When my cats want to go outside, they sit and stare at the front door. If this does not open it, they may also try to scratch it. But they do not have the power to open the door. I have to do it for them, and when I am busy – for example in the kitchen – they must wait.

The waiting time is not due to their karma or how they have behaved. It has nothing to do with them. It is simple because I am occupied with something else. That is all.

The door to the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, so no trait of such a world – like being humble, full of compassion, totally aware or whatnot – can help you open this door. Some therefore suggest that being and having nothing is the way, but that will not help you either, because any kind of being, having or doing involves separation as it takes more than one to be, have or do something.

When you are alone together, there is no doubt, that what you give is what you receive. Hence you are always met and therefore never alone.

Yet, if no part of you is excluded by projected them onto what seem to be appearances outside of you, there is nobody outside of you to define you as someone, and so there is nobody to be, have or do anything, and therefore nothing to hide that the door to the enlightenment of that which is one is alone together.

Even though Alexius is to be compared to one who is enlightened by that which is one, he has not experienced this enlightenment. It is not possible to experience that which is one because to experience something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to have vague memories of it as if Alexius is full of light.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything seems divided in at least two, for example, Alexius and the enlightenment of that which is one. In the reality of oneness though there is no difference because there is no more than that which is one.

The way Alexius is experiencing the world is an illusion, he is fabricating on the spot based on the idea, that it is possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, no illusion is imaginable without that which is real, so the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is a positive confirmation of that which is one.

This is not to imply Alexius is part of that which is one – there are no parts – but that there is no more than that which is one. So whatever appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet it is only possible to experience something, that is not real, because of that which is. In other words, though neither the experienced or the experiencer is real, that which makes it possible to believe so is.

When my cats are at sleep, they sometimes dream about horrifying things – at least that is how it seems to me when I see their sudden movements. Likewise, it seems to the oneness of life, that we are having a dream about something very frightening. But just like I cannot see the dreams of my cats, life cannot see, that we are dreaming about being and having more than the oneness of life by constantly taking something from outside of us in a world where life seems to be divided in more than one.

Even though life senses, we are dreaming about a world where there seems to be more than one, as to fear something requires more than one, it cannot wake us up to reality of that which is one, as it probably is too scary to suddenly see that what we appear to be in the dream – no matter if it seems spiritual or whatnot – is not real, so life tries to comfort us, while it sweetly whispers in our ears: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt in the dream as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but a light much stronger than anything in the dream. An atomic bomb seems to be nothing compared to this force of light, which does not illuminate something and is neither opaque or transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts you have collected to establish an image of you as someone definitive. This construction of thoughts is left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will, of course, seems very frightening, if you still consider yourself as someone definable. No worries, if you want to return to a world defined by time and space all you need to do is to pick up the thought construction at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey through the black hole to something else. In this way the journey becomes definable, and that is only possible in a definable world. In other words, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. Just one thing: You have to return within 28 minutes (measured in linear time) otherwise it is too late to reboot the body. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice, this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature, that makes up your identity in the dream of a world, where life seems to be divided in more than one. If you do not believe, this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But if you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you fear to become formless, and to prevent it you objectify the fear by justifying it as if it caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way, the formlessness of oneness is escaped so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where their life seems to be divided into more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is solely the ego talking. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually, there is nothing to fear in that which is one, because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive you must constantly exclude what is judged not to be you, and as that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear the retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything in order to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness and the enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one choosing to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. You reading this article is also not possible, neither me writing it. That which we are, is not in the dream called the world. You could say it is dreaming it. Yet speaking about a dream is only a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, there is no dream. There is no more than one perpetual present.

+(+) What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body, where you believe to be – but never constantly the same, although it is constantly there.

The empty breath can be felt in many different ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body and what seems to be inside or outside of it, because the empty breath does not of anything definitive.

This is not because the empty breath experience everything in a world where there seems to be more than one to be spiritual, but that nothing is experienced to be there, since experiences is a hallucination made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from the connectedness with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone definitive. See also the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

Thus the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference, if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is constantly moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differ from the descriptions in this article, go with flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are very future minded the empty breath may be felt as coming from somewhere in front of you, whereas being minded about the past it may be felt to come from the back. And if you are into the concepts of living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of it is coloured by own your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you it has no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. So whether you experience it in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside of the body it carries out its one and only purpose, namely to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

As the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment and you may experience it in other ways than described in this article.

No worries. Feeling the empty breath is not about approaching it in the right way, but going with the flow. It is only in the world of the outer senses, you must to do the right thing, so you can feel better than those judged to do the wrong thing.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath has the form of an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Neither do the circles inside of it, and there are so many that there is no space between them. Nor are they empty. Each one of them contains two yin yang like waves, looking a bit like in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there, so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the biggest part of the pear-shaped version of it may seem to be in the top as well as in the bottom, or in the sides or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the oval circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath are floating around, there is no fixed centre.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin yang like formed waves moving inside them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin yang like waves moving in all directions – at bit like in the next animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as the above is very difficult to comprehend in a world where life seems to be divided into more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make up the empty breath, if you are conditioned to divide reality in more than one. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one singular movement. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one it is most likely easier to experience to experience an aspect of it.

For most the flow will be to circle from the abdomen or stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head or above it when breathing in, and from there going in a circular movement in front the body back to the stomach or abdomen when breathing out.

