What and where you believe to be is the brain

What and where we experience in being consist of nothing but mechanical parts arranged, like ones and zeros in a stream of binary code, to move in alignment with the instructions it gets from the brain based on the signals it claims to receive from the sensors of the body. When our perception is in sync with those instructions, we feel good. (read more about that here). Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain´s script is a collection of experiences it has made from nothing, so they seem to be something when believed to be experienced by someone that the brain also has created from nothing. In other words, what you believe to experience seems to confirm there is a tangible world outside of you, and you, therefore, are a substantial being in it.

Although a movie with superheroes is unrealistic, it is enjoyable when you accept its premise. So is the experience coming from the brain of being in a world where there seems to be more than one, even though there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

This is very entertaining when the script is perceived as it is and not as it could be – just like it is amusing to watch a movie when the plot is accepted and very frustrating if you expect it to be in line with spiritual ideas, for example, because then everything seems wrong. Read more about that here.

In other words, you feel fine when you choose to perceive the experiences coming from the brain for what they are instead of what they could be. When you do that, you do not have to meditate or something else that makes you think you can change what comes from the brain into something you deem as better.

Trying to figure out whether your perception is in sync with the brain´s script or not, it is out of sync. Because if it is in sync with the manuscript, you do not try to figure out something but trust the brain to do it. No worries, being out of sync is easily corrected. If you choose to perceive your reaction to reading this as ´it is what it is´, you are in sync. You could also decide not to choose to perceive your response, as, without your interference, the brain automatically makes a perception in sync with its script.

That Alexius is on the best of terms with the brain does not mean it spares him for tragic experiences. Fortunately, there is no need to do that because being in sync with the brain every experience is entertaining. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To clarify the above. You are not in charge of the script, so you cannot change what and where you appear to be. This does not mean that you cannot choose between going right or left, for example, but that the following thoughts, feelings, and experiences play out as scripted by the brain. Just like in a video game, you can only move within the limitations of the script. So if your movements seem to cause a transformation, it is as illusionary as anything else in the game.

Should the thoughts that come from the brain seem to upset you, it is not because of them but the way you perceive them.

But also, like in a video game, you are free to perceive the brain´s script as you fancy. However, the brain has already made the thoughts for this. Metaphorically speaking, it has placed them in a pool from where you can select those that suit your choice of perception. That is if you make a perception in sync with the brain´s script because, in this pool, there are not enough thoughts to create a story where you, and not the brain, is in charge. Hence you need more thoughts if you want to compose such a story. But this is easily accomplished. When you try to control thoughts, they multiply to escape your domination. Read more about that here.

Even though the making of a perception in which you are in charge is accompanied by chaotic thoughts, you do not want to change the perception to one in sync with the brain´s script because then you cannot uphold the image of being unique. Instead, you try to eliminate the clutter of thoughts that disturbs this image by meditating. But, again, like in a video game, troubles are not solved by meditation or detachment but by participating in the plot as it is. You know you do that when feeling entertained because that is the sole purpose of the brain´s script.

It does not matter if you perceive the brain´s script in a negative or positive way, or if it seems to make you feel stressed or relaxed, talkative or silent, at peace or war and whatnot.

As long as you relate to the script as it is and not as you think it should be, a relation between you and the brain is established. And since it confirms the foundation of the script, namely that there is more than that which is one, the brain is grateful. Hence it rewards you with shots of happiness. Read more about that here.

All Alexius´ Duality Hacks help you feeling entertained.* In other words, they turn the suffering that believing to be someone in a capsule of time and space entails into an adventure of pleasure. Eventually, you feel so entertained that there is no more to ask for and thus not something appearing to hide there is no more than that which is one.

Something can only be perceived to have gone wrong when you need to feel right. That you do if not feeling entertained by the brain´s script, but imagine a better story. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That said, the transient from having a perception out of sync with the brain to one that is in sync may seem unpleasant because your former special relationships hooked up with special perceptions do not seem appealing anymore.

But if you do not try to edit the feelings that bother you, their uncontrolled energy ignites a take-off into the empty breath. It resides in the nothingness from where the brain renders a world of something. But since the empty breath is unprocessed by the brain, it does not see the experiences of nothing as something.

Read here about the brains making of a world in which we appear be somebody.

Check hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing for how to ignite a take-off into the empty breath and hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone if you want to explore more about it before connecting with it.

