as virtual as the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about.

They tell you, that your suffering will stop when you are transformed into someone better and higher by following their teachings. But as that requires more than one, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is enhanced and so is the idea of you as someone definitive.

More importantly, for the gurus is it that you need them and their ´wisdom´ and so you make them appear to be somebody who makes a difference. In other words, their help is all about confirming separation as real instead of undoing the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

Gurus are no different from you, though they like to think they have a higher consciousness than others. But to have something requires more than one – and there is no more than that which is one.

The idea that enlightenment results in you being wiser, at one with everything, without thoughts or detached from them is solely speculative – an idle hope that the fabrication of such a super person based on the illusion of being someone specific will prove that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in anything. Least of all being at one with everything because in reality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be at one with. Besides results are of a world experienced by the senses and the enlightenment of that which is one is not. It cannot be sensed, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to sense something.

The visual aspect of enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light, that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of enlightenment of that which is one, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part of this simulated world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the enlightenment of that which is one, that is already there.

PART 3:
The apparent power of the ego comes from the mutual agreement, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. But as any belief requires more than one and therefore enhances the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, believing to be on a spiritual path is to follow what one is supposed to escape, namely the ego.

Alexius is the non-teacher of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, but he is also its non student – and vice versa. No others are needed in order to undo of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet being and having more than that which is one is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. It seems, however, possible to believe that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness and that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order to hold this belief together, everybody must agree to it, because it only takes one to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one.

When believing to be someone definitive, you all the time need the experience of others. Whether they appear to be in an online, physical or astral world does not actually matter, because the experience of them is manufactured by the brain, that is conditioned in accordance with the belief, that you are someone definitive.

If you need time to process this, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, because processing something as well as taking your time requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no support to get in undoing the belief, that there is more than that which is one.
