Being inclusive, no more is needed [draft]

No matter how beautiful something is defined, it will confirm separation and therefore seems to cause suffering. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Those defining themselves as vegetarian believe it is better to not eat meat. In other words, being someone definitive is not a fact but a belief based on exclusion.

It is impossible to hack this belief by meditation or other techniques supposed to stop or transform something, as such ideas are also founded on exclusion. But if you are inclusive, there is nothing left to define you as someone. Therefore, since you are nobody, there are no definitions to hide that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be happy each time you notice the same thoughts occurring again and again. It is most likely thoughts you have excluded that beg you to be included.

To include them is to be them, and to be them is to be confused and not knowing what is going on. In other words, not defining anything, everything is included, thus not appearing as separated from the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Every time you believe somebody is different from you, you exclude them, so you do not seem to be what you judge them to be. This fabrication causes suffering. Yet, by not being exclusive and thus inclusive, this disassociation is easily undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To have compassion for somebody, they must be judged as different from you. Therefore, as compassion is an act of exclusion, it inflicts suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Sometimes the fastest way to include feelings is breathing through them. But as this may seem to cause pain, it may not be the easiest way. That is until the pain is included as well.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To exclude a feeling is to not be it, and to include it is to be it – and being it, you are not scared of it anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To include a feeling is not to understand it but to be it, which is done by fully expressing it to those you assume have caused it. This is not done externally, though, because it is inside you that you accuse somebody else of having caused your feeling. Thus you express it there.

However, do not be ashamed if you burst out in anger. Exposing feelings without shame is to include them. Should you feel embarrassed, do not try to stop it, but embrace it … and if you cannot help trying to stop it, you include holding back.

What you want to hide from your personality, you exclude by projecting it onto others so that you can be defined as better than them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being exclusive, you appear to be the opposite of what you exclude. If you exclude what you judge to be bad, for example, you appear to be good. In other words, you are defined by what you exclude. That is the way to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The main reason for being exclusive is that being inclusive you will not appear to be entirely correct but also mistaken, and being mistaken must be avoided at any cost in order not to be reminded of your original mistake, namely to believe in separation.

Being inclusive instead of exclusive is not complicated at all but plain simply. All you have to do is not to exclude. If you, however, are not aware of how you continuously exclude something judged to be bad to make others appear as wrong and you as right, you cannot choose not to exclude and thus stop the glorification of separation.

You do not become nobody by excluding what makes you appear to be someone specific but by including it. When everything definable is included there is nothing excluded to define you as someone specific.

But when you realise that being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one does not have a happy ending no matter how much you exclude to become better, you know choosing to be exclusive is not in your own best interest. So you are ready to stop it. As that means you are all-inclusive, there is nobody but you. You are alone together with the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

When nothing is excluded there is no feeling of being something, neither of being alone or anything else, as there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, and it takes more than one to be something.

It does not seem to hide that which is one anymore, though, because it is no different from the oneness of that which is you.

You are very vulnerable when perceived as definable, but not being someone definitive, you are untouchable. The way to not be perceived as definable is to not exclude anything and thus include everything, as that leaves nothing to define you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Being balanced and in harmony seems to be the goal for many seekers. But as nothing can be experienced without contrast, you cannot experience balance without imbalance. Hence you, as always, seem to be torn apart by a fight between good and evil. That is until you do not favour one side of a contrast over the other but include them both as they occur.

When included, the two sides of the contrast are not divided. As that momentarily rubs off on other contrasts, there is no separation to uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Thus nobody is in harmony or imbalance, and that is pure bliss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are defined as someone definitive by what you exclude. In other words, if not excluding you are nothing, and so there does not appear to be something to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. The animation is grabbed from the web.

To include contrasting feelings is not the same as containing them. Inclusion undoes separation, and without it, you are not someone definitive. Consequently, there is nobody to have something.

Besides, when two sides of a contrast are included, there is not something to contain, because then they do not appear to be separated anymore. Thus they cannot be experienced as something specific.

The first rule of surviving as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is to exclude something. That is what turns you into someone definitive. Inclusion, on the other hand, does not turn you into anything at all.

Someone definitive is needed to include something – but nobody is needed to not perceive something.

