No experience is real, except that which makes it possible to experience something that is not there

In the context of the world what you experience in this image is not real. Yet it is possible to experience something unreal because you are real. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even though Alexius is to be compared to one who is enlightened by that which is one, he has not experienced this enlightenment. It is not possible to experience that which is one because to experience something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to have vague memories of it as if Alexius is full of light.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything seems divided in at least two, for example, Alexius and the enlightenment of that which is one. In the reality of oneness though there is no difference because there is no more than that which is one.

The way Alexius is experiencing the world is an illusion, he is fabricating on the spot based on the idea, that it is possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, no illusion is imaginable without that which is real, so the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is a positive confirmation of that which is one.

This is not to imply Alexius is part of that which is one – there are no parts – but that there is no more than that which is one. So whatever appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet it is only possible to experience something, that is not real, because of that which is. In other words, though neither the experienced or the experiencer is real, that which makes it possible to believe so is.

You can say the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed when all the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle is put together in a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces symbolizes all thoughts and feelings you have excluded in order to fabricate a personality, which will dissolve when put together with its contrast. This comparison is not completely on the spot though, because actually you do not need to include all the missing pieces. All what is needed is that inclusion and not exclusion is your intention. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You can say the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed when all the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle are put together. This comparison is not completely on the spot though, because actually, it does not matter if all the pieces are put together. All that is needed is that inclusion and not exclusion is the intention behind your perception. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is needed to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to putting together a jigsaw puzzle. When some of the pieces fit together there are glimpses it, and when all pieces fit together the enlightenment of that which is bid welcome.

Both the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it requires that your intention is to not be exclusive but inclusive. In fact, it is not the jigsaw puzzle that needs to be complete for the enlightenment of that which is one to be revealed, but your intention to be inclusive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want to hear the birds singing outside your window and you cannot hear them because of the music you are playing, it is not the birds you need to do something about but what is blocking out their songs, namely your own choice of listening to music. Likewise you do not need to do anything for the enlightenment of that which is one to occur, but to see that you block it out by believing to be someone definitive and as this belief is upheld by being exclusive, all you need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to being inclusive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As exclusion is the very nature of the special self trying to get rid of it and become more authentic by excluding something enhances the special self. Nothing but inclusion can correct the mistake of perceiving oneself to be special. Without exclusion, the special self cannot survive, and without it, there is nothing special to hide how happy you are being basic and thus so close being nothing that the enlightenment of that which is one can be bid welcome. Read more about the special self here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It takes a lot of effort to be exclusive, whereas to be inclusive requires no effort but not to make an effort to be exclusive. In other words, it is very easy to be inclusive. That is if you do not insist on being someone definitive, because if you do, you must constantly make sure to exclude something in order to appear as someone specific.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being inclusive and not exclusive there is no more love or hate – or any other contrast, so there is nothing to fear or forgive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is only those excluding specific appearances from their experience of the world, who feels there is something to realise. If the intention is to include all appearances, there is nobody to realise anything, since you are defined by what you exclude.

Hence emptiness is all there is, and so every moment has new glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one until you forget to perceive the glimpses yo differ from each other and there is only one light, namely they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you appear to think and feel may seem to be caused by something outside of you, but that is a connection you are fabricating inside of you, so if you keep it there, the experience of an outside will dissolve. In other words, when everything is included there is nothing outside and as there is no inside without an outside there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

To appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one you are bound to have a personality.

No worries. The personality is not a hindrance for the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not see it. But if you believe, that it is you, it will prevent you from bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Only those, who are afraid of the emptiness that seems to arise without believing to be the personality, try to improve it via yoga and whatnot. However, all that you accomplish by changing and improving the personality is the enhancement of the belief that you are someone definitive because if you did not believe this, you would have no reason to make it better.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a run-up to the inner senses, where the extreme speediness does not seem terrifying, as it is nothing compared to that which is you. It is so fast that it is not possible to leave it. In other words, you are not returning to that which is you. You are rather leaving the belief that the dullness of the world experienced with the outer senses can hide the formlessness of that which is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is, if you use the speed as a take-off to the empty breath*, that will connect you with the high frequency of the inner senses, where the extreme speed seems like nothing, as the inner senses feels closer to the incredible speed of which is you, which is so fast that it is not possible to conceive. In other words, it is formless and therefore cannot be left, unless you imagine it to slow down so that there is something to be conceived as if it has a form amongst other forms in a world where there seems to be more than one. Even though this is just a fantasy, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, the belief that it is possible seems to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Enlightenment of that which is one cannot reveal itself, if you want it to be an experience that change or expand your consciousness, as it takes more than one to be aware of anything. Yet glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced, because no glimpse is complete and neither is an experience.

But if enlightenment is what you think you need to become better or higher, you will assume glimpses of it can be used for something specific and so they will seem to disappear until you realise, that you do not need more than what you already have, namely the life of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is nothing you can do in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to come back to that which is one because you never left it. But you can do something to undo the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This belief is undone the moment you do not need to believe you have something in a world where there seems to be more than one, as without this belief there is nothing to prove you are someone there, and not being anybody there, you do not need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In order to jump from one place to another you need to speed up. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To physically jump from one place to another you need to speed up. Likewise, you need to speed up thoughts – or rather you just do not try to slow them down – so that they move at a speed where it is hard to understand them. Consequently, there is no understanding to keep you from taking off to the empty breath.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of having fast-moving thoughts in the world of the outer senses is not comfortable for the body, but if the speed of thoughts is used as take-off to the empty breath*, it will synchronise the speed of the thoughts with the fast frequencies of the inner senses, which is the end of feeling restless and the start of feeling indifferent. That is if you do not fight the ways of the empty breath* or try to correct or transform your experience of being someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. In others words, to jump from the world of the outer senses to the empty breath*, which connects you with the inner senses, you do what you always need to do when jumping from one place to another, namely, speed up.

What is said in the above about speedy thoughts also applies to for example ongoing misery. When there is plenty of it, it can be used as a take-off to the empty breath*, provided you do not try to escape what you feel but are nothing but that. Plenty of happiness or any other feeling can be used in the same way.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Connecting with the empty breath is not like breaking on through to the other side, but like going in a driverless car on a highway to the formlessness of that which is one.

What is formless has no sides and therefore no end. Consequently, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to see more than one, you have chosen to be deceived by the senses.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The info or the thought construction of somebody tangible is stored at the edge of black hole. In reality it has never left is, because there is no black hole. There is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The info or the thought construction needed to make someone appear to be tangible in a world defined by time and space is picked up from the edge of a black hole. In reality, though it has never been applied. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one. Yet, if you if experience yourself to be someone definitive in a world supposedly created from a big bang coming out of a black hole, you imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. No worries, this mistake is easily undone, if you do not share this experience with somebody appearing to be outside or inside of you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the change from outer to inner senses is complete, the dullness of the world sensed by the outer senses is no more experienced. Consequently the slowness, that seems to make a world outside of you appear to be tangible, cannot hide there is nothing outside of you, neither inside. The thoughts that made up this illusion is rapidly taken away by the inner senses so that there is not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Such a complete change is not gradual but very abrupt, and as it is associated with death most avoid the enlightenment of that which is one.

Believing the world – including astral planes and whatnot – to be real can be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world that appears to be on the screen so that the reactions to your projections seems to come from the world instead of you. Hence it appears as if you experience a world outside of you.

Enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to a sudden crack in the roll of the film with the movie you are projecting yourself onto, so the world that you project yourself upon is replaced by a bright white light, where there is not something to project yourself upon.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings offers no hope, because hope operates in time, and time is an illusion.

In the context of this metaphor, what is real is not the bright white light, but the source that is projecting it, namely the movie projector, which is neither in the world of the screen or the bright white light, although it is the power making it possible for this to appear on the screen.

Because this metaphor is part of the movie called The World it is as unreal as everything else in the movie. And as there is nothing unreal, there is no movie and consequently nobody watching it. The movie metaphor is just a way to explain, what cannot be explained. If it could, the movie called The World world to be real, and there would be somebody watching it.

As life is that which is one, there is no life where there is more than one, so you are bound to feel that it is meaningless, when you try to fit into a world where there seems to be more than one – just like within the context of such a world it is meaningless trying to fit into the world of a game like Monopoly. It is not possible to be there, except in your imagination.