It can also be felt the other way around. The direction does not matter. It is all about going with the flow, which in this circular movement feels like surfing the empty breath. Another way straight forward way of experiencing it is to sense the swing of it, which contrary to surfing it is rather a feeling of having two very soft sticks swinging inside the body – up and down and back and forth at the same time. Be aware though, that feeling the empty breath as described in this article is only possible to the extent that you do not you care about being or having more of anything, whether that appears to be spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic, because the empty breath has not something to give but the transparent bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference) is a state of not-knowing where you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythm of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin yang like waves inside and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

Each of the non definable circles inside the non definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
The illustration above to the right shows a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves looks like the two parts of an yin yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in the images and all the others this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave, that starts from the abdomen or below it and then go behind the body into the head or on top of it. From there you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body, while the breath is contracting the body, until you come back to the abdomen or below it. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you mostly feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not about being in total synch with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, neither does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped.What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, as that makes you forget the physical breath, so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to impose ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot upon it.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the flow of the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue going the whole way around the other one, more or less in accordance with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so that following the flow of the two yin-yang like waves feels like surfing them is an imagination of his.

You can also surf the opposite way than described in the above. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness, so this might speed up undoing the belief in being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the the non-definable edges of the empty breath is not experienced to touch the body but passes it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus you are set free from the body (read more about this here), and the body is set free from you, so it can follow its biological system without you trying to control it in accordance with the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, which is not possible. Just like you cannot import physical elements in a dream or vice versa. This, does of course not mean, that you should refrain from consulting a qualified health care professional, who can assist in supporting the biological system of the body.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is slowly but surely being undone.

As already said, there is no right way of being with the empty breath. Unlike in the world of the outer senses, where a wrong movement can be fatal, there is no right way of going with the flow of the empty breath, so no need to bother about the right way of  doing it. Besides going with the flow of the empty breath, you will soon be indifferent to what is right or wrong.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Generally speaking you will, as already stated, mostly feel the flow of the waves in one circle – probably the one going from the back to the front of the body or the other way around – but you can also jump from circle to circle or feel them all simultaneously. It is not important. Neither is it important to know all this.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that feeling something is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of the empty breath in such a detailed way as described in this article, before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. Normally he just follow the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case the flow mostly results in a sense of indifference.

But if you want, it is possible to be a bit more choosy than he is. If you seem to have problems with the past or have a back pain that may benefit from being massaged by the empty breath, you may want to surf both sides of a wave in the back of you.

Should you need to be grounded, you could choose to surf a wave passing the abdomen. And if you feel the need to be intuitive or fact minded (the right or left side of the brain), you could surf one of the waves going sideways in relation to the body. Sideways around the chest could be fine if you have one of these hollow ones, that restricts the breath.

There are many possibilities, but in general it is best not to choose anything, and to go with the flow as it comes to you, because that sets the body free to heal itself. Read more about that here. Neither is it commendable to catch all the details about the empty breath in this article, as an intellectual understanding will not help you to feeling the connectedness with the empty breath. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath, because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of an yin and yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in an yin yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where a one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is extremely powerful, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath generally speaking also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that it is felt solely inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the limited size of the body though, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath, may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of breathing. Yet the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first it feels like the body does not have enough room for it. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done with any of the circles within the non-definitive borderline of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt through the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, as you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it may be so foreign to you that you probably prefer following the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius experiences the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning – see the speedy animation just below – but it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing still – see the third image from here – so you feel breathless and the bliss of being indifferent to whatever you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm, that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing on the outer sides of two yin yang like waves in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not in line with the rhythm of the breath. Yet it is the force behind it. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere or as if spinning through a world with no limits.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of the empty breath … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit in the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is felt both inside and outside of the body. It is probably easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body, because there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch it, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to feel the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath in order to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, your effort to pinpoint it will fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach tits rhythmic flow and transparent sound of it is therefore to start in the chaos at the root of the empty breath – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – as that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of a bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

Sometimes this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ seems to come from the nose and sometimes from an undefined space in the back of the head. But since there does not seem to be any boundaries, the sound neither is experienced to be inside or outside the head. At other times it seems to come from a distant space outside the body, as if the breath has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

Feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a powerful experience like feeling the rhythm of a bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa for example does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, me and them and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it to be real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. There is nobody to believe you are someone definitive there, because it is something you pretend (see hack #1.5 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath as it manifests in the swing or transparent sound of the empty breath, as otherwise it is the end of you when the body stops to function. In that moment it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of empty breath, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of life.

These glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example the visual aspect of it, will merge into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath is not an appearance that can be manifested by the manipulating the physical breath or by exercising any other form of control.

Hearing or feeling the empty breath is not something that can be provoked by the execution of specific exercises. It is the other way around. When you are not looking for something specific, the empty breath can move on its own accord.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive, so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Alexius does not really know what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like, because it is a state of not-knowing. However, for the purpose of writing about it, he had many short moments of the empty breath ignited, so that he from the vague memories of those could write what it felt like.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Remember that just like the experience of an orgasm is a very personal thing, so is the experience of the connectedness with the empty breath, even though what you experience is not personal and that you actually have no consciousness about it, since the connection is establish half a second before a conscious experience of you as someone definitive is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here.

In the resulting state of not-knowing what and where you are, which lasts until you insist that the apparent differences registered by the brain make a difference and you therefore must be someone separated from what you see. Until then there is nobody to experience, how blissful it is not believing to be someone definitive.

In other words, the feelings of the empty breath are memories, that pop up when you again believe to be someone definitive. And as memories are based on a very personal selection, your memories may be coloured in another way than in the above descriptions based on the memories of Alexius.

Do not stop thoughts and feelings, but use them as a take-off to indifference of ´the empty breath´

Every thought or feeling is a reminder, that the appearance of something cannot cause you to suffer, if the thoughts and feelings about it is not shared or justified with the world*, but used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, as in the company of its indifference there are no thoughts and feelings to define you as someone definitive and thus nobody to suffer.

