+ ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be (in the process of being updated)

What you believe to be and see is nothing but empty space. Thus not being and seeing something specific is a blissful revelation of emptiness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath is not part of the experiences of you being someone substantial in a tangible world, which the brain fabricates by processing nothing into something (read more about that here). That is because the empty breath is unprocessed by the brain. This does not mean it is spiritual but that it remains in the nothingness from where the brain creates a world of something.

The only reason we believe the experiences created by the brain are real and not fantasy is that they seem to confirm we are somebody and not nobody. Hence it is only the belief, that we are somebody in a world defined by time and space, that seems to disguise the fact that we are nothing processed by the brain into something.

As it has taken the brain one second to fabricate the experience of what you believe to be and read now, there was nothing one second ago, and as that is where the empty breath resides, you connect with it by not perceiving the present experience as real and thus go back one second in time where the brain has not processed nothing into the current experience of something.

In the rhythmic flow of nothing the basic contrast making up the consciousness of you as someone definitive, namely expansion and contraction, is cancelled out (read more about the cancellation of contrasts here), so although the experiences fabricated by the brain goes on, as usual, there is nobody to believe they are real. Read about the indifference of the empty breath here. In the next article, you can read how it feels.

Science says, the world we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space, and the rest, which is perceived to be elements of matter, is also empty space, included those perceiving this. See the articles Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

The brain, however, falls apart after 20 minutes, 45 at most (read more about that here) without someone confirming its experiences as something. So if you want to be able to return to the conscious experience fabricated by the brain of you as someone in a world defined by time and space, you must leave this state of not-knowing before the brain falls into a coma.

This you do by hanging onto specific thoughts and feelings about something special that confirm you are someone definitive, for example by sending love and healing to others. Read more about that here.

It is not possible to be something definitive, because reality is oneness and since it is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Should you wonder who does this or who are wondering about it, the answer is nobody, because there is nobody in empty space. Just like there is nobody in a dream and not somebody making it. Nor is the dream inside the one appearing to experience it because it consists of nothing. Read more about that here.

To make long short, what and where you believe to be is a construction of thoughts, that, like a mirage, is experienced to be something until you have a closer look and see it is nothing. This closer look you get with the empty breath because it sees what it is, namely nothing.

That is why it is best not to interpret the locations of the empty breath, as described in the next article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? to be absolute. The empty breath is not definable by time and space and thus not something specific located in a definitive place (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath in the next article What does ´the empty breath´ feels like?).

Also, be aware that the description of the empty breath in that article is written by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. This means that just like the concepts of the world in a game like Monopoly are acknowledged but not believed to be real, the idea of opposing contrasts, that seem to twist empty space into separated elements of something appearing to be inside or outside, for example, are acknowledged but not believed to be real.

In regards to where the empty breath is experienced, it is, therefore, best to deal with inside and outside, as metaphors for nowhere.*

The graphic, which is grabbed from the web, has been manipulated by Alexius.

In the next article you can read more detailed about the circles in this image, that graphically illustrates a few of the non-definitive circles that you are surfing within the empty breath, when connected with it.

None of the non definitive circles, though, are outside of you as in this image, which rather reflects the idea the special self has of the empty breath, namely that it is something it is in charge of. Read more about the special self here.

Yet what you believe to be are not in charge of anything since it is nowhere, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless and it takes more than one to be somewhere. This applies to the empty breath, as well but since it does not believe to anywhere or have any intention of taking you somewhere, it is your way back to the formlessness of oneness.

Not in the sense that you realise oneness. That is not possible, as it takes more than to realise something. But when every single memory of a world where there seems to be more than one is gone, which it is after 20 minutes, 45 at most, in a state of not-knowing (read more about that here), there does not appear to be something hiding that there never was or will be more than that which is one.

*) This is not to say that the apparent physical border of the body never should be taken literally. In fact, it is crucial to take it seriously, as long as it is experienced to contain what you believe to be.

Everything takes more than one, when you believe there is more than one

It takes two to define a person in the world.

It takes two to be defined as different, but it also takes two to see that differences do not make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
It takes two to become enlightened. »When your eyes become single your whole body shall be full of light«, Jesus said. And it takes two to appear as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

It takes two to make a difference. Both the positive pole and the negative one is needed to produce electricity.

It takes two to see, that differences do not make a difference.

Everything in a world, where there seems to be more than one. requires the involvement of at least two appearances. You cannot appear to be someone without being defined by someone appearing to be different, and there cannot be a world without someone to define it.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one, but as the world where you appear to be is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to come back to reality you have to start off as if you are more than one.

The person you appear to be in the world cannot be in the virtual world of a game like Super Mario, so to participate in it you pretend to be there. That, however, does not make the virtual world – or your appearance there – real. On the contrary, what and where you pretend to be you are not.

In the same manner, nothing can make the oneness of that which is you real in a world where there seems to be more than one. That which is you is not ´there´. It is something you pretend and no matter how good you are at it and whatever you pretend to be it is not real – this includes pretending to be spiritual, Buddha and whatnot.

No words like higher, realised and spiritual, that seem to value you as someone more evolved and better than others, will make you into anything else than what you already is in the world where there seems to be more than one, namely an illusion.

If you pretend to be a black car in the world of Monopoly, what you pretend to be is an illusion regardless you go to prison, own many houses or not. There may be many changes in a game, but it does not change, that you are not there. You only appear to be there. Neither does anything change if you pretend to be the white car instead.

Reality is the formlessness of oneness, so enlightenment of that which is one not of a world where there seems to be more than one
To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must overlook the differences of its appearances. Not by perceiving them as one. On the contrary. Separation – and not oneness – is the nature of the world.

So if you see them one by one without focusing on anyone, in particular, their apparent differences make no difference, and as they become the same so do your two eyes and as one eye they fill your whole body with light.

This is a poetic description of the enlightenment of that which is one. Practically speaking it may be more correct to say, that when differences make no difference you do not need the function of two eyes, which is to make the world dimensional. One eye – often referred to as the third eye and energetically speaking located on top of the eyebrows in between the two eyes – is enough for the enlightenment of that which is one, because oneness has no dimensions.

In other words, the enlightenment of that which is one is not possible with two eyes. They must be closed so that the dimensional world experienced with the external senses is not seen. Well, it is not so much the eyes that must be closed, but your attention towards the world they seem to see.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is literally nothing to see. If there is, you have not been blinded the brightness of the enlightenment of that which is one, but fenced it off so all what you get is glimpses of it, which often is confused with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Many so-called spiritual teachers claim, that there is a real you to be revealed, when you get rid of the ego. But as it requires more than one to get rid of something, and as there is no more than that which is one, getting rid of anything is an illusion.

Most of those, who talk about enlightenment do not know what it is. This includes those considered to be saints, gurus and spiritual teachers, who are just as eager as everybody else in the world of the outer senses to be acknowledged as someone definitive, so even though the only cause of suffering is the belief in being someone definitive, their teachings are not about undoing this belief, but getting rid of the ego, the past, the future and whatnot.

The world of the outer senses consist of one percent energy and 99 per cent empty space. In other words, there is nobody there.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight in the world, that is just as virtual as the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight produced by the senses to make your excitement about proving you are someone real in a world, that actually is nothing but make-believe. The same applies to the excitement of the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

They tell you, that your suffering will stop when you are transformed into someone better and higher by following their teachings. But as that requires more than one, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is enhanced and so is the idea of you as someone definitive.

More importantly, for the gurus is it that you need them and their ´wisdom´ and so you make them appear to be somebody who makes a difference. In other words, their help is all about confirming separation as real instead of undoing the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

Gurus are no different from you, though they like to think they have a higher consciousness than others. But to have something requires more than one – and there is no more than that which is one.

The idea that enlightenment results in you being wiser, at one with everything, without thoughts or detached from them is solely speculative – an idle hope that the fabrication of such a super person based on the illusion of being someone specific will prove that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in anything. Least of all being at one with everything because in reality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be at one with. Besides results are of a world experienced by the senses and the enlightenment of that which is one is not. It cannot be sensed, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to sense something.

t1larg.laptop.light.tsPART 2:
The visual aspect of enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light, that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of enlightenment of that which is one, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part of this simulated world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the enlightenment of that which is one, that is already there.

PART 3:
The apparent power of the ego comes from the mutual agreement, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. But as any belief requires more than one and therefore enhances the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, believing to be on a spiritual path is to follow what one is supposed to escape, namely the ego.

Alexius is the non-teacher of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, but he is also its non student – and vice versa. No others are needed in order to undo of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet being and having more than that which is one is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. It seems, however, possible to believe that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness and that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order to hold this belief together, everybody must agree to it, because it only takes one to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one.

When believing to be someone definitive, you all the time need the experience of others. Whether they appear to be in an online, physical or astral world does not actually matter, because the experience of them is manufactured by the brain, that is conditioned in accordance with the belief, that you are someone definitive.

If you need time to process this, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, because processing something as well as taking your time requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no support to get in undoing the belief, that there is more than that which is one.

Strangers in the Night

The world is fabricated by bits and pieces.

The world is fabricated by bits and pieces, that you put together in such a way, that you seem to someone specific, who is part of something special. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In old scriptures, being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is often compared to being in a world of darkness. If they meant it literally, Alexius do not know, but he knows there is no light in a world where there seems to be more than one coming from the stars, the sun or anything else. It is something we have learned to imagine so that we can navigate in a world of darkness. His below story is illustrating this:

Fabricating my world in the darkness
There are no streetlights outside my home, so when I wake up in the middle of the night, the only thing to ´light´ up my bedroom is the stars or the moon. One may, therefore, conclude, it is impossible for me to find the way to the toilet unless I use a torch or turn on the electrical light.

