Even though Alexius is to be compared to the enlightened by that which is one, he has not experienced it. That is not possible to experience that which is one because to experience something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to have vague memories of it as if Alexius is full of light.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything seems divided into at least two, for example, Alexius and the enlightenment of that which is one. In the reality of oneness though there is no difference because there is no more than that which is one.

The way Alexius is experiencing the world is an illusion, he is fabricating on the spot based on the idea, that it is possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, no illusion is imaginable without that which is real, so the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is a positive confirmation of that which is one.

This is not to imply Alexius is part of that which is one – there are no parts – but that there is no more than that which is one. So whatever appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet it is only possible to experience something, that is not real, because of that which is. In other words, though not the experienced or the experiencer is real, that which makes it possible to believe so is.

You can say the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed when all the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle is put together in a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces symbolizes all thoughts and feelings you have excluded in order to fabricate a personality, which will dissolve when put together with its contrast. This comparison is not completely on the spot though, because actually you do not need to include all the missing pieces. All what is needed is that inclusion and not exclusion is your intention. What is needed to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to putting together a jigsaw puzzle. When some of the pieces fit together there are glimpses of it, and when all pieces fit together the enlightenment of that which is bid welcome.

Both the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it requires that your intention is not to be exclusive but inclusive. Actually, it is not the jigsaw puzzle that needs to be complete for the enlightenment of that which is one to be revealed, but your intention to be inclusive.

If you want to hear the birds singing outside your window and you cannot hear them because of the music you are playing, it is not the birds you need to do something about but what is blocking out their songs, namely your own choice of listening to music. Likewise, you do not need to do anything for the enlightenment of that which is one to occur, but to see that you block it out by believing to be someone definitive and as this belief is upheld by being exclusive, all you need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to be inclusive.

As exclusion is the very nature of the special self trying to get rid of it and become more authentic by excluding something enhances the special self. Nothing but inclusion can correct the mistake of perceiving oneself to be special. Without exclusion, the special self cannot survive, and without it, there is nothing special to hide how happy you are being basic and thus so close being nothing that the enlightenment of that which is one can be bid welcome. It takes a lot of effort to be exclusive, whereas to be inclusive requires no effort but not to make an effort to be exclusive. In other words, it is very easy to be inclusive. That is if you do not insist on being someone definitive, because if you do, you must constantly make sure to exclude something in order to appear as someone specific.

Being inclusive and not exclusive there is no more love or hate – or any other contrast, so there is nothing to fear or forgive.

It is only those excluding specific appearances from their experience of the world, who feels there is something to realise. If the intention is to include all appearances, there is nobody to realise anything, since you are defined by what you exclude.

Hence emptiness is all there is, and so every moment has new glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one until you forget to perceive the glimpses yo differ from each other and there is only one light, namely they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one.

What you appear to think and feel may seem to be caused by something outside of you, but that is a connection you are fabricating inside of you, so if you keep it there, the experience of an outside will dissolve. In other words, when everything is included there is nothing outside and as there is no inside without an outside there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

To appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one you are bound to have a personality.

No worries. The personality is not a hindrance for the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not see it. But if you believe, that it is you, it will prevent you from bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Only those, who are afraid of the emptiness that seems to arise without believing in being the personality, try to improve it via yoga and whatnot. However, all that you accomplish by changing and improving your personality is the enhancement of the belief that you are someone definitive because if you did not believe this, you would have no reason to make it better.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a run-up to the inner senses, where the extreme speediness does not seem terrifying, as it is nothing compared to that which is you. It is so fast that it is not possible to leave it. In other words, you are not returning to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a take-off into the empty breath*, that will connect you with the high frequency of the inward-facing senses, where the extreme speed seems like nothing, as the inward-facing senses feel closer to the incredible speed of which is you, which is so fast that it is not possible to conceive. In other words, it is formless and therefore cannot be left, unless you imagine it to slow down so that there is something to be conceived as if it has a form amongst other forms in a world where there seems to be more than one. Even though this is just a fantasy, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, the belief that it is possible seems to hide the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one cannot reveal itself, if you want it to be an experience that change or expand your consciousness, as it takes more than one to be aware of anything. Yet glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced, because no glimpse is complete and neither is an experience.

But if enlightenment is what you think you need to become better or higher, you will assume glimpses of it can be used for something specific and so they will seem to disappear until you realise, that you do not need more than what you already have, namely the life of that which is one.

There is nothing you can do in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to come back to that which is one because you never left it. But you can do something to undo the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This belief is undone the moment you do not need to believe you have something in a world where there seems to be more than one, as without this belief there is nothing to prove you are someone there, and not being anybody there, you do not need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

To physically jump from one place to another you need to speed up. Likewise, you need to speed up thoughts – or rather you just do not try to slow them down – so that they move at a speed where it is hard to understand them. The experience of having fast-moving thoughts in the world of the outer senses is not comfortable for the body, but if the speed of thoughts is used as a take-off into the empty breath*, it will synchronise the speed of the thoughts with the fast frequencies of the inward-facing senses, which is the end of feeling restless and the start of feeling indifferent. That is if you do not fight the ways of the empty breath* or try to correct or transform your experience of being someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. In others words, to jump from the world of the outer senses to the empty breath*, which connects you with the inward-facing senses, you do what you always need to do when jumping from one place to another, namely, speed up.

What is said in the above about speedy thoughts also applies to for example ongoing misery. When there is plenty of it, it can be used as a take-off into the empty breath*, provided you do not try to escape what you feel but are nothing but that. Plenty of happiness or any other feeling can be used in the same way.

Connecting with the empty breath is not like breaking on through to the other side, but like going in a driverless car on a highway to the formlessness of that which is one.

What is formless has no sides and therefore no end. Consequently, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to see more than one, you have chosen to be deceived by the senses.

The info or the thought construction needed to make someone appear to be tangible in a world defined by time and space is picked up from the edge of a black hole. In reality, though it has never been applied. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one. Yet, if you if experience yourself to be someone definitive in a world supposedly created from a big bang coming out of a black hole, you imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. If the change from outer to inward-facing senses is complete, the dullness of the world sensed by the outer senses is no more experienced. Consequently the slowness, that seems to make a world outside of you appear to be tangible, cannot hide there is nothing outside of you, neither inside. The thoughts that made up this illusion is rapidly taken away by the inward-facing senses so that there is not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Such a complete change is not gradual but very abrupt, and as it is associated with death most avoid the enlightenment of that which is one.

Believing the world – including astral planes and whatnot – to be real can be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world that appears to be on the screen so that the reactions to your projections seems to come from the world instead of you. Hence it appears as if you experience a world outside of you.

Enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to a sudden crack in the roll of the film with the movie you are projecting yourself onto, so the world that you project yourself upon is replaced by a bright white light, where there is not something to project yourself upon.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings offers no hope, because hope operates in time, and time is an illusion.

In the context of this metaphor, what is real is not the bright white light, but the source that is projecting it, namely the movie projector, which is neither in the world of the screen or the bright white light, although it is the power making it possible for this to appear on the screen.

Because this metaphor is part of the movie called The World it is as unreal as everything else in the movie. And as there is nothing unreal, there is no movie and consequently nobody watching it. The movie metaphor is just a way to explain, what cannot be explained. If it could, the movie called The World world to be real, and there would be somebody watching it.

As life is that which is one, there is no life where there is more than one, so you are bound to feel that it is meaningless, when you try to fit into a world where there seems to be more than one – just like within the context of such a world it is meaningless trying to fit into the world of a game like Monopoly. It is not possible to be there, except in your imagination.

This is the reason so many want to know how the world was created and the reason they are there because if this can be explained they can rest assured, they are someone definitive in a real world. In reality, though there is nothing to explain, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to explain anything.

Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes move as if they are having a nightmare – at least that is what he concludes. The oneness of life may draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from those imagining to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can life see, the imaginations of those who believe that life can be divided into more than one.

Even if life could sense this fantasy in which you are someone who needs to take something from someone else to survive, it would not stop imagination, as it may be too scary to suddenly see that that what and where you believe in being is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one. Thus life tries to comfort you in your dream world while it sweetly whispers: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but one light much more potent than anything in the dream. The light and force of an atomic bomb is nothing compared to this light, which does not illuminate something and is neither opaque nor transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts stored in the brain, making up the experience of you as someone definitive. They are left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will, of course, seem very frightening for someone believed to have a consciousness. No worries, if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, all that is needed is to pick up the thought construction left at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey into the black hole to something. In this way, the journey becomes definable, and as that is only possible in a definable world, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. This, however, has to be when the enlightenment of that which is one still seems to be going on in linear time because after a minute or so, it turns into one perpetual present. Without further notice, this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature that makes up your identity in the dream of a world where life seems to be divided into more than one. If you do not believe this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free-fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But suppose you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In that case, you fear to become formless and to prevent that, you objectify the fear by justifying it as caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way, the formlessness of oneness is escaped so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where their life seems to be divided into more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is very egoistic. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually, there is nothing to fear in that which is one because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive, you must permanently exclude what is judged not to be you. As that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness andthe enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and requires more than one to choose to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. Nor is you reading this article or Alexius writing it. That which we are is not in the dream called the world. One could say we are dreaming about it. This, however, is not a factual explanation but a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, in reality, there is no dream – just one perpetual present.

The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One
When your ear is close enough to a computer, you hear and/or feel a distant sound coming from its engine. To be that close to the computer, though, you have to stop focusing on the world empowered on its screen.

The same applies to hear or feeling the distant sound from the edge of the universe, which is often, although it cannot be spoken, symbolised by the words Aum or Sohang. In other words, you must stop focusing on the appearances in the world of duality to hear the humming from the edge of the universe, which can be compared to hearing the essence of the sound coming from a computer engine or rather the fan of it.

You can also compare the humming to transparently hearing the purring of a cat, or sensing your body vibrating like that, or like trembling of fear but without the fear of something, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In other words, it is not really in the body that you feel it but rather like when like, for example, when the anaesthesia a dentist has made in the mouth stops working. You feel something, but it is not as if it is the body you used to know.

This vibration is used to fabricate and uphold a world of duality – not in the sense that it has created it. The wave is an echo of that which has no beginning or end, so it cannot create anything with an ending. Yet the energy of it is used to keep together the imagination of a world of duality – just like it is the energy of a dreamer that makes it possible to have a dream. But it is not possible to manifest the dreamer in the dream, and likewise, it is impossible to display non-duality in a world of duality.

The vibration that ´Aum´ and ´Sohang´ symbolises is your launching pad to non-duality.

Sometimes, while having a dream, you sense that it is too weird to be real. Likewise, when hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, a world of duality stops making sense. The apparent differences do not make a difference, so the concept of duality slowly fades out – also the fear born out of the belief in being someone definitive. Consequently, the world no longer seems to have a grip on you, and so you are free to use the humming from the edge of the universe as a launching pad to the formlessness of non-duality.

Alexius is never sad and nobody is ever mad at him. He knows these feelings, and when they pass by he include them – and what is not excluded does not define him.

You cannot know or understand the formlessness of non-duality because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to know or understand something. For the same reason, you cannot experience fear, sadness or anger, neither love, happiness or compassion in that which is one.

This does not mean that there is no love in that which is one. On the contrary, it is everywhere, but as non-duality is formless, there is no separation, so it cannot be experienced. Neither is there someone specific to know it is one perpetual present.


NOTES:

  • Hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, which is to hear or feel the echo of that which is one, is not a miracle cure, as everything in a world of linear time appears to take time – including having the belief in being someone definitive and that the fear it entails is an illusion.
  • Following the heart has nothing to do with following the echo of that which is one. This vibration erases the belief in a world defined by time and space. The heart, however, needs definitions to continuously be excited about something definitive. Consequently, it will fight the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang so that you remain in a world defined by time and space.

Do not stop thoughts and feelings, but use them as a take-off into the indifference of ´the empty breath´ [draft]

Every thought and feeling is a reminder, that the appearance of something cannot cause suffering if the thoughts and feelings about it is not shared or justified with the world*, but used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, because in its indifference, thoughts and feelings are not specific, so they cannot define you as someone definitive, wherefore there is nobody to suffer.

As this is a state of not-knowing, it is not before you leave it and return to the consciousness of being someone definitive, that you sense there is no suffering when being indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive.

This is not to say, one should not take care of the body where one appears to reside. Even though the empty breath reveals, that it is a deception, it is through the illusion of being there, that you connect with the empty breath.

The connection cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you again want to experience yourself as someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma, if not being in a feedback loop with you as if you are separated from each other.

But if you do not want to appear as if you are a separated being, you do not mind the brain falling apart, so it no longer can map out empty space, as if you are someone in a world there. Hence there is not something to hide there is nothing but that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

To make long short, regardless you want to remain as someone definitive or not, the state of not-knowing induced by the empty breath is bound to end so that the consciousness of being someone definitive can be resumed or totally erased.