This the reason so many want to know how the world was created and the reason they are there because if this can be explained they can rest assured, they are someone definitive in a real world. In reality, though there is nothing to explain, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to explain anything.

(+) Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes seem to have nightmares – at least this is what he concludes when he sees their fitful movements. The oneness of life would probably draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can life see, that those who believe to be in such a world have a dream in which it is possible to be and have more than the oneness of life by constantly taking something from outside of itself in a world where life seems to be divided in more than one.

Even though life senses, we are dreaming about a world where there seems to be more than one, as to fear something requires more than one, it cannot wake us up to reality of that which is one, as it probably is too scary to suddenly see that what we appear to be in the dream – no matter if it seems spiritual or whatnot – is not real, so life tries to comfort us, while it sweetly whispers in our ears: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt in the dream as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but a light much stronger than anything in the dream. An atomic bomb seems to be nothing compared to this force of light, which does not illuminate something and is neither opaque or transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts stored in the brain making up the experience of you as someone definitive. They are left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will, of course, seem very frightening for someone believed to have a consciousness. No worries, if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, all that is needed is to pick up the thought construction left at edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey into the black hole to something. In this way the journey becomes definable, and as that is only possible in a definable world, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. This, however, has to be when the enlightenment of that which is one still appears to be happening in linear time because after a few minutes still in linear time it turns into one perpetual present, and then it is too late to return the experiences of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice, this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature, that makes up your identity in the dream of a world, where life seems to be divided into more than one. If you do not believe, this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But if you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you fear to become formless, and to prevent that you objectify the fear by justifying it as if it caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way, the formlessness of oneness is escaped so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where their life seems to be divided into more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is very egoistic. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually, there is nothing to fear in that which is one, because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive you must constantly exclude what is judged not to be you, and as that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear the retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything in order to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness and the enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one to choose to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. Nor is you reading this article or Alexius writing it. That which we are is not in the dream called the world. One could say we are dreaming about it. This, however, is not a factual explanation but a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, in reality, there is no dream – just one perpetual present.

The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One
When your ear is close enough to a computer, you hear and/or feel a distant sound coming from its engine. In order to be that close to the computer though, you have to stop focusing on the world empowered on its screen.

The same applies to hear or feeling the distant sound from the edge of the universe, which is often, although it cannot be spoken, symbolised by the words Aum or Sohang. In other words, you must stop focusing on the appearances in the world of duality to hear the humming from the edge of the universe, which can be compared to hearing the essence of the sound coming from a computer engine or rather the fan of it.

You can also compare the humming to transparently hearing the purring of a cat, or sensing your body vibrating like that, or like trembling of fear but without the fear of something, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In other words, it is not really in the body that you feel it but rather like when like, for example, when the anaesthesia a dentist has made in the mouth stops working. You feel something, but it is not as if it is the body you used to know.

This vibration is used to fabricate and uphold a world of duality – not in the sense that it has created it. The vibration is an echo of that which has no beginning or end so it cannot create anything with an end. Yet the energy of it is used to keep together the imagination of a world of duality – just like it is the energy of a dreamer that makes it possible to have a dream. It is not possible though to manifest the dreamer in the dream and likewise, it is not possible to manifest non-duality in a world of duality.

The vibration that ´Aum´ and ´Sohang´ symbolises is your launching pad to non-duality.

The launching pad to one perpetual present
Sometimes, while having a dream, you sense that it is too weird to be real. Likewise hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang a world of duality stops making sense. The apparent differences of it do not make a difference, and so the concept of duality slowly fades out – also the fear born out of the belief in being someone definitive. Consequently, the world no longer seems to have a grip on you, and so you are free to use the humming from the edge of the universe as a launching pad to the formlessness of non-duality.

Alexius is never sad and nobody is ever mad at him. He knows these feelings, and when they pass by he include them – and what is not excluded does not define him.

You cannot know or understand the formlessness of non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to know or understand something. For the same reason, you cannot experience fear, sadness or anger, neither love, happiness or compassion in that which is one.

This does not mean, that there is no love in that which is one. It is everywhere but as non-duality is formless there is no separation, so there is not something specific to experience. Neither is there someone specific to experience, that there is nothing specific to experience. It is one perpetual present.

NOTES:

  • Hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, which is to hear or feel the echo of that which is one, is not a miracle cure, as everything in a world of linear time appears to take time – including having the belief in being someone definitive and that the fear it entails is an illusion.
  • Following the heart has nothing to do with following the echo of that which is one. This vibration erases the belief in a world defined by time and space. The heart, however, needs definitions in order to continuously be excited about something definitive. Consequently, it will fight the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, so that you remain in a world defined by time and space.
  • If you want practical instructions on how to hear or feel the vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolises, read more here.

3.7 What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is constantly there.

The empty breath can be felt in many different ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body and what seems to be inside or outside of it, because the empty breath does not of anything definitive.

This is not because the empty breath experiences everything in a world where there seems to be more than one to be spiritual, but that nothing is experienced to be there since experiences is a hallucination made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from the connectedness with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone definitive. See also the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

Thus the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are very future-minded, the empty breath may be felt as coming from somewhere in front of you, whereas being minded about the past it may be felt to come from the back. And if you are into the concepts of living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of it is coloured by own your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you it has no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. So whether you experience it in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside of the body it carries out its one and only purpose, namely to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

As the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and you may experience it in other ways than described in this article.

No worries. Feeling the empty breath is not about approaching it in the right way, but going with the flow. It is only in the world of the outer senses, you must do the right thing so you can feel better than those judged to do the wrong thing.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

This scientific image found on the internet has been manipulated by Alexius to give you an idea of the simultaneously circular movements inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath has the form of an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Neither do the circles inside of it, and there are so many that there is no space between them. Nor are they empty. Each one of them contains two yin-yang like waves, looking a bit like in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the biggest part of the pear-shaped version of it may seem to be in the top as well as in the bottom, or in the sides or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the oval circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there is no fixed centre.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the next animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as the above is very difficult to comprehend in a world where life seems to be divided into more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make up the empty breath, if you are conditioned to divide reality in more than one. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

For most, the flow will be in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. It is all about going with the flow, so if it seems to go the opposite way, by all means, follow that.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The diameter of the circle may be proportionally expanded so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you like to perceive the location of the empty breath, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it and defines it as something substantial – read more about that here. As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two waves inside a circle of the empty breath. But there are other ways of experiencing the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to these ways and then a more detailed description of each way.

Be aware though, that feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the transparent bliss of nothingness.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference) is a state of not-knowing where you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves inside and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

d76fd0833b28d1db146c08a2dd2057d91-2

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
The illustration above to the right shows a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in the images and all the others this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave, that may start from the stomach and then go behind the body into the head (see a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath). From there you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body, while the breath is contracting the body until you come back to the abdomen or below it. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you mostly feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not about being in total synch with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, neither does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, as that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to impose ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot upon it.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the flow of the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so that following the flow of the two yin-yang like waves feels like surfing them is an imagination of his.

You can also surf the opposite way than described in the above. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so this might speed up undoing the belief in being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus you are set free from the body (read more about this here), and the body is set free from you, so it can follow its biological system without you trying to control it based on the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, which is not possible. Just like you cannot import physical elements in a dream or vice versa. This does of course not mean, that you should refrain from consulting a qualified health care professional, who can assist in supporting the biological system of the body.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is slowly but surely being undone.

As already said, there is no right way of being with the empty breath. Unlike in the world of the outer senses, where a wrong move can be fatal, there is no right way of going with the flow of the empty breath, so no need to bother about the right way of doing it. Besides going with the flow of the empty breath, you will soon be indifferent to what is right or wrong.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless the state of the body
Generally speaking, you will as already stated, mostly feel the flow of the waves in one circle – probably the one going from the back to the front of the body or the other way around – but you can also jump from circle to circle or feel them all simultaneously. It is not important. Neither is it essential to know all this.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that feeling something is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of the empty breath in such a detailed way as described in this article before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

But if you want, it is possible to be a bit more choosy than he generally is. Apparent problems with the past, or in the back, may benefit from being massaged by the empty breath through surfing both sides of a single wave in the back of you.

Should you need to be grounded, you could choose to surf all the way around a single wave passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way, or from side to side, or both of those waves, or any one or more waves in between.