To follow an idea is to separate, as it takes more than one to pursue something. Therefore, all spiritual or mundane ideas must be ignored if you want to have the belief in separation undone. Yet this is also an idea, and so are any of Alexius´ Duality Hacks except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

Alexius´ Duality Hacks, however, are not based on the idea of exclusion but inclusion. Hence they do not enhance the belief in separation. On the contrary, they undo it, and without it, you do not appear to be someone definitive, hiding there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When angry feelings are expressed, they often come out in sentences like »You are this and that …«. If it is changed into »I am this and that …«, it is much easier to include those feelings. This is not meant to say that you must stop blaming others. On the contrary, blaming others is the easiest way of exposing what you have banned in yourself. Read more about that here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not believe to be someone definitive, you are nobody and thus together with nobody. Consequently, it does not matter if anybody likes you because there is no doubt that anybody is a fantasy of nobody.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not need to change or avoid the way you are conditioned to have the belief in being and having more than that which is one undone. But you must stop believing that your apparently different experiences make a difference. Without this belief, there is no separation to hide that which is one.

So whether you are conditioned to be a loser or winner in a world where there seems to be more than one, do not fight it, but enjoy playing your part. It is easy when you do not perceive this difference to make a difference, although it looks pretty different.

It requires much effort to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one opportunity. However, none of them last, so you have to keep looking for more. But the formlessness of that which is one requires no effort, as there is no more than that possibility. Yet, it lasts forever because what is formless is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Oneness has a built-in safeguard mode. It starts simulating a world where there seems to be more than one if you believe to be separated from that which is one. Thus you do not have to feel lonesome while having this belief.

The simulation turns off the moment you stop believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No matter how many copies you make of a digital movie, photo or music album and how they are used, nothing is missing from the original. It is unchanged. The same applies to oneness. No matter how much more you appear to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, that which is one remains unchanged. It is formless, so there is not something to change – neither is there something that can disappear. Yet, it is possible to believe that you can copy, remix and extend oneness to hide it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The first step of solving a problem is to locate it, and in the case of believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the problem is not in what and where you appear to be there. So, for example, if it feels humiliating going to prison in a game like Monopoly, the problem is not in the game’s world but in the player, where it is easy to correct since there is no jail.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The only thing that feels worse than not getting what you want is getting it because the hunger for more is unresolved.

You can never be satisfied in a world where there seems to be more than one because the reason for being there is to be and have more, so no matter how much more you become and get, you still want more.

Yet, the way out of this is not to stop looking for more. Of course, that is impossible in a world where there seems to be more. But it is possible not to perceive the apparent differences in such a world to make a difference. Hence that there is nobody looking for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Reality is that which is one, so if you see more than one, it is a hallucination, and it has no power to trap you, so if you feel trapped in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are deceiving yourself. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since more or less everybody is exhausted from constantly craving more, they look for more relaxation through mindfulness, yoga and whatnot to get more energy for chasing more love, more peace, more authenticity, more friends, more money, or more power. They especially need more control, so they can manipulate more people into helping them to get more.

As soon as they stop believing, it is possible to be or have more than that which is one, no more does that which is one appears to be hidden by more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Knowing there is no more than that which is one, you are not afraid because it takes more than one to feel something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When a junkie has finished rehab, the reward is not a new and better tripping experience but freedom from enslavement. Likewise, the prize of stopping your ongoing fix of duality is not a higher and more exciting experience but freedom from experiencing something because non-duality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be aware of something.

You do not even know you have left duality because there is no such thing. Neither do you know, you are in non-duality, as that requires more than one. No worries. You do not need to know anything because non-duality is everything since it is formless and therefore endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It may feel as if it is the world that traps you into looking for more. At least this is how you choose to perceive it because then you can spend more time trying to make it better instead of realising how meaningless it is to care about a world that makes you want more when nothing lasts in that world.

No matter how much more you appear to be and have, it is just a fleeting moment of nothingness. There is no more to be and have than that which is you because it is no different from the formlessness of oneness. And since formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one needs to be changed or transformed to not to hide that which is one. It is the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, that needs to be undone. In the context of this belief, it can be compared to playing a game there. If you believe to be in its virtual world, returning to reality seems difficult, until this belief is undone.

When the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone nothing seems to hide that peace is always present

You behave civilized and pay for what you take – at least when there is no other way to take what you want without being exposed as a thief.