No need to worry about having your consciousness totally erased by accidentally staying too long in a state of not-knowing. First of all, hardly anybody comes to the point where the brain starts falling apart, and should you reach that point but long to be someone, fear of survival will set in. That is enough to reboot the brain and bring you back to the experience of being someone definitive.

Even within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, an illusion that your experience of it is based on the info the brain claims to receives from the sensory system. This is just something it makes up to hide that the whole story of such a world is a fabrication done by itself.

The brain does not need your eyes to be open to producing vivid images of the world for you to ´see´. Nor does it require you to be awake or sexually stimulated by something in the world outside of you to produce an orgasm. It can make it happen in your dreams.

The brain only claims that your experiences are processed from the info coming through your sensory organs so that it can be true to its own story of you being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. This also applies to the experiences you perceive as spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

Since this makes it looks like the person it has generated from out of nothing has conscious experiences, based on info coming from the person´s sensory system, in which it appears to be a substantial being in a tangible world, it believes to be real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The justification of a feeling* makes it seems to not come from you but from somebody else. But it is still in you, just not in your awareness but in the darkness of the body. To set it free, so the suppressed energy of it can ignite a take-off into the empty breath, you do not need to know what it is you have concealed or why.

You just have to acknowledge the state of numbness it entails by totally being that and nothing else, as this does not leave something to define it, wherefore a take-off into the empty breath spontaneously is ignited and the suppressed feeling revealed as nothing twisted into something special, so that you, although you also are nothing, can appear as if you are something important.

No worries, if you acknowledge the disappointment as yours instead of projecting it onto the world, it can be used to ignite another take-off into the empty breath. It wipes the slate clean, so there are no past memories to disturb you from perceiving everything as ´it is what it is.´ And though that does not entail the bliss of nothing, it brings about the happiness of something because ´it is what it is´ (read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy).

Totally feeling sad and being nothing but that, there is no happiness to contrast it. Thus you can neither be defined as sad or happy. You are nobody experiencing nothing specific. This emptiness, which is a sense of bliss so intense, that nothing seems to be wrong or missing, is in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings called a state of not-knowing. If you in the past have blocked out feelings of humiliation, rejection and inferiority, for example, by hiding them in the body, these feelings are intensely felt, when connecting with the empty breath, because the flow of it reveals everything hidden. But if you do not try to exclude the sadness from the past, and instead include it by totally being it, there is nothing left to define you as sad. And, therefore, no sadness to define happiness. In other words, the complete inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides of the contrast. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is like walking on air of bliss.

The full inclusion of a feeling is not to be confused with embracing it, going into it, for example. Those ideas come from the belief that you are someone definitive who experiences something specific, which can change or transform you into something better. Hence the belief in being someone definitive is enhanced and so are the contrasts making up duality.

Totally being a feeling is not something definitive because it cancels out the contrast to the feeling you are being, wherefore you cannot be defined as someone definitive, so if you do not want to be nobody but somebody, you start asking what being a feeling means or inventing explanations yourself instead of being it.

Being it, by the way, does not mean you go deep into the feeling – just like you do not need to go deep into a well to get water. What you do on the surface is the same. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

When not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is nothing to uphold the belief in separation and therefore neither you as someone definitive. Not trying to experience anything specific but including everything exactly as it is, bring about a state of not-knowing because without excluding something, there is nothing to define you as someone.

Thus you are in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are. This is also where you are when connecting with the empty breath, having glimpses of enlightenment, or applying any other duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

If these states of bliss are identical is not to know, because they are all states of not-knowing, which is a mix of empty space and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, the brain has fabricated from that.

There is nobody in the bliss of not believing to be someone

In a state of not-knowing, there is not enough consciousness to be aware of yourself as someone definitive separated from what you experience to a world outside of you. Thus you are in the bliss of indifference to the world of separation, that the brain fabricates to make you appear as if you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But there is not enough consciousness in this mix to perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference, so you do not perceive yourself, nor the world, to be something. Thus you are in the bliss of nothing.

This lasts as long as you do not try to regain full consciousness (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´), but not more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to the experience of someone living in a capsule of time and space.

The enlightenment of that which is one, though, is not a state of not-knowing, because it totally erases the memory of ever having appeared to be someone definitive (see hack #6.2 The inward-facing senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it).

But we are so conditioned to believe, we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space, that the fear of annihilation takes over and we compulsively imagine seeing something definable in the light so that we again appear to be somebody in a world defined by time and space.

Since there is no more than that which is one, it only takes one to undo the belief it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, and since there still appear to be more than one, Buddha, Jesus or anybody else who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one followed a conditioned reflex to see more than one light, so a world where there seems to be more than one appeared to continue.

In reality, it is the other way around, so the more you try to edit life in order to appear unique, the more suffering your uniqueness seems to cause you.

When something is over, it is only the story about it that stops. Life has no beginning and end because it is formless. So if you mourn the end of someone, it is not life but your story about it that makes you cry. This is how your story is made real and life unreal. That is if you forget, it is life, which makes it possible to make the story. Not forgetting that you love any story and its end.

The love of life, by the way, is not warm, or cold, or something else. Nor is it nothing, because it takes more than one to be anything and it is that which is one. That is why it lasts.

You may believe in free will, but it is nothing other than a belief. Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is the brain that takes every decision you believe in making yourself, except when connected with the empty breath. But as it does not know of the world where you believe to be, it does not change anything but the belief that you are there.

And not believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it does not seem to hide, there is no free will since it takes more than one to make a choice and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

Nothing can restrict the empty breath, because it has no need to be something definitive. Yet believing to be someone definitive is a restriction, that will cause the experienced of it to be confined. In other words, the empty breath is not something definitive, so it has nothing to be free from. It is what it is, in spite of you experiencing the expansion and contraction in the body to flow smoothly or not – or remembering the empty breath at all.

It is you, who do not feel free, because you are dependent on continually being acknowledged as someone definitive by somebody perceived to be outside of you in a physically, astral or online world. The feeling of imprisonment that this entails, you want to break out off, and as you assume the empty breath just like you is something definitive, you expect it has the same desire for freedom as you.

Fortunately, there is not something to solve and no feeling of imprisonment to heal, because going with the flow of the empty breath – no matter in what way it is experienced to be – you go with its indifference, and so the apparent difference of feeling free or imprisoned is not perceived to make a difference.

What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? [draft]

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be experienced in a specific way. Yet, it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is always there.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways within its non-definable framework of a ball-like thingy that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet, it is not experienced concerning the body, nor inside or outside. This is not because everything is perceived to at one when connected with the empty breath, but that the experience of something is perceived to be nothing (read more about that here).