Just like what you appear to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something. Consequently nothing prevents it from being what and where it is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that what it takes to make things work.

Regarding the empty breath and how its nothingness helps to reduce the symptoms of somethingness, Alexius speaks from personal experience, because his body is not in the best condition, as he has never been very good at being something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

And if you feel the need to be intuitive or fact-minded (the right or left side of the brain), you could surf both of the waves passing the head from side to side in relation to it. The same, but around the chest, would be fine if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. That direction, but maybe around the head or stomach instead, is also very good in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the waves back and forth, where the waves may adjust themselves to go from feet to head.

In the case of a blocked abdomen, you surf a single wave down there in front of the body going sideways from right to left or the other way. You could also just surf back and forth the front of the wave. The size of the wave adjusts to the need for opening up the abdomen. Has sadness been hidden there, you may feel like crying. If so you take your time to do so and then return to the same part of the empty breath if that is where the flow calls for you to go.

It may also call for surfing a combination of single waves, for example interchange between surfing the wave at the abdomen and a single wave in front of you, that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or maybe not just single waves but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and forth of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to the problem.

The empty breath is extremely helpful in regards to alleviate allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. Not in the sense that it heals those things, but that it makes you indifferent to the state of the body and thus able to feel good regardless its state and therefore able support it without projecting fear upon it – read more about that here.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is far from good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get over with so he can feel better, because everything is as it is. See also when he was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from.

There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but being used by it and to go with the flow as it comes to you because that sets the body free to heal itself. That is why it is so good in cases of psychosomatic disorders. Read more about that here. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article, as an intellectual understanding will not help you to feel the connectedness with the empty breath. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath, because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath generally speaking also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that it is felt solely inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the limited size of the body though, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of breathing. Yet the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done with any of the circles within the non-definitive borderline of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt through the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, as you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it may be so foreign to you that you probably prefer following the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius experiences the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning – see the speedy animation just below – but it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing still – see the third image from here – so you feel breathless and the bliss of being indifferent to whatever you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing on the outer sides of two yin-yang like waves in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not in line with the rhythm of the breath. Yet it is the force behind it. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere or as if spinning through a world with no limits.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of the empty breath … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is felt both inside and outside of the body. It is probably easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body because there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch it, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to feel the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, your effort to pinpoint it will fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach tits rhythmic flow and transparent sound of it is, therefore, to start in the chaos at the root of the empty breath – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – as that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

Hearing/feeling the sound of the inner breath, you feel transparent, as if there is nothing to separate you from where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hearing or feeling the sound of the empty breath, you feel transparent as if there is not something separating you from other appearances in the world of the outer senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

Sometimes this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ seems to come from the nose and sometimes from an undefined space in the back of the head. But since there does not seem to be any boundaries, the sound neither is experienced to be inside or outside the head. At other times it seems to come from a distant space outside the body as if the breath has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

Feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, me and them and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it to be real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. There is nobody to believe you are someone definitive there because it is something you pretend (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath as it manifests in the swing or transparent sound of the empty breath, as otherwise it is the end of you when the body stops to function. In that moment it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of empty breath, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of life.

These glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, will merge into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

Read more about how to have glimpses of the different aspects in the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment. And read more about the enlightenment of that which is one in hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

The empty breath is not an appearance that can be manifested by the manipulating the physical breath or by exercising any other form of control.

Hearing or feeling the empty breath is not something that can be provoked by the execution of specific exercises. It is the other way around. When you are not looking for something specific, the empty breath can move on its own accord.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

It is not possible to illustrate the empty breath in its totality. But this yin-yang animation (please ignore from the holes, as there are no holes in the waves of the empty breath) may give you an idea about the simultaneous movement of the yin-yang like waves inside it.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Alexius does not really know what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like because it is a state of not-knowing. However, for the purpose of writing about it, he had many short moments of the empty breath ignited, so that he from the vague memories of those could write what it felt like.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Remember that just like the experience of an orgasm is a very personal thing, so is the experience of the connectedness with the empty breath, even though what you experience is not personal and that you actually have no consciousness about it, since the connection is established half a second before a conscious experience of you as someone definitive is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here.

In the resulting state of not-knowing what and where you are, which lasts until you insist that the apparent differences registered by the brain make a difference and you, therefore, must be someone separated from what you see. Until then there is nobody to experience, how blissful it is not believing to be someone definitive.

In other words, the feelings of the empty breath are memories, that pop up when you again believe to be someone definitive. And as memories are based on a very personal selection, your memories may be coloured in another way than in the above descriptions based on the memories of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty of how to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

The look of these sound waves reminds me in some ways of how it feels to be connected with the inner breath.

NOTE ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATIONS
Alexius searched the web for animations and still photos to illustrate the different movements of the empty breath in the way he remembers them. He does not know if the illustrators had the empty breath in mind when they made these images – but probably not.

The animations – except the three last ones – are grabbed from Electromagnetic Plasma Energy Light.

4.4 SXM Do not stop thoughts and feelings, but use them as a take-off to indifference of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

Alexius Jorgensen taking off to the empty breath

Alexius taking off to the empty breath, which is indifferent to the apparent differences in the world, wherefore the sense of suffering otherwise caused by the belief in separation is gone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Every thought or feeling is a reminder, that the appearance of something cannot cause you to suffer, if the thoughts and feelings about it is not shared or justified with the world*, but used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, as in the company of its indifference there are no thoughts and feelings to define you as someone definitive and thus nobody to suffer.

As this results in a state of not-knowing, it is not before the connectedness with the empty breath is left, that there is someone to know, not believing to be someone definitive is the end of all suffering.

This is not meant to be understood, as it is not necessary to take care of the body, because even though the empty breath reveals, that appearing to be in it – or anywhere else – is an illusion, it is through the illusion of being there, that you connect with the empty breath.

And you have to connect with it again and again, because the connection cannot last very long, if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, since the brain falls into coma, if not kept active in a feedback loop with thoughts of you as someone separated from others.

See where to find the empty breath in the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´, how to do it in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´, and what it feels like in the articles What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? and The most exciting aspect of ´the empty breath´, namely indifference, is not exciting but liberating.

But if you do not want to remain as someone separated from others, you do not mind the brain falling apart, so it no longer can map out empty space, as if it is a world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore not something to hide that such a world is an illusion, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To make long short, regardless you want to remain as someone definitive or not, the state of not-knowing induced by the empty breath is bound to end after 20 minutes, at the most 45, so that the consciousness of being someone definitive can be resumed or totally erased.

No need to worry about having your consciousness totally erased, if you accidentally stay too long in a state of not-knowing. First of all, hardly anybody comes to the point where the brain starts falling apart, and should you reach the point of no return but want to return, fear of survival will set in, which is enough to reboot the brain and bring you back to the experience of being someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Even within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, an illusion that your experience of it is based on the info the brain claims to receives from the sensory system. This is just something it makes up to hide that the whole story of such a world is a fabrication done by itself despite what it seems to receive from the sensory organs.

It does not need your eyes to be open to producing vivid images of the world for you to ´see´. Neither does it need you to be awake or sexually stimulated by something in the world outside of you to produce an orgasm. It can make it happen it your dreams.

In other words, it does not matter what info the brain seems to receive from the sensory organs because it is arranged by the brain in the way it sees fit for you to experience. It only claims that your experience is processed from the info coming through your sensory organs so that it can be true to its own story of you being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. This also applies to the experiences you believe to be spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

As this makes it looks like the person it has generated from out of nothing seems to have a conscious experience based on info coming from the sensory system of itself, wherefore what and where you appear to seem to be real.

NOTE: This article is an evaluation of the previous article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´. They are both part of hack #4.4, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The world is not a manifestation but an imagination

As it requires more than one to observe something, namely the observer and the observed, and as non-duality is that which is one, the experience of duality is not real but an imagination made possible due t that which is real, namely the formlessness of non-duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Most like to think, that they have seen, realised or found something special, that nobody else has found so that they can imagine they are more special than others and therefore rest assured in the belief that they are someone definitive special separated from others. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

PART 1:
One of Alexius´ cats likes to find food, that has fallen outside of the bowl. This she eats with great joy, as if it is better than the food inside the bowl, although it is just the same. Likewise, everything in a world of duality is just the same, regardless of what it is experienced to be.