Yet it is easy for me to find the way without the help of electrical light because I have learned where everything is and can use certain things as navigation points so that they seem to ´light´ up the way. It is all imagined though and put together by trial and error. I actually stumbled quite a few times learning to ´see´ the way.

But I cannot ´see´ anything else in the night than the way, I have fabricated to the toilet because I have not learned to ´see´ more than that. I may be able to learn ´seeing´ beyond this if I study how to do this. But what I learn to ´see´ beyond my way to the toilet will just be another fabrication, as the rooms next to my bedroom are also completely in the dark.

The way from my bed to the toilet can be compared to everybody´s way in a world where there seems to be more than one. You seem to see something and then navigate from that to what you interpret as something else. But you are moving in the dark, and whatever you think you see is an image, that you have learned to perceive as if it is the reality. Without this fantasy, there is nothing to see. Neither is there anything hidden or something to be learned except, that it is all an illusion.

What is fabricated does not exist
When you do not care to find your way through the darkness, all that you had imagined there will disappear – also darkness, which is just as imagined. And without this imagination – or rather the belief in it – there is nothing but unimaginable light. Not a light like that can be compared to the sun or similar artificial sources of light. And not a light that lights up something to see. There is nothing to light up.

Everything is one light. When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, the belief that there is something to see cannot survive. And when there is nothing to see, there is not something to hide that which is one.

You can compare bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to a video call to that which is one. There is so much light on the video screen, that you cannot see it, neither the world, until you hang up the phone, and find yourself back in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you remember, there is no more than that which is one and that it is no different from that which is you, so it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you can pretend to be ´there´.

In other words, you pretend to be someone definitive, but what you pretend to be, you are not. That which is you is the formlessness of oneness.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTES:

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Neither does it mean that they will cease to exist, because they have never existed since there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

_IGP6225-Edit

You can only hear the music from the guitar on this image by imagining it because there is no real guitar in the image – it is a symbol. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol of something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. In fact, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there is no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

Having fun exploring the world of the outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

The enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is one
Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

IMG_0424-5

All thoughts appearing to be you has to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is one, so if they are picked up again in order to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is one, because this person was not there. Yet there may be vague memories of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know, that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced, because if you are dead, there is nobody to experience it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove, that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect it to look, so instead, it presents something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is one and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there, if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is one, and due to these memories it feels, as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and return to it again from that which is one is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

First time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves to be very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because, that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

I never do anything so-called spiritual. When I wake up in the mornings I go for a long walk, until I come to this point and return back home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

I never do anything so-called spiritual like for example meditation. When I wake up in the mornings, I go for a long walk from where I often return home around here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past, that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also based on this experience they seemed to be convinced, that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying, it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is one, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is one, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is one.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

There is nothing real to accomplish

There is nothing real to accomplish in a virtual world. It is all make-believe.

There is nothing real to accomplish in a virtual world. It is all make-believe – including concepts of transformation and whatnot. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1;
If it feels limiting to function as a person in a body, it is not because the world is limited. In fact, it is neither limited or unlimited. The world including the person you appear to be is simply not there. Nothing definable is real. It only seems so, because you believe so

That which is you is no different from life, which is the same as the formlessness of oneness. As it has no size, it is neither big or small and thus invisible in a world where only what is defined by time and space is believed to exist. And they are not wrong, because only what is definable exist. Nevertheless, nothing that exists is real, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one and as it takes more for something to exist, existence is an illusion.

So if you believe to exist, whether as someone so-called spiritual or mundane, this belief just needs to be corrected. Just like – in the context of a world defined by time and space – if you believe to someone in the world of a movie you are, there is nothing you need to escape this world. As you are not there, it is only the belief that you are there, which needs to be undone.

Thus nothing needs to be avoided or achieved, that while you seem to be someone in a world defined by time and space. You just follow its concepts, just like within the concept of this world you do when playing a game like for example Monopoly. No need to change anything. It is all equally unreal and can only be changed or transformed into something else unreal.

Yet you only follow the concepts of a world defined by time and space in order to navigate there, and not to prove it is real. If the latter is the case, time and space feel limiting and you start searching for something larger – like nirvana, heaven and other dreamy states.

There is nothing real to be found in the world of Monopoly. It is all make-believe. The same applies to everything experienced to be in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more to be found
When you play Monopoly there is no more to find there, than what you see on the cardboard. Even if you think you have found a hidden gem in the cardboard, it is as virtual as the rest. The same applies to the world where you believe to be someone definitive. There is nothing real to be found there, no matter how much you search. Neither is it necessary, because just like what you believe to be physically speaking is not in the world of Monopoly, neither is the formlessness of that which is you in a world defined by time and space.

As it takes more than one to transform something real, nothing real can ne transformed as reality is that which is one. So if you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to transform.

There are no higher frequencies to integrate into the body, that will transform you into something that is more real, as it is fashionable to believe nowadays. Just like everything that appears in a movie is virtual no matter colour, speed and you wearing 3D glasses, everything that appears to be the world where you believe to be is worldly – and as the world is no more real than a movie, there is nothing to transform or to perfect – except to become a perfect idiot believing there is something to learn.

What you pretend to be, you are not
The conclusion of the above is not that you should hurry up and get out of a world encapsulated by time and space. Why should you? Time is an illusion and nothing definable is real, so the formlessness of that which is you is not there.

You may act like you are a woman in a world defined by time and space, but it is just something you imagine to be, because that which is you is not something definitive but the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is no world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world that is not real, the avoidance of something is just another illusion.

In other words, there is no need to refrain from becoming and having more, while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Whatever you appear to be can be used to undo the belief in being someone definitive, if it is perceived as something you pretend to be, since what you pretend to be you are not.*

In a world defined by time and space it is all about appearance. A designer would for example never make a square photo with sides that are of equal length, because that does not appear to be square to the human eye. If you want to make it a photo appear to be square, you must make the height of it just a little longer than the width.

The parts of the body – including chakras and whatnot – are instruments for implementing your personality in a world of your choice. The personality – including soul or whatever you imagine having – is a made-up image, you use to differentiate your appearance from other appearances in the world where you seem to be. But as such a world is make-believe, so is your appearance there. In other words, that which is you is not really there. It is just something you pretend.

Reality is that which is one, so there is nothing real to accomplish, as it takes more than one to accomplish something.

Whatever you pretend to be in a world believed to be defined by time and space will have an end, as nothing definable lasts. When and how it ends does not matter though, as that which pretend to appear in make-believe world is formless and therefore endless.

Reality cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something – and reality is that which is one. In other words, everything seen is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
In reality, you cannot gain or lose weight or lose. You cannot make more or less of anything, as reality is non-dimensional.

What is real, namely that which is one, has no outside, since there is nothing that is not real. Consequently it is not possible to leave it. Yet it is possible to fantasize about a world, where there seems to be more than one.

What is non-dimensional cannot be defined, because without dimensions there is no differentiation possible. Besides reality is that which is one, and as it takes more than one to define something, there is nothing definable. Yet is possible to believe, that there is a world to be defined by time and space.

To know or to be conscious of something is to not be real
Everybody in a world, where there seems to be more than one, wants to hide the unreality of such a world and that its main purpose is to hide that which is real, so that you can appear to be and have more than that which is one. This nobody wants to be aware of, as that would be the end of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

In other words, the undoing of the belief that it is possible to be and have more that which is one is the end of what you appear to be, because in reality is formless, so it is not possible to appear as neither someone spiritual or mundane.

What is unreal is unexplainable and so is what is real, because it takes more than one to explain something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

It is not possible for someone definable to see the indefinable reality of that which is one. It cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something. The same applies to know and being aware or conscious of something.

Consequently, reality does not know about a world where there seems to be more than one. It does not even know how peaceful oneness is or that there is no more than that which is one. But appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you can know, it is not peaceful appearing to be and have more that which is one.

The world can be compared to a dream, where things seems to happen without a cause. That is until you analyze it in order to find a meaning. But if you do not believe this analyze, nothing in the dream had a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause and vice versa, nothing in the dream exist. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world defined by time and space things happens without no cause – just like in a dream That is until you analyse the dream and believe the results reveals order, meaning and coherence. If you do not believe the results of the analysis, however, nothing in the dream have a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause, the dream just like a world defined by time and space is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
A world defined by time and space is all about getting more space and more time. But in the formlessness of oneness, you cannot get more of anything, because formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Hence getting more in a world defined by time and space is an illusion.

It takes more than one to define something, and as reality is that which is one, to define something is only possible if you imagine to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

But when you share the belief of being someone there with others, it seems to be real and to make the formlessness of that which is one unreal. For this to work size is a very important concept. The bigger something seems to be and the more of it there appears to be, the more you can forget that there is no more than formlessness of that which is one.

You do not have to undo the world defined by time and space to experience the formlessness of oneness. First of all, it does not exist, since formlessness is endless. Hence all there is to undo is the belief that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. Secondly, it is not possible to experience something, since oneness is endless and it takes more than one to experience something.

There is no room for anything definable – including angels and whatnot – in the formlessness of that which is one. This does not mean that there is nothing there. On the contrary. Since formlessness is endless it is everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

And the more you are able to slow your perception of yourself as someone definitive via meditation or other relaxation techniques, the more the formlessness of oneness is fenced off, as contrary to the common belief oneness is not stillness but incredible speed. Everything moves so fast, that there is no time but one perpetual present. And as no differentiation is possible due the speed there is no room for someone definitive to experience it.

You cannot stop a world defined by time and space, as it takes more than one to do anything and reality is that which is one. So whatever you do to stop it will enhance the experience of it.

A world defined by time and space cannot hide the formlessness of that which is one, since there is nothing outside of it as formlessness is endless. So if that which is one seems to be hidden, it is because you believe there is more oneness.

Fortunately doing is not the root of the problem, but the belief that anything at all has an effect. If that belief is undone, there is no effect and hence no cause. Thus no world defined by time and space but the formlessness of oneness, which causes nothing, as it takes more than one to caused an effect – and for the same reason is caused by nothing.