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from being connected with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone in a body. Read more about that here.

Hence the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience but a no-body experience. However, this does not mean that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones, and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is constantly moving, so the experience changes from moment to moment as if it is in the stomach, chest, or inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are future-minded, the empty breath might be felt to come from somewhere in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it might be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you, it has no need to be acknowledged in a particular way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside the body, it carries out its one and only purpose, which is to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world you believe to be.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and it may differ from those described in this article. No worries. Connecting with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive but going with the flow. Only when you want to make a difference, you must do ´the right thing´.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

A basic intro to the non-definitive shape of the empty breath
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside of it, and there are so many so close together that there is no space between them. In the emptiness of each circle, there is two yin-yang like waves. You cannot see this in the simplified illustration to the right, but there is a simulation of this in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that its edges are blurry but that neither its size nor shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped, for example.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the most significant part of the pear-shaped version of it might be in the top as well as in the bottom, or on the sides, or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the circles, appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath, is floating around, there are many no fixed centres.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside of them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality into more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make it up. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this can be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

This could be like going in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if that seems to go the opposite way, by all means, go that way.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. You can expand the diameter so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you perceive the empty breath to be located, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived to be substantial (read more about that here). As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one of the ways to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to them and then a more detailed description of each of them.

Be aware, though, feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the sheer bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the section The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article What is ´the empty breath´ about?) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss. In contrast, the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below section The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

That being said, these categories are not meant to limit you to experiencing the empty breath in specific ways but to inspire you to experience it in your way.

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes) that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. Therefore, it is not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
In the above illustration to the right, you see a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you cannot see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre, and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in this image and all the others in this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave from the stomach and behind the body up in the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the abdomen or below it while the breath is contracting the body. That is, if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body. See a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, most feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not needed to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you because that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to inflict it with ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other, more or less aligned with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There might be even more joyous ways revealed to you when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outward-facing senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is an imagination of his.

You may also surf the empty breath in the opposite direction. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness, so you would become less interested in returning to a conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is almost no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus the body is set free (read more about that here), so it can follow its biological system without you trying to unite the physical nature of the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend physical elements with the immaterial ones in a dream or vice versa. It does not work.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is fading out.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless of the physical condition
You will, as already noted, mainly feel the flow of the waves in one of the many circles inside the empty breath. This will probably be in a circle going from the back of the body to the front of it or the other way around. But from there, you can also jump to the waves in another circle or feel them all simultaneously.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that this is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of this before writing what the empty breath feels like and, therefore, took a closer look at it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case, the flow primarily results in the sense of indifference.

It is, however, possible to be more choosy than Alexius is typically. Having worries about the past, or pain in the back, you can choose to be massaged by surfing both sides of the wave behind you and leaving out the one in front of you within a circle of the empty breath that goes from the back to the front of you. Should you want to be grounded, you can surf all the way around a single wave in a circle going from the back to the front of you where the waves are not located like in the above but in the top and bottom of the circle.

The wave you surf, in this case, is the bottom one passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way around, or the bottom wave in another circle going from the left to the right side of you, or both of the bottom waves in these circles, or the bottom wave in any one or more circles in between the two others. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe to be is nothing, so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you forget what you believe to be.

Supposing you want to enhance the impulsive or deliberate side of you, you could do this by respectively surfing all the way around the wave to the right and the left in a circle going around the head sideways. In a circle that also goes sidewise but around the chest, you could surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. Surfing both waves but only on the outer side of them in a circle going sideways around the head or stomach is excellent in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the two waves back and forth of you in a circle going from your feet to above the head.

In the case of tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you completely surf the wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a circle going sideways in that area, and so on. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not behind and in front of you but on the sides. The size of the circle and thus the waves adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Is sadness released from there, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

Instead, it may call for surfing a combination of other waves, for example, a wave in front of you in a circle going sideways at the abdomen and a wave in front of you in a circle that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or perhaps not just one of the waves in the circles but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and front of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you regarding getting through the lockdown.

The empty breath is also beneficial for alleviating allergy symptoms or other symptoms of IBS and COPD, for example. It may not heal these or any other physical sicknesses because the purpose of Alexius´ Duality Hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief you are in it. This the empty breath does by making you indifferent to being someone. Read more about that here.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is not that good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says that due to the indifference of the empty breath, IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get it over with to feel better, as the discomfort is not perceived to be something but nothing.

If you are not looking to get it right, nothing is wrong or missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment (hack #4.1 Every moment is the perfect moment). You have no need to get it right if you face your anger, because then it does not seem wrong and you do not have hide it by looking right.

See also when Alexius was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from. It is not just a rosy story, though, because the transition from perceiving desperation as something to nothing was very upsetting until he did not perceive hopelessness to be wrong but that which set him free. There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet, it is best not to use it but instead be used by it, so going with the flow sets the body free to heal itself. This is why it is brilliant in the case of psychosomatic disorders. However, it is not commendable to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article because an intellectual understanding of it will not help you feel connected with it.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is impossible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign, the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located, the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, nor that although the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it often is that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath, generally speaking, also apply to feel the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breathing. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt in the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

The shape of the circles with the swing of the empty breath is more like an egg. See the illustration. The experience of the curved line inside ´the egg´ may not seem logical. Breathing in, you may solely experience the swing of the empty breath in the bottom of ´the egg´ and breathing out, in the top of it – or the other way around, or only in the bottom or the top. You can also experience the whole curved line going back and forth or up and down at once.

To make long short, the empty breath behaves like a bird. If it has a pattern of flying that you cannot see. So do not try to shape it, nor to let it be. Both attitudes fend of the experience because they imply you are in charge. Instead, acknowledge you are not in control. Using the technique for the taste of life, you automatically lose control because, whether you taste it or not, the method itself is beneficial for defocusing. And without focus, you are not in control.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all the egg-shaped circles simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm with much force that expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing two yin-yang like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not rhythmic but abstract. Yet, it is the force behind the rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits where you are not limited to be someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be that a take-off into ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of it … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outward-facing senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath, but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed inside and outside the body. It is often more straightforward to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body as there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness but go with its fleetness, you feel like a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you probably are transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you, out of habit, try to focus on the empty breath to hear its transparent sound (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is heard and felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

The apparently definitive shape of you in a body is, therefore, exposed as make-believe.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ comes from the nose and at other times from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside or outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, them and me and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes evident that it is not real but a fantasy made out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it is real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. Being someone definitive, there is all pretence – just like it is, within that reality, when one pretends to be in the world of a game. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath in the swing or transparent sound of it, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of it, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang, and The Word of God symbolise or taste its sweetness.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect, merges into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

However, the empty breath is not something that can be brought about by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. It is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say that techniques cannot be helpful in regard to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like, as it is a state of not-knowing. So to write about that, he had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone and compile the vague memories of the empty breath popping up in his consciousness.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs into ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, what you remember afterwards is personal. Hence your memories may seem different than those of Alexius.