Thus your slate is wiped clean when you return to the consciousness of being someone in the experiences of a tangible world made by the brain that you automatically. But since what and where you believe in being is the sum of your memories, and they are stored in the brain, it is what and where you are. Hence serving it is to serve yourself.

We are not talking about serving that which is you. It cannot be served because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one serve. And since it also takes more than one to be someone, what you believe in being is nothing. But fortunately, Alexius´ Duality Hacks make it, so fun to believe nothing is something that you end up having nothing to ask for. Hence there is nothing to uphold the belief in something, thus nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you.

APPENDIX about the perception of nothing as something
Like anything else that can be experienced, Alexius´ Duality Hacks are, of course, an illusion. They do not try to hide that but expose the fallacy of everything experienced, so what you believe to experience does not appear to hide what cannot be experienced, namely that which is one.

Therefore, do not apply Alexius´ Duality Hacks if you want to uphold the belief that you are someone, because they will make you laugh at this idea as it requires more than one to be someone, and there never was or will be more that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Do not apply them either if you want to return to the formlessness of oneness because that implies you have left it. That is not possible because it requires more than one. Instead, apply them if you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This will not make you see oneness, as seeing is make-believe. But you, eventually, stop seeing anything at all. Hence there is not something that appears to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

How long time this takes does not matter. Time is an illusion. Still, the more the illusionary process of undoing the belief in more than one progresses, the less there seems to be to hide you are nothing that appears to be something. Hence you can relax and have fun believing to see something while the belief that it is real gets undone.

*) This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be aware of something. See hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one.

CANCELLEX [incl] PMT_app No belief can survive inclusion, because a belief is based on excluding something

The peace of that which is real

There is no Santa Claus up in the sky on a sleight full of presents to you. It is make-believe and so is the world – inclusive astral world and whatnot. The graphic is grabbed from the web

There is no Santa Claus in the sky on a sleigh full of gifts on his way to all the good the children. It is make-believe, and so is a world of duality because it takes more than one to experience something, including astral worlds and whatnot. the web

The previous hack, hack #2.3 Life is flat, is about how a world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide that which is one. This does not mean, however, that a world where there seems to be more than one can hide that which is one. Nothing can hide it, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe – just like within the context of such a world the gifts in the sleigh of Santa Claus is make-believe – and as what you believe is what you seem to see, it appears to hide non-duality.

So to speak of a world where there seems to be more than one as a layered virtual reality on top of that which is a metaphor. There are no layers on top of that which is one. That is not possible, because there is nothing outside of it.

Yet a world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there when you wish to see more than one. Any explanation about such a world, however, is an illusion. Also that there is a way back to the formlessness of that which is one other than undoing the belief that there is more than that.

This you do not want. Just like it seems more exciting, that it is Santa Claus bringing you gifts and not your parents, the thrill of being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one sounds more appealing than the peace of that which is one, so you choose to believe the weird story of a world where there seems to be more than one.

That is until – in the context of the Santa Claus metaphor – you stop believing there is a sleigh full of gifts, and that those gifts you get, you receive because of your parents.

In other words, the excitement you seem to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one is only possible to sense due to that which is real, namely that which is one, and which cannot be believed, seen or experienced, as that requires more than one. That is why it is so peaceful.

To be that which is peace, and nothing else, you must give up being charged by excitement. The graphic is from the internet.

To be that which is peace and nothing else, you must give up being charged by excitement. The graphic is from the internet.

PART 2:
The peace of that which is one has no contrast, which is why it is not to be found in a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, the experience of peace is contrasted by the war in order for you to know when you are at peace. In the formlessness of oneness peace, however, is not the absence of war. It is rather the absence of a world where there seems to be more than one – or more correctly, the absence of excitement.

There are lots of excitement to find in a world where there seems to be more than one, but no matter what you are excited about, you are bound to lose it – if not before then for sure when you die. So fear of losing what you have follows in the footsteps of excitement – also if you try to tone down feelings via meditation or similar techniques used to deny specific parts of a world where there seems to be more than one.

To make long short, if you want the peace, that cannot be experienced since it has no contrast, you must give up being charged by the excitement that seems to come for example a new spouse, home, vacation, state of mind or whatever lights your fire, because there is no excitement in that which is one. That is why it is so peaceful.