As this results in a state of not-knowing, it is not before the connectedness with the empty breath is left, that there is someone to know, not believing to be someone definitive is the end of all suffering.

This is not meant to be understood, as it is not necessary to take care of the body, because even though the empty breath reveals, that appearing to be in it – or anywhere else – is an illusion, it is through the illusion of being there, that you connect with the empty breath.

And you have to connect with it again and again, because the connection cannot not last very long, if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, since the brain falls into coma, if not kept active with thoughts of you as someone separated from others.

But if you do not want to remain as someone separated from others, you do not mind the brain falling apart, so it no longer can map out empty space, as if it is a world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore not something to hide that such a world is an illusion, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless.

To make long short, regardless you want to remain as someone definitive or not, the state of not-knowing induced by the empty breath is bound to end after 20 minutes, at the most 45, so that the consciousness of being someone definitive can be resumed or totally erased.

No need to worry about having your consciousness totally erased, if you accidentally stay too long in a state of not-knowing. First of all, hardly anybody come to the point where the brain starts falling apart, and should you reach the point of no return but want to return, fear of survival will set in, which is enough to reboot the brain and bring you back as someone definitive.

You may seem to be trapped in a capsule of time and space, but if you do not define what you seem to see there, you are not there, as it is all make-believe. In other words, you do not need a way out when you go with the flow, because it is not definable. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Some of many so-called near-death experiences that Alexius has had may even have gone further than being near to death, as there are spots of livor mortis on his body. And as he also is to be compared to one who is enlightened by that which is one, and therefore have had what is considered his self erased again and again, he is indifferent to the belief, that what we are living inside a body. Thus he is he is not frightened of death, when the brain starts running out of oxygen and not able to produce the experience of him as someone substantial in a tangible world anymore. Since this is not perceived to be the end of life, he does not fight it. Read more about that here.

That which is life is formless and therefore endless, wherefore whatever has an end is lifeless, so fighting for it you are already dead. Giving up upon fighting and going with the flow is to effortlessly following the river towards that which is life. Believing to be someone definitive though, this is probably understood as you must let go, because only as someone definitive can you let go of something.

Thus the belief that you are someone definitive is not phased out but enhanced, and as that means you are confined, letting go turns you into a state of numbness. Read more about that here.

Not fighting the flow but going with it starts by not fighting thoughts by arranging in a way that makes you more special and/or spiritual but follow them to the letter. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Going with the flow starts by not fighting what and where you appear to be by arranging thoughts into something that seems to make you more special or by trying to stop them so that you appear to be special. In other words, you start of by not fighting the thought system produced of you as a basic self, but by following it to the letter.

As the brain gets so excited by this, it rewards you with shots of happiness. Thus you are in a flow where you may easily forget what and where you are and thus bypass the brains rendering of you as someone definitive. Read more about that here.

Not fighting the flow is going with the flow
Let us imagine, that when you were in your mother’s womb, there were a kind of society inside it, that believed life was to be in this capsule. Thus they said, that to remain alive, you must fight the flow of contractions coming from the capsule. The opening in the capsule is too small for you to pass it and even if you could, there is nothing on the other side.

Adapting to the belief of this society, you are bound to die when the contractions are over and so is the society. Yet by not fighting the flow it  into the unknown, you are born into a new world and so is the society you experienced to be there, because it was a fantasy of yours.

This is just a foolish metaphor to illustrate, that even though there seems to be no way out of a world defined by time and space, if you do not fight the flow, it will rule out of the capsule of time and space where you believe to be, as it is non-definable so the definition of a capsule of time and space vanishes.

Let us say you are living in the cold north of the Earth but are longing for the warmth of the south. You have read and heard about the tropics and seen pictures and movies as well but never been there. But putting on slippers, shorts, a colourful Hawaii shirt and a big sun hat will not get you there. Neither will drinking a fancy cocktail with a little umbrella, singing songs in a foreign language or changing your name take you till the warmth of the tropics. You are still in the cold north, and the only change you have caused by doing all this is that you look quite silly wearing such clothes and speaking foreign words there. You probably also get sick.

This is a metaphor to illustrate, that the flow does not come from following certain steps or replicating ways of behaviour like chanting, hugging everyone, dressing in special clothes, taking a new name, talking positive and whatnot. You are still someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The flow comes from the willingness to not be and have more than that which is one.

It takes more than one to become one, when you believe to be and have more than that which is one

t1larg.laptop.light.tsThe visual aspect of enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light, that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of enlightenment of that which is one, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part this simulated world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the enlightenment of that which is one, that is already there.

Devotion is the gateway to the inner senses, that are the gateway to the formlessness of oneness

Physically speaking you cannot be together with the person on this pic in this very moment, but if the pic seems to trigger an attraction in you, and you devote yourself to that, your world may start to crack. Through the cracks you will sense, what you are really attracted to, namely the spirit of that which is one.

If you think or feel, that you are in love with just one person, you are wrong. What you are experiencing is not love but attraction. The nature of love is to love everything, whereas attraction is single-minded. But there is nothing wrong with following the latter, provided you do not try to change it into a love relationship.

Attraction in itself is a gateway to a less tangible world, because that is where the not so tangible feeling of attraction comes from. It is not important what the form, that you feel an attraction towards, looks like. What matters is, that you really indulge in the attraction and totally devote yourself to the object of your attraction. This might lead to sex, which experience wise also is part of a less tangible world – especially orgasm – but that is another story.

