++ The ins and outs of the inner senses

84c027e7-78f2-48fd-a6fe-7861dbbac405

There is no structure in the empty breath like there is in the world of the outer senses, where everything is organised into contrast, so it seems that the world is divided in right and wrong. As it requires much effort to continuously uphold the judgments of good and bad, it is much more fun to let the empty breath take over and guide you back and forth in the worlds of the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from not being able to divide the abstract world of the inner senses into contrasts of good and bad becomes the foundation for perceiving the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference. The animation is grabbed from the web.

It may seem frightening to not give your full attention to the structured world of the outer senses, and instead be in automatic gear via the unstructured flow of the empty breath. This fear though is unfounded, because without the constant control, that is needed to keep the world of the outer senses organised in the way you expect it should be, you have a laid-back life there when guided by the empty breath.

To keep up the appearance of being someone specific you must always be vigilant towards what others think. Yet you do not know, what they think. It is something you think, they think. In other words, it is nobody else than yourself, that you are up against.

It will guide you back and forth between the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from the world of the inner senses, which contrary to the outer senses is not based on control, will be the basis of how the world of the outer senses is experienced.

The empty breath can be felt within the non definitive borders of a ball like thing with the lower part of it passing through the abdomen or the stomach and the upper the head or above it. The swing of the empty breath, that may be the most common aspect of it, is shaped like a curved yin yang line – but less curved and not with a definitive form – within this borderless ball. It is felt inside the body swinging from the back to the front of it or up and down, but it can also be felt swinging from side to side and everywhere in between these directions.

Sensing all directions simultaneously is like feeling no swing at all – as if the world stands still. Mostly though it is the swing from the back to the front of the body that is felt, maybe combined with the up/down swing. The swing may be felt in the abdomen, stomach or chest or all those places at once.

Gabby

The empty breath can be felt in many ways, among others like id you are riding on two big yin yang like waves but without the holes in alignment with the rhythm of the breath. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the empty breath is powered by an extreme fast and chaotic energy, that is sensed both inside and outside the body within the non definitive borders of the ball that make up the empty breath, as if it is going here, there and everywhere without going anywhere. It feels like you are a transparent fountain of joy. And going around the non definitive border of the ball feels like surfing two waves formed like the two parts of an yin yang sign (with no dots in it). In general you just feel one of aspects of the empty breath at a time. But may you also feel aspects not described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings.

This article, however, is not especially about the empty breath, so if you want a more detailed explanation of how it feels read the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like or read Take-offs to the empty breath for connecting with it, or The nature of ´the empty breath´ to learn about its purpose. But now onto the subject of this article, namely the inner senses.

Fearing the empty breath is not unfounded, if you want to remain as someone special in a world defined by time and space, because the empty breath guides you into the world of the inner senses, where you are nobody.

So if you fear the empty breath, you know it is because you believe to be someone definitive, and as this belief is undone by the empty breath, there is nothing to fear if you connect with it.

The empty breath is not a step to something better because it is a state of not knowing and so are the other duality hack in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings/. For this reason there is no way to know, if they differ from each other or in any way overlap each other. And so what. There is nobody to care about that in a state of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the inner senses
In the case of Alexius the main period for mostly experiencing the world of the inner senses and having glimpses of enlightenment is just before going to sleep, at which time he gives the world of the outer senses minimum attention, so he can travel in the world of the inner ones.

This often starts as a perfect moment induced by his connectedness with the empty breath. And as this is a state of not-knowing and so is having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not know if these state-of knowing differs from each other, or if they are intertwined. And neither does he know long time a state of not-knowing lasts.

Yet he knows it comes and goes and that a state of not-knowing probably lasts less than 20 minutes, since a brain will go into coma, if it is not kept active with thoughts about how to develop what you appear to be so you seem become and have more (see the article Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one).

If a state of not-knowing differs from being induced by a take-off to the empty breath, glimpses of enlightenment, inclusiveness, pretending to be someone definitive, seeing symbols of life in the world or being alone together, which are the main duality hacks (see the table of contents) is not to say, since it is a state of not-knowing.

When he wakes up in the morning he also knows that the cure for believing to be someone definitive is to be in a state of not-knowing. Whether it is triggered by the empty breath or another duality hack does not matter. What matters is that the pure bliss of a state of not-knowing (see the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss) is achieved totally effortlessly without the help of thoughts and feelings, so when the state is over and you again seems to have thoughts and feelings, you know you do not need them.

The wording in this image seems to suggest what new age people like to believe, namely that even though almost all thoughts are illusionary, at least some of them are real, so if you look hard enough you will find the truth. But as there is nobody to look for anything other than the ´self´, any kind of searching or self-restraint seems to prove you are a self, and thus an illusion since there is no self. In other words, all thoughts are illusionary and the way to expose them is to not participate in the race for more – regardless it appears to be so-called spiritual or materialistic – because believing to be a ´self´ is all about being and having more than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But when he forgets that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, thoughts and feelings seem important because if interpreted to be caused by a world where there seems to be more than one, they can be used to prove he is someone in it.* However, in the below description of a blissful night, where most of his awareness is on the abstract world of the inner senses, he is reminded there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

When it is the empty breath that takes care of the switch between the inner and outer senses, you do not where the border between them is – or if there is one.

A night with blissful on and off moments of not-knowing
Laying in the bed with a sleeping mask** on and earphones with triple flange sleeves* plugged into his ears, the transparent sound of the empty breath*** seems to transport him into worlds of light, where lucid flowers or whole universes unfold in an extreme speed or in slow mo until thoughts or feelings are trying to surface and sleep sets in. Going into deep sleep, the visions of light continue, and when he wakes up early in the morning they turn into ethereal harmonies.

It does not seem exciting to me anymore to travel in worlds of light. I am rather naturally attracted to leaving everything behind and as nothing sucked though a black hole into that which is one. It seems though, that I am to return in order to complete my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems like ages ago when Alexius enjoyed traveling in worlds of light. Nowadays he prefer to leave everything behind and as nothing float through a black hole**** into the formlessness of that which is one. It seems that writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings is his way of leaving everything behind. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Actually this is a typical description from many years ago, where the glimpses of enlightenment were exciting journeys in enchanted worlds of light. Nowadays he does not care much for such visions, that mostly are exciting because they to some extent are recognisable, so instead it is visions of abstract nothingness. That is until they swirl together around a so-called black hole****, which is neither exciting or relaxing. It just is.

The vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolises*****, is another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, that can be experienced through the inner senses. In the case of Alexius it pops up every now and then during the day as a natural extension of the empty. The taste of the enlightenment of that which is one also pops up – for example when he is writing about it.

Enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, but the vague memories of it is filtered by the personality, and as it is not able to embrace one perpetual present, it is described as a personal experience in time and space. Glimpses of enlightenment is solely a personal experience.

Eyes cannot see – they translate, or it is rather the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info it receives through the eyes according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its image of the world, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is in the world. If you acknowledge this you do not need to read my non teachings, because this acknowledgement bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Eyes cannot see – they translate******, or rather it is the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info, it receives from the eyes, which it does according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its conditioning, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is happening in the world. Acknowledging this is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You do not know what is written in this article, because what you think you read is coloured by your interpretation
Be aware that the above is how Alexius experiences the world of the inner senses, when the world of the outer senses gets less attention or absolutely none. But just like you and him probably experience things in the world of the outer senses differently, the same may apply to the glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner senses – and regarding the enlightenment of that which is one the vague memories of not being someone at all are most likely selective.

In other words, the descriptions you get in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings of the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are not meant to be absolute. Besides you have actually not read the descriptions, but your interpretations of them.*****

The night can be full of restless dreams, that seem very real, until you quietly wake up to the sound of ethereal music, that cancels out the confusion of the night, so that you full of clarity get out bed.

Neither is his experience the same every night. Some nights thoughts or emotions seem to take over and take him into the world of the outer senses. No worries, if that happens to you too. It is a great way to see, that thoughts and emotions have no power, and that power is not necessary when there is no need to be someone at all.

The key to opening up to the world of the inner senses is purpose, namely the purpose of not using the outer senses to experience a tangible world outside of you.

If the the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the ligt from the world of the outer senses, you will be in the light of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the light from the world of the outer senses, there will be lucid light coming from world of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Anything perceived as definable blocks out the full tour of the inner senses
You cannot do something to be in the world of the inner senses, because the intention of doing something in order to be or have something only works in the world of the outer senses, as that is experienced to be tangible. But for the very same reason you can do something to not experience the world of the outer senses – for example putting on a sleeping mask.

Best to forget all the descriptions from Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings about the glimpses of enlightenment, as you may interpret them to be something specific, and that cannot be replicated in the world of the inner senses.

If you remember the last time you travelled in incredible worlds of lucid light and you want more excitement like that, you will not get it, as defining glimpses of enlightenment in this way turn them into an experience of the outer senses, because only there does it seem possible to experience something specifically more than once. In other words, if trying to interpret the glimpses of the enlightenment in the way you do in the world of the outer senses, there is no more glimpses to experience.

When you completely turn off the outer senses – or rather are willing to do so – you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. No image can be shown of that, because it cannot be experienced, since the experience of something requires more than one. Glimpses of enlightenment, however, can be experienced. One of the last glimpses you may have before there is no more consciousness, as it requires more than one to be conscious of something, could be something like this image looking like a horse head, which is what a so-called black hole**** sometimes look like just before there is nothing but light. There is not someone to know, if the light is exploding out of the hole or into it, neither does anybody know that there is nothing else than light with no colour or substance until there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To turn off the outer senses partially or fully
The easiest way to switch between the outer and inner senses is of course to let the empty breath take care of it – see The nature of ´the empty breath´ – but until you are willing to choose not to choose yourself but to be guided by the empty breath the below suggestion may be of help.

You turn off the outer senses by not selecting specific thoughts and feelings to be excluded, but instead include them, so that there are no contrasts left – for example good and bad – and consequently nothing to define you as someone definitive. If the inclusion is not complete but partial you have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, and if it is complete there are not someone to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Do not pay too much attention to the world of the outer senses, when in the world of the inner senses, but let it be there somewhere in the background. When moving in the world of the outer senses, it is often best hardly to pay attention to the inner world except as a blissful memory, that helps you to focus on what you seem to be doing in the world of the outer senses without being deceived by it.

There are no rules though, so there may be times where the two worlds seem to mix in a beneficial way, but why not fully enjoy the taste of wine on the premises of the world of the outer senses, and totally space out when you fly through amazing worlds of abstract light in the world of the inner senses.

In other words, when you are solely in the world of the inner senses, the belief in being someone in a specific body defined by time and space is undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you do not appear to be in a world defined by time and space anymore. Neither do you appear to be somewhere else, because the belief in being someone is undone. Thus it is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there is no consciousness of a body or that you ever seemed to be or have one, because it takes more than one to be conscious about something. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and alway will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

*) There is no need for thoughts and feelings when there is no need to be established as someone definitive. See the articles Cheating the ego by being inclusive and Nobody can leave a world where there seems to be more than one.

**) If the Silk Eye Mask For Sleeping and Shure SE215 Earphone with Triple Flange Sleeves, that Alexius uses when going to sleep, are the best ones for turning off the outer senses and go into the world of the inner ones, he does not know, but they seem to work for him. The earphones by the way may be the best in its price range for listening to music from the world of the outer senses. In relation to turning off the hearing sense of the outer world though, it does not matter what earphones you use, as long as they are used with Triple Flange Sleeves, because they are what so effectively cancels out the sound from what is judged to be outside of you.

++ Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one it is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning or end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy which makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life, since formlessness have no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean, that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

Read more about differences not making a difference in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt and heard via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say, that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to hear the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inner senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

As none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the experience of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware about the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. Click here if you want to read more about the distinction between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses, that perceive a world defined by time and space, is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be real until you hear or feel this echo.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´ – grabbed from the web

The Hindi symbol of Sohang.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses, if you are not deceived by them into believing that you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by these definition, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all what you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time, but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else, since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, is very blissful.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without having to spent years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

If you want to read especially about the inner senses check the previous article A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses, or the next one The ins and outs of the inner senses, or the older ones Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones and The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outer senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inner senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outer senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nobody to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

You can read more about a black hole in the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is not another side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

ac1d3bc0-5bae-4dac-921e-8c1c4d9f64e1Ethereal harmonies
Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy, but as a means to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise canceling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise canceling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in it is best not go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts. That is just something the ego wants you to believe, so that although they are not made by someone definitive, you believe that they are created by you. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the ego lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if thoughts are not avoided but included, the ego is no more. And as that means there is nobody to confirm you as somebody special, there is nobody to be disturbed by thoughts. Hence empty space can be heard as eternal harmonies – or if in touch with one of the other inner senses, it can be experienced as light, eternal sweetness or sublime intimacy.