Two or more can become one, not in the world though, but together you can undo the dream of separation. As you appear to be more than one in the world, you are more than enough to undo it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
All searching is based on the sense that something is missing, and so searching on a psychological level will enhance this sense of loss.

If you search for something, you must have forgotten that which is you, as it is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless, it is endless, so that which is you is and has everything. Hence searching for something is a denial of that which is you.

In other words, you have not chosen to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one to reestablish that which is you. On the contrary, you want to escape it by searching for something larger than life.

Yet there is nothing larger than life. Not because it is the largest – life is smaller than a period in this article – but because there is no more than the oneness of life.

The reason scientists have not been able to find the source of life is that there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world is to be compared to a dream. Though it is only possible due to the one dreaming it, the dreamer is not in it. Nor is anything else. It is nothing by empty space.

Likewise, in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. It may look real, and it may seem as you can find something there that is larger than the oneness of life and thus makes you greater. This excitement you will not give up for the peace of that which is one.

And you do not need to since there is no more than that which is one, so there is no dream and therefore nothing to give up, except the belief that there is.

When tomorrow brings you, what you are excited about it, the excitement vanishes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When tomorrow brings you, what you are excited about it, the excitement vanishes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 4:
If you are new to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you may expect to find something exciting in them, that can be used to improve your appearance as a person in the world or to transform this person to a better and more spiritual one. If this is what you expect, you will not find what you think you need in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, and elsewhere you will just get empty promises about a merry-go-round world to come in the future.

Peace cannot be experienced, as it is the formlessness of that which is one, and it takes more than one to experience something. So when there is no experiences, neither so-called spiritual or mundane, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one.

What you need is peace, and that cannot be found. Fortunately, that is not necessary, because peace is that which is you. If this is not obvious, you probably think you need is excitement. That is not peaceful, because whatever you get excited about, will slowly vanish. This includes so-called spiritual states. Even if something seems to remain the same, your excitement will not, as the foundation of a world where there seems to be more than one is the belief that there must be more.

What a world where there seems to be more than one is all about is the hope for more excitement, that based on past dreams is expected to be found in future appearances. When there is nothing to hope for, it is pretty boring to appear as if you are in such a world. But the more bored you are, the more you are bidding welcome the peace of that which is one.

Instead of questioning this belief, everybody joins in groups of socialism, capitalism, spirituality and whatnot hoping to find something better and lasting that will keep them forever excited. If you are in such a group, you will not like the ending of this article, because it has no more to say and no solution for you, but to undo the belief that is hiding the peace of that which is one, namely the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

A telly has a constructed personality, but no self or soul.

Telly has a personality, but it has no self or soul. If it seems so, it is purely make-believe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 5:
These days it can be hazardous to believe you have a self. Recently 12 persons died trying to snap a spectacular selfie. In the same period, eight had their self eaten by a whale – or rather their belief in being a self. So far, however, nobody has actually found this self.

It is like trying to find a self in a television. It has no self. None of the things that it ts is made by itself. It does not even know who is broadcasting and what is broadcasted.

To be empty as a telly does not mean, that there are no thoughts, but that they are not considered to come from someone definitive.

Not knowing what and where you are, you are just as empty as a telly. Hence there is not something to be excited about and therefore not something to hide the peace of that which is one.

It is very seldom, that the clouds are that low like in this pic shot an early morning from my terrace, but whether I experience th beauty of it directly or not, the experience will not last.

It is very seldom that the clouds are that low like in this photo shot an early morning from the terrace of Alexius, but whether the experience of is so-called direct or not, it will not last. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 6:
Peace in a world where there seems to be more than one always comes from something, maybe from the experience of being with your spouse away from everything, being a special beautiful place in nature untouched by humans or being meditative in surroundings without noise. But no experience last, neither do any of the appearances that seem to cause the experience of peace. Silence will sooner or later be replaced by noise, and it is not possible to always be in a place experienced to be beautiful or meditative.

Peace as experience will never last. Therefore the experience of it – just like any other experience – entails fear of losing it.

As an experience of peace is based on excluding something, for example, noise, disturbing persons or thoughts, it is is based on what is absent, and so you can never have it without its opposite.

In reality, there is only that which is one, so there is nothing to experience, neither is there someone who can be disturbed, as that requires more than one. In other words, in reality, peace is not an experience but the perpetual present of that which is one.