Because I am not talking about approaching the object of your attraction, but simply remain in the attraction itself by letting your mind being sucked into the desire for the object of your attraction, so that the flow of it leads to a lofty state of mind, where you do not bother about physicality.*

You and the one you are attracted to may be worlds apart physically and mentally speaking, or the other one may not even notice you or it is simply not possible to be together due to social conventions. But that is good. Because on no account it is about trying to manifest a relation* with the object of your attraction – if it happens so be it – but to follow an attraction so intense, that the world of the outer senses cracks and the world of the inner senses comes crawling out of them.

The world of the inner senses is in no way the same as the formlessness of oneness. Yet it is a gateway to it, provided you do not mistake the inner senses for spirituality but perceive it as a less tangible level of a world defined by time and space.

The above about attraction also applies to repulsion or other emotions. Devotion is the key.

How devotion led to Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings
In a way the kick starter to writing my non teaching was an attraction to the body of a young woman, who were changing her clothes in front of me on a sunny trip in the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of being ashamed of my physical attraction to a woman much younger than me, I dived deep into the flow of the attraction itself. Physically speaking nothing happened between us and I have never seen her again. But later that day, there was a breakthrough to the voice behind these non teaching.

This voice does not come from a physical being but a rather transparent energy, that can be compared to an ascended master – not one of those ´rosy´ ones though, who want you to help them making a merry-go-round world. Gudruång – spoken with a soft ´d´ and ending in an echo of the enlightenment of that which is one – that I call this energy, have no need of saving the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief in a world defined by time and space.

Ultimately there is no such world, neither Gudruång, Alexius or you – there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. But while we believe to be in a world defined by time and space, we all seem to be someone definitive, so in that context Gudruång and Alexius are talked about as two different appearances, but in reality they are not.

I do not force my will upon my cat, but they often choose to follow it. This does not mean they are channeling me or following a higher voice. But that they sense I want to take care of them in the best way possible, as if they are a part of me. Likewise Gudruång wants to take care of me, as if we are part of each other, although – just like my cats and I – we are very different in terms of appearances but not in terms of content.

Are Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings channelled?
Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings are not channeled from Gudruång. It is rather that Gudruång is writing them without my personality interfering. Well, ideally speaking it is like that, but as Gudruång does not know a written language like this, the writings depend on me knowing it, and as the formlessness of oneness is wordless, I have to search for words to use for something that literally cannot be expressed, so sometimes when I am short of words, part of an article may be coloured by my personality – especially the endings, because I am somehow conditioned to look for happy endings in a world defined by time and space.

Yet it seems, that a happy ending for Gudruång is when there is no more memory of such a world, so there is nothing definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. Consequently there is nothing definable to pay for Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings. They are totally free and there is nobody, you need to follow.

At the moment of death you are sucked into a black hole. That is if you do not try to define it, because then you uphold the belief in being someone definitive. When the body is dying, the brain cannot produce a world that confirms the belief that there is more than that which is one. Hence there is nothing to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. That is, if you do not hang onto fragments of thoughts about such a world. If so it feels very claustrophobic that it cannot be shared with somebody else, as the formlessness of oneness has no room for more than one.

If you believe, that you can be at one a soulmate, the universe, god and whatnot, the formlessness of oneness will seem claustrophobic to you, as it takes more than one to be at one with anything, and it has no room for no more than one.

So to the degree that you belief there is more than that which is one, it will seem very scary and claustrophobic, when the tangibility of a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be felt.

Yet there is no such need if the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone, which it is when everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is included, as that cancels out the apparent difference between all your experience, so that there is no experience, and therefore nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

As it takes more than one to have a problem there is not a single one in that which is one – neither anything to fear.

In other words, the inclusion of everything experienced does not result in you embodying everything and therefore being at one with the universe. On the contrary, your apparent existence as someone definitive is over, because when nothing is excluded, there is not something to define you.

For the same reason there is no memories left of a world where there seems to be more than one, nor a sigh of relief from having escaped it. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and will be, namely the formlessness of oneness.

The world is not a manifestation but an imagination

As it requires more than one to observe something, namely the observer and the observed, and as non-duality is that which is one, the experience of duality is not real but an imagination made possible due t that which is real, namely the formlessness of non-duality. Most like to think, that they have seen, realised or found something special, that nobody else have found, so that they can imagine they are more special than others and therefore rest assured in the belief that they are someone definitive special separated from others. One of Alexius´ cats likes to find food, that has fallen outside of the bowl. This she eats with great joy, as if it is better than the food inside the bowl, although it is just the same. Likewise everything in a world of duality is just the same, regardless what it is experienced to be.

As non-duality is formless and therefore endless, a world of duality is an illusion. Yet there would be no illusion without reality, namely non-duality.

Duality is a construction of thoughts starting off with the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than the oneness of peace, which is the one and only possibility of non-duality. As this requires separation from non-duality and as non-duality is formless and therefore everything, it is not possible except in an imagination.

In a vivid imagination everything appears to be possible, so even though non-duality has neither an inside or outside, due to it is formless and therefore endless, it is fantasized that one can be separated from it and watch it from the outside, where it seems as if the look of it changes with the angle of observing it, so that it appears to be dimensional instead of non-dimensional and dual instead of non-dual.

This illusion, is of course only possible to experience because of that which is not an illusion, namely non-duality*. Hence the world of duality, that seems to be the result of it, is a symbol of non-duality**. So if everything in such a world is perceived as symbols of non-duality, the imagination of separation does not seem to have the power to entrap you in a world of duality.

Ways to see that apparent differences make no difference

There is no free will in the world defined by time and space regarding what is going to happen next, because just like in the world of a movie all future events are fixed – even though movies where the viewer can choose different developments of it are being planned, all the changes you can choose are pre-made according to the choice of the producer and not yours.