In hack #3.6 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive specifically and all over hack #3, Being inclusive and not exclusive you can read more about how inclusiveness undoes the belief in separation.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outer senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world where you experience to be. Hence there is no doubt, you are everything that you see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures you should not expect it to make you more young or inject you with more energy in the world of the outer senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus, because without it a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocussing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry or mint, so you none of the descriptions of it are definitive. In any case it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outer senses, while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense, that the world of the outer senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The technique for tasting the sweetness of life, however, can be carried out while being active in the world of the outer senses. The same applies to enjoying the ethereal harmonies, if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears, and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that, because it was all make-believe and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outer senses that you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry but in focus, so that the experience becomes definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inner senses. Hence mixing the two worlds does not work out.

Focus versus defocus
The world of the outer senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it, as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inner senses it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inner senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outer senses and space out in the world of the inner ones, when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner an outer sense Alexius does not know, because through his connection with the empty breath, that functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outer senses, it is automatically being take care of. See the last paragraph about the empty breath.

The belief that there is more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of mixing the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fences it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits in regards to defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, that there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone though the world of the outer ones as described in the duality hacks called Pretending to be someone definitiveSeeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality, Being inclusive and not exclusive or Alone together. See hack #1-3 + 8. Or as it is described in Extra duality hacks and More duality hacks.

There might be other hacks than those to have this belief undone. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are is most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness, because there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inner senses but it makes them synchronised, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low frequency world of the outer senses will not seem stressing, when synched with the high frequency world of the inner senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

Connecting with the empty breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is one
The empty breath
´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that attracts the most, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

You can read especially about the empty breath in hack #4, To be someone or not. If you just want a bit of info about it, check the article The nature of ´the empty breath´ and if you quickly want to connect with it check out Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ or What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius do not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions, neither new age philosophy, as they in general appear to be about excluding what is judge to be bad in order to become what is judged to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques for example are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

NOTES ABOUT WHERE THE DUALITY HACKS COME FROM

OTHER NOTES:

++ A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

Inner visions of light of anything at all is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to have a vision. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light may be, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again it is not exactly like this, because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced at all, since it takes more than one to experience something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet the entrance to the enlightenment of that which is one, which is a hole that sometimes is black and other times full of lucid colours, is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it coming through the ´hole´ leading into it. See the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. The moment those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One of the ways to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by the extremely bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever have believed to be is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of ever having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more, because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
Most, however, work against the flow enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seem to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something that is similar to past experiences, so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone appearing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone, because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are, so that there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully transport through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

What you believe to be is therefore not enlightened, so if returning as someone definitive to a world where there seems to be more than one, you are just the same – except that vague memories of that which is one turn being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one into something you pretend to be, because you know there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example traveling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also the article The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing in order to see something recognisable, so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagined a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
In order to experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional – otherwise the outer senses cannot fabricate this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outer senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light, if you are visual minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and its glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help yourself but to have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonnal be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it after a while changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses are, as already stated, not the enlightenment of that which is one, since it has no room for someone with an awareness, as that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body, if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetic caused diseases though. But as devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetic caused disease will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body, if projected upon it (see the hack No Body-mind Connection in Extra duality Hacks about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection).

When, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inner senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is no way of knowing how long time this takes.

When the enlightenment of that which is one lasts less than 28 minutes – measured in linear time – the body, that appeared to be your home as someone definitive, can be rebooted, so that you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, you will, as already stated, not appear to be enlightened, as that is not an appearance. Thus you seem to be just like any other human, even though you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

But if the enlightenment of that which is one last longer than 28 minutes, the body cannot be rebooted, and as the belief that you are someone definitive therefore cannot be confirmed by the experience of being substantial, there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is one and that it is no different from that which always has been and always will be you. There is of course nobody to be aware of this, since it takes more than one to be aware about something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad ones to be excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separated from others. Inclusion therefore excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness, but as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in anyone of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inner senses in order to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can undone while enjoying the world of the outer senses. In the below box there are some suggestions of how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.5 Pretending to be someone definitive and hack #1.6 Pretending is a way out of duality) or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings to have this belief undone. All what is needed is to not remember what and where you are, since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them. See also Love makes no difference at all.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific, and there is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one, that extracts all the info you have collected in order to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what appears to be a black hole, so that there is nothing falling through it and gracefully floating into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening, because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible, since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regards to the present moment in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is of course best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

Should you, however, become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses may be the approach for you, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain, so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is very helpful in regards to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outer senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically synchronise the outer and the inner senses, so that everything feels just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to fabricate their special version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as a spiritual helper, but as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhances the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is denial of that which is one). Besides there is no paradise without hell, since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, which has been in fashion for the gurus since the 70s, use the vitalization you have gotten from them to not hide but expose the frustration the endless speculation that the belief in be someone definitive entails, so that the energy of chaos can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inner senses operates on a very high frequency speedy thoughts and feelings seem to be at rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically synchs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extreme high frequency, the restless speculations in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out, and so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

Read about how to connect with the empty breath in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ . For a general introduction to the empty breath check the articles The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´, ´The empty breath´ sets the body freeThe nature of ´the empty breath´ and The function of ´the empty breath´. If you want to read Alexius experience of the empty breath check out What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?

A perfect moment is a state of not-knowing
Having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is a perfect moment in the sense that nothing feels wrong. As there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the concept of now, which is just a split second in between the past and the future. In other words, the concept of now is based on excluding the past and the future, where as a perfect moment includes that and everything else.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else while having glimpses of enlightenment. In fact the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of the world are not perceived to make a difference. Not so much because there is no judgment, but because there is nobody to judge anything, since you are in a state of not-knowing.

That is why, it is not before this state is over, that you know when differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are not experienced to be separated and so there is nobody to judge something as good or wrong.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from one state of not-knowing to another.

Having glimpses of enlightenment you momentarily do not believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing. This state of bliss**, however, I can be induced by any one of the duality hacks, except for the enlightenment of that which is one, since that is not a state. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This state of not-knowing is not only induced by glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but by the application of any other duality hack (see the table of contents) except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state, since it takes more than one to be in a state.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when not in a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

And as nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, the latter is the reason a state of not-knowing does not last. The brain simple goes into coma, if it for more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, is not kept active by judging differences to make a difference.***

So if you want to remain as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must leave the bliss of a perfect moment. But you must also leave it, if you do not want to return as someone definitive but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because there is no room for bliss or anything else in that which is one.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you, regardless it is interpreted as spiritual, mundane or whatnot. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together****
Since the apparent differences in what is normally perceived to be a world outside of you is not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what normally is believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what seems to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy a dreamer is not in its dream although the dream is in the dreamer.****

This you cannot know before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories starts popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.**

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on, since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. In fact it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine to have left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As you probably read in the paragraph before this one, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state, if you do not want to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together**** this is not a dilemma, because from this follows you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like a dreamer within the context of such a world you are in your own bed, which in this context is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

Not knowing what and where you are, thoughts looses their meaning

To avoid being influenced by thoughts no special posture or surroundings are needed. All that is needed is to not be concerned about the outcome of anything at all, so that the apparent difference of attaining something or not makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you do not believe thoughts to be real, it is easy to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to not be attentive to the meaning of thoughts, which is not to be mistaken for stopping them, as that requires someone definitive doing it – and to be definitive requires lots of thoughts judged to have a specific meaning.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the enlightenment of that which is one instead of thoughts. It is not possible to be aware of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to not be exclusive but inclusive.

In other words, there is nobody to know if you are enlightened, because to know something requires more than one. Also, what you appear to be in the world is not enlightened, because a person cannot be enlightened.

Yet a person can step aside, so that there is not something definable to hide the indefinable light of that which is one. To not be exclusive but inclusive is to step aside, because inclusiveness neutralise contrasts and without them there is nothing define you as someone definitive and therefore not something to not bid welcome the formlessness of the enlightenment of that which is one.

You are nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one. Well, also in the world, but in the enlightenment of that which is one there is not something to fill the nothingness of you with thoughts of importance, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet returning from to a world where there seems to be more than one, there are vague memories of such a world being destroyed by a light stronger than 1000s of sun and leaving nothing but that which is one, as Arjuna describes it in the Bhagavad Gita.

Remembering there is no more than that which is one is not gonna change you into someone, who is wiser, better or more happy, but into nobody, as the conclusion is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not there.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, and therefore cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so if returning to such a world you are not in the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, as there is vague memories of it, you are to be compared to someone who is the enlightenment of that which is one. The person though that you appear to be in the world is in no way changed by this, neither is it necessary, because the appearance of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is any change of it.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of enlightenment can for example reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The visual aspect of having glimpses of enlightenment can for example reveal the birth of a universe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If a person only partially bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one there will just be glimpses of it in the form of hearing, feeling or tasting an echo of that which is one. It can also be spaced out visions of traveling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, which is very is exciting of course, but as it is something experienced, it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of enlightenment turn you into someone, who appears to be in the world of the outer senses but not of it
You cannot go around as a person enlightened of that which is one, but you can go around having glimpses of it. If you do, you may seem distant to the world, as if you are not there. Yet you are more present than most, because to be present you cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Living in the now has nothing to do with living. It is a numb state of mind for those trying to fit into a still photo imagined to be life, as they are afraid of going with the flow of it.

Chances are, however, that you quickly will look for more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and as you therefore are participating in the quest for being and having more, you will be fixated you in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you are not present at all, because that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and as formless is endless there is no more than that which is one.

The way to undo your belief in thoughts, as if they are yours and therefore making you appear to be someone special, is to include all of them exactly as they appear to be.

The swing of the empty breath feels as the curved line in an yin yang sign swinging back and forth, up and down, from side to side and everything in between within a ball without definitive borders, that crosses your body below or above the waist and in the head or above it. This vibration synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. When experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses nothing is interpreted as upsetting. It is rather the other way around, you cannot help but laugh. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the empty breath feels as if the curved line in an yin yang sign is swinging forth and back, up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between within a ball that has no definitive centre or border and that crosses your lower and upper body. This swing synchronise the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. In other words, when experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses, it does not matter if something appears to be upsetting or not. You are indifferent to appearances – including your own – and cannot help but smile. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a medium for the empty breath, you are guided by glimpses of enlightenment
The main reason for feeling stressed as an appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is that it takes so much energy to make thoughts and feelings appear as if they come from someone specific.

Not being someone specific feels as if you are nothing, which seems very discomforting until you realise that being empty you are a vessel the empty breath*, that takes you into the high frequency world of the inner senses, where glimpses of enlightenment is the base for experiencing the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

The excitements in the world of the outer senses requires you to appear, as if you are someone definitive, because you cannot have a specific experience without being someone definitive.

Being guided by the empty breath is like being on auto pilot. It is so relaxing and it feels as if nothing is wrong no matter what you appear to be and have, unless you do not still insist in being entertained by all the apparent exciting possibilities in the world of the outer senses, as they only brings pleasure if you work hard to appear as someone specific with its own thoughts and feelings.

This is very stressful compared to being a medium for the empty breath, as it automatically sync the stress from the world of outer senses with the tranquility of the inner senses, so that you become indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are lucky, when everything seems to fall apart, because this may trigger so much sadness, that you stop believing the construction of thoughts you have based your identity upon is that which is you.

This synchronisation occurs when the high frequencies coming from the inner senses are not fenced off by the belief that thoughts belongs to someone definitive, and no effort is made to be active in the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

This does not mean that you cannot move around in the world of the outer senses. You are inactive in it and ready to be a medium for the empty breath, when you do not care about what and where you are, while you for example appear to be walking down a street or sitting in a park. In other words, no need to exclude anything by eating special food or sit in special postures in special surroundings to achieve a pure mind.

The empty breath is the foundation for glimpses of enlightenment, that is bound to merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, provided you do not keep swimming in the bliss induced by the glimpses of enlightenment, as to be blissful requires more than one.

Just like the empty breath is a foundation for the glimpses of enlightenment so is ´pretending to be someone definitive´ or ´to se symbols of life in the world´ or ´not being exclusive but inclusive´ so that apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference**. It does not matter which foundation you choose or if you alternate between them.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of them or anything else, there is nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where do glimpses of enlightenment come from
Physically speaking the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one seems to originate from a non defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts behind the pineal gland. It is probably also from there, you perceive the world, when you are not exclusive but inclusive, so its apparent differences do not make a difference and it feels as every moment is the perfect moment**.

The same applies to pretending being a person or perceiving everything in the world as symbols of that which is one**. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well physically speaking.

The pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta color and is located above the head. Yet maybe neither the pineal gland or the eighth chakra have anything to do with the experiences glimpses of enlightenment. You cannot know, because experiencing them, you do not care – and not experiencing you do not know where to look.

In daily life it might be best downplaying the visual glimpses of enlightenment, as you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outer senses, while having visions of light. In most cases though, you can safely go with the glimpses of the other aspects of enlightenment, namely hearing, feeling or tasting it.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything and going with the flow.

What is coffee. The answer will depend on the preferences of the one answering it and as we all have different preferences the same cup of coffee can be described in many different ways. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is coffee? The answer depends on the preferences of the one answering it, as well as the interpretation of the answer by the one getting it, so the same cup of coffee may turn out to be may different things. In other words, you will not get to know what coffee is from reading about it but from drinking it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is no more to unlearn
The enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings described in a certain way, but elsewhere the same may be described in a another way – just like two persons may describe the same cup of coffee in different ways.