If you are a civilised person, you pay for what you take – at least when there is no other way to do it without being exposed as a thief. The image is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
Gandhi and others, who in different ways tried to establish peace in their part of the world, all failed. The reason is simple, that peace is not possible in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it is based on being and having more than one, so everybody fights for more and fear to lose what they have gotten.

When the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, nothing seems to hide that peace is always present.

You cannot survive in that world without taking something from others physically or psychologically. And it does not matter if you eat meat or not, raw or vegan and whatnot. The principle is the same. You must take something from outside of yourself if you want to remain as if you are someone substantial in a tangible world. The strongest and/or most clever will take more with the result that others get less or almost nothing.

Regardless you are rich or poor, you know it is like that. Thus you always fear that others will take from you, what you have grabbed from others. If too many have too little, they start fighting those who have more. But it also happens that those who have a lot of fights to get more. It is happening all the time – and not just on a big scale.

INTERLUDE:
You can only get more by taking it from somebody, who therefore has less. As this generates guilty, you always fear being attacked. So when you in search for more think you feel something strange in your body, you assume it is an attack from your cell phone or 5G, for example. And since you always use others to get more for yourself, you conclude that somebody is trying to control you via technology in an attempt to turn you into a slave they can use to make more for them.

No matter what science says about the technology, you insist they are wrong by referring to an irregular feeling in your body. To disguise that it actually is a feeling of guilt you have projected on the body, you place the responsibility for the unusual sensation in the body on technology or somebody you believe in conspiring against you. Hence you can relax. The guilty one has been found, and you are off the hook.

Read more about feeling off the hook by finding a scapegoat in The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

To take from others has been organised in a way, so everybody appears to be civilised, although they all try to figure out how to get as much as possible for as little as possible within the rules of society because if you do not follow them, you will be used as a scapegoat for people’s guilty conscience about how they exploit others. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
You go to work so you can to be and have more, but all the time your boss tries to give you less so that he/she can be and have more by making a profit on you. And you both attempt to work as little as possible for as much as possible. When you go to a shop, it is to take as much as possible from outside of yourself and give as little as possible back. For the shop, it is the other way around. It tries to provide you with as little as possible for as much as it is possible within the law – or their own extended version of it.

To make long short, even though taking from others have been organised in ways to make it look like you are a civilised person in a civilised world, you must always defend yourself against others, so no one smarter or stronger takes what you have grabbed from them. It is the same for everybody, no matter what and where they seem to be in this game of appearing to be and have more than others in a spiritual, physical or psychological way.

This fight may lead to big wars or small arguments in daily encounters, like for example, who shall do the dishes. This is the way it always has been, and it will continue like that, as long as you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. If you think that you or a group of people can change this, you still look for more.

Peace does not come from more, neither from less, but from that which is one.

Nowadays most second-hand knowledge seems to come from the web. This is not to say the web is bad, but that most use it to pump up their personality with things they know nothing about, and yet fight about as if they know what is right. This is not peaceful, but that is not important either, as what they want is to look superior, so they can hide their feeling of being inferior, which one is bound to feel appearing as a separated being in a capsule of time and space.

Nowadays, a lot of second-hand knowledge seems to come from the web. This is not to say that the internet is awful. But that its info often is used to pump up one´s appearance, so it seems more powerful and therefore to hide the underlying feeling of inferiority. But every time you do something to get rid of feeling inferior, you are reminded of the reason why you do this, namely that you feel inferior. Thus you enhance enhances feeling inferior, the more you try to get rid of it. And since you feel inferior because you believe there is more than that which is one, this belief is enhanced, and peace fenced off when you fight or defend something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Since peace is that which is one and it is formless and therefore endless, peace is all there is. But not in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one. For the same reason, you cannot look for it. And even if you could, you would not know what to look for, as your idea of peace is the lack of war, whereas it is the lack of more. In other

But you can realise what is not peace, namely separation, so if you choose to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, a world where there seems to be more than one will no longer appear to hide that there is no more than the peace of that which is one.

denial9

This is a typical statement by the special self, who denies the way it is by seeking out specific thoughts to prove that it knows better. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
The above article mostly mention fights between persons in the world that is experienced to be outside of you, but it is the same inside of you. There is no peace there. Meditation and other techniques to find peace inside are tools used to fight undesired feelings and thoughts by suppressing them. Read more about the illusion of meditating here. Denial, however, does not make anything go away, except from your awareness. And that does not bring peace but a sense of doubt.