As non-duality is formless and therefore endless, a world of duality is an illusion. Yet there would be no illusion without reality, namely non-duality.

It is easy to see that this image is not a manifestation of two people but an imagination of it. Yet, it may be more difficult to grasp that the world is not a manifestation of life but an imagination of it, that is just as lifeless as this image, which only seems to show two people, when you imagine this. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is easy to see, that this image is not a manifestation of two people but an imagination of it. Yet it may be more difficult to grasp that the world is not a manifestation of life but an imagination of it, which is just as lifeless as this image, that only seems to be two people when you imagine this. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Duality is a construction of thoughts starting off with the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than the oneness of peace, which is the one and the only possibility of non-duality. As this requires separation from non-duality and as non-duality is formless and therefore everything, it is not possible except in imagination.

In a vivid imagination everything appears to be possible, so even though non-duality has neither an inside or outside, due to it is formless and therefore endless, it is fantasized that one can be separated from it and watch it from the outside, where it seems as if the look of it changes with the angle of observing it, so that it appears to be dimensional instead of non-dimensional and dual instead of non-dual.

This illusion is of course only possible to experience because of that which is not an illusion, namely non-duality*. Hence the world of duality, that seems to be the result of it, is a symbol of non-duality**. So if everything in such a world is perceived as symbols of non-duality, the imagination of separation does not seem to have the power to entrap you in a world of duality.

According to ancient Eastern scriptures, the experience of a tangible world defined by time and space is an illusion. If so and if you are real, you cannot be in such a world. Yet you can pretend to be there – just like within the context of such a world, you can pretend to be in a video game. The animation is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
That you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, is an experience you choose to have. This does not mean, however, that it is also you, who choose what happens in a world defined by time and space. Just like everything in a video game is scripted, so is everything in a world defined by time and space. So if you get sick when you turn left, that is how it is scripted.

Thoughts have no power unless you use them to make it appear as if you are somebody instead of nobody.

Dimension is a fabrication. It is not real. That which is real is formless and therefore without any dimension. In the context of dimension it is as flat as can be, and so small that it is invisible. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The script determining what can happen in a world defined by time and space is to be compared to a dream in the sense, that it is made by nobody, those appearing to be there are not real and what happens is beyond their control. Yet they have the power to decide how to perceive the script. In other words, it is you who decide if it makes you happy or not.

The above is of course just a metaphor. You do not have the power to decide anything, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and it takes more than one to decide something.

For the same reason, you do not read this, which is revealed when not trying to make sense out of it.

That is not a revelation though, where the formlessness of that which is one is experienced, as that requires more than one, but a revelation of no experience at all, so that there is nothing to hide, there is, never was and never will be no more than the formlessness of that which is you.

This is of course also a metaphor, as it requires more than one to have a revelation. But if nobody is making sense out of this, it does not matter.

The speed of oneness cannot be illustrated, because it is so fast that it cannot be seen. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

The formlessness of that which is one cannot be illustrated because it is so fast – unimaginable much faster than this animation – that it fuses into one. There is no differentiation possible. Yet everything is there because formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
Looking forward to feeling the speed of that which is one to manifest itself in you is a waste of time. It cannot manifest anything. On the contrary. It erases everything you believe to be because any belief – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – seems to hide it, although there is nothing else than that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless.

To be or not to be is always the question in a world defined by time and space. But this is not so in the formlessness of that which is one, as it requires more than one to be something.

Yet from the perspective of a world defined by time and space that which is one is not anywhere. It is non-existing. And indeed this is so because it takes more than one to exist. In other words, everything that is experienced to exist is an illusion.

A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion

PART 1:
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings
about including both sides of a contrast, so that they cancel out each other* and leave you with nothing but a perfect moment is not meant to be a new religion or philosophy with special steps to learn and strictly to follow.

In the previous articles where there have been examples of contrasts like love and hate or good and bad, it is quite easy to figure out the opposite opponents of a contrast. But you do not need to be conscious about the opposite side of a certain thought or feeling in order to include both sides of the contrast.

It only make sense to talk about night, because we also are aware of its contrast day. And we would not know about light if not for darkness. So it makes no difference, if you are aware of both sides of a contrast or not, as long as you just include one side of it exactly as you perceive it.

You cannot experience just one thing. If you did you would not know what it is that you experience. You need the contrast of love, which is hate, to know you are in love. In other words, when including love as it is, hate is automatically included* – even though it often may be on an unconscious level.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The inclusion of everything perceived in a moment is not complicated. If the Chinese wallpaper in this image is not part of the perception of the moment for the person eating in a Chinese restaurant, there is no need for him to include it.

Maybe he did not even noticed the food in the moment of this photo, but had a childhood memory popping up when being photographed. If so, including everything as it is perceived in the moment for him is to include the memory of his childhood and whatever thoughts or feeling arises from that.

This is what makes the moment perfect for him. Not Alexius shooting the photo, the Chinese food or the beautiful people passing by, because that is not his perception of the moment. His perception of the moment is of the past, and when that is included the moment is perfect now.

There are no rules but inclusion
It is inclusiveness that makes a moment perfect. If there is something you forget to include, you include forgetfulness, which automatically will include mindfulness as well, whether you are aware of this contrast or not.

A perfect moment can be compared to a zone where there is no concern and therefore no need to correct, transcend or transform anything.

The idea of living in the now is as most so-called spiritual ideas based on exclusion so that the belief in separation can be enhanced – in this case, it is the past and future that is excluded in order to find a separated point in between those called now. A perfect moment, however, is no based on separation, as it includes any memory of the past as well as expectations for the future.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It can last a split second, but it may also seem as if you forever are in a state of daydreaming about nothing, or a short outburst of crying about the past, or a vision of a sensual kiss in the future. It lasts as long as you have no concern for a world where there seems to be more than one.

But measured in the linear time it cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, as a world where there seems to be more than one constantly needs to be witnessed. If not, you will not experience it anymore. Neither anything else, as what you believed to be is no more. Not is the sense, that it has been replaced by something else, because it was never there, although the belief that it was, hid the formlessness of oneness.

To include everything does not mean you must stop to exclude. That would not be to include everything. You do not need to stop anything to undo the belief in separation. You simple include everything – also excluding.

No need to worry about getting it right. All that is needed for a moment to be perfect is to not be exclusive but inclusive – and you are automatically inclusive when not exclusive.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If this seems to be unsettling, include it, and you will see, that by including all parts of your experience of a world where everything seems to be different, their apparent difference makes no difference, and so the belief in separation, which is what makes you feel uncomfortable, is slowly being undone while you at the same time are enjoying this belief.

To include everything has nothing to do with the so-called union of soul, mind and body.** To believe in such concepts is just as illusionary, as to believe in any other concept based on the idea that it is possible to be or have more than that which is one. As it takes more than one to include something, this is of course also an illusion. Yet the illusion of inclusion is a way to use the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one yo undo that belief.

It may be easier to include somebody than the feelings they represent
If a feeling from the past
seems a little diffuse, it is often easier to include it by simply including those you blame for it in the present, or by including your body as it feels in this moment, as most unwanted thoughts and feelings are stored there, for example in the stomach until the pressure gets too high on the body, so you try to alleviate it by projecting it onto others – often those closest to you.

In other words, your body and those closest to you may be the biggest symbols of exclusion, so by including those symbols, you are way off on your way to undo the belief in separation. In the case of Alexius, his cats most certainly represent excluded sides of him, that seems a bit diffuse to him and therefore hard to include. Yet, it is easy to include his cats.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To include them is not the same as to love them, as you cannot love something unless it is perceived to be separated from you. From this follows, to love somebody is to exclude somebody. Yet this exclusion – just like any other, can be undone by including it.

If there is somebody you dislike, you do not need to change that, because when this is not justified, but simply included as it is, to like or dislike makes no difference.

It is all about inclusion
As already state Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not a new philosophy or religion with a new vocabulary and rules, that you must learn and strictly follow, so if you, for example, do not want to include your cats, feel free to exclude them. It does not matter, as long as you include your unwillingness to do this. In other words, exclusion is also fine – just remember to include it that you are exclusive … and should you forget that, well, include your forgetfulness.

Maybe inclusion does not seem to work for you. It feels frustrating and as if something still is missing. If so, you just include that.