So do not wait for the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it to be revealed exactly as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings. Also: trying to extract a specific way to the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it from Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings will not help you. Better to forget all words about it and thrust the light, sound, feeling or taste of it to do their thing, when you partly or fully are willing to not be someone definitive.

That being said, there are practical instructions of how to experience glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, which may help undoing the belief in being someone definitive and therefore be able to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

When there is nobody there, there is nobody to judge a dog to be different from a human. No appearance appears to do behave in a personal way, because nobody is observing them.

Nothing to fear when not caring about what and where you are. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is nothing to fear, when there is nobody there
When none of your experiences are excluded but included, you cannot know what and where you are, because with nothing excluded there are no contrasts to define you as someone specific.

Inclusion seems dangerous, when you want to survive as someone definitive, but if you do not mind being nobody, there is no need to fear what seems to be the disintegration of you, because there is no end to not being specific.

*) More about how to use stress for igniting a take-off to the empty breath in hack 4.4.

**) The other foundations for having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one apart from the empty breath can be read about in duality hack #1-3 plus #8. Hack #1: Pretending to be someone definitive mostly has a psychological perspective. In hack #2: Seeing symbols of life in the world the perspective is more metaphysical. And in hack #3: Not being exclusive but inclusive indifference is its foundation. In hack #8: Alone together the foundation is that there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5-7.3 The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

(+) A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.

What you appear to be is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, from where you believed it was possible to escape that which is one. To make it appear as you are right in believing, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you separate everything you imagine to see outside the black hole into degrees of good and bad, so that it feels like you are in a world where there is more than one.

When feelings, that are judged to be bad, are excluded by projecting them onto others or obscure parts of your body, so that you appear to be a good person only, you have fabricated a world divided into opposites of good and bad, right and wrong and me and them. Consequently there is always something, you need to fix in order not to feel bad, wrong or outside.

When everything is included there is no differences and consequently nothing to improve. Nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

But if you do not try to avoid the ups and downs of the world by excluding what makes you feel down but instead include down as well as up, then their contrast is cancelled out, and so the apparent difference between down and up makes no difference. In other words, nothing is wrong or missing. The moment is perfect – also if there still appears to be thoughts and feelings, because they are experienced through the echo of that which is one, which is indifferent to the experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

The humming from the edge of the universe
Depending on your preference in the world the echo of that which is one is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time though, as they are aspects of that which is one. This article, however, is mainly about hearing or feeling it, which is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang.

As what is formless is endless, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, so to be conscious or anything else that requires more than one is an illusion.

When the outer senses are partially closed, the inner ones, that are not limited by time and space, can tune into this vibration from the edge of the universe symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang, so that you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel though is not that which is one but a glimpse of it, because that which is one cannot be experienced.

That which is one is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one. In other words, attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one are attributes of the ego.

If the outer senses are completely closed, there is no world to experience, and so there is nothing to prevent the flow of the inner senses from erasing all thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone thinking them – so there is not something that appears to hide that which is one. This is, however, not the subject of this article, which is written within the apparent realm of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The edge of the universe can be heard, felt, tasted and seen, as if it is in yourself and not far away. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The edge of the universe can be heard, felt, tasted and seen, as if it is not far away but in you.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. There is nothing to separate good and bad or anything else, so everything – though apparent different – have the same value. Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. Every moment is the perfect moment, when emptied for personal perception by the unpronounceable vibration picked up from the edge of the universe.

Check the article The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it for a deeper exploration of the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it. In the next article The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One you can read especially about the humming at the edge of the universe, and in the article Life has no secrets you can learn how to hear and/or feel it. The perfect moment you can read about in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

At the end of this theme there are practical instructions of how to have glimpses of enlightenment. See the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You think you have escaped that which is one through an black hole looking a bit like an embryo into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. It is not possible. There is no black hole, because there is no more than that which is one. Consequently I can only show you a fantasy picture of the black hole, that is imagined to look a bit like an embryo or a horse head. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You think you have escaped that which is one through a black hole into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. There is no way to escape the formlessness of that which is one, because formlessness is endless. Consequently this image of a black hole, that may look like an embryo or a horse head, is not real.

In the beginning every moment was the perfect
A perfect moment can be compared to the first moment of a world where there seems to be more than one. You have just escaped the formlessness of that which is one through a black hole, that you imagined to see at what you judged to be the edge of oneness. Fragments of oneness – or rather selected memories – that you brought through the black hole, are chaotically floating around until you start organising them into a perfect pattern.

But there is not enough fragments – or memories – to make the pattern perfect. You freak out, and the anger makes the fragments explode into a big bang, that expands into the universe in which you spend all your time looking for the missing pieces. You can read more detailed about this in the articles Duality is a virtual reality on top of non-duality and From non-duality to duality and back.

Truth is that which is one. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

If you are a factual minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts but that a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness has no end. In other words, that which is one is everything and therefore no outside or inside.

Consequently whatever is experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – also so-called facts, spirituality, the above mentioned perfect moment and explanation of the beginning of the world.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The perfect moment is a fairytale pointing to that which is one
That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible to pretend being there. Just like – in the context of such a world – it is possible to pretend being someone in a virtual world of game.

As most have forgotten, that a world where there seems to be more than one is virtual, they believe that what they appear to be is real – and as they believe it all started with a big bang, the above explanation about the beginning of the world and a perfect moment is meant to be a fairytale, that hints to what hides that which is one, so you may be inspired to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone.

A perfect moment can be used as a way to survive the stress of a world where there seems to be more than one, and/or as a way to have the belief in such a world undone, so there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

So if this fairytale of a perfect moment seems helpful to you, follow it and go back to the very first moment of the world, where your partially opened inner senses will fill you with glimpses of enlightenment – or if completely opened leave your identity at the edge of a black hole, so that nobody gracefully floats through a black hole into that which is one.

But if this fairytale is not your cup of tea by all means go for another – for example hack #1.5 Pretending to be someone definitive and hack #1.6 Pretending is a way out of duality – or go for something entirely different.

It is best though, while appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, to follow somebody else´s voice*, as what you consider to be your own is based on the sum of your memories, which means it is the ego talking from the past in an attempt to maintain status quo by for example saying you should things in your own pace.

No way, however, is more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may seem as if there is a way that serves you better than another in regards to undoing the belief in being someone definitive. If Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings appear to be such a way use them to set yourself free, but please not to prove that you are on the right way and others are on a wrong.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people in search of meaning.

Also do not try to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings. They are not  a new philosophy or religion. where you can find the meaning of life. On the contrary. They undo the belief, that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. What you believe to be does not exist, because it takes more than one to believe something or to exist as someone – and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

*) It is of course only in a world, where there seems to be more than one, that you can appear to follow somebody else’s voice. Ultimately speaking there is nothing but the oneness of that which is you.

NOTES:

INTRO TO HACK #5-7.3, The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

Enlightenment can be experienced in glimpses with the inner senses in form of light, a feeling or a taste and a sound. This is in my non teaching called mini enlightenment. It has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one though, as it takes more than one to experience something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced via the inner senses in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. These experiences can be compared to a movie trailer, which of course not is the movie. In other words, as it takes more than one to experience something, they have nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the requirement for bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to be nobody, there is not somebody to experience it.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
To be someone definitive is an experience, and as it takes more than one to experience something, it is not possible to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, while believing to be someone definitive.

But if you momentarily forget what and where you are, the enlightenment of that which is one does not appear to be hidden by someone specific. Hence a light brighter than anything else can extract all thoughts that have been stored to make you appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole, so that no are memories of a world where there seems to be more than one to block the nothingness of you to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

During this free fall there is still a connection to the construction of thoughts stored at the edge of the black. This construction, however, cannot be kept together for long without being witness of what seems to be a different construction. Therefore, if you want to reappear as someone definitive, it must be picked up again within 28 minutes – measured in linear time – in order to be witnessed by somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This was the way my body looked eight years ago. The way it looks has changed. The glasses are also different, but the content is always the same. It is life and only life, that makes the body seems to appear, no matter what glasses it is wearing or how old, it seems to be.

A person cannot be enlightened. Yet a person can have vague memories of stepping aside for the enlightenment of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To pick up the construction of thoughts, that constitutes your identity as someone definitive, you just need to focus on something, because doing so, there appears to be more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. There the construction of thoughts, that you believe to define you as someone tangible, is witness by similar but different looking appearances, so that it feels as if you autonomously beings in a real world.

However, returning to a world where there seems to be more than one, nobody can attest to you as someone who is enlightened of that which is one, because that requires more than one. For the same reason you only have vague memories of leaving your personality behind and as nothing being sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, you as a person have not been enlightened. That is not possible. Yet, as a person you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a state, because being in a state requires more than one. A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is a state, and therefore not lasting, as everything definable has an end.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is an experience
When enlightenment is experienced, it is not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. This is to be compared to watching a movie trailer, which is just glimpses of the whole movie and in no way comparable to it.

Unfortunately it is very common to confuse glimpses of enlightenment for the enlightenment of that which is one, as the experience of the glimpses so easily can be used to hide what is judged as darkness in yourself, so you appear to be someone, who is full of light, even though that is not possible, as it takes more than one to be full of light and there is no more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of enlightenment do not erase thoughts. Yet you tend to ignore them, as you have no need to use them for fabricating an image of you as someone remarkable, while having those glimpses. But afterwards you may start thinking, that sharing your memories of them will make you appear to a new redeemer – especially if it appears as if you are helping others. Yet doing so, you will not see more glimpses of enlightenment until it makes no difference to you what you appear to be, and you therefore can be used by the glimpses, instead of you using them.

When the outer senses are partly deactivated, glimpses of enlightenment are experienced through the inner senses as visions of light, ethereal harmonies, a shivering feeling of total emptiness or a taste of sweetness. To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, the outer senses must be completely deactivated.

There is no face to be detached from or stop to desire in this image grabbed from the web, as there is no face in it, unless you have conditioned yourself to fabricate such an illusion.

There is no face to see in this image, unless you have conditioned yourself to look for something definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Believing to be someone definitive or not
In the world of the inner senses the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it is available for you whether you know a lot about it or nothing at all – also regardless the state of your body or how and where it is positioned. It is simply a matter of focusing on being someone definitive or not. When there is no or little focus on appearing to be someone at all, there are no boundaries to block out the world of the inner senses.

So if you want to appear as someone significant – regardless if it is your pet, children, spouse, god and whatnot you try to impress with your appearance and whether that is to be someone comforting, loving, loyal, beautiful, strong, rich, wise or spiritually transformed – Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings are not for you.

They are pointing towards that which is formless, but as there is nothing formless in a world defined by time and space, Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings cannot be used to prove you are someone specific. On the contrary, the message of Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings is, you are not different from others, because every appearance is equally illusionary.

Going back to that which is one cannot be done, as it takes more than one to do something and there is no more than the formless of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. Yet it is possible to belief, that there is more than that which is one, and reading this you believe so. Therefore going back is all about the undoing of that belief.

If you think a sign pointing towards Berlin Airport has anything to do with the airport except from pointing towards it, you are mistaken. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you think a sign pointing towards Berlin Airport has anything to do with the airport except from pointing towards it, you are mistaken. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Pointers must be left, if you want to get to the point
A traffic sign pointing towards for example Berlin Airport has nothing to do with Berlin or the airport, even though there may be an illustration of an airplane on the sign. Also, the sign cannot take you to Berlin Airport. All it can do is to show the way.

Likewise the formlessness of oneness cannot be found in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings, neither can they take you there. They just point towards it. To get there you must leave them behind, in order to follow the way.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings points to the formlessness of oneness by illustrating, it is the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which hides there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one.

When you want something in a world defined by time and space, there are certain steps to follow. But there are no steps to follow in order to undo the belief in such a world. Believing there is, enhances the belief that such a world is real, and so it will continue to hide what is real, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Yet there is no specific sequence you must follow to undo this belief and bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. If there was, that would be the foundation for replacing an old belief with a new one. I did not know anything about the enlightenment of that which is one, when I bid it welcome. I did not even know, that I was bidding it welcome.

NOTE ABOUT INNER/OUTER SENSES AND THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THAT WHICH IS ONE VERSUS GLIMPSES OF IT
In the theme The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpse of it can, you can read about inner and outer senses and the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it. In the below articles you can especially read about glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one experienced via the inner senses:

+(+) What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body, where you believe to be – but never constantly the same, although it is constantly there.

The empty breath can be felt in many different ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body and what seems to be inside or outside of it, because the empty breath does not of anything definitive.

This is not because the empty breath experience everything in a world where there seems to be more than one to be spiritual, but that nothing is experienced to be there, since experiences is a hallucination made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from the connectedness with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone definitive. See also the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

Thus the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference, if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is constantly moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differ from the descriptions in this article, go with flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are very future minded the empty breath may be felt as coming from somewhere in front of you, whereas being minded about the past it may be felt to come from the back. And if you are into the concepts of living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of it is coloured by own your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you it has no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. So whether you experience it in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside of the body it carries out its one and only purpose, namely to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

As the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment and you may experience it in other ways than described in this article.