NOTE BENE:
What you want is what you do not have, so if you presume that peace is what you want, the first step is to realise that you are fooling yourself. You cannot want peace, because contrary to the excitement it is that which is you.

But you can want not to hide peace with dreams of excitement.

Far from Home

This is a pic from the late evening on the island, where I stay nowadays. It would be plain stupid to wear a warm sweater, as I would do in my native country in the evening. Everything differs from the memory of life, that I have from my home.

This is an image from a late evening on the island, where Alexius stays nowadays. Everything there differs from the memory of the life that he has from his native country, where he definitely would have had to wear a warm sweater on an evening this time of the year – but it would be plain stupid to do that where he appears to be now. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The native country of Alexius is Denmark, but nowadays he mostly stays on an island close to Africa. So if he wants to enjoy the moment, as it appears to be there, he has to forget about the ways of Denmark, which are quite minimalistic, and instead convert to the more maximalistic way of the island. He also has to adapt to a new language, change to a new currency and adjust to many other things. Even though he seems to be good at that and having fun doing it, deep inside, he is still Danish and sometimes feels like he is far from home.

This is not to say that one country is better than the other. It is a metaphor to illustrate, that if you are reading this, you are not in a spiritual but a physical world and the currency of spirituality is, therefore, useless. You need tangible food, clothes and friends to survive there.

You can, of course, choose not to do that and return to the formlessness of non-duality. But as long as you appear to be someone in a world of duality, by all means, go for the physicality of it. There is nothing to lose. That which is you is still formless and non-dual and will always be, even though it for some time seems to be a substantial being far from home in a physical world.

When the apparent difference between what you like and dislike does not make a difference, the belief in duality is being undone.

Besides, you do not need to return home. You have never left it. That is not possible since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Hence it is only the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that needs to be undone.

Metaphorically speaking, it is as if you from non-duality stream a fictional video of duality. You pretend to be someone in it, and due to artificial sensors its is felt to be real.

When what and where you experiece to be is something you pretend, each moment is entertaining. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Applying Alexius´ Duality Hacks, you do not have to strugle for satisfaction. there is nothing you need to improve or refrain from because they sync with the moment as it is and not how you think it should be. In other words, they do not fulfil your dreams. On the contrary. All dreams must be called.

When you remember to forget them, you are in sync with the moment as it is. This happens automatically if you pretend to be someone because then there is noone to dream about a better future.

When the fictional video is finished, you play it over and over again, until you are satisfied with the way you perceive your appearance. When this is accomplished, you forget all about streaming, and that there ever was a video. Actually, there never was. The video and the duality it seems to reflect is make-believe.

Playing the video, again and again, in the hope that it gets better, is as harmless as believing Santa Claus will bring you a present. So there is no reason not to enjoy the excitement of the belief, while it lasts. Especially when you start to grasp, it is a deception.

That sets you free to enjoy it as a magic show in which you respond with love and compassion, cry in desperation or whatever instinctively pops up at the moment, just like you instinctively respond to a ball coming your way by returning it.

To conclude: As long as you appear to be someone in a world of duality give it your best shot. If anything is skipped, chances are you want to keep on playing the game until you get it right. When everything is done, you are undone as someone in a world of duality.

INTERLUDE:
You cannot prove an illusion is real. That is why neither scientists, philosophers or those believing in the idea of an almighty God have not been able to explain the creation of the universe. Neither can you prove the world is unreal because nothing unreal can be seen from that which is real. Actually, nothing can be seen at all, because reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to see something. For the same reason, whatever you realise or prove is wrong, as it takes more than one to understand or verify something.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting, so that you can pretend to be a person there and therefore be acknowledge to be real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting so that you know how to act as if you are Spanish and therefore is acknowledged by others as somebody instead of nobody. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
It takes time to learn to pretend to be a specific person. When Alexius was a child, he learned how to pretend to be a Danish person in a cold climate. Nowadays, he is learning how to pretend to be a Spanish person in a warm environment because that is where he seems to be.

He is learning to pretend to be a person who speaks loud, shouts at waiters, enjoys having breakfast in a bar around 11AM, thinks 8PM is too early for dinner and does not say ´thank you.´.Also, he is learning to pretend to be a person who greets a woman by kissing them on both cheeks and who is not politically correct but says nigger and mix things in non-established ways.