*) In hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation you can read more how the belief in being someone definitive is undone when you instead pretend to believe being someone definitive.

Free to be no more than that which is one

To observe is to exclude, which is not possible, as there is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To observe is to exclude, which is not possible, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
The oneness of life is not exclusive but inclusive contrary* to what is called life in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it is based on exclusion. First, you have to exclude the oneness of life by imagining it is possible to be outside of it and from there observe it in different angles so that each angle seems to reveal a different perspective
.

Hence oneness is experienced to be a dimensional world where there appears to be more than one. But as this experience requires constant movement, that excludes what you move away from, there seems to be a past and a future and that things in the past are forever lost.

Yet it is not possible to move or observe anything, as it takes more than one to do so, and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. It is, however, possible to think so.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You become definable as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one by excluding the experience of such a world from where the experience is fabricated, namely in the mind, so that the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one does not appear to be a fantasy of yours but a fact. But in order to appear as if you are someone there not everything is excluded from what you believe to be you. In fact you only exclude what is considered as bad, so you appear to be good others to be the bad – except your very special friends.

The only way out is to quit
In order for you to be defined as someone definitive, you exclude what is judged to be bad from your experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one by blaming it for having caused you to feel bad. Hence whatever is judged to be bad is not your fault but somebody perceived to be outside of you. As this is a confirmation of separation you have hereby fenced off the oneness of life.

But to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, regardless what you appear to be (so-called spiritual or mundane), because the oneness of life is formless and therefore endless, while any appearances in such a world are limited by time and space. You can compare it to playing a game like Monopoly. Driving a car in Monopoly is an illusion because everything in the world of Monopoly is virtual – also if you master this world and win everything.

Stuck inside the world of Monopoly. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you have taken one round of Monopoly, you are not finished. You keep on doing the exact same round. This is not to be understood as a metaphor for reincarnation, but that you keep on doing the same again and again – and even when you seem to be on the last steps of your journey, it starts all over again. There is no way out, but to stop playing the game.

No belief, no world to hide that which is unbelievable
The above about leaving the game, so that it does not appear to hide that which is real, does not mean, you have to quit the world just like that.** First of all, it is not the world, that you need to quit but the belief that it is real – and this includes what you consider to be spiritual. Secondly, there is no hurry. You can have your cake and eat it too if whatever you seem to experience due to what you have excluded is extended to also include the excluded. By doing so, you simulate real life, which is all-inclusive, and so every moment is a perfect moment.* Nothing is wrong or missing.

Hence there is nothing to search for, and thus nothing to feed your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one – and so there does not appear to be something hiding the oneness of that which is life.

Everybody wants to appear as if they are the good ones, and as being good means, you are better than others, you basically exclude others in order to be good. This is why the world may seem hopeless to you. But do not worry, hopelessness sets you free from the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Everybody wants to appear as if they are the good ones, and as being good means, you are better than others, you basically exclude others in order to be good. This is why the world may seem hopeless to you. But do not worry, hopelessness sets you free from the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Observing is founded on the idea that it is possible to exclude fragments of reality and fabricate an image based on your judgment of right and wrong. But as reality is that which is one part of it cannot be excluded. It seems, however, possible to use the power of oneness to imagine you have the power to split it up. Hence everything, that involves separation fences off that which is one.

Living in the now is one out of many ways to be exclusive. In this case you exclude the thoughts judged to be of the past or the future, so you to seem to experience a special state of mind called now. But it is just as fabricated, as the anything else in a world that is defined by what is excluded.

To be inclusive is the way of life but not of the world*
Not to separate is not easy in a world defined by time and space. To be defined as someone definitive there, you must separate yourself from what is considered not to be you. Appear as if you are spiritual, for example, everything considered not to be spiritual must be excluded from what you want to appear like, so that the apparent heaviness of an unspiritual world can serve as a background for highlighting you and like-minded as spiritual.

If you have realised, that the only sickness which needs to be healed is the belief that you are someone definitive** and start to use the world as a means to be inclusive and not exclusive, part of you may insist in not including everything – maybe justified by a body, that seems to be sick and to cure it something must be excluded from it.*

No worries. Just take care of the body.*** It cannot hinder you from being inclusive. As long as you also include what you exclude, you are only heading one way, namely to include that which is one.

When there is nothing to hope for, you are free. You may not want that freedom though, because what you are free from is the belief in being someone definitive and when that is undone, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, the world and everything in it, including your children and whatnot are gone together with what you appeared to be there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When there is nothing to hope for, you are free****
When forgetting to be inclusive, desperation may set in, as it seems so hopeless appearing in a world limited by time and space. That is, until you realise, feeling hopeless is good news, because without hope there is nothing to keep you there. You are free to not believe a world defined by time and space can replace that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness.

If you in the middle of feeling hopeless do not realise, this is the best you could have hoped for but instead feel frustrated, do not worry. Just include feeling hopeless and frustrated totally unedited in the present moment. Whatever is fully included looses its apparent dimension. Hence it is nothing in a world defined by time and space.

And as the inclusion of one feeling momentarily rubs off on so many others, there may be nothing left to feel, which means there is not something to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. But as you most likely hang onto feelings of loss – especially your identity – the enlightenment of that which is one is not bid welcome. Yet glimpses of it may be coming through.

This you can read more about in the article A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses.

*) In hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss you can read more about inclusion as a way to undo the belief in separation versus exclusion as a way to enhance this belief.

**) Please do not understand quitting the world as a call to commit suicide. To quit the world is to stop believing, that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, whereas committing suicide enhances that belief.

***) You cannot choose to have the belief in being or having a body undone before honouring your choice of being or having a body, which is done by facilitating the body – for example by brushing its teeth and eating nutritional food. But it is not done by trying to become purer by forcing the body into weird stretches and whatnot, neither by over-exercising. Such ideas are conceived in the mind and should be dealt with there and not projected onto the body. Check hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough about the unfortunate belief of a body-mind connection where what you believe to be is the master of the body.

There is no loss in life

As life is the formlessness of oneness, it is endless. Hence there is no more than that which is one. And as scarcity and abundance require more than one, it is not possible to be or have neither less or more than the formlessness of oneness, unless you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world though is not anywhere. Not because there is nothing outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but because what is formless has no sides and thus neither an inside or outside. In the terms of a world defined by time and space oneness is so flat, that it takes up no space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Everything in the world is limited by time and space. That also includes god and other so-called spiritual concepts. God is in general mentioned as he, and sometimes as an old man in the sky. Auras, chakras, and you name it all have a form, that is defined by time and space. Also, states of mind like bliss and joy has a beginning and an end.

That which is life has no beginning and end – it is formless. So of course scientist cannot find it. Formlessness cannot be in a form, and as the world is nothing but form, there is no life there. In other words, the world is not real. This is the reason scientist are not able to explain the creation of it, and new age people or religious ones invent gibberish stories of god, higher self and whatnot to give a meaning to the empty space called the world.

Within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one a game like Monopoly is not considered to be real, so it is not meaningful to pretend being in its world except for fun of it. That is the same in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there to learn anything except for the rules of the game – and there is no other meaning of playing the game than having fun pretending to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being an entity, that has an end.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being a creature with an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you have forgotten the world is not real, and that you are not there, it is not enjoyable appearing to be there. No friend, spouse, explanation, experiences of so-called heaven or otherworldly states will lessen the fear it is to believe being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are bound to always feel, that something is not right when you seem to be separated from the oneness of life.

If you are playing a game in the world and you forget it is a game, you are still sitting at the table, where you play the game. Nothing has changed even though you may not notice the table anymore.

Likewise, even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that which is you is still the oneness of that which is life. It cannot be anywhere else, because that which is life is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. In other words, the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. Yet it is only due to the power of that which is you, that you can believe you are something else.

So if you – metaphorically speaking – have forgotten, you sit at a table playing the game of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing you need to do to come back to where you are but to stop believing you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. When this belief is undone, there is nothing to hide where you are.

To make long short: If you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, forget about greatness, bliss and heavenly states of mind. Just like the virtual world in a video game seems more exciting than a world where there seems to be more than one, such a world seems more exciting than the formlessness of that which is one. There is, in fact, no excitement at all in that which is one, because it takes more than one to be excited.

For the same reason, there is no choice, greatness, bliss and love in that which is one. It takes up no space, so there is no space for anything. It is not dimensional like the world, you appear to be in. Rather it is flat with no direction to go, but one – and not even that, because it takes more than one to go somewhere.

To make long short. The formlessness of oneness is boring compared to all the possibilities you can to choose from in a world where there seems to be more than one. But as they never last, they induce fear of loss, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, where there are no possibilities but one and therefore nothing to lose or fear, which is very peaceful. If that is what you want, forget where and what you appear to be.

You seem to be stuck in a capsule of time and space because you are always looking for more. If not there is nothing to define a world of time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The way to forget where and what you appear to be, is to not have a reason to be where and what you appear to be. As long as you have that, you will do what it takes to make the world appear as if it is real so that you can fulfil your purpose of appearing there. This purpose is differently formulated for different persons, but in general, it is about being and/or having more of something and less or nothing of something else.

You may want more love, compassion, truth, power or whatever you think you miss in order to be complete. And you may want less of hate, anger, ego or whatever is imagined making you incomplete.

When you do not know, what and where you seem to be in a world defined by time and space, there is nothing to define it. Hence there is not something, that appears to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

But that which is you is already complete, because it is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore everything, so is you. In other words, it is not possible to be more –and when you see that, there is no reason to do what it takes to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That which is real never ends

Two dolphins are not enough. You want to see more. Maybe you also want them to be bigger – or to perform better. To see them on this pic may be judged as virtual and not good enough, so you want to see them in physical form. Maybe that is not good enough either, because you have ideas about direct experience, so you want to be in the water with them. And so it goes on. What is, is never good enough.

