Last night I died from the world again

The total transmission from the outer to the inner senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening at the moment where you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is gonna be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world experienced to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses we normally use, namely, the outer ones, they must be more or less turned off.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening things from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominates at a time. For me, it was the most known of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight the flow. It was in such a profound sleep that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is one you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean, that you are gone, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body to be separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check, the article Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, in fact, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

*) When rereading this article much later all memories of discomfort is gone, so do not worry, you will be OK if you choose to go with the flow of the inner senses.

**) Please do not take the expression in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inner and outer world too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The inner world rather refers to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

Pretending to be a person in a hospital after a reboot.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which may be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outer senses is needed when you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. You can read about this in hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, check out Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ and What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

SH INTRO TO HACK #5-7.1, From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one

_IGP9809-Edit-5

This glimpse of a leaf has not much to do with the actual leaf, just like a glimpse of a star has nothing to do with the actual brightness of it. Likewise experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing in common with that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome a person has to momentarily step aside,* so there is nothing conceivable hiding that which cannot be conceived, namely the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, there is nobody to experience it.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not using the word enlightenment to describe someone who has achieved a better understanding or a higher consciousness. You do not get wiser or higher from the enlightenment mentioned in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, because it is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it requires more than one to become wiser or higher or to have any kind of consciousness. In the enlightenment of that which is one you simply cease to exist as someone definitive, either momentarily or for good.

Most though return to a world where there seems to be more than one after a short moment in the enlightenment of that which is one. They simply avoid going into the formlessness of oneness by justifying their fear of destruction, as if it is caused by that which is one, and so they are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. If they had not tried to exclude their fear but included it, the enlightenment of that which is one would not have been blocked out.

Nobody walks around in the world enlightened of that which is one, because a person cannot be enlightened. But a person can have vague memories of it, and therefore be someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

If you momentarily step aside as someone definable*, the enlightenment of that which is one will erase all the thoughts, you have collected to fabricate yourself as someone definable, and as nobody, you are sucked through a black hole into that which is one. But that does not mean you are enlightened if you reappear as someone definable in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present and that cannot be brought back into a world of linear time. Yet there may be vague memories of it, and so you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

These memories are not gonna make you wiser or help you change anything in the world. Neither do you expect that, because you know the world is an illusion – or as science states, it is 99 per cent empty space and one per cent energy, so anything experienced there is make-believe.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one may look like this image from out of space, but it will not be experienced as if outside of you but inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one may look like this image from out of space, but it will not be experienced as if outside of you but inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Hardly anybody ever bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome. It is more common to bid welcome the glimpses of it, because contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one they can be experienced, and so they can be interpreted as they are making you someone better or higher in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Therefore nobody can tell you, what it is or teach you how to bid it welcome. Yet you can learn not to bid welcome a world where there seems to be more than one, so your belief in it does not appear to hide that which is one.

Enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal but the description of it is personal
Alexius cannot assure you that the enlightenment of that which is one is exactly like described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. He has not experienced it, as nothing definable can enter it. But he has vague memories of something indefinable after returning from being nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one to the appearance of being somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Please be aware that even though the enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, the memories of them are personal, and so is how they are expressed in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, they cannot be replicated by you, neither by Alexius by the way. First of all, because it takes more than one to replicate something, and secondly because there is nothing personal in the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet his personal descriptions of the enlightenment of that which is one may inspire you to undo the belief in being someone definitive so that there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Part of undoing this belief is to forget everything you have heard or read about enlightenment – including what you believe you have read in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

*) To step aside means that there is no consciousness of being someone definitive. See Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest

This article is in the process of being updated!

What is life?

Most will know, that what you see in this image is not a man and a woman, but symbols of man and woman. Most also know, that the color or the look of the symbols in no way resembles actual men and woman. Unfortunately very few know, that all what they seem to experience in the world of duality is not real, but symbols of that which is, although the symbols in no way resembles that which is life.