No worries. Feeling the empty breath is not about approaching it in the right way, but going with the flow. It is only in the world of the outer senses, you must to do the right thing, so you can feel better than those judged to do the wrong thing.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

This scientific image found on the internet has been manipulated by Alexius in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously circular movements inside the non definitive ball of the empty breath.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath has the form of an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Neither do the circles inside of it, and there are so many that there is no space between them. Nor are they empty. Each one of them contains two yin yang like waves, looking a bit like in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there, so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the biggest part of the pear-shaped version of it may seem to be in the top as well as in the bottom, or in the sides or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the oval circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath are floating around, there is no fixed centre.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin yang like formed waves moving inside them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin yang like waves moving in all directions – at bit like in the next animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as the above is very difficult to comprehend in a world where life seems to be divided into more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make up the empty breath, if you are conditioned to divide reality in more than one. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one singular movement. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one it is most likely easier to experience to experience an aspect of it.

For most the flow will be to circle from the abdomen or stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head or above it when breathing in, and from there going in a circular movement in front the body back to the stomach or abdomen when breathing out.

It can also be felt the other way around. The direction does not matter. It is all about going with the flow, which in this circular movement feels like surfing the empty breath. Another way straight forward way of experiencing it is to sense the swing of it, which contrary to surfing it is rather a feeling of having two very soft sticks swinging inside the body – up and down and back and forth at the same time. See the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath.

Be aware though, that feeling the empty breath as described in this article is only possible to the extent that you do not you care about being or having more of anything, whether that appears to be spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic, because the empty breath has not something to give but the transparent bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference) is a state of not-knowing where you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythm of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin yang like waves inside and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

d76fd0833b28d1db146c08a2dd2057d91-2

Each of the non definable circles inside the non definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
The illustration above to the right shows a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves looks like the two parts of an yin yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in the images and all the others this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave, that starts from the abdomen or below it and then go behind the body into the head or on top of it. From there you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body, while the breath is contracting the body, until you come back to the abdomen or below it. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you mostly feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not about being in total synch with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, neither does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, as that makes you forget the physical breath, so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to impose ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot upon it.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the flow of the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue going the whole way around the other one, more or less in accordance with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so that following the flow of the two yin-yang like waves feels like surfing them is an imagination of his.

You can also surf the opposite way than described in the above. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness, so this might speed up undoing the belief in being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the the non-definable edges of the empty breath is not experienced to touch the body but passes it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus you are set free from the body (read more about this here), and the body is set free from you, so it can follow its biological system without you trying to control it in accordance with the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, which is not possible. Just like you cannot import physical elements in a dream or vice versa. This, does of course not mean, that you should refrain from consulting a qualified health care professional, who can assist in supporting the biological system of the body.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is slowly but surely being undone.

As already said, there is no right way of being with the empty breath. Unlike in the world of the outer senses, where a wrong movement can be fatal, there is no right way of going with the flow of the empty breath, so no need to bother about the right way of  doing it. Besides going with the flow of the empty breath, you will soon be indifferent to what is right or wrong.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Generally speaking you will, as already stated, mostly feel the flow of the waves in one circle – probably the one going from the back to the front of the body or the other way around – but you can also jump from circle to circle or feel them all simultaneously. It is not important. Neither is it important to know all this.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that feeling something is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of the empty breath in such a detailed way as described in this article, before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. Normally he just follow the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case the flow mostly results in a sense of indifference.

But if you want, it is possible to be a bit more choosy than he is. If you seem to have problems with the past or have a back pain that may benefit from being massaged by the empty breath, you may want to surf both sides of a wave in the back of you.

Should you need to be grounded, you could choose to surf a wave passing the abdomen. And if you feel the need to be intuitive or fact minded (the right or left side of the brain), you could surf one of the waves going sideways in relation to the body. Sideways around the chest could be fine if you have one of these hollow ones, that restricts the breath.

There are many possibilities, but in general it is best not to choose anything, and to go with the flow as it comes to you, because that sets the body free to heal itself. Read more about that here. Neither is it commendable to catch all the details about the empty breath in this article, as an intellectual understanding will not help you to feeling the connectedness with the empty breath. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath, because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of an yin and yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in an yin yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where a one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is extremely powerful, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath generally speaking also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that it is felt solely inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the limited size of the body though, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath, may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of breathing. Yet the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first it feels like the body does not have enough room for it. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done with any of the circles within the non-definitive borderline of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt through the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, as you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it may be so foreign to you that you probably prefer following the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius experiences the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning – see the speedy animation just below – but it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing still – see the third image from here – so you feel breathless and the bliss of being indifferent to whatever you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm, that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing on the outer sides of two yin yang like waves in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not in line with the rhythm of the breath. Yet it is the force behind it. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere or as if spinning through a world with no limits.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of the empty breath … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit in the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is felt both inside and outside of the body. It is probably easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body, because there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch it, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to feel the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath in order to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, your effort to pinpoint it will fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach tits rhythmic flow and transparent sound of it is therefore to start in the chaos at the root of the empty breath – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – as that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

Hearing/feeling the sound of the inner breath, you feel transparent, as if there is nothing to separate you from where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hearing or feeling the sound of the empty breath, you feel transparent, as if there is nothing separating you from other appearances in the world of the outer senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of a bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

Sometimes this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ seems to come from the nose and sometimes from an undefined space in the back of the head. But since there does not seem to be any boundaries, the sound neither is experienced to be inside or outside the head. At other times it seems to come from a distant space outside the body, as if the breath has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

Feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a powerful experience like feeling the rhythm of a bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa for example does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, me and them and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it to be real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. There is nobody to believe you are someone definitive there, because it is something you pretend (see hack #1.5 Pretending to be someone definitive).

ello-optimized-08ff975b

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath as it manifests in the swing or transparent sound of the empty breath, as otherwise it is the end of you when the body stops to function. In that moment it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of empty breath, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of life.

These glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example the visual aspect of it, will merge into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

Read more about how to have glimpses of the different aspects in the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, and more about the enlightenment of that which is one in hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

The empty breath is not an appearance that can be manifested by the manipulating the physical breath or by exercising any other form of control.

Hearing or feeling the empty breath is not something that can be provoked by the execution of specific exercises. It is the other way around. When you are not looking for something specific, the empty breath can move on its own accord.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive, so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

It is not possible to illustrate the empty breath in its totality. But this yin yang animation (please ignore from the holes, as there are no holes in the waves of the empty breath) may give you an idea about the simultaneously movement of the two yin yang like waves inside it.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Alexius does not really know what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like, because it is a state of not-knowing. However, for the purpose of writing about it, he had many short moments of the empty breath ignited, so that he from the vague memories of those could write what it felt like.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Remember that just like the experience of an orgasm is a very personal thing, so is the experience of the connectedness with the empty breath, even though what you experience is not personal and that you actually have no consciousness about it, since the connection is establish half a second before a conscious experience of you as someone definitive is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here.

In the resulting state of not-knowing what and where you are, which lasts until you insist that the apparent differences registered by the brain make a difference and you therefore must be someone separated from what you see. Until then there is nobody to experience, how blissful it is not believing to be someone definitive.

In other words, the feelings of the empty breath are memories, that pop up when you again believe to be someone definitive. And as memories are based on a very personal selection, your memories may be coloured in another way than in the above descriptions based on the memories of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using the confusion to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

NOTE ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATIONS
Alexius searched the web for animations and still photos to illustrate the different movements of the empty breath in the way he remembers them. He does not know, if the illustrators had the empty breath in mind, when they made these images – but probably not.

The animations – except the three last ones – are grabbed from Electromagnetic Plasma Energy Light.

+ The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

Haven chosen not to be in control, the empty breath automatically guides you. It can be compared to driving a car in automatic gear, which works regardless you are aware of it or not. In other words, when having connected with the empty breath, you do not have to always remember it. Yet you must remember not to use manual gears,* which can take some time getting used to, as you probably are used to consider yourself to be self-made. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Keeping a balance between inner and outer senses or anything else has nothing to do with spirituality, since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to be in balance. In a world where there seems to more than one, however, it works great having the empty breath balance the world of the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment** from the world of the inner senses become the foundation of how the world of the outer senses is perceived, namely as an illusion.

Thus you relate to the world of the outer senses in the same manner you relate to a game like Monopoly, for example. It is not real but yet you have fun pretending that it is.

The empty breath facilitate the synchronisation of the outer and the inner senses, so that what is experienced to be a world outside of you is not perceived to differ from the one experiencing it.

This is not to say that spirituality is inside, but that with the outer senses partially closed it is easier to grasp that a world where there seems to be more than one is an imagination used to hide the spirituality of that which is one. With this insight as the basis for your appearance in the world of the outer senses, it can be quite fun pretending to be someone there – just like within the context of this world pretending to be someone in the illusionary world of a video game is fun, because you know it is not real.

As Alexius is so used to the abstractness of the empty breath, he forgets that those believing to be somebody substantial can only sense something they can imagine as substantial – like the elements of this photo. So if you want to sense the empty breath, you must momentarily forget your belief in being someone definitive, who experience something substantial. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Introducing the empty breath
The first full article about the empty breath in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings, namely Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, is all about how to connect with it, so your own experience of the empty breath becomes your introduction to it. That article, however, came as quite a surprise to Alexius. Not because he is not familiar with the empty breath. On the contrary, it seems to be the reason he is having such an effortless life in the world of the outer senses. Yet, he is so used to it, that he did not envisaged it as something to write about.

And neither is there much to write about, because the empty breath cannot be sensed by reading but by not breathing yourself and instead having the empty breath expand and contract your body on its own accord. If the lack of control seems scary to you, you can use this uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, where after there is nobody left to care about control. See the previous article How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is amongst other things triggered by not being exclusive and therefore inclusive***, as the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses do not make a difference when being inclusive. That is, if not everything is included, because if it is the contrast of inside and outside is no more, which means there is no separation to hide, there never was and never will be no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Hence that which is you has and is everything, wherefore there is no need for anything, neither the empty breath.

But most likely there are thoughts and feelings you forget or do not want to include – maybe because you judge them to be evil – and so you still appear to be something definitive, but not as certain about it as before. This crack in your personality is enough for the empty breath to be able to work on its own accord, and start undoing the belief in being someone definitive.

In the connectedness with the empty breath you are indifferent to what and where you appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Happy or sad
At first it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with all the air, that you feel is needed for breathing. But when you do not override the flow of it*, which does not has to be adjusted to the physical breathing, everything is just fine, and you are guided to the world of the inner senses.

If you in the past have blocked out feelings of for instance humiliation, rejection and inferiority by hiding them in the body, these feelings are intensely felt, when connecting with the empty breath, as the flow of it unblocks everything .

But if you do not try to exclude the unpleasant feelings from the past, and instead include them by totally being them, you will not only feel sad but also happy – or rather none of them, as the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides. In other words, you are in a state of not-knowing, which is like walking on air.

The cancel out of a contrast, that comes from completely being one side of it, for example being rejected, is not to be confused with embracing the feeling of rejection, going into it or any other kind of doing something.

Totally feeling sad and being nothing else, there is no happiness to contrast sadness, wherefore none of those feelings can be defined. Consequently there is not something specific experienced and thus nobody experiencing anything specific. This emptiness, which is a sense of bliss so intense, that nothing seems to be wrong or missing, is in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings called a state of not-knowing. Depending on how the worlds of inner and outer senses is mixed by the empty breath, this states is be more or less intensified. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Those ideas are born from the belief, that you are someone definitive experiencing something specific, wherefore embracing or going into something enhances this and thus fences off the cancellation of the contrast rejected / cherished, because what you belief to be is founded on contrasts.

Totally being a feeling is not something definitive, as it cancels out the contrast to the feeling you are being and thus also that, so none of them can be defined. Consequently there is nothing to define the one being nothing, so if you do not want to be nobody but somebody, you start asking what being a feeling means or inventing explanations yourself instead of being it.

It could also be that it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it is more painful than joyful, especially if you in the past have excluded specific feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body, for example the muscle named psoas, where fear, worries and frustrations often are stored away.

Hence psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma may have become too weak to freely move with the flow of the empty breath, so that it seems the empty breath makes you tense and not relaxed. But if you do not look forward to a specific experience, you will be indifferent to being tense or relaxed.

When someone gets hurt in a movie, that you are watching, you may also feel hurt. That is why the movie seems real. But because you know it is an illusion, it seems exciting to be hurt. This is how it is to be connected with the empty breath. Though the world seems to be real, you know it is not, and so its apparent ups and downs are equally enjoyable.

Being connected with the empty breath, you may experience that it imprisons you, but that is a projection based on your own feeling of imprisonment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The indifference of the empty breath sets you free from the need of being free or anything else
Looking forward to the expansion and contraction of the empty breath moving totally freely without any bodily restriction is a waste of time. First of all, you will not be able to enjoy the flow of it, if you are looking forward to a specific way of feeling it. Secondly, the expansion and contraction of the empty breath may never be experienced to flow totally unhindered by the body.