PART 1:
What can you learn, when you play a game like Monopoly? You can learn the rules and be better at exploiting them for your own benefit because the game is about taking something from others so that you have more than them – preferable everything. When that is accomplished you have won and everybody else has lost.

The game mirrors the world, as the purpose is the same, namely to get as much as possible at the expense of everybody else. In general, this is about getting more money and buying more physical stuff, but for some, it is not about having more physical things but more power. And for those considering themselves to be spiritual, it is about having more peace, love, higher consciousness or whatever they imagine being more spiritual.

The name of the game is more, but no matter how much you get you will panic when there is no more to get but everything instead is taken from you in the moment of death.

Is it not ridiculous, that everybody is participating in a game, where no matter what they do they will perish and lose everything in the end? It seems cruel. What is the purpose of it?

The dream of becoming more than that which is life
The purpose of being or having more is to forget, that it is not possible to be or have more. That which is you is no different from that which is life and life is the formlessness of oneness. And as formlessness is endless there is no more than life.

In other words, that which is you is everything, so you have everything. Hence there is nothing more to be or have. It is not possible. Yet it seems possible to think so. And manifesting this dream of being or having more as real is the purpose of participating in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That which is life does not know, that you have a dream of being in control, because to know something – or to be in control – requires more than one, and since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But that which is life does not know, you dream about being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like in the context of such a world nobody knows the dreams you are having at night.

To be or have more does not last because everything in a world where there seems to be more than one ends
That which is life only knows that which is one, namely itself. Everything else is illusionary. Also meaning and purpose. There are no such things in oneness. It is not needed – being one is more than meaning enough. In an illusion, however, meaning and purpose are important, because that is what makes it appear to be real.

When the purpose is to be or have more than that which is one, it seems as if something is happening, when you become or get more – also if it goes the other way – and when something seems to happen it appears to be is real. That is why nothing in the world ever seems to be good enough. Something always must change in order to make it appear real. For this reason, the weather, for example, is always judged to be too hot or too cold.

But no matter how much more you become or have, you will fear to lose it, because everything in a world where there seems to be more than one has an end. In the formlessness of that which is one, however, there is nothing to fear, because there is nothing to lose or nothing to gain, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

Purpose determines what you see
As long as you believe it is possible to be and have more you will feel limited because there is no more than that which is one. To change feeling limited, you may think, you should stop desiring more, and instead become pure and detached from the world. But that is just another variant of more because right away you will want to become more pure, more detached and more free from desire.

It´s the purpose of being in the world that determines, why you seem to see three dolphins in this pic. If your purpose is to have more, you may be disappointed there´s only three – or that you are not there yourself to experience the dolphins. But if your purpose is to see everything in the world as symbols of life your satisfaction do not depend on being there physical yourself or how many dolphins there are, because you are satisfied to see symbols of life.

It is the purpose of being in the world that determines, why you seem to see three dolphins in this photo. But if your purpose is to see everything in the world as symbols of life, your satisfaction do not depend on being there or how many dolphins there are, because you are satisfied by seeing symbols of that which is life. You need to change the purpose of appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one so that it is not to be and have more than that which is one. It is the purpose, that determines, how you perceive the world, so if the purposed is not to be and have more but to see that which is not you, this is what you see when you seem to desire more*. When you seem to be horny or full of love, you see this is not that which is you – neither is what seems to die one day is not that which is you.

There may be many purposes – for example uniting – that also is beneficial for not making in a world where there seems to be more than one appear as real. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, especially advocates pretending to be someone definitive in the world, because what you pretend to be, you are not, and so the purpose of appearing there will not appear to block out that which is you*.

Another purpose Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings advocate is to relate to everything in the world as symbols of life, which is the theme of hack 2.1-6. Relating in this way differences make no difference, and so it does not matter if you get more or not. It all symbolises the same, namely that which is life. The same applies to death, which is just another symbol of life. In other words, only the symbol dies, but not that which it is a symbol of.

No matter how much you pay for a house in Monopoly, it is not real, so you cannot sleep there – especially because you are not there.

No matter how much you pay for a house in Monopoly, you have not gotten a real one, so you cannot sleep there. Yet you can pretend* that you do so. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
There is nothing to connect to in the world of a game, for example like Monopoly, because it is not real. If you think, you are connecting to something, it is exactly that, something that you think. Likewise, there is nothing to connect to in a world where there seems to be more than one. To be connected with the Earth this world is a joke. It is like connecting to the board of Monopoly. It is meaningless. That is why those who connect to specific appearances in the world are so spaced-out.

In the context of connecting you can connect to what the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one symbolises, namely that which is one – just like you can connect to what the appearances in Monopoly symbolise. Monopoly is not a manifestation of the physical world but an abstraction of some of its parts, so it is not possible to sleep in the house of Monopoly. They are not real symbol of a real one in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you can only pretend to sleep in them. Yet pretending* will not result in the tranquillity of real sleep.

You cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But you can pretend* there is such a world and that you are someone in it, and while pretending you are in a virtual reality, you can connect to everything in it as symbols of that which is real**.

Doing so, you everything still appears to differ from each other, but since they symbolise the same, namely the oneness of life, the difference does not make a difference**, so when this world seems to end for you, death is just another a symbol of that which is life.

NOTES:

  • For some to be or have more is not what seems to motivate them. Instead, it is about the world and/or you becoming better – or having the feeling of becoming new through ideas of being reborn or getting new stuff. It is all the same, because there is nothing better than that which is one, neither is there anything that is more new than the freshness of being one perpetual present.
  • To think it is better to be closer to something is no different from wanting more. It is a way to not be present and wanting to change the moment as it is. The whole world is constructed for that purpose, but you are free to choose another.
  • This article is part of hack 2.4 Life is flat.

How to end the belief in being someone definitive

It takes two to experience this pic. The experienced and the one experiencing it, so seeing this pic, you have made a choice not to be one. To be one, you need to not make a choice.

As it takes more than one to experience this image, you only seem to experience it, because you have made and continuously uphold a choice to not be separated from that which is one. This requires much effort, whereas not being more than one takes no effort, as that does not call for a choice because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
You cannot do anything to be that which is one. In fact, you cannot be that or anything else, because it takes more than one to be anything and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

»The snow goose need not bathe to make itself white – neither need you do anything to be yourself.« old Chinese saying.

In other words, there is nothing to choose, so if you think you have chosen to read this article, you are mistaken.

The application of hack 2.3 Choosing or not facilitates the correction of your mistake by pointing out that even though you within the context of your mistake do not have the power to change this article, you can choose to change your perception of it. Likewise, you do not have the power to change the world but your perception of it. Consequently, you can choose to perceive it in a way that makes you happy.

But as there ultimately is no choice since there is no more than that which is one, you choose that which is one by choosing not to choose. This will automatically make you go with the stream of thoughts as it flows from the brain until the very end, and there does not appear to be something hiding that which is one anymore. You can read about going the flow of thoughts in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Returning to that which is one is not about following spaced out ideas about astral energies, for example, as doing so dissociates you from feeling the despair that it entails to choose being separated from that which is one. But it is about feeling this despair and being inspired to not uphold this choice.

Choosing to perceive everything as symbols of that which is one will not change the appearances of the world. But as they all symbolise the same, their apparent difference makes no difference. Hence believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one makes no sense. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

How not to choose?
You do not perceive the world for what it is, but for what you want it to be. And as you want to be someone definitive, you judge the apparent difference between it and you to make a difference. As this judgment is based on the belief in separation and suffering is its buddy, what you want does not make you feel good.

But perceiving all appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. Their apparent difference does not appear to make a difference. Consequently,  there is nothing to uphold the belief in separation, so its buddy, suffering, is gone.

In other words, while you seem to be in a world of choices, it is beneficial to make a choice to perceive everything in the world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. This choice leads to no choice because the apparent differences in the world make no difference when they all are perceived as a symbol for the same.

This is not to say, that you from now on should avoid choosing or be careful only to decide what is right, because if you have chosen to perceive what you appear to be as a symbol of that which is one, your choice does not make a difference, since whatever you choose symbolises the same.

Everything in the world has an end, but that which is life has no end. Consequently there is no life in the world.

Everything in a world defined by time and space has an end, but that which is life has no end because it is formless and therefore endless. Hence there is no life in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
If you play a game like Monopoly it makes no difference if you profit on others or try to help them. There is no real money to get or lose. You follow the dice and go where it leads you. That is all. No matter what philosophy you fancy, you are still following the way of the outer senses*, because only those senses can see a way in the game. There are, however, many ways of perceiving the way, but that is the content of another sub duality hack, namely hack #1.3 You cannot change the world, but you can change your perception of it.

Just like it makes no difference what colour your car has in the world of Monopoly, it makes no difference how your personality is coloured in a world defined by time and space. No matter if it appears so-called spiritually or mundane, the senses used to have this experience have to follow one of the ready-made paths defined by time and space, that though they all seem to lead to different places all lead to Rome, as the saying goes. And Rome is just as illusionary as anything else in a world encapsulated by time and space

So to quit the game of being someone in a world defined by time and space, you do not have to make yourself purer, lovingly, high or anything else in such a world in order to follow a special path out of it. All that is needed is to undo the belief, that you are someone there.

*) You can read about the deception of the outer senses in hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one and hack #5-7.3 The inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

NOTE: LIFE, ENDINGS AND HACKS
This is the end of hack #2.2 Choosing or not. It is not the end of life though. As it is formless it never ends. That is why a world defined by time and space is lifeless. Life can be compared to electricity. Although it makes it possible to experience this article on an electronic media, it is not in the article.