These are some of the things, that seems to define a Spanish person in the public room – at least as seen from the perspective of someone formerly conditioned to be a Danish.

Suffice to say is that every country has its own definition of how to be someone in their part of the world, and if you want to be acknowledged as if you are somebody there, you must pretend to be someone who lives by the local rules

This also applies to smaller groups of people – even in a love relation, where the amount of love you seem to get depends on how good you are in pretending to be and have what the other one needs.

It is not possible for that which is you to feel happy or sad because it takes more than one to feel something and that which is you is no different from that which is one. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one it is, however, it seems possible to feel happy or sad.

Fortunately, the apparent difference between these or any other contrasting feelings does not make a difference, when the one who appears to feel them is someone you pretend to be.

Pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be one does not mean that everything will work out in the way you expect. But it means that when something does not work out as planned and a feeling of sadness pops by, it does not feel wrong because it is something you pretend to feel. That which is you is not sad. Neither anything else, because it is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to be anything.

If you, on the other hand, believe to be someone specific, for example a Danish person, you will judge many things in other countries to be wrong and feel that people there, and not you, must change. Fortunately, this is not so for Alexius. He has fun pretending to be what and where he is not.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

Life is neither a cause nor an effect. There is no karma!

If the car in this image seems to make, you feel in a specific way, you are constructing this effect yourself. The picture has no power to cause you to feel anything at all. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When you hit a nail into the wall, you get an immediate physical effect, which is not caused by the past but the present. Should you bang your finger while hammering on the nail and remember you once hit somebody else, it has nothing to do with that. Slamming the finger is just an accident. Nothing in your past caused it, nor is there anything set in motion for the future, apart from going to the doctor if the finger is severely damaged.

If you want causal connections to imply, what and where you believe to be has a special meaning, you must invent them.

To suffer from bodily pain because you accidentally hit your finger does not sound like you have an adventurous life. But if you somehow connect the suffering with something from your childhood, you have a basis for a story of cause and effect in which you seem to be part of something special and, therefore, to have a great purpose.

Since the oneness of life is formless and therefore endless, nothing else could have caused it, nor can it cause something else. Consequently, everything created is lifeless and thus meaningless.

Every time you look for something that seems to justify your current state of mind, you fabricate cause and effect – also called karma. As it is all an imagination, you feel its effect in the very same moment you imagine this connection. There is no other karma than this imagined connection. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

On top of that, this invention of cause and effect makes it possible to justify any thought, emotion or action as ´caused´ by something in the past. Hence the concept of karma can be used to legitimise everything you think, feel and do, and you, therefore, always appear to be innocent. The result of this fabrication of cause and effect is not something you feel in the future, but in the same moment, you get rid of specific feelings from yourself by justifying them as caused by something judged to be separated from you.

If you do not construct such a connection, thoughts, emotions and actions have no cause. And since there is no effect without cause and vice versa, you have no thoughts and feelings, nor are you doing anything. Your existence is make-believe. And so is the whole universe.

INTERLUDE:
You do not reap as you sow. It is a childish fantasy like getting Santa Claus and the Fairy Tooth. It only seems to be real when you are young and have not developed common sense yet.

Fortunately, this misperception of what causes an event is easily corrected. You simply perceive an apparent effect of something as ´it is what it is.´ Doing that, the effect is not something specific and thus not the cause of anything in particular. Read more about this perception in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

You cannot know why this picture is here. You have to make up the reason. Therefore, since the cause is fictional, so is seeing the image – likewise, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one. Nobody knows the cause of it. There is a theory about a big bang that created something from out of nothing. It sounds as ridiculous as its effect is a world where there seems to be more than one. That is not possible because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that the world is not real, but you are, and it cannot be there. One way to know this is to look at the actions of, for example, your boss, spouse or cat. You cannot see what has caused them. Thus the cause is thought up. And since only what is not real, needs to be imagined, the cause is not real. From this follows, the effect it seems to cause is an illusion as well.

You could also say that since these effects do not seem to have a cause and there is no effect without a course, what appears to be an effect is an illusion. And since nobody knows the cause of the world – apart from the weird claim that an explosion of nothing, called the big bang, created a universe of something – the experience of being somewhere there is an illusion. In other words, if you are real, you are not in the world. It is something you pretend to be. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation

NOTES:

  • The above article is written within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one. Karma, therefore, is discussed in that context. Ultimately, there is no sense in discussing karma because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to have karma.
  • This article is part of hack #1.2 You cannot change the world, but you can change your perception of it.