The connection with the empty breath is generally not felt to be complete. No worries. It is not about perfection but purpose. If your purpose is to undo the belief en being someone definitive, the empty space of the empty breath take on the function of an automatic gear, that shifts between the inner and outer senses, so that this belief is being undone, while you enjoy the excitement of appearing to be someone definitive.

There is no perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no such world, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless. Thus keeping up the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one requires much focus and control so that your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one constantly can be adjusted, so that it is in balance with what you believe to be.

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment, however, is counterproductive in regards to the empty breath, that has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

Nothing can restrict the empty breath, because it has no need to be something definitive. Yet believing to be someone definitive is a restriction, that will cause the experienced of the empty breath to seem confined.

As the empty breath sees nothing but emptiness in the world where you believe to be, it has no need to be recognised as something special. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To undo your belief in being someone definitive it does not need to flow unhindered in and out of your apparent substantial body. It does not know of restraint since that is a concept related to freedom, and restraint as well as freedom only makes sense if you believe to be someone definitive.

In other words, as the empty breath is not something definitive, it has nothing to be free from and no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. It is what it is, in spite of you experiencing the expansion and contraction of it to flow smoothly or not – or remembering it at all.

You do not even have to remember the empty breath to have an easy life. Yet you must remember not to forget, that your intention is to not be someone definitive, so that you do not override* the flow of the empty breath in order to appear as if you are special.

It is you, who do not feel free, because you are dependent on constantly being acknowledged as someone definitive by somebody perceived to be outside of you in a physically, astral or online world, so that it feels as if you are alive. The feeling of imprisonment that this entails, you want to break out off, and as you assume the empty breath just like you is something definitive, you expect it has the same desire for freedom as you.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You may believe in free will, but it is nothing than a believe. Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is the brain that takes every decision you believe to make, except when connected with the empty breath. But as it does not know of the world where you believe to be, it does not change anything but the belief that you are there.

And not believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it does not seem to hide, there is no free will, since it takes more than one to make a choice and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

Fortunately there is not something to solve and no feeling of imprisonment to heal, because going with the flow of the empty breath – no matter in what way it is experienced to be – you go with its indifference, and so the apparent difference of feeling free or not makes no difference.

Connectedness with the empty breath comes from choosing not to choose, so that this auto pilot supplied by the oneness of life can take over.

hol_majorNot being in control, there is nothing to obstruct you from being guided by the empty breath
The rhythmic flow of the empty breath may be heard as a rhythmic sound experienced to come from the back head. Yet the experience of a head is very distinct. It is rather like there is nothing than the rhythmic sound – or as if it is not coming from you at all but from somewhere indefinable. This sound, that you do not do anything to produce and that can be compared to the sound of saying soham, seems to originate from the sixth chakra (third eye) – not from the chakra in the forehead though but in the back of the head – see in the illustration to the right.

This illustration is from the book Healing Hands by Barbara Ann Brennan, whose knowledge about aura and chakras does not seem to be second-hand. Aura and chakras, however, are not part of Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings, as they often are used to escape feelings of alienation through spaced out illusions of spiritual grandeur instead of undoing the cause of alienation, which is the belief in being someone definitive.

When the energy of this part of the sixth chakra, that is located in the back of the head a little lower than the illustration seems to imply, is going clockwise you will mostly experience the world of the outer senses to be troublesome, but counter-clockwise you are upgraded to a more laid-back version of it, where it seems easier not to be in control but go with the guidance of the empty breath. If the energy is stagnated the empty breath seems to be out of reach, and you may unconsciously be fixated in a mental pattern, that you carry out very strong-willed.

This image found on Facebook shows the common misunderstanding, namely that life is yours, where as reality it is the other way around and if you try to edit life, you will suffer.

This image, that is found on the web, shows a very common misunderstanding, namely that life is yours. In reality it is the other way around, so the more you try to edit life in order to appear unique, the more suffering your uniqueness seems to cause you.

It is you, it is you who have chosen the direction of the energy in the chakra and also to clog it, if that is the case. Hence it is only you who can change it.

If the energy in the back of the chakras is not clogged, you are like a river going back to its source. In other words, you do not have a will of your own, unless one or more of the chakras in the back of the body are clogged. So if you want to control how the world of the outer senses is experienced in order to edit it into your own personal story, you want to freeze the energy in the back of the chakras.

In other words, you devote your awareness to the personal will in the front of the chakras and clog the transpersonal will in the back of the chakras by not given them any attention at all.

That goes without saying that neither do you want the transpersonal flow of the empty breath to be the basis for your life in the world of the outer senses, until you acknowledge, that you do not know what is in your best interest.

Collecting specific thoughts to fabricate an interesting personality in order not to be nobody but somebody is not a problem in itself. It is the belief, that the body represents this construction of thoughts, that fences off the enlightenment of that which is one. This is not to say that the body needs to be refined by yoga or something else to not block out the enlightenment of that which is one. The state of the body is not important in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one, because all what is needed to bid it welcome is to for just a split second completely forget what and where you believe to be. This is not to say, that the body should not be taken care of. Just like you take care of your car – even though it is not you – you also take care of your body, even though it is not you but a fantasy made out of empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE:
I have had and partly still have blockages in the body, that seem to prevent the flow of the empty breath. Yet that is not so, and if it seems so, that is because we try to block out specific feelings in order to uphold the belief that we are someone special.

But since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is not possible to become someone special in a specific body. Yet it is possible to imagine this – just like within the context of such an imagination it is possible to fool yourself to such an extent that the experience of you as a hero in a virtual world of a video game blocks out the world outside of it. In other words, it is the imagination of you as someone definitive, that blocks out the formlessness of that which is you.

Fortunately I have never been very good in upholding the appearance of being someone unique, and as it only takes one moment, where we forget what and where we are, to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, long time ago I became someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one – and no philosophy or religion – is the sole basis for Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings. The voice behind them comes from a non-physical entity I call Gudruång and whom I in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one seem to be a physical extension of.

Kind regards
Alexius

INTRO TO HACK #4.5, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone

Alexius Jorgensen in the bliss of not believing to be someone

If you want to dive in the bliss of the empty breath, it may be beneficial to read this intro about it. But if you prefer to jump right into it go to Take-offs to ´the empty breath´,.

When Alexius many years ago was hired to teach graphic design in an advertising school in Denmark he had a problem. Even though he had been designing magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small, he did not know how to do it, because everything was done as servant, who intuitively does what is best for communicating the contents of the projects, he is hired to design a frame for.

He had no professional training in design, neither any other kind of education, so in order to provide students with guidelines of how to design, he wrote a book with basic rules of doing it, which he deducted from his intuitive way of designing.

There may not be anything else published about how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of indifference to the belief in being someone definitive.

If not in the bliss of not believing to be someone, you are speculative

The empty breath cannot help us in regards to knowing how come we appear to be substantial beings separated from each other by time and space, because this is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no time and space. Yet the empty breath is very helpful in regards to exposing, that a world defined by time and space therefore is nothing but a fantasy made from empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

How to explain the empty breath?
In regards to passing on guidelines of how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of indifference to the belief in being someone definitive he is in the same situation, as when he was involved in teaching how to design. He has no knowledge from others, he can refer to in order to explain how to connect with the empty breath .

Neither does he know how to explain, that the image of us as somebody separated from each other is an artificial construct, designed by the brain to control and manipulate us into believing, that we are unique creatures separated from each other in a capsule of time and space, although there is nothing else than oneness, since it is formless and therefore endless.

But he knows how to serve and follow guidance, and starting to write about the empty breath and its undoing of the belief, that it is possible to divide the formlessness of oneness into separated substantial beings, he was guided to watch a movie (You Disappear), which quoted the latest scientific explorations of the brain.

Consciousness is just a construction of thoughts, which is no more than ones and zero in a stream of binary code.

The fabrication of something from out of nothing
The short version of these discoveries is that the brain uses five percent of its capacity to construct an image of you as someone definitive, who is aware of itself through the experience of being separated from a world outside of it, that is assumed to cause its thoughts and feelings.

Another small part of the brain continuously fabricate experiences of an external world, that you seem to have and therefore to confirm, you as someone definitive in it.

These experiences the brain claims to process from frequencies it receives via the senses, but this explanation, just like the experiences it processes, is a smokescreen to cover up, that it does not know real from unreal. It uses the same organ to deal with both imaginary and reality, so it has no way to differentiate between imagination and reality. In other words, its version of reality is also imagined.

Read more about the brain fabricating a world of something from out of nothing in the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ and that everything experienced is an illusion the article All experiences are equally unreal.

The experiences interpreted as the most meaningful ones, namely those that seem to define you as important, are stored in the rest of the brain, and as the sum of these memories constitute what you believe to be, you are not just a fabrication of the brain, you are the brain. Every bit of it – not just ten percent – works to make it appear, as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space outside the formlessness of oneness.

Being in the bliss of not believing to be someone is to be empty

Science states, the world that we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 percent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. But since formlessness is endless, there is nothing outside of it. Thus any experience – whether it seems to be of a physical or spiritual nature, being direct or coming from the heart – is constructed by the brain from out of empty space. And as it takes a second for the brain to generate an experience of something from out of nothing, what you believe to be experiencing now happened one second ago.

In fact it never happened, because one second ago there was nothing, and it only seems as if you experience something now, because you need to believe this in order to feel that you exist.

The bliss of nothingness
Though science seems to know, that the experience of something is make-believe made from nothing, they are more interested in exploring something than nothing. Yet, it is in the latter, that the empty breath resides.

Since the experience, that the brain fabricate of a world defined by time and space to support the appearance of you as someone definitive, only makes sense, when you want to know or be aware of yourself as someone definitive, you connect with the empty breath by not being conscious and therefore remain in the continuous seconds of unprocessed empty space, where you are in a state of not-knowing*.

However, in order for somebody to be in this state, there still needs to be a little awareness of you as someone definitive, so the world made up by the brain continues to be experienced. But as there is not enough consciousness to establish you to be different from the experienced, the apparent difference between you and the world does not make a difference.

Hence there is no separation to hide, that although it is fun playing along with the fantasy of separation, when you know it an illusion, it is nothing compared to the bliss of emptiness.

Yet it is not due to the revelations coming from the discoveries of how the brain is working that Alexius knows this, but because when he returns from a state of not-knowing* to the conscious experience of being someone in a world defined by time and space as it is fabricated by the brain from out of empty space, there are memories of the bliss it is to not to believe that this is real.

Not knowing what and where you are is the bliss of not believing to be someone

Not knowing what and where you are, the connection with the empty breath is automatically established, because it is a state of not-knowing.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not knowing something, nothing hides the bliss of nothing
He has no ingenious system for how he connects with the empty breath in the second of nothingness before the brain fabricate a conscious experience of him as someone definitive experiencing the empty space from one second ago, as if it is a substantial world where something specific is happening now. And since the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing*, he does not even know when he is connected.

Only those believing to be somebody definitive need to be in balance, peace and whatnot, because if not manifested as someone special, they are exposed as nothing.

But not always trying to know** and rather to serve life than to master it may be the reason, there are many moments with no need to support the image of him as someone definitive, so he automatically connects with the empty breath. But since he is not trying to know, he cannot say if this is so. Yet, as he is trying to serve, the article goes on.

If the brain is not kept active with thoughts of separation for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, it falls into coma. See also the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

Yet he can say, that this connectedness cannot last too long at a time, if he wants to go on with the experience of being someone definitive, because that experience needs to be regularly updated by the brain via thoughts and feelings appearing to be caused by a world outside of him, so that they seem to confirm him as separated from it as someone definitive.

The bliss of not believing to be someone is always there

The empty breath remains connected with you, regardless this is mutual or not, because it does not know of separation. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The inner and outer senses
When we are not connected with the empty breath and therefore not in the blissful state of not-knowing* but in the stressful awareness of being somebody definitive separated from others in the world we seem to experience through the outer senses, the empty breath is still connected with us, provided that we just once connected with it ourselves, because it does not know of separation.

The world of the outer senses is a version of the unprocessed world of the inner senses, that the brain has processed from it. Actually a bit more nuanced, but that you can read about in the next article What and where are the inner and outer senses.

The experience of being in the tangible world of the outer senses or the abstract world of the inner senses is in the context of where the data seem to come from received from the same senses, as the world of the outer senses is an interpretation of the world of the inner senses fabricated by the brain.

Looking at the bliss of not believing to be someone

As all experiences are illusionary it includes the experience of the empty breath as well. But as this is what this illusion, it unveils the bliss of nothing, until not even bliss seems to hide, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore no bliss or anything else to experience, since it takes more than one to experience something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since the empty breath does not know of separation, it has no knowledge about the tangible world of the outer senses. Yet it senses you are stressed from believing to be someone definitive, so it synchs the feeling of stress with the abstract world of the inner senses, where there is nothing specific and therefore no stress.