Hence everything in this article is as lifeless as the reader of it. If you want to be where life is, the belief in being someone definitive have to be undone. But neither this article or anything else in the world has the power to undo this belief for you because it is your belief.

If you need time to process Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you believe to be special, because time is required to exclude everything from your perception of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings so it seems to confirm how special you are.

No worries. Since it is you who have chosen this belief, you are perfectly able to undo it yourself. That is if you do not do it in your own way and speed since only the special self (read more about that here) has its own way. Hence you may choose to use the duality hacks to do that for you.

NOT That which is you is not someone definitive

For an illusion to not be real there must be something real from where the illusion is imagined.

For an illusion to appear there must be something real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If life is not an illusion but a world defined by time and space is, there is no life in it. Hence life cannot be known, while you appear to be someone definitive in such a world. What can be known though is what is not life.

If you within the context of a world defined by time and space are playing a game like Monopoly, you experience its world within the limitations of that game. Likewise, when you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, you experience it within its definitions – and just like there is nothing to transform in Monopoly, because it is all an illusion, there is nothing to transform in a world defined by time and space, because the reality of life is formless, and what is formless is endless, so there is no world defined by time and space.

Since life is formless, there is no life in a world defined by time and space.

In other words, it is not possible to experience that which is life, while you believe to be someone in a world defined by time and space. But it is possible to pretend living life there – even though everything has a beginning and an end and therefore is without life – knowing that when the illusion ends, that life is there, as it also was, while you pretended being something you are not. But you can only pretend to be something, you are not, because that which is you is real. A world, where you are not, would not be possible to imagine, if not for that which is real.

Appearing to be where you are not, there is no need to think about it, when and how it ends, since it is only in an illusion, that something appears to end. In reality, there is just one perpetual present.

It is an illusion, that you are not in reality. That which is you is real it cannot be in an illusion. You may think so, and you may try to fabricate causation, so that it seems, as if you are, where you are not. Cause and effect though is all a matter of belief, so if you do not believe, you were caused by something, you are not an effect of it. Hence your appearance as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space is not real but a symbol of that which is, as without that it is not possible to experience something illusionary.

My cats world is meussurable to be about 500 meters around my house. They may sense what humans call the ocean in the distance, but to them it may be part of a mystic experience.

As the cats of Alexius have never been close to the ocean, the look of it from a distance may to them considered to be part of a mystic experience. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life cannot be defined by time and space, and as everything in the world one way is measured by that, life is not in the world. Hence you cannot know, what life is when you look at the world.

It is like trying to know, what the wind is when you look at a tree that is broken because of it, or the grass that it has bent or the sound produced by it in the leaves. The wind cannot be defined through those definable events. None of those definable things is the wind – it cannot be known via events caused by it. The same applies to electricity for example. It cannot be known by experiencing what is illuminated by an electric lamp.

Life is smaller than the smallest atom, so small that it that it cannot be defined by time and space. It seems like nothing compared to a world where everything is defined by time and space. Yet it is due to that which appears to be is nothing, that a world where there seems to be something appears to be experienced.

Some may argue, that chakras, aura and mystic experiences cannot be measured by time and space. But there are already ways to take photos of the aura. Besides so-called spiritual experiences – like all other experiences – are basically electrical impulses that can be measured in the brain.

The world – including worlds beyond it – consists only of measurable things. If you shrunk yourself to be an ant, the world, that you normally see close to you, is extremely far away and may be experienced as a world beyond – but it is not. Infinity is also measurable. It is a concept, deduced from what is finite. In other words, it is a finite infinity.

Life is smaller than the smallest atom, so small that it that it cannot be defined by time and space. It seems like nothing compared to a world where everything is defined by time and space. Yet it is due to that which appears to be is nothing, that a world where there seems to be something appears to be experienced.

There is no ego to get rid of, neither is there any self, soul, higher states, god or whatever to find. Those concepts are ideas conceived within the framework of a world defined by time and space and reality cannot be defined.

You cannot remember that which is one, because it takes more than one to remember

You cannot remember that which is you when you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to remember. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You cannot remember that which is you, because that is oneness, and it takes more than one to remember. But while you think, you are in a world where there seems to be more than one, you can remember this is not possible.

In that which is one, there is nothing to remember, since that requires past and future, and it is one perpetual present.

It helps to remember this by perceiving your appearance as a symbol of that which makes it possible to perceive yourself as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely that which is one.

Your role is to appear as a person defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen. To give it your best shot is so fulfilling.

Your role in the reality tv show called The World is to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. You better give it your best shot, because you cannot leave the show before the judge is satisfied with your performance. There is only one to judge, namely you!. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world is to be compared to a reality show in which your role is to appear as if you someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. You will be judged for your performance, so give it your best shot. The judge though is not the one you perceive to direct the show, neither what you experience to be the other actors, but you!

In the reality tv show called The world, you have to take good care of the person, you are pretending to be there. If not, you will not have the energy to help the others in the show. Ultimately you cannot help anybody, because they are no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. But in the reality show you can help others by confirming, that it is their choice how to perceive it, so though they cannot change the show, they can always choose another perception of it.

You can help them to make another choice by not looking at the thoughts, feelings and actions, that seem to define them, but instead look for that which makes it possible to experience this, namely that which is life. By confirming that life is what makes it possible to experience anything at all, you set them free from your judgment of them as someone definitive, and when they are free from your judgment, so are you.

Knowing that life is the reason, you can see the world, your eyes become a symbol of that which is life, and so that is what you experience when you see the world, namely that it is a symbol of that which is life.

What you see is what you have, and what you have you give. What you give you receive.

So the above does not mean, that you actually need to tell the world anything or to make it understand, that it is everybody´s own choice how to perceive it. Nobody but you need to acknowledge this because the world is in the eye of the beholder.

This pic is manipulated. It is fragments of three pics added together. The dolphin is a separate pic, my son another and the background a third one. It was possible to do this fabrication, because of the power I have as a person in the world. You can say, that the pic symbolizes this power of mine, which again is a symbol of the life, that makes it possible for me to appear, as if I have any power.

This image is manipulated from fragments of three images added together. The dolphin is a separate photo, the person another and the background a third one. It was possible to do this fabrication, because of the power Alexius has as a photographer. You can say, that the image symbolises his power, which again symbolises that which makes it possible for him to appear as if he has any power, namely that which is life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The oneness of life cannot see. This article can only be read by someone appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, and it can only have been written by someone there. If we do not accept our choice to appear as someone definitive in such a world, it may seem to be full of flaws and nothing in it – or only chosen parts of it – may symbolise life to us.

Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so regardless you experience something that appears to be spiritual, love, unity and whatnot it is not life, because it takes more than one to experience something. Yet it is life that makes it possible to experience something without life.

So if you honour your choice of appearing to be a person in the in a world where there seems to be more than one, you will know, that which is you is no different from that which is one because that is what made this choice possible. You can only appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one – whether as newborn, dead, sick, well or whatnot – because of that which is you. When you see that which is you in all appearances, you know there is no more than that which is one.

If you want things to happen, life is not what you want, because life does not happen. Life is that which is.

This will not make you happy. There is no happiness in life, as happiness is just the other side of sadness – and there is no sadness in life. Life has nothing to offer than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Without life you could not see part of this pic in dark and part of it in light. Life is the only reason for both the dark and light part.

Without life, you could not see either the dark or the light part of this image. Life is the only reason for both dark as well as and light appearances in the world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It certainly makes a difference in the world whether an appearance seems inanimate or animate, but if what you look for that which is life, it makes no difference how something appears to be, because no matter how an appearance is experienced, it is only possible to do so because of that which is life.

The world and everything that appears to be there is an illusion, but the illusion is powered by something, namely life.

And no matter what you seem to like or dislike, it is only possible to experience these feelings, because of that which is life – so if life is that which you want, that is what you get, no matter the experience.

A good health is nice to have while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, but better than that, it is to know, that good or bad is basically the same, as both appearances are symbols of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one.

If a bulb in your house lights a lot or not certainly makes a difference in experiencing what it illuminates. But what you see in the light of the bulb is only possible due to one thing, namely electricity. Likewise, if your energy as a person in the world seems to be blocked or not – or however you perceive yourself as a person in the world – it is only possible due to the oneness of life.

Life has one quality and one only, namely oneness. So if you know, that the one and only reason for anything, you seem to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one, is the oneness of life, the one and the only reason to appear as a person in the world is to perceive all appearances as symbols of that. This is as close as you get to the oneness of life in a world where there seems to be more than one, and it is very peaceful – not in the sense though that you experience something nice, but that there is no experience of something specific.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you are bound to be distracted from having only one purpose, but if you perceive these distractions as experiences that are only possible due to the oneness of life, all distractions – just like other experiences – are positive confirmations of the oneness of life.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

There is nothing wrong

That which is you never gets old, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and therefore without time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That which is you never gets old, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and therefore without time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The experience of being someone, who lives in a capsule of time and space is something you choose to believe is real. This should not be understood, as it is your choice to be sick or not, neither that it is your karma. Just like in a video game nothing happens, that is not already built into it. So if you get sick, when you turn left, the character you pretend to be in the game is programmed accordingly.

Thoughts have no power, but you have. So if you believe that thoughts have power, you have given them yours in order to make it appear as if you are a victim of them, which most seem to prefer, because then they can blame them for their state of mind.

But how you perceive the game is your choice and yours only. If you seem to be conditioned or influenced by others, it is your choice to believe so. You may have chosen to do so because as a victim of others you are off the hook.

Nothing in a movie can make you change your mind. The movie is not real, and an illusion has no power to change anything. It is you, who decide how to perceive an illusion, and so it is totally up to you if you want to perceive it in a way, that makes you happy or sad.