Most know, that what you see in this image is not a man and a woman, but symbols of it. Most also know that the colour or the look of the symbols in no way resembles actual men and woman. Unfortunately very few know, that all that they experience in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, but symbols of that which is, although the symbols in no way resemble that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is life? This question was asked at the beginning of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, that this article is part of, but so far it has not been answered. The reason is very simple. As life is the formlessness of oneness and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, and as it takes more than one to answer the question, it cannot be answered.

But as we appear to be in a world where there is more than one and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings operates within this context here at the end of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life the answer is that life is one perpetual present. This answer, unfortunately, has no meaning in a world where the present is considered to be a point squeezed in between the past and future. Even within the concept of such a world, this point is an illusion, as everything experienced as if it now consists of various images from the past.

Beginning of dinner.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A knife can be used in many ways – for instance in the kitchen to prepare nourishing food. But it can also be used to prepare junk food, that, even though its flavour may excite you, will not nourish you. Furthermore it can even be used for killing. Likewise the illusion of the world can be used to undo your belief in it. But it can also use it to enhance your belief in it, by pumping you up with all sorts of junk, so that you appear to be and have more than that which is one.

Everything that has an end is an illusion because that which is real has no end. Illusions though has to be powered by something, and as that which is life is all there is, it must be the power making it possible for illusions appear as if they are real. But just like electricity is not in a room illuminated due to it, the power of life is not in an illusion empowered by it.

A_cup_of_tea_3_by_JunKarlo

The duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, but if one or more of them seem to be your cup of tea by all means go for them. Doing so both the illusion of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and the world where they appear to will be undone – or rather the belief that you appear as someone ithere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As there is nothing real in a world where there seems to be more than one, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life is of course also an illusion. But as the application of it undoes the belief in such a world, it can be used as your way back to the formlessness of oneness.

This is not to suggest, that you have your own way. There is no way out of a world where there seems to be more than one, as there is no more than that which is one. But as it feels good perceiving everything believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one you may as well go down that road if you belive to be someone there, because it does not matter what way you go, when you see everything as a symbol of the same.

Alexius is nothing but another symbol of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
When I watch the world, a voice inside of me reacts to everything, by saying foolish things about it. Yet it is those foolish ideas that make a world where there seems to be more than one appears to be real.

It seems this voice has a will of its own, but that is not so. It is me and nobody else, who have asked it to monitor everything like this in order to confirm me as someone definitive there. As I do not find that exciting anymore but quite boring, I have given it another command, which is to always say, that everything perceived is another symbol of that which cannot be perceived, as it takes more than one to perceive something, namely that which is one.

To keep this command in place I write my non-teachings so that I constantly am reminding both you and me, that since that which is one is formless it is endless. Thus there is no more than that which is one.

A world where there seems to be more than one is therefore just a fantasy, and when nothing in it is judged to be ugly or beautiful, everything is just like clouds of empty space. And though I do not know the oneness that those clouds symbolise, because it takes more than one to know something, it feels great that just are symbols, as that means their apparent difference does not make a difference, and so there do not appear to be more than one.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE: This article is an epilogue to hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

All experiences are equally unreal

The experience of seeing this pic is as all other experiences – including so-called spiritual ones – fabricated in the brain. Nothing real is fabricated, but that which is real can be used to imagine a fabricated reality. Though that which is real is not in the simulation, the reason the simulation seems to be there is that which is real. Therefore everything in the simulated world of duality can be seen as symbols of that which is real.

The experience of seeing this image is like all other experiences – including so-called spiritual ones and coming from the heart – fabricated in the brain that are simulating a tangible world where there seems to be more than one, on top of the formlessness of that which is one. The formlessness of that which is one is not in the simulation of a tangible world that is no more tangible than this image. But as that which is one is formless, it is endless, so the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. You could say, that the illusion symbolises that which is real because without it you could not imagine a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Experiences of god and other so-called spiritual concepts are fabrications manufactured by the brain in which they just like mundane experiences can be measured physically. The idea of you being someone definitive in a body governed by a mind or a soul is also fabricated by the brain, that is nothing more than a labyrinth of fat and synapses, which passes electrical signals from cell to cell.