This metaphor only makes only sense as long as you believe, that the experience of you as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses is real, because that experience as well as any other – including the connectedness with the empty breath or anything else considered to be spiritual – is a deception made from out of empty space.

Fortunately the experience of the empty breath exposes this, so that the bliss of not believing to be someone is the last thing, you experience, before this belief does not seem to cover, that there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

But as the world of the outer senses is based on the experience that everything is separated by time and space, the empty breath has no knowledge of it. Yet it grasps, we are stressed from figuring out what to achieve, how to do it, and most of all how to live up to our own expectation of what getting what we want should make us feel.

Whether you are connected with the empty breath or not, it is always connected with you, so that it can function as an automatic gear change between the outer and inner senses, and make the abstractness in the world of the inner senses the base from where the world of the outer senses is perceived, wherefore the achievement of specific the physical elements does not seem important.

In the flow of not believing to be someone

Going with the flow of the empty breath you become indifferent to what you get, so if you want something specific, you got to accept the stress, that comes from not going with the flow it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The synchronisation of the inner and outer senses
To take the edge out of the stress we feel in the world of the outer senses, the empty breath synchs it with the world of the inner ones. Not because this world is more peaceful, but because it is a high-frequency world, so the speedy and restless energy, that appears to cause stress in the low-frequency world of the outer senses, does not seem stressful at all.

It is not thoughts as such, that prevents us from going with the flow, but the desire to use them for accomplishing something specific.

That being said, you might not want to go with the flow of this synchronisation, because although it results in indifference to stress, it may not produce what you stressed to get. That is why most want to avoid the flow of the empty breath and go with the stress it takes to obtain what they want.

Like a pencil cannot make its scribblings go away but an eraser can, you cannot make your scribblings as someone definitive go away but the empty breath can.

Even though getting what they want does not result in lasting satisfaction, they prefer to carry on searching for something new and better to make them happy and lessen the stress that this entails through meditation, yoga or other techniques making them appear to not be egoistic, though it is all about becoming and having more at the expense of others (see That which is you has no end).

The bliss of not believing to be someone may appear as blurry

The more the connectedness with the empty breath cancels out the contrasts of tangible feelings – for example happiness and sadness – in the world of the outer senses by synchronizing them with the abstractness of the inner senses, the more you are indifferent to the apparent existence of the world experienced with the outer senses, because when you neither feel happy or sad about it does not make sense. This does not mean, that you begin to see the world of the outer senses as in this image, although that is a possibility, but that you begin to perceive its apparent differences to not make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When the substantial world of the outer senses is equally synchronised with the abstractness in the world of the inner senses, you are partially somebody and nobody, but not enough somebody to know what and where you are.

Though that means you are in a state of not-knowing, part of you as someone definitive is still kept intact in order for you to be there. Read more about this in the next article What and where are the inner and outer senses.

The same applies to experiencing the world of the inner senses. There must to be someone to experience it. If not, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is over, and so there is nothing to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

Going with the flow
Being process and not result minded though, the flow of the empty breath can also set off from what appears to be egoistic motivated. Just like it probably was part of the flow for Alexius to start writing about the empty breath by following his own idea of emphasising the synchronisation of the outer and inner senses.

Yet going with the flow, the emphasis turned out to be on the bliss of emptiness, that arises from the connectedness with the empty breath and its indifference to the belief in being be someone definitive.

No concepts survive the bliss of not believing to be someone

Concepts like the sun is going up and down are meant to mislead you into believing, the world revolves around you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So do not let concepts of right and wrong prevent you from going with the flow. Even within the context of living in a world defined by time and space most concepts are deceptive.

The ground beneath our feet is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour and the entire planet is hurtling round the sun at 67.000 miles an hour.

You may for example experience the sun to go up and down. Yet it only appears so, because you believe to be someone separated from a tangible world experienced to revolve around you. Yet it is not the sun that is going up and down, but what and where you believe to be. See The sun does not go up and down – it is a deception.

Ways to connect with the empty breath
It seems, that while in the flow of writing about the empty breath, ways of explaining how to ignite a take-off to it popped up. For example by using the energy of the stress arising from the belief in being someone definitive as a take-off. Read more about how to do that in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

The swing of an yin yang sign comes from the bliss of not believing to be someone

The empty breath can be felt like a swing of nothingness, that makes the body expand and contract and thereby supply it with oxygen. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath can be felt like a swing of nothingness supplying the body with oxygen through expanding and contracting it. See the paragraph The swing of the empty breath in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?

Just like everything else sensed, it is invisible and colourless until the brain ascribe it with a specific shape and colour. But as the brain cannot conceive nothingness without falling into coma, the empty breath remains invisible and colourless.

If this is what you want, it is not important whether you read hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing from beginning to end or just browse it. What is important is to not focus on anything in particular or spend time on processing it in order to integrate it.*** It is not about integrating or learning something but to unlearn everything, so you do not contain anything and thus is an empty vessel can be at service for the empty breath.

Only those believing to be special have the need to do things in their own pace.

Ways to not connect with the empty breath
The need to connect with the empty breath in your own pace and to spend time on processing what you have read about it comes from the belief, that what the brain makes you appear to be is real.

In oder to support this belief, you or the brain, which basically is the same since what you believe to be is a construction of thoughts, need time to twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings into the already established concept of what and where you are (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´).

The bliss of not believing to be someone does not come from something but nothing

Looking for something you can relate to as your true self in the teachings of a guru or somebody else, you do not look for that which is real, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to look for something. Since what you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of empty space, it is being undone when you don not relate to something but nothing, because then there is no relation and therefore no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This, however, is not necessary with the spiritual teachings in fashion. It has already been done by those promoting them, so that even though spirituality is formless, it seems as if it can be obtained by someone definitive through coming from the heart or something else shaped by time and space.

In such teachings you may seem to recognise the very special entity, you believe is your true nature. But whatever you believe to be is nothing, because spirituality is everything, as it is formless and therefore endless.

So do not read about the empty breath with the expectation of finding something to make you or the world better, but to become indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

It is a waste of time reading about the empty breath if you want to become more spiritual or wise, because just like what you believe to be, the empty breath is nothing but empty space (see the article ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be).

So the less you seem to know something,** the less something appears to hide, what you believe to be is nothing. Hence there is not something to separate you from the empty breath.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone definitive in order to connect with the empty breath, but it is necessary to be willing to have it undone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The only requirement is willingness
Leaving your comfort zone of knowing what and where you are** is not done by fighting or transforming your conditioned behaviour, but by being willing to undo the belief, that makes it possible to appear as if you are conditioned, namely the belief in being someone definitive.

About willingness see also Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This willingness most often comes from admitting, that the appearance of you as someone definitive is a not a matter of fact but of make-believe. And this you admit when acknowledging, you are not willing to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because this acknowledgement confirms what you appear to be is make-believe.

Momentarily being connected with the empty breath is very blissful, because it makes you indifferent to the belief that you are someone definitive, so there does not appear to be someone bothered about the appearance of anything.

Appearing there without being there
Having the belief in being someone definitive undone, does not mean that what you appear to is destroyed, reborn or awaken. Just like within the context of this belief, it is not Santa Claus that is undone when you grow up, but the belief that he is real. In short, the indifference to the experience of you as someone definitive does not change the look of it.

Since nothing matters when connected with the empty breath, you are free to pursue whatever seems to matter.

Looking for nothing is the door to the bliss of not believing to be someone

If you are not looking for something special to confirm your belief in being special, you will probably be indifferent the apparent differences in this image and therefore also to the apparent separation between the image and what you appear to be, and hence in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you start to grasp that what you appear to be is a fantasy, it is amazing to appear as if you are Santa Claus, a father, a mother or whatnot, while your on and off connection with the empty breath slowly but surely makes you indifferent to the belief that you are someone at all.

Reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings probably seem depressing, if you believe to be unique, because they do not imply there is any hope for you in the future, because that is nothing but empty space.

Yet the inclusion of hopelessness is the key to not look for something to hide the depression that is depressing anger and thus the nothingness from where bliss arises, when not hoping to find something there. See also the hack No Hope = Oneness in Extra Duality Hacks.

The bliss of not believing to be someone

Whether you believe the dog in this image is real or not, the image of it remains the same. Not believing it is real, however, you are indifferent to whatever it seems to make you think and/or feel. Hence you are free to play along with any kind of fantasy, the brain fabricate from this. This is what it is like to be in the indifference of the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To be indifferent or not
The below metaphor may be beneficial in regards to picking up on what it is the empty breath brings about:

When you believe to be someone – whether physical or spiritual – something must be perceived to be different from you, so you appear to be separated from it and therefore to be someone definitive. Thus when playing a game like Monopoly, for example, you do it to make its world of illusionary differences real by insisting that they make a difference.

But the more you are in the indifference of the empty breath, the more you play Monopoly to have fun pretending, that its apparent differences make a difference.

Connecting with the empty breath is not about being deeper, purer, balanced or whatnot, because being anything is part of the experience in being someone and the empty breath is not part of that but the nothingness that this experience is fabricated from.

How does it feel
The connection with the empty breath may be experienced as described by Alexius in the articles What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? and The empty breath´ undoes all conditioning. But do not count on it, because his experience of it is not static. And even if it was, you and Alexius would probably experience it in each your own way – just like would do if having the same cup of tea. Besides the main attribute of the empty breath is indifference, and that is hardly an experience.

Alexius Jorgensen in the bliss of not believing to be someone

When not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is nothing to uphold the belief in separation and therefore neither in you as someone definitive. As that means there is nobody to judge something as wrong or good for that matter, every moment is the perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not trying to experience anything specific but including everything exactly as it is perceived to be brings about a perfect moment, because without excluding something there is nothing to define you as someone.

Hence you are therefore in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are, and this is also where you are when connecting with the the empty breath, having glimpses of enlightenment, or applying any other the duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

If these states of bliss are identical is not to know, because they are all states of not-knowing*, which is an equal mix of empty space and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, the brain has fabricated from that.

There is nobody in the bliss of not believing to be someone

In a state of not-knowing there is not enough consciousness to be aware of yourself as someone definitive separated from what you experience to a world outside of you. Thus you are in the bliss of indifference to the world of separation, that the brain fabricate to make you appear as if you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In this mix there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference, so you are indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive. Yet there is enough consciousness to cover that the world is nothing but empty space, so you still appear to be there, though in a more abstract way than when being fully conscious.

A state of not-knowing* lasts as long as you do not try to regain full consciousness (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´), but not more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if you want to remain as if you are someone living in a capsule of time and space.

The enlightenment of that which is one though is not a state of not-knowing, since it totally erases the memory of ever having appeared to be someone definitive (see hack #5-7.2 Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it), and without just a bit of that, there is nobody left to be in any kind of state.

Measured in linear time the enlightenment of that which is one probably last less than a minute. We are so conditioned to believe, we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space, that the fear of annihilation takes over and we compulsively imagine to see something, so that we again appear to be somebody in a world defined by time and space.

This also applies to Buddha and Jesus or anybody else who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it only takes one to undo the belief in not being one, and there still appear to a world where there seems to be more than one, so every one has used fear as a way to rebooted as somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the article Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one you can read more about the fear of enlightenment and being rebooted from it.

On top of that it may not even be the empty breath, that is uncovered through the willingness to not uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Maybe it is the enlightenment of that which is one or a glimpse of it (see the article A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it), or a perfect moment (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment), or the freedom that comes from pretending to be what you are not (see hack #1.5 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Time is nothing in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Without the basic contrast of expansion and contraction there is no experience of life. Yet what we experience as life is really death, because life is formless and therefore without a beginning and end, so anything that does not last forever is lifeless. It is, however, life that makes it possible to have fantasies about being a limited being in a lifeless world – just like within the context of such a world, it is only due to that, you can to imagine being someone you are not in a virtual world of a video game. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The bliss of nothing cannot be obtained, as it is not something
By implementing of one or more of the duality hacks you cancel out the apparent difference between the opposing sides of the contrasts making up the experience of you as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses, so that there are no differences to attest to you being different from the world where you experience to be.

As the conscious experience fabricated by the brain of you as someone separated from a world outside of you therefore does not make sense, you do not know what and where you are. Thus are in a state of not-knowing*.

A state of not-knowing* set-off on its own accord by the willingness to not believe you are someone definitive.

This is not a state though, where you can arrange to go, when you feel like having it integrating, because there is not something to integrate, neither anybody to have something integrated, since what you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing.

In this context it is rather the nothingness of you, that is to be integrated with the nothingness of the empty breath – or more to the point, the belief that you are someone definitive is to be undone by the empty breath, so there does not seem to be something obscuring, that no matter what you believe to be, you are not made from matter, astral energy or anything else but empty space – just like the empty breath.

The person the brain has fabricated to appear, as if it is you, will keep on saying, there must be something more. And if something more is what you want, you better forget about the duality hacks, as applying for example the empty breath, the belief that it is possible to be or have more is slowly but surely undone.