In a world of duality, there is no compassion without brutality

yWith eyes closed, you may still see images of the world because the brain does not need information from your sensory system to produce them. This is just something it claims to distract you from realising, that it has created all your experiences of something from out of nothing (read more about that here). That includes the experiences perceived to be spiritual and those implying you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it requires more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore endless. And since it also calls for more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one, the awareness of something is an illusion. This hallucination, however, seems to become real when oneness is imagined being split into two, an observer and the observed, as they appear to confirm the existence of each other. Hence the observer concludes that it must go on separating to be alive.

But doing so destroys the pairs of opposites that oneness originally was split into, so each side could define the other, and their interaction would produce a whole experience of duality. Hate, for example, was paired with love to define the experience of that. When the link is broken, however, there is no hate to define love, wherefore it feels incomplete.

That is why the observer presses on to find real love until it realises that hate and love are two sides of the same coin, so you cannot have one without the other. Nor can you have peace without a fight, relief without an ache, action without inaction, perfection without imperfection, and so on. As love, therefore, cannot be felt without hate, you deceive yourself if you claim to only feel love. You have plugged into a mental concept by thinking about hugging, for example, and holding on to the thoughts that confirm a theoretical idea of pure love. Read more about that in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

Fortunately, you do not need to understand the nature of duality if you want to undo the belief that separation is possible. On the contrary, since it requires more than one to understand something, not knowing what and where you are undoes this belief.

All Alexius´ Duality Hacks take you back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has fabricated your present experience of being someone who read this (read more about that here). Being in that emptiness, you are in the bliss of non-being. Thus the experience is not perceived to be something.

You cannot bid welcome the enlihtenment of that which is one when you want to exist because it takes more than one to be alive. This does not mean you need to die. That also calls for more than one.

The universe you believe to experience is nothing but fragmented memories of a world that could have been but never was because there is no more than that which is one. Read more about that there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you remain in this state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the enlightenment of that which is one set in. Read more about that in hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one. And read more about a state of not-knowing in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not alter or transform anything, as that requires more than one. Instead, it wipes out everything that calls for more than one. Hence there is nobody to be aware of a fantasy about somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and, therefore, not somebody who appears to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Leaving a state of not-knowing before the enlightenment of that which is one set in, you return to the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one with the slate wiped clean. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

Thus you start from the ground up, moving very slowly as if you practise qigong. Unlike that, however, your stretching has no other purpose than to fine-tune the body as a tool for the experience of duality. This dedication to duality is also why you do not attempt to pull apart the pairs making up the experience but comply with their synergy to get the whole experience of duality. For example, the collaboration of love and hate gives you the complete experience of a relationship.

If memories from your childhood is the basis for your perception of a movie you watch as a grown-up, you are out of sync with its plot. It, therefore, seems to make you frustrated rather than entertained. Fortunately, this is corrected right away if you perceive the plot, or your judgment of it, as it is what it is.

This perception makes the plot amusing no matter how it evolves because you are in sync with the itt as it is and not as what you think it is. Likewise, when the brain´s script is perceived as ´it is what it is.´ Read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

Like a movie, the experience of polarity unfolds as scripted by the director. Since that is not you, there is nothing you can change but your perception of it. When that is in sync with the script as it is and not as you think it should be, the director of the script, namely the brain, rewards you with shots of happiness for supporting it. This synchronisation happens automatically when the slate has been wiped clean. Read more about that here.

Eventually, this makes you so relaxed that you have no more to ask for. Hence the belief in being and having more than that which is one has been undone while you had fun experiencing more than one.

The purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teaching is not to explain the truth but to show there is nothing to explain, as it requires more than one to do so and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

All experiences, including those perceived to be spiritual, are bogus because it takes more than one to be conscious of something and there is no more than that which is one. The same, of course, applies to this or any other explanation in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. None of them are true.

Nor the explanation about imagining oneness being split in two. Since it is impossible, there is nothing to undo but the belief that separation is possible. That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings gladly confirm, they are nothing, and, therefore, do not have something to enhance the belief in separation, so it is phased out the more you read them.