If still confused, you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off into the empty breath is preferable because he cannot help neither you nor himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus you would be better off keep on reading about it until you hardly can stay awake, then go to bed, forget what you read the empty breath feels like, close your eyes, and most likely it will be there in one way or the other. Indeed, they will rapidly change. That is if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, they will cease.

Your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed. You can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run and/or talk. But if you are new to the empty breath, it may seem easier to connect with it by partly cutting out the world of the external senses yourself instead of waiting for it to be toned down when the empty breath syncs it with the world the inward-facing senses. You should, however, never attempt to cut out the world of the external senses yourself in situations that require your full attention in driving a car, for example.

PART 1:
The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – with who Alexius shares a home have a deep territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up, they got upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When Guinevere later returned, she did not notice that the stranger was on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him.

Once again, she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still agitated. To prove that it was justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. And every time she found one, she screamed to show Wincent and Alexius how much the stranger had hurt her.

The anger Guinevere held onto was supposed to make the unfamiliar cat feel bad and thus leave her world. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea that he had made her angry and therefore should suffer. Actually, he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. However, there was another one who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. The fury was eating her up from inside.

The above is not meant to be about anger, but that justifications enhance the feeling of separation. In the case of Guinevere, her anger justified by a stranger made her believe she was superior to him, regardless that her justification on a psychological level turned her into a victim of him. However, that is not important. The crucial thing is that there appear to be more than one. But if the experience of anger is not turned into a story of why and wherefore, the experience quickly dissolves because without a cause, there is no effect. Read more about that here. So if Guinevere had not justified her experience of distress with the visiting cat, it would simply have passed by.

A perfect moment can be compared to a zone where there is no need to to disguise, transcend or transform anything.

As a kitten, Guinevere had been left behind twice by people before she found Alexius when she was around five months old. Hence she freaks out every time something in the present triggers old feelings of betrayal. Alexius grew up in a home that was like a war zone to him (read more about that here), so he tends to justify his insecurity with the need to protect himself from a devastating power seen outside of him.

However, feelings from the past do not have to be an ongoing problem. Whenever they pop up, you accept them as yours instead of blaming others for having caused them. Consequently, they do not prevent you from having a perfect moment. In other words, in a perfect moment, anger is not a disturbing feeling you try to push away into the dark. Instead, it is taken into the light. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present moment.

Inclusion frees you from your story of a world made of past memories. Therefore, since those memories are used to keep the belief in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. Of course, this does not mean that you get rid of your conditioning. But it means you do not consider them real – just like when you play along with the rules of a game, you know they are not real.

It is not complicated to include everything perceived in the present moment. For example, if the Chinese wallpaper in this image is not noticed by the guy having dinner in a Chinese restaurant, it is not part of the moment.

Maybe he did not even look at the food in the moment of this photo, but had a childhood memory popping up of being photographed. If so, including everything as it is experienced in the moment is to include the memory of his childhood and whatever thoughts or feeling arises from that.

This is what makes the moment perfect for him. Not Alexius shooting the photo, the Chinese food or the beautiful people passing by, because that is not what he notices in the moment. He is dreaming of the past, and when he embrace that, the moment is perfect.

Being inclusive is a perfect moment. Should you forget that, it remains perfect if forgetfulness is included. Therefore, no need to worry about getting it right. All that is needed for a moment to be perfect is to not be exclusive but inclusive. And you are automatically inclusive when not excluding something.

If a feeling from the past seems challenging to include because it is so diffuse, it can be included by merely including how your body feels in this moment. Most unwanted thoughts and feelings are stored in the stomach, for example, until the pressure gets too high on the body, so you try to alleviate it by projecting it onto others – often those closest to you.

In other words, since your body and those closest to you most likely are the most significant symbols of exclusion, you go straight into a perfect moment by including them. This is not the same as loving them, as you cannot love something unless it is perceived as being separated from you. From this follows, to love somebody is to exclude them. Yet this exclusion – just like any other, can be undone by including it.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not a new philosophy or religion with a new vocabulary and rules, that you must learn and strictly follow, so if you, for example, do not want to include your cats, feel free to exclude them. Do not worry if you are not willing to include everything. Unwillingness does not matter if not justified by others but included as yours. No need to worry either if you justify unwillingness. The same that applies to unwillingness applies to justification. It makes no difference when included as yours. See also the articles about willingness in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

APPENDIX:
The idea of living in the now is, as most so-called spiritual ideas, based on exclusion. Hence the belief in separation is enhanced. In this case, the past and future are excluded to find a separate point between them called now. On the other hand, a perfect moment is not based on separation. It includes any memory of the past and expectations of the future. It has no rules but to be inclusive, which you automatically are when not exclusive.

What is unreal is right in front of you

A world of duality can be compared to this box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it an app changes it on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it is happening to you.

Even though a fairy tale is built with elements from the physical world, it cannot be found in the tale, which is a simulated world, fabricated by a writer. The characters have no free will. They can never leave the story and be part of the physical world because they are not physical but symbols of it.

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. Nothing in it is real and can never be, and no one can ever leave or transcend it. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators can be used to illustrate this through its interactive art.

When you stick your hand in a little box – see the above animation – you experience the hand on the screen changing its amount of fingers and moving them in its own right without you doing anything or having any influence over what happens. No one has. What the hand does is nothing but preprogrammed mechanical movements controlled by an app.

The little box and the screen create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some look into the box to see if it is really happening to their hand. It feels like it is. That is what the brain is telling them to believe based the info it received through the eyes, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them.

The human brain can be compared to the app, that is made to simulate your hand on the screen in ´the Augmented Hand Series´ illustrated in this article, as in a world of duality all experiences are simulations processed by the brain – also experiences like coming from the heart or living in the now. It is just a trick – and so is meditation.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel like they are happening.

The world of duality is not really happening. It is a simulated world and you are not in it. Yet it feels so because you metaphorically speaking have put yourself in a little box, where an app called the brain twist that which is you into a world of duality. And as it is not real, it needs not to be stopped. Actually, it cannot be stopped. If it could, it would be real. But you can stop perceiving the apparent differences in a world of duality to make a difference because without differences there is no separation and hence no time and space to hide the formlessness of non-duality.