It is not about learning something but to unlearn everything
To sum it up, there is nothing to know, since that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. So although there seems to be so much to know, when appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is only one thing to know in regards to the formlessness of oneness, namely that there is nothing to know.**

Differences do not make a difference in the bliss of not believing to be someone

In a state of not-knowing* – for example induced by the empty breath – the indifference to the experience, that the brain fabricate of you as someone definitive, means that there is not someone with a need to adapt to it. That is why it is so blissful. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is why the purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings is not to learn something new, but to unlearn everything**. This is done by reading all of them – or flip through  them – and apply one or more of the duality hacks until there is nobody to acknowledge, that the person fabricated by the brain is real, wherefore there is nothing but the bliss of being indifferent to the belief that you are someone definitive.

When you are connected with the empty breath bliss arises from being indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive.

But as the connection is a state of not-knowing*, there is not enough consciousness to be aware of the bliss, until a state of not-knowing is left in favour for the full consciousness of being someone definitive, where memories of the bliss, it is to be indifferent to this or any other consciousness, pop up.

When you leave the empty breath, it remains connected with you, because it does not know, that you believe to be someone, who is separated from everything in the low-frequency world experienced by the outer senses.

Yet it senses the stress coming from this belief, so it synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, which is indifferent to the restlessness that speedy thoughts and feelings seem to produce.

What you believe to be does not exist
Should you wonder, who chooses to believe, that the image fabricated by the brain of someone definitive is you, or who has programmed the brain to produce this image, or who is connecting with the empty breath, or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because the experience of being somebody, whether in a so-called spiritual or physical sense, is just like having a daydream within this experience. There is nobody in it.

Everything is new in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Even though some plants are edible, not all of them are. Often the most beautiful of them often that should not be eaten, if you want to remain as someone living in a capsule of time and space. And if you do not want to end, when your appearance there is over, you better avoid beautiful ideas like living in the nowcoming from the heart and being transformed, because they are based on the belief in being someone definitive, and everything definitive, contrary the formlessness of oneness, has an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thus the empty breath and the other duality hacks are therefore just as dreamlike as anything else in the experience of being someone definitive, no matter what and where that seems to be. See also Whatever that you are aware of is an illusion, because it requires more than one to be conscious of something.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

There are lots of ways to appear, as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but there is no way to leave it, because you are not in it. Just like within the context of such world a dreamer is not its a dream, and therefore not returning to its bed when the dream is over. Likewise you do not return to the formlessness of oneness, when your apparent life in a capsule of time and space is over, because you never left it. That is not possible, because it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But contrary to the illusions – for example being transformed into something more real by living in the now and/or coming from the heart – promoted by most so-called spiritual movements in fashion, the duality hacks do not attempt to transform anything but to expose that everything experienced to exist is made from out of nothing.

Connecting with the empty breath, for example, you become indifferent to the differences in the experiences produced by the brain. Hence you do not believe you that you are someone definitive separated from others but that it is something you pretend to be.****

Though the experience of world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide there is no more than that which is one, the experience of such a world is bound to end, because that which is one is formless and therefore without end.

And as what you pretend to be, you are not, that which is you does not end, when the experience of you as someone in a capsule of time and space is over. Furthermore until then it is much fun pretending to be what and where you are not,**** as absolutely no harm comes from that.

*) You can read much more about a state of not-knowing in hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss or in the articles of this hack – especially Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath.

**) This does not mean, that you should avoid learning and knowing something, or being and having more, when it comes to the practical aspects of appearing to be someone definitive. Yet there is no need to think about it, when connected with the empty breath, because its indifference to differences makes it impossible to make choices, so in its flow you are having the belief in being someone special undone, while enjoying the excitement of this belief to its fullest.

Enlightenment of that which is one cannot be known, but glimpses of it can

People have very strange ideas about what enlightenment is. Some think it is a process, that it is zen, being, awareness, love or to see though the illusions. But there is nothing to see or see through in enlightenment. It is not of the world and consequently it cannot be know there.

People have very strange ideas about what the enlightenment of that which is one is. Some think it is a process, that it is zen, to be pure love or consciousness or to see though all illusions. But to in a process, see or be something requires you to believe to being in a world where there seems to be more than one, and where there is more than one, there is no enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Most of those writing or talking about the enlightenment of that which is one try to give the impression, that they know what it is, so if you have chosen to believe their so-called knowledge, you may dismiss the enlightenment of that which is one, if it hits you, because it has nothing to do with anything anybody claim to know. Enlightenment of that which is one is formless, so it cannot be described or defined. If you try, you will remain as someone definable, and so it is not possible to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

In other words, if somebody refers to experiences of enlightenment, it is not the enlightenment of that which is one, because it cannot be experienced. Yet it might be glimpses of it, because just like you can use your senses to experience a world that appears to be outside of you, you can turn them inwards in order to experience a world with glimpses of enlightenment.

If you tend to sense the world in a an auditory way, turning the senses inwards may not reveal visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but auditory ones, so instead of a revelation of light it is a revelation of ethereal harmonies. Just like the outer senses also can feel and taste, so can the inner ones.

In other words, there are the same different ways to experience the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, as there are to experience the world, when senses are partly turned inwards. If they are fully turned inwards, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. This is not an experience though, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Read more about this in the articles Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones, The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can and The ins and outs of the inner senses. Check out Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, if you want to learn how to open the inner senses to glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one the goal?

If you do not believe, you are a person in the world, but you just pretend to be, the belief in a world defined by time and space can no more function as a cover for enlightenment.

If you do not believe to be a person in the world but simply pretend to be there, there is no belief in being someone specific to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings presents no definition of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it is not of the world a world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore cannot be figured out. There is not someone definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody to picture it.

Nobody is seeing it. Yet if you return to a world where there seems to be more than one as a visually minded person, you may have vague memories of a light brighter than thousands of suns as it is described in the Bhagavad Gita. Neither is there anybody hearing it, but if you are an audio minded person you may have vague memories of ethereal harmonies with sounds that can be compared to bells and harps. See the article What sort of external music resembles the internal one.

And even though there is nobody to feel the enlightenment of that which is one you may as an emotional minded person have vague memories of a feeling that can be compared to the sensation of thousands of bubbly Coca Colas mixed into one bubble. This is actually what the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. Also it is not something you taste. Yet there may be vague memories of thousands of smoothies mixed into one taste of milk and honey with a hint of strawberries or liquorice.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is the entrance to that which is one, it is not mixing its different aspects, but using the one that is most appealing to you, so that do not fight it, when all the thoughts, you have collected to witness that you as someone definitive, is extracted in order to having nothing sucked into that which is one.

Society in general prefers visual effects and consequently the visually aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one is the most known. However, the other aspects of it are just the same in the sense that they all are ways to make it attractive for you to not focus something definable but follow the flow into the formlessness of that which is one. Whatever aspect of enlightenment is revealed to you depends on your preferences in daily life. None of the aspects though are in themselves the goal. There is no goal, because there is no more than that which is one.

Please be aware, that if for example somebody have never seen a carrot, and I describe it as having a colour like a colourful sunset, this does not mean, a carrot is the same as a sunset – it is common sense.

But when it comes to the enlightenment of that which is one most seem to forget common sense and make strange conclusions, so I better point out, that any description of the enlightenment of that which is one in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings, is just that: a description – and like a carrot is not a sunset, the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in not a light brighter than thousands of suns, but it can be compared to that.

Last night I died from the world again

The transmission from outer to inner senses is not gradually but very abrupt and it can seem frightening in the moment you sense the world, as you know it, is gonna be erased. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The total transmission from the outer to the inner senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening in the moment where you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is gonna be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world that seems to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses as Buddha seem to have said, the outer ones must be more or less closed.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A total transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead og going through this phase. But most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider to life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening things from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it exactly as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a taxi.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

ice-experience-2

In deep sleep or big exhaustion you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominate at a time. For me it was the most know of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to a light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight going with the flow. It was in such a very deep sleep, that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probable full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why, all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect, because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie like flavour, that I realised I must had bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is one you are not being anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean, that you are gone, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First there was discomfort from not feeling my body to separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seems to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body, when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check the article Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in its other aspects you can read about in the articlePerceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all what is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to die. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to swift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well in fact nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, a the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world experienced with the outer senses, because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there is no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided in more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the perspective of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a perspective of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

*) When rereading this article much later all memories of discomfort is gone, so do not worry, you will be OK, if you choose to go with the flow of the inner senses.

**) Please do not take the expression in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings about an inner and outer world too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The inner world rather refer to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

Pretending to be a person in a hospital after a reboot.

Rebooted in a hospital where they speak a language foreign to me except for laughter, so I pretend to be someone having fun in a world where there seems to be more than one, which is easy when you know it is all make-believe. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate, when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord. In the context of the world experienced with the outer senses it may not be at convenient time, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where focus on the world of the outer senses is needed, if you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. You can read about this in hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing. If you quickly want to connect with the the empty breath, check out Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ and What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. Neither does it mean that they will cease to exist, because they have never existed, since there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise, and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

_IGP6225-Edit

You can only hear the music from the guitar on this image by imagining it, because there is no real guitar in the image – it is a symbol. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol for something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. In fact there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar, if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there, when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses, when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physical tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there are no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

Having fun exploring the world of the outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe, so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

The enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is one
Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole, because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTES:

Are there degrees in enlightenment?

Enlightenment can also be felt and heard in several degrees. AUM can open your inner ear.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced but glimpses of it can, if you partly let go of the personality. It will seem to happen in degrees, because as long as there appears to be an ´I´ that think it has the power to let go of anything, you hang onto the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The answer to the question in the headline is both yes and no. Before I start to elaborate on this, I like to remind you, that if two people drink the exact same cup of tea, they will most likely describe it differently. Maybe one of them talk about it in very ecstatic way and the other one in very down-to-earth way. Still it is the same tea, so – in the context of this metaphor – please focus on the tea and not the description, when you read this article.

In the enlightenment of that which is one everything happens in such a speed that there is no way for the mind to do its usual thing of labelling and categorising in order to put everything appear into understandable boxes. This is an after rationalisation, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one to think such a thing or to be aware of the world, so it is just not there.

This enlightenment is not an experience, neither a state, as there is no ´I´ in it to be aware of something, It is that which is one, and there are no degrees of it. How long time it lasts in the context of linear time is not to say, because it is one perpetual present.

To rise again from the dead, as it feels like when returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you again appear to be someone definitive. Yet, this is not something you believe to be but pretend to be. But whether you believe or pretend to be there, it is something that requires more than one, and so it seems to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

You can compare it to activating an app on your computer or smartmedia. When you do it, the desktop – although still there – is hidden until you turn off the app again.

Alexius is like every other person in the world not perfect. But unlike most others he knows, it is not possible to be perfect, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

I was very young when the belief in being someone definitive for the first time momentarily was turned off. I did not know about the enlightenment of that which is one from books or anywhere else, and I do not think I had – what the purist may call – a pure mind or body. I probably still do not have, as the enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything in the world. Nothing is transformed into peace, love, purity or whatever. There is no more than that which is one, so there is not something to transform. That is the revelation of enlightenment – and there are no degrees in that.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly is occupied trying to get it. Being on a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither btw in that which is real. Reality is one and it takes two to have a balance.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly being occupied by trying to get it right. On a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither by the way in that which is real, because reality is one and it takes more than one to be in balance. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Spiritual wannabe´s try to follow special ideas like for example the concept of balance – as if there is any balance in an illusionary world – so that when they have achieved the right balance they are considered spiritual, which they imagine is manifested by them moving at a very slow pace. This state of numbness they have decided is to be in higher consciousness. Yet high consciousness is as illusory as low, as it takes more than one to be have something. If instead they acknowledged, that they do not know what and where they are, the enlightenment of that which is one comes so fast, that the mind has no time to distinguish anything and therefore forget about concepts of spirituality and whatnot.

I have no answer to questions like how come I bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or how come I returned to the world again. All I can say is that in this very moment I am writing this article in a world, that seems to be full of degrees. So yes in such a world you can experience degrees of enlightenment. It is not the enlightenment of that which is one though, but glimpses of it.

When I was a child, I was not allowed to see the fully decorated Christmas tree before Christmas eve. Yet I took some sneak peaks through the keyhole in the door and was very amazed by the light I saw. Those sneak peaks can be compared to glimpses of enlightenment. You are still in your normal world from where you experience something very different, but you do not get the whole of it.

In the context of this metaphor, it is not only the beautiful light from all the candles, you experience looking through the keyhole, you can also hear all the glitter move on the green leaves. In fact if you are more audio than visual minded, it might be these sounds, that bliss you out rather than the light.

Apart from the visual and audiovisual aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also aspects of feeling and tasting it. You do not, however, need to follow all the aspects to come back to that which is the oneness of you. One aspect will do. Personally I have followed the visual and emotional aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in the non degree version. Yet, as it is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so there are just vague memories of it.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced through the inner senses, when the outer ones are partly closed. And just like ordinary experiences there are degrees of them and they can be remembered in the world of the outer senses. These glimpses come to me daily in various degrees of the four aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one. The most easy one – in my case – is the emotional experience of hearing and feeling the sound that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

It sounds and feels like the vibrations from an enormous vacuum cleaner or the ventilation plant in an airport. I have met people who have heard this humming when meditating, but disregarded it as a sound coming from their neighbor hovering. People are spending so much time repeating Aum or Sohang in expectation of something mysterious to happen, when all they have to do is to repeat it a few times to get in tune with the humming floating on top of the ´end´ of the word. You can read a practical instruction of how to do this in this article.