Life is not exclusive but inclusive, so to not exclude is to uncover life. When exclusion is included, you do not exclude.

If you are unwilling to undo your belief in a world, where there appear to be more than one, you do not need to change that, because if you include your unwillingness you will also include your willingness, as like any other contrast they are like two sides of the same coin. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you are unwilling to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, you do not need to change that, because if you unwillingness is included, willingness is included as well, since two opposite sides of a contrast are like two sides of the same coin.

PART 2: To include something means, that you do not exclude it by projecting it onto others and blame them for what is yours. Not that it actually is yours. Nothing is, because somebody, who appears to be and/or have more than that which is one, is an illusion, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Nobody has created Mickey Mouse, because he does not exist, neither does the world where he seems to live – even though there seems to be elements of reality in it.

Since the world where you believe to be is nothing but empty space, it is not the world but your experience of it that is fabricated. It includes what you believe to be, as well as the question, who is fabricating the experience? The question is very important to those who want to believe a world where there seems to be more than one is real, because even though nobody has ever been able to answer it, the question seems to proof, that there is more than that which is one.

While you appear to be and/or have more than that which is one, there are things you seem to have or not to have. In this context, everything is yours, because the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one is fabricated by you.

Thus everything that you experience in such a world – whether it seems to be inside or outside, so-called spiritual or mundane – is yours. So to undo the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one you must include every experience exactly as it is fabricated by you.***

Mickey Mouse looks very happy, but there is no happiness in him except for what you believe to be there.

A world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to a movie in the sense that it consists of nothing but zeros and ones if it is a digital one, and if it is an analogue movie the illusion of a world on the screen is made by the subtraction of light. Even though here is nothing there it appears to make you forget that which is real.

Without exclusion, there is no separation
In other words, if you do not want your fabricated experience, that is based on the belief in separation, to hide the formlessness of oneness, you can undo the fabrication by including every aspect of it as your idea. Do not worry, if you are not willing to undo all parts of your experience as ideas of yours.

Unwillingness**** does not matter when not justified but included as yours. No need to worry either, if you are justifying unwillingness. The same that applies to unwillingness applies to justification. It makes no difference when included as yours.

Inclusion is liberation from separation

Accept darkness instead of fighting it, and it will enhance the light of the moment.

The sum of any contrast is a perfect moment, so instead of denying or fighting darkness go for it, as this will bring out its contrast, light, as well. Not in the way though that they will merge into dawn, but that they will cancel out each other so that there is nothing to experience. That is a perfect moment. The photo, by the way, is from such a perfect moment in my garden. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – that Alexius is sharing a home with have a big territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up in their home, they got very upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When she later returned, she did not notice that the stranger was still were chilling out on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him. Then hell was loose.

By thinking the world is the cause of your state of mind, it is justified by the world and thus excluded from what it believed to be you. In this way separation is made real, because projecting the cause of your state of mind onto powers, that appears to be outside of you, there seems to be more than one.

Once again she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still very upset. To prove that her feelings of unjust were justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. Every time she found one, she freaked out so Wincent and Alexius could see how much the stranger had hurt her feelings.

Ultimately speaking it is not possible to be troubled by something, as there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be troubled by something. But if you believe to be someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there will always be somebody or something that seems to cause trouble.

In other words, you will not be trouble-free before the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

Guinevere freaking out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere freaking out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The anger, Guinevere was holding onto, was supposed to exclude the unfamiliar cat from her world and to make him suffer for what she imagined he had done to her. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time in her world by sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea, that she was angry and he was supposed to suffer from it. In fact, he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. Nonetheless, there was another one, who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. It was eating her up from inside.

This is not a story about anger but the purpose of holding onto it
The above cat story is not meant to be a story about anger, but the purpose of justifying feelings, which is to manifest the belief that there is more than that which is one.

A feeling in itself cannot confirm this belief. But when it is justified by something judged to be outside of you, you become a victim of forces in a world where there seems to be more than one.. Thus the justification of a feeling confirms the belief that you are someone in such a world. At least that is what you want to believe, even though the prize of this belief is pain.

As it takes more than one to feel something, and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of feeling always ends up being experienced as painful. In this way you are reminded, it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one.

In the case of Guinevere, her anger justified by the stranger makes her seem superior to him, though she actually has turned herself into a victim of him. This makes them both appear to be somebody special, and as Guinevere want to be especially good compared to the stranger that she judges to be evil, more anger is justified with him with. And as the result is the same as before even more anger must be justified with the evil one – and so it goes on and on.

Feeling angry or happy results in the same, if those feelings are justified by something, namely the enhancement of being separated from a world that appears to be outside of you.

A victim of justification
Even though what we did judge to be a problem is out-of-the-way, we often choose to hold onto it in order to justify any anger popping up. Besides we also want to punish those we blame for it – maybe our parents – by putting up a sad face so that they will feel guilty about how much they have hurt us.

Feeling angry is an imagination, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something.

If it is only when anger is attributed with a cause, that it appears as if somebody or something has upset you. But if it is not attributed with a cause, nothing has upset you. The way to attribute anger with a cause is to justify it, so if you do not do that, the story is over and anger does not seem dangerous, because it is not triggering a story of pain.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude anger from herself by justifying it as if it is caused by the visiting cat but include it as hers, she has no need to get upset about a visitor in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude her present anger from herself by justifying it as caused by the last visit of a foreign cat but include it as hers, she has no need to find things that reminds her of the stranger in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

If a feeling of rejection is not justified by what somebody else appear to have done or not done, the feeling is not excluded but included and as that means it does not represent separation, there is no rejection.

Guinevere likes to sit on the balcony. It is not because of the view, but the canaries that she sees in the avocado trees and dream of catching. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no darkness without light and vice versa
Even though the everyday view from the balcony of Alexius in the above image is very pleasurable to the eye, he sometimes succeeds in finding things there that seems to justify a discomforting feeling. Just like Guinevere, who was looking for hidden things home to evoke the story she made up of her encounter with the visiting cat so that her justification of the anger he seemed to trigger from her past could be excluded from her.

To include a feeling as it is, you just let it be without justifying it. To let it be requires, that you consider yourself to be someone definitive, as otherwise there would not be someone to let it be. But by letting it be you lose control and without it you cannot align your appearance into someone definitive. Hence you are nobody.

In this way somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you becoming nobody – and it takes nobody to have a perfect moment, since it is a state of not-knowing.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere joined Alexius and Wincent on Christmas Eve, when she was 5 months old. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere, who came to Alexius when she was around five months old, had been left behind twice by other people, so when events in the present trigger her old feelings of insecurity she freaks out. Alexius grew up in a home, that felt like a war zone to him, so he tends to justify his anger as a necessity to protect him from a devastating power interpreted to come from outside of him.

Such anger from the past does not have to be an ongoing problem though, because when not excluded by blaming somebody else for having caused it, but instead included exactly as it is experienced, it will not only reveal its other side, which is pleasure, but also that the sum of the opposites in a contrast is a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment, anger is not a disturbing feeling, pushed away into the dark. Instead, it is taken into the light, so the hidden memories of the past, that seemed to have caused it, is no more. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present.

Feelings need the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it takes more than one to feel something – and such a world needs feelings in order to be experienced as if it is real and not just make-believe.

Inclusion frees you from your own story of a world made up of past memories, and as it is those memories you use to keep your belief in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. This does not mean that you will get rid of your conditioning. If you try that, they will just be replaced by others. But it means you will not consider them to be real – just like even though you play along with the rules of a game, you do not consider the rules of it to be real.

NOTES:

What is unreal is right in front of you

A world of duality can be compared to this box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it an app changes it on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it is happening to you.

Even though a fairy tale is built with elements from the physical world, it cannot be found in the tale, which is a simulated world, fabricated by a writer. The characters have no free will. They can never leave the story and be part of the physical world because they are not physical but symbols of it.

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. Nothing in it is real and can never be, and no one can ever leave or transcend it. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators can be used to illustrate this through its interactive art.

In the Augmented Hand Series you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

In the Augmented Hand Series you can watch your hand take on a life of its own. Here your fingers grow to varying lengths.

When you stick your hand in a little box – see the above animation – you experience the hand on the screen changing its amount of fingers and moving them in its own right without you doing anything or having any influence over what happens. No one has. What the hand does is nothing but preprogrammed mechanical movements controlled by an app.