The confident appearance of knowing what is right covers a feeling of being wrong. Instead of facing this, it seems easier to suppress it by blaming others for being wrong.

In other words, whether you are having ordinary or so-called spiritual experiences, or experience to come from the heart, to be governed by chakras and whatnot, all your experiences are fabricated by electrical impulses in the brain (read more about that here).

Trying to collect bits and pieces from n after image of a universe, that is no more.

Trying to collect bits and pieces from an afterimage of a dream about a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The afterimage
All that you think and do has already been set in progress millions of years ago. The reason everything could be predicted then is that in non-linear time, the birth and the death of the world appears simultaneously. In other words, the world is no more. The whole story of the universe starts and ends at the very same moment.

»When you dig into molecules, and the states of ion channels, enzymes, transcription programs, cells, synapses, and whole networks of neurons, you come to realise that there is no one place in the brain where memories are stored,« says Kukushkin. This is because of a property called plasticity, the feature of neurons that memorize. The memory is the system itself. From an article in Wired.

You are hanging onto some remaining data or some fragments, that can be compared to an afterimage of the universe or memories of it. In fact, what you appear to be is nothing but honeycombed memories. To make sense of them, you try to fill the gaps with fragments of love, god and other lofty ideas.

Holding onto after images.

Holding onto after images. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Hanging onto after images is like hanging onto the fragments of a dream or of a beloved, who is dead, but with whom you still have an internal dialogue. You can compared it to having an app, that has collected everything your beloved ever has written on social media, so that you still can have the experience of chatting with your beloved, though he/she is dead.

And it seems very real, because the dead one will answer you in the way you are accustomed to and use info from for example Wikipedia, so the chat will not seem dated. Maybe the app also is able to collect all the dead ones telephone conversations and put fragments of it together in such a way, that it seems as if you are having a real conversation with a live person – though that person has no mouth and is nothing but data collected from the cloud.

The skin has been texture-mapped.

The skin has been texture-mapped. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The dead one may even be reconstructed as a robot implemented with artificial intelligence and texture-mapped skin constructed to appear as on the best looking pictures from the past, so that you can relive your best memories of being together. The robot receives ´thoughts´ stored in the cloud, so it can react like you expect – or maybe surprise you with kinky sex based on pornographic videos from the internet.

Once in a while, when it fails to act like in your memories, you may freak out and suspect something is wrong. But since you appear to feel something, you conclude it must be real and not just a simulation layered on top of reality, that you forget as long as you want to believe the simulation will give you something better than reality.

What seems to be reality is an imagination
A single part of the brain processes perceived reality in the present moment as well as through memories past plus imagined states, symbols and metaphors. To the brain, there is no difference between what is perceived as real and what is considered imaginary, metaphors, spiritual and whatnot.

It is not that this info is stored anywhere in the brain, as you can read about in the article Wired, that are referred to above. Hence the brain is this info, and as the world is in the eye of the beholder, so is the world and the person you appear to be there.

In other words, everything experienced is make-believe, and that is why you cannot know reality, find the truth or realise that which is you. But by pretending to be someone definitive ´there´, you can realise what you are not. Recognising that, you know, that you do not know what and where you are, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one* has been waiting for.

Just like all appearances in a dream are illusions symbolising the world the dreamer lives in, everything in the world are illusions symbolising that which is real, namely that which is you.

Until then enjoy pretending to be someone definitive, that seems to have spiritual experiences of inner peace or feel excitement by watching a football match. It does not matter what person you appear to be when you know, it is not you, but a symbol of that which is you.