According to the traditional eastern way of thinking the world is an illusion. If so – and if you are real – you cannot be there, but you can pretend to be someone there. In other words: If you perceive yourself to be in trouble, that is how you choose to perceive, what seems to happen in the world of the movie you are pretending to be a part of. As this perception of being in trouble is your choice, you can undo it any time you want. Or you can choose not to pretend to be in the movie at all.

In this article, a movie is a metaphor for the world. This does not mean though, that the world is a movie. It is not a movie, but it is to be compared to a movie in the sense that a movie is an illusion, that seems to be dimensional because of the play of light. You are not part of it, because you are not an illusion, neither are you dimensional.

You are the formless light, that is used to fabricate an illusion of a world defined by time and space, where everything is abstractions – not manifestations – of light. In other words: Everything in the dimensional world fabricated by the play of light are symbols of that which is fabricating it, namely that which is you.

If you feel wrong, it does not help to correct the problem in the person, you seem to be in the world, because you are not ´there´

If you feel wrong, it does not help to correct the problem in the person, you appear to be in the world, because you are not ´there´. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
We may feel split between this and that, and as a solution, we may try to organise ourselves, so that we have one way of appearing – a way that seems only right with one good mood. We also try to have just one love or maybe to love all as one

These or other ideas to solve the feeling of being incomplete by trying to be in one state of mind will not make us one, because the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is founded on the belief that it is possible to divide the formlessness of that which is one into more than one.

In other words, to experience the world and you as someone there the experience must be divided in two, for example good and bad, so if you appear to be in the world you are divided, and the only solution to the loss this entails is to not appear in the world.

This does not mean, that you must leave the world because you are the formlessness of that which is one, so you are not in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world and your appearance there is nothing but make-believe*.

You are appearing in the world because you believe it is possible to divide the formlessness of that which is one into more than one. If not for this belief, a world where there appear to be more than one could not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one
When you – in the context of the world – play for instance Monopoly, you pretend to be an inanimate figure there restricted by the rules of the game. Your appearance in the game does not resemble your physical appearance in the world. It is not in the game at all, although it is what makes it possible to pretend to be there.

Life is that which is one, so there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, animate objects like humans are no more alive than inanimate objects. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The same applies to the person you appear to be in the world. That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible pretending to be a person there if playing along with the fundamental idea of such a world, which is to always to be and have more.

The formlessness of that which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, because what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

So if you try to impose ideas of oneness upon it, you will be alienated from the person you pretend to beUnfortunately you probably also feel guilty for not making it work, because that implies, you are not good enough or that you are outside the paradise of oneness.

There is n solution to a world where there seems to be more than one
What you have forgotten is that it is not possible to be more than that which is one. You cannot leave that which is you and become something you are not. Just like – in the context of the world – it is not possible to leave your body and become something in Monopoly.

Yet it is possible, while remaining in the body, to pretend to be something in Monopoly. Likewise, it is possible, while remaining the formlessness of that which is one, to pretend, that you are not formless but someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The moral of the story is, there is nothing to transform, correct or make right in the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because that person or the world where it appears to be is not real.

Consequently, it is not real either, that you pretend to be there. That which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it takes more than one to pretend something, it is not possible. Just like it is not possible to pretend to be someone in a dream, because it is beyond your control. Yet you can pretend that it is possible so that it also becomes possible to pretend not doing it.

When not excluding anything but including everything*, there is nothing to define a person, neither to pretend being a person.

When there is not even this or any other solution to the pain of appearing as someone you are not, you are not someone at all and so nothing seems to hide there is no more one perpetual present.

To be a person in the world is to be compared to streaming music in the sense, that the person you seem to be is actually not ´there´.

The experience of being a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to the experience of streaming music in the sense, that what you experience is actually not there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Listening to music at home has become less and less physical since the big and heavy vinyl records were replaced with a compact cassette, then a compact disc, MP3 and recently streaming music. The signals containing streaming music are everywhere. They cannot be heard as music though before an electronic device, has picked them up and translated them into music, that you can hear wherever you are, although it is not actually there.

The same principle is in play when you experience to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one. The brain picks up signals delivered by the senses and translates them into a streaming image of a person, who has a conscious experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is nothing to be conscious of, since that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.**

Unfortunately, you have forgotten, that what you experience to see, hear and feel like a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is just a fabrication pieced together by the brain based on its translation of what it streams through the senses. The more you pretend to be this person, however, the more it is obvious that the streaming image of you as someone definitive is a forgery.

You are not what you appear to be. It is not possible, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation

There is no petrol stations in the game of Monopoly, so it is quite unrealistic to drive around there. Yet it can be quite fun choosing to pretend to be in a make-believe world, when you know, it is not real.

There is no petrol stations in the game of Monopoly, so it is quite unrealistic to drive around there. Yet it can be much fun pretending to be in a make-believe world when you know, it is not real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
You are too big to drive a car in Monopoly.
Besides that, it has no steering wheel, the wheels cannot move and the car has no petrol or any other things to make it drive. But it does not matter, because it is all make-believe when you choose to have fun pretending to be driving in a specific coloured car in the world of Monopoly.

You cannot choose* to pretend to be that which is real, because it is that which is you. But you can choose to pretend to be that which is not real and appear as one of many in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one** can be compared to looking through a keyhole to that which is real is. Bidding welcome the glimpses of enlightenment cannot be pretended, because it is not of a world where there seems to be more than one. You can compare glimpses of enlightenment to a video call to oneness. The call is from that which is not you to that which is you, and as that cannot be seen, the screen is filled with non-definable visions of light.

But that which is real is not just light. In fact, it is not light, although it seems like that in the video call. That which is real is one perpetual present without time and dimensions. As it is formless it cannot be described, neither experienced – nor is there any room for you as long as you believe to be someone definitive. There is literally nothing in that which is one. Yet that is everything because what is formless is endless.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not everything. You are separated from what you experience to be there, which is an illusion, as there is no more that which is one. In other words, separation is not possible, but it seems possible to pretend that it is.

If you as someone appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one choose to include everything as it is, you also included, what you excluded, namely that you are that which is one – and so having excluded it become a confirmation of it. You can read more about inclusiveness in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

So if you pretend to be, that you are not that which is one but a person in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are still that which is one and only appear to be a person in such a world. In other words: Wholly pretending to be that which is not one, namely a person in a world where there seems to be more than one, establish you like that which is one. Partly pretending will not make it, because you cannot partly be that which is one – it formless and cannot be broken or divided.

Watching part of the evening movie on the sky outside my door in my former house.

Alexius is watching part of the evening movie in the sky outside the door in his former house. Sometimes he follows it to the end and sometimes not. It really does not matter, because every part of it is a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
When you know that which is you is not incomplete, you do not need to watch a whole movie or have whole intercourse or to complete anything at all, because all experiences symbolise that which is whole.

No experience in a world of duality though is whole, except in the sense that it is a complete illusion. Knowing that, you also know that you as the experiencer is also a whole illusion – and what the fuck then does it matter, if you experience an illusion to the end or not.

That being said, while one appears to be in an illusion, it is best to fully pretend to be there. It is an even bigger illusion to think, that you are at one with everybody there. It is an experience based on the judgment that there are others to be at one with, so you are acknowledging separation and not oneness. Hence you confirm duality while fooling yourself into believing you are detached from it – instead of enjoying the game of duality.

In this game, there appears to be a loss, but it is just like playing Monopoly, where no matter how much you appear to lose, nothing has been lost. It is not possible, but pretending that it is can be quite fun – just like it is exciting to pretend, that it is dangerous going down the hill in a rollercoaster.

To do the whole trip might be even more exciting. That is if every part of it is perceived as if it is a symbol of the wholeness of that which is one.

To be happy in the world or to experience happiness there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You cannot be happy in a game like Monopoly, because you are not there. Yet you can experience to be happy there. The same applies to a world of duality. That which is you is non-dual so you cannot be there. But you can pretend that you are. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3: You can only be desperate if you believe you are someone in a capsule of time and space. This applies to be happy and whatnot as well. But if you do not believe to be there, experiences of desperation or happiness will not make you desperate or happy – just like losing money in a game as for example Monopoly will not really make you poor.

It really does not matter, if you experience this or that while pretending to be a car in Monopoly. You are not the car. You are not in Monopoly at all. It is not possible. Yet it is possible to pretend to be there, so the ups and downs – from experiencing happiness to experiencing desperation – can be explored.

But if you believe to be there, you feel as if you are desperate or happy instead of just experiencing it.

You may ask how to pretend? No need. You already know. You are already pretending. You have just forgotten it. Here is an example that is taken from the tv-show The Big Bang Theory:

»When did you guys start feeling grown up?«

»Honestly, I thought when I got married I would, but I still kinda feel like I´m pretending.«

If you are do not try to fool yourself, you will see, that not only feeling grown-up is something you pretend to be. Also being a parent, a teacher or whatever you appear to be in the world is something you pretend after having played it out in your mind.

Pretending to be someone in the world, you are free, because what you pretend to be, you are not.

Consequently, you are not a person in the world, so you are free from being desperate, happy and whatnot. Yet while pretending to be a someone in the world, you are free to experience desperation, happiness and whatnot.

Even though a lotus flower is nourished by the mud, it is not of it but effortlessly shines regardless of where it appears to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

Even though a lotus flower is rooted in the mud and is nourished by it, its brightness is not of it. The image is grabbed from the web.

PART 4:
Why do so few live effortlessly, when they say that is what they want to do?

Because it is not something, you can do. To live effortlessly, you do not do anything, but something is done through you. This cannot work if you want it, as to want something is already an effort!

But you can want not to make an effort, which of course also is an effort, but the result of it is that they are no more efforts … and so you are effortlessly appearing as a person in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you within the context of such a world effortlessly appear to be in a video game. In other words, when you pretend to be in the world, you appear to be there but are not of it.

*) Suggesting to choose is, of course, an illusion. You are that which is one, and choosing requires more than one  – but in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may be a beneficial illusion.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

+ Pretending is a way to reality

Pretending to be a special place in the world of music.