The little box and the screen create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some look into the box to see if it is really happening to their hand. It feels like it is. That is what the brain is telling them to believe based the info it received through the eyes, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them.

The human brain can be compared to the app, that is made to simulate your hand on the screen in ´the Augmented Hand Series´ illustrated in this article, as in a world of duality all experiences are simulations processed by the brain – also experiences like coming from the heart or living in the now. It is just a trick – and so is meditation.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel like they are happening.

The world of duality is not really happening. It is a simulated world and you are not in it. Yet it feels so because you metaphorically speaking have put yourself in a little box, where an app called the brain twist that which is you into a world of duality. And as it is not real, it needs not to be stopped. In fact, it cannot be stopped. If it could, it would be real. But you can stop perceiving the apparent differences in a world of duality to make a difference because without differences there is no separation and hence no time and space to hide the formlessness of non-duality.

While you feel, you are in a world of duality nothing needs to be done, improved or transcended. It is all make-believe – including living in the now, love, astral planes and other concepts like that – and when you know that, you know you are not there. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

The impossible can be fun, when you know it is not real.

The impossible is fun when you know it is not real. In a simulation, you can play out your fantasies and achieve the impossible without any risk because you are not there.

One way of undoing the belief in a world of duality is to pretend to be someone in a world of duality instead of believing to be there (hack #1). Another way is – in the context of the disassociated hand metaphor and hack #2 that this article is a part of – to see the disassociated hand as a symbol of the real hand.

A shortcut to undoing the belief in a world of duality, so that nothing hides the non-duality of that which is you is to not know what and where you are, contrary to knowing yourself as that requires more than one, and that which is you is one.

The duality hacks are not accompanied by soft music with sounds from whales, pictures of rosy lotus flowers, promises of a better world, fantasies of love and togetherness, higher states of consciousness or other attributes from a simulated reality.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have nothing to promise but that which is you will never change, neither will it end. That being said, as long as you seem to appear in a world of duality, you can play with any of beginning, change and end.

If you like love, by all means, go for it. In the case as Alexius he likes to pretend, that he loves his cats, and miss them when he does not perceive them to be there, even though nothing can leave that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless Whatever you pretend is not a problem in regards to that which is, because what you pretend, you are not.

You can also choose to see love as symbols of that which is you so that which is you does not seem to be altered, while you play with a simulated reality of that which is you.

This is just another way to say, that you can never go wrong if you choose one of the above duality hacks. But it is not to say, that they are the only ones. Ultimately it does not matter, what you choose, because that which is you is one, so no choice is possible.

It is only in the world of duality, that there appears to be movements, and that there can be more of it. In reality no movements can appear, because everything move so fast that it is one perpetual present as you can see illustrated in these pics of a fan.

In the reality of that which is one everything moves so fast, that it is one perpetual present, which is illustrated in the top image. The fan moves so fast, that there is no movement to experience, contrary to the bottom image illustrating a world where there seems to be more than one. There the movement is so slow, that it seems to move in linear time. In other words, a world defined by time and space can be compared to a slowed down movie of one perpetual present. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
There is no more to be or have in that which is real because reality is the formlessness of that which is one and formlessness is endless. This does not mean, that there is no more than one in oneness, but that no more than one can be seen, as it takes more than one to see something. You could also say that due to the extreme speed of that which is one, there is no time and space, and without that nothing to differ one from another, so everything is one perpetual present.

Think of the movie Lucy, where Luc Besson via Scarlett Johansson demonstrates, that if you speed up time infinitely, any object in motion disappears – or in the context of this article becomes one. The world of duality is a reverse example of that. You could say the world of duality is a slowed down movie of non-duality.

How to uncover the formlessness of that which is one

By saying the kitten looks little, you set it against a bigger image stored in your memory. As time goes by you may think how big the kitten has become, when you remember how small it once was. Either way what you seem to see is based on the past.

If you get a new kitten and call it Mini because it looks like a bigger one that recently died, you will never see Mini for what it is, but an image sampled from memories of the dead cat twisted into a smaller image of Mini.

When you compare for instance new music to music heard in the past, you do not hear the new music but construct a listening experience based on past memories. This applies to all experiences compared to a previous one, and as most want their present experience to not disturb their conditioned perception of the world, they compare everything to the past in order to twist it into something they do not doubt is real.

3162-edit

If you seem to see a cat in this image, it is because the wavelength of light hitting the retina of your eye by reflex is constructed into a cat from past images stored in the brain. If you do not fabricate an image of a cat, you will see nothing, and so there is nothing to witness your existence. When your existence is not witnessed in the world, which includes astral planes and whatnot, there is nothing to hide that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The conclusion of this is not, that if you do not compare your new kitten to the past, you will be living in the now and see the real new kitten instead of Mini. The conclusion is, that if you do not compare your new kitten to anything, you will not see anything.

The special self demands coherence, as without that its uniqueness cannot be uphold (read more about that here).

As the world you seem to experience is make-believe shaped by images from the past, there is no world to ´see´ if you do not establish something ´new´ founded on your past memories. And as the past, therefore, cannot be confirmed by the present, it fades out – and so does the one who seemed to appear via these memories. Hence there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

Looking for understanding you enhance the belief, that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of oneness. Yet you will never understand what that is, because it is not real. Neither will you understand that which is real, since it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to understand something.

So whether you appeared to be so-called spiritual or mundane, the appearance including soul and whatnot is undone – or rather the belief that you are someone at all. Having this belief undone is not a matter of letting go, as that confirms you as someone definitive.

In other words, undoing the belief in being someone definitive is not something you can do. But, if you perceive everything experienced as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience it, everything becomes the same.* Not in the sense that everything is at one, but that their apparent difference does not make a difference.** Hence there is no separation to hide that there is no more that which is one.

If you only look for the patterns in this pic of a table leg on my floor, there is no way to define something there and so you will end up seeing nothing.

If you only look for the patterns in this image with a table leg on my floor, there is no way to define objects there, and so you will end up seeing nothing. Hence there is nothing that seems to cover the formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTA BENE:
You cannot see the world is not there, but if you do not look for it, you do not see it, and so nothing is covering the formlessness of that which is one. One way to start ´seeing´ nothing is to look for patterns in the appearances, you seem to see, instead of defining them as objects – like for example in the above image of a table leg on my floor or in the caption of it.

Anything you seem to see is an image constructed by thoughts***, so if you do not expect thoughts to mean something specific, you will just ´see´ patterns floating around, and so thoughts do not seem to have the power to hide the formlessness of that which is one. It is of course not advisable to space out like this if you want to remain as someone definitive – whether in a so-called spiritual or mundane way – or if you are having responsibilities in the world like for a parent for example.

If you focus, you may find something in this pic o define, but if you defocus you may see nothing there.

When you focus, you may find something definable in this image, but if you defocus, it may appear as there is nothing there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To not focus on defining, what you seem to see but rather defocus and see floating patterns, it can be helpful using the inner sense to taste an inner ´fluid. The nectar, as it is called in scriptures, are supposed to be life-giving, but you will be disappointed, if you think it will make you stronger. It is an aspect of enlightenment and therefore not of the world, so it will not do anything there except to defocus on the world on your behalf. You need not to stop what you are doing to taste it. You can ´drink´ it all the time except when talking. If you do not know how to taste it, you can read about the how to use the inner sense of taste here.

When not defining, you are following your nature. To be a someone definitive is not natural, as it requires everything to be defined so that it seems are more than that which is one, which is formless and undefinable. That is your purpose of appearing as a person in a capsule of time and space, so of course, it is difficult not to define – just like it is difficult for the sun not to follow its nature to shine.

When you look for a way back to that which is one, you have defined yourself as a person in a capsule of time and space – and there is no way out of that, because what is definable does not exists.

By fighting your reflex to define, you are making a new definition, that says you should not define, and so you confirm yourself as a someone definable. It is not a problem though, because all definitions are illusions, and so is to see them as floating patterns. To see them in this way, however, may help you to realise, that to be or have more than that which is one is an illusion … and therefore there is, of course, nothing to fight or be sorry about, if you forget not to define.

NOT What is not one is not anywhere

This image is not a manifestation of Alexius but a simulation of him – just like the world is not a manifestation of that which is life but a simulated world of life.