The word Aum or Sohang can be compared to the control knob on an analog radio, that you use to fine tune into hearing just one station. When you have gotten it, you do not need the control knob – or in this case the word Aum or Sohang to hear the echo of that which is one. If you hear or feel the humming of that which is one, while still aware of the world, it is a glimpse of enlightenment of that which is one, which is revealed in degrees depending on how much you are unaware of a world, where there seems to be more than one.

All degrees of enlightenment are experiences, and any experience is part of the illusion of the world. It seems though, that these degrees of enlightenment brings you closer to the beginning of the world – before the big bang – which often is experienced as a paradise full of ecstasy and bliss. Yet as any all other experiences these also have an end. So does this article.

The mind may expect a conclusion to the above, but there is none – and if you do not try to make one yourself, you are on the way to experience glimpses of enlightenment. You can read how to speed it up in this article.

Kind regards
Alexius

The journey to the enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance

That which is you is bright white light – and nothing else. It is so intense, that there is nothing to see – not even that the light is bright and white – so if you see something, you are covering the enlightenment of that which one by the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

This is a graphic simulation o the black hole, where you are sucked in by an explosion of light, if you do not insist in seeing forms. If you are willing to be burned up by the pure bright light, there is no one to see – neither nothing to see. All there is, is that which is.

This is a graphic simulation of the black hole, where the thought construction that hold you together as if you are someone tangible are left at its edge, so what is not definable is sucked through the black hole by an extremely intense light into that which is one, where there is neither light or darkness. That is, if you do not insist in seeing something definable in the light. If you are willing to burn away, the last thing you see is a black hole and then you are no more. All there is, is the formlessness of one perpetual present. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world, where there seems to be more than one. It is an echo of that which is one filtered through a black hole either as formless light, ethereal harmony, transparent touch or sweet taste. You are all of these aspects, but as you are that which is one, just one of them at a time. If you as a person is visual minded, that which is you is revealed as light so intensely that you cannot help joining it and being sucked through a black hole into that which is one. This article is about enlightenment of that which is one in general and the next one Life has no secrets is about how to hear and feel the transparent sound, that Aum and Sohang symbolises.

Landscape in the mist
Have you ever sit in a bath top and discerned glimpses of an adventurous world in the mist of the hot water? And when the mist changes and the world you imagine there disappears, you hold onto the thoughts of something being there, so you can keep this moment and imagine you are part of a special world with exciting creatures living in it. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

c144f3b8-8df7-4b10-bcfa-e1d772032323

The world – including what appears to be you – is empty space according to science. In other words, anything experienced as opaque is an imagination and so is the experiencer. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Lost in translation
The above is meant as a metaphor to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so that which is one seems to be hidden behind it. In the context of this metaphor the world is actually nothing but colourless waves of light, that move in an unthinkable speed, so they cannot be dissociated from each others. That is unless you think you see something, because that requires more than one and so everything appears separated.

So by separating waves of light into degrees of frequencies and further more imagining them to move in slow motion – in fact hardly any motion – there seems to be noticeable differences, that translated into different thoughts having a specific meaning, which is made tangible by feeling it, so that you seem to experience a world, where the name of each frequency appears to limit them into an opaque form, that differs from other forms in order to make it appear as if differences make a difference.

In oneness nothing is endless, neither does anything have an end. Everything is happening so fast, that it cannot be perceived in linear time. And everything is so close together, that it is impossible to perceive any space in between them. Consequently no differences can be experienced. Time and space does not exist. It is one perpetual present.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there are an infinite numbers of different frequencies, that can be attributed with different meanings, if translated into thoughts. Yet the light is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference. As differences therefore do not make a difference, all frequencies are formless.

Beyond translation
By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain the appearance of you as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something, but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said in the above about thoughts, you may get the idea, that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. It is belief, that the thoughts, you seem to have generated, turn you into be someone definitive.

When you see all thoughts as a symbols of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

To not do anything, you keep on thinking what you seem to think, but without taking any thought seriously. By not taking any of them seriously, the believe in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that seems to have the power to hide that which is one, as long as you believe that they have a meaning.

The world is an construction of thoughts, and even though thoughts are deceptive, you try your best to use them, so that the world appear as supposed to. You have probably already ´corrected´ this image, so The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world is a construction of thoughts, and even though they are just as meaningless as this image, you try your best to put them together in a way, so that you seem to see a world that makes sense. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Enlightenment or not
The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but an annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one and no more. So if you are into making a better world, to realise your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

Without translating perceived frequencies of the bright white light into thoughts, there is no experience of a world or anything else conceivable, neither an experiencer, and so the bright white light sucks nothing through a black hole into that which is one.

All the gurus stories about bliss, divine presence, higher self or consciousness or whatnot does not apply to that which is one. Their stories may sound very seductive, but it is just another attempt to make a world where there seems to be more than one appear to be real and themselves as somebody important there. Yet that which is one is formless and thus has no room for somebody or something like bliss, consciousness and whatnot.

NOTE: The bright white light is not of the world and has nothing to do with the light of the sun or any other light in it. No words can describe the enlightenment of that which is one. Frequencies, light and other words in this article are to be compared to street signs, that point towards the formlessness of oneness, but they are not what they are pointing at and in this case they are not meant to imply, there is a distance to go.

To come back to that which is you may feel like a journey, but it is not a real one, because you have never left it. That is not possible. Yet it is possible to believe so – and to undo this belief seems to take time, when you believe to be in a world of linear time.

I am the Destroyer of Worlds!

Painting with reflections of light on my iPhone

After a long intense night of driving taxi many years ago, I forgot what and where I was, and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there is nothing but bright white light, and everything ´happens´ so fast, that there is no time to think and hold onto concepts of eternity, love, stillness and whatnot.

When I later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita there were passages, that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. The memories are vague though, because Alexius did not experienced it. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless, so nothing definable can enter it. Yet there are vague memories of something indefinable, and so Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

»I have become the destroyer of worlds«
The enlightenment of
that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul, when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

The world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In the enlightenment of that which is one the world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one to imagine something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I would not put it like that myself, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is not a body to be full of light, neither a world to destroy. The world is just not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more, when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not really matter, because regardless how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, but pointers towards it.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody, who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the color of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste as sweetened water. Yet the person, that you have given this description, will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a round cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is – and in terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know, because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is gone in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is nobody there to experience it – that is why it cannot be known.

No god to see in the world and nothing to find
Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional, there is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, just think of electricity lightening up a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. Yet you cannot see electricity itself, because it is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. But there is no god either in the enlightenment of that which is one, except if you use the word in its original meaning, namely one perpetual present.

If you return to the world after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life, because you know there is no more than that which is one and so there is no life a world, where it seems to be more than one. Besides to search for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you find is not real.

473ab673-5995-4175-96a8-ef93e44afbe8The freedom to be a person
One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, because there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is freedom to pretend being any kind of personality with all the ups and downs a specific personality seems to have.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behavior. You are free to use the ´I´ as the personality, you fancy. It is simply a tool you use like your leg, hand eyes and so on.

Some personalities I have pretended to be for a while: Child, Teenager, Taxi driver, Monk, Husband, Daddy, Adult, Business Man, Millionaire, DJ, Designer, Teacher, Photographer and recently: Non teacher.

Enlightenment is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings. Any idea of any form, that you might think it has, is wrong. It has no form, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something formless, you still look for something. But if you do not belief to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there is not something definable to hide it.

Please note that I am in no way postulating the above statements are the perfect way to put it – there is no such thing as perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one – so if you look for inconsistencies, misspelling or whatever, you may find it, but if you look for pointers to the enlightenment of that which is one, you may also find that.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE: Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings talks about two kinds of enlightenment, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, as that requires more than one, and glimpses of it, which is experienced through the inner senses, when the outer ones are partly closed.

How come I  write Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings? Dunno. Maybe it is like nature, that keeps on spreading its seeds, whether they sprout or not, because the purpose is to freely give away everything received, as in doing so everything is received. What more can I ask!

Enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A bird does not sing, because it has an answer. It sings, because it has a song. Chinese Proverb

Why are the oranges falling down from the trees outside my house every year in November? The answer is simply, it is the season for that. Likewise it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear that it may involve.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. In fact the enlightenment of that which is one results in nothing, as it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides it does not know, that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When I read or hear others talk about enlightenment, it often seems to be based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind, or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind have to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All articles in this blog arecolored by my personality.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore what I am about to tell is not based on my experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

My memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time it is still ´happening´. In other words, my description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

On an early morning, when I was 22 years old, I bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the after images from driving around the streets constantly looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. My mind gave up focusing and was automatically drawn by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that requires more than one. Most though try to avoid loosing their identity by identifying the black hole as something definitive, so that they remain someone definitive as well and cannot be sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. If so they are not bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but just having glimpses** of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, neither a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colorless light – brighter than the colored light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring inside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, because the ring of colorless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole – I guess – so it could suck the nothingness of me through the it into the formlessness of that which is one. Not certain about being sucked through a black hole, but it seems plausible, because there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

Sorry, but I do not have more to tell. At this point the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in my non teaching, but which I cannot describe, because it is literally nothing – not even empty space.

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not peaceful or quiet in itself. But as the tremendous speed of it makes it impossible to differentiate anything, the conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, neither anyone to see this. Consequently stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is extremely messy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merge into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste. Yet they lasts no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is of course a metaphor to say, that which is one is on the other side of a black hole, because it is formless, so there is no end to it, and what has no end is everything and therefore no size, inside or outside.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter that the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. Fortunately you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, I had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately I did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise I would have been kicked back to a world defined by time and space), so describing the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is done in retrospect.

In fact it was not before much later, when I saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, I sensed how familiar they were to me – cannot find words for it, but that which I am is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no more than that which is one, and that which I am is no different from that. Not in the sense though, that I am something. There is nothing to be in the formlessness of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening, as there is no time. It is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you of course do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like I think Buddha described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this, because many use it to concentrate and focus, so they can achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

You must come emptyhanded.

You must come empty-handed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India it is often said, that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems, that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive, so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being completely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one. To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, where things happens at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear, if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned I know there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Guess I wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so I could escape what I perceived to be a relentless power taking away my free will and totally wipe out what I seemed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive, but if you do not uphold this belief at all there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Fearing something as if it is outside of yourself is only possible, because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Fearing something, as if it is outside of yourself, is only possible, because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without the belief in being someone there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In my case I perceived my father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away my free will and incorporate me as a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem, if you have chosen to believe, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one by appearing as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Without this belief there is no more than that which is one, and therefore not somebody to take away anything from someone definitive.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive, while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, because otherwise it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another very simple way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. You can read more about this in hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat? Guess it is because it is always the season for that, where I appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than  that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, because it was the season for such an imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over, so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

Kind regards
Alexius

*) This article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect comes to you when the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome depends on your preferences as someone definitive – if you for example are very visual, light is what is coming to extract all definable traits of yours, so that there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. You can read about the other aspects in the article Last night I died again from the world and in the articles in the above list.

NOTES:

  • This article about the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it shall in no way be taken as my thoughts about the truth, or some conclusions I have made based on experiences, readings or lectures. I do not thrust experiences and hardly ever read books or attend lectures, but most of all I cannot think! In other words, this article does not consists of thoughts of mine, but the thoughts passing that passed by a moment long time gone. That is all.

+ The world is a construction of thoughts

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world is not seen but thought. Furthermore, it is an edited construction of thoughts. The brain does not have the capacity to simultaneously process all the info, that it receives from the eyes, into thoughts that seems to manifest this moment, so depending on what you expect to read now, it sorts out the info into categories that seem to fulfil your expectation.

If you, for example, has conditioned yourself with the ideas of living in the now, it may exclude everything in this chapter that contradicts this, so you can have the experience that you are reading something similar to Echart Tolle, although what you actually have read is that everything you see is an illusion, that has been edited by the brain to your likings.

In other words, it has nothing to do with living in the now, which like every other experience is an illusion fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here.

It takes time for the brain to sort and translate all incoming info coming through the eyes in a specific moment. It must therefore extrapolate the time delay in processing, so it will not interfere with what you perceive to happen now.

You can read more about that in the articles You want to be deceived, and so you are and Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality.

In other words, if not categorising thoughts into right and wrong and excluding one of those categories, it is not possible for the brain to deliver an image of what seems to happen now in the world where you appear to be. Therefore the way to undo the belief in being there is to include everything, which happens all by itself when not excluding anything. See hack #3.3 Life is inclusive and not exclusive.

Inclusion leaves nothing for the brain to categorise, and thus no world to construct. Consequently there is no construction to hide that which cannot be constructed, namely that which is one.