Pretending to be together in a world of music. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Pretending is in many ways considered to be bad – as if not being authentic. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Thus nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one world is authentic but just as illusionary as anything else that seems to be separated from that which is one.

It is easy enough to know, there is no more than that which is one, because no matter how hard you have tried, you have never really been together with somebody else, except in your fantasy. In other words, there is nobody but you.

If that which is you is real it is not possible to be in a world that is not real. Yet it seems possible to pretend being ´there´ – just like an actor pretends to be someone he/she is not in a movie, or as you pretend to be someone you are not in a video game. In other words, everything you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is something you pretend to be.

In reality it is not possible to pretend being someone you are not, because reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to pretend anything. In other words, a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy of yours. And then again it is not, because it takes more than one to have a fantasy.

Thus nobody is making a fantasy about a world where there seems to be more than one and nobody believes or pretend to be there – just like within the context of such a world nobody is making the dreams, you seem to be having while at sleep, and nobody including yourself is in those dreams, although they appear to be in you. If you want a further explanation of this see the next article Why you appear to be someone definitive is not explainable, because there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

Being partly aware of this is a way to reality. To be fully aware of it, however, there is no way or awareness anymore and never was, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and as that is formless it is endless, the existence of you as someone in a world defined by time and space is an illusion – just like within the context of such an existence, the appearance of you in a dream is an illusion.

As a musician, you quickly learn, what you need to pretend in order to get success. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Examples of unconsciously pretending to be someone definitive
When you look for a new place to live and you see different possibilities, you may imagine what kind of person who used to live there and what kind of person you could be if living there.

What you pretend to be depends on what you imagine to be expected from you and what you believe to be in it for you.

At work you probably pretend to be the kind of person that fits in there socially and/or professionally, but when at work-out you probably pretend to somebody else. And going to the disco you may pretend to be yet another one.

When you make a pass on someone you probably start adjusting your behaviour in accordance to what seems to turn the other on so that you can pretend to be the exact person the other one has been looking for.

Suggesting to pretend being a person is to suggest something that everybody already are doing – so it may be more correct to suggest being aware about it.

So although you may not be aware of it, you are already pretending to be someone definitive. And being aware of it, you know that what you pretend to be, you are not. Hence the door to that which is you has been opened.

You may have a hard time accepting that there is nothing authentic about the person you have believed to be. But for sure you know that the energetic people in an advertisement for Coca-Cola pretend to be something they are not – also the actors in a theatre or a rock star on the stage. And the work associates who always agree with the boss. Plus all the beautiful people on social media. You probably also know, that you assure your kids that everything is fine, you are pretending this.

Maybe only your body is having sex with your partner. And you pretend to be there, while you think of somebody else.

Maybe only your body is having sex with your spouse, and you just pretend to be there, while think of somebody else. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

An example of consciously pretending …
… that you may already know from your way as a person in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are having sex with your spouse but only your body is there. With eyes closed, you imagine it is somebody else you are having sex while pretending to be with your spouse.

Knowing that you pretend to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, no problems are real
Since what you pretend to be is not that which is you, it remains unchanged, whether you pretend to be compassionate or merciless.

To search for truth in a game like Monopoly is meaningless. There is nothing to realise there, because you are not ´there´. Yet that you can realise.

You already know this from playing games, for example Monopoly. You are not ´there´ but pretend that you are. It is all the same if you pretend to be a red or a blue car or how many scratches the car gets. It is not real and does not change that which is.

What you think you realise, only results in you pretending to be a new person. Nothing has really changed, because whatever you pretend, you are not. That is alright – and it is also alright to pretend being someone, who thinks it is alright.

To leave the illusion of the world, you first have to see, that you believe, you are ´there´. Thisyou can see by knowinglypretend to be a person andwhen you´ve had enough ofall the hard work it isto concentrate on pretendingto something you are not, you´re ready not to focus. If you don´t focus theworld will disappear andmake place for something, that cannot be focused at.Namely that what you are: One.This pic is not what you are,but a pic of the worlddisappearing due to lack of focus. What you are cannot be seen.

To leave the illusion of the world, you first have to see, that you believe to be ´there´. This you can see by knowingly pretend to be someone definitive, and when you have had enough of all the hard work it is to concentrate on pretending to be something you are not, you are ready not to focus on being what you are not. And without focus, there is no world to experience. Hence there is no experiencer hiding that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which was, is and always will be you. This image though is not the formlessness that which is you, but a simulation of that which is not you, when it is about to fade out due to lack of focus. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That which is one cannot be experienced
You may imagine, while you read this, what kind of person you should pretend to be, if you follow Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, and what kind of person you would pretend to be if we met – or the kind of person you are, who would not follow something like this.

To appear as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one demands much focus and control*, so if you are fed up with being someone in such a world, you simply cease to focus and control. This is done by being aware of what you already do, namely pretending to be what you appear to be, since that exposes what you are not, namely someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There is no more than that which is one, so you are not in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence the way out of such a world is to not know what and where you are.

It does that so clearly, that without further ado you cease to focus. In reality, this means that the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is over. But as the experience of such a world seems to happen in linear time, it appears to happen so gradually – probably over several years – that you are not even aware of not experience a world where there seems to be more than one focus – or anything else at all anymore. Because when there is nothing to experience, there is nothing to confirm you as someone definitive.

Thus nobody appears to hide there never was and never will be more than that which that which cannot be experienced, namely that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

The contents of this photo cannot be explained, because it is not real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
When you do not perceive anything in the empty space**, that seems to be outside of that which is one, there is nothing but the idea of you as someone in charge of its own life. But without the perception of a world where there seems to be more than one to be outside of you, there is nothing to confirm your existence as someone definitive.

Thus this idea about being someone specific disappears in the nothingness of empty space. And as that means nobody is watching it, the apparent existence of something outside of that which is one is over.

Consequently, there is nothing to hide, there has never been anything outside of that which is one, neither inside, since it is formless and therefore without sides as well as beginning and end. Thus a world where there seems to be more than one has neither been created or terminated.

So in case you experience to be in such a world, it is not explainable, because it is not possible – just like within the context of such a world, it is not possible for a physical being to be in the world of a dream since that world is an illusion.

**) In the below articles you can read more about what and where you believe to be is something you imagine to see in empty space:

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

+ Pretending is freedom from self-deception

Any interaction will do to make you seem alive as a person in the world – also if you are only looking at others. This relation confirms you to be ´there´.

Any interaction will make you appear as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – also if you just observe others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Interaction is needed in order to uphold the belief, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. But whether the interaction is judged to be negative or positive does not matter, because in spite of you feeling rejected or loved, the belief that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space has been confirmed.

If your lover leaves you, there are many opportunities for discussing this with somebody, who appear to be different from you, and if not you can always have an inner discussion with what you judge to be others, so that your identity as someone special is confirmed.

As long as you believe there is an interaction with others, it seems to confirm you are someone definitive, regardless this interaction seems to be imaginary or real because all experiences are an illusion fabricated by the very same organ in the brain. See Eyes do not see, they translate.

Problems are needed to keep a conversation going, so if you are happily together with someone, you can always create a drama about your apparent differences. In a drama the importance of you as someone definitive is enhanced. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You can only feel alive in a virtual world if you imagine being someone there
The whole world is built upon the idea of being together – especially as a family. Belonging to a special group you appear to be accepted as if you are special too. That is if you also confirm others in the group in the way dictated by the group. If not you will be expelled. See also the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one.

This is not a problem though if it is OK with you to be an outsider, because as an outsider you are also confirmed as being someone special.

Interaction and joining communities are basically what social media is about. The purpose of this is to be acknowledged by one or more groups, so that you are defined as someone special through your communication with the ´right´ ones..

Nowadays, contrary to the days before the internet, young ones do not have an urgent need for a girl/boyfriend. The interaction needed to be confirmed as someone special, they get from social media, where they join specific groups in which they build an image of themselves as a very interesting person.

The imagination of somebody else, that has done something specific for you to see, makes you feel alive as someone definitive. And the more interaction a post of yours seem to cause on Facebook, the more you seem to be part of something special, and being that is the way to appear as if you are a real person in a virtual world.

In the virtual world of Facebook, the participants believe, that there are other persons than themselves ´there´. The belief is based on the assumption that what they read on the screen is written by somebody else although it may as well have been written by a robot. Read more about that here.  Besides, the eyes cannot read. They just transfer the info of the light hitting them to the brain, that translates it in accordance with its conditioning, which basis is that you are someone definitive in a world of like-minded ones. Read more about that here.

The man appearing in this pic with his daughter is hardly ´there´ anymore, but the daughter by his side wants to imagine him as a person in the world, the way he used to be, even though he himself may not remember that, or that it is his daughter by his side helping him to appear in the world.

The man appearing in this image with his daughter is hardly able to make it´there´, but the daughter by his side wants to imagine him as a person in the world in the way he used to be, as that person is the proof of her being someone. Only that which is not real needs to be imagined
Interaction is the name of the game if a virtual world is to be felt as if it is real. The interaction is facilitated by you imagining what other people think. Hence what they appear to be is an imagination of yours, and since what you believe to be is based on this imagination, any interaction between you and others is your own fantasy.

To pretend is a way to set yourself free from this imagination of interacting with others as if there is more than that which is one, because what and where you pretend to be you are not.

Pretending to take part in for example the world of Super Mario or Monopoly, even though you are not really there, can be quite entertaining. But to belief that you actually are there is imprisonment.

Pretending is freedom from the imagined
Freedom is to pretend, you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, even though that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and therefore cannot be in a world defined by time and space.

Doing so you are free from the need of joining with others in a special group of two or more – and so you are free to pretend to be someone who is with others in a special group of two or more or whatever seem to fit the person, you pretend to be.