This image is not a manifestation of Alexius but a simulation of him – just like the world is not a manifestation of that which is life but a simulation of it. You can choose to perceive a simulation as a symbol of that which makes it possible for the simulation to be experienced. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

While believing to be someone definitive in the world where there seems to be more than one, you can have this belief undone by acknowledging your resistance to life.

All that you do out of resistance to life, you can only do because of it.

You cannot resist something, that is not there, so by acknowledging your resistance to life, you acknowledge that which is you, namely the oneness of life.

In the context of this article, I am the reason it can to be experienced, but I am not in it.

Every appearance, that you think, feel or see as if it is there, is caused by your resistance to life because that which is life cannot be seen. It does not manifest itself in any way. This article is not a manifestation of Alexius, neither is the photo. It is not possible to find him there. But – in the context of the world – the experience of the article and the photo is made possible due to him so you can say the experience of the article and the photo symbolises him.

In the same manner, you can choose to perceive the appearances in a world, where there seems to be more than one, as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience such an illusion, namely that which is one.

Only what is one exists. What is not one is to be compared to a dream.

Only that which is one exists. What is not one is to be compared to a dream. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

By reading about cats you can learn to interpret specific movements of a cat, for example, is it supposed to be irritated when it moves its tale in a certain way. Yet you cannot know if that is it is feeling when it moves its tail in certain ways. But because you have conditioned yourself to interpret this movement as if it is irritated, you are probably extra cautiousness, when seeing this.

The way you in the past have learned to interpret things is determining what you experience in the present. In other words, what you experience is not now, but an image constructed from fragments of the past. This includes when you, for example, think, you see a chair. You do not see it, but you collect data from the past, that seems to construct an image of a chair. But it only appears to be there, because this is what you have learned to perceive based on those data.

You have learned to see a world where there seems to be more than one. To ´see´ what is actually there, you have to unlearn everything, you think you know about what and where you are. And when you do not rely on what you have learned, there is no world to see, and so there is not something to hide that which cannot be seen, namely the oneness of life.

Just like there appears to be parts of the physical world in a dream, even though they are not really there, it may appear as if life is in a world where there seems to be more than one, even though there is absolutely nothing there.

The formlessness of that which is one cannot be anything else than one, as that would require more than one. Besides formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. In other words, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and it only appears as if it is there because that is the way you have learned to perceive an illusion.

At this point, an appearance of the illusion may ask, who is it that has learned to perceive an illusion like that? It seems like a clever question, but it is just the fear of not being anything that is exposing itself because the answer is: Nobody has learned to perceive an illusion like that.

What seems to not be one is to be compared to a dream. It is not real, neither is the clever ones in the dream asking clever questions, that cannot be answered, because the dream is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The perception of the world changes all the time.

In this image, there is literally no synchronicity between the person being on a boat and the dolphin and her child passing by. It is a manipulation of two photos – one of the person and one of the dolphins – merged together. Synchronicity, by the way, is always a manipulation, because the only meaning there is, is life – and just like there is nobody in this photo – it is just a simulation – life is not in the world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no synchronicity in life. Life is that which is one, and it takes more than one to synchronise something. It is only in a world where there seems to be more than one there is something to be synchronised. But where there is more than one, life is not, as life is that which is one.

In other words, the experience, that two or more events are meaningfully related, is an illusion.

This tree is called a dragon tree and is more than 800 years old. It may be interesting to some to know things like that, but what´s really interesting is, that you can only seem to know things like that, because of life. Life does not know this tree though. Life knows no appearances – like electricity does not know the world, that can be seen via a bulb powered by electricity.

The tree in the image is a dragon-tree, that is more than 800 years old. This may be interesting for some to know, but what is really interesting is that you can only seem to know things like that, because of that which is life. It does not know about this tree though. Life knows no appearances – just like electricity does not know the world, that appears when a bulb is powered by it, though it is what makes it possible to experience the world illuminated by the bulb. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When life is what you want, it does not matter, if your lover loves you in a way that matches your way. You have only one way, and that way is not to love a special appearance but that which it possible to experience it, namely life. It is the cause of all your experiences in a world where there seems to be more than one, so no matter if you experience to be rejected or wanted, the experience is only possible due to life. If life is what you want you cannot lose if you go for it because life is behind all your experiences.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want excitement in the world, you blind yourself from life in the present.

Excitement requires more than one, so if you are driven by excitement, you blind yourself from that which is one by believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you feel the world is fucking boring, and everything is a repetition, then you are probably closer to the oneness of life than ever before, because compared to the peak experiences, you can achieve in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing as boring as the formlessness of that which is one.

It does not mean that there are no peaks in that which is one. There is nothing but peaks. It is all very exciting. That is if it could be experienced, but it is not possible, because it requires more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one.

So that which is one is constant and without changes, which means there is nothing to attain but also there is nothing to fear. In the world, every experience is entangled with fear. You know that no experience will last, and so you fear the moment it stops. Fear is the price of having different experiences of love, happiness, friendship and whatnot. Those experiences will never last but change into hate, sadness and loneliness.

This article may give you the impression, that nothing is happening in the oneness of that which is life. On the contrary, it is in a world where there seems to be more than one that nothing is happening. Such a world can be compared to a movie of that which is one, where a few frames have been taking out of the whole and slowed down.

These frames making up the world are like frozen moments, and it is only by your imagination something is happening in a world where there seems to be more than one in contrast to in that which is one, where everything is happening so fast, that there is no time for imagination. No time for differentiation. That is why it is called oneness.

As long as your willing to pay the price of excitement, you will go on in a world, where there seems to be more than one, hunting more peak experiences to fill up the empty hole inside of you. But this hole can never be filled by such a world because there is no more than that which is one. In other words, your feeling of emptiness comes from believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

When you do not try to escape the emptiness of the world by filling it with this and that, so you that you can feel complete, the emptiness becomes your way of seeing, you are not in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Just like you are not in the emptiness between all the letters in this article – or in the article.

In a virtual world the apparent differences are make-believe.The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a virtual world the apparent differences are make-believe.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you look hard enough for a form to satisfy you in the world, you will most certainly find some that seem appealing to you, but chances are you will encounter more forms, that seem to have the opposite effect on you.

A form does not contain life, though it only can be experienced due to that
All forms appear to look different because one form can only seem beautiful when compared to a form that is judged as less beautiful. In other words, to have beauty you must also have something that you disgust. That is unless you look for the beauty of that which cannot be seen, namely that which is one.

But there is no oneness in a world where there seems to be more than one, so where to look for it? In the context of such a world, you probably know that there is no life in the virtual world of a video game. It is not real, and the only reason it seems to be is so is because the one watching is real.

You watch the virtual world of a video game from outside of it. Likewise, you observe what you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one from outside of it. That which is you is not in it, because that is no different from that which is one.

When you do not forget this, you know that all experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one are the same in the sense that no matter if you seem to experience something so-called spiritual, mundane or whatnot, it is only possible due to that which is one. Hence everything experienced is a symbol of oneness. In other words, any experience in a world where there seems to be more than one is a confirmation of that which is one.

No reason trying to control or deny, what you seem to think. All thoughts – whether judged as be positive or negative* – have the same source, namely that which is one. And if that is what you are looking for, the apparent difference between love and hate makes no difference, because the content of them is the same.*

In other words, if love and hate seems to make a difference, you do not want a world where there seems to be more than one to expose that which is one but to disguise it.

This does not mean, that everything is experienced to that which is one. On the contrary. There were many different kinds of tastes, for example, and some you like better than others. Yet the different experiences of food do not make a difference, when not looking for form but content. The content of the food is the same, namely that which it symbolises, as without that which is one it would not be possible to experience.

There is nothing wrong

That which is you never gets old, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and therefore without time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That which is you never gets old, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and therefore without time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The experience of being someone, who lives in a capsule of time and space is something you choose to believe is real. This should not be understood, as it is your choice to be sick or not, neither that it is your karma. Just like in a video game nothing happens, that is not already built into it. So if you get sick, when you turn left, the character you pretend to be in the game is programmed accordingly.

Thoughts have no power, but you have. So if you believe that thoughts have power, you have given them yours in order to make it appear as if you are a victim of them, which most seem to prefer, because then they can blame them for their state of mind.

But how you perceive the game is your choice and yours only. If you seem to be conditioned or influenced by others, it is your choice to believe so. You may have chosen to do so because as a victim of others you are off the hook.