The only thing you actually can change is your perception of what happens in the movie. The same applies to a world defined by time and space – also if your experiences there seem to be of a spiritual nature. It is part of the script and has nothing to do with spirituality, since it is formless and the world is not. It other words, no matter how and where you appear, this is just as illusionary as anything a movie or a video game. Nobody is there.

If you choose to perceive the apparent differences in the world of a movie to make a difference, its world seems real to you. But if the apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference, you see that it is nothing but an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you choose to believe, the apparent differences in a movie are making a difference, its world seems real to you. But if you choose to believe, that the apparent differences do not make a difference, the story of the movie is not important. You may want it to finish, because it is so unrealistic and hide that which is real.

Likewise the formlessness of oneness, which is all there is since formlessness is endless, seems to be hidden by a world defined by time and space – or rather the belief that its apparent differences make a difference. The more the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space is not believed to make a difference, the less time and space appears to be real.

Ways of perceiving the world
Perceiving differences to make a difference requires hard work, because you must always be on the look out for what to judge as good or evil, so you can exclude what you decide to be bad from the story of who you are. The reward is that you appear to be good and as that is not possible in the formlessness of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be anything, you also appear to be more than that which is one.

But the price is suffering and a constant search for the bad things you can blame for your state of mind. See also the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

Perceiving differences to not make a difference requires no work, but including all the apparent differences, which is quite easy, as it is just to not exclude any part of your experience of the present moment. The reward is a perfect moment, and as that is a state of not-knowing nothing is wrong or missing.

In other words, you do not need to be or have more – except for more perfect moments. And the more you have of those, the less you need to be and have. You become nobody, and as the world is in the eye of the beholder, nobody is seen, and so there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

Alexius´ three cats seem to be very different. Yet he loves them all – not in the same way though. He acknowledges their different needs and love them accordingly. Yet these differences make no difference to him, because he perceives both the cats and himself as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience that there is more than one.

This does not mean that his cats and he are at one – or that he is at one with anything else, as that requires more than one – but that even though they all appear to be very different, the apparent differences make no difference, because they are symbols of the same, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Ways to perceive differences make no difference?
In the first articles of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment defocussing was suggested to cancel out the opposing sides of contrasts. This may be the fastest way to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so that the belief in such a world does not appear to hide that which is one.

But if you like to enjoy the world while undoing it – or as somebody once said, to be in the world and not of it – defocusing may be a bit abrupt to you, as it only takes about half an hour of total defocus before there is no knowledge of a world defined by time and space, neither of you appearing to be someone there.

So to make the beginning of your journey without distance more gentle, you could instead choose to see everything in the world as symbols of that which is one, as that means, even though the appearances of the world seems to be different, it makes no difference because they all symbolise the same. In other words, when everything in the world is perceived to be symbolic, you do not have to think about contrasts and make sure everything is included.

In this way the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is being undone, while you can have fun appearing to be someone there. This you can read about in

  • One very easy way to not to focus is to play music over 65 dB for a prolonged time – especially if it is music that you consider to be senseless.

A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion

Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings about including both sides of a contrast, so that they cancel out each other* and leave you with nothing but a perfect moment is not meant to be a new religion or philosophy with special steps to learn and strictly to follow.

In the previous articles where there has been examples of contrasts like love and hate or good and bad, it is quite easy to figure out the opposite opponents of a contrast. But you do not need to be conscious about the opposite side of a certain thought or feeling in order to include both sides of the contrast.

It only make sense to talk about night, because we also are aware of its contrast day. And we would not know about light if not for darkness. So it makes no difference, if you are aware of both sides of a contrast or not, as long as you just include one side of it exactly as you perceive it.

You cannot experience just one thing. If you did you would not know what it is that you experience. You need the contrast of love, which is hate, to know you are in love. In other words, when including love as it is, hate is automatically included* – even though it often may be on an unconscious level.

The inclusion of everything perceived in a moment is not complicated. If the Chinese wallpaper in this image is not part of the perception of the moment for the person eating in a Chinese restaurant, there is no need for him to include it.

Maybe he did not even noticed the food in the moment of this photo, but had a childhood memory popping up when being photographed. If so, including everything as it is perceived in the moment for him is to include the memory of his childhood and whatever thoughts or feeling arises from that.

This is what makes the moment perfect for him. Not Alexius shooting the photo, the Chinese food or the beautiful people passing by, because that is not his perception of the moment. His perception of the moment is of the past, and when that is included the moment is perfect now.

There are no rules but inclusion
It is inclusiveness that makes a moment perfect. If there is something you forget to include, you include forgetfulness, which automatically will include mindfulness as well, whether you are aware of this contrast or not.

A perfect moment can be compared to a zone where there is no concern and therefore no need to correct, transcend or transform anything.

The idea of living in the now, is as most so-called spiritual ideas based on exclusion, so that the belief in separation can be enhanced – in this case it is the past and future that is excluded in order to find a separated point in between those called now. A perfect moment, however, is no based on separation, as it includes any memory of the past as well as expectations to the future.

It can last a split second, but it may also seem as if you forever are in a state of daydreaming about nothing, or a short outburst of crying about the past, or a vision of a sensual kiss in the future. It lasts as long as you have no concern for a world where there seems to be more than one.

But measured in linear time it cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, as a world where there seems to be more than one constantly needs to be witnessed. If not, you will not experience it anymore. Neither anything else, as what you believed to be is no more. Not is the sense, that it has been replaced by something else, because it was never there, although the belief that it was, hid the formlessness of oneness.

To include everything does not mean you must stop to exclude. That would not be to include everything. You do not need to stop anything to undo the belief in separation. You simple include everything – also excluding.

No need to worry about getting it right. All what is needed for a moment to be perfect is to not be exclusive but inclusive – and you are automatically inclusive when not exclusive.