You cannot do anything wrong when perceiving everything as symbols of oneness, because doing something wrong is also a symbol of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Whatever you do is fine
That your appearance does not matter is what makes seeing everything in the world as symbols of that which is you so beautiful. No matter what you do, think or feel it is not real but symbols of that which is. You do not have to believe in anything specific, but if you like to believe in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings or something else, it is not a problem, because no matter what you do, it is a symbol of that which is you.

If you follow Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you do not have to like it all. What you do not like is also a symbol of that which is you.

There are no steps or philosophy, that you must follow to come back to that which you as a person in the world symbolises, namely that which is you. Whatever you seem to think, feel or do as a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is fine, because everything is a symbol of that which is you, and that is no different from that which is one.

This image would not appear to consist of a forest and whatever else you imagine to be there, if not for memories. The belief that someone sees this is also due to them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX 1:
Although the suggestions for new music coming from, for example, Spotify or Apple Music seems to suit your taste of music, they are not made by you, neither by someone who knows you. Likewise, the thoughts coming to you suggesting this and that are not made by you, neither by someone who knows you.

All problems are gone, when you do not know what and where you are, as that means there is nobody to use thoughts to construct concepts of good and bad. Hence there is nothing to worry about.

There is no you. Just like what you appear to be to the bots from Spotify and Apple Music is made up by algorithms, what you believe to be in a world defined by time and space is made up from memories. That includes where ever you appear to be and the one appearing to believe this. Without memories, there does not appear to be something, where there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

And as formlessness is endless, a world defined by time and space is not possible to experience without it. Hence the all the memories compiling the fantasy of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space confirm the formlessness of that which is one – especially when choosing to see everything memorised as symbols of that which cannot be memorised, since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to remember anything.

APPENDIX 2: The universe is dying. It is only a matter of time. And when it is all over, there is no more time. Hence there never was a world defined by time and space – just one perpetual present.

»After a short, productive explosion of early activity, the universe has begun its long mope towards oblivion. To the extent that anything was ever important, it won’t be. Time, space, energy, matter – all gone … That’s right: Everything you know and love, the entire universe of possible things, will be gone.« from the article The End of the Universe published in Wired.

NOTES:

  • The quote box is inspired by an episode of Black Mirror called Be Right Back and the concept of ´hanging onto some remaining data or fragments´ is inspired by the movie Source Code. The scientific info about the brain Alexius has found somewhere, so all in all the article is the usual mismatch the brain likes to combine to make an illusion seem interesting. The experience of this specific illusion, however, may be beneficial in regards to see that all ant experience, whether it appears to be mundane, direct, spiritual, or whatnot is an illusion.
  • Regarding where thoughts are coming from see also the article Thoughts do not come from you but The Cloud, that just like this article is part of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

What is freedom!?

VGR05-7select_032-Edit

What you think you see now is composed of many images, that as rays of light have travelled each their own distance in time before they are picked up by your eyes and transferred to the brain, which compiles them into one image that you think you see now. In an image like this, for example, the sun is about eight minutes older than the palm trees in the front of the image, as it takes the light eight minutes to travel from the sun to the Earth. Everything in between the palm trees and the sun is between a split second and eight minutes old. And the completed image is even older because it takes time for the brain to compile all the past images into one image. In other words, the brain deceives you into believing you are experiencing now, while it is nothing but the past that you are experiencing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Now is not what you think it is
If you look at the sun in this very moment, you do not see how it looks now but eight minutes ago, as this is the time it takes for the light to travel from the sun to your eyes. In other words, what you think you see now is the past.

As the distance to the stars is much bigger, it takes so long time for their images reach you, that they may not even be there, you experience to see them now. And those appearances, that seem close to you, have also travelled in time, so they are from of the past too.

What you seem to see now is a collection of images from the past projected into the future.

Therefore what you seem to experience now, is actually a collage fabricated in the brain of images from the past. Besides the time it takes to make the collage is extrapolated so that the time delay in processing does not interfere with the thoughts or actions, you perceive to happen now. Thus the way you perceive now is an illusion.