Nothing in a movie can make you change your mind. The movie is not real, and an illusion has no power to change anything. It is you, who decide how to perceive an illusion, and so it is totally up to you if you want to perceive it in a way, that makes you happy or sad.

According to the traditional eastern way of thinking the world is an illusion. If so – and if you are real – you cannot be there, but you can pretend to be someone there. In other words: If you perceive yourself to be in trouble, that is how you choose to perceive, what seems to happen in the world of the movie you are pretending to be a part of. As this perception of being in trouble is your choice, you can undo it any time you want. Or you can choose not to pretend to be in the movie at all.

In this article, a movie is a metaphor for the world. This does not mean though, that the world is a movie. It is not a movie, but it is to be compared to a movie in the sense that a movie is an illusion, that seems to be dimensional because of the play of light. You are not part of it, because you are not an illusion, neither are you dimensional.

You are the formless light, that is used to fabricate an illusion of a world defined by time and space, where everything is abstractions – not manifestations – of light. In other words: Everything in the dimensional world fabricated by the play of light are symbols of that which is fabricating it, namely that which is you.

If you feel wrong, it does not help to correct the problem in the person, you seem to be in the world, because you are not ´there´

If you feel wrong, it does not help to correct the problem in the person, you appear to be in the world, because you are not ´there´. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
We may feel split between this and that, and as a solution, we may try to organise ourselves, so that we have one way of appearing – a way that seems only right with one good mood. We also try to have just one love or maybe to love all as one

These or other ideas to solve the feeling of being incomplete by trying to be in one state of mind will not make us one, because the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is founded on the belief that it is possible to divide the formlessness of that which is one into more than one.

In other words, to experience the world and you as someone there the experience must be divided in two, for example good and bad, so if you appear to be in the world you are divided, and the only solution to the loss this entails is to not appear in the world.

This does not mean, that you must leave the world because you are the formlessness of that which is one, so you are not in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world and your appearance there is nothing but make-believe*.

You are appearing in the world because you believe it is possible to divide the formlessness of that which is one into more than one. If not for this belief, a world where there appear to be more than one could not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one
When you – in the context of the world – play for instance Monopoly, you pretend to be an inanimate figure there restricted by the rules of the game. Your appearance in the game does not resemble your physical appearance in the world. It is not in the game at all, although it is what makes it possible to pretend to be there.

Life is that which is one, so there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, animate objects like humans are no more alive than inanimate objects. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The same applies to the person you appear to be in the world. That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible pretending to be a person there if playing along with the fundamental idea of such a world, which is to always to be and have more.

The formlessness of that which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, because what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

So if you try to impose ideas of oneness upon it, you will be alienated from the person you pretend to beUnfortunately you probably also feel guilty for not making it work, because that implies, you are not good enough or that you are outside the paradise of oneness.

There is n solution to a world where there seems to be more than one
What you have forgotten is that it is not possible to be more than that which is one. You cannot leave that which is you and become something you are not. Just like – in the context of the world – it is not possible to leave your body and become something in Monopoly.

Yet it is possible, while remaining in the body, to pretend to be something in Monopoly. Likewise, it is possible, while remaining the formlessness of that which is one, to pretend, that you are not formless but someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The moral of the story is, there is nothing to transform, correct or make right in the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because that person or the world where it appears to be is not real.

Consequently, it is not real either, that you pretend to be there. That which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it takes more than one to pretend something, it is not possible. Just like it is not possible to pretend to be someone in a dream, because it is beyond your control. Yet you can pretend that it is possible so that it also becomes possible to pretend not doing it.

When not excluding anything but including everything*, there is nothing to define a person, neither to pretend being a person.

When there is not even this or any other solution to the pain of appearing as someone you are not, you are not someone at all and so nothing seems to hide there is no more one perpetual present.

To be a person in the world is to be compared to streaming music in the sense, that the person you seem to be is actually not ´there´.

The experience of being a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to the experience of streaming music in the sense, that what you experience is actually not there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Listening to music at home has become less and less physical since the big and heavy vinyl records were replaced with a compact cassette, then a compact disc, MP3 and recently streaming music. The signals containing streaming music are everywhere. They cannot be heard as music though before an electronic device, has picked them up and translated them into music, that you can hear wherever you are, although it is not actually there.

The same principle is in play when you experience to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one. The brain picks up signals delivered by the senses and translates them into a streaming image of a person, who has a conscious experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is nothing to be conscious of, since that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.**

Unfortunately, you have forgotten, that what you experience to see, hear and feel like a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is just a fabrication pieced together by the brain based on its translation of what it streams through the senses. The more you pretend to be this person, however, the more it is obvious that the streaming image of you as someone definitive is a forgery.

You are not what you appear to be. It is not possible, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

The pathetic promise of a better life

Having a good time in the world is great, but it has nothing to do with spirituality, as spirituality is formless and whether you have a good or bad time, time has a fom and no form can contain that which is formless.

Having a good time is great, but it has nothing to do with spirituality, neither does any other feeling, as they all are shaped by time and therefore cannot contain that which does not have an end, namely the formlessness of spirituality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As spirit is a formless and what is formless is endless, and everything in a world defined by time and space has an end, there is no spirituality in the world. Hence there are no spiritual writings and sayings or religious practices, persons, places and whatnot. Neither is Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings spiritual. Yet they are pointers towards it.

As spirit is endless, there is no world defined by time and space and therefore nothing to heal ´there´ except the sick belief, that you are ´there´.

This does not mean, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is on a mission against what is not spiritual. Personally, he appreciates the grand view and the sound of the waves, where he and his cats appear to be. He just does not consider it to be spiritual, but a dreamscape that seems to fit his personality.

The formlessness of spirituality is no different from the oneness of life, so – as there is no more than that which is one – it makes no sense talking about a better life.

Dalai Lama

Meditations, chanting, prayers and lectures from do-gooders all over the world have not changed it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Unfortunately most try to twist the formlessness of spirituality into tangible ideas, so that it appears as if there are special states of spirituality to be obtained in a world defined by time and space. The below Dalai Lama quote that is founded on the naive beliefs of so-called spiritual people is a typical example of this:

»Change in the world comes from individuals, from the inner peace in individual hearts. Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects.«

But from a spiritual point of view there are no individuals, neither a difference between inner and outer, as there is nothing but that which is one. For the same reason, there is no cause and effect. So seen from the point of view where spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one, the quote is total gibberish.

Even within the context of a world perceived to be full of individuals, nobody has peace or anything else in their hearts, unless such an experience is manufactured where all other experiences are made up, namely in the brain.

Many so-called spiritual people are so attached to their specific personality, that they are not capable of adjusting to the world, so they want the world to change – but as the world is in the eye of the beholder, it is their own perception that needs to change, if it upsets them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Many so-called spiritual people are so attached to having a specific personality, that they are not capable of adjusting their perception to the world as it is. Instead, they want it to change so it fit their perception of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Many so-called spiritual seekers are so attached to their personality, that they are not capable of adjusting to the world as it is. Instead they think, the world should be changed.

It is not a change though that is meant to benefit the world, but their egoistic needs, which are disguised behind smiles and talks about coming from the heart and whatnot – totally ignorant of the fact that all experiences are a fabrication carried out by the brain. Read more about that here.

Just like other do-gooders, Dalai Lama likes to make people believe it is possible to make a difference. Yet in regards to ´actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects´ he has not made any real difference himself for his native country. He is not even welcome there anymore. But as people are suckers for hope, they are willing to believe anything implying that they are someone special who is part of a greater future – although there are no signs of such a future.

I hope for nothing. I fear nothing. I am free. A greek poem by Nikos Kazantzakis.

»I hope for nothing. I fear nothing. I am free.« Nikos Kazantzakis. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

EPILOGUE:
Hope is for those, who feel they are not fulfilled. Yet hope will never fill them up because hope is born out the belief that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order for it to appear as if there is more than one, every appearance in such a world seems to have a form of its own. And as any form has a beginning and an end, no matter if you get the exact form that you hoped for, you are bound to lose it. It is a hopeless quest.

But when you hope for nothing, there is nothing to lose, and so you are free. It is almost spiritual, but only almost because you are still in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet not afraid to leave it, as there is nothing to hope for in such a world.