If this seems to be unsettling, include it, and you will see, that by including all parts of your experience of a world where everything seems to be different, their apparent difference makes no difference, and so the belief in separation, which is what makes you feel uncomfortable, is slowly being undone while you at the same time are enjoying this belief.

To include everything has nothing to do with the so-called union of soul, mind and body.** To believe in such concepts is just as illusionary, as to believe in any other concept based on the idea that it is possible to be or have more than that which is one. As it takes more than one to include something, this is of course also an illusion. Yet the illusion of inclusion is a way to use the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one yo undo that belief.

It may be easier to include somebody than the feelings they represent
If a feeling from the past
seems a little diffuse, it is often easier to include it by simply including those you blame for it in the present, or by including your body as it feels in this moment, as most unwanted thoughts and feelings are stored there, for example in the stomach until the pressure gets too high on the body, so you try to alleviate it by projecting it onto others – often those closest to you.

In other words, your body and those closest to you may be the biggest symbols of exclusion, so by including those symbols you are way off on your way to undo the belief in separation. In the case of Alexius, his cats most certainly represents excluded sides of him, that seems a bit diffuse to him and therefore hard to include. Yet, it is easy include his cats.

To include them is not the same as to love them, as you cannot love something unless it is perceived to be separated from you. From this follows, to love somebody is to exclude somebody. Yet this exclusion – just like any other, can be undone by including it.

If there is somebody you dislike, you do not need to change that, because when this is not justified, but simply included as it is, to like or dislike makes no difference.

It is all about inclusion
As already state Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings are not a new philosophy or religion with a new vocabulary and rules, that you must learn and strictly follow, so if you for example do not want to include your cats, feel free to exclude them. It does not matter, as long as you include your unwillingness to do this. In other words, exclusion is also fine – just remember to include it that you are exclusive … and should you forget that, well, include your forgetfulness.

Maybe inclusion does not seem to work for you. It feels frustrating and as if something still is missing. If so, you just include that.

Life is not exclusive but inclusive, so to not exclude is to uncover life. When exclusion is included, you do not exclude.

If you think inclusion is just another ego trip, you are right. Yet being right is also just another ego trip, as it is founded on exclusion. But if you include the ego trip, the ego cannot survive, as there is no separation without exclusion, and the ego basically is the idea, that it is possible to be separated from that which is one by excluding fragments of it.

Accept darkness instead of fighting it, and it will enhance the light of the moment.

The sum of any contrast is a perfect moment, so instead of denying or fighting darkness go for it, as this will bring out its contrast, light, as well. Not in the way though that they will merge into dawn, but that they will cancel out each other, so that there is nothing to experience. The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – that Alexius is sharing a home with have a big territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up in their home, they got very upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When she later returned, she did not notice that the stranger were still were chilling out on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him. Then hell was loose.

By thinking the world is the cause of your state of mind, it is justified by the world and thus excluded from what it believed to be you. In this way separation is made real, because projecting the cause of your state of mind onto powers, that appears to be outside of you, there seems to be more than one.

Once again she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still very upset. To prove that her feelings of unjust were justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. Every time she found one, she freaked out so Wincent and Alexius could see how much the stranger had hurt her feelings.

Ultimately speaking it is not possible to be troubled by something, as there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be troubled by something. But if you believe to be someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there will always be somebody or something that seems to cause trouble.

In other words, you will not be trouble-free before the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

The anger, Guinevere was holding onto, was supposed to exclude the unfamiliar cat from her world and to make him suffer for what she imagined he had done to her. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time in her world by sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea, that she was angry and he was supposed to suffer from it. In fact he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. Nonetheless there was another one, who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. It was eating her up from inside.

This is not a story about anger but the purpose of holding onto it
The above cat story is not meant to be a story about anger, but the purpose of justifying feelings, which is to manifest the belief that there is more than that which is one.

A feeling in itself cannot confirm this belief. But when it is justified by something judged to be outside of you, you become a victim of forces in a world where there seems to be more than one.. Thus the justification of a feeling confirms the belief that you are someone in such a world. At least that is what you want to believe, even though the prize of this belief is pain.

As it takes more than one to feel something, and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of feeling always ends up being experienced as painful. In this way you are reminded, it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one.

In the case of Guinevere her anger justified by the stranger makes her seem superior to him, though she actually has turned herself into a victim of him. This make them both appear to be somebody special, and as Guinevere want to be especially good compared to the stranger that she judges to be evil, more anger is justified with him with. And as the result is the same as before even more anger must be justified with the evil one – and so it goes on and on.

Feeling angry or happy results in the same, if those feelings are justified by something, namely the enhancement of being separated from a world that appears to be outside of you.

A victim of justification
Even though what we did judged to be a problem is out-of-the-way, we often choose to hold onto it in order to justify any anger popping up. Besides we also want to punish those we blame for it – maybe our parents – by putting up a sad face so that they will feel guilty about how much they have hurt us.

Feeling angry is an imagination, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something.

If it is only when anger is attributed with a cause, that it appears as if somebody or something has upset you. But if it is not attributed with a cause, nothing has upset you. The way to attribute anger with a cause is to justify it, so if you do not do that, the story is over and anger does not seem dangerous, because it is not triggering a story of pain.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude anger from herself by justifying it as if it is caused by the visiting cat but include it as hers, she has no need to get upset about a visitor in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude her present anger from herself by justifying it as caused by the past visit of a foreign cat but include it as hers, she has no need to find things that reminds her of the stranger in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

If a feeling of rejection is not justified by what somebody else appear to have done or not done, the feeling is not excluded but included and as that means it does not represent separation, there is no rejection.