What you appear to be is nothing but empty space, where you catch a glimpse of something from which you make up a story about a world defined by time and space, although this is not possible since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to make up anything. Yet the constant repetition of imagining to be and have more than that which is one seems to create much more than one agreeing to this so that the collective belief in this seems to hide, what is not one is non-existing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
As the experience of something requires more than one and that which is you is no different from that which is one, it is the belief that you are someone definitive experiencing a world defined by time and space, that hides there is no more than that which is one. Hence you have to be totally emptied out in order to not block out that which is you.

Fortunately, this is already so, because what you appear to be is nothing but empty space. In other words, there is nothing about your appearance in a world defined by time and space that needs to be changed or transformed. On the contrary, because any changes enhance the belief that you are someone definitive – and it is this belief that seems to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

To be free from what you are not is to not be anything at all, because it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thus the undoing of this belief, that nobody has started is what seems to free you from what you have never been – just like within that belief system nobody causes a dream and nobody has ever been in it.

This is not about opening up or surrender to a higher power, because it takes more than one to be a higher power and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. For the same reason neither is there anybody who can open up or surrender – or accept this. So if it seems so, you just pretend to be someone experiencing this, because what you pretend to be, you are not.

What´s casting a shadow is not in the shadow.

That which is casting a shadow is not in the shadow. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
A shadow only seems to have a life of its own due to light being blocked by something shaped in a similar way. In other words, the apparent existence of a shadow having a life of its own is an illusion. To see what is not an illusion, you must look for what the shadow reflects.

The same applies to the universe. It is a shadow – a hologram you could say. Regardless of how you experience yourself and the world that appears to be outside of you, it is make-believe.

Grasping this you are free to pretend to be any kind of person. Maybe you like to pretend to be a committed person, and so you do until you like to pretend to be a careless person or a person who loves everybody. Whatever you fancy you can pretend to be.

If you feel bad about something you seem to think, remember that thoughts are like shadows. They are not you.

By pretending to be somebody, you remain that which is you and therefore detached from what you pretend to be. A shadow is of course always attached to whatever is casting it, but that which is casting it is detached from the shadow because it is not in the shadow.

The world of shadows.

The world of shadows. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4:
Would you make love to a shadow? Probably not, it is not real and you want the real thing.

What seems to be real in a world of duality does not give you the satisfaction you want – at least only temporarily and after much hard work.

Such a world can be compared to a shadow and a shadow cannot give you anything – not even dissatisfaction, so if that is how you seem to feel, it is an imagination. All that you seem to get from a shadow is imagined, so why not choose to imagine, that you get something satisfactory.

This is possible if your choices are within the limits of the shadow – just like when pretending to be someone in a game like Monopoly you can be happy with what you have within the limits of that game, and should you lose it nothing has really happened to you. So why not give it your best shot within the game of the shadow world? You have nothing to lose. It is not real, and when it is over that which is you is all the same.

In a world of duality you cannot know what is real. But you can know, that what you appear to be is not real – and knowing that, you are free to pretend what to be and enjoy the adventurous thoughts and feelings this person appears to have.

To spell it out, do not try to be spiritual. There is no spirituality in a shadow, only in that which is casting it, namely non-duality, so have fun pretending to be that you are not spiritual while appearing to be in a world of duality and instead taste the sweetness of pretending to be what you are not.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

+ Pretending to be someone definitive is such a relief

The world becomes very playful when you pretend to be a person. Here I am pretending to be with other persons!

Being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is like playing a game when you do not believe to be there and therefore just that pretend to be there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is meaningless to search for that which is you because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is you.

Thus it is not possible to be something else than that which is you. However, it seems possible to believe that it is. If you want to have this belief undone, so nothing hides there is no more than that which is you, you must know what is not that which is you, so that is what you search for.

You do not like what you appear to be in a world where you believe to be. Something seems off, so you start searching for something to ease the pain of believing to be someone definitive instead of undoing this belief (see hack #3.3 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive).

When you pretend to be someone definitive, nothing appears to hide that which is you
To search for that which is not you is very simple: Just keep on doing, what you are doing. What you appear to do, think and feel is what you are this very moment in the world where you believe to be.

Do not try to change or transform ´yourself´ or the world, but include the moment as it is, whether that seems to involve so-called good or bad thoughts and feelings regarding the past or the future (see hack #3.6 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

When pretending to be someone, you do not care what you appear to be. Not in the sense, that you are destructive but that you are indifferent. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If it seems as something is missing in the moment, you have gotten it right, because the world where you believe to be, builds on the idea that something is missing. Not suppressing this by blaming something or somebody for being wrong, you know what you have made yourself into, namely someone who feels wrong. Yet, that cannot be that which is you, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to feel wrong.

Even though you did not pretend to be someone definitive in the memories suffering being inflicted upon you, it is never too late to correct these memories, so the person who suffered was someone you pretended to be. Hence the suffering was not real and so it is not burden you anymore.

Knowing what you appear to be is not that which is you, you start pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be so. Thus nothing needs to be changed – just like nothing needs to be changed in a game like Monopoly. In fact, you enjoy pretending to be a car in a fake world, so there is no suffering unless you forget, that it is something you pretend.

Pretending to be someone definitive is so energetic
The way you used to think, feel and act is the same when you pretend to be someone definitive. But you do not identify with it anymore. It is the person, you pretend to be, that appears to think, feel and act. Everything, therefore, seems less serious and you airier, as though you appear to be in the world you are not of it. Nothing can happen to that which is you. Only the pretended person can die. And then again it cannot because it is not real.

The more you pretend to be someone definitive, the less you believe to be that. Hence you do not perceive it to make a difference whether you appear to be good or bad. Neither is death, when it knocks on your door, perceived to be different from life.

The more you pretend to be something you are not, the less it is hiding that which is you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The more you pretend to be something you are not, the less what you appear to seem to hide that which is you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you pretend to be you are not
The more you pretend to be someone definitive, the less real the world appears to be, and when death comes, it is as if you are nothing leaving a world of nothing. You cannot pretend to be someone anymore, because there is no experience of a world outside of you, neither is there anybody with a need to experience this, nor a memory of ever having experienced this, because what you pretend to be you are not.

No god is there to judge you. Nothing is waiting for you, because there is no more than that which is one. In other words, you are not returning to the formlessness of oneness, because you never left it.

In a world where there seems to be more than one you cannot have life without death, as death is what defines life in such a world. In other words, there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one, because life never ends.

For the same reason, it is not the formlessness of oneness that is the afterlife, but a world where there seems to be more than one, since every bit of it is as lifeless or as virtual as what seems to be on the screen, that you are watching this moment. It is all make-believe and knowing that it is just as fun to pretend being a person in a fantasy world as to leave it.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

Life is neither a cause or an effect, there is no karma!

If the car in this image makes you feel in a specific way, you are constructing an effect yourself. The image has no power to create any effect at all.

If the car in this image seems to make you feel in a specific way you are constructing this effect yourself. The image has no power to cause you to feel anything at all. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You do not reap as you sow, and you do not get presents from Santa Claus, unless you are superstitious.

Karma promotes the idea, that physical, mental or emotional respond is an effect caused by an action in the past. But when you for example hammer a nail into the wall, you get an immediate physical effect of the nail moving into the wall. And this is not an effect of something you did in the past or in a so-called former life, but of something you do right now, so if you see a connection to the past it is a fabrication of your own.

If you hit your finger while hammering on the nail and remember you once hit somebody else, there is no cause and effect in play except. unless you invent it. Hitting the finger is just an accident. Nothing in your past caused it, norr is there anything set in motion for the future, apart from going to the doctor if the finger was hit very hard.

Karma is a construction of yours
The above conclusion is disappointing if you want causal connections to imply, your appearance as someone specific has a special meaning. However, as that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one, it is completely meaningless to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so such a connection have to be fabricated.

To suffer from bodily pain just because you accidentally hit your finger does not make you appear to be someone interesting, but by making a connection to for example your father, as if the pain relates to the sadness you seemed to cause him in your childhood, you have a basis for a story of cause and effect, where you and your father are part of something greater, so that you appear to be someone special with a higher purpose.

On top of that, such an invention of cause and effect makes it possible to justify any thought, emotion or action as ´caused´ by something greater, so that destiny can be used to justify everything you think, feel and do. In this way, you appear as innocent and something as guilty. Yet it never works as intended, because having excluded something from yourself by projecting it on something that is judged to be outside of you will not feel innocent but guilty.

If you feel upset and you justify it with what you perceive somebody else to have done or not done, you will feel instant guilt and probably also fear, as you will be afraid of the retaliation you expect from those you have judged to cause you feeling upset.

Every time you look for something, that seems to be able to justify your current state, you fabricate cause and effect – also called karma. As it is all an imagination, you feel the effect of it in the very same moment you imagine this connection. There is no other karma than this imagined connection of cause and effect. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your construction of karma has no effect in the future but now
Every time you look for something that seems to justify your current state, it will appear to be caused by that and therefore to be an effect of it. Hence your state of mind feels real right now. So this fabrication of cause and effect is not something you will feel in the future but in the same moment, you exclude feelings from yourself by justifying them as caused by something judged to be separated from you.

Most want to believe the idea of karma, because if they are caused by something, the conclusion seems to be they exist.

But if you do not construct this connection, there is no cause. And as an effect cannot exist without a cause and vice versa, there is no specific state of mind. In other words, if you do not justify what you seem to think or feel it has no effect and so karma falls apart.

As the oneness of life is formless, it is without beginning and end and therefore everything. Hence nothing else could have caused it, neither can it cause anything else. In other words, whatever appears as if it is ruled by cause and effect is lifeless.

The concept of karma seems to prove, that a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But this proof is just as silly as when a little child believes Santa Claus is the cause of presents and based on this assumption of cause and effect concludes that Santa is real.