While you feel, you are in a world of duality nothing needs to be done, improved or transcended. It is all make-believe – including living in the now, love, astral planes and other concepts like that – and when you know that, you know you are not there. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

The impossible can be fun, when you know it is not real.

The impossible is fun when you know it is not real. In a simulation, you can play out your fantasies and achieve the impossible without any risk because you are not there.

One way of undoing the belief in a world of duality is to pretend to be someone in a world of duality instead of believing to be there (hack #1). Another way is – in the context of the disassociated hand metaphor and hack #2 that this article is a part of – to see the disassociated hand as a symbol of the real hand.

A shortcut to undoing the belief in a world of duality, so that nothing hides the non-duality of that which is you is to not know what and where you are, contrary to knowing yourself as that requires more than one, and that which is you is one.

Alexius´ Duality Hacks are not accompanied by soft music with sounds from whales, pictures of rosy lotus flowers, promises of a better world, fantasies of love and togetherness, higher states of consciousness or other attributes from a simulated reality.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have nothing to promise but that which is you will never change, neither will it end. That being said, as long as you seem to appear in a world of duality, you can play with any of beginning, change and end.

If you like love, by all means, go for it. In the case of Alexius, he likes to pretend, that he loves his cats, and miss them when he does not perceive them to be there, even though nothing can leave that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. Whatever you pretend is not a problem in regards to that which is one, because what you pretend, you are not.

You can also choose to see love as a symbol of that which is you so that which is you does not seem to be altered, while you play with a simulated reality of that which is you.

This is just another way to say, that you can never go wrong if you choose one of the above duality hacks. But it is not to say, that they are the only ones. Ultimately it does not matter, what you choose, because that which is you is one, so no choice is possible.

How to uncover the formlessness of that which is one

If you get a new kitten and call it Mini because it looks like a bigger one that recently died, you will never see Mini for what it is, but an image sampled from memories of the dead cat twisted into a smaller image of Mini.

When you compare for instance new music to music heard in the past, you do not hear the new music but construct a listening experience based on past memories. This applies to all experiences compared to a previous one, and as most want their present experience to not disturb their conditioned perception of the world, they compare everything to the past in order to twist it into something they do not doubt is real.

The conclusion of this is not, that if you do not compare your new kitten to the past, you will be living in the now and see the real new kitten instead of Mini. The conclusion is, that if you do not compare your new kitten to anything, you will not see anything.

The special self demands coherence, as without that its uniqueness cannot be uphold (read more about that here).

As the world you seem to experience is make-believe shaped by images from the past, there is no world to ´see´ if you do not establish something ´new´ founded on your past memories. And as the past, therefore, cannot be confirmed by the present, it fades out – and so does the one who seemed to appear via these memories. Hence there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

Looking for understanding you enhance the belief, that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of oneness. Yet you will never understand what that is, because it is not real. Neither will you understand that which is real, since it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to understand something.

So whether you appeared to be so-called spiritual or mundane, the appearance including soul and whatnot is undone – or rather the belief that you are someone at all. Having this belief undone is not a matter of letting go, as that confirms you as someone definitive.

In other words, undoing the belief in being someone definitive is not something you can do. But, if you perceive everything experienced as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience it, everything becomes the same. (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life). Not in the sense that everything is at one, but that their apparent difference does not make a difference (read more about that in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness). Hence there is no separation to hide that there is no more that which is one.

NOTA BENE:
You cannot see the world is not there, but if you do not look for it, you do not see it, and so nothing is covering the formlessness of that which is one. One way to start ´seeing´ nothing is to look for patterns in the appearances, you seem to see, instead of defining them as objects – like for example in the above image of a table leg on my floor or in the caption of it.

Anything you seem to see is an image constructed by thoughts (see Eyes do not see, they translate), so if you do not expect thoughts to mean something specific, you will just ´see´ patterns floating around, and so thoughts do not seem to have the power to hide the formlessness of that which is one. It is of course not advisable to space out like this if you want to remain as someone definitive – whether in a so-called spiritual or mundane way – or if you are having responsibilities in the world like for a parent for example.

To not focus on defining, what you seem to see but rather defocus and see floating patterns, it can be helpful using the inner sense to taste an inner ´fluid. The nectar, as it is called in scriptures, are supposed to be life-giving, but you will be disappointed, if you think it will make you stronger. It is an aspect of enlightenment and therefore not of the world, so it will not do anything there except to defocus on the world on your behalf. You need not to stop what you are doing to taste it. You can ´drink´ it all the time except when talking. If you do not know how to taste it, you can read about the how to use the inner sense of taste here.

When not defining, you are following your nature. To be someone definitive is not natural, as it requires everything to be defined so that it seems are more than that which is one, which is formless and undefinable. That is your purpose of appearing as a person in a capsule of time and space, so of course, it is difficult not to define – just like it is difficult for the sun not to follow its nature to shine.

When you look for a way back to that which is one, you have defined yourself as a person in a capsule of time and space – and there is no way out of that, because what is definable does not exists.

By fighting your reflex to define, you are making a new definition, that says you should not define, and so you confirm yourself as someone definable. It is not a problem though, because all definitions are illusions, and so is to see them as floating patterns. To see them in this way, however, may help you to realise, that to be or have more than that which is one is an illusion … and therefore there is, of course, nothing to fight or be sorry about, if you forget not to define.

A world where there seems to be more than one is nowhere because oneness is everywhere

Since oneness is formless and therefore endless, the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. If you, however, choose to believe it is real, you better give it your best shot appearing as if you are someone there. This acknowledges the choice to be yours, which means you you can choose to have it undone, for example by perceiving every experience of a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one.

Oneness will never know if you do this because it does not know, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like – in the context of this belief – nature does not know, the world in which you pretend to be when playing a video game.

In other words, oneness does not know you are dreaming about ing to that which is one because you have never left it. That is not possible because there is no more than that which is one. But while you dream about more than one, you can undo the dream by not imagining being linked with anybody but with that which makes it possible to experience somebody. The dream, therefore, becomes a symbol of oneness that reminds you, there is no more than that which is one.

You can never die because that which is you is no different from the oneness of life – and life contains no death. Yet you can imagine being someone who dies. This imagination though is only possible because you are that which is life, and the vision does not change that. Nothing can change, that you are the oneness of life because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than life.

Since life is that which is one, there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus believing to be in such a world is a rejection of life. No worries. You can have this belief undone by acknowledging your resistance to oneness.

Whatever you do out of resistance to something, you do because of that, so by ratifying your resistance to oneness, you acknowledge it.