There is no darkness without light and vice versa
Even though the everyday view from the balcony of Alexius in the above image is very pleasurable to the eye, he sometimes succeeds in finding things there that seems to justify a discomforting feeling. Just like Guinevere, who was looking for hidden things home to evoke the story she made up of her encounter with the visiting cat, so that her justification of the anger he seemed to trigger from her past could be excluded from her.

To include a feeling as it is, you just let it be without justifying it. To let it be requires, that you consider yourself to be someone definitive, as otherwise there would not be someone to let it be. But by letting it be you lose control and without it you cannot align your appearance into someone definitive. Hence you are nobody.

In this way somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you becoming nobody – and it takes nobody to have a perfect moment, since it is a state of not-knowing.

Guinevere, who came to Alexius when she was around five month old, had been left behind twice by other people, so when events in the present trigger her old feelings of insecurity she freaks out. Alexius grew up in a home, that felt like a war zone to him, so he tends to justify his anger as a necessity to protect him from a devastating power interpreted to come from outside of him. 

Such anger from the past does not have to be an ongoing problem though, because when not excluded by blaming somebody else for having caused it, but instead included exactly as it is experienced, it will not only reveal its other side, which is pleasure, but also that the sum of the opposites in a contrast is a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment anger is not a disturbing feeling, pushed away into the dark. Instead it is taken into the light, so the hidden memories of the past, that seemed to have caused it, is no more. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present.

Feelings need the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it takes more than one to feel something – and such a world needs feelings in order to be experienced as if it is real and not just make-believe.

Inclusion frees you from your own story of a world made up of past memories, and as it is those memories you use to keep your believe in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. This does not mean that you will get rid of your conditioning. If you try that, they will just be replaced by others. But it means, you will not consider them to be real – just like even though you play along with the rules of a game, you do not consider the rules of it to be real.

When you believe to be someone definitive, you expect to be in a constant state of excitement. To feel excited, however, you must also be willing to feel bored, because if excitement is not contrasted you will not know when you feel it.

But as you always are on a quest for more excitement in order to hide, that believing to be someone definitive is very boring, you do not have time to be bored. Hence no matter how much you look for something to give you a kick, you find nothing.

And yet you do. That is if you recognise you find nothing, as this cannot be sensed without sensing the contrast of it, namely everything.

And having everything, there is no more to look for. Neither is there someone definitive to do so, since everything is that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. And that is nothing but peace.

Only that which is real lasts

The world that seems to be in movie is an illusion created by reflections of light projected from a projector – at least this is how it works with an analog movie.

The movie of a world where there seems to be more than one may seem a lot more exiting than the projector screening it – at least as perceived by the ones who believe to be in the movie, as in the projector there is no personal excitement possible. Everything is anonymous. Yet it is the light from this apparent boring thing, that makes it possible for the movie to be projected. Neither would it be possible for you to experience yourself as a someone in this projection, if not for the projector.

Anything can seem real in an illusion. It is a matter of believe.

To make long short, if you are identified with the projected rather than the projector of it, you and everything that excite you in the projected will abruptly end, when the projector has no more movie to tun. If you are not identified with the projected but that which is projecting it, nothing changes when the movie is over, because the projector is still there, as it also was while it seemed to projection of a movie of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Nothing in the world of a movie is real, no matter how exciting it may appear to be. In an illusion, however, you can of course choose to believe time is linear, and that you appear as different persons in the past and the future. Anything is possible to imagine in an illusion. You can even imagine that you are someone, who transcend to something better, as if there are levels in the illusion that are better than others.

As it takes more than one to appear as someone definitive and that which is you is no different from that which is one, no matter what you appear to be and how much it has been transformed, it is an illusion that only can last for limited time. If you, however, are not identified with what you appear to be but what makes it possible to experience being someone definitive, your appearance – whether physical, astral and whatnot – is a symbol of that, and when the symbol ends that which it symbolises does not.

This is where a movie in a cinema is coming from – at least in the days of analog movies – and as you can see it has nothing to do with the world that appears to be on the screen, where the movie is projected. Also it is so much smaller than the world, that is experienced to be on the screen. The same applies to that which is one, which is so much smaller than a world where there seems to be more than one. It is in fact so small, that it is invisible.


NOTE 1
Some persons may respond to the above movie metaphor with the question: »Who has put the film in the projector?« The answer, however, is that nobody has done that. There is no movie, and the only reason some like to ask such a question is that they want to prove that they are someone special in a real movie.

Only that which is real needs not to be imagined and therefore not to be explained. Any explanations therefore is gibberish – including those in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings.

Thoughts does not prove anything.

When you compare you get it wrong. Thoughts are useless, if what you want is that which is real. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But there is nothing to proof, that the world is real. It is all silly explanations about an almighty god, divine consciousness, ´I think therefore I am´, or naive beliefs like ´I exist because I can feel pain, when I pitch the body´. The latter would be the same as to say, I am the coat I am wearing because I can feel something when I pitch it. You are not your coat, neither your body. That is why you say my coat, my body or my life.

What you appear to be is not alive. There is no life in in a world where there seems to be more than one, because life is that which is one. That is why scientists have never been able to find it.

The return to that which is one is done by more than one

If I sit very gently with one of my cats it will after a while it go to the two others to lick them very softly. It seems that the mood I had establish with it are picked up by the others.

If you look at the way the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one treat each other, it does not seem that the boss or the creator of it has set a lovingly example. On the contrary. The God as described in the bible seems very moody. One day it forgives and the next day it out looking for revenge. No wonder, that what such a god seems to manifest is frustration.

It is said  that God created man in its image, but it seems that it rather the other way around. Man needs a scapegoat, so man creates a god in its own image in order to blame somebody for the frustration of separation.