There is no past
If you imagine, the sun has a consciousness or special equipment, that makes it able to clearly see the Earth, what it will see now is how you appeared to be eight minutes ago. Then imagine to observe you from a star in such a distance to the Earth, that what it sees now is your birth.

Science has recently found a point so far away in this universe, that they can almost watch the beginning of the universe, as if it is happening now.

In the eyes of the universe there is no past or future – just one perpetual present. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

And so imagine looking at the Earth from a point further away in the universe, where it is the birth of your mother that is seen now. Going on like this both your birth, your mother´s and your grandmother´s is seen by the universe now – also the birth of itself.

There is no future
When the birth of your mother is seen from a specific point in the universe, it appears as if there is a future for her, but from another point in the universe at the exact same moment as her birth is seen, her death is seen as well, so there is no future!

There is no time
Seen from the perspective of the Earth it seems as if time is linear with a past and a future and now in between them. But seen from the perspective of the universe there is no time at all. Everything occurs simultaneously.

There is no before and after – and consequently no reincarnation. It is an idea made up to make the experience of being someone specific in a world defined by time and space seems as if it is meaningful and somehow will last forever.

Everything happens simultaneously. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Everything happens simultaneously. The animation is grabbed from the web.

This can be illustrated by thinking of a TV with one channel showing a sci-fi movie, another one a movie from the past and on yet another one a movie about parallel worlds. But due to your limited mind, you only watch one channel, though all of them are all playing simultaneously.

Linear time is a simulated reality layered on top of one perpetual present.

There is no universe
According to science all the elements coming from the big bang quickly organised themselves into a super pattern, that would have stagnated if completed. But there were a few gaps in it, and due to this imperfection, it started to expand into what is called the universe.

In linear time it seems as if an explosion from a black hole expanded into a world defined by time and space. In reality though it contracted the very same moment, and nothing is left but a memory of that moment. But when the memory is replayed in linear time, it appears as if the world defined by time and space is still there.

When an expansion – like the breath for instance – is over, it is replaced by a contraction. So when the expansion of the universe is over, it is replaced by a contraction, which will be the end of the universe. It has already happened, however, as everything happens simultaneously. The universe therefore begins and ends in the exact same moment. Yet that is also an illusion because the universe is nothing but empty space.

If you hope for love, you will fear not getting it and if you get it, you will fear loosing it. But if you hope for nothing, you have nothing to get or loose and therefore nothing to fear. The animation is grabbed from the web.

If you hope for love, you will fear not getting it, and if you get it, you will fear losing it. But if you hope for nothing, you have nothing to fear.* The animation is grabbed from the web.

There is nothing to hope for
The hope for something to come in the future – love, liberation, awakening, a better world and whatnot – is what keeps the belief in a universe of linear time going on. Especially because hope always is accompanied by fear. First the fear of not getting what you hope for, and when you get it, the fear of losing it.*

This interaction between hope and fear keeps you entangled in a fantasy of a world, where it seems possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. But as hope is the very reason you entered this fantasy, it cannot be given up while you believe it to be real. However, if you hope for nothing* you have nothing to lose and therefore nothing to fear. And so you are free from your own fantasy!

Reality is the formlessness of that which is one and as that which is formless is endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion.

Freedom is pretending to be in the world instead of believing to be there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you pretend to be in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of believing to be there, you are not bound by it, because even though you appear to be someone ´there´, that which is you is not ´there´. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Freedom is an illusion
Freedom is not real, because it requires more than one to be free from something (or to something), and in reality, there is no more than that which is one. But while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, the relieve it is to hope for nothing* sets you free from the belief that you are someone there, so that you instead pretend to be there**. And where you pretend to be, you are not, so even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not ´there´.**

**) In hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation you can read about how pretending to be someone hacks the belief that you are someone.