Everything that you believe to see, hear, feel and/or taste as something substantial is a denial of life because it does not manifest itself in a significant way, nor in any other way. Life is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This, fortunately, turns your rejection of life into a confirmation of it because nothing else than life makes it possible to deny it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This article is not a manifestation of Alexius. He is not in it. However, in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, the experience of the article is a symbol of him because he has made it possible to read it.

Likewise, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is a symbol of that which is one, because there is no more than oneness since it is formless and therefore endless, so nothing else can cause it.

This, of course, is a metaphor. Oneness is not caused by something, nor does it produce anything, as that calls for more than one. Nevertheless, when believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the assumption that such a world is a symbol of that which is one is an excellent way to undo the belief in being there.

You cannot perceive something as a symbol of that which is one if you suppress what it makes you feel. In other words, seeing a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one is not a method to deny the unpleasant feelings the experience of being in such a world may provoke. However, feeling them as they are and not as you want them to be, you can deal with a panic attack, for example, as it is instead of trying to escape it. Thus you are able to adapt yourself to it like you do to rainy weather by wearing a raincoat and, therefore, not get pissed.

No reason to control, stop or deny the thoughts popping up. They can only be experienced because of that which is one. The refusal of them, therefore, is a rejection of oneness.

Just like the appearances in a dream often is experienced as physical, even though there is nothing in a dream, it may appear as there is life is in a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is absolutely nothing there.

When you do not try to escape the emptiness of the world by filling it with something that seems to make you complete, the void you experience reveals you are are not in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like you are not in the world of all these letters, and there is nothing in between them that combines them into something real.

Your role in the reality show of a world where there seems to be more than one is to appear as you are someone definitive there. A world defined by time and space is to be compared to a game in which your role is to be someone definitive somewhere specific. You better play your part as best as you can because you are going to get awarded in the end. The judge, however, is not the director, nor the others, but you! And the ending is when you do not perceive thoughts and feelings as something that establish you as someone definitive but instead as symbols of that which makes it possible to play the game, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Since you can only give what you have and you cannot recognise something you do not contain, what you give and receive is what you are made of while appearing to be someone. Consequently, you are not a victim of the deep state, digital tracing, climate changes, capitalism, radiation from 5G or whatnot.

Only you need to know this perception sets you free from the imprisonment of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space because this world is in the eye of the beholder. That does not mean it actually is inside of you. You are nothing but empty space. Your appearance as someone definitive somewhere specific is a fantasy created by the brain and stored there as well. And so is your perception of it. Read more about that here.

This can be compared to a computer where an app has been installed. You can use it in the way it is made to be operated. But you cannot change it – only how you perceive it. In the context of the experiences of a world defined by time and space that you get from the brain, you save the perception of them filed in each their own way in your head. And just like when you save something on your computer in a special place, you get the feeling that something substantial has been stored deep inside.

But that is an illusion. There is nothing that can be perceived as material on the hard disk where your work on the computer is stored. It is nothing but ones and zeros spread all over the place in a chaotic way. Likewise, there is nothing in the brain organised in the way you perceive to be meaningful. If this sense of accomplishing something physical when storing your memories is perceived as a symbol of that which is one, the memories upholding you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one do not seem to be substantial, and you, therefore, unsubstantial. Hence there does not appear to be a world outside of the formlessness of oneness that can be defined by time and space.

The world and everything that appears to be there is an illusion, but it is powered by something, namely that which is real.

Good health is great to have while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, but better than that is to know that good and bad is the same. Both conditions are symbols of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When everything experienced is perceived as a symbol of that which cannot be understood, namely that which is one, there is no need to understand anything.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The essence of the world is not life, because a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and life is real. An illusion, however, is only possible to experience because of that which is real. So if you know, the world is an illusion, that only can be experienced because of life, you recognise that everything experienced is a symbol of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Continuously choosing to perceive the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience more than one, even though that is an illusion, all the apparent differences of the appearances make no difference because they all symbolise the oneness of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A body, that is used to make a person real, is not happy, neither is the mind, because it knows, no matter how much it tries to fix things, the person will end, when the body cannot be fixed anymore. A happy body however is not in the way for the mind, as the mind has nothing to fix, and therefore can do, what it does best, namely to follow its attraction to the light, which is of the world but of that which is one eternal now.

If you search hard enough for a specific appearance that can make you feel satisfied, you most certainly will find one. But in your quest for perfection, you probably encounter more appearances, that is perceived to be to be imperfect.

In a world of duality, everything comes in pairs, so there is no beauty without the beast. That is unless you look for the beauty of that which cannot be seen, namely non-duality. This, however, cannot be seen in a world of duality, nor anywhere else because it takes more than one to see something and non-duality is that which is one.

In other words, only what is not real can be seen. But as it only seems to be there because of that which is real, it symbolises non-duality. When you do not forget this, all experiences in a world of duality is a confirmation of non-duality.

This does not mean that you will realise non-duality. It cannot be recognised since it takes more than one to do so. But it can be realised that there is no more than that which is one because perceiving everything as a symbol of oneness, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make a difference.

Listening to music, you probably go for the beats if you feel stressed and the flute if you feel relaxed. But if you are into what makes it possible to listen to this, they sound the same. Not in a sense that you do not notice the difference between drums and flute but that it is not perceived to make a difference because they are heard as s symbol of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Without oneness, it is not possible to imagine being separated. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Consequently, there is no fantasy about separation because it takes more than one to imagine something. In other words, this article is an illusion.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not have to believe in non-duality, because non-duality is that which is real. But you have to believe in the world of duality. That is the only way to make something, that is not real, appear as real. Just like in the case of Santa Claus for instance.

Using Santa Claus as a metaphor, you could say, that as long as he seems to deliver the presents, that you are promised, you are willing to believe he exists. But when you see, he is not delivering or that the presents come from somewhere else, you are ready to realize how childish it is to believe in Santa Claus. Likewise, you must ask the question: Is the world of duality actually delivering love, happiness and all the other things, that I was promised?

The reason you go on believing, you are a person in the world of duality is that you do not ask this question. You may have sensed, that you do not receive, what you are promised, but you think that it is your own fault and that if you look hard and long enough, you will get it – but you will never get it, because the world of duality is an illusion and there is nothing to get in an illusion.

Therefore it is not you, that is wrong. It is the world. Well, you are wrong in the sense, that you think you are a person in a world, that does not exist.

This you cannot see, while you seem to be in the world. Except for enlightenment, that is not of the world, everything else in the world is speculations – and you cannot think yourself out of the belief in a world to be defined by time and space. One way to stop the thinking, that supports this belief, is to perceive everything, that you seem to see in the world as symbols of that which makes it possible for an illusion of time and space to appear, namely that which is non-duality.