But let us return to my cats again. The story does not finish by them being kind to each other after I have been kind to them – although that is what those looking to create a merry-go-round world would like to believe. No, the story goes on like this: After having been very kind to each other for a while, they suddenly gets aggressive and start a fight.

This is the way of separation. You are split in a so-called light and dark personality, so if you want to come back to that which is one, you got to acknowledge both sides. Imaging to have two sides – or more – is how you managed to believe being separating from that which is one, so you return  do not return as one but as you appear to be, namely more than that which is one.

In other words, you do not deny part of your personality but include all of it and you do not wait for a god or something else to miraculously take you back, because it is your own choice to believe you are separated from that which is one, so you are the one choosing to have it undone, which is simply a choice of not being exclusive but inclusive, which happens automatically when you perceive everything that appears to be separated from you as that which is one.

What is unreal is right in front of you

A world of duality can be compared to this box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it an app changes it on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it is happening to you.

Even though a fairy tale is built with elements from the physical world, tit cannot be found in the tale, which is a simulated world, fabricated by a writer. The characters have no free will. They can never leave the tale and be part of the physical world, because they are not physical but symbols of it.

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. Nothing in it is real and can never be, and no one can ever leave or transcend it. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators can be used to illustrate this through its interactive art.

When you stick your hand in a little box – see the above animation – you see the hand on the screen changing its amount of fingers and moving them in its own right without you doing anything or having any influence over what happens. No one has. What the hand does is nothing but preprogrammed mechanical movements controlled by an app.

The little box and the screen create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some look into the box to see, if it is really happening to their hand. It feels like it is. That is what the brain is telling them to believe based the info it received through the eyes, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them.

The human brain can be compared to the app, that is made to simulate your hand on the screen in ´the Augmented Hand Series´ illustrated in this article, as in a world of duality all experiences are simulations processed by the brain – also experiences like coming from the heart or living in the now. It is just a trick – and so is meditation.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel like they are happening.

The world of duality is not really happening. It is a simulated world and you are not in it. Yet it feels so, because you metaphorically speaking have put yourself in a little box, where an app called the ego twist that which is you into  a world of duality. And as it is not real, it needs not to be stopped. In fact it cannot be stopped. If it could it would be real. But you can stop perceiving the apparent differences in a world of duality to make a difference, because without differences there is no separation and hence no time and space to hide the formlessness of non-duality.

While you feel, you are in a world of duality nothing needs to be done, improved or transcended. It is all make-believe – including living in the now, love, astral planes and other concepts like that – and when you know that, you know you are not there. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

The impossible can be fun, when you know it is not real.

The impossible is fun, when you know it is not real. In a simulation you can play out your fantasies and achieve the impossible without any risk, because you are not there.

One way of undoing the belief in a world of duality is to pretend being someone in a world of duality instead of believing to be there (hack #1). Another way is – in the context of the disassociated hand metaphor and hack #2, that this article is a part of – to see the disassociated hand as a symbol of the real hand.

A shortcut to undoing the belief in a world of duality, so that nothing hides the non-duality of that which is you is to not know what and where you are, contrary to knowing yourself as that requires more than one, and that which is you is one.

The duality hacks are not accompanied by soft music with sounds of whales, rosy lotus flowers, promises of a better world, fantasies of love and togetherness, higher states of consciousness or other simulated realities.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings have nothing to promise but that which is you will never change, neither will it end. That being said, as long as you seem to appear in a world of duality, you can play with any of beginning, change and end.

If you like love by all means go for it. In the case as Alexius he likes to pretend, that he loves his cats, and miss them when he does not perceive them to be there, even though nothing can leave that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless Whatever you pretend is not a problem in regards to that which is, because what you pretend, you are not.

You can also choose to see love as symbols of that which is you, so that which is you does not seems to be altered, while you play with a simulated reality of that which is you.

This is just another way to say, that you can never go wrong, if you choose one of the above duality hacks. But it is not to say, that they are the only ones. Ultimately it does not matter, what you choose, because that which is you is one, so no choice is possible.

How to uncover the formlessness of that which is one

If you get a new kitten and call it Mini, because it looks like a bigger one that recently died, you will never see Mini for what it is, but an image sampled from memories of the dead cat twisted into a the smaller image of Mini.

When you compare for instance new music to music heard in the past, you do not hear the new music but construct a listening experience based on past memories. This applies to all experiences compared to a previous one, and as most want their present experience to not disturb their conditioned perception of the world, they compare everything to the past in order to twist it into something they do not doubt is real.

The conclusion of this is not, that if you do not compare your new kitten to the past, you will be living in the now and see the real new kitten instead of Mini. The conclusion is, that if you do not compare your new kitten to anything, you will not see anything.

The ego demands coherence, because without it the ego does not appear to be there.

As the world you seem to experience is make-believe shaped by images from the past, there is no world to ´see´, if you do not establish something ´new´ founded on your past memories. And as the past therefore cannot be confirmed by the present, it fades out – and so does the one who seemed to appear via these memories. Hence there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

Looking for understanding you enhance the belief, that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of oneness. Yet you will never understand what that is, because it is not real. Neither will you understand that which is real, since it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to understand something.

So whether you appeared to be so-called spiritual or mundane, the appearance including soul and whatnot is undone – or rather the belief that you are someone at all. Having this belief undone is not a matter of letting go, as that confirms you as someone definitive.

In other words, undoing the belief in being someone definitive is not something you can do. But, if you perceive everything experienced as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience it, everything become the same.* Not in the sense that everything is at one, but that their apparent difference does not make a difference.** Hence there is no separation to hide that there is no more that which is one.