The more you see the world of duality as a symbol for non-duality, the less real the world will appear – and when it does not appear real anymore, there is nothing to hide, that which is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If it seems difficult to remember correcting, what appears to be a real world in front of you into symbols of that which is real, it is because you are not willing to do this correction. It is not difficult at all.

  • Correction is something you do every microsecond.
  • Correction is the very reason, that you seem to experience a world of duality.
  • Correction is the foundation of the world of duality, which is an image of non-duality, you have twisted into a world of duality.

Actually, the original correction of non-duality into the world of duality has its faults, so on top of that, you correct that correction. Just to name one example. When you are born, the world that you see is seen as upside down, and if it were not because you still every microsecond corrected that image into the world, as you have learned it should look like, you would still experience it as upside down.

Suffice to say is, that if you want to correct the experiences of you as a person in a world of duality into symbols of that which is non-duality, there is nothing but yourself, that stops you from doing that.

PART 1:
When the life of a computer is over, the energy that the machine received so it could simulate a world on the screen, is still there, namely electricity. The same thing when the life of a body is over. That which made it possible for the body to appear as if it was a living thing in a world where there seems to be more than one, is still there. In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings this has several names, for example non-duality, the oneness of life, the formlessness of oneness, one perpetual present, that which is you or that which is life / one / spirit.

Whether you hate or love someone when you pretend to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally entertaining. But not if you believe to be someone. In this case, only the passion of love is socially acceptable. The fury of hate must be controlled and hidden, so instead of having fun exploring it, you feel guilty.

Who but the beast is looking for beauty?

Doing that, however, you go against your basic instincts. The nervous circuits in the brain, that are responsible for the experience of hate, is also in control of the experience of love. In other words, to the brain, they are the same. This applies to any other emotion divided into opposing contrasts, for example good/bad, right/wrong and black/white.

In a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. Hence you cannot have love without hate and vice versa.

Although the world is as ugly as it is beautiful, most only want to explore the beautiful side of it. But if you see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of the oneness of life, there is no reason to limit yourself to explore only specific symbols of it. This does not mean that you have to explore heavy metal music if you hate it. Hate is also a symbol of that which is one.

INTERLUDE:
Selflessness is not about doing selfless actions. There is no such thing in a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, you need to appear as if you are someone definitive separated from the whole. In other words, you must have a self.

It is pretending to be a self, that makes you selfless.

This does not mean, though, that you have to believe, it is you. Just like you do not have to think you are the fighter in a video game you play. You only have to pretend that. By doing that you are selfless. In other words, selflessness is not about doing selfless actions, but about not being identified with the self.

PART 2:
When you give water to a plant, and the flowers start to blossom, the life they seem to manifest is probably perceived to come from so it can attest to you being alive as well. This, however, is a construction of thoughts founded on the judgment that the plant lives because it moves. That could be a trick of a magician or maybe a simulation, for example an animated cartoon, that you are conditioned to perceive as real.

So when you, based on the idea of having supported the plant with life, conclude the new flowers attest to you being alive, you could be wrong. Maybe you are just a gadget in a magic show or a character in an animated cartoon. Anyway, if you do not perceive the flowers to an effect of you, you have not caused them. Hence they do not confirm you are alive.

Not being confirmed as someone who is alive does not mean that you are not definable in the world – only what is definable can appear in a world defined by time and space – but that definitions do not stick to you. If you swim, you are not a swimmer, but something that floats. If you sing, you are not a singer, but something that makes melody.

Whatever you appear to be doing in the world is not done by that which is you, because it takes someone definitive to do something and that which is you is the formlessness of oneness. That is why it cannot be in a world defined by time and space, except as something pretended. And since what you pretend to be you are not, pretending becomes a way to confirm, that you are not someone definitive in a world defined by time and space but the formlessness of that which is one.

To be a person in the world is to be compared to streaming music in the sense, that the person you seem to be is actually not ´there´.

PART 3:
Listening to music at home has become less and less physical in the last years. First, a big and heavy vinyl record was replaced with a smaller and lighter compact cassette and then a more slender compact disc. Later MP3 took over. It required hardly any space. But its recent replacement, streaming, does not require any at all. The signals that carry streaming music is invisible but everywhere. They cannot be heard as music before an electronic device has picked them up and translated them into that. This enables you in no time to listen to whatever you want, wherever you are, although what you hear is not there.

It some ways it is the same thing that happens when you experience to be someone definitive. At least according to the brain. It claims to receive signals from your sensory system or chakras that it translates into the experiences you have of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But the signals are picked up from nowhere by nobody because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Most, however, do not want to be exposed as nobody, so they suppress that they are an illusion. This suppression results in depression, whereas the acknowledgement of the deception feels uplifting. It sets ´you´ free to pretend to be what and where you are not. And that is quite fun.

PART 4:
When in pain, a reflex compels you to make it go away. Taking this reflex serious is how you fool yourself into believing you are someone definitive. This does not mean, you should not do what is in the best interest of the body or try to finish the pain. But that pretending to someone who is in pain, what you do about it does not enhance the belief you are someone definitive because what you pretend to be you are not.

In the moments of death, it can be almost impossible to pretend to be someone definitive because the brain is falling apart. Yet having pretended it for a long time, you are not someone definitive, so nobody is dying.

Whether you believe to be someone or pretend to be it, what you appear to be is bound to end. This often causes panic. And even if that is conquered, death is not if you try hanging onto what you believe to be. But pretending to be someone, there is nothing to conquer because what you pretend to be is not real, so nobody is dying.

By pretending to be a person in a world, that is not there, you know, that the one pretending is not there.

APPENDIX:
In old religious scripts from India, which in many ways are the basis of the Western New Age way of thinking, the world is called Maya. It is a Hindi word for illusion. You could, therefore, say that the basis of both eastern and western alternative thinking is, that the world is an illusion. Since this also is the basis of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, everything you believe to read in them, or anywhere else, is an illusion.

To spell it out, there is no truth to find in the world, whether you look high or low, inside or outside, in the past, now, future or whatnot. All experiences are deceptive, whether they seem to be mundane or spiritual. This includes your interpretation of this statement.

Yet there seems to be a crucial difference between Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and most teachings of so-called spirituality. They promise you a lot. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings offer you nothing wherefore they do not enhance the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

One way of phasing out this belief is to pretend that you get something because what you pretend to have is not real, and so, eventually, there does not seem to be more than that which is one.
